Username field problem. The app still do not accept my username/e-mail address which have a ‘-‘ in it, couldn’t log into my account in the mobile app except from desktop.

Crashes. The app was working fine for a few weeks after installing and now is the same as other people have stated, crashes as soon as you try to open it. Needs to be resolved

crashing. app worked great for first few months, then kept crashing when trying to open. i’ve tried shutting down my phone and deleting and redownloading the app but still keeps crashing. overall very disappointed. please fix

CRASHING appears to be fixed. Updated App and it crashed when trying to open - 1 Feb 2022. Today it is working properly again. A useful app for tracking usage.

Performs Exactly as Required. Saw how bad the reviews were for the app, and thought I’d give them some credit. The app is easy to navigate, I can see the summary of my plans and how much data I’ve got left with no effort. Simple but functional app that hasn’t crashed on me.

Crashes every time. What a joke. Crashes upon opening. Who are the idiots who write the code for these epic fail apps? Duh ! It deserves 0 stars. Fools.

It works…. The app is fine for what it is, but strangely they forgot to add the ability to refresh your usage information by pulling down on the page. They haven’t even added a simple refresh button to do that either. Instead, you need to navigate to one of the other three tabs then go back to the home tab in order for it to be refreshed. Or the other option is to force quit the app, but that’s just bad design Why? In addition, the colour of the data bar circle thing changes at really irrelevant times. I have the 18 GB plan and if I use just 3 GB, it turns orange, not even half of it used. Then when I get to around 10 GB, it turns red. This should be fixed along side how dropping below 1 GB makes the app report 900MB as “0.9” MB.

It was ok. I’ve been using the same plan since I got my phone and like it did what it was meant to do fine and tbh I only opened it twice a month so I didn’t really have problems wih it.
