Shockingly bad. I was excited for an app when I had trouble with the mobile site. But this app is nothing but a waste of time and data. It makes me log on to the website just to check my schedule, and then won’t let me log on. Things that were intuitive on the site are impossible to figure out on the app. Where is my benefits tracker? I don’t know. What is my new schedule? I don’t know. Why does Wegmans want me to use this lousy app? I don’t know. I love working for Wegmans. I hate using this app. Update: This app still blows chunks. It makes me want to cry every time I use it. I just want my schedule. Why is that so difficult?

Pretty awful and unreliable.. You have to log in every single time. It takes forever to load and every time you click something it opens a window in the browser. All the app does is redirect everything to the browser. It’s not convenient to use at all.

Needs improvement. When I heard we were getting an app I was very excited. This though is not what I expected. I assumed you would be able to see your paychecks through work day all inside the app. I find it annoying that it takes me to the website to view this information, but it is easier than trying to login to wegmansconnect on your phone. If you were able to view everything inside the app and not web browsers that would make it better. Overall satisfied with the app but wish they had made some changes before posting it.

Weak. This app would be great.... if it came out 10 years ago. It’s boring and plain. How hard is it to outsource to a company that designs apps for companies to actually make something unique and useful? Downloaded to watch a video and immediately removed from my phone.

Audio Issues. Can’t watch any videos because the sound doesn’t work (my wife has the same issue). Using the app on iPhone 11 and iPhone 8.

Functional but still bad. The app actually works now, which is an improvement, but it still looks and feels very unpolished. I only use it because the mobile browser website is still unusable on iOS

A little better, now.. They’ve updated the app since launch and now everything loads within the app. (Like schedule and paystubs) While I understand Workday is though a 3rd party, I would like to see access through Workday so we can update contact info easier, in the future, since we are forced into using Workday for people pages and such.

Still awful.. This is still the worst app I’ve ever used. To force us to download an app that just opens browsers within the app is illogical and a waste of time. Please actually update this app to be useful.

It’s okay when it works. The app is very bland but for using it for work it doesn’t matter. What does bother me is if I use it to access my schedule, sometimes it will tell me that I cannot use shortcuts from my mobile device and then lock me out of my schedule for a day! Meaning I can’t view it on a laptop or my phone.

Very Disappointing. I was very excited when I heard we were coming out with a new app for employees. I thought it would be much easier to view my schedule and paycheck once we had an app because I have always had trouble viewing both of these things on my phone. I was disappointed when the app came out a few days late but figured maybe the few extra days were needed to improve the app. However, I was very upset to find that once I clicked on “Payslip” in the app I was taken to an outside browser to view it and I had to spend extra time logging in when I had already logged in on the app. The main reason I want to use the app is to easily view my schedule. However, it still says “Coming soon” at this time. Overall, I am very disappointed and would prefer to be able to view the above mentioned parts of the app within the app rather than in a separate browser.

Redirect/ sign in/ fail.. Everything I want to do: check laborpro, benefits, payslip, time off, etc…. requires a redirect through the internet- that fails to log me in- or needs me to log in again there. I’m better off doing this online or waiting to check these things at the store. Just about all the things you want to do should be attached to the app and open in the app, not a redirect fail because you aren't using the right browser, or your vpn is on. I deleted this thing about 10sec after the first roll out because the download interest needed to be high for a positive look, but I re-downloaded it because of storm information, which I am in contact about that anyways. Until I need to check storm information again I will delete this app again and re-download it then, because it has little value to me other than that.

Get your sht together. Ok seriously IT, get it together. Regardless of whether you’re using a phone or computer, regardless its software update, wegmans sharepoint is the WORST employee interface to grace this planet. Enrolling in employee coupons? Trying to check your schedule or submit time off? NOPE. Just a super glitchy webpage that flashes and refreshes repeatedly until a “contact your admin” message pops up. Fix this. It’s been like this for YEARS.

Just sad. I was all about this app before it came out. Excited for it to be easier to view my schedule and paychecks. In reality, it was easier to check all of that via chrome on my phone. Pepehands

Schedule. I was hoping to be able to see my schedule on this app.

Love it!. I am so excited to have an employee-app! I’m looking forward to all the ways that we’ll be able to use it to grow communication across all parts of our company!

Decent.... seems unfinished. It’s a start is what I can say, but it feels like it’s not finished and shouldn’t have been released until fully complete. Taking me to the website is not a good experience.

So far, so good.... One of the nicest app icons ever! As the app evolves and I use it more I will find it easily in the jungle of apps on my screen. Don’t fret impatient ones. I know it will continue to get better.

Great App. This is a great app for getting the information I need as an employee. It is a huge improvement over using wegmansconnect on a mobile device. I check it several times a week for information that is shared.

Useless. It’s as frustrating as the desktop experience of navigating mywegmansconnect and being sent to multiple new tabs just to access your schedule. Not being able to access features inside the app and instead being redirected to the internet browser is a hassle. They’re not *really* features if they’re not accessed internally.

Page will not load. Love the idea of the Dish however, doesn’t matter if i use chrome or safari, webpages do NOT load properly

Nope. Seriously? The mobile site is gone and this one doesn’t have any of the information we need? It doesn’t even rotate to accommodate an iPad with a keyboard. Please get this together before taking away our resources. Will update when it does.

Many Issues. It just takes you outside the app to the website anyways, can’t ever view schedule on app.

Every day you get.... Lied to. Propaganda. Scammed out of money. Harassed. Completely taken advantage of. Blamed for things you had no part in. Get useless apps that people with no pride made. Discriminated against due to mental disabilities. Corrupt people in higher positions than you who will ruin your life if they don’t like you.

Great app.. I love The Dish! It is so nice to be able to log into an employee app to be able to see all of the company news and information right at my fingertips. I believe this is another example of living our Who We Are values. Wegmans continues to be a great place to work for all. Thank you, Wegmans!

Log in. I’m surprised this is allowing me to even write a review.. I am not able to log in at all. It’s quite annoying to not be able to use the app that should be so easy

Can’t even sign in. Sing in button shows up every time, but does nothing when you press it.

The Dish App. The app is amazing! I can find my schedule, request time off, look at job postings and so much more so quickly! I love that I don’t have to login several times just to view my schedule. Everything I need is easily available in the app. THANK YOU!!!

Useless. All the app does is redirect you to safari and makes you sign in again. Nothing works properly on safari with mywegmansconnect. There is literally no benefit to getting the app, just more problems.

Really annoying. So the app isn’t that great of an app, all the links just redirects you to your browser, which isn’t well supported for the site. For the last couple weeks I’ve been having trouble viewing my schedule and it’s just really annoying. If I get to the site on safari or chrome it keeps reloading and I can’t find anything either. Needs a lot of improvement.

UndErCoOked. The dish is trash. An absolute waste of time, money, and effort. I cannot fathom a world where an app like this is useful. It’s been a year and it still has almost no functionality. I’m surprised when I can actually check my schedule.

Disappointed. I was pressured and guilted into having to download this app and I’m very unhappy that it’s just as bad as I expected. Everything is essentially a link to the real website and the notifications are nothing I find important or relevant overall. Another miss as far as I’m concerned.

Shouldn’t even be called an app. We have waited years for an app and this is what we get. 1. The “app” sends you to a web browser. I’ve never had an app do that before 2. It runs slow. 3. You can’t access your schedule from it.

Schedules. The app doesnt run very smoothly considering that when you click on a recourse it bring you to your browser rather than within the app, also schedules should’ve been implemented before launch, would’ve set the app off on a better note.

Needs improvement. Terrible. All it does is take you to the website. It’s faster to just log onto the website.

Needs work. The app was working until now. It’s crashed and I keep getting an error message when I try to open it. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it with no luck 😕

Never works. The app never works and is constantly logging me out and not accepting my login and password, which I’ve had since i first started working here and never changed

Dish served cold. Links bring you to a website, not part of the app, where you have to sign in yet again. Defeats the purpose of an app.

Disappointed but not Surprised. I can guarantee you anyone who gave this app a 5 star is being paid to do so/ has a vested interest in the app’s success because this is one of the most disappointing apps I was ever forced to download. Wow, thanks wegmans, instead of having to go through all the unnecessary barriers on safari mobile, I can now press a button on an app that will redirect me directly to the barriers! Half the ‘features’ aren’t even ready yet, which begs the questions why we had to download an app that doesn’t even work. Further, given that everything is just a hyperlink to safari, how are there still aspects of this app unfinished? Like just add the link to the schedule if that’s what you are going to do.

Useless app. This app is waste of space on your device do not download. I don’t understand the point of this app, you login in the app which shows you links which take you to your browser where you have to login second time and then access portal in the browser. Total waste of time. Save time and just login from your browser, this app is horrible in it’s current form.

Not user friendly. Wegmans other app worked fine until the decided to start The Dish, now both apps are annoying and don’t work

Just here for the memes. Hello, IT. Have you tried turning it off and on again? Uh... okay, well, the button on the side, is it glowing? Yeah, you need to turn it on... uh, the button turns it on... yeah, you do know how a button works don't you?

A complete and utter shame.. Seriously, who are you guys paying to make these applications? The formatting and intuitiveness is literally on the level of a novice to mid-level programmer. You would think a company with such “high values” would take the time and money to implement an application that satisfies the standards of the company as a whole. As a computer science major, I understand these things can be difficult to get right and by no means is it a simple process to make an application... however, this does not excuse the atrocity that is the dish app. Come on guys, I have friends who can do better than this. Keep the layout simple. Make sure everything works before you release it and start modifying the mobile site. You’re just asking for issues. If I could give negative stars I would.

Not compatible with safari settings. App requires that you disable a key security feature in Safari that prevents cross web site tracking. Typical Microsoft based software.

terrible. I expected a lot better than this crap! you can’t view your schedule which is what I wanted the most. When you click on anything it just opens safari which is pointless!!! Cmon Wegmans do better:/

Dish App: Everyday you get our “mehhh”. 1 star because it’s an app on the App Store. But not particularly useful. Basically this app is garbage. I have no idea why they hyped it up so much. It doesn’t offer any features the website doesn’t have.

worst app. This app is horrible. it never allows me to view my schedule and always tells me that I need to view it the next day. I wish they would fix this bug so I can use the app. I shouldn’t have to use my computer in order to see my schedule.

Waste of time. What’s the point of this? They should have spent the time fixing the terrible wegmans app instead of recreating the site we already had

Dish. The one and only thing that I wanted from this app was easy and fast access to my schedule. Wow disappointing

Disappointed. The app breaks down too much and half the time I can’t even see my schedule on laborpro. Also the endless safari tabs are pissing me off. Why couldn’t they just put everything inside the app instead of getting redirected to other links in safari?

This is embarrassing.. Whoever got paid for this app stole from Wegmans. The layout is trash, unintuitive, and reeks of middle school level formatting. This is the same type of garbage they have for the Wegmans food temperature monitors. For such a great company they can’t do modernization at all. Total embarrassment.
