Pets are horrible. I love this game but I have a few complaints. Fist of all the pets. I timed how long they work and I pressed start when they woke up and stopped when they all went to sleep. 55 seconds they worked for. Pets are the only way you can get the energy to heal all of the furniture. Second complaint. Everything is so small! I have to zoom in so much to be able to see. It’s horrible. Third complaint. When you get the energy to unlock all of your furniture you should only need like 5 energies to unlock. But in this gave once you play for a few days you have to have 50 energies. Please do not but this game and save yourself from boredom.

Horrible. If you leave the game while your pets are sleeping, they NEVER wake up!!! Also the timer for them to wake up stops while your off the game and resumes when you go back on the game so basically they NEVER wake up unless you want to watch ads but OH WAIT…. THAT DOESNT WORK EITHER!!! Don’t waste your time on this game!!! Needs many improvements!!!

This game is fun but there are a few problems. I like to play this game and it is very well made but here are some problems I think you should fix 1. I think the pets take WAY to long to get more energy and I think you should speed up that process 2. In that extra area that you can buy and it comes with stuff if you run out of space I wish that that big check mark button wouldn’t be there because sometimes I think I moved on to a new area but it’s just a room you have to buy I would like it if you put that room in the back of the house so I don’t click on when I don’t want to buy Ok but besides those two things I think this is a really good/well made game🙂

Initial stages really boring. I understand making you work for better pets and houses so that your pets can do more, but right now the game feels broken in the initial stages. Unlike merge magic, in this game the pet rest time ONLY counts when you are in the game. Which means you have to wait twenty minutes of barely being able to do anything for thirty seconds of play, followed by another twenty minutes of boredom. Really bad setup. Second major gripe: You can watch an add to wake your pets up early, however the pets wake up as soon as you start the ad. Which means by the time you are done they have already finished their actions and gone back to another full twenty minutes of rest. Why bother?

Why?. That's my main question: why? Why hasn't there been an update in over 2 years? Why is the game just now deciding to crash as soon as I open it? Why doesn't the developer care AT ALL about those who play the game? WHY IS IT STILL AVAILABLE ON THE APP STORE WHEN IT'S OBVIOUSLY BROKEN AND THE DEVELOPER DOESN'T CARE?!?! Until today, this has been one of my favorite games to play. I've put a lot of time and effort in getting where I am in the game. I've even spent money on it (as recently as a couple of weeks ago). I'm angry, but mostly I'm disappointed.

I enjoy the game.. I really like the game so far. I don’t like the fact you have to watch the ad twice!☹️ Flashing across the screen 📺 * Ad failed to load * message!🤬BYE BYE....“ Fantastic” cloned items the game promises.😏 I’m also not a fan of the fact that as soon as I touch the screen something moves.. that I’m not even trying to move.🤦🏽‍♀️ Super aggravating!😖 $10 to purchase another room to play???🤯🤯🤯 Are you serious?🧐 The game needs to give me a little more to make me want to give up a hard earned $10.🙄 Ijs...✌🏼💜They also cheat you on 💎. I’ve merged numerous 💎, but don’t get the full amount of 💎 . I know 4-+15💎 would give more than 43 💎total. Considering I already had 30!😏 I feel tricked by the bonus video to wake the animals. I’m still watching forced to watch a 20-30 sec ad, I return tap 1 item... then EVERYONE is “ Too 💤”🙄

Glitches. I really like this game but you need to fix the glitches. When I merge items I get an empty box and maybe 1 item extra instead of the 2-3 I am supposed to get. Also the empty boxes either don’t move or after moving return to where I am working. I have had to restart the game 5-6 times already to continue. I have invested a lot into this game and expect a better experience. I am about ready to quit. PLEASE FIX THE GLITCHES!!! When I play the special games it never lets me finish. It is very frustrating to have to redo areas that I have already cleared. Does not matter if I go out of the area with the rewards I have managed to obtain. It resets me back so I have to clear the area again. So far it has reset twice. I invest a lot of time and have to do it all again. Then I run out of time to complete.

Fun, but glitches are annoying. After the last update, either watching an ad crashes the game (in events), or is just a waste of time because the award for watching is not granted. Please fix this! ~A faithful player

Good. I would like to have more levels to unlock the animals. I like that I don’t have to spend my own money to unlock stuff

It’s fun but.... So I’ve been playing this game for a few hours and so far it’s amazing! But there’s just one problem.... when my pets wake up they’re so low on energy and barely do anything then go back to sleep, it doesn’t help me at all! My pets are always so low on energy for no reason! The only time they had lots of energy is when I first got them and then they just never get anymore energy! This makes me mad. If you could just change that it would be amazing! Thank you and have a nice day.

Time. The animals only come out for seconds your adds are longer than their time out the game is fabulous and stress relief. The graphics are great-only the only complain are the animals time out.

Mergical home - purposeful stop working. After playing the game a couple months, the ability to sell items you don’t want stopped working after an update. This leaves the play board full of items you cannot open or cannot use. Was working prior to update. I can only assume they want me to watch even more commercials than I am to play the game or they want me to buy items so I can open the chests stacking up. Do not play if you aren’t willing to watch 20 commercials minimum per day and pay real life money to open chests

Settings. Every time I go into settings on the game and try to turn on my nodifications it will not work, and I’m not happy about that. Overall I love this game because it’s similar to the other game I had on my old phone before I switched to an iPhone

Try it again!. I read some reviews of this game after downloading (usually the other way round) and was surprised to see all the tech issues others are experiencing. So far no tech issues at all. Everything loads no missing items and ads work fine. The layout of guys game is perfect!! Subject is cute gameplay is easy & fun. Free perks constantly to keep your game play moving along smoothly, no waiting fir hours for refills. I’ve been able to play so far without paying. Was so tired of mergedragons! Really glad I found this! If it acts up delete and download it worked for me.

Won’t load. All of a sudden, the game won’t load whether I use Wi-Fi or cellular, whether I’m in the house or at work or outside. It will not load please fix this. I’ve been playing this game for years and I love it.

Too many glitches. This is my favorite merge game but there’s too many glitches. Others have mentioned the glitches and I encountered another today. It says I have no internet connection, which is false. I have a download speed of 500 mpbs and my internet is fine. I’ve reset my phone so it’s a problem with the app. Please fix the glitches and I’ll be happy to change my rating to 5 stars. Thank you.

Lost my game. I really love this game and I was pretty far along. Just now when I logged in it gave me two options, the cloud, which was last played on Dec 3,2021, or the game saved on my phone, which was last played today, Dec. 29, 2021. So I chose the Dec. 29th game, which would be the obvious choice. However, when the game started I was back at the very beginning. I am so disappointed losing my game after all the progress I had made. Please restore my game to the one I had. I’ve used the help button in the game but nobody ever responds.

Hooked!. I love this game, I don’t mind the ads because I get things I need and I can continue playing even if all pets are sleeping. I have to force myself to get off to go to bed!!

Keeps Crashing. I was really enjoying this game, until recently. Every time I try to open the App, it opens for a few seconds then the screen goes black and the game closes. I have made many in game purchases, including monthly subscriptions and I would really appreciate it if this issue is corrected as soon as possible.

Play With No Pay So Far. So, I don’t usually write reviews, but I think this needs to be said, I’ve been playing this for 3 days now, almost continually, and I’ve not had to spend a single cent on in-app offers in order to continue playing so far. Yes, there are some special locations you can pay to unlock, but they don’t have anything in them that is absolutely necessary to continue regular play. There are tons of opportunities to simply watch a video to unlock bonus items from merging or speed up wait times that in most other games are pay-to-unlock only. Some higher tier bonus items are pay to unlock, but that’s completely reasonable and you can actually sell those items for the currency needed for buying pets instead of them just taking up space on the map until the time runs out. The timers on the pet rest is a bit wonky when you close the app, but the level reward chests and stamina seem to countdown just fine, so that’s not really a huge issue. So long as this game doesn’t become money hungry and change the watch-to-unlock level, I will be playing this for quite some time.

Love. I love this game. It’s very addicting. However, since the update it keeps crashing. I worked all last night and most of today to build up the largest healing essence. I made two of them. When I tapped on the first one the game crashed. When I came back it was gone and it hadn’t healed anything. Please can you fix this glitch... thank you!

THIS IS THE DUMBEST GAME EVER. So the point of the game is to clear the rooms and decorate them with furniture that can be harvested by the animals. However, you are extremely limited in the furniture you can get. For example, I cleared the kitchen and had an empty room since there were no options for furniture that would be in a kitchen. I stopped playing after realizing there was also no furniture for any of the other rooms. Also, you can’t rotate the furniture so the chairs and TV face each other. This game was a complete waste of time!

Its my fav but... Okay so I have been looking through the reviews of this game and most people think it’s really bad but I think it’s really great but to be honest I don’t really have any problems like the other people do, (Crashing, not getting items, disappearing items etc.) my problem is basically with the ads. I can’t watch an ad because it says the ad was loading and says please try again later, but when I try again later like it said, it still doesn’t work I would love if you would fix ads. I know if people are reading this wondering why I want ads its because I am lazy and want to use ads for free energy or something but it doesn’t work! Like I said if you would please change it I would give 5 stars. Have a mergical day! 😊

Fun Game!. What a fun game! Just started yesterday and can’t put it down! Only problem is I can’t find a settings button to turn off the volume. I think this could be my favorite merge game. Thanks.

Good Game. So I hate that the cats and dogs come out for a short time before they go asleep and the other thing is that you merge things together and then if it’s a new thing you tap on the book and it has a thing that allows you to do a different thing at times you to do a thing that is shorter then the main thing

Fun to play but sketchy. It’s very fun to play and there’s a lot of different things you can do. It’s very similar to merge dragons. Although they spelled candy as “cnady” and I thought that was a bit suspicious I don’t know if I would make any in app purchases with someone who doesn’t even double check their spelling.

Game freezes 😡. Ever since the new update the game is so glitchy you can’t play. It gives you offer cubes for almost everything you merge , which is annoying, but every time the offers come up it freezes the game. I never get the offers so when they pop up all the time it’s so annoying. If the don’t fix the glitches and get rid of all of the pop up offers, I will be deleting the game.

No Customer Support. Recently I had to send in my iPad for repair, I saved all apps to the cloud and when my replacement arrived I could not load this app at the level I had achieved. Everything was lost. I tried to contact the app for help through the Facebook page, through the app which did not work and through messenger. I would like the app restored or the money I spent refunded. Anyone know how I can get help?

Fun but has bugs. This game is very addicting and I love it. However, when playing the event, at first everything was fine then all of a sudden I couldn’t unlock the keys for the clouds even though I had the right items. I leveled up the royal seat all the way and had the right flower pot and also fully leveled up the candlestick but none of them will unlock their shadows. Please fix!

Very Annoying. This game started out fine and was fun. Then there was an update. Suddenly every merge created bubble cube and the only way to pop the cube, was to watch an ad. If you don’t try to pop them, you eventually run out of space to do anything, as they have timers on them, before they disappear without watching the ad. Every merge, every 5 seconds, another bubble cube...another ad. Then in the center of your game, there’s a floating TV with more ads. Far more ads than actual game playing.

Disappointed. I hate to write this kind of review but since I have had trouble getting help with a major issue this is a last resort. Mergical Home was one of my favorite games. I have sooooo many animals even a lot of rare ones but sadly I can’t access them now. I upgraded my phone and now my game has restarted at the beginning losing all my hard earned animals. I’m so frustrated! Uninstall / reinstall, Facebook connect, apple connect. Nothing works To play I have to use my old phone. I shouldn’t have to do that. I miss my game and just want to get back in it! Update. Still can’t get the game on my new phone and now I can’t even get the game to load anymore. I was in the middle of the last bonus game. Actually quite close to finishing the 10 tasks and then I couldn’t get back in. I would love if they would fix this !

#Inlovewiththisgame. I have tried one other game similar to this and this one is better in comparison so far ! No crashing of any nature that I can tell and I wish I could zoom in and out…but otherwise a very relaxing game!

Sugoi!. It’s super cute and a great way to enjoy a variety of games in one. It has animals, puzzles and matching plus you get special areas during events as well. I’ve had this game for a while now and it never fails to give enjoyment. I highly recommend to animal and puzzle lovers of all kinds 😇

It was fun for a while. After “chapter 7,” there are no more levels to play. You get more prizes for replaying levels, but the timed levels can only be played three times each. So in a special event that gives you prizes for beating timed levels, you’re out of luck. And there’s no way to skip this task to get another - now I’m just suddenly not playing that event. A little attention to detail, and I might stick around. But in a game that now relies on events to be interesting to me, it’s just the thing to drive me away.

play any other but this one!!. I’m highly disappointed in how glitchy this game is. It’s crash’s all the time I’ve lost count of how many times I haven’t been given rewards because of this. Playing the special events is useless the games crashes and you don’t get anything rewards. I won’t even tell my friends what game I’m playing because who wants to play a game that crashes ever 5-10 minutes.

Review. I do like this game but it constantly tells me I don’t have a connection when I do and it is very strong so I cannot get my daily prizes or do the trading. Very frustrating! 🤬

Great game, needs bugs squashed!. I love this game! I love collecting all of the different pets and the limited time events are super fun. My biggest problem is the bugs. Sometimes, when you try to merge a large amount of items (like 50+), it only gives you 4 or 5 of the upgraded item instead of the like 20 you’re supposed to receive. I have had items disappear and sometimes haven’t received the items I watched an ad for. If all of the bugs are taken care of, this really is a 5 star game!

Randomly restarted my game. So, I initially enjoyed this game, to the point that I had no issue with spending forty dollars in my first two days playing it. I just opened the app and it it took me back to the beginning! All my progress has been lost, the boosters and pets I bought are gone, the two events I was playing, everything is gone. It said the login failed. So disappointed and now the money spent feels like a loss instead of worth it.

Can't open the game after update. I'm an iPhone 6s user with IOS 10.3. I just updated the game this morning, and it just couldn't be opened. I tried to restart my phone and clear the cache, but nothing worked -- the game just shows 1 second of the black logo page and immediately quits out. Please help.

ZERO STARS. I’ve been avidly playing Mergical Home for a few years and yes the game is fun but not when you can’t play the game the way everyone else does! They did an update a year ago and the game was full of bugs, I wrote them a message in their “contact us” section of the game website and I still haven’t heard back! You cannot click on the “rate us” link because they don’t want you to post a negative review so you have to go to the App Store and write one. Please fix the huge bug problems or just remove the game completely, it’s taking up space. Terrrrrrible customer support!

Used to be My All Time Favorite.. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS APP. It’s stopped working completely. It was clear they abandoned the project after they stopped having ranked events that were unique, and instead just started recycling the same events over and over. You’d get a Christmas event in the middle of summer, with a Valentine’s day one a week later. That was fine, I still played daily and played all the events. The same ones over and over every month. However, now the game is completely unplayable. While the app itself will launch, after pressing the log in button it will stall and crash. I can’t even get far enough into the app to file a help ticket. It’s just really sad, because it was my favorite merge game. Now I’ve moved on to Merge County, but if this game were actually playable and the developers hadn’t just abandoned it, I’d be playing this one. Whatever you do, DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE CENT ON THIS APP. You never know when it’ll stop letting you play it all together.

Love merge games!. The moment I saw this game I was like I will give it a try. Once I started playing I couldn’t put it down. So much exciting things to do and cute pets to match and create. Overall I give this game five stars though I would give it ten stars. Because it’s so fun.

Cool!. I got this game about a week ago and I love it! It is easier than the other merge games I have tried, including merge dragons and merge magic. I do have a few suggestions though. If you could rotate furniture to make your house look better, I would enjoy this app even more. I cannot make my couches face TV’s, which annoys me. I have multiple interior design apps, and this app has pretty furniture. Maybe you could add furniture that is purely for decorating your home. It would be nice to have beds, computers, fridges, and etc. without thing to harvest. Overall I love this game and am glad I got it.

Merge Utopia!. I love merge games and I absolutely LOVE this one! The things you merge are furniture that fit nicely into the house. And there are so many things to do and I love all of the different animals. It’s loads of fun!

Ok. I love it, I have fun emerging cats, furniture etc... but I can’t play in certain rooms unless you pay, I don’t have the money to put towards games when there is a lot of IMPORTANT things to pay for, plus a lot of these emerge games I can’t go very far, it’s either running out of jewel & then asking to pay for more or the cats go to bed seems like every 10 minutes... they are not much of help

Wonderful game but....... I have been playing this game for quite a while. Now am having different problems and cannot even reach support!! I click on contact us and get a blank page and then a pop up in the middle of the page that says mail cannot go through! Won’t connect to server. I’ve been playing this game a couple of months now because I loved it I spent quite a bit of money to open all the rooms and paid for the season pass. A few days ago it stopped letting me collect my season pass stuff and stopped connecting to the server so I thought it was my internet but my internet is working just fine so I went to play again and it started me over won’t let me login and lost everything I try to contact them and it wouldn’t let me so not sure if I just lost everything permanently or it’s just a bug they need to fix but again I spent quite a bit of money and lost everything and it wants me to start all over not going to happen I’m pretty upset

.??.. So, is there a how to for this game? I’ve been trying to find where to buy pet cabins, but can’t find it..also, no matter how much I merge pets, the counter doesn’t seem to go up by much, if at all

Not happy. Every time I play the bonus levels and I explode essence to unlock tiles it crashes and I lose that progress and have to start it again. Its extremely frustrating when you spend time to merge higher essence and it crashes when you use it

Broken AF. Last update broke the game and it will not load, no way to contact. App Support button just goes to videos of other games, Contact Us refuses to load.

Lastest update issues. Since latest update have practically lost most stuff had almost to point restarting game. Also forever says loading ads please try again later even if haven’t loaded an ad and only just opened game! In Game ‘Contact Us’. I wrote a message via the games ‘Contact Us’ part in the settings about not being given all my coins from selling gift boxes. I wrote the message Wednesday the 3rd of March and it’s now the 16th of March and I still haven’t received a response. Please respond as I want to keep playing but if the support isn’t there when something goes wrong then I’m not gonna waste my time.

Good fun. It’s fun but at the weekly challenge stages and you get close to completing all challenges and collecting everything, the game starts to shut down frequently as you get closer and it slows drastically down compared to when you first start.

Enjoyed at the Start. I’ve been playing this game for quite a while and sunk many hours into progressing through it. I’ve had a lot of fun playing however after a while it became quite apparent that there weren’t updates and the game was glitching regularly as the amount of things required to load increased. After I completed all of the levels I was still content to organise and expand my home and play the event levels but now the glitches are so frequent that there is more time spent rectifying a broken merged item than anything else. I’m quite disappointed as before I would have rated the game highly. I hope that a new update is coming soon that will improve upon these things.

Pets always sleeping!. I like to play this game, but every time I play my pets are always sleeping. It’s like the timer stops when I close the game, cause if it says 17min when I close it, there is still 17 mins left for my pet to sleep when I open the game, so I have no pet awake at all when I want to play. Bugs. I really enjoyed this game, but the last 2 days it keeps telling me “connection failed please check your network”. Well my network is fine as this is the only game that isn’t updating for me and I’ve lost gems. Not impressed

Kicks me out. Every single time I try the game it starts loading and then it starts blurring and then it shows three cats and that’s when it kicks me out. It looks great though.

Ridiculous ads. You update your ap and add stupid videos to keep the game player from moving forward. Constant ap videos and then there’s a limit on how many do you lose the efforts. Totally uncool.

Love the game. Love this game but during the winter event (2020) I finished the event but the game hasn’t registered that I’ve finished it. Seeing as there’s almost no way to contact the company because the contact button on their website doesn’t work, this is my way asking for them to fix this issue.

Bug found. When a pet harvest it will continue making that noise when that pet done

Game not working. I can’t get pass the little brown box that wants me chose a cloud and wen I do it just stays there why

Bug central. I’m beginning to believe there is a problem with the developer of the app. This is the second game by them that crashes every time I attempt to play. I know sometimes there are glitches and games crash, but I’ve never played the game. Patients are gone, deleting this and will make sure I never try another app by this developer again.

Pretty fun time waster. You seem to be the least aggressive when it comes to micro transactions

Love the game…but. I have been playing since release but I believe the developers have abandoned it. Too bad as it’s a good game and could be just as good as Mergical.

Best game ever. This is the best Mergeing game I’ve ever got. So you have to get it. It’s free. You can get pets. Cats and dogs. So this is why it’s the best game ever and you should get it.

Fun. The game is fun to play except for the challenge levels. Get rid of the challenges and it would be a 5 star game

Update. Love the game but after the update, it won’t load.

Waste of time. The animals only last one time finding energy then go to sleep and then you have to watch ads to get one more round before they go back to sleep. You can barely play the game. Not worth my time or anyone else’s.

Bad update!. I loved this game until today. The update is awful. It has caused lots of glitches. Translucent boxes that don’t move or leave, green bars that keep you from tapping on it to use, and it all covers the usable things. It’s made the games to frustrating to play.

Review. This game is super addicting and fun to play

I can’t even play. My animals are ALWAYS sleeping. I will log on after not playing for like two days and they are still asleep they don’t even come out for me to play. If they do they last for a minute then go back to sleep. What’s the point of the game if I can’t play it??

Not Happy. I love this game and have played a long time, until the last update. This last update, it made my game freeze and close down. The game was working before the update. Please fix the problem. I can’t play now, the game crashes. Not Happy

Glitchy. It’s a fun match 3 game with a lot going on to keep you interested BUT there are a ton of glitches (pet house not regenerating animals, rewards not showing up, etc). It needs work but a lot of fun.

Problem. Great game but cannot get rid of data screen

Really fun game. I love the game but I have beaten all the levels that is given. Need to add more levels to keep the adventure going.

Sleeping. The animals sleeping is very annoying. Like yeah I get it. They need to sleepy but having 4 pets and them only doing 1 THING then going to sleep is ridiculous. Why they only do 1 thing. Then sleep. That needs to change cause I’m just gonna delete the app.

Ruined the game with update. I really enjoyed playing this game until the latest update arrived yesterday. What a shame! This was really a fun way to pass time until it was changed. I’ll miss playing it.

I really want to like this game.. I am only giving this one star because the animals are ALWAYS sleeping. I've upgraded my pet house, and it should only take 17 minutes for the animals to rest, but they are ALWAYS in there. The only animals I see are the ones I newly acquire. It's very frustrating.

Locked out. So I have been unable to log onto my game for almost a month now. I get to the cloud and it goes no further. I have sent several messages and no responses. I am beyond frustrated. I have actually purchased items on the game with money. What do I do

Not the best game. At first I thought it was really fun but then all my pets got tired and went to sleep so I had to wait until they woke up and then when I started playing again they got tired so quickly. I had enough so I deleted it.

Great game. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is that everything is really blurry when you zoom in.

Two star!. DO NOT RECOMMEND. There are so many lags and glitches that are happening I don’t know how to play! My game keeps crashing and it takes up SOOO much storage space! The game is fun but not when you have to reload the game every 5 minutes! Trust me! Do NOT download!

Great, but life essence is random. This game is great, but when I release life essence, it doesn’t go to the immediate tiles that surround the life essence.

Unable to watch any videos. Ever since the last update and Sakura Event, I have been unable to watch any videos. I know its not on my end, it was working just fine beforehand.

Don’t play this game!. This game is so boring I had to delete it it’s frustrating and not fun! So the reason I gave a star is because the cat Is kinda cute but the levels are really boring I cant Even get to the next level it’s not a good game to play

Ads Ads Ads. I get the need for ads, however when you watch them repeated don’t get the promised rewards for doing so it’s very dishonest! Shame on you for tricking players this way.

Nothing but an ad generator. I was enjoying this game then you had a recent update that did nothing but generate ad after ad after ad. I have deleted it.

Help Please. I looked at several different merge apps, and this one had the best reviews, and looked good. However I haven’t been able to play it keeps kicking me out. I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work. It says it is compatible with my tablet, so I would love some help on what to do so I can play this. I will be happy to give more stars as soon as I get to play it.
