Not impressed. I paid for this app based on its reviews and to see the content. Once I was in, I tried to like it and make it work for me because I really wanted it to. Less than one hour later when I tried to cancel my subscription and get my money back because I couldn’t get into the app, I was told by people at the app that they cannot refund my money and that Apple must do it. Apple has made it far less than easy to get my money back. Guess I’m out the money. While this app may be good for some, it is not designed for everyone. Beware of what you are paying for.

cute idea, app too glitchy. the UI is adorable, no doubt about that. and this app has so much potential, but it glitches any time i do anything with it! you could realistically get the same result with the reminders app on the phone. notifications don’t even work. iphone 11.

Do I pay monthly for the premium account or the actual app. I see people say on the reviews that after they go on the trial, they have to pay monthly now, Do i do that for the premium account only or is that on the actual app? Just asking so I accidentally subscribe.

No free trial. I didn’t get the free trial and I’m stuck with a year subscription. The trial would have been nice. I found some useful things but not enough for me to warrant the subscription. I tried to reach out for a refund because I wasn’t given the free 3 day trial only to be told I needed to contact someone else. Very unclear who to contact with glitches and from a business stand point, they received my money they should be able to refund it.

Cancel subscription. Been trying to cancel my subscription for a while now. Could anyone help me with this or lmk how? The contact team has not been responsive at all.

Still being charged even after cancelling. Signed up for the free trial, cancelled before the trial was over, but was still charged (at the yearly rate!). Tried to cancel my account, and wasn’t able to from the app. I emailed the support team and never heard back from them, but hoped the issue would be over. Just saw that I was charged the yearly rate yet again! So I tried to log back in to speak directly with support and found that my account no longer exists. How can they be charging me while my account is cancelled?! I just emailed them again, and said that I would be posting a review and announcing on all of their social media pages until this issue is resolved. Giving 0 stars.

Refreshing. It’s rare to feel the kind of support and understanding I feel from this app. The platform is simple, the language is familiar and relatable and the goal setting is not overwhelming in the slightest (adhd problems haha) I recommend this app to anyone first starting to change their lifestyle!

Can’t get past reminder screen…. Wanted to give this app a try, but in setting up my first habit, it wouldn’t let me get past the reminder screen (numbers and buttons were all on top of each other). Tried to shut down app and try again, but nope. Don’t waste your time until they update functionality.

Getting my health back on track. This app is really helping me develop habits that I have been lacking my entire life. I’ve always been a giver, but never took time to give to myself. This helping me to build wise and crucial habits for my life as I am trying to improve my quality of life by losing weight and engaging in more self-care. I love this app!

Review. Great app! Helps me take care of myself and be more productive! Let’s you have as many habits you want for free. Very easy to manage to. When you got a task done you click the check mark and you fell so good doing it. I also love the little icons. If you need help being more productive and need a schedule I would recommend this for you!

Not Free. There is no free aspect to this app at all. You can find other similar apps that offer free plans. You will go through questions for your “assessment” then they will make you choose a payment plan.

Misleading. Where the face scanner to see your stress level!?? I think this is misleading because the add is completely different then what it really is! Just like most apps!

Misleading ads. Saw an ad on Instagram that indicated there were quizzes that you could take that would tell you the best times for certain habits based on your Myers-Briggs personality type. Nothing like that exists in the app.

Do not subscribe!. Do not subscribe to this app it is a scam! I talk to support I talk to them via Instagram and they told me to contact Apple to get a refund even though they are the ones that took $90 out of my account. And Apple couldn’t do anything about it because it wasn’t on the subscription page on my Apple ID. I was lucky that my bank gave me the money back. But please do not download the app and do not subscribe for the free trial. The support team is not helpful and if this app wants to run smoothly they need to get some kind of refund policy down because there’s no refund policy

I’m a better person thanks to Habio. This app is definitely staying with me for the long haul. With Habio it’s easy for me to keep track of all the great things that I’ve out to accomplish today and every day. Habio is my go-to mental health coach who always keeps me motivated to become a better, happier, healthier and more productive version of myself.

Scammy. App doesn’t tell you you have to pay. No Basic free feature to try. If i cant try, i don't buy. Waste of time.

No. This app I have got does not even let me open the app. It is so stupid I need an app that will work. I need a to do list for online and this stupid app will not even open!🥱🥱😠

Habio is Fabio. Listen.. if you’re someone who has retired or are a student during summer break, I would highly recommend this app, helps you organize your life in a more efficient manner.

Misleading. I saw an Instagram ad that showed the Meyers-Brigg personalities and what the perfect morning routine for you would be based on yours but this app does NOT provide anything similar to this.

Glitch happening. Love the app and the concept. But there is a bug with the app and it doesnt keep track of my habits. Very fustrating because it defeats the purpose of the app

do not recommend. honestly it looked nice at first but i had to re download the app a couple times for it to stop freezing on the welcome screen. and i understand they want you to use premium but come on! you only get like 3 habits and then you can do anymore. very poor app. DO NOT recommend!!

Be prepared to be charged $15 for the rest of your life!. I started the free trial and decided the app wasn’t for me. So I went on the App Store to try to cancel my subscription, but lo and behold you can’t. So I went on their website and contacted them directly. Absolutely no response in the next month they charge me $15. I contacted them again, no response, next month rolls around another $15. This is now the third month they charge me $15 and contacting them is completely futile. We are up to $45 of money they stole them for me and I guess I’m gonna have to be burdened with this nonsensical $15 a month for the rest of my life! Very unprofessional! On another note this is the first bad review I’ve ever given in my entire life.

Not for me. - the fact that one has absolutely no idea what they’re signing up for without paying you smacks of taking advantage of people - add to that the fact that there’s no clear way to cancel through your app… - the program you designed isn’t at all what I need, yet there doesn’t seem to be a way to change it

So helpful. I love this app! It’s a great tool for implementing your goals! However, I wish that I was able to create my own routines.

I can’t get pass the “your all set start building new habits” page. Hello I just wanted to say that it isn’t letting me get passed the “your all set start building new habits page” and I’m just wondering if there’s anyway to fix that?

Fraudulently Charge Account. I immediately canceled the free trial and never subscribed; yet I have been fraudulently charged three separate times from July 2022-October 2022. I do not want or use this app. I have reached out to their “support” and to no avail I’m still waiting for my full refund and for them to stop charging me. I’ve contacted Habio support, Apple and my bank who all say to contact Habio to be removed from their list of being charged and to cease all possible future fraudulent charges. I want my money back that you fraudulently stole from me. The Habio support does nothing to help, I’ve already tried that multiple times and to no resolution.

I really wanted to like this app but. There is no way to customize routines. That’s a deal breaker for me.

Deletes data. After using this app for about a month and a half, they deleted ALL OF MY DATA. What’s the point of tracking my habits of the app is just going to delete everything anyways. It was actually a decent app before that happened. I’m so disappointed. -_-

Usefulness. I think this app has a great overall concept. But, it doesn’t provide a full calendar like other similar apps to view your habits for the month. Also, you don’t get reminders to remember habits. I’m not sure if this is a glitch with my app, but for me a reminder alert is needed. Other than that the concept behind it and imagery is good if you remember to use it without having alerts.

No free trial. I don’t want to pay for an app when I have no idea how it works. I’m happy to pay if I can get a sense of what i’m paying for. Other apps have trial runs.

No instructions. This app could be great if there was information available on how to use the app. How to rest your selections.

Doesn’t work. You load it out in your info and then it never works. When you open the app it pops up with tracking your water and the finger it shows where to track and your click on it and it does nothing. You can’t click anywhere else yo get out of that part either. Kind of worthless.

I canceled my trail and still charged. I canceled my trial and still charged. I so much as even deleted the app. I have my daughter look through my phone to make sure I was not crazy. We looked and in my App Store it has where I download it and is offering me a free trial.

Free version has nothing. So I’m sure the paid version of this is great, but the free version has absolutely nothing useful.

False advertising. “Optional subscription” was a lie, tried to do the free plan that is mentioned in the description but it doesn’t exist. Wouldn’t allow me to access the app without subscribing.

Too much. I have no idea what’s going on with this app… there is too much going on. I really wanted it to help me do daily things but I just. Ant figure out how to add my own tasks. When I thought I was signing up for a free trial it charges me 50 dollar…. I have yet to get a response on getting a refund. The app is completely overwhelming and I have no idea what’s going on half the time.

Do not subscribe. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. This company is terrible and shady. I did a free trial and canceled before the end as per instructions. However, I’ve now been charged for three months of service and it’s completely impossible to find an option to unsubscribe. I will be contacting my credit card company to request that they deny payment. UPDATE: today I received a notice thanking me for payment for a one week subscription that I NEVER REQUESTED. in fact, I contacted their support email and instead of hearing back they charged me for another week in top of the two months that they already charged after I’ve requested to cancel multiple times.

Shady App. Don’t sign up for this app. Super shady, they charge $7.99/week and the app was not user friendly. I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card in order for them to stop charging my account. Trying to use the app was very frustrating. Reached to the company to cancel my subscription and I got no response.

Calendar View. I love this app! The UI is so cute and I like that there are courses to encourage you to stay consistent with your habits. I took off one star because it could be better with a calendar view. I want to see when I last did a habit. Sometimes I like to do a habit by the number of days and not by certain days. So it would be nice to see when I last did a habit to keep count.

Not working. The app didn’t seem to load properly- got stuck on setting up a habit goal and nothing else. No reply from the Habio support via Facebook page either🙁 I have also sent a support request via the app and had no reply.

A Motivator. This app has some simple ideas to motivate achievement. It can be set to any tasks to achieve your goals. Simple and effective.

I was charged $27. I am not happy with this app I was charged $27 on top of the membership I purchased! Such hidden cost don’t download!!

Very unhappy and disappointed. If I could have gave this no stars I would have I found this app absolutely ridiculous I can’t believe that this app want you to pay to improve your life. After I selected skip or not now and finally set my goal I wanted to set another one for cleaning up and get was very angry to see that to get that routine I had to pay for it. I hate this app for the very reason that they do not want you to help you improve your life. But they will if you pay them to I just can’t believe this and I think the app would get some major changes This app needs to identify that not everyone wants to spend quiet a lot of money on an app that doesn’t help at all

They stole my money. I cancelled my subscription an hour after downloading the app and I was charged $123 anyway. After writing to them, I have had no response. I have just suffered through a flood which destroyed most of my belongings and have no money to pay for such trivial things as an app. I need my money back, please!

Not working. I keep getting stuck on choosing your motivational image then the app crashes?

Absolute rubbish. Do not waste your money on this app. I got stuck in a loop of setting goals also. Got no benefit from it. I also seemed to get charged $11.99 US two weeks in a row. Couldn’t figure out how to get out of whatever subscription I entered into so have deleted my account and cancelled PayPal payments. Hopefully I never hear from this App again!

Needs fixing. i was really excited to use this app but i can’t seem to get past picking them first goal.... the “i need to change something” button is overlapping the start button and now i’m stuck in this loop where i can’t get to actually using the app... :(

Can’t see anything properly. I have no idea why, but half the screen is always cut off and everything overlaps so nothing is clear. It’s hard to read things. You can’t scroll to other options. They really need to fix the formatting issues with this.

Misleading subscription. The pricing on the App Store is completely misleading - fraudulent even. Support tried to tell me I purchased through their website which is different pricing to the App Store - what rubbish. I couldn’t get a direct answer to my very clear questions when I emailed support - their replies were evasive. The app itself is beautiful but the subscriptions and support are shambolic. Don’t go near it.

Not worth it - Hard to use. Stupidly paid for a 1 year subscription after thinking it was going to be easy to use and what I was after. Not worth it at all. The app it self looks nice but is extremely hard to use and has very set routine that you’re unable to adapt and change.

Beautiful but not as helpful as I hoped. This app is BEAUTIFUL so I wanted to love it. But it doesn’t send me any notifications that make noise, and I am unable to add a widget to my home screen. A widget with a list of tasks to do for the day would be extremely helpful!

NOT FREE! Super disappointed!!. I downloaded this app thinking I was going to get some value out of it because I have adhd and getting tasks down can be hard at times. So this could have been a useful tool for me. But there is absolutely nothing free on the app, you have to choose a plan right away. I deleted the app right after. The ad was super deceiving!

Great for ADHD!. had this for a few months and it’s a super useful addition to my adhd treatment plan. :) absolutely love how positive it is, the messages to help stay motivated and how it has even more information on building positive habits! Love the journaling element too. Better than any habit tracker I’ve had before. :-)

Another subscription trap. Don’t be fooled. It’s not free and rather expensive for the value it provides.

You have to buy it. You have to pay weekly. I found an app that can do list of anything and you can put in times for when to get the notifications. It’s called Reminders. But this app you have to pay for.

Habio. Easy to use

Habio. Cannot get it to work. Gets to the screen “Ready to get started” and there is no way to type Yes or move on from there.

Not worth it. I regret having subscribed. You can’t edit the routines so you’re stuck with whatever pre-established routines they have. Very disappointed.

Feedback. Your prices are too high, you need to offer a free trial period in order for people to decide if your product is actually worth it. Will not subscribe unless there’s a free trial because I’ve wasted money on bad apps in the past and looking at your reviews you seem to have some issues with content.

But with these reviews I’m doubtful and upset this company is allowed to stay in business.

Impossible. The prices are very misleading and it’s impossible to unsubscribe! The highest listed price for a yearly subscription is 79.99 yet my account was charged $89.99. It told me it was 3.99 a week but failed to list that the subscriptions are only charged yearly!! I cannot cancel my subscription because customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to reach!!! Help!!

Sneaky practices. This app charged me $21.59 although I signed up for a free trial. According to Apple, I may have had this app before and thus, was not eligible for the free trial. Who knows??? I can’t remember which apps I’ve had in the past so it would be nice if that were indeed the case for the developers (or Apple) to remind folks that they have had the app before and cannot get another trial. Either way I don’t remember this app at all and I’m working to try to get a refund. This app is not useful at all so in my opinion it’s not worth the money.

Over $60/month in charges AFTER cancelling. I cancelled my membership before the free trial ended (because the app is nothing noteworthy) and then my husband just saw on our bank statement that they have been charging us $15.99/week for the last 9 months!!! That’s not even the amount the app is advertised for. We never got any receipts of purchases, making it clearly intentional that you don’t find out you’re being charged. They also make it very hard for you to actually cancel your subscription. If you don’t go through the site and then also confirm via an email they send, you might think you’ve cancelled when you in fact have not. Customer support was absolutely no help. They simply said there’s nothing that can be done. I cannot discourage you from making this regrettable mistake enough.

This is a SCAM. I signed up for this app and canceled before the trial was over but am still getting direct billed $29.99 a month. I’ve deleted the app. I’ve emailed the support email for the past two months, no response other than the autogenerated email that they received my email. I am a single mom and was hoping this would help me stay organized - now I am spending my time just trying to get the to stop billing me.

Horrible. I downloaded this app to try it and I had to give them my credit card for the 3-day trial. After 1 day I decided it was not for me so I tried to cancel and of course the app would not let me cancel. I tried to contact Support but got no reply. I deleted the app and now I am charged $49.99. I go to the app website and select “cancel” and it says my email is not recognized. I am calling the fraud department at my bank. Beware of this app.

Not trustworthy. I was super excited about this app to help me get more organized. Other than tracking what you did, there is nothing that really helps track what you want. No real calendar. I did a free trial and deleted it the next day. They CHARGED me $90.89. There’s no way to unsubscribe, no way to get ahold of a team.

Best habit tracker and habit assistant ever!. Amazing!

$14.99 charged weekly. I canceled my subscription with Habio on February 17th and still continued to be charged $14.99 WEEKLY. The company did not respond to my emails so I finally just contacted my bank. Please do not make the mistake I did. This company needs to be investigated!!!

Overcharged. I signed up to try the app for $1 and evidently got signed up for the weekly fee. However, the weekly fee listed is $4.99/week, and my PayPal account has been charged $14.99/week. If you have a great product, you shouldn’t need to scam people to get their money.
