No Longer Works with Speakers. I bought the subscription and it worked perfectly for amount a month or two until a month ago it stopped working. I got your other app SonosTube and it asked me for an IP and then it worked. I don’t see an option for IP on the SonosTalk app. Please fix this!!!

Not working on iPhone 14 pro (fixed). Edit: reinstalled app and it found speakers after a couple minutes. Worked fine on my 12 pro but updated phone and it doesn’t find speakers anymore.

This app is great and it WORKS!. Other Sonos intercom apps are flaky and unreliable. This one works well and connects to multiple speakers with ease. The text to speech feature is a nice touch, too. Very happy with this app.

Don’t You Do It. When you remove the app cuz it is poo, you will have to reinitialize every device in your home.

Tested with this app before and after paying, with Denon Home 150 & 250 (HEOS) speakers: This app works fine the first one or maybe two times transmitting something to a speaker, but then it stops working until either the speaker is rebooted, or one can manage to play something else to the speaker — which also may not even be possible without rebooting the speaker. After rebooting the speaker, or managing to play something else to the speaker and then stopping it, this app may work with that speaker again, once or twice. Quitting and relaunching this app doesn’t affect this issue. It extensive testing here, we found this app to be currently unusable for any practical use. Updates may resolve the issue?

Does not work. Never found my Sonos speakers. Pointless. Through away $2.

Couldn’t find my sonos speakers. I don’t think it’s actually made by the Sonos company. Name is misleading.

Doesn’t work. Installed on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. App finds my Sonos speakers, but does not broadcast any sound through any of the speakers.

Can’t connect to my speakers. The app worked fine during the trial period. After paying for the app, it no longer connects to my wifi speakers.

Bugs fixed. Seems to have started working again. Didnt work for about 8 months but the bugs have been fixed and it works now.

Works well, easy to use, exceeded expectations. I was skeptical about installing this app due to the small number of reviews and the fact that some of them looked fake. I took a chance and purchased it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. The user interface is attractive and intuitive, and the intercom works as advertised. I tried it on 2 different Sonos speakers—the sound was good and transmitting delay was short. It will identify all devices on your network, but you can choose to hide the ones that you don’t want to use. I downloaded the same app to my wife’s phone for free. You can link several devices to a single account. This is an excellent intercom app that exceeded my expectations.

“Necessary for family”?. Three reviews at present all of which have similar words and the exact phrase “necessary for family” makes these reviews very suspect. That said, I gave the trial a try and it seems to work as described so if you are looking for this kind of functionally I say go for it. Minus one star for the suspicious reviews.

Why does a paid version have to be so much worse than a free version. This app doesn’t work. There was an older, free intercom for Sonia that was really useful. Now I’ve had to buy this one which is slow, glitchy, clumsy and thoroughly annoying. Please work to improve it because this is really disappointing and I would love to be able to find any alternative

Shouldn’t say free with in-app purchases. Let me start out by saying setup was instant and smooth. Opened the app, immediately found the speakers, then just worked. Quality was surprisingly clear and excellent sounding - there is a small delay as it sends the message to the speakers, but it’s not ridiculous and if you need it faster, then pick up the phone or walk to the intended recipient of the message. My only gripe was it implied it would work without requiring a purchase. Soon as you send your first message, it tells you that a free 2 day trial has started and it’s 2.99 to use the app after that. Feels very misleading since it doesn’t appear to have a “free tier” in the app and it’s useless after the trial if you don’t pay.

Works as advertised, and does it well on my Sonos system. The interface is intuitive; select which speaker(s) you want to broadcast to, adjust the volume if required, hold the mic button and talk, that easy.

Good as a paging system. Works well. Only feedback would be if the developer can add a feature to make saved groups for a set of speakers in settings.
