Inferior to older version. This app freezes a lot especially while scrolling through stories. Tapping on stories often leads to it opening in a web browser rather than the app. Why bother with the app, then? Bring back the old app.

One major flaw. The old app had landscape capability; this one does not. Please fix.

Not good at all. Headlines are HUGE. Very disappointed. I need weather. The old app was sharp and to the point. Now they pushed on us an overloaded with headlines app. When I need news, I go to news. When I need weather, that’s all I need. Will be looking for the appropriate app elsewhere. Was with CBS. For hundred of years. Now it’s time to move on.

Replacement weather app. The weather app that will be disabled on March 31,2023 is much better than its replacement!!!!! The weather feature in the new app is annoying and not as good - I have nothing against having news available, however, it’s terrible for weather! You CAN’T save locations - I have at least eight locations in the current app - when I’m traveling- this feature is very important! You CAN’T easily go back and forth from daily and hourly information. GOOD CHANCE I’LL DELETE THIS APP AND TRY SOMEONE ELSES PS I WATCH CBS NEWS EVERY NIGHT AT 11:00 PM AND MOST OF THE TV PROGRAMS I WATCH ARE ON CBS

Excellent New App. Great new app - appreciate the ability to watch CBSN New York as well as individual clips.

Too buggy, freezes a lot. The new app is not ready yet, give it back to developers to fix. It freezes a lot when scrolling through stories. please fix

CBS NY Local news app. Extremely slow response. App suddenly closes on its own. Bring back the old app until you work out the bugs in the new version.

Too Small. I must say the app offers lots of headlines. However it should fit the screen like the CBS News app that I have had for over a year. If this can be changed than I’d be more than happy to update my review.

15. New iOS does not allow cbsnewyork to work in landscape position. Please update app old version worked fine. This is very upsetting and unacceptable. This applies to all iPads and my phone. Very poor customer service..

Awful!!. New version installed a couple of days ago screwed up the phone while it was running. Finally deleted it after reinstalling a couple of times. Too bad, since the old version was one of my most frequently used apps.

Disappointed with the weather app. The CBS weather app was my go-to weather app. The replacement is no where near as good. I need to find another source.

Big update needed. Today is Monday Nov 28, 2022 and the app is showing news from 2 days ago. Really????

Firestick. Need to add to firestick but not able to do this

Size. The app size cannot be handled. It is just one small size.

All you get is CBSN and not local CBS starion with the app. The old app allowed you to watch local newscast from major CBS locations. Now all you get is CBSN. Please fix so I can watch my local news again.

Please don’t discontinue the weather app. I use the CBS weather app constantly now and love it. I am dismayed that you are discontinuing it. I checked out the CBS 2 New York app and it is useless for weather. I couldn’t even find the radar map. I will not be using it.

Old One MUCH BETTER. The old app had landscape, since many people use tablets not having this is a BIG pain. The old App was easier to navigate. The old App did not crash your device. These things should all have been worked out BEFORE they replaced the old/ user friendly App. Why change things and just make everything worse?

Needs a refresher. App needs a new update with a better weather section
