The Perfect Twitter Client doesn’t ex—. Just hope Twitter doesn’t cut this one off too!

很棒的第三方推特客户端，细节还可以更好. 用得最久的是 Tweetbot，但当我无法忍受龟速的加载上下文后，继续搜寻发现了 ttte 和 Spring，都买了内购，ttte 的优点是排版最舒服，加载上下文仅仅比官方客户端稍慢，但是是第三方里面最快的，缺点是可自定义的项目太少；Spring 的优点是可自定义项目很丰富，但是排版不太喜欢，显示的内容一多就显得比较拥挤和杂乱，希望作者可以借鉴一下 ttte，加载上下文的速度可以接受，但能再提高就更好啦，希望中文字体可以再多些，谢谢

Used to work but twitter shut it down. Looks like spring is dead now I opened it this morning it said “your account info is expired or invalid please sign again” I removed this account and tapped sign in and got this error “bad response unauthorized error code 401”

Redirecting to app. It is better to add a feature that users click links in other apps and then it automatically open Spring to view the links, rather than too many actions. In addition, it should redirect users to Spring once they have scanned QR code instead of opening safari and press too many buttons before getting to Spring. Anyway THX for this nice app!

A need. As a member user, I want to make some requests. Can you add a share generated button to automatically generate a long picture of the current tweet text and the attached picture.

Best Twitter Client. Hands down, the best Twitter client in the App Store!

Developer is trying to circumvent the App Store for unannounced reasons. Developer has recently decided too try and circumvent App Store policies by convincing non-dev users to all download and install his "beta" through test flight. No information given as to why beyond nebulous "api key bad" without the current version having any issues. There's no reason to force users into a beta, or circumvent app store policies. Use at your own risk.

Great App. App works amazingly but videos on twitter are inconsistent on playing.

It works!. Yes, the API thingie works. Yes, the process is humbug and confusing to negotiate. Also: Yes, app support is for real. A worthwhile investment for even a casual user like myself.

Best Twitter App by far!. I’ve been a long time user of Tweetbot and this app blows it out of the water. Also this app is frequently updated and Tweetbot is rarely updated. Spring also has many of the Twitter API features that Tweetbot does not.

Is there any way you would add another text size?!. Amazing app. One request though, could you add in another text size that is the same as the official twitter app? Right now there is one size smaller and one size slightly bigger.

Doesn’t work, shady developer.. Force closes. Dev is a criminal. Don’t listen to this app developer, this app doesn’t work now that Twitter doesn’t accept third party requests. You can’t do a thing but see old content. Avoid.

2023-01-20 Still Works!. This app is still working unlike TweetBot and many other third party clients. I suspect this is due to the lack of widespread popularity, but I’m not complaining!

Meh.. Nowhere near as good, polished, or pretty as Tweetbot. The app’s design looks so dated. I wish I could have my money back.

The Best. The attention to detail and ability to customize are amazing. Love it!

This is a good app but. It constantly throughout the day gives errors that you can tweet right now, try later. Developer responds quickly and says it is because a lot of people are tweeting at the same time. I just can't use an app like that. I wish this could be fixed because it's a great app.

Sigh…. As of 9:45 pm EST, 1/21/23, this app seems to have fallen victim to Twitter’s third-party developer bannings This was the last one working. Loved it for the week I had it

Best Twitter App. This is by far my favorite Twitter app. Privacy is at its core. The customization is phenomenal and the development team continues to make it better.

Easy to use. The app feels polished and easy to use! Unfortunately search results is limited by Twitter but there is a link to visit Twitter site to see the rest.

great app one caveat. when viewing certain tweets, all replies will not load, you have to tap on show more replies, in order to review the rest of the replies not only that, sometimes that doesn’t even work properly and then it launches safari Twitter. 😕 very annoying

Beats Tweetbot.. I downloaded this app a while back….stepped away because it had some short comings…..gave it a break, tried almost every other Twitter app in the App Store….and while the app is not perfect…..it has so many customizations you can apply….you can MAKE it perfect….how’s that for size? I’m a geek and also have adhd…..this satisfied my lengthy check list. Thanks for this dev.

Highly customizeable Twitter client. I was waiting for Tweetbot to do something with their Mac app. After hearing about Spring, I replaced Tweetbot as my go-to on iPhone, iPad and now Mac. Love the customization options and how they manage conversations. Highly recommend buying the app.

Worth every penny. I made the jump from a certain bird bot to Spring. Buttery smooth animations and it just FEELS like it was made for iOS. I can’t believe I didn’t swap sooner. Thank you.

One of the best hidden gems. This app wasn’t well known. When people think about Twitter they usually mention tweetbot or twitterific but not this one. I for one preferred this app over the rest due to it being iOS native and everything working flawlessly. It had in-app translator which looks very good and you can pick from other layouts. Complete control over how the app functions and looks. Now that Twitter killed their free API. All clients no longer work but that shouldn’t be the fault of the developer who sustained the app as long as he could. I would definitely pay again for their next project which is now Mona for Mastodon.

Excellent app, but use at your own risk. Be advised: you’re using those developer credentials at your own risk. Clients like this are no longer supported, and violate new rules at Twitter — you may lose your credentials or your account. Which is a crying shame. Spring is an excellent app which I came to far too late, beating Tweetbot to the punch on so many features and making excellent use of the Tweetdeck workflow on iPadOS. Spring made Twitter useful for me at a point when nothing else was working, and it’s gutting to know its standing is precarious.

I. Love. This. App. This is just literally the best twitter client I’ve ever used, it honestly would be worth a monthly subscription

Twitter killed it. Can no longer get any data or log into the app.

This is an excellent product. I was using the Twitter app on Mac, until X recently EOL’d it and made me switch to a badly designed X replacement. Spring saved me! Great, intuitive operation. Also has a strong IOS app. Well worth the cost.

Tried many Twitter clients. But this one is my favorite. Feels like a native iOS app and the many customization options are great!

Disappointing. I can't send friends and not show messages in his message, as I can't see the media people when you get in their accounts, the app is bad compared to his high price.

Left Tweetbot for Spring. Tweetbot isn’t a bad client, but Spring is great. I really appreciate all the UI customization that is available. It has much more modern look & feel, than other 3rd party clients and the official Twitter app itself!

Better than Tweetbot. I’m very surprise on how much better Spring is. It works very reliably, polls works, very active development and great UI, renders wonderful on my Mac and iPhone which is something I feel makes Spring much better than any other alternative. Pay for this app, you won’t regret it.

Refuses to connect to Twitter. Was great the first three days then it stopped syncing to Twitter. Now it's a digital paperweight. I uninstalled and and reinstalled it hoping that would fix the issue but it sadly did not. Will be asking Apple for a refund.

DOES NOT WORK. Twitter has stopped this app from working. The devs know this and continue to sell it. Absolutely disgusting.

App still works. Don’t know what the dev has done, but it still works on Twitter and is so much better than the default app.

One step forward two step back. Every time they release an app update, they break something. This time it’s the feed. It doesn’t remember where you left off and refreshes to the top. Pointless. Developer doesn’t offer any support even though it’s an expensive app.

Almost perfect. Amazing set of features and customization. Only missing thing is the new multi image / media tweets that allow to share images and videos at the same time. It’s been out for a bit already, I hope it makes it into the app soon (with the same layout as Twitter core so that we can see the same image layouts people are creating)

API access blocked…?. Love the app but getting "Your account info has expired or no longer valid. Please sign in again." after this update… I guess it was just a matter of time after the Musk-tard takeover :/

It was good while it lasted. it sucks because i loved this app so much i was able to deal with all the inconveniences that stemmed from twitter paywalling their api. unfortunately with support practically nonexistent after two suspensions i couldnt risk another acc with how long it takes to refollow. now the accounts expire quicker on the app, all the logins lockd your acc as a bot or suspends. the few months i had spring before 3rd party apps forced to shut down, it was worth every cent paid for the app. really talented developer

Great until…. The app was great until the update released 22 Jan 2023. Kicked me out and gives me an error when trying to sign in…

Twitter banning 3rd parties. Apple refused a refund for Spring Mini I bought first. The developer ignored my email. Now, Twitter is banning all third-party apps, so I'll be refused & ignored for buying this main app. Stay away, donate $ elsewhere.
