Better off buying Bad Grammar Academy. Nick does a nice job of explaining the fundamentals of controlling the call. However, he provides zero value on how to actually make specific sounds (like the hiccup). His videos on specific calls are basically him performing the sound and saying “that’s it!”. The app has a lot of potential, but most of the content says “coming soon” but this app is 4 years old. My recommendation is to spend the extra $10 and buy BGA instead.

10 star. This app is worth its weight in gold. Nick J is the real deal

Fan Boy. I love everything that Nick J puts out. I feel like he has this teaching thing dialed. I’m barely a few videos in and have diagnosed flaws that have likely been holding me back. I think that 19.99 is a steal. If you want to get better at calling geese then you can’t go wrong with this app.

Amazing!. What an app! Nick explains everything in perfect detail for a wonderful learning experience. Can’t wait to dive in deeper and get better at goose calling!

Helpful app but unfinished. I’ll start by saying I think nick is a god to not only goose calling but teaching goose calling as well. The app has helped me a good bit on certain things but at the same time it has left me hanging on other things. The rolling double cluck video for instance, nick goes through and makes the sound and says “I have a great technique I’ll show you check this out….” Then the video ends without showing us the technique. And then the “sequences” and “tactics” segment of the app say pro feature and coming soon. I would love to see the app finished and would even be willing to pay an additional 20 bucks to have a finished app at this point. I think he’s onto something great here we just need to finished product. I will easily give a 5 star review once I have a completed app

Goose calling. One of the best goose calling apps. It’s already helped me with my calling. If you want to to best the best in your hunting group. You have to get this app.

Great instructions. Very clear to easy instructions. The feature I really like is they added real goose sound recordings so you can listen to goose vocals. I’m still new to it but seems solid. I’m hoping there will be some sequence instructions included eventually without having to pay more.

Take it to the next level. Nick breaks the notes down and the sounds to a level that is understandable and helps you build from there looking forward to this year’s hunting season with more notes and range and more birds down!

First Class. Awesome app and content. Nick does a great job explaining each technique and when to use. I liked how he talk about the goose alphabet and the it has letters. This is a great analogy and easy to understand.

Best calling tool ever. I have hunted waterfowl for 8 years and year after year I struggle with sounding anything like a goose and although I’m not there yet this app and the creator nick a smith give you every tool necessary to get you where you want to go. Great place to learn every aspect of calling.

Within the app Nick goes into detail about learning the notes in a way that anyone can understand. Well worth the expense if you truly want to become a better caller!

Awesome App. Whether you’re a beginner or someone that’s been calling for awhile just looking for a refresh this app will help tremendously. The content is explained very well in a non traditional but very effective manner which not only helps you understand calling but truly understand how it works. Don’t waste your time watching YouTube videos which will just lead to frustration, buy the app one time and be given knowledge that is priceless and will help you tremendously in the field.

Goose tech break down. I’ve tried to learn how to call multiple times but I have struggled several times and I think part of the reason was I didn’t understand the notes and why I would use them. Nick does a really good job of breaking it down and explaining the why. I’m looking forward to new content that will be available through the app as it develops more.
