Crash crash crash bugs bugs bugs. I have to change my review. I love this game. As I got further now suddenly the app is constantly crashing. Kill the final boss. Crash! Upgrade an item. Crash. Restart the game and the item iv worked so hard to upgrade completely disappeared. Watching an ad. You get problem with add error and nothing happens for wasting ur time watching it. Claim rewards. Crashes. Can hardly play it anymore cause it always crashes. Same thing happened to the Lara Croft run game. Got so so far on 2 different devices and when I got so far and worked so hard in the game it randomly crashes in the same spot every single time no matter what. If this keeps glitching out I’m not gonna be willing to ply anymore even though I really want too.

Fun for a few minutes, but glitchy as heck. I really enjoy the core gameplay loop of this game, but the prevalence and punishing nature of the glitches just makes this a nearly unplayable mess. Approximately 50% of the time I’ve spent playing this game has been completely negated by glitches. It’s incredibly frustrating to think you’re making progress for 2 hours and end up having nothing to show for it. The game doesn’t give you any rewards for a dungeon until the results screen successfully closes, but there’s no “press your luck” mechanic that would ever make it so you shouldn’t be able to claim those rewards, so not giving you the rewards immediately every time you complete a stage was simply a programming decision that saves overhead at the cost of frustrating the player base. Some of the runs are 50 stages, and I’ve completed 50 stages numerous times only to have it crap out on the results screen and not give me any of the things I collected throughout the run. If they changed it so that it added the money and items to your account as soon as you pick them up, I’d give it 4 stars, and if they fixed all the glitches, it’d definitely be a 5-star game, but as is it’s just a frustrating experience all around, and I can’t in good conscience recommend it to anyone.

Constantly crashing. Game has consistently been crashing during the summary after completing a level or dying. I have to reload the game and if it gives me the option to continue the previous game, it will load forever and never actually load the previous game. If I’m lucky I can continue, hopefully beat the level again, and hopefully have it not crash again.

Ads are a bummer…let me explain. The actual gameplay here is actually quite fun and pretty addicting. Like most mobile games these days though, ads are factored into the equation which is to be expected and normally aren’t an issue for me. BUT, not only am I getting constant errors when trying to view ads telling me I don’t have enough phone storage to play the ads, but some of the ads are a minute long with multiple pop ups to close out of before getting your reward! The inconsistency and unpredictability of the ads (especially when attempting to view one for a revive) in this game are extremely frustrating. I’ll continue to play and hope they release an update to fix this issue but it’s a real bummer. Side note: Ads that force audio to play when my phone is on silent is a real turn off and makes me force quit the game. Additionally, it’d be nice if it didn’t force other audio apps playing in the background to pause when you open the game.

Hard crashes and lost progress after successful runs. This happens after every run for the last few days, the game will hard crash to the Home Screen and all earned rewards, progress toward daily goals, and earned currency are lost. Currently broken and unplayable until this is fixed. Ads are horrible, take forever and multiple clicks to close. Great game brought down by glitches and freemium nonsense.

Game stuck permanently. Well, I was rather enjoying this game since it’s release date in February 2023, however nearly a year’s worth of progress will be gone since the game just randomly decided to stop loading and get stuck at 48%. No fix. When you click on the support link in the Apple App Store you are taken to the developers webpage, which has absolutely no contact info. I tried to report a problem to apple directly and I can’t. It won’t let me select the game when I go to report an issue with apple. The only direct support is in the game and I can’t get to it because the game won’t open. How convenient for the developers. I’ve also tried contacting the developers via their discord server, and there is no contact in there either, and no one in the server who is a so called moderator has a fix for iPhone users or contact info for developers. Only option is to delete and reinstall, which means I will lose all progress so I’m left with a dead game. The developers need to take responsibility for their bugs! I can’t even contact them and I have heard that even if you can, you will need your tomb raider reloaded game ID. Do people actually have the time to write down a mobile game ID? Very poor on the part of the developers! So mad what a waste of months of gameplay.

Mediocre. The gameplay is fun and does capture the general essence of the franchise, and it tries to stave off being too formulaic by randomly generating various boosters, but it all quickly grows repetitive Resources trickle in painfully slow, even with dedicated play. Undoubtedly a ploy to push the numerous microtransactions, which is normal for mobile gaming these days Weapons and gear cannot be locked like other gacha-based games. I accidentally dismantled my equipped Epic weapon and had to message support. Situations like this rarely work out in the players’ favor. Why would I want to dismantle the currently equipped weapon? It makes no sense This game is good for about half an hour until you realize what it’s trying to do, and the gameplay isn’t enough to sustain interest without a sizable forfeiture of real money to keep up I cannot recommend this as a lover of the Tomb Raider franchise and real gaming in general You’re better off picking up the console or PC ports of the excellent trilogy by Crystal Dynamics

Another game that requires money to advance. I am very disappointed in this game. When you play the events, they do not give you the rewards that you earn. I came in 1st place on the one event that I played, and when it was over, I got a pop up that said “here are your rewards for 7th place”. I went back into the event, which had ended, and it still showed me in 1st place. I guess they don’t want to really give you the rewards that you actually earned. They want you to pay for them. There is really no advancement in this game unless you spend money, and I am not going to do that….especially when they cheat you out of your earned rewards. Just not worth the time required to try to beat the levels when you can’t get any good equipment without making the game creators rich. This is just a dead end game for free players.

Fun, Nostalgic, stop with the Ads. Controls are slick and responsive, maps well made, progression is fine. Stop advertising, I’m not paying to win; ironically if you asked for a flat fee up front, that would give me the whole game unlocked you’d get my money. Asking for money to spend on in game power ups, is anti consumer, and insults my intelligence and aptitude of a lifelong gamer. But I know you won’t stop.

Nostalgic story in an easy modern approach.. I’m an OG Tome Raider player. PS1 player from the day the series dropped and I never missed a game. This mobile game took the concept of “Archero” and applied it to the series first game story release and it works great! With similar power-ups and an upgrade system in place, anyone familiar with these types of games will feel at home and enjoy the experience. I know I have. From the classic character appearance, dual guns and level upgrades specific weapons that you earned in the original game later anyways, and the familiar soundtrack of the original, players old and new to the series will find something to like playing this. I hope the devs are going to improve on the game further, I would love to see more levels or add-ons that involved the other games as well as costumes that she wore throughout.

Every patch brings more bugs. Cleared quests for killing 75 mobs within 5 tiles. Game crashes shut on summary screen. Tried to continue after restart. Waited minutes. Started without continue. Lost quest completes. Uninstalled game. That was last straw. Together with either not being able to see ads at all or watching ads and getting errors and no reward at all. This game isn’t ready yet. About $50 down the drain.

Nostalgia at its finest!. Ever since Anniversary I’ve been waiting for classic Lara Croft to come back! Though it’s a mobile game it’s got AAA qualities, and I could even see this as a port to console’s/PC! The potential, gameplay, art style, atmosphere, and even the voice acting is all here! A Tomb Raider game I can get behind. Excited to see the content to come!

Best game of this genre!. There are many games in App Store with this game genre, but none of them come close to being this awesome! Not only that, but unlike all the other games of this genre, it appears that these developers created all their own original assets, which is great for those of us who are tired of seeing the same looking crates, power-ups, enemies, etc. I love me some Lara Croft and I love me some of this archeresque type gameplay. Highly Recommend!

Since the recent update. Since the recent update the ads won't play anymore and sometimes the game freezes now. Awesome game though. I love it. Great design and animation. But I can't really enjoy it anymore if the freezing persists and bonus ads aren't available. Oh there's also a glitch on the stage select menu. It the rewards, the weekly rewards. It shows a green ! Badge which indicates there's a reward to be collected. But there is no reward to be collected in weekly rewards. And that green ! Badge will not go away even after I restart the app or after I get an actually weekly reward to collect. The ! badge is still there.

Difficult tweaks are needed. 15 seconds into playing and I instantly knew I was gonna love this game. I was playing this game for a while and enjoying it until the 3rd world. Why did the third arena get so hard outta nowhere????? It went from 4-6 enemies per room to like 10-15 enemies. I have no clue how anybody actually beat this without spending money. And outta nowhere too, my weapons feel like there hardly doing damage. By the 3rd arena my gun was a level 6 and it still felt like it was doing no damage. I don’t even know if I should even play anymore to be honest, I don’t wanna have a stroke dodging 100 projectile’s at once. Either way game has so much potential just balance the difficulty and you got a great game.

A lot of fun but ad failure is annoying.. Great Archero style rogue game. The one big problem I’ve had so far is on boss levels if I have even just one additional app open, when I do the additional spin for watching an ad, it’ll say “ad Watch failure! Insufficient memory on device” and then the screen freezes and I can no longer move forward. I have to close the game, close EVERYTHING else and reopen TR Reloaded and redo the boss level again. I remember most of the time now to close everything before running the game, but it is annoying and not a problem I should be experiencing on an iPhone 14 pro max with 256gb.

Best mobile tomb raider game. well it time for me to say that this may be the best tomb raider mobile game I’ve ever played and it awesome it the 2th tomb raider mobile game I played and if you want to know what is my first tomb raider game mobile game I played well it Lara recites runs and I remember playing that game as well but now I am playing this game and I love it 10/10 go playing it

New update. I’ve played this for a week now and decided to play today. It opened up to tell me about the new update but wouldn’t let me pass the screen to play. I had to delete the game, redownload the game and sign back in with my apple account to continue my saved progress. However I completed the second tomb with 50 levels and now that I’m signed back in with my apple progress account. I have to repeat the second tomb of 50 levels plus all of my artifacts and items in my bag are all lost that I no longer have. Can I get a award or something because it should’ve saved all that information and it hasn’t. I’ve lost my gems, my items, and even level progression. ALSO WHY DOESNT THE GAME ALLOW YOU TO MUTE IT PLAY YOUR OWN MUSIC WHILE PLAYING. As soon as you okay the music stops. Which is frustrating because this is a first for me not to be able to enjoy music while I game. Sometimes I don’t want to hear the game sounds, but my own music please update that so your own music is playable while playing the game other than that the game is fun, creative, and enjoyable

Super fun game. One of two games that I like that are also totally free to play and doesn’t bombard you or trick you into watching ads as you play and also fun ! One improvement would be to make it clearer what equipment could be upgraded or combined when there’s an alert on the equipment tab !

I want to like it. Game looks good and plays well. Better than the other options of this kind of game. Weapons feel good and gear drop rate is decent. Controls are pretty decent. However, give me an ad free version. I should not have to say no to watching 10 ads to clear one chapter. I probably wouldn’t hate ads so much if they weren’t designed to make you angry at how incompetent the “player” in the ad is. The sheer number of these “rage ads” makes me consider deleting this app. Also, leveling up your account is pointless. No talents or perks to leveling. You get 10-ish gems which is a trivial amount that can afford you nothing. There needs to be some kind of talent system tied to leveling up so you can passively acquire power in areas you want. Gathering relics is frustrating because there is no transparency with how to acquire them. “Later levels have better odds” tells the player nothing. I cleared the last level in the zone repeatedly over two days and got no relic pieces. That isn’t fun. Games are meant to be fun. Doing something over and over in the hopes that it MIGHT be what you are supposed to do is frustrating. This game could be great but has glaring issues.

This game is not ready for release.. Dismantling gear is slow, clunky, and cumbersome. There needs to be a way to dismantle things in bulk. But more importantly, there’s a bug where you dismantle gear, and the window showing you the results goes away and the screen dims. Then when you tap the screen again, for a fraction of a second another screen repeating that info comes up and goes away. This is a mild inconvenience, except that sometimes it’s as though you hit a button that’s not visible and you end up dismantling the item you’re wearing. The first time I thought it was my fault, the second time, I knew it wasn’t. Game needs a fix, bad.

Difficult. The early stages are so difficult. It’s really hard to enjoy the game if the initial levels are not easily playable. Even level 3/4 generates too much shooting enemy at a time that you have no free space to go to evade those attacks. Please optimize the levels to make it more fun to play, otherwise people will lose their patience and stop playing if they can’t see any growth.

Good game but last patch causes crashes. Its a great game up until the latest patch. After completing a run and passing the reward screen the game will crash. Its unfortunate because I have played the game since the release. The most recent event/patch causes the app to crash on my phone. Ive tried many times to get some points from the event but the app crashes at the reward screen. The game deserves 5 stars but the most recent patch has deducted 2 stars.

Great game but…. This game is a lot of fun but sometimes it would LAG during dismantling your gear and each time it dismantle a gear it defaults to your equipped one and if it lags during then it would dismantle your equipped gear. I’ve lost an epic mask and an epic accessory because of this. I wish they don’t let you dismantle what you’re equipping. I’m trying to contact support to get my epic gear back because it got dismantled because of the lag and no response. I spent money for those gear too.

Love the game, but…. Love the classic “Archero” feel, but with Laura’s spice added. Graphics are pretty good in comparison to other games of this type. But there is A LOT of grind! I’ve gotten so many gear pieces and bullet type that I can merge/craft to get better stats. But I barely come across any weapons. And the main reason that I give 4 stars is due to the upgrade system. After dismantling items, you get taken a “shadow” screen that you can tap to get back to your inventory. If you tap in the middle of the screen, you WILL dismantle your equipped item. I broke down the few weapons I had to upgrade my golden guns, then…POOF! Had to run SEVERAL attempts with the crappy spear just to get another weapon I could merge. PLEASE FIX THIS AND GIVE US A WAY TO GET OUR WEAPONS BACK!

Grind through ads. The core gameplay is fun, and the graphics are nice. - There are plentiful amounts of bugs in the UI, though this doesn't seem to affect most of the gameplay. - Sometimes if you take a break and come back, it will let you resume, and other times it does not! This is a problem that needs to be fixed as the game has 50-room stages. - You will be playing the same stages over and over as upgrading equipment takes longer and much, much longer. - The game baits you into watching ads, especially the very falsely advertised games such as Royal Match and Misty Continent that also force you to visit the app page before exiting the ad (which I'm sure generates them numbers to make it look like people are visiting their ad page while not under duress). Abusive and shady strategy! Be prepared to spend minutes of every run playing ads for something you don't want. - I would pay to have an ad blocker because the game is alright and probably worth about $5-$10 without ads. I'm sure ruining the game experience with manipulative and false ads is more lucrative, sadly. Maybe someone will make a game like this that you can just pay for and have a better, less time-consuming experience?

Great game. Awesome game. I just wish the game lets you continue a level where you left off. I could be on level 40, I switch the game game off for like ten minutes, open up the game again and now I have to start all over again. Please fix this problem and I’ll rate this a 5 star game

Lara is back again!. I really like this game a lot, but it needs a few changes to be as good as mighty doom. Special items such as grenades should be equipped and usable with an action button because having Lara automatically throw an infinite amount seems a little cheap. Not being able to move while shooting is very strange for a Tomb Raider game. I wish you could move while shooting but at a slower pace or maybe she could have a jumping backflip with a cool down and can shoot while flipping. Sole enemies need to be altered to be more challenging because you could literally just stand still in some rooms and win.

Too Many Ads. The game is great, love the simplicity of it all. Difficulty gets pretty steep early on, which leads to a bit of grinding to start upgrading your gear. I am level 47 with only one bug I dealt with. When upgrading my weapon, the game crashed and my dual pistols were just missing the icon/graphic in game. It was fixed by replaying a level. Also… I am sick of seeing the ads. I would give MONEY to have them removed. Please add a pay feature to remove them and have the rewards the same, without the same scripted ad playing over and over!

A.I. Too Hard. At first, a great game, but the higher you get the harder it becomes. Once again, just another game to money up to become richer in succeeding. Graphics are crisp, gameplay has the fun factor, skill assessment impossible to achieve without having to fund the developer. The one touch movement is sketchy and hard to dodge. Overall the payback is not as rewarding as compared to other games. This game needs a major upgrade in order to keep players consistent in continuous gameplay.

Amazing game but there’s just one problem. I’ve only been playing for a day but this is probably one of the most enjoyable games I’ve ever had on my phone. There is one problem that involves dismantling gear; each time I dismantle something, the screen darkens and then I click on it, it sometimes dismantles my equipped gear that I’m wearing. I had dismantled my first piece of purple gear by accident because of this issue. I think this is one of the only issues that needs to be fixed. Other than that, this game is amazing.

Glitchy. This game was very entertaining in an Archero way. Unfortunately, with the last update, something happened and it is incredibly glitchy now. You cannot access videos, and it commonly quits in the middle of runs without giving you credit for anything you’ve done. It is absolutely ridiculous. They have ruined this game now. I’m getting very tired of completing an entire stage and then the game glitching out at the end and giving you no credit. They need to fix this immediately.

Unplayable Mess of a Game. It takes one play test to figure out that this is not really a game. Bosses are impossible. Skill is thrown out of the window when there are many bosses that LITERALLY cover the floor in extremely fast-moving “things” (arrows, balls of lightning, etc.) that WILL cause you damage. I’m no inexperienced player, this game should not be as challenging, frustrating, and flat-out stupid as it is at times. Play through the bosses as base Lara and see that they are far more than impossible, making this game impossible to play and love.

itchy. The game is great so far honestly. it’s no playstation or xbox quality. but it looks and plays flawlessly. i do wish connecting accounts was more stable. hate needing to replay the entire tutorial because the game for whatever reason didn’t link fully? however i can’t wait to see the many variants of locations and monsters along with more puzzles maybe. all in all it itches my tomb raider scratch for now.

Glitches. Great game. Glitches kill it. Impossible to pass stage 9. Once you get to stage nine even if you beat the final boss. It will not let you proceed. It will freeze at the end and kick you out of the game. Then when you refresh it it will not let you go back to any stage. I have deleted the game and started over twice now and same glitches. Even so, once you get to stage nine you can’t complete any level so you can’t get any of the rewards. I love the game but I will not play it again until they fix the glitches

Good but w/ all the FTP nonsense. Enjoying the core game, but the “free to play” bells and whistles are all here. This one might be little better than most because the core game - an arcady shooter/runner - is fun. Controls are floaty and will hopefully tighten up. This is one I would have paid for up-front to eliminate all the FTP wrapping (and they hit you with it pretty fast). I’d say the actual PLAY part is about 20% of your typical session. Expect to be tapping on all manner of gifts, gems, coins, timer speed-ups, cosmetic improvement offers, etc etc etc between actual gameplay. I will likely play and pay for a few IAP (hey, I realize games are expensive to make), but I’m sad that I won’t see the end. The FTP machine on games these days is just far too addictive and pricey.

New Update 1.4 won’t let me open the app. I’ve been playing TR Reloaded for about 6 months now. I like the gear based/looter shooter and grind aspect of this game. The grind gets kind of repetitive but it’s still enjoyable because of the events that involve the outfits fragments. The grind for resources I feel is the hardest part and it’s mainly just the coins. I don’t have any issue with obtaining runes for outfit upgrades, shards for relics, or manuals for gear. I’ve got thousands of runes,shards, and manuals, I just can’t seem to get enough coins to upgrade all my stuff. I do the daily’s and weekly’s every week using all the coin scrolls I can get. I watch ads at every chance I get, even the ad in store for free coins every few hours. I just feel like the reward for this grind is getting redundant and now that the new update is out I was quite excited about it until the app just stopped loading at 48%. Still awaiting the next 3 stages to be added which I hope come soon after the fix to what ever is going on with the app now. I hope it’s fixed before the event is over so I can get the 30 outfit fragments I still need

Should be able to move and still shoot!!!!!!. Love the game and the power up cards. Side quests are also cool but for power ups nor to be able to shoot while moving around is crazy with bosses shooting all over the board and you are trying to get away more than able to stand and shoot, power circles, or drop bombs only thing can be used while moving is throwing grenades!

Crashing & Bugs Galore. As an OG Tomb Raider fan, this game is a serious homage to classic Lara, and I cannot commend the game enough for the thematic presentation. Unfortunately, the game simply is unplayable with how often it crashes. The game was soft released months ago, and I am disappointed by how many bugs litter the game, how little the devs communicate and push updates, and by how abysmal the performance is on a modern smartphone. One look at the discord proves how rampant the crashing issues are, and you'll get an amazing look at how passionate players are for the game. It's a shame because I really enjoy the game, but I can't play it without crashing and my phone overheating. And yes, the devs are aware of the crashing, yet continue to do nothing other than put a "continue previous run?" button that seldom shows up after crashing. Wonderful. iPhone XR on latest version of game and iOS.

Nostalgic and fun!. It’s a retelling of the story of Tomb Raider 1/Anniversary but in a mobile game format…plus, it’s Tomb Raider! It has some slight bugs but hey, a relatively recently released game of any sort has to have them still! It’s fun, and the bosses and environments are fascinating. Only grip is the MTX, which is sadly an occurrence with many games of late.

Needs new patch update!!!!!. I cannot progress with combining gear and upgrades because after completing a temple or die in stage the game crashes and after I close the app and go back in, the game asks, would you like to resume previous run, and it gets stuck in a loop of crashing and not progressing. Please update app!

Good game, if you like bugs and crashes. I can deal with a game that has a few bugs here and there. The problem with this one, is after each update when they claim to have fixed a bug, one of two things happen: the bug doesn’t get fixed, or the bug gets fixed and two new ones appear. I’m starting to give up on this game. Heck, when it first got released it ran better and there were less bugs. Now you just constantly lose progress and rewards because the game crashes and crashes and crashes.

Fight. When you normally first start a new game. It’s normally easy. TR Reload start the game off as medium-hard. The enemies is stronger and the shooting doesn’t not really aim at enemies that are close to you, it would shoot at the furthest enemy. The enemies HP get taken out only a little, but when you get hit by only one enemy. Almost a whole 25% of your life is gone. Overall, the game graphic and design is amazing.

Bug eats paid purchase. I was so excited to play this game (pre-registered), but I can’t recommend it It’s buggy (like one time I died and resurrected after a boss, and I was trapped with no way out but to exit the stage), which has been fine, but now it’s taken my money. I’m not a big purchaser—maybe up to $50 now Recently, there’s been a dismantle bug that causes a gray screen after you’ve dismantled an item, which was also fine since 90% of the time I could dismiss it by tapping around randomly. The other times I had to reset. Okay fine again However now I’ve found that if you tap the dead center, it dismantles your EQUIPPED item, which is devastating, since you’ve probably invested in and equipped your best item. In my case, it was an epic (top tier) item that I had spent a decent amount to get. Granted, this is an egregious problem for any player, but it’s a special kind of annoying when you’ve sunk money I have the videos of course. I can reproduce. How long will it take Support to answer, if ever? Who knows. Will this be made right? Who knows Long story short, buyer beware. I wouldn’t spend (again)

The gameplay is great. The bugs are unacceptable.. Big TR fan for a long time so I downloaded this but truthfully wasn’t really expecting anything amazing. Turns out it’s a fun and well paced “grind” type game which rewards you with items that you can level up to try and take on tougher stages. Unfortunately the bugs absolutely ruin this game. If the game crashes (which it will) at the end of a run, while upgrading your gear, or any other crucial moment like that, you will lose whatever items were currently on your screen. I’m talking gear that you spend days or even weeks leveling up. Gone. I just had the game crash while leveling up an item I had worked hard on upgrading and when I reopened the app, it was gone. That completely ruins this entire game for me. I’m running this game on an iPhone 14 Pro Max so it’s not like I’m using old hardware either. It’s just a broken app that needs major fixes. TL;DR: This game will crash on you constantly and you will more than likely lose the items that this game REQUIRES you to grind and put time into. Not worth it.

Get rid of ads. I love this game. Only reason why it’s getting 3 stars is because of the ads. I would gladly pay to remove ads. Yes there’s the Netflix version of the game. No ads and no IAP which is great but I’ve played both but the next Felix version lacks in offers and events. The square Enix version (ads and iap) has offers and a lot more events. The square Enix version of the game has 3 events going on and the Netflix version only has 1 event going on.

Pretty good!. It’s a fun game so far. The game part is fun and challenging. So far it seems like the progression is consistent and at a good rate. But it takes forever to clear out all the upgrades so you can just play the game. It would be nice if it had a “collect all” button on most screens and skipped a lot of the animations when you get new rewards from boxes or whatever. I’d rather get into the game faster, imo.

Game keeps getting worse day by day. In their recent update, instead of fixing a common issue that has been repeatedly reported which is the low ad memory, they instead chose to add more health to the already easy bosses to make the game longer….. they have a discord where players report common bugs since March and the bugs still exist today. This is ridiculous and I am done putting up with their predatory business practices. I stayed this long because I thought the developers actually cared about their game, but I was wrong. Their updates prioritize ways to make more money instead of making the game better.

A Money Hungry Scam with the worst possible support.. I played this game back when it came out and put over 200$ in buying in game bundles to be able to progress, due to how bad the level scaling is.. but what really bothered me was that even though I had my account linked; I upgraded phones and when I tried to restore my progress it was all gone. I wouldn’t be mad about starting over but losing over 200$ was really infuriating. I tried messaging their support multiple times I even had the proof of all the stuff I bought, but no response.. I tried the email and the infame support. I got ignored for weeks… A Scam that’s what this game is. Don’t even bother.. to this day they still haven’t replied. Last time I download any square enix game.

Game keeps crashing, crashing and crashing. I initially got the game through Netflix but since it had so many issues and after some reading I thought get the regular version and yes you might pay a few here and there. After having played it extensively I'm up on the chapters and collected a nice range of equipment. No with each game it crashes right when I finalized a chapter and tells me my phone memory is full, fyi 50% empty! Also it asks me to close other apps..,they are all closed. Stop blaming your customers and assume they are too stupid to recognize that your developers just put a band aid on with updates. I invested time and paid a few times for upgrade so it's your turn to invest in a real fix!

Great Game. The game is really good. It’s nostalgic back to the good old Tomb Raider days from PS1 but it also has a new rogue-like edge to it. I think it’s very clean, the graphic are nice, the currency system is generous and the difficulty is achievable. Great game and you should definitely give it a go. The only things I would like to see added are: 1: Changing the size of the control wheel 2: Less “special offers” one I finish a run

Good genre, but it needs a lot of work.. Sad weapon system, no difference in how guns are actually used. The torture is that this outrageous gunner can't move and fire at the same time. I even spent more than five minutes on one level, one little level, because she couldn't move to fire, and I was trying to keep moving away from the monsters. I tried to spend some time playing games to relax myself, but this ridiculous game was stressing me out. Developers should play their own games. You can't expect people to continue playing in such a stressful mode. Sometimes I understand developers need to add ads. Or make the game more difficult to force the player to spend some money and time, but only if there is some benefit to the player. If I could have an adventure here and slaughter monsters at the same time, that would be the reason for my money. It's not that being unable to shoot while avoiding monsters, and ultimately suffering a painful defeat, doesn't open a wallet.

Fun but ads. I like this game but I can’t stand games you can’t remove ads. Yes, you can play it without watching them, but from time to time you will need to to progress. Ads are a complete waste of my time and annoying to boot.

Update Blunder. This game WAS great, but the recent “update” has now ruined it. The game is now slower than before. It takes twice as long to shoot the enemies. Boss’ can take 10+mins to kill, and that’s without taking a hit. Averts continuously crash the game. Meaning I have to reload the game and then replay the same level over. It feels like the developers needed to make the game slower, to entice players to spend money and increase stats. But what they’ve managed to do is annoy everyone so much the game is no longer fun. I used to look forward to playing this game. Now I’m looking for a new one.

Keeps crashing. Even though I manage to play the game, it keeps crashing, doesn’t save the progress of game played along but removes diamonds for revival. Adds or boosts don’t give you any advantages because it’s comes up with errors “oops, something is wrong, can’t play right now, your memory is full, try to close other apps but nothing works. Coin booster that suppose to be renewed every 24hrs is always at the same time for renewal so no go. I’ve tried to turn on and off the phone. It worked for couple of days but it doesn’t anymore. Disappointed as I really enjoyed this game but will be uninstalling if issues are not resolved.

Forced portrait view. I don’t mind being forced into portrait mode but when I can’t flip the screen so my charging cable isn’t at the bottom and being squished, I get annoyed. Poor ux design. IAP in your face immediately.. first add for IAP was $79.99. Ridiculous. Greedy pricing. Predatory. Game crashed after opening welcome mail. Needs way more work.

Don’t even bother. It has the potential, good concept, design and gameplay. However, all the goodies can’t help if the game itself doesn’t even work properly. You WILL get about 5 hours max good game experience and then as the level goes up, you soon will find yourself stuck in the never ending loops of crashing & lagging. Don’t waste your time to try this game, but if you still want to try this game out, don’t spend a cent on this. You will thank me later.

Good, but inflated difficulty. This is an immensely fun game where I am able to sink in a couple of hours easily, but it gets progressively more difficult as you go on. The rewards you accumulate are oftentimes not enough to appropriately level up your arsenal. I am currently stuck on a T-Rex boss that chews up half of my health in one hit. I feel like you are constantly grinding in this game simply to become powerful enough to beat the enemies, who can feel either overwhelming or like damage sponges. If the difficulty can be scaled back slightly, that’d be nice because I feel that it shouldn’t be this difficult based on how good my arsenal is and how high my health is (almost 6,000 HP).

Tutorial too long. I enjoyed the graphics but I don’t know why you my age to play this and it takes 20 stages to “learn the game” when I was able to figure it out in 5. I was curious to play the game but not that curious. Gameplay seems fun but I would rather experience that in a real match (whatever that is)

LOVE IT!. I'm really enjoying this game. The gameplay is exciting and I love the art. The UI is beautiful and easy to use. I keep picking up my phone to play throughout the day. It feels like you get a decent amount of rewards for your effort as well. It is one of the first games I'm actually motivated to watch the ads to get free stuff. Lol

Pay to win garbage. If you enjoy spending an eternity levelling your character enough to beat the stage you’re on as opposed to purchasing the packs necessary or watching the adds for better items then this is the game for you, otherwise I highly recommend not playing

Ah, memories... Square Enix used to mean quality. This mobile TR could have been awesome. Game is unstable(3 crashes this aft), annoying lag on upgrades, crafting etc. Leveling up gear/items (at XP 41) becomes a repetitive, numbing chore. No more mobile games for me. Deleted.

Fun game, but... It seems impossible to find relics. I’ve been playing for a while and i’ve only found 1/3 pieces out of the 6 relics! Also, i’ve only seen one event since i’ve started playing. It would be nice for the devs bring more content into this game. I’m on level 6 of 8, and once I beat those levels idk what i’ll do besides replay old levels..

Fix the outfits BUG please!!. I just collected 125 pieces classic outfits to rank up to RANK 2. But when I close the game and open it again, it becomes to be rank 1 and eat all my 125 pieces of my classic outfit!!!

New upgrade is awful!. New upgrade sees a significant reduction in coins that you can collect to upgrade items. Cost to upgrade the items hasn’t been reduced, though. Bad move, might delete

Full of bugs. Love the graphics and game play however, the game constantly crashes when reshuffling abilities almost 90% of the time. Crashes consistently when you defeat the boss on the last level, crash…then you lose gear you collected along with the energy. I’ve submitted big reports with no response.No updates have resolved these issues so I am now deleting this game.

Good but miss something. Im a mighty doom player and i can say this tomb raider do very good job where doom miss but i think for me the only reason ill not play this game if because you stop shooting when running. But the game is better made than doom . Just change the shoot mecanic and ill switch for your game. Good job btw. Maybe need better graphic too

Paywall game. Very immersive graphical game that get in it fast. But after significant hours of play, levels get much more difficult with some random elite monster configurations that get even impossible to beat (sub levels 3). Not worth the time vs the reward of progress… even the daily quests are not worth logging in every day. Too bad, I kinda love the concept like Archero without annoying adds.

Lara Croft loss. Awesome bosses but it’s just another shooter linear run game without Lara Croft epicness.

Waste of time. Crashes constantly and lose the progress. Spoke with the customer service, they said it’s my phone’s problem. Suggested me to delete the game and reinstall. I did. Still same problem. Total waste of time. Oh! Their ad is 1min long.

Glitch. There is a glitch in the recent update when you upgrade a weapon or other the screen goes black and a window opens up for less than half a second I don’t know what it say’s because it disappears to fast, I’m running iOS 16.1.1

You GOTTA play this game!!!. My last mobile game that got me really into playing was Clash Royale, but this Tomb Raider game is so much more fun! I couldn’t stop playing. There’s so much content and events that you can just keep playing throughout the day! Amazing Art as well!

Constantly Crashing. It’s a fun game lots of good graphics, gameplay and challenging. Unfortunately as another player posted you defeat a boss the game crashes and loose all the gear and coins collected. I’m also deleting the game pretty disappointed.

Pre Alfa quality. the game was in the test for two years and the developers spent it in vain. A more unfinished game is hard to find. Bugs, lags, crashes.

Fix the damn lucky spin. Good game but the lucky spin is terrible with the latest update once you use the lucky spin it will land in the exact same spot for the entire level for instance if it lands on 200 coins that’s all you’ll be landing on from then on.

Crash after Crash. It’s a fun game but all it does is crash now. And when it does you lose all the items from that chapter and have to re start it. Also, you can’t watch any of the videos to get the daily coins. It says the phone has no storage left to watch??? Very annoying!! Fix this issue please.

Fun gameplay but pay to win. They hook you with the first level but after that you need to either pay for upgrades or the ability to revive or grind the same level over and over again until you’ve memorized it and have enough upgrades to survive.

Fun overall but takes me out of the game. It’s a fun game but it closes up on tombs 5 and 6. I almost finish or finish either one and it closes down. I even go back into the app and it doesn’t let me resume those stages to get my rewards. I lost several scrolls when it did that and it was as if the game never happened. The missing bonus scrolls are the only proof that I played those tombs. It needs fixing…..

ALL Saved Data Gone. March 27th Came onto game and found ALL my saved game play gone. Waiting on response from Customer Service. Finding others who are going through same Seems a new relaunch includes erasing old, advanced in game players from their accounts. We shall see is C.S gets back to me with any resolutions.

This game is rigged. None of the randomnesses are real, it goes the way that you fail and pushed to watch add for it! This is tigged! Like a claw machine!

Too many bugs…. Game is good and I like it, but I’m impressed by the number of bugs right now… Watching an ad while a pop-up saying no reward will be given appear just before the ad start, without the option to cancel the ad. Or also having the game crash in a run or at the result screen, and losing all your rewards… In short, fun game but you will lose time and play for nothing because devs don’t want you to have rewards when the game “break” (and it’s “breaking” a lot…)

Stopped loading. About a week ago, the game stopped loading. It gets to 48% loaded and stops. It may have something to do with the new version.

Glitchy. For the most part, it’s been a fun game. I’ve topped out for now, and can’t get enough materials to level up pretty much anything without just redoing the lower levels countless times, for many, many hours. On top of it, my crafting is totally busted. I have a blue and two greys that can be combined to make a green, but then I’m out my blue. Was a 3 or a 4 before the glitch.

Good game, but ads are bugged. The ads are bugged and have cost me runs several time because revives bugged and kicked me out instead of reviving. The poppy complains about low memory. I have the newest iPhone. That is impossible or a massive design flaw.

Pay to win! Very ad heavy for 1 min of play 5 mins of ads!. Far too many ads would of been cool if there was a way to pay to turn them off. But the game ads are silly and clicking the X just puts you in an endless loop for another 10 seconds to X out of the download page. Deleting the game and leaving a negative review seems more satisfying than actually playing it in this state. Goodluck

Crashes. I’ve been stuck on the last tomb in Peru for a week now even though I’ve beat it twice. I’ve gotten to the last boss battle just about a dozen times, and no matter what I do, win or lose, the game crashes. And it never saves my run or progress. So, I’ve lost out on several relic pieces and loads of equipment and currencies. Its really frustrating because I do enjoy playing this game, but there’s no point of I can’t possibly get any further in it.

Loading Screen Freezes. After playing and paying for this game for over a year, now the loading screen freezes at 48% every time I open the app. Haven’t been able to log in in over a month. I guess the developers have gotten their money and abandoned the game. DELETE!

Spinning prize wheel. Could we randomize the spinning of the prize and gem wheel? It always falls in the same slot 9 out of 10 times in both the Apple and Netflix versions. Frustrating to always receive money instead of an ability

TR Fanboy. Great game and would be even better if the healing flags actually worked in the events. Want to play the events and get rewards but the one thing you need to survive in a survival arena (HEALTH) doesn’t work. Temple of The Moon, specifically… other than that the game is great.

Wasted potential. The gameplay is great but the bugs and constant glitching make the game unplayable. I've reported a number of bugs experienced and haven't received any response and the stability issues persist. I was involved with the development of the Tomb Raider franchise and it's disappointing to see such great potential be wasted due to poor support and buggy gameplay.

Great game but…. There is a bug in the Outfits section. When I start the game, it directs me to upgrade but then messages me that I don’t have enough of whatever and hangs. There’s no way to move on. I can’t find a way to share a screenshot.

Can’t even play the game. Seems like a solid shooter and a lot of fun. Got one run in and had to quit. When it was opened again later because it locks the screen other than whatever tutorial is up I can’t close the update screen. So now there is no way to play and enjoy the game. Better luck next time.

Mid Game. I was really looking forward to this game. It’s a shame there is so little items and customization, but the worst part is the fact that the game will crash in the middle fighting. You lose progress and kind of makes plying game pointless.

Really enjoyed the game, until now. I’ve been playing for a few months now and really like the game, it’s a lot of fun. Rebooted phone, updated app. Still can’t play. Would have like to send you a message through a customer support email or form, but you don’t have one, so here we are.

Update deleted all my progress. I was quite far in the game, and was already well into grinding for new gear, when the update wiped away all my progress. I tried signing back in with my apple account and it still did not work. That’s a quick way to make sure I don’t play a game anymore. Sorry, devs. Fix that.

New patch needs fix. Great game but the new update is causing an issue when loading. It only loads up to 48% then stops. All attempts have been made to power cycle the phone and the app. Nothing working. Please fix. Love the game.

Crashes constantly. The game runs so incredibly poorly. It constantly crashes. I half believe it’s designed to quit after a certain amount of items are earned to try and rope you back in. Several times I’ve beaten a chapter boss only to have the game crash and everything earned in that run lost

App is broken. I am so tired of this app being broke. It’s been a week since the daily challenges stopped working. It crashes after about 10 mi utes of play, and I’ve sunk money into this. When are the major issues with this game going to be fixed? I’m about to start demanding my money back.

Update crashes game. After the latest update, the game crashes constantly making it unplayable. Every time I finish a run, it crashes at the end and I get nothing. Then when I craft items, it crashes. If I toggle between gear, it crashes. If there isn't a fix for this in the next week, this game is off my list for good. I can handle the ads, but the constant game crashing and nothing gained from the progress, it's just a waste of time.

Great game! Only one tiny thing.. I love they game! I just wished gear actually changed on you. Like if you equipped a new backpack it would actually show on Lara. Heck even making the bullet show on a bandolier or something would be awesome!

Can’t play. After this new update it won’t allow me to play any levels… it starts loading the level and then nothing. Just continuous loading and on top of that it boots me when it never did before! I will change it to 5 stars when the problem is fixed

Poorly tuned stages, too many bugs will leave you frustrated. You’ll hit a massive skill wall at stage 7, where everything will almost one shot you. It will take dozens of tries to make little progress. Then with all the bugs will ruin your play experience. Level scaling needs an overhaul

Fun, but not perfect. Some times the game freezes and sometimes the buttons to push don’t show up to push when a golden arrow tells you to. Fun though.

Best Tomb Raider Game App. Always love the Tomb Raider Franchise, love the gameplay, music, sound effects and how simplistic the game is designed. Gameplay is smooth ad the touch controls is by far the best utilized in any games I played before. 10/10 also, Happy Birthday Lara Croft!!!!

Tomb of Crashes. I love the game it’s definitely fun, but these crashes are BAD. You can’t even complete a level without it crashing. I’ve missed out on three events so far due to the crashing. This is crazy

Needs update. Started off fine but lately the app will close randomly or painfully slow during loading. I’ve already deleted and redownloaded but problem still persists. Even finished and completed a tomb stage, the app closed, then didn’t log that I completed the run smh, difficult stage too.

Game breaks mid level and ads won’t load to continue.. Game breaks half way through dungeons and won’t open portal to next level. You have to cancel your progress and star over. If you die and try to choose an ad to continue, 95% of the time it tells me my new phone is low on memory and can’t load and it’s my fault.

Fun so far. Haven’t had to buy and more interesting than the games like this platform.

Fun but too hard. It’s fun, but the difficulty is honestly ridiculous especially with how a lot of the time the game is RNG based. It’s just way too hard if you don’t have good weapons, which you have to play more to get.

Needs more health pick ups. They say it’s F2P however, when you get to stage 3, there’s far more enemies than the previous stages. Also not enough health pick ups and there’s no check or save points so you gotta start back to level 1 when you die even if you’re fighting the stage boss.

Bugs, not like the spiders in game play. Way too many bugs! I play a run 50 stages at times and as I finish boom the game exits completely and when I try to resume it never connects. I waste all my time and never any rewards. The update did nothing. I can’t play videos for rewards. Not worth the effort for nothing in return. The game could be the best game I have ever played on my phone but way too many bugs.

Help. Love the game but every time I get to Watson to get hp life….it keep telling me cannot play the video it keep saying low data on my phone which it don’t make sense…

Bugs. The game is buggy I try to watch a video to double my rewards it always says video not available. And crafting is highlighted and I only have 2 of the same item when you need 3 to craft
