Good app but critical flaws. The insistence that this app must ALWAYS track your location even when you are not using the app is disturbing. A simple fix would be to track location while using the app, yet that is not allowed by these developers. Also, as easy as it is to accept an offer is equally just as hard as it is to cancel an accepted order. Canceling an order can not simply be done through the app. You are forced to call support which can take you anywhere from 10-20 minutes to resolve. Doordash and Uber Eats make it simple to reject an accepted offer irrespective of the reason (food not ready, car problem, emergency, etc.). These apps ought to minimize distractions as often one is driving and not force you to jump through hoops like the aforementioned concern.

new apps is not worth it. put back the old app

Replace the slide option to accept orders in iPhones. It is so annoying that every time I try to accept the order or use slide option for (accepting the order, ready to drive, etc.), it drags me to the home screen since this is a feature in iPhones (sliding screen takes you back in iPhones). Kindly replace your slide for option for everything to some other better alternative. That will allow users to have seamless experience in using this slide option for everything, especially in iPhones.

Troubleshooting problem. I signed up and i have account on skip app. But every-time i need to sign up, after that app say you have major updates so i need to go app store but app is already new updated there so again i go back to skip app and again i need to sign up in app. So every day i waste my 5 minutes for app open and sign in. Please fix the problem.

Order doesn’t appear. After downloading the new app from IOS app store, I am getting a bug that as long as my app is open I can see the orders which come. But if the app is closed I don’t get any kind of notification. I am automatically paused.

APP PROBLEMS. The app now freezes after completed orders have to hit X to start back up app, never had to before , nooooooo push notification , orders disappear after matched , there are many problem just revert back to old app or FINALLY fix ALL THE ISSUES!!!

SERVICE LITERALLY SUCKS, go work for other apps.. Ordered a bag in order to deliver with them, couple days later I asked for cancellation and refund since the order wasnt even processed yet…. 4 FKin MONTHS LATER THE BAG ARRIVED. THEY NEVER REACHED BACK TO ME. FKK THIS COMPANY

I need more fingers to count the issues with this app. I seriously hope the developers read through this and try to address these issues. Don’t know where to start but this app is just getting worse everyday. Here are some of the issues: - Received a mutli-collect offer, drove 9 kilometres to the restaurant as the pick up time was 9:21, arrives at the restaurant at 9:17 only to find out that offer was reassigned to someone else. Lost time, lost money, lost mileage all because of this app’s incompetence. - Don’t believe multi-collect are in courier’s favour. It’s Skip’s tactic to take every penny from the couriers. Skip is slapping the second order and getting away with paying you just $1 or $2. - Never receive a notification if app is running in the background. If running at foreground, new offer just pops up without any sound. Once you click on the offer its then when jt makes sound. Missed many opportunities because of this and got my acceptance rate dropped without me knowing. - I don’t know where SkipTheDishes is getting their map data from but in some parts of the city the app doesn’t recognize my GPS location when arrive at the customer’s address. Have to ask the chat agents to manually update my status, which can take 5+ minutes. - The reimbursements are not shown in your earnings, instead you have to keep track of every penny along with the order number and contact courier success, often 2-3 times for them to pay you what they owe you. And when they say you’ll be paid on your next earnings statement? No, don’t believe them. I’ve never received my reimbursements on next earnings statement and have to contact them multiple times. - if the undeliverable alcohol’s order was canceled, why is it necessary to remove it from the earnings list? Leave the order and the amount in the earnings and grey it out or something which indicates that the order is cancelled. - Lately chat agents are heavily relying on scripted replies. Sometimes they don’t even read the entire issue, capture one or two keywords and quickly send you the generic response. You then have to explain them that their response has nothing to do with the issue at hand. - If you’re at 80% acceptance rate, you’ll never get big orders instead every singe order is the minimum guaranteed order and you have no choice but to accept it or else you go below 80%. Even if you’re matched to a bigger $$$ order, it will immediately be removed and you’re matched with the minimum guaranteed $$ order. - Mileage $$$ calculation is getting absurd too. $3.99 for 5-6 kilometres but $5.99 for a 20+ kilometres drive? - Tips are exclusively courier’s rights for the service they are providing, sometime in -40C temperatures. Whenever there is a higher tip amount, the mileage amount is reduced substantially. - Customer’s ratings are shown but with a generic response. We need to know the exact concerns so we can do better the next time or not repeat the same issue. - Acceptance rate should be shown at all times and not just when you’re sent an offer.

Worst chat representatives. The people that are supposed to help in the chat dont care at all. Anytime you need actual assistance they just drop the chat or just give generic replies which doesnt solve anything and then they leave the chat. Everytime you try to tell them about a issue they just drop the chat and a new person will answer how can i help as if you were talking to nobody. This system is annoying and irresponsible. Dont waste your time with industry like this. Its not worth your time. To spend 1 hour to make less than minimum wage.

Problem right now. It’s currently 6:45 pm, I have a shift in supppsed to be doing from 5pm-9pm, but my app is glitched out. It won’t let me end my previous shift which was 3:15-4:15 and it still says I’m on this shift, no matter if I delete the app, log out, nothing. And because of this, it keeps telling me I’m missing my shifts, when I’m not, it just won’t let me start my current shift because it’s stuck on the old one. Need fix please, whole app is messed now and I’m not getting orders because of this

shifgrabber. the app named shifgrabber is able to add open shift in courier account , please hire some quality software developers.

Unfair. My account is deactivated they say that I didn’t delivered the orders. I have delivered every order on time and with instructions . I have to swipe parked at the customer when I reach the place why will I not deliver so many orders after reaching the customer as they are saying. Totally unfair with me. And they are not listening to my side at all. What if the customers want money refund after receiving the order. This is no basis to deactivate account. They don’t consider the drivers side at all. UNFAIR…..

Remove shifts automatically. This app automatically removes shifts which are already available and it also removed my two zones on its own. The chat function is less helpful as I didn’t get the response which I was looking for, they told me they can’t do anything.

Getting worse day by day. Skip the dishes is getting terrible. Everything about this application is pathetic whether it is shifts or orders or chat support.

Scam!!!! Location never correct. Skip willingly refused to correct the location issues we have been experiencing for a long time! God knows how much they have scammed drivers. App never pick up correct location

Shift Grabber. People are using shift grabber and it is impossible to add a shift in open shift menu you need to look into this. Suspend those accounts.

Bad orders on a rainy night. The gas ⛽️ is way high and skip offering a low offers $3 for 6m $5 for 10m!! I’ll never pick low offers👎🏿👎🏿customers don’t tip at all when you go to customer house or building! Customers be hiding behind doors 🚪👎🏿👎🏿 don’t waste your time picking low offers remember as a delivery driver you pay tax plus gas and you won’t make much!! You rather go work McDonald”. Thank God I pass my class 4 knowledge test👎🏿👎🏿skip is bad😂👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿😳😳😳

Location. Also if the location is a little bit off of the restaurant we don’t get reimbursed if we wait long periods of times and that’s not right

Miserable app and income. Recently gps is being asked to be turned on all the time. There are no shifts to get and gps is on all the time phone battery has been destroyed.

chat support. Fix the chat support on the app

Skip is horrible. The shifts are garbage, I got one lunch time shift last week, all the rest were late night or overnight. Who wants to do that?

The growth of the app. So the app started great and the way they paid couriers per order were great as well and by that i mean the right deserved incentives and the way the app worked like point A collect point B deliver but now not only all of those are gone but also i feel like the app itself is kinda forcing you to quit the bad things in somecases outweigh the goods im going to give you actual examples and keep in mind with these the app was working perfectly with my phone so i dont wanna hear anyone saying oh maybe your phones gps was not working or bla bla bla . First thing first the transit incentive it used to be if your acceptance rate is higher than 80% then youll get it now its the same but it used to be when you get that plus the order money it would be worth it its usualy for orders that are going to take at most 15 mins but now with the order money and the incentive not only the money is not enough to at least treat gas but also it makes it unworthy of accepting but nooo you have to keep your acceptance higher than 80% and you have to travel more distance than what you used to for less money . Secondly its the unassigne mechanic of skip its the worst thing ever ,it has been times that i got the order and i was on my way to the restaurant but the app still kept saying oh whats the delay ? Are you okay ? And then boom order reassigned when im close to the restaurant its the only thing that not only makes you furious but also makes you waste gas so if even you see a good order but you are far from the store its better to forget about it unless you want to break some laws and the third thing is just the support they literally dont give a dime to no one for this ive been both as a customer and a courier to understand why the staff are literally working at it like a phone game they just want to be done with you

Steal drivers money. They are fraud There help support misbehave with drivers They steal drivers money If you are stuck in traffic they won’t bother and cancel order and pay you nothing! They are worse

Poor app with poor service. This app doesn’t update location properly of courier Most of time Delivered the order and move to another location or zone And it’s already more then 45 minutes And app still shows on old location Then have to have drive more than more kilometres to pickup the order Door dash and Uber Their GPS SYSTEM and updating location system much better then SkipTheDishes

Freezes and auto sign out (fix please). Saying change password someone signed into account error fix this with update asap

Chat employees are dumb. App does not allow us to talk to agents on phone and on chat they act or maybe they are so stupid we are left with no help from them. And they even lie to us sometimes just so they can end the chat quickly.

Scheduled has been hack. Skipthedishes dont do anything about scheduling bot

Unusual glitches. Soo many glitches the company earns this much money but cant fix their software problems and some of the people in the help centre are soo bad that i think that they just want to end the chat with the driver👎🏻👎🏻

fraud. i am parth patel , and i completed all formality , background check and all things . my backgraound check is also accepted four days ago. but why my account is not accepted after 7 days . so can you please explain what is the reason behind this. and what is about my 20 bucks . doordash is 100 time better incomparion to your wrost customer support services and discounts

Problem in logging in. I am trying to login but unable to do it, every time when I get the link to reset it but am unable to do it. Worst app

Hackers anywhere. Lots of shift grabbers! Goodluck on getting any shifts now even you put your availability I only get 1 to 2 shifts a week even tho I tried putting everyday still nothing. And whenever shifts pops up less than 1 sec it’s gone. Tried for 2 hours atleast 10 shifts went up and all of it gone instantly the moment you tap it it’s already taken what a shame.

Fraud. They are running some kind of fraud they’ll be asking you to buy their bags and pay for background check and will not activate your account even after everything is cleared.

Chat support. Application is running smoothly. BUT if you have any concerns about orders then worst chat support at all the time. Live chat agents are useless. I’m giving 1 star because of chat support. Otherwise app is good for earning.

My App got stuck at pause option. I removed and reinstalled app many times I am not getting orders and pause button has a Helow caution mark

Worst delivery app.. Even when you pause the orders, you can still get the order due to some technical errors in the app. If you ask the support to remove the order it still affects your acceptance rate. Support is ridiculous and only send generic replies. 👎🏻

The worst company after Door dash. stupid company Even the restaurant they say same thing

Great app, Well organized platform. I saw a lot of negative comments but I realize they either didn’t try other platforms or didn’t really know how to use the app. As compared to Uber and Dooor dash, Skip the dishes pay better and it’s well organized.

Have to Pay to Sign Up Background Check. The Background check is done by a third party. Cool, no problem. But, you have to pay. Fine, no problem. But, there is no human being you can talk to, only an automated robot. What the heck? Worse, the sign up process doesn’t reject anybody, but you won’t hear back because they are full of drivers.

Unable to get the shifts. As some of the couriers use the SHIFT GRABER and they get all the shifts when released on app, so we are unable to get the shifts

No shifts from last 2 months. There is a bot system used by many drivers and the system has been hacked there are no shifts from last two months. If anyone tries to get the shift it is gone in milliseconds which impossible. I am a full time driver from last four years and never had such problem until march 2023. Please solve this issue or many of the drivers will switch with others app.

Payment. Don’t use this application. They all are thief

GPS sucks. Like tittle says, their gps sucks. They tell you to move locations if you are not getting matched then match you to the place you just came from. When you consider the gas your using, it comes out to about $15/hr. So when they make you waste gas like this (especially with how expensive it is right now), it doesn’t make sense to work for them.

bad app. i feel bad for those using this. if you werent disappointed yet, you will. Takes like 2-3 hours just to make 20$. Sometimes you don’t even make it that far because theres barely orders with skip.

Customer service is very bad. Hi , I was do Skipthedishes from 2 years , I always delivered customer food very safe , but some customers fake complaints to Skipthedishes customer service to not delivered food , because refund money, it’s not a safe job , customer service only listen customer talk , not listening to driver talk….. service is very bad……👎👎

Deficient. The app has several deficiencies which are made worse by appalling customer service reps. They are very rude, unhelpful and in most cases stupid enough to fail to comprehend that courier’s feedback actually make the service better to the paying customers.

Awful. App is buggy as hell, courier support is useless, lacks features that competitors apps have had for years

Couldn’t start my scheduled shift. I picked up an open shift and when I wanted to start it, I couldn’t see that in my scheduled shifts anymore. I tried to contact the support but got no answer. I called the support team, they told be me sign out and sign back in again or try restarting the phone, I tried everything and nothing helped. I called them back and they said they can’t help with that, I would have to chat with the support team and I said they hadn’t replied. So they told me wait and I didn’t got any reply and wasted an hour and a half.

Getting worse everyday!. I have been doing SkipTheDishes for around 4 years and it has been my favourite app but since they start updating the app it is getting worse everyday. Some reasons : 1. Delay reassignment never works properly! Most of the times when I accept the order it just show me that I’m delayed! One second after I accept it! And you drive all the way to restaurant and the order get canceled. 2. They use to have phone support for drivers but now only chat! Also 99% of support team don’t know what you are talking about and they don’t even understand what you mean ! 3. Removing good drivers from platform for no reason, without notice!! 4. And recently the shift problem with bots

Skip Review. Extreme difficulties picking up open shifts , very few scheduled shifts & when on a scheduled shift large wait times in between orders as well as orders out of the city far away for only roughly $7… If you wanna waste your time trying to grab open shifts this is the app for you

Thief app who steal driver tip. Don’t work for skip, they keep hiring drivers 24/7 and treat old divers like garbage. They always give orders to new drivers and force old drivers to quit. Don’t support such a greedy app
