Another lost Order. This is the second time different vendor that my order tracking shows it came close to delivery and then takes a left to somewhere 40 miles away and does not comes back!

Supplies. I’m sitting on my deck and not driving around town polluting our air. I do hope you are arriving in an E- vehicle, if not go there quick, Please!

Clothes. Why I am not able to also get clothes, shoes and things that I can try out before buying? I got a few items already that I did not returned them because I do not have the time to send them back. This is why I do not give them a 5. Also some of their prices are not always the best.

Finally no more switching between Personal and Business!. Very glad they created an app for business owners! It was always frustrating to have to logout and switch between personal and business accounts. Not anymore!! Yay devs!

Fast delivery….. …usually I like and keep… …….but sometimes I have to return items that are either too small or too big - worst of all not made well, fabric is cheap, and size is way off - either arm holes too small. My favourite company is The Drop! for plus size clothing - SPOT ON for my size - dresses, tops, trousers and sandal width.

Can't play music while this app is open. The music turns into radio quality when I open this app. There's no way to change this.

Unable to use at all. I registered my business email to create a account and when i tried to sign in on the app it will literally just take me back to the sign in page. It didn’t say error or anything. I could kind of glance at the app allowing me to see the home page but it quickly just send me back to sign in.

Can not link accounts. I can not link my personal and business account to use the “convenient” switch account option. Finding the “menu” is even difficult. Hate trying to navigate this site.👎🏻

Impossible to use on iPads Please fix!!!. App works well on phones but it shrinks everything up and to the left on both iPads I’ve tried to use it on and it’s extremely irritation to have to slide and zoom to be able to see things.

App does not work. The app is completely broken in my iPhone. The top and bottom banners are missing. So I cannot see the search bar at the very top, the menu bar at the top with the list of shopping departments and the bottom bar with the 4 tabs. Without these, the app is completely useless. Also every time I open the app, I need to log in again with the dual authentication. I don't stay logged in.

The app glitches. The app constantly brings up blank pages while searching for products. I can even select a product and the page goes blank to where I have to close the app and open it again. The reviews won’t load properly without several attempts of exiting and opening the app.

Unable to Approve Orders - Account Info Outdated. Since the new update I am no longer able to approve business orders through the app on my iPhone. They use to show on the main screen but are no longer there and I spent an hour trying to find where to go to approve. Finally logged on through the browser on my iPad and I could see them there but that does t help me when I’m out of the office and traveling and need to approve orders. Also, when I go to Business Prime it tells me my membership expired which is outdated, we renewed and paid over a thousand dollars for Prime Membership earlier this year.

Weird updates. It works just like regular prime but having a separate app helps keep things organized. The only thing is when I go to orders it no longer shows when things are arriving. It only shows when items were ordered and then you have to individually open each one to see delivery date. As a business I care more about when things are arriving and much less what date I ordered them

Orders keep getting randomly cancelled. There’s also no where on the app or in the emails to report a problem. This has happened multiple times and I can not express how frustrating this is because I’m not even getting notified that the order was cancelled. How the F am I supposed to run a business like this????

I am happy with my business account except that it don’t have that i had with my prime account. I don’t get why they don’t allow us to upgrade to business prime from our phones my phone is what I use all the time for my orders anyway so I don’t even have the app installed on my computer I would order more if I had business prime because regular business is so much more expensive for shipping so I don’t order very much anymore

Thank you!!. Just thank you for a separate app for work accounts!! A game changer to order and check orders in the fly without signing in and out and verify. Small things that are incredibly helpful to a business!

Hard to keep track on an on going order. Since it updated the new design for “your orders” section. It’s really hard to see what is going on with the order unless you click on that. The old version is very straight forward and reliable to use.

Customer service. There is no way to contact customer service.. I need two return labels and only got one for two big boxes weighing 90 pounds

Still no joy. Everything from A -> Z seems to be wrong with this app. No matter how diligently I update it, or how often I remove and reinstall it, the problems continue. Can’t select my country / region (app just immediately closes). Can’t log in (app sometimes says my business account is a consumer account, and other times just loops me back to the login screen). Can’t chat with support. It displays tag names in several places, rather than intended contents (eg I’m greeted with “startup_title_to” when I open the app). I’m glad others seem to be enjoying it, but it’s completely unusable for me.

"Your orders" page ruined in update. The "Your Orders" page was completely ruined in the update. Can no longer see what has been shipped, delivered etc in different colored text. Have to click each item individually to see the status... Hard to see what's going on when you order a ton each week.

Blessing hands LLC. Love that I can find everything I need for my company and no problem with returning anything. Getting orders quickly!

Really bad customer service. I have opened and started many conversations with there customers support and every time I’m am bouncing around from one person to the next with them all saying same thing to me and redirecting me to another person that doesn’t have a answer and sends me to the next person Witch after 2 hours of this non sense I’ll end up closing chat all together because of the time out of my day wasted with Amazons unprofessional services While there prices are all much higher then any other option I have looked at in last the week 20-41 dollars more per item While displaying business only pricing and discounts ????? Discounts and business pricing should be infact less then normal retail pricing

They force you to buy prime. When I first signed up I would get items within a few days. Now they take a week to even ship the items and keep suggesting I upgrade to prime. When the items are in Atlanta and im in Atlanta its no reason to wait a week just to send what I paid for.

Not letting me login. Everytime i try to login, It logs me in then It goes back to the login page.

Excellent Service. I just moved to a new location and find This Service to be invaluable!!

Easy to use. Fantastic way of shopping very easy to reorder things when need love the way it saves your history of purchase seems to get better every time👍

Not working. Not sure what’s been happening, but every time I get to the checkout page, an error pops up and says that the app has an error. And a dog picture shows up. I haven’t been able to buy anything using this app.

Needs work. Unable to close the video inaide the app when view review or product video because the X in the corner of the window won’t let you. I had to close the apps which is very annoying

Five Stars. User friendly for all our team members . Helping us keeping track who and how we’re ordering.

Hate the search filters in Orders. Can we have a setting to change defaults for Existing orders filter please. Also, how about an “Orders in transit” to readily see what’s in its way without scrolling thru orders not even shipped yet.

Easy and convenient.. I wasnt able to add the protection plan i wanted, after adding it on the first screen. Not sure how it got taken off, and i couldnt find an option to add it back on That was disappointing. But, i found what i hope will be a great deal on a laptop.

Unhappy with the business app. I’m not impressed with the business app at all! I’ve had nothing but problems with it since day one. Sometimes it will remember my orders but most of the time it does not! When I want to look up a past order it only recognizes and remembers about 25% of my orders. Super frustrating!!!

Not tax exempt. I opened the app because I have business and of course I wanted to be exempt of taxes. I compared the business app and the regular, the results is that I have to pay the same taxes and the same prices. I understand why some items have taxes but isn’t the point of a business doing. Not worth it to have both, maybe for a big company, so you can have control over employees access, payments among others.

Loved the app till you changed my orders page. Why the change? I want to see when I’ve received / will receive my orders! Not when I’ve placed it. Is there a way to change it back?

I’m just sayin…. when a commerce/retail based business does the volume these guys do, and yet still somehow manages to have some of the most responsive and, from my experience at least, genuine eagerness to help customers…well I’m just sayin. They are killin’ it. Keep it up guys! More importantly, though, thank you!

Cannot see Reviews. Ever since they split the business app I haven’t been able to click on the reviews consistently. Sometimes it’ll work and take me to the reviews but most times I’ll click and nothing happens.

Order search needs improvement. Why in the world does the order search default to a 3 month window in the app but searches all of time on the website? So annoying!

Orders don’t show up. I really enjoy having a separate account for business, but my app continues to say I have no past purchases or orders. I do most of my business on my phone, so this is really irritating. Literally nothing shows up in my history except that I’ve looked at things. I also don’t get notifications when things are delivered, because again, it doesn’t show that I ordered anything.

I own a small business. This works great for hard to find supplies

Easy shopping. As I go through my workday and think of something I need to order I just stop get on my phone and order it up. No more trying to plan to go to a store anymore.

Why change something that worked???. Why take away order delivery? Orders now show ordered, but you have to click on each individual order to see if it shipped, delivered, etc. how over tedious. On top of that, the standard view is orders in the last 30 days, why??? Someone thought hey let’s change this since it was working and let’s make it harder. 👎👎

Glitchy. It's hard to review this app because it has never worked for me. I have attempted several times to log in, even changing my password, but the result is the same. The page flickers and then brings me right back to the log in page. Would be nice if the app worked. Switching back and forth between personal and business is not a huge issue, but this would just be more convenient in my opinion.

Ads are getting out of hand. This used to be a decent app but lately the ads are just getting worse and worse. I search for x and see 3 unrelated ads for something else, then after being shown only 2 products I’m looking for I see another 2 ads. I have to scroll multiple pages before even seeing the results I want which ruins the functionality of the app hence the two star review. I would expect ads for a website providing a free service but this is not acceptable when I’m paying for it.

Easy to separate buying for business from personal buying. Thanks for helping me buy for my business and myself more efficiently

Prime business. I love prime business it gives me the option of free shipping on everything I buy unless I want it sooner it’s always cheaper than place and anywhere else I look to buy whatever I’m Purchasing !!!

Lost and not delivered item. The item was delayed and not delivered for more than one week I have tried to get refund through the app but the app took me from a page to another page with no conclusion. I spect 1 hour on the phone on Sunday morning trying to get a refund for the item was not delivered It was a very bad experience and very poor customer service I will cancel my prime membership It does not worth it 😞😞😞😞

Sign in bug/ App is not functional.. last few updates did not fix this obvious issue. and including this update. Cant sign in rendering app useless

Fix the bugs. After login in and typing the code from the text message it works and sends me to the home page but than jumps back to the login page. And the cycle goes on

Deceitful ploy to join. Received several emails to join stating I could apply promo code SBM50 to save up to $150 on my first order Come to find out it’s for US only. They have my account info, they obviously knew I was from Canada considering I got the promo emails directly after I ordered something from my regular Amazon account I guess Amazon does not value its Canadian customers as much as the US

Definitive review why amazon biz sucks. As a business owner you want to be able to keep track of your orders by accounting department/category and also monitor your credit card spendings to prevent abuse and fraud. Amazon business does all of these terribly. Amazon charges items one at a time or a small batch at a time thats different than their shipping invoice, which is different than your bulk order. I could have ordered 10 coffee makers but shipping invoice may break it into 3 orders but then when it came to charging your card they may be charging one item at a time running 10 charges of the same amount. This is a bloody nightmare to reconcile. Not to mention your credit card will definitely flag the transactions as fraud and lock your card.

Ruined. This app was great, but a recent update has destroyed its usability. Now have to check everything from a computer. The orders page is slow to load and the default search results are awful, I always have to filter. The orders page doesn’t show the status of the item, only shows when it was ordered(sometimes it does, sometimes not). Bring back the app from like a month ago, when it was perfect.

Not so great so far. Just downloaded this, placed orders through website and my new orders won’t even show up, no matter what filter I use. We shall see if things improve.

No Dark Mode. Your app is too big to not have a dark mode. Even Ebay has dark mode.

Shipping no longer as promised. Used to be a dependable company, but I am reconsidering renewing it. I can actually get my orders faster from Amazons competitors now

Cannot add to cart. This app is great if you don’t want to buy anything. The add to cart button doesn’t function. Cannot use this app. Have to shift to web or regular app. Completely useless.
