FAST. Beautiful user interface!

worst service ever. had to contact numerous times and my pharmacy still never got the prescriptions had to go to another care provider and pay for yet another visit just to get medicines I needed

Unable to setup profile. The app has incorrect information on my profile (wrong birthday) and I’m unable to change it in the app. The only way to reach out to customer service is through a Mail link and you need to have the default iOS mail app in order to contact them, which I don’t have.

Different accounts for family members. This way it’s difficult for setup account for each family member , my wife just moved to USA and so she does not have SSN . They didn’t help to create an account for her. I hate this app for lacking important features

Saved my visit to urgent care. Needed immediate assistance for my toe injury during off hours, got connected to doctor in few seconds through a seamless experience. She was quickly able to diagnose the problem over video call and recommend treatment. Entire visit was done in few minutes. Which was satisfying and surprisingly faster than even requesting cab to take me to urgent care or getting triaged for in person visit.

Poor timing on app updates. Looking for results only to launch the app and find out I can’t retrieve them without updating the app. I don’t always have a strong connection and finding a good connection to update was a terrible experience

On boarding was a breeze!. Initial onboarding was incredibly easy. I was able to get medical attention within minutes of installing the app!

Can’t capture photo ID. I have tried a thousand times to capture my photo ID and the app keeps saying “can’t detect photo ID”. Don’t know where to go from here.

Easy and Thorough. The interface was seamless. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and ask probing questions to understand my situation even though it seems straightforward from the get-go. Much better than waiting in line or driving to a care facility!

Wonderful professionals who treat you well. I have used this app a couple times over the past 4 months and been really pleased. The app functionality is fine but the medical professionals are fantastic, kind, professional folks! I am treated very kindly, spoken to with respect, listened to as if I know my own body and can articulate symptoms and then given information and options to proceed with respect of my ability to make choices that best suit my life. I know these seem basic but that is unfortunately it the case in other places (telemedicine or in person healthcare is a crapshoot, especially for women these days) and it’s been nice to have an option that feels so refreshing in terms of kindness and respect along with competence. Thanks for being awesome providers!

Awesome and Amazing App. This is such a nice and convenient app. I was able to schedule the visit in 5 minutes. Doctor was nice and she explained us the issue and possible cause. I did this visit at Friday night without even stepping out. Love this app. This app saved my couple of hours and able to get care within minutes

Easy to Use, Nurse very helpful. The Care Nurse was very helpful and being able to FaceTime Chat was helpful to show injury & get some answers.

This is game-changingly good.. I typically avoid doctors, but not because I'm scared of them, because I'm scared of spending 45 minutes in a waiting room and five minutes with an actual care provider. This inverts the whole process where waiting is practically *none*, and the doctors really take time to talk to you. I'm a total convert.

Absolutely worthless. My wife and children were covered under her health insurance, and when she lost that insurance, I tried having them added to my plan. After never receiving the requested call back, and having to make multiple phone calls, with multiple transfers I was assured that my family had been added. Now that my wife is again employed with better benefits, when I went to remove my family from my health care coverage, I find that they were never covered in the first place. It sickens me to know that should something have happened to one of them, how burdened we would have been. It sickens me that I have come to expect nothing less from this company.

Easy To Use. Great app and easy to use, but I wish there was an option to choose the gender of the Clinician we speak with because some of us have issues talking to opposite gender due to past issues such as abuse, trauma and just in general, just thought I’d throw that out there.

Technology failed us?. I hope this feedback makes it to the right product owners to troubleshoot the issue (service was provided on 8/1/22): 1) in a case for Covid follow up, I was connected with a caring nurse. He was a pleasant individual, however I felt he was following up a workflow from Google to tell me what I should be doing? We spent 35mins to hear normal and I asked to speak with Physicians/MD. 2- loading and waiting to connect to physician, it took ~20mins and never connected and sudden drop! No one followed up with me afterward. No notes shared for connecting to physician for Covid positive case for a pregnant woman. 3- my toddler then got the symptom and I initiated a call with “pediatrician” few times. Never connected with an individual, kept loading and loading…

Efficient, Compassionate & not rushed. Quick and took time to answer questions

instantaneous healthcare. it took 20 minutes from logging onto the app to being completely finished with my appointment which is unbelievable. no more stressing about addressing everyday/nuisance concerns. for a fraction of the time and money of going in person, i got quality medical care from my living room. i also didn’t have to find my own provider, make an appointment, or drive. this was easier than ordering takeout.

Fantastic. Simply amazing. I was able to reach a specialist in a video call in 2 minutes, and get the prescription medicine delivered at my door step in under 2 hours. Also, you get a nice PDF copy of your visit with diagnosis and the prescription.

Sinus infection. I had such a great experience with this today! My kids are sick and got me sick, and I’ve had a sinus infection for 10 days I couldn’t kick with alternative methods. This was so fast to schedule, got to take it in between work calls, was a fast visit and I actually got tips I haven’t gotten before from my own doctors that aren’t just medication-based. Highly recommended!

Wow. Incredibly convenient and easy!

WOW. Who says house calls are a thing of the past?! Super convenient and friendly, I got connected to a doctor in no time and he was very attentive and caring. In about 45 minutes a nurse showed up at my house to do the testing he ordered and I found out I had the flu in and not COVID in about 5 minutes. They sent in tamiflu for me and my wife picked it up on her way home from work. I didn’t even have to leave my living room!!!!

It’s sad to see this ends. This is really the best experience I’ve ever had with primary care with shockingly low cost compared to my past experience. It’s really sad to see the service got stopped.

Phenomenal. Even though it took a while for them to contact me, due to low staffing on a Saturday, I was very pleased with the service!

PLEASE DONT STOP SERVICE!!!. I love this service. The level of customer care is amazing! I get time with a doctor at my convenience and it doesn’t feel like I’m rush through in 10min. I love that it gives you an estimated wait time and holds true to that time. It makes me feel like my time is also valued. I LOVE that the doctor take the time to really explain everything to me and talk about next steps.

Great RNs. I got a super nice and attentive nurse on video chat. She really took the time to address my symptoms and explain how being around someone with an illness doesn’t always spread that exact illness (depending on what it is).
