Maybe Bribe the Government…. Maybe Piki should bribe the government into using some that money to make and pave the streets in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. If you live in a well known area you’ll probably have no problem getting food delivered. But if you live anywhere else you will get several phone calls asking you for directions and your food will be ice cold when you finally get it. After waiting 3 hours I called the restaurant and canceled my order. I’ve learned my lesson. Do better or don’t deliver to certain areas.
Lousy Riders. Everytime the riders lie that their bikes are breaking down! Pathetic service!!!
Too many notifications. The service is really good, but when you send people 3 notifications per day that are just ads and trying to entice them to order again and again it just becomes too much!!! Reduce your advertisement you have no competition in Tanzania so don’t ruin the experience for your users
2 hours for a shwarma 6km from me. Bummer of a deal. I ended up calling the business and they said that the piki rep was not there and didnt give them the order until an hour late. Ive tried this app, and i wanted it to work, but it doesnt have the infrasructure to run well yet. I’ll remove it and try in another fer years.
Cold food, Almost always Late. Need I say more? Even in Mikocheni, your order will probably take 2-3 hours.
Standards have gone down. This is the third time in a row I have to call customer service to inquire as to the whereabouts of my order. Seems like you guys are either becoming incompetent or arrogant.
Great app. I love this app. Find it works best for Arusha than dar but definitely comes in handy. You need this app on your phone. Saves me time and money
Needs better GPS capabilities. Dar barely has street names, with many MANY roads called “unnamed road” why not find a way to integrate WhatsApp’s location pin into the app? It’s so frustrating always trying to explain where you’re located when your house is “unnamed road” in a place that doesn’t have street names. Surely something more efficient can be done.
Not worth it if you live in Arusha- Very bad service. I have given this app many of chances. But every time something goes wrong. It is a huge waste of money and time. You are much better off finding the restaurant’s number and ordering directly.
