Definitely a scam. I contacted support twice after the filters doing nothing except change the geometry if I select that option. They wanted me to record myself using it even though I explained in detail what was happening. Definitely don't waste 20 dollars on this like I did.

Total scam!. I paid the stupid $20 for the year long use of presets, I started using them and they worked fine the first day or two and then I go back to the app a few weeks later and it won't let me use a single preset without telling me to pay the $20 again, I checked it and all it says is that I've already paid the $20 plan!!! This app is useless to me now.

Sorry but not goo!. I’m sorry to write bad review. I’m sure some people worked hard to create this app. But I’ve been using other apps for long. Unfortunately this one is way less than many others!

Doesn’t give you anything once you pay. I paid for the year subscription and it doesn’t let me use the pro/subscription presets. I tried messaging the company and no response. It appears to be a scam!

Ridiculous. I’ve had this app for awhile now but all of a sudden am not able to access the filters when I have paid for the subscription. And when you try to press restore, it’s like the restore button is malfunctioning and not allowing me to restore. But all others things are working. It seems like a scam they are trying to make you pay again. Not worth it!!!

Just don’t. Only 5 free and the rest you have to pay a monthly fee for. So just download other better apps.

Great…. when it works. This app has the perfect filters for free but only works part of the time. It’s my favorite go to for softening all photos but since the last few updates none of the free apps will load. Very disappointing, especially since I can’t find anything that comes close to matching these presets 😢

Not worth it at all. You’re better off just using Lightroom and adjusting your pictures there

Awful. Bought the app by mistake thinking it was something else. I immediately cancelled the subscription and emailed support about a refund and the email was sent back to me because the email address they provided is not functional. Now when I went back to the app to see if there was any other way to contact them and it’s asking me to purchase again. Awful support and waste of money.

Payment high. They give 5 preset free ,but they are very very bad fo represent. High charge for other. So i uninstall this.

Deceiving. They say you can create cool layouts and fonts but they then make you install other apps for anything other than just changing filters. These also cost money and is not included in this actual subscription.

Doesn’t work. Just night this and the apps been frozen for two days and won’t let me use anything. I try to click on something and then it says to pay (which I already did) when I click it it says you already paid and still won’t let me use it. The company is aware of it and still has not fixed it days later.

Don’t waste your money. This app worked well for a while then all of a sudden it stopped working. After multiple emails back and forth, receiving different answers each time, they stopped responding to me even though it still isn’t working. It’s been over 2 months now without being able to use the app. Don’t waste your money on this one. There are plenty of others out there!

Not Working properly(stole my money). I paid the 9$ subscription and they charged me twice and the app won’t let me even use the filter options or anything that my phone can’t do, for the options that it gives you to pay subscription my phone can do it for FREE I can’t even get my money back and that’s not 2 years ago is today new year 2024

Not presets. Copying settings from photos filled with half naked women and pasting to my photos is not a preset.

Worst app EVER!!!. I don’t know how they are showing all of the 5 star ratings. This is the most ridiculous app. You have to copy and paste the preset setting for every picture you edit!!! So awful!

Awsome. I have had this app for a year now, it’s great, but you have to pay for all of the good filters. I recommend this for anyone who likes asthetic edits, but be willing to pay some money. It’s with it though. But this app if you want creative filters, and be sure to write a good review because this app is with your time.

Garbage support!!!!!. Bought this app by mistake. Didn’t realize you needed more 3P software to make work. Don’t have Adobe suite so I can’t even use. Paid for the full year :( please refund! Don’t like it at all. Thought that it was an alternative to using lightroom, it’s not. You still need to go into lightroom and plug in everything apparently. I would like a full refund. This is not what I expected 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is a scam.. I want a refund!. You guys took my money twice and I cannot even access the presets. I don’t understand because it was functioning just fine the other day. I was really enjoying the app until you robbed me.

Do Not Buy. DO NOT BUY. You spend the money and the presets won’t even load. You pay for them, but you can’t access them. The “restore purchases” button won’t work, so you’re out $20. I don’t know if it’s a scam or a glitchy app and the developers refuse to fix it, but I didn’t read reviews before subscribing and apparently I’m not the only one this has been happening to. Don’t waste your money. I don’t even want to give this one star.

Not user friendly. The filters, when you finally figure out how to get them installed, work great. I just got a new iPhone and all of my previous purchases are not restored. Cannot for the life of me figure out how to import them. Very frustrating.

Instructions do not work for iOS14. I tried to use the instructions to copy the filters over to Lightroom and they do not match the interface. I tried to contact support via their form but it does not send.

Rip off. I got logged out of the app after 10 hours and now there is no way to log back in. Every time I try to enter my email and password, nothing happens after doing it and it just asks again how it want log in. I paid 13.49 for it and can’t use it anymore

THE APP HAS STOPPED WORKING.. This app has stopped working all together. Firstly: One can no longer add the avatar to shortcuts on the device which made it a lot easier to then navigate into the Lightroom app (which is connected to this app) and get the work done. Secondly: In the new set of instructions, I copy the settings from this “Present App” inside the Lightroom app of the colour hue I chose, take a step back and ‘paste’ into my selected photo of choice. The photo remains the same!

Unable to cancel. I wanted to try this app in the free version, ended up signing up for a year unintentionally. When trying to turn off auto renew while waiting to be contacted by support I am unable to get to this option in the app! Not user friendly, unhelpful instructions in the App Store description section! Do not even bother!

Not acceptable purchase. As I was looking to see if there was a free trial available the app defaulted to one year subscription as I went to close it and took a finger print payment at the same time. What are the odds? Well I was surprised as well that it even happened and there seems to be no way to have it changed via the app company or Apple so I would suggest staying away from this one unless you hell bent on a purchase.

Doesn't work great. I pay for the premium, it is in my subscriptions but the app still won't allow me to download any presets into Lightroom without "subscribing" and paying for them, which I already am. Not sure if this is an app issue or if it has to do with the subscription but I've never experienced this with other apps. When it's working it works well, when it doesn't, it really doesn't work.

Payment. You shouldn’t make people have to pay for your app to make their pictures nice. Every app makes people pay, which means if you make your app free, more people will want to use it. That will probably lead to a lot more downloads, and then that leads to more money. I’m just saying people want free apps.

Don’t do it.. This was a terrible app. They charged me when I didn’t think I was being charged as I thought it was free. Then they kept charging me after the subscription every preset that I downloaded. I only downloaded them to check it out and now I’m down $100. Again I thought it was free. The presets are terrible and have barely any options

Difficult to use!!!. Just purchased and I feel like there is not enough instruction on how to use, the instructions are not the same that my phone is giving me for options to fallow!

Inadequate subscription options. Doesn’t work as advertised. Very upset I only had the app for a total of 5 minutes and tried on 1 pic and didn’t work as advertised nor was it worth to pay money for. I didn’t select the most expensive plan and deleted and unsubscribed way before 24hours yet they charged me 19.99 anyway! I would like that back !! This is ridiculous...

Scam!. I paid $39.99 on August for the year and now they deleted it. I click restore purchases and it says I have none, yet the subscription on the iPhone is still active. I have written 3 times for them to fix the issue with no response. They are scammers!!

Don’t even try it. It the biggest mistake I've been failing, this app does not worth $1 fee a month, how about $39.99!!!! It's not lightroom presets, you can use it with one click like what in the lightroom classic, But here you have to copy the photos from this app to the lightroom after that copy the sitting, and go to your photo and past the copied sitting to it with un professional lock what in this app. Really it will give you a bad results after long steps.and the trick here they will charge you $1 for a tow days only after that they will charge you $39.99 direct from your credit card, and can't be able to refund it again
