This app is crap.. This app is crap. I remember a time when these sort of apps were free with no ads; and they worked. Now everyone is trying to shove ads in your face and get you to commit to monthly billing... for a TV Remote?! You’ve got to be kidding me. I’ll pass.

it’s a scam. I just paid and then it doesn’t work!!! I couldn’t send them an email for them to configure my tv and now I am out my money and no remote. I have no way to contact them to give me back my money!!!!!😡

Remote. I downloaded the app. Made the lifetime purchase, connected to the Samsung tv, AND NOTHING Works. NOTHING. Not power, not channel, not volume, NOTHING WORKS. I made sure all connections were available as stated and NOTHING WORKS. If the developer wants to fix this, please contact.

Pay to use. The app is not free you have to sign up with payment information before you can do anything

Wouldn’t connect ti Samsung TV. Thought I downloaded a user friendly app, unfortunately it wont detect my Samsung TV. Kinda waisted $6, at least it was only $6.

Pay wall and only basic feature. Developers find other ways to make money ad bar at bottom of screen constantly running it’s a hard task for a free user and for just basic features

Zero Stars. I can’t push any command without it asking me to upgrade for an ad free option. Once I hit “x” to return, then a command, it does the same thing.

Don’t buy. It doesn’t work for volume or anything but on off

Disappointing.. Seven ads before I even get the chance to connect... then it wouldn’t pick up my iPhone 7 after I followed instructions. If this is from he iOS App Store, I would expect an iPhone seven to work. What a waste of time. I would update you app for older phones and cut down the ads, if that happened I would actually give you my money.

Amazing app just WiFi and Tv. Every single app has issues some don’t even work. This one connected to the Wi-Fi and the TV , let’s you try it out and then if you want no ads you can upgrade . I upgraded .

Works... sometimes. The app itself is straightforward but immediately you are asked to pay in order to use it, either $2.99 weekly or $4.99 one time... kinda shady but whatever. However you must constantly close out the app and restart it pairing The TV each time. There are better remote apps out there I suggest getting one of those instead.

Wow. Not only did the app not connect to my Television, but it now wants to charge me . On the plus side, I did get to see about 10 ads .

Free is not Free. You can use so much as the volume controls without paying the fee. Granted it is only $5 but it is the deception that irritates me. I would have imagined that special features would require an upgrade but not to use the app altogether. Just because of this I am uninstalling.

1 star is the only way to review don’t give it that. Nothing but adds and can’t try without paying

Scam. It is a scam. Once you pay you find out that it doesn’t work even if it says it is connected to the TV. If you delete and load it again it will ask you to pay again. Do not buy it. It is robbery.

Scam alert. The app set up page is nothing but a rotating series of ads. You can’t actually sync your smart tv because you can’t get past all the ads. Or unless you upgrade to the paid version. Delete. Delete. Delete

About the app. It works on T.Vs but it didn’t work so well but I think a little work and this app can get better

Shutting off. As soon you stop using app 10 seconds later you have to re open it again ?!? Wrote to developer and no one answered ... so customer service is bad too !! So every time you want to use you I have to shut app down and turning it up ?!?

Just as I expected. This app is simple, and is way better than my t.v manufactures app. Worth every penny

Not working on Samsung series 6. They make you pay before you can test and it didn't work.

Works as advertised. Works on my iphone XS with my samsung tv series 6. I lost my controller and found this app. I’ve been using it since. It works perfectly with my tv. I even like it more than my tv’s controller because i could do more stuff I didn’t know my tv could do because in the original controller didn’t have the buttons to. I read people with their reviews of the app not working and that is trash... haven’t had any issues with it. I do find that a weekly payment is a bit too much for a controller for my tv.. overall, is a great app. If they add a keyboard and mouse for the browser would be even better

New user. The app has no instructions, poor design. Does not connect & did not find any device. Tried over 15 times. Need to cancel now.

I paid and then it didn’t work..... I don’t really do reviews but it was working ok with ads so I paid the 4.99 then it stopped working completely tried to resync it with my tv and I just wouldn’t work.

One thing to do. I would have given it 5 stars but I always have to have original remote to turn on and then the original remote has to push allow when I go to use it. I feel you need it where once it’s been approved once then it shouldn’t have to be done again

A remote that actually works. I’ve tried different remote apps before that have been painful to use as they constantly need to be reset or simply loose the tv. Every time I shut this app down then restart it, it works every single time. Try it yourself... it actually works 👍👍👍

Continues to drop out. Continually says that it is connected to My TV and doesn’t work. Disconnect the Tv, reconnects for a second and then drops out. My wifi connection is fine, so it’s annoying after paying $10 that this doesn’t work!

Deceiving app. This app is NOT free. Once you download it, in order to use it you must commit to a 3 day free trial and then it charges you. Very mis-leading. Better to just download the app straight from your TV manufacturer.

Save your time and your patience.. Doesn’t work. The amount of ads that pop up after every click are frustrating and the app doesn’t connect to my tv. The same message comes up, insisting on making sure my tv is connected to the same network (it is) and because I can’t connect to it, the app obviously won’t control the device I need it to.
