Limited area. $2.50 per ride and currently available in Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, and a section of Florin Rd, downtown/midtown, Sacramento, Arden/arcade, Carmichael, Folsom and Vineyard area. Cheaper than Uber and Lyft for short distances. It remains to be seen how clean the shuttle busses will be or reliable the estimated timing of the app will be though.

Hard to get a ride! Not reliable at this time. App works fine. Your trouble comes when a lot of people seems to be booking during certain peak hours. You are literally kept hanging for nothing. And to try booking again next time. Used to be great but not right now

Worst change yet. With the old app I had to worry about the bus taking 3 hours to arrive. With this app I have to worry about the bus coming at all. Honestly it’s much easier to wait in a never ending line than check the app every minute to find an opening.

Ugh. Frustrating! Would be great if you could schedule a ride!

Driver’s. They have some of the friendliest people ever always go out of their way for ther riders

SacRT can’t do anything right.. This app does not work at all. It claims the van is ALWAYS full and does not have a waitlist so what is the point? As usual RT has wasted millions of dollars on a transit improvement that does not even function. So disappointed but not at all surprised.

On-Demand app for public transportation that comes to you!. Excited that SacRT expanded to more service areas and offered a new app!

Pretty useless. The bus won’t let me put my destination for the nearest light rail station because apparently I live too far away, so this app is pretty useless to me.

Life saver. We are so lucky to have this service.

Used to be great but now it is just unusable. It was pretty good before they changed the map and decreased the number of drivers on the road so now I have to wait 44 minutes for a bus that I used to wait for 5 minutes.

FIX THE APP. I’ve been sitting out in the cold for the past 2 hours trying to just book a bus when they’re not picking anyone up I just saw a bus at crc show up and sit for 5 minutes without picking anyone up then just leave while I was trying to order a ride so I can get on the bus. FIX YOUR APP NOW SO I CAN GET HOME

horrible app. i can't even get a ride i get the same message over and over. i have no car and lyft is expensive but this bus makes me late to work

Need heads up on pickup location. The app should feature a heads up on where the pickup spot will be BEFORE requesting the ride, that way people will know how far they need to go and exactly where they need to go, instead of being blindsided by it afterwards. I missed my ride because I was too far away from the pickup spot.

Was better before they reduced the service hours. Because of the fact they had to reduce the Citrus Heights zone from 6am to 9pm to 7am to 7pm, it has been worse when it came to booking a ride. I am also sure the amount of drivers was reduced too. It was kind of bad before but made worse with the new hours.

stupidest app. changed the map i can barely go anywhere now. times make it impossible to get to school now i walk 40 minutes bc the bus takes too long

Incorrect Information. I am standing at bus stop 3192, using Location to determine my position on the map and the App stated that my location is outside the service zone and bus 87 just arrived!

Cheap and Unreliable. This app is way worse than the last one, now the people ordering can’t even be put on a waiting list and they’re immediately shut down with the pop up “We’re full please book at another time.” The riders should at least get their orders confirmed, and the bus takes hours upon hours currently I’m waiting at my school trying to book a ride but it’s “too busy” right now and I’ve been here for 2 hours now. Please fix your app

THE WORST TRANSPO APP EVER !. Literally always busy! They never have seats, and if they offer a seat when i request it they gave it away to someone else. Terrible service. The old app was way better smh don’t even waste your time on this.

Works great when it works. Works in a select areas and during off-peak. Peak times are hit and miss with availability. If you’re going to use it, have a plan b

Not SmaRT. Not worth the app change... With the old app, at least you could get a ride. This new one, however, prohibits me from getting to school because I cannot get a ride. I would ask you to extend your wait times so that riders can actually book a bus.

Worthless App. I reloaded the app because it was supposed to taken in all of Arden Arcade instead it piece mealed Arden Arcade either fix it or get rid of it update this app is terrible either update it or get rid of it
