Some flaws. I love love love lovveeeeeee this app but whenever sample or reverse is pressed the app crashes ;(

Omni. This is the closest I’ve seen anyone come to an omnichord in an app. Really appreciate the familiar controls and layout. Nice work on this! Added question: Is there a way to make some of the chords inverted to match the way they are on an actual omnichord? Like the C chord being G-C-E or the E chord being an G#-B-E? No biggie if not, just wondering.

It’s great but it’s not stable. When it’s working, it’s an amazing and lovely and unique gem. Unfortunately, I’ve found it to be super crashy and I end up losing interest in it after it crashes a couple of times and I lose my work. Unfortunate as it had very high potential but I fear that if it’s still crashing constantly - they’re not going to fix it (I just read a review from 3 years ago complaining about crashes when recording). I hope I’m wrong and if so, I’ll be back to update my review!

Absolutely Genius. In short summary, you’ll find that this app unapologetically turns your iPhone into an instrument. This isn’t some full blown DAW, nor is it just some bad excuse for a keyboard/synth app. I’ve only been using it for 10 minutes and felt compelled to write this. Within about 30 seconds of using the app, you’ll see just how genius this all is. Don’t get me wrong, Garage Band and other iOS DAWs can be fun, but sometimes they lack the simplicity to just jam. Then other apps can be easy, but too simple and too canned. This app just has some amazing, perfect balance to it where it doesn’t try to be anything that it’s not, while still having options and controls that largely improve quality of life. Completely worth $8, in fact, I might pick up an old iPhone for the sole purpose of dedicating it to this app. There’s also MIDI out (at least I assume it’s MIDI out, but even if it’s just MIDI, that’s cool too) through I don’t have a Lightning to MIDI adapter (which I assume assume must exist), perhaps something I’ll look into in the near future. If there was any reason to seriously pursue iOS MIDI, it’s this. Also, not sure if this can be used on an iPad or not (whether natively or the iPad running it as an iOS app)— that’s something I’ll also be looking into. One last comment: I did notice the app crashes if you’re attempting to use the record feature for creating a sampled voice. Though it only seems to crash if you tap the button. If you hold the button down (which you need to anyway to record it), it’ll work as intended. Just a tiny scratch that can easily buff out on an otherwise perfectly functioning machine. If the developer is reading this, all I want to say is thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

amazing!. Took a sec for the audio to work, but I love it!

No sound. This app looks cool I really wish I could use it but there isn’t any sound playing at all. I’m using my iPad Pro is there any way to fix this?

Pretty cool. It’s a nice app I have an older iPhone but the sampler doesn’t work and crashes with some of the settings. Other than that it’s great to have a mobile app I can hear chords with,

Amazing Design!!. This is such a darling little synthesizer, I am in love with all the dreamy little sounds it makes. I thought the controls were confusing at first but after reading the tutorial and using them for a few minutes I was able to really quickly get the hang of it and it feels super intuitive now and easy to access as Im playing. The only thing I could want from this is a way to switch from seeing the standard plectrum to one where I can visually distinguish each individual “button” so I could play them individually a bit easier if I wanted, but its amazing either way :)!

Sample Recording crashes the app 100%. WARNING!!! Got this thinking it would sample and lay such sample on the keys but as soon as you touch the Rec button, or the sample button or the mic. It crashes the app. So you are stuck with the original sound a synth and a guitar sound for the strum DO NOT BUY!!!! *tested on iPad Pro latest iOS and iPhone 14 Pro I would change the rating when it get’s fix. 6/27/23

Auv3 support?. Fantastic app for anybody looking to mess around with an Omni cord and not looking to spend 800 bucks. I would totally give this app five stars if they supported auv3 inner app audio and midi in with it.

Very cool!. Haven’t had a chance to check out the full functionality yet, but this is a very fun Omnichord-esque app. My kiddo loves it!

A blast to just make chill jams with.. When I heard a Suzuki Omnichord in a few songs I went nearly mad trying to find ways to recreate the sound in GarageBand. This app hits that vibe right out the box and even does (in my opinion) a better guitar than in GarageBand. Honestly, the one feature I would love to see is support in GarageBand so I could easily slot this perfect instrument into my workflow. For now I have to use an app called Polychord, which while nice, doesn’t scratch that omnichord itch like this app.

Confusing app. How in God’s name do I close the settings menu after I’ve opened it? I don’t see any button to leave the screen. It’s also crashing quite a bit. Haven’t actually heard any sounds so far lol.

Wheres the sound?!. This app looks amazing and all but the sound went poof. I was so excited until there was no sound, yes I read the manual thingy and I got nothing from it, I'm using an IPad air 3rd gen and its says it should be compatible. How do I get sound?!

SO worth it!. I literally have never taken the time to write an app review in my life, but I had to for this. I was this 🤏 close to buying an $800 Omnichord because I just loved the sound so much. This gives you the exact same thing for LITERALLY 100X CHEAPER. Man, thank you so much for making this. <3

I really love this app, but too many crash bugs.. I love the idea behind it, the design is really well thought out, and it sounds great. Only problem is that anytime I press record, loop, or reverse, the app crashes. This takes away like 30% of the apps functionality. Feel kind of robbed. Hope developer will see this and send a patch soon.

Best app Ever!! - Only one thing I dislike. Ever since ive heard the sound of an omnichord i loved it and knew i wanted one to get those amazing sounds and tomes, I was dissapointed to find how expensive they were. This app is so much fun and only 5$ especially for musicians. This is a really underrated tool for musicians to use it can really inspire you to make make cool music and add a whole new dimension to your music. 5 stars AMAZING !!!! Feedback to developers: The only thing i dislike is that when you turn on auto-chord and hold on, the E chord is an extremely low octave and sounds muddled, and on the official app trailer it shows a large E on the notes grid but on the app it apears much smaller. I would love to have the E chord an octave up or so, at least an option to do so. I thank any developers who take the time to read or fix this. Thank you!! I love ur app!!

Cool App, Lots of Glitches. This is an impressively fully functional omnichord, just about worth the $5 price tag! My one gripe about it is all of the crash related glitches. Any time you try to start an audio recording the app crashes. There are certain audio glitches as well involved with recording and looping your own songs in app. There are a few buttons scattered around that just crash the app when you push them too.

The App Is, Decent.. Hello developer’s of “C.ARP” I recently have concerns/bugs I’ve been having on your app and I’d like that they’d be solved whenever you have the time. The app seems to Crash when I type these buttons, “Record” “Sample” And “Reverse,” And somehow, while I’m trying to make a song, either the rhythm or the Drums Cut out randomly, and i hope you guys fix this, Love, J, PS: I cant wait to see more from your game.

No sound. Hey I think this is a real cool idea but I don't hear any sound??? Neither from my iPad or iPhone I turn on ringer put sound volume all the way up. But still nothing what can I do?

This Rules. This app is what dreams are made of. All the fun of an Omnichord with out the expense. Love the vibration feedback as you hit buttons/strum harp. Looking forward to writing songs with this puppy!

A Genuine Treat. I have never in my life written a review for an app, but I felt the need to make an exception for this. I had just put a name to this instrument and wanted to try it for myself; the sound of an omnichord reminds me of my favorite childhood show Adventure Time, as it was used (I think!) in many of their iconic songs. I am very happy with this app for its accessibility, easy navigation and great sounds!! ❤️ Much love and many thanks!

Excellent. A beautiful and intuitively designed app. Perhaps the closest you can get to playing an Omnichord, without spending all your money on one!

Awful. I just bought this and the sound didn’t even work. I tried headphones nothing, turning the volume up, nothing.

I own an omnichord and prefer the app. I can’t count the amount of times having this app got a song idea out of my head. Well worth it and thanks to the devs!

every songwriter should have. best app ive ever downloaded for music. this thing is a must have for songwriters on the go, and musicians in general. if you have a mind for patterns, the layout of the chords will act as an awesome visual aid for students and lovers of music theory (i've had many a breakthrough playing with this thing). as a guitarist, the strumming mechanic is extremely intuitive and enjoyable. 10/10 cant recommend highly enough

Great app!. I’ve been longing for a good Omnichord app ever since the used prices skyrocketed. This one pretty much nails the vibes and aesthetics and sounds really great too! A couple of glitches related to crashing but the developer has been very responsive and helpful.

Cool app, but.... Cool app, but I really wish when you set it to autoplay the chord, it would hold the chord like a drone like the real Omnichord.

Broken. This seems like it would be an amazing app…if it actually worked. Immediately crashes when trying to use the sample feature, strumming doesn’t even work. Drum machine works and chord buttons…but not the strum plate…

Worth it if you want an omnichord!. I’ve always wanted an omnichord but the prices have rocketed. This app is visually very nice, it’s fairly easy to use if you aren’t fussed about messing around with the settings. I would like to see a briefer “how to” because it can be quite a bit to read and can get overwhelming. I love how you can change the theme! Custom colours would also be a great addition

Fun instrument. I saw the omnichord instrument on youtube but this app gives me ability to play it on iPhone and iPad. The interface is easy to use and plenty of variations except for sample button that keeps crashing the app, unfortunately.

Classic Omnichord sound and layout but a little buggy. Very close to an Omnichord, layout is similar so that is nice. The way chords are laid out in the circle of 5ths makes it easy to write songs. On my first time using the app it crashed a couple times as I dived into the settings which makes it a little frustrating. Both the sample button and reverse button crashed the app

I love this app. Sounds super close to a real omnichord And is a great tool to explore chords and music theory However i am not able to close the audio panel after opening it (it covers the gear button). So sadly i cant use a lot of the features. Looking forward to an update that resolves this issue <3 (I am using the iphone 12 pro)

Pretty darn good. Been using this app for a while and recently got a q chord this app has its quirks when i try to use the sampler it may crash but my qchord cant even do that so its fine and while the phone format is a bit thedious at gimes its to no fault at this app It sounds pretty much like the same minus a hefty price tag honestly recommend every producer or omnichord enthusiast to get this !!!
