Terrible and complicated. They move too fast and don’t start with the basics. They don’t explain how to do the refs they just really quickly zoom past the Fred’s and I hate it. I give it a one star you should too. I don’t recommend.

It has a tuner for your guitar in case your wondering and it’s got more than just the lessons, like Chords you can practice. I appreciate this app! I just got my guitar a few days ago and have searched for a couple free apps on how to play and this one has helped me the most. Blessings to whoever reads this!

The best guitar app. I’ve always wanted to learn guitar. I’ve downloaded every guitar app to help me play but it always gives you a subscription for you to pay after the first lesson. This app doesn’t do that and I can’t wait for it to update. If you’re a beginner this app is for you.

App won’t let me move on. The app itself is alright, no slow movement or bugging…. But the will not let me move on from lesson one. I have completed the challenge on several occasions and it refuses to let me move on. Is there something I have to pay for?

Guitar ain't just for right-handed. Even though I play guitar right-handed I'm technically left-handed. Lovely app, but I never saw the settings someone else might need to switch from right to left hand. That's gonna put off more than a few people who actually play lefty!! Even some of the wonkiest looking guitar apps allow for that function. Please consider if you haven't, an option for lefty players during your next update. Thx!

Absolutely terrible. The app was so slow, it wouldn’t let me play on my own, and kept freezing up.

Pretty useless if you have ever held a guitar. This is the most basic, and time consuming app I have tried. Unless you have literally never held a guitar, this will bore you.

Terrible at hearing and recognizing notes.. Every single time I played a note it didn’t count it and I kept getting extremely frustrated.

My experience!. I think the app is amazing for being free, the tuner and practices work great. The app makes it simple to learn guitar without needing to break the bank. Besides the fact it’s not finished, it’s a solid app. Everything they’ve came out with so far is 10/10 in my opinion :)

Mic recognition is god awful. “Play the thinnest string” I play it “that’s too low, please try again” I play the thickest string “Excellent.” H O W

The best app for beginners. This app was really good and I think it’s the best thing for beginners. Plus it didn’t cost money I do wish though there are more lessons please keep adding this is a good app! I think it’s also a good thing that it doesn’t cost money because there, isn’t a lot of people out there that can afford a subscription to something. Unlike this app, all the guitar teaching apps restrict you from learning with a subscription to continue but this app just allows you to keep going. Again I do wish it had more lessons. Hope you continue on this app for people that are still beginners to continue learning more and more.

Soo hard to understand. So hard to understand,deleting

Stuck on lesson 1. I have everything completed in lesson 1 and I have completed everything before lesson 1. I cannot get to lesson 2 nor are there any options to move forward to lesson 2.

Guitar Feedback. The lessons here are good but the last time I used it I couldn’t get any feedback from the app on my guitar playing.

Show tabs. It’s better to teach with a tab display rather than teaching by ear

Helped so much 😭. This app literally taught me THREE different riffs in just 10-20 minutes! Not to mention the other app they have for tuning! I’ve already learned about riffs and how to make certain notes sound different. Also, you have a choice if you want it free or not which is awesome to me! Honestly, better than simply guitar 🎸 I love this app ☺️
