Help. It doesn’t work. I did everything it says and it still doesn’t. I even tried typing it in manually. I don’t know what else to do if any one had this problem and got it to work it would be much appreciated if you can help me out.

Newest update went back to being free. You were required to pay a ridiculous amount of money per month/year and become a Streamlabs prime member to use this app, but not anymore! They just updated it and went back to being free for everyone. Thanks for realizing your mistake, Streamlabs! The stream deck app is great!

Perfect for live-streaming on the Mac OS!. As of right now there’s fewer disruptions in connection for the Mac than for mobile phones! Plays really smoothly and gives access to numerous features with the remote

It didn’t Connect. Hi, I’ve been trying to use this app for a few months now it’s gone through several updates and it still hasn’t worked I’ve gone through all the steps I’ve even uninstalled stream labs on both my PC and my phone it still doesn’t work please if anyone knows how to fix this tell me. whenever I try to connect it says connection error cannot connect I don’t know why I’m on the same Wi-Fi I’ve gone through all the steps and logged in on the same account on both anyone knows how to fix this please help me.

It crashed now it just won’t ever connect. It won’t connect now no matter what I did everything even uninstall/reinstall Streamlabs annnnd nothing! Even checked my firewall that’s fine too. Was working great now i can’t do it. Time to make room for my Wacom tablet instead instead of using this app until it gets fixed and can connect easily.

I have one issue.. I know this app has great things on it, the main reason I got it is because I can switch screens on my scenes and I have this animation pop up to switch them on the COMPUTER app but the Mobile app only has a button called “scenes” and it doesn’t show the each individual scenes so I can use transitions without pressing the windows button on my keyboard and the dreaded “looking for game” screen pops up, please fix this I would appreciate it, over all the app had potential just not working for me right now, once it’s fixed I’ll 100% give it a 5 star.

App Just Displays White Screen. Whenever I launch the app, it just shows the startup for a second then the screen just goes white in the app and doesn’t work. I’ve heard good things about the app and want to use it but it just displays a white screen.

Problems with app. The app is overall good, but I cannot connect my slobs on my computer to my phone. I’ve tried connecting using the manual and the qr connection, yes I’ve put them both on the same wifi and it doesn’t work. I just don’t know what to do.

Cool Features, Convenient Remote, doesn’t connect well. Issues connecting through with standard McAfee firewall and refuses to connect twitch chat room to my phone

Worked one time and now it wont work at all. Tried restarting my phone and my pc. Tried multiple api keys. Changed my firewall settings for streamlabs. Still not working

Does what it is supposed to do. Replicates a stream deck on your iPhone or iPad. I use my iPad Pro and never have any issues switching scenes or starting my stream. It has been a big convenience for me.

Problem. I tried to connect multiple times and it doesn’t work. It won’t even tell me the reason why it won’t connect. Please fix this and have it tell me what I need to make it work.

Doesn’t work!. When I try and connect it by scanning qr it says that I have an error and that my pc and phone aren’t on the same network l, but they are. When I try connecting it manually it It says that my pc and phone aren’t on the same wifi!

Can’t connect remotely???. I’ve tried doing remote control for a while now. I love Slobs on PC but connecting my phone is impossible. It never connects and honestly manually isn’t much better.

Great, but…. I love this app and have been using it for quite some time now, on both phone and an iPad. I haven’t had any issues until this last update. Now anytime I mute my microphone, I can’t unmute it without clicking it in OBS directly. The game I’ve been streaming won’t let me click out, which means minimizing the game just to mute my mic for two seconds. Ease of access to sound controls is the main reason I use this app, so this basically makes it worthless to me until fixed. It’s good for screen transitions right now, but that’s the only other thing I use this for.

Can’t connect. No matter what I’ve done, checked firewall settings, wifi, up to date it will not connect at all to my pc.

Bad app doesn’t work. This app does not work it does not connect to stream labs OBS it is always giving an error signal and there is no tutorials online to even figure out the problems. If I could give the App negative stars I definitely would! I am willing to change this rating if I could simply use the app

No more pay wall. Now that they removed the pay wall, I highly recommend the app.

Great alternative than a stream deck!. I’m just getting into streaming and don’t have the money right now for $50-$200+ stream deck. And, I really do love using Streamlabs for my streams! It’s so easy and aesthetically pleasing to use. The Streamlabs controller is definitely an app I’d recommend anyone to use if they don’t have the money right now for a stream deck. And, since it’s an app and not a physical deck, you can have more buttons then just the ones you get on your stream deck.

App broke mid stream. I genuinely have no idea how this happened but the app was working perfectly up until a few minuets into my first stream, suddenly all the scene options weren’t there as well as the audio adjusters. I tried to just go live without these and it wouldn’t even let me go live :,) I’m not sure if Im the only one with this issue but it was just heartbreaking to start my first stream that way

Needs to be Prime!!?. Was great before this sudden update. Now they want money even for the most basic functions. I’m just trying to have fun and not make money with streams. Why kill the joy? Very poor strategy affecting a lot of users I hope they roll this back and actually listen to customer feedback Before the update this app is definitely worth 5stars UPDATE: actually listened to users and free again! Works perfect again

Exactly What I Needed. I am a new streamer and I am new to stream labs as well. I don’t have a stream deck yet so this helps out a lot because usually new streamers don’t have a huge bank account. So thanks StreamLabs, excellent work. I do have a request though for the developers: the remote, when I push a button, it doesn’t do anything right away. What if you don’t have a computer?. I’ve been trying to search up how do you work your stream labs control, and I found nothing useful.

Won’t connect to Streamlabs. Just keeps saying over and over that I’m not connected to same Wi-Fi . I am and I’ve even tried typing in specific numbers I’ll update if fixed

Streamlabs is a scam!. I first wrote a review about how it didn’t work anymore after they put the Streamlabs remote control behind a paywall. Then Streamlabs went around to every bad review and told them they “fixed” the issue. However it appears they just did that temporarily to get their ratings up and once they got what they wanted they put it back behind a paywall and now you have to pay for it AGAIN! This just proves that what everyone is saying about Steamlabs is true, this is a TERRIBLE Company with poor morals. Don’t support them!

Logo. I like the new logo, it kinda looks like a softer version of the Twitch logo, and it’s cute!

Doesn’t work. Even if you are a premium member. Better off to keep shopping.

Never shows my scenes. This app used to work great. But now it suddenly won’t show my scenes anymore at all. I have tried everything, uninstalling, logging out, forums. Nothing has fixed the issue. It shows literally everything else, even the collection, but will not show the scenes within the collection. I even tried duplicating them all and it worked for just a few minutes and then they disappeared again.

Cant go to the remote. When I got this app about a month ago the remote worked great, but now I cant seem to get into the remote, when I login it just pulls up my dashboard. I have no idea what to do but please fix this.

Cash Grab. Edit: app no longer requires primes. The app now requires prime. I’m fine with charging premium for better designs and alerts, but the remote control option?

I have a problem. I want to use the themes but I have to join prime but when I try to join but when I click join it bring me to a white screen and nothing happens

Fixed the app so remote works again. Thank you to the developers for restoring free access to the application. Confirmed the remote feature works as it did before.

Good except for one issue. From what I have tested, everything works regarding to switching to different scenes. But when it comes to muting and unmuting, or turning on and off sources there are some issues. You can hit the mute button, but when you press it again to unmute, it doesn’t go through, the only way the unmute will work is if you switch to a different scene and press to unmute. Same thing goes for turning a source visibility on or off. Aside from this, switching scenes is smooth and settings are fairly simple.

Custom. Would like to see the ability to arrange the buttons on the screen in any order or position i want them in

Best app ever. This is better than the streamdeck I was getting it for Christmas but this app made me save money

I love it. It was really easy to use and it made my screaming a lot more better because I can play VR and read the chat and change the screen at any time I love it I should just mine and I’m giving it to five star

Streamlabs is Awsome. I have been trying to broadcast my screen for a while now and this app has done it. I do wish their was a way to play music for mobile though.

Can’t connect to my Twitch account.. Tried logging in. Fails, so I use the same login on PC. works fine. Authenticator works. I log in. Tried the app again. Didn’t work.

Everything works.... Except for being able to login to any of your accounts. Can still use it to swap scenes and such, but can't link my twitch.

Not a huge fan.. Hello Streamlabs creators, I have tried to use this app but when I go to chose my prime it only shows half the screen, I have been stuck on this for over an hour. Please fix this issue or I will not be able to give it a high rating.

My second review. Note: sorry about going on a tirade but: After further inspection on the iOS platform I have come to the conclusion that, there is definitely no way to turn off the camera preferably i would like this to be fixed, second it doesn't even record the screen/ game, thirdly (and this is for twitch) it doesn't allow you to alter your tags when launching something, also i couldn't resize objects when in the stream screen editior. I would think this would be a great service if these were fixed but currently the app is almost unusable

Not Logging In for Facebook. It’s not working when I tryed to login with Facebook and this update says user has to be a prime user with is really bad I think. There are many small streamer who are trying to grow up, for them it’s impossible to use. I think they should keep in mind about this problem 😔

Issue connecting. My pc is hooked up by Ethernet and phone is on wifi, so it will not connect to my phone because they aren’t on the same network. A bit rubbish.

Fix this. App doesn’t let me sign in to YouTube because of the following error: Google can’t sign you in safely inside this app. You can use Google sign-in by visiting this app’s website in a browser like Safari or Chrome.

Non-functional. If the app is not on the same subnet as the computer application, the app fails to display buttons and controls, sometimes fails to register. I have attempted multiple remote connections options, including port forwarding on my router, and VPN connections. I have confirmed my firewall policies allow the application, port forwarding is correct, and that the computer is accessible on the TCP port (through packet capture). This app has a lot of potential, but if it cannot act as an actual remote application then I cannot review its full capability and provide a high star review.

Fantastic App, but a few suggestions... Really good app to view chat and events when streaming. The interface is simple and easy to control. Doesn’t use a lot of battery on your phone like viewing your dashboard from Twitch does. However, it would be amazing if you could also view how many people were watching your stream, maybe at the top of the chat tab. Therefore even if people are not typing in chat you can see how many people are viewing your stream. Dear Devs, please add this feature 😊

So it turns out the developers care enough to respond and promptly get rid of the pay wall. The app itself is easy to use and works fairly steadily without completely draining the battery of your phone or iPad, which is nice because it saves me well over $100+ on a stream deck. Thank you for hearing out the reviews left on the last update and returning the app to its free-to-use status.

UPDATE AND FIX NOW ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS. You want people to keep using this you should probably care enough to fix an issue people have been complaining about for months. Doesn’t seem like you care about your customer base. I was excited about this for my streams. Now I’m angry.

Only one complaint. This app has changed my ability to stream 100%! I love being able to do mostly everything on my phone without having to “alt tab” to get out of a full screen game. My one complaint is when I do a scene change from my live scene. when I go back to the live scene or any scene that has the ability to turn off camera or mute something so myself and chat can watch a cut scene, the sources are gone like I won’t be able to turn off my cam temporarily so I’m not in the way of the cutscene. and the only way to get them back is to close the app and reopen it. Yes mild inconvenience but it’s not ideal in my eyes. Plz try and fix.

The Coffin’s Nail. Questioning the worth of both OBS and Streamlabs-OBS(SOBS), over the last few years, I’ve used them both intermittently. I’ve found they both have their use, SOBS UI and remote capabilities winning me over, whereas OBS’ ease of use was a deciding factor in pulling me back. This app, however, was the linchpin that kept dragging me back to SOBS. It was a streamlined alternative to buying a streamdeck, worked 95% of the time, and was all around a draw-in to using SOBS full time. However, it’s most recent update; a forceful and abrupt business decision to charge more than a streamdeck per annum for what amounts to a subpar app, comparatively? Heck. No. By removing the only utility that drew my interest to SOBS, you’ve essentially forced my hand in this. I regret to inform whomever checks these reviews that this decision, a greedy attempt to siphon more funds for the conglomerate that is Streamlabs, has turned me off of using your products. I will no longer user any Streamlabs tools while streaming, will be uninstalling SOBS, and will refuse to use any product henceforth. Maybe I’m just one person, but the all consuming nature of your business model is enough to stop me from ever using your products again.

Cant scan the QR Code from Streamlabs OBS. I might be running through a bug or it just doesn’t work, I keep trying to scan the QR Code on Streamlabs OBS but it only says that it failed to connect,

Very useful. Streamlabs deck is very useful because I don’t own a stream deck the only problem is the chat in the app. It doesn’t actually show the stream chat, it only shows mixer, twitch and YouTube

Can’t connect. Did all the trouble shooting for this ports are open, got mad and just shut off my firewall to see if that would help. Switched from my 5g to the normal wifi connection still says I’m not on the same network! Really think this would be amazing if it worked. The Best streaming tool ever!!!. I can’t explain how much better my steam is thanks to this app. I’ve tried so many other ways to do my silly multi-cam, multi-character show and this is the only thing that never lets me down!

Uninstalling. Latest update renders the app useless for me with a nice big paywall. No thanks. I liked having a little app to switch scenes and if I’m going to be forced to pay money for this I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

No mixer support. I used to use this with mixer and now it says it’s not a supported format. Hopefully this gets fixed and I can give this app a better rating.

QR code scanner doesn’t allow enough time to focus. Can’t log in through we code. App doesn’t allow enough time to focus properly on code.

Hi. Please fix.. Can’t connect when trying to do QR code as well as manual connection. Please fix otherwise it’s just a waste of space. (It says must be on same wifi but my PC is on LAN). Essentially the functionality to log in and access the same account needs to be added to be able to connect these. It’s not that difficult to code in

barely disconnects, very reliable. This controller app is amazing, and reliable. I’ve only had it disconnect once live, but a quick restart and reconnect is all it needed.

Fix plz. Good app for streaming yes. But I can’t login. Google comes up with the notification on the app that says that the browser or app may not be secure and to try a different browser. I attempted many times but I can’t get in.

Money Hungry Antics. You keep throwing away small streamers if you charge to use a product like this. With the subscription we are literally better off using a streamdeck. If you think i’m going to be paying for this you are absolutely insane. Go the XSplit route and go to free to use instead of the you need to pay to use online like a console.

I cant Switch the Browser to chrome. When I want to sign in with YouTube, it says that this browser doesn’t support JavaScript which makes it unable for me to use the app and I only have YouTube for streaming.

Will have you thinking it’s you. Tried for hours to connect via QR and manually and all it says is make sure you’re connected to the same wifi. Won’t let you attempt to fix in any other way. Can’t even use the app wouldn’t waste my time with it.

Connection failed. Every time I scan the QR code on my PC everything is updated it says connecting and it’s loading there for a good two minutes then it says connection failed please fix thanks.

Rip-off - waste of time. Over $250.00 a year in app purchase? I paid $200.00 for my steam deck. Insane, should be a free piece of software to support the hardware they sell. But they Have to try to squeeze more money out of their customer base. Very disappointing. Shame on you Streamlabs. I will be looking for alternate devices in the future.

Cant scan QR code. When i scan the QR code it says cant connect check if your connected to the same wifi as your Streamlabs OBS. Developer please respond.

Meets Expectations. QR connect works well, app updates with pc both directions instantly, modern layout with everything I could need. The one thing that would make it ever so slightly better would be more easily accessible audio mixing, right now you need to hold down the audio source mute toggle button in order to access the volume slider, but I would prefer to have the option to have some audio sources volume sliders always accessible, for cross fading audio tracks, but other than that it’s great

Works on iPad! NOT on iPhone.. This app runs very well on my iPad Pro. It performs as its intended too and is a recommended tool for ANY streamer to save them from having to make constant switches between tasks on pc. However, the iPhone version of this app does NOT stay connected to the main stream via pc (regardless of network) for more than 2seconds, if at all. (Used on iPhone 11 Pro Max/iOS 14.0.1) Hope to see an update soon!

Wow now need to be a prime member to use it!!!. I couldn’t believe when I saw that now you have to be a prime member to use the app when I was able to use it before and without being prime that just prove how greedy you just turn!!!!!!

Decent app. I am not having the connection issues others have described, it seems to function well. However, I feel it could use the ability to specify exactly what buttons are displayed. I like how I can select categories of buttons, but I’d like a more exact selection. So I don’t have a button that turns off my scene or something. Too many buttons cluttering my screen, that cannot be removed without removing the whole category.

This app is great except one thing. This app is wonderful but they are missing just one thing which is having an option to leave the screen on while the app is active so you won’t have to unlock your phone to switch scenes ect.

Won’t connect. I’ve tried everything to get it to connect, different WiFi connections in my house, even hooked my phone internet up to my computer but still says to make sure they are both in the same WiFi. Been trying different things for 2 days and NOTHING!!!! And when it says to click on the error for more info, that doesn’t do anything either, just stays on the same screen and then goes away. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Mixer Support?. I downloaded Streamlabs OBS on my PC so I can start streaming and I’ve set everything up through Mixer. I was really happy to find out about a remote app for my phone, so I don’t have to click out of my game in order to change scenes for example. But for some reason, even though there is a button on the remote to sign in using Mixer, “Unsupported Platform” pops up at the bottom and I can’t sign in. Why even have a Mixer button there in the first place? I really hope this is addressed soon.

Horrible. I can’t even change what the quality of the video then I see that you need the membership to access what you saw for the app preview!!!!!! In a place of desperation I was going to buy the membership BUT ALL I SAW WAS A GRAY SCREEN!!!!!! I wasn’t going to wait more than a minute for this screen to load so I could spend my money this isn’t worth the hype it gets from videos labeled “HOW TO STREAM SWITCH FOR FREE NOT CLICKBAIT” fix you app your lucky you have good reviews😡😡😒🙄🙄.

Might as well buy the legato stream deck. With the newest update they are requiring users be subscribed to their “Prime” subscription which is either $79 a year or $19 a month. As someone who streams only for fun and makes no money off of streaming, I can’t justify paying either amount for access to this app. You are better off getting the Elgato stream deck which is just a one time purchase and your wallet won’t be bled dry if the app is really all you want to use. TLDR: I’m not paying a subscription fee to use this and neither should you.

remote control isn’t working. i’m on the most recent version of the app and am doing everything that it says for me to do but it won’t connect-

Remote Broken & Bad Support. Remote feature is currently broken and after trouble shooting using all their guides (everything had been working previously) their tech support gave me a cookie cutter response and said good luck. I had even explained that I tried everything they recommended and the problem I was having with the remove (which is still broken at this point) and they couldn’t be bothered to read my email ticket. Guess I need to find a new streaming software. Sad because I liked Streamlabs

Amazing. This app has let me control my streams seamlessly. They only change I would make is to be able to change the color of each individual button to make it easier to find things in a pinch. Great app.

Connection issues.. I first want to say when this app was able to connect it is fantastic. Zero complaints. I came here to comment that if you or others have not realized the connection issues people are having can be boiled down to windows firewall issues. Recently I was attempting to use another controller app and was running to the same connection issues. Depending on your firewall with Windows or 3rd party it may be stopping connections coming into your computer. Look into how to add stream labs to your allowed programs. If this does not work you may need to look into allowing for other types of connections. Once this is out of the way the app will work seamlessly!

Awful. There little to any way this app is useful. There is not integration with anything really other than Twitch. I stream mainly on Facebook and the fact that it’s not even an option is a pain. Yeah I can log in on Facebook but there is no chat option for Facebook or anything. When you go live you cannot just change the stream title and such from your phone, pressing it just pulls up the same prompt on the main Streamlabs App on your PC as what would appear if you just clicked go live on the main pc app. You can literally hotkey everything in streamlabs to your keyboard like switching between scenes and going live, etc for quick and easy access to everything and trying to add your phone in there just really makes the whole thing more messy in my opinion, not cleaner or more handy.

Can’t even connect. I have literally scoured the internet trying to troubleshoot my issue to the fullest extent of my ability, and yet nothing wants to work. Despite having both my phone and computer connected to the same local network, SLOBS allowed through firewall, my local network is set as a private connection with network discovery turned on. By all accounts the app should allow me to pair with SLOBS on my desktop, but it won’t even allow me to connect manually by entering the ip and api token. The old SLOBS app has worked for me in the past using the same phone and desktop, on the same network no less.

Used to work now it doesn’t. This app used to work fine. It was really useful since I only have one monitor and saved a lot of time. However since the new update came out every time I open the remote control it just tells me that there are no buttons available and I can’t edit what buttons I want to show up.

Great until the update, do not download. This app is really good for controlling your Streamlabs on your Computer, it allows you to change scenes with the app. It was a free feature but now you must be prime (pay real money) to even use the simple stuff. This is the worst move that Streamlabs made :( They have slowly been moving towards becoming pay-to-use for a while now. I strongly recommend you not to waste your time and money with them, unless you like to spend over $100 a year on features that were free a month ago. I am uninstalling this app and hope they reverse this decision

Clone of the original. Another clone of another company’s product. Add this one to the growing list of plagiarized “features” streamlabs has. If you want a good stream deck app get the Elgato version.

Connectivity issue??. I just downloaded this as I was getting my stream stuff set up. Everything else works in Streamlabs, why in the world can’t I connect my phone? My computer and phone are on the same WiFi, no issues and I keep getting the same error “make sure your phone and pc are on the same WiFi”. Please fix this ASAP. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great for new streamers. I just started streaming and this program has enabled me to do that quickly and efficiently with very little learning curve I look forward to upgrading to prime in the future

No ability to change scenes. Went through and downloaded this after taking about a 2.5 month break from streaming. When I get to the remote, there aren’t any scenes. Does not matter what I do but there are not any scenes. I am not sure what changed when it went from in the main SLOBS app to on its own but it currently does not do what I need of it in changing scenes. Edit: This issue continues to persist through to December 2020. When I ask Streamlabs for help on fixing this issue, I am ignored. Poor customer service and a shoty app. Not a good mix.

Must Be Prime To Use. This app used to be free, which made sense because the base service is free. Suddenly they’ve made it so that only Prime (aka paying) users can use the app. Awful decision and it’s even worse that it was done on the sly- I didn’t know why the app wasn’t working until I googled it and found Reddit users asking for help. If you’re going to suddenly switch a major function of your service to paid only, you should at least have the decency to announce it in advance.

Loading. Every time I want to use the app I have to uninstall then reinstall just to use then as soon as I close app I repeat that process. Whenever I am in the app it loads and loads and doesn’t stop unless I leave the app. I can’t login in to my yt because it’s just going to never stop loading. Please fix this because I cannot stand it anymore. Also one more thing, whenever I am on app it kicks me out sometimes. Please fix this Please

Can’t Connect. Couldn’t connect to phone no matter what I change or switched. Not sure why this feature was moved to a different app. Completely useless. BTW I have everything updated and am only streaming to twitch. As well i have made sure my phone and pc were connected to the same wifi. If I have to go out of my way to try and set this up the app is ultimately useless. Your suppose to try to make it easy not just possible. And if you can’t do that. Take it off the appstore.

Pile of garbage.. I hate this app so much! It’s a pile of garbage that I hate. First of all it endlessly loads. Like I can’t do anything on it because I’m stuck on the account page and when I try to sign in it just loads. Nothing happens. EVER. It just loads! Please fix this glitch now. It is so incredibly dumb. Do not get. If you are reading this review I have a better suggestion for you if you want to stream. Get MobiStream. It’s great. It actually works and streams really nicely. And it’s free. Don’t get this.

Such a good service. This App takes just a couple minutes to set up, and is so easy to use. It is great if you need to change something on the fly. It is a very useful tool if you only have a single monitor

Great stream control!. Smooth and slick, this makes streaming so much easier to manage while live! * note: I was having issues with my scene buttons not appearing after the recent updates... however, I discovered that duplicating the existing scenes and/or creating new ones successfully pushed the buttons to the app! Wish they’d have sent out better communication about that when the update dropped.

Subscription Based. Used to use this to create overlays and themes, now it is entirely useless as they make you subscribe to a membership to use those.

Does what I need it to but could do more. I got connected super easy and now I can mess with my settings super easily from anywhere. Not really so much a complaint as a recommendation though, when I hit go live on the remote it launches the notification bubble where I’m suppose name the stream, tag the game, etc. Great. Except it doesn’t launch the screen in the app, it’s on my pc only. I would like to be able to launch my stream while I’m afk, while I’m finishing a few things, my starting soon screen can play. Then when I arrive, my stream will be going and I can launch into it just that much quicker. Also, a little more organization for the buttons would be great. Having the scenes organize them selves is great, but I could really use that for my templates and sound as well. Maybe a grid where we can freely place the buttons that use most, where ever we would like them? I don’t know, but it does what it says it does and I can’t complain about that.

Don’t waste your time, it doesn’t work.. If I could give it 0 stars or negative stars I would. Garbage app that doesn’t work and never connects.

Sources Display Issue. When I switch Scenes, the Sources disappear. To elaborate - when opening the app, everything is displayed & functions correctly. Once the Scene has been switched, the Sources disappear & the only way to make the Sources reappear is the quit out of the app & reopen it. But again - once the Scene is changed, the Sources disappear. See the cycle here? This is an ALMOST perfect remote. But this Source issue is a deal breaker for me as I am a host for a streaming show & need these functions to work as I am putting up graphics & changing Scenes/Sources while live on camera. Dev Team - please fix asap & I’ll change my review status.

Unsecured web browser can’t log in. Unfortunately, It told me unable to log in unsecured Browser. Unable to get past password. After password it’s says unsecured web browser (please log in under a secured browser.) So I went downloaded the options on what’s a secure web browser to download on the okayed listed. both options did not works & nor did my original mobile web browser. ➡️(App downloaded on IPhone S6) I don’t know if it’s cause I’m using safari browser. ➡️ I also downloaded 2 other browsers 1 said unsupported browser (I think Firefox) 2nd said unsecured (I think explore) Then it’d tell me to “please try you're mobile original browser.” (which says unsecured) so can’t get pass log in

Includes support that actually helps!. When I first installed the app I was hopeful that it would solve the connection issue I ran into before, but it didn’t at first. Then I clicked more info and it took me to a page that explained how it works and included tips on solving connection issues. It suggested allowing the app on my PC to communicate over the firewall with a brief explanation of how to do that. With that help I got the issue fixed and it works great now!

Works like a charm 👌🏻. I don’t know what the issues if the others are, but I’m using it, and it works perfectly fine. Deck made it really easy to change scenes, turn off Desktop/Mic audio, Flipping sources to Invisible or Visible, all with NO delay at all. the app helps with everything, and it’s great.

Chatbox / Recent Update?. I was gonna say, for the chatbox area could you make it so that you can view alerts like raids, follows, and channel points? That would help a lot. I saw the new app icon and was like oh dope an update. But then i read it, and it says app only available to prime users .... So you’re telling me if i update right now, i will no longer be able to access the apps features... yeah not updating. And wow why you do that?

Why force us to be Prime?. Okay, look here Streamlabs, I love using OBS and it’s perfect, and I loved using this app, but now with the recent update, you’re now forcing people to be prime users. I’d say you’ve lost a big chunk of who uses this app with that, of which includes me, as I don’t have the money to pay for prime, and even if I did, I still wouldn’t use this now. Shame that this used to be good for something, now it’s locked behind a paywall. Way to go streamlabs. :/

Good, but. I really like this but I’ve never used it. It would not let me connect it with my streamlabs on my computer. It tells me I need to connect it to the same internet as my streamlabs which it is. That’s the only bad thing otherwise I’d love to use this.
