Controls gahhh. Unless you’re a five year old with baby hands, this game is impossible to play. The control button is horrible. Why did you make it so small???

With MFI controls, its perfect. Ghouls n Ghosts is one of my favorite games of all time.....you know what? This is a lot better.

Awful controls. You need baby hands to play this game controls are too small and not adjustable even when full-size screen is activated. Without update it’s not playable at all.

Good little game... However, the controls should be more precise for this type of a game. Also, for better or worse, there should be an option to go full screen.

I like it. I love GaG, I was looking for a clone and I found this. The concept is GaG but it also different and fun.

Five Stars With Better Controls. Loving this. Fun, retro, well-designed, except for this set of controls, which have me considering deleting from my phone. The enjoyment I see in it has not translated well to my experience, which is stuttering fingers and loss of hearts faster than I can get them. Five stars when/if fixed.

Fantastic port of my favorite indie game!. I was overjoyed when I found this in the App Store. I built a small arcade cabinet just for the original Maldita Castilla. This has made my day!

Definitely a fun challenging game. From the first time that I’ve played this game I was hit with absolute retro memories from ghost n’ game goblins and super ghost n’ ghoul with the awesome graphics, soundtrack and gameplay style from going to dead ridden city mysterious caves and the enchanted forest fighting through bosses and bosses to save the region from an evil sorcery. The border and control graphics looks like I was picking up a mini gameboy just awesome. This is an awesome development for you guys hope it does get some well known acknowledgement from other gamers in the community both retro and modern day gamers.

Retro challenge!. Tough as nails and also fun. Feels like a twin brother of Ghost n’ Goblins, although it gives me DOS game vibes too, especially Monster Bash. The game is needlessly difficult IMO, but if you love a challenge here’s one for you! Would be 5/5 easily if it wasn’t so dang punishing.
