appointment 30 Nov 2023. i was scheduled for appt. annual Medicare. i was told it was already completed and not necessary. i waited over 90 minutes to find that out. that long of a wait was unacceptable. I was unhappy with Hermine Morris. She did not have the caring manner I prefer. She made me feel I was just another patient she wanted to rush out the door. seemed very busy and pre-occupied with other things. in future I prefer Faith as long as she is available. I feel very comfortable with her as my care giver.

Organization. I love this APp!! It real helps me keep it together!! I have my appointments and all the information that I need and was told at my appointment. So many times I’ve gone to my doctor appointment and got home and forgotten just about everything they told me to do, or eat, or what was even wrong with me!! Lol I also have my fiancé to take care of .. and that is all right together here as well!!! I wish I could link Highlands Regional Hospital and affiliates.. Even my Gastroenterologist and Psychiatrist… but I can’t.

Unhealthy APP. In the beginning this was a great app but when things go wrong there is no support. In comparing this app to other health institution app, it is far less then acceptable. The Advent health app portal is not stable and does not have the technical support that an application like this requires. When faced with a malfunction, the IT support doesn’t address the problem just tells you to go the the website for access. What is a health app worth if you can’t see a summary of your visit with a health professional? If you compare this app with the Mayo Clinic app, the Mayo portal app is six stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and Advent’s is less than one star ⭐️.

Cluster headaches/ Emgality. I have had cluster headaches for 11 years now. They were misdiagnosed for migraines up until I went see Dr Kragel and Dr Summer. They actually listened to me and what I was experiencing. I am so thankful. I tried a few injections, and most recently started emgality for my clusters. It’s my first time using it and they completely aborted my cluster headaches. This is the one and only thing that has EVER worked. Once you do the shots, it takes about 2 weeks to work and get into your system. So far, I haven’t experienced clusters for one whole month. As someone who gets them once a year for 2 months consistently with no breaks, this is a miracle. I hope this review can help someone else who experiences the agony of cluster headaches.

APP WILL NOT LET ME USE IT ANY LONGER UNLESS I UPDATE TO IOS 16. Just went to view my medical records and I can no longer use this app because it is asking me to update it and I cannot because I have an iPhone 6s and this phone cannot be upgraded to iOS 16. I suffer from multiple health problems and this app is critical for me and people to view their medical information and records and now you do this…and I don’t want to hear any excuses that it wouldn’t work since since it was working fine just a few hours ago. This is complete nonsense and some people cannot afford to buy new phones just to use this medical app, please fix this immediately!!!!!

Great healthcare. Dr. Meier and his team are excellent at what they do. They work hard to take care of me. I am very sick and require lots of followup care appointments thru out the year and they help me set these up. They keep my medicines up to date. I have saw Dr. Meier for almost two decades and his care only gets better. If you are looking for care that exceeds expectations then you have come to the right place. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Meier and his care team.

Lots of bugs and slow. Poor execution on this app. I’ve had to sign the waiver to digitally communicate no less than 5 times in the last two days. Push notifications are sporadic at best, causing long delays in my response time. I’m logged out very quickly too. I understand there are HIPPA compliance concerns, but that should be mitigated by allowing users to self select a timer. I didn’t rate it a 1 star because messages do get through; just, with a lot of friction.

Best Patient Portal Hands Down!!. This patient portal is the most amazing one out there. You are able to navigate quickly and easily. When you log in you are give your custom portal that is linked to your physician. You don’t have to rummage around to find your physician and then try to figure out how to do what you need to do. I love this app!! I feel so close to every aspect of my care as well as to my physician. When I send a message with a question or request, it is answered by my physician, not an automated service. I have even had my physician answer a question on the weekend!! Wow!! I only asked the question to be answered on Monday and to my surprise I had the answer within an hour. This app takes my care to a whole new level. I am so blessed to be a part of this through Advent Health.

#1 Hospital to visit in case of Emergency. 1- Is a 5 Star Hospital like no other 2-parking for everyone very close to the building by just a few steps from the ER and the Main Building as well 3- walk in get Registered, and right away to your ER room, is what I like the Most about the Emergency beside the Remodeled Building is like walking into a Luxury Hospital from my Experience/point of view 4-The Doctors, nurses,Techs, kitchen staff, transporters, Housekeepers, and other staff in the Hospital treated My Family I Like one of their own with Love Caring lots of TLC 24/7 so peaceful and update with your needs. They Make you feel at Home at Your Room pain free (no pain) They are so well Educated and Kind I’m from south Orlando, but this Hospital at Winter Park is the only one I have been visiting science 2007, won’t change it for anything in the world very quiet, and on time with everyone of their patients with Pride …. Trust me you won’t regret stepping into The Hospital that would treat you like Family with their Kindness, and their Technology in Hand Heavenly Hospital. A Great Verse of the Bible in Every Room not To mention Super Clean and Sanitized . I’m in A Room on the 3rd Floor Ready to be Discharged God Bless you and may our LORD Guide you here in Case of Emergency you will go back home well Tacking care of like I said Feeling Blessed.

Fix App Please!. I would like the App much better if one feature worked! I am unable to send messages to my PCP bc the Dr is not showing in the message box. The previous Dr is listed. I called and talked with IT support who says it’s an issue with the area/state I live in and the problem is being worked on. I have to call the Drs Office for refills and the office team doesn’t want to do that; they prefer I send I use the App and send a messsge, which I can’t do. So frustrating! Fix App Please!!!!

Fix please!!!. Hey! If you could fix the part of the so that allows you to pay you bill that would be great. Been broken for well over a week now. Will give more stars once the app actually works. Took the time to fix the issue and reached out to me. Back to 5 stars

Above by far. I am overcome with the feeling of yesterday’s healthcare now after many years and several mediocre to very poor health care experiences! Then I found Advent! Solid diamond experience Patience, kind, top in tech, clean! Be it in hospital or on phone or a visit! Your # 1! I am saddened as always the insurance as as un worthy as they are to direct doctors and the healthcare institutions I do find thus far Advent is the premiere healthcare provider in the south of which I have experienced! From Emoty to many more

App crashes and kicks me out upon signing in. App has improved tremendously with new capabilities and performance. HOWEVER, ver 3.1.1 (and previous versions) crashes upon signing in. Tried with and without faceid, same. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, would work and look at me sign in only to run into the same problem again. No issue logging in on the website/patient portal with same credentials. Add to Calendar from appointments/upcoming visits doesn't work. I recall it working in previous versions (?) It would ask me to allow Calendar access in iPhone settings, but the app doesn't show any Calendar to turn on. Running iOS 17.3.1 latest at time of this review. iPhone 12 Pro Max. I'm off to uninstall and reinstall the app, again! ☹️ ***************€* UPDATE: After submitting my review, I've decided to peruse version notes. Sure enough the previous version (3.1 I assume?) was to fix the login crash. Many users report app still crashing at login with latest 3.1.1 version. Good news I'm not alone. This should be fixed for good ASAP. Without being able to log in makes the whole app useless needless to say!

Excellent Advent Health Staff. I was recently taken to the Advent Health Celebration hospital. The care and attention I received from admittance to discharge was far above expectations. The ER stations and hospital room were immaculate, and the staff most professional. I would especially like to mention the nurses Grace, Lise, Nadia and Sofia, and techs Jenn and Ligia. Also, charge nurse, Amber did a super job to calm my husband’s anxiety about leaving me overnight. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone for the wonderful care I received during my hospital stay. LVM

New update has SO many bugs!. The newest update has SO many bugs! The faceID barely works anymore, basically doesn’t at all. My messages aren’t loading from all of my doctors and Getting error messages. I can start to see a preview in the main messages screen but if I go to the actual message nothing will load and then it will tell me there’s an error. Not sure what happened, but the app needs to revert back to the previous version.

Not available for iOS below 13.. I had previously given this app a very good review. I went to check my medical records the other day and subsequently learned that the app is not compatible with my iPhone 6 Plus as my phone won’t accept the iOS 13 update. The app is no longer accessible and I’m not buying a new phone.

Works well with with minor problems. I find this app very helpful. There are a few redundancies that could benefit from better design, but it gets the job done and so far has not crashed on me. The largest annoyance is in trying to add appointments to the iOS calendar from the app. It keeps asking me to give the app permission, but when I try to do that, the calendar permissions option is not there. I can add appointments from the browser, but having to do that kind of defeats the purpose of the app.

Easy App. I love using this app!! Easy to request refills and ask my doctors questions rather than waiting on a call back from them. They typically respond to me by the end of the day if I message in the morning or by the end of the next business day if later in the day. It is also helpful to be able to message them over the weekend, of course knowing they won’t answer before the next day they are in the office.

Multiple defects, poor testing. At its best, navigation is great and it’s very convenient to message your provider with any requests or questions. When the app isn’t working, you experience random defects where functionality isn’t working as it should. Technical support blames you as an individual or your provider when they don’t possess the functionality needed to cause the issue. I’ve heard multiple times that I’m the “only person experiencing this” yet my provider shares they have multiple other patients having the same issue and yes, they’ve reported it. Currently, I’m not able to initiate a message to my children’s provider and they are blaming the provider saying they removed messaging functionality. That’s just…not possible nor probable. This isn’t the first time this defect has occurred. I’ve reported the issue over a month ago to their technical team and they have yet to correct the issue.

Excellent Service, on the Portal!. The portal for AdventHealth is excellent…it has all the information that you need, from doctors names and locations, your medications, visits to dr, procedures and history too…plus so much more! Easy to request appointments too…you have a Care Advocate, who is a “middleman”, between you and the drs…they are very patient and caring…it is also easy to maneuver the pages!

Wonderful For Patient Access To Their Info. I absolutely love every aspect of the Advent Health app. From being able to request an appointment, track your appointment schedules, get information on your insurance billing and payment, as well as having access at any time to all of your test and procedure results. it is an invaluable tool for patients on every level of care.

Doesn't work. I scheduled a new patient doctor's appointment through the app, said it was confirmed, and everything was looking great. Then shortly after I couldn't get it to connect my account because of an authentication failure which was clearly a bug. My friend said the same thing happened to her but the app said I could do it at the office so I decided to wait. Well when I arrive at the doctor's office after driving for 30 minutes they had NO RECORD of my appointment ever being made, or myself in the system AT ALL. I'm very tech savvy and know how to navigate a complicated healthcare system and this was a complete failure. Good technology is supposed to make things easier, not more difficult. This is bad technology and I will not be using this app again.

Message wont show up. I messaged my doctor through the advent health app over the weekend. I wait for the beginning of the week to start and received an email saying that she had responded to me but when I opened the app, it showed no message from her. I tried going on Patient Portal on my computer and it also showed no message from her. I really don’t know what the issue could be but its quite irritating because I had a question for an upcoming appointment and now I can’t see her response.

Virtual visit was great!. I woke up with a sharp pain in my neck today. Tylenol wouldn’t help and I couldn’t even turn my head without shooting pain. I don’t have insurance so I was looking around for the most inexpensive option to get some help. Thanks to the virtual visit option, I was able to speak to a doctor and get a prescription for less than half of the price to go in person. Extremely grateful!!!

Love the app, can’t report a problem. Absolutely love this app, but it recently started crashing when I try to log in. I can’t seem to figure out how to report this, so I’m writing a review. Any time I try to log in, either by typing in my login info or by using Face ID, it will instantly force close, and I have to reopen the app, and it just goes in circles like that. Other than that, I love the app. This started maybe a few days ago? Guess I’ll be using the website for now.

Leaving advent health. I have been with this group for many years. It have never had to change so many doctors and had NO help nor assistance in the changes. Bautz retired understandable. Carpenter would have been nice to have known he was leaving in the middle of care from an accident I was in. Then I have a surgery and sent to other doctors yet they can’t get back with the other due to him leaving. Saw a doctor in between after second accident and then signed up to select another doctor. Would again had been nice to discuss some of this with an actual person. Then I signed up for another doctor I couldn’t see until Oct. then see him and now he is leaving. Meanwhile I had to hire an attorney for accident and asking for my records from the accident and nothing sent BUT my brain tumor information sent out when a date and accident was given! So before my records get sent out any more. I am looking for a new doctor and a facility that will return calls and help patients with papers and not hand out information I did not say could be sent out!!! I am furious at the moment and hurt! I will be writing a letter and a more detailed review !

Bad communication. Primary dr referred me to see another Dr. Received a call from the referral dept almost a month after initial visit. Had appt with primary for follow up visit for tests. Got call from the office if I would like to come in sooner. Today when I came for visit, was notified it was not with my primary but another dr. This might have been ok, if this had been communicated when I made my appt. Now trying to make an appt with my primary and no times til august and the front desk staff was flustered to even find an appt. Guess those test results were ok…. We’ll never know

Ms Leslie Garigan. Medical care as easy as 123! Appointments, refills, wellness checks, blood work etc. love the new system and the patient portal has made huge strides. Dr Yamamoto and his staff are always pleasant, professional and attentive to my plan of care, along with being protective of my dignity. Ive never had a team of people before now that actually focused on healing the patient and educating the patient on living a healthy life style. Dr Y is a rare breed! I wonder if Advent Health realizes that Dr Yamamoto and his standard of care is so far beyond the rest.

Not a fan of the new update. As a patient and a parent to a medically fragile child who solely uses AdventHealth as our care provider, I have to say the updates to the app from a few days ago are horrible. I used to be able to pull up lab reports and get a PDF with all of the results. Now to see each item you have to click on them individually and there is no way to see them all together or save them all together like before. Please please please fix the lab results back to how they were displaying prior to the update. Not user friendly at all!

Good intent. Poor execution.. Generally speaking, this app is well designed with the right feature functionalities, but it fails in execution. For example, when I tried to schedule appointments, it sometimes work, sometimes doesn’t. Today, the app has crashed multiple times and I was not able to schedule an appointment. I ended up calling, so what’s the point of having an app then? I’ve verified the AdventHealth app is updated, and my iOS is updated. I turned off my phone and turned it back on and the results were the same. I reviewed lab results and I used the “ask question” function down below. I got error message and the question could not be submitted, so, again, what’s the point of using the app then? I call through the app and the hold time is ridiculously long to the point I gave up. I have lost confidence in AdventHealth.

Average. The app suffers of constant glitches. The newest one has to do with the chat feature. Additionally, this app doesn’t let you see your lap results side by side unlike other health network apps which allow you to see the dates and results of each previous test done once you click on a certain test, such as Glucose. It doesn’t show you your past labs and you have to click on all the previous labs and try to find the one you want to compare it to. I hope this things get updated because the app has a lot of potential

Nothing works. Recently downloaded this app at the request of AdventHealth’s scheduling for my son to see the ortho after injuring his knee… they said fill out the papers in the app. Every page crashed. I couldn’t even fill out half the papers. After we went to the appt, I only got one little printout with LESS THAN the bare minimum of info needed to make decisions for my son’s care… they want us to use the app for everything from seeing his discharge papers (which that section doesn’t work) to virtual visit in 2 wks for a follow up, which ALSO (surprise!) THAT section of the app doesn’t work either!! Half the stuff I try to look at says to go on my computer to see because it’s not optimized for the app. What?! I don’t have a computer. This app is garbage and since dr’s INSIST on pushing forward with putting all this info on technology… we the people who need the PAPERS, the physical appointments, the real life aspect of dr’s… we get the short end. I might as well just delete this app because literally nothing works. Horrible. 0 stars. BRING BACK THE OLD WAYS OF APPOINTMENTS AND PATIENT MANAGEMENT.

AdventHealth app. As much as I’d like to give this app a good review, I just can’t! It’s far from user friendly, I have trouble getting in to the parts I need to use, I can’t seem to find a way to get messages to Drs. other than Dr. Guthrie, and I usually have trouble even getting to him! My wife and I share an email address, and that fact seems to really throw your app for a loop! It can’t seem to wrap it’s brain around the idea that two people would want to share an address-share street addresses, why not share email addresses? When I asked for help at a doctors’ office, I was told to call the tech line, so I did. They told me I needed to ask my question at the doctors’ front office, which I tried to do, and was told to call the tech line! Come on, people, get it figured out! If you want us to use your app, you’ll need to make it usable! BTW, I recently needed a surgery which had to be done at ORMC, and I needed to set up and use their app. It was so smooth, and so easy to use, it was actually usable! What a concept!

Basic app but definitely not complete. The app provides some information about your care, but it is not complete. Issues I have found: 1. Labs do not have times attached to them. So if you multiple labs in one day, they are just listed on that day without times. This is frustrating if you want to compare lab results. 2. Speaking of comparing lab results, why not change the view of labs so they are listed horizontally in chronologically order? This way patients can trends in results. 3. Not all labs show up. Only blood work results. Any other labs (fecal, urine) do not show up in the app. 4. Summary of your visit is a mess. It is just one large word document. This is not how providers view your notes, so why do patients have to view it this way? Separate the notes so they are easier to read and easier to find what you are looking for. 5. Speaking of notes, the app only includes overall procedure notes. Nothing about provider or nurse notes when they visited the patient or what the course of action is for treatment. This seems like it was done for legal reasons, but as a patient I have a right to my entire patient chart of information.

App won’t open properly. I’ve had to delete and redownload this app 4 times in the past week. Upon downloading I’ll be able to log in like normal using my email and password. But after opening it up 3 or 4 times, I start getting this spinning wheel like it’s trying to open the app but never does. Just keeps spinning forever. I’ll delete the app, download it again, it’ll work normally a couple of times and then try to log in and again, the spinning wheel. That’s happened 4 times in the past week.

Nice update but lots of bugs. Nice refresh interface, but will close automatically when signed in, repeatedly. Sometimes you don’t received notifications from your care advocate. Periodically takes you the beginning of what you already signed to resign. In the care advocate messaging, the messages won’t be sent to the recipient at times. Asks to validate identification after signing in multiple times to get up to date records.

Great if it would work. This app has potential but it’s got some issues. For starters, my primary care dr is not listed in my care team. I just saw her in September so it can’t be because I haven’t seen her in a while. Since she’s not listed I should be able to add her so that I could make appointments with her. Second I was just in for a visit with an RN and I can’t access my summary. It just spins constantly and quitting and reopening does not fix the issue. The lab section is much improved from the old app and things look easy to read and to get around. If the first two items were addressed then this would get additional stars. Based on responses it does seem like the developers care about their product and would interact with those who use it which is always a big plus.

Once Great, Now an Obstacle. Previously the AdventHealth app combined all my health records, billing, other healthcare needs/data, and the ability to contact my doctor directly in one place. Sadly, the last past has now changed. I’m no longer able to contact my doctor directly. Instead I’m forced to funnel all requests through an intermediary, a “Care Advocate,” who either responds with a canned message or goes to ask my doctor and then relays the information back to me. Why do we have this new hurdle? I understand that doctors, like many of us, hate email and would rather do other things with their time, but it’s frustrating that AdventHealth has introduced this new obstacle in the doctor-patient communication chain. While the app was once great, I’m now resorting to calling and leaving messages at my doctor’s office.

Great physicians. I have used Advent for many years. I have changed to all Advent providers because I feel like it is good for them to be able to see what is going on. I use them for my primary care, cardiologist, neurosurgeon, orthopedic as well as when I have an emergency situation. I highly recommend Tiffany Kelli, Christopher Yamamoto and Garrett Post.

Works well. The app has been very helpful in finding out results before the doctors at the ER even had them. They’re very quick to give you results. Only thing I wish it had was the doctor’s own notes like epic gives you. Other then that the app works as intended and is helpful in understanding my own results.

Does not work!. Always glitching! You go to request an appointment and it glitches and says error does not let you request it. You go to request a prescription refill on one of the listed medications, it does not work! You message the provider and they do not respond. Contact customer service, they don’t have communication with the doctors office so can’t actually do anything but they will tell you they’ll mark it as urgent. For 2 months I been trying to reach doctor waiting for a refill on a medication I need to have daily. But this app does not work at all and it’s really your only way to send something directly to the doctor. Just ridiculous.

What happened to the messaging capability. Had the HelloWell and old Adventist app. I was able to message the physicians nurse in both those apps. This new app doesn’t appear to have that capability. Is that problem a bug or intentional. If intentional, you’ve destroyed the biggest reason I signed up for the portal. Also I noticed all the data from my 2019 wellness visit is not showing up in the lab section. Another bug?

Normally I love the app but lately it doesn’t seem functional. I’ve used the app for almost two years and it seemed great but since about May it doesn’t seem like it works as expected. Multiple times I will receive emails stating your provider posted new results to the portal but when I go to the portal, it is the same old results. When I tell Dr. Hill’s office, they just make it sound like “yeah, sometimes it doesn’t work.” I haven’t been very impressed with the customer service or the app. Hopefully they can get whatever bug worked out soon!

Poor patient app and site. Billing is missing or months late in posting. It is Advent Health friendly simply not patient friendly. Too numerous changes have create billing problems and communicating problems. This is probably reflective in how the medical side bureaucracy works. Finding a phone number for help is deliberate in my experience since the hospital doesn't want to hire adequate support staff. Please fix your problem software by directing your vendor to create the product only offlne and not ezpose all the flaws live to patients. We use this application to facilitate out health needs not expose us to a failing software we are stuck using.

My Experience Was Life Saving. With my prior 2 years experience with heart problems and multiple procedures and test, my aortic valve was discussed multiple times! I was told it wasn’t ready for replacement! After a hospital stay in December 2023 I was released from the hospital with shortness of breath and fatigue/weakness and edema in my legs symptoms! My insurance authorized home care nurse and physical therapy. After several weeks my progress was minimal and the shortness of breath and edema had gotten worse! At that point my home care nurse called my nephrologist with concerns of my well being. I was told to go directly to hospital ED and she, the nephrologist , would meet me there! After a couple of test it was determined I needed my aortic valve replaced! I was admitted to Advent Hospital Pepin Heart Institute for the surgery. After a weekend of dialysis I was cleared for surgery and the results were a miracle! Now 30 days after TAVR surgery I’m feeling better everyday and currently attending Advent Cardiac Rehabilitation and I’m up to 2 miles on my goal of 3 miles a day in the near future! Feeling better than good and thankful to God, my Doctors, Nurses, Technicians at Advent Hospital for saving my life! God is Good!🙏

No previous information brought over from Centura. Since the information should still be available from my Centura account, I would have thought my information would hav been imported. I will continue utilizing the Centura App until such time that my past information is imported. This is a major shortcoming.

Pulmonary Function Test. Our therapist was extremely helpful and very patient. She explained the process for my initial PFT and provided a thorough explanation of how the test works and expected outcomes. She took the necessary time to make sure I was comfortable and reassured me about how the PFT would be somewhat difficult for my first time. She demonstrates what all therapists including Dr. Montoya exude during my visits at the office. The sleep study staff, receptionists, nurses are all working as a team. Thank you for the excellent and “top notch” service.

My Doctors. I been at adventHealth a long time. I have two doctors that have been taking care of me. Dr. Jeffrey Garris help me a lot and he was the one that told me I had diabetes I’m 64 and never had diabetes. I thank you Dr. Garris for searching for it. My other doctor is Dr. John Lang he is my primary doctor. He is a good doctor. He likes to help you anyway he can. He help me with my depression. So I feel lucky to have these two doctors Advent is number one in my book 💕

Health Kit integration removed. When I first started using this app a few years ago it had a lot of the same great features that it has today, but I was also able to integrate Apple Health into the mix and have an easy way to monitor my holistic health all in one place from various different sources of data. With the switch to MyChart, this feature has gone away, or perhaps just been disabled.

Not sure what to do.... The app was really good in the past however now it’s got major glitches with opening any type of medical records as well as signing in and signing out. I used to be able to print my records from any of my doctors but some Doctors notes are there and others are not so now I’m not able to print them which is very frustrating because you have to pay for them at the office one dollar per page. Is there anyway we can fix this???

Terrible. 90% of the functionality doesn’t work, became worse when advent went through a system change. Which appears to have caused mass disruption, all the staff are pulling their hair out! Back to the app, I’m my experience, appointment booking for blood draw doesn’t work, gets half way then unable to proceed. Reports don’t load, messages go unread or it’s not clear if anyone received it. Appointments don’t appear or are wrong. Lab results no longer sync with apple health.

Garbage app but soulless company. Not very user friendly, UI issues, access to a chat group that can’t help you and just set up call something the phone can already do. When they go to verify you for your case I formation it might ask you question about other people and show their name in the question and if you don’t know that persons information sorry you get locked out in a week. No option to set up pick of your case information. They will just give you lip service.

The BEST care in central Florida. I will ONLY use Advent Health hospital and off site facilities. The doctors and nursing staff are very pleasant. They are also extremely professional, knowledgeable and will go over and above to help you get quality care. I have never had a bad experience.

Users should be able to click on their photo and log out from there OR put Log out under the photo and allow the user to log out from the Home Screen.

Advent Health care. I have to say that the level of service from Advent Health is second to none. All my Doctors and staff are friendly and caring. I am being treated for cancer and both Dr. Emtage my urologist and Dr. Grow my Oncologist have been amazing and I can’t thank them enough for their care.

Fantastic Updates. This update integrates my care in an intuitive, user friendly way. Thank you for making it easy!

Doesn’t work half the time. This app and the Advent website don’t work half the time. The app will give you a message of “Something went wrong, please try again later.” While the webpage just says “site can’t be reached”. Unbelievably frustrating to get an email that your doctor has left a message in the portal only to find you can’t access the portal to even see the message.

App stopped working. Whatever upgrade you did recently my app no longer works and with iPhone I can’t fully delete app to reinstall

What a letdown. I made an appointment, or as they call it “reservation” at the Orange Cory location so I can be seen as quickly as possible. I’ve lost my voice, I’ve been coughing so much for a week that I have constant migraines. Fever and chills. The receptionists could care less even two hours after my “reservation”. I had to cough all over the bathroom and they didn’t even disinfect! So we wanted to try the app’s video appt option, willing to shell out the $59 just so I can be seen. Not to mention, I have a pre-existing condition called Liver Corrhosis. Then the app has a Platform Error. This is beyond serious and will lead to many complications with their patients they “consider family”, as declared on billboards. As a developer, don’t release something as important as this until you have tested EVERYTHING.

Great Health app. Everything in one place!. I can check my results, review my upcoming appointments, and also plan for the need to be fasting. It also contains my current medication.

New Patient Care Interception. Previously I loved the app. With me having several chronic conditions it was a fast and efficient direct way to reach my providers office. The new requirement that a patient care rep must first review the message adds to response time on average over 3days as before it was usually same day response. I have asked repeatedly to have them removed. I am sure it helps some people greatly however it hinders my care significantly. This review was solely based on the app and not the care I received from my provider.

Excellent service beyond expectations. Just wanted to say that the week I spent at this hospital was extremely pleasant made possible by an excellent crew (Josh,Mr D, Lisa,Cathrine, Dr Rao, And others that I cannot recall). The treatment I received was above and beyond my expectation. These people went the extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable.. excellent , well trained crew.

Clunky at best. I’m new to this app but find it terribly clunky and not intuitive. Looking at radiology test results is particularly tricky. The scans jump around and zooming or enlarging is nearly impossible. So I tried using the app on my iPad- nearly the same results but I can tell the app is only set up to work on phones, not tablets. Please revise and set it up to be as functional as possible on all devices.

Advent Health. Since becoming a patient of Advent Health, I have become very impressed with your system, your excellent healthcare providers, my ability to access my records on the internet with your website. Everything is available to me in one place.

Advent Health -Windermere. Great care and professionalism. I rate this location five stars for friendly and professional staff. The doctor at this location is amazing and I highly recommend visiting this medical facility. This location is also convenient and the hours of operation are flexible.

Wonderful information. It’s amazing to be able to track everything that’s happening during my hospital stay. From names and photos of my Doctors and Nurses, to real-time test results and medications administered, MyChart has everything!

Notifications UX needs completion. Hi, The overall app is fine but what is needed is a completion of the notification usecase. I frequently get notifications but when I click them and launch the app, there is NO indication in the app regarding what was the source of the notification, so I have to search around to see what may be new. This is confusing and incomplete, leading to frustration in what should be the least frustrating and easily designed feature od this app. Please correct asap.

Hard to navigate.. My provider told me I could always message her through this app. The office does not answer phone nor do they call back when a message is left, it would be nice if I could actually message my provider. I see no mechanism to message my provider. Lab result come up fast and are easy to review.

Not kept up to date and pinwheel of death most of the time.. This would be a good app if the doctors would keep it up-to-date. Some do and some don’t. Also this app tends to get the pinwheel of death when trying to work your way through finding necessary items. I don’t think the doctors representatives or the website that houses this app is managed by anyone. It just exists in the cloud and nobody takes ownership.

The update has made the app so much bearer. EDIT: after the app update was completed, it worked perfectly. And, with awesome new features. Thank you. Trying to open the app and it doesn’t even get through the Face ID before it crashes.

New User. Easy to navigate. Sometimes too many notifications, but way better than previous portals!

Notifications of Summary go nowhere. Nothing has changed here since my last post. Every time I get a notification of a new aftercare summary, and I tap on it, it takes me to the main app, but there is no link or section where I can view the aftercare summary. Who knows where it’s located. Is it in my chart? Is it in another section of the app? this is a total failure on the part of the designers.

Review on Website. App is not user friendly at all. I have a family account set-up & it is very hard, if not impossible to switch between different family members. It seems I always have to call the doctors office to get them to reset or make some kind of change to my account in order to see the different accounts.

Not an Improvement. So far, I have used only a portion of this new app. What I have used is useless. Visit review consists of: the doctors name, his/her specialty and the name of the doctor, again. That’s it. That’s worthless. I asked about future appointments (don’t have any). After a full 5 minutes, this application was still looking. There, also, are no recommendations for future appointments when a specific doctor has requested one make an appointment. I’m off to try to message my primary. The last time I did this, last month (January 2020) only portions of her replies were readable. I ended up having to call her nurse - just the thing portals were supposed to eliminate.....

Like the app but…. The app is great to schedule appointments, look at your medical records, even have better communication with the medical staff team. The only issue I’m having is to pay my bills with CareCredit. It always says there’s an error even if I have deleted and reinstalled the app, check that the app is up to date as well.

Adventhealth had all my trust. I have had excellent care from Sumalong, ER in Kissimmee and Partin Settlement. GI Dr Gomez was excellent also but GI Dr Michael Lo and his staff have been putting off my appointment that was made 2 months in advance then rescheduling it 3 times. I am still waiting for my results from my endoscopy and colonoscopy biopsy’s that were done back on March 6th. It’s May now.

Slow and clunky. Takes quite a bit of time to load. And is slow in between screens. Typing screen is tiny and causes you to constantly scroll down to find the cursor.

Provider choices. Too difficult to search for a local provider. When you search, it searches all over the US. I don’t want to see specialists from all over.....just in my area.

Canceled appointments. I had an appointment scheduled four mmonths ago, but I was notified by my doctors office that it had been canceled. I got an appointment for this April 19, now that appointment has been canceled as well. They offered me an appointment for late August.I called left a message and asked to be contacted for an earlier appointment. That was a week ago and I still haven’t received a call from them.

Very upset with primary care doctors office. I had a doc appt on Jan 17th. I have tried numerous times to get results from “my chart” I have not received anything. I have called the office several times they said the would call me on Monday. I never received a call. I left 2 messages to receive a call back. I never received a call. This is not the 1st time I’ve had problems. I am very mad, frustrated and I am actually thinking of finding another primary care doctor!

Call center. Your call center is absolutely HORRIBLE! I have driven to my doctor’s office to make an appointment without using the pathetic call center!!!! I am a consumer advocate and am appalled that I can’t get through to my doctor’s office directly!

Contact with provider. With your contact method with provider you have made this very difficult, not being able to text provide. info between patients and provider 10 giant steps backwards, any time you have do 3 party communication,to much room for error UNSAFE

Unreliable. The messaging on this app works sporadically at best. When a consumer sends a message the app shows it as "sent" even though the message dis not reach the final destination. In other words, there is a disconnect somewhere in the system on the Adventhealth side of the network system. This presents a huge problem for patients who rely on the messaging system to deliver medication refill requests and important messages to their doctors.

WHAT new “reminder??”. I have received numerous emails, texts and robocalls on several occasions informing me that I have a new reminder in the portal, only to log in and see that (1) there is nothing called a “reminder” in the portal, and (2) I’ve had no new message for over a month. I also get all these automated communications urging me to make an appointment... immediately AFTER I’ve just set up an appointment. AdventHealth, please, please get your communication act together!

Glitchy. Trouble signing in, often. And it doesn’t let you know there is a problem— it just doesn’t do anything. Difficult to switch between accounts you’ve set up under your sign in (as in a minor child). Doesn’t show all records/results. Couldn’t set me up with a new appointment, just got stuck. Searching for providers...stuck again. Does anything work??They should have worked out all these bugs before release. Disappointed. I have deleted the app and will go back to using HelloWell.

Perfect. This app helps keep me organized with my appointments and bills as well as being able to access test results in one place

Horrible. Entered all my info for a video visit and while waiting for the physician my screen timed out and turned off. When I opened my phone again the app asked me to login again but the video visit was gone and so was everything I entered. Won’t be trying that ever again. Who wants to be frustrated when your not feeling well? This app has been and still remains trash!

This app is glitchy. Either it snaps shut unexpectedly & repeatedly (even after updated), or it gets hung up at login stage & won't advance after verifying credentials. It's annoying but also frustrating to not be able to rely on this app b/c I need to communicate updates to my elderly MIL's doctor but can't reliably do so w/ this app. Whereas, Orlando Health's works fantastic for communicating for my children's healthcare needs.

Works great if your office uses it!. Not all offices are using the functionality, it’s not uncommon for messages to go unanswered or for you to be unable to schedule through the app. The billing section is terrible....once again you have to go to multiple areas to see if you indeed have an outstanding bill

App Crashing when making appointments. As of the update today, the app has been crashing every time I tap on Availability for provider. It also crashes when I am viewing the providers details and then selecting Request Appointment. Both of the providers have confirmed previously they have availability to schedule online, however, this feature is not working on the app after the update. I will update my rating when I am able to schedule appointments through the app.

Had more and better features before the app update. Apparently with the update or upgrade we lost the ability to see radiology results. It was working great before the upgrade. After I got x-rays or CT scans I could read the results even before my doctor visit. Not anymore. Now everything is together with “MyChart by Epic” that is below to what I was getting with AventHealth app. I am not happy about this downgrade. mmuniz

iOS 12.4. My phone and iPad are running iOS 12.4 and iOS 13.0 is not even available yet on my iPhone or iPad. I don’t understand the update requirement. When I tried to update the app it has now locked me out of the app altogether. What the heck is going on.

Makes everything much easier!. This app makes scheduling easier and more convenient, reducing some of the stress I often feel when going to see the doctors.

Not as good as their HelloWell app. It’s so hard to find things in this app. I’m currently trying to find a list of all my paid and unpaid invoices, but haven’t found it on this app yet. Their billing tab asks you to enter the invoice number so you can pay it. ... but what if you don’t have an invoice number? I just went to HelloWell and it was super easy to find. Happy I can still use HelloWell. (Although HelloWell was challenging with how it linked to different AdventHealth providers)

Best portal. I love using this app to be able to see my newborns records and schedule appointments for him. It’s great to have a way to pull up summaries to remind me what was discussed with his doctor and to have a comprehensive overview of how he is doing.

Incredible care and customer service. AdventHealth app is very user friendly and is icing on the cake for the incredible care and customer service we have experienced. I’d give six stars in all areas if it was an option.

Can’t view any letters or information from providers. The app is good, but you can’t read any letters or statements or view anything as far as labs or results on the app it will not open at all, so this needs to be fixed other than that it’s really good app, also now I can’t find where to pre pay my bill for my surgery that’s coming up. The app is just all over the place. Liked it better the way it was.

Doctor at urgent care Advent health. Told my daughter she was dehydrated and she wasn’t after he told me to take her to a different hospital that has pediatric care and by his diagnosis all he did was listen to her heart! I don’t know what was going on but my daughter was a toy to play games or if he just wanted us out quickly ! I am very upset on what happened and don’t trust him with my kids or any of my family and friends kids will definitely not recommend Anyone to go there !

Online. Your system is very difficult to use. Most times the system will not let me log in and then there are so many hard stops once you are in the system. Also it’s not clear what the individual icons mean. And now I cannot submit this because the system requires a name for the review.

Cannot Link Organizations. If you’re someone who has received healthcare at multiple organizations and was happy that AdventHealth has MyChart Epic so you can link up your records, you’re out of luck. Not sure if this affects the Adventist (former AMITA) locations in IL only, but it’s impossible to link MyChart with other organizations. Ticket open and sitting with them for over a month, called back, couldn’t locate it. They finally found it and escalated and I still can’t get an answer. Sucky support. Not what I expect of an Epic product.
