Fun but timed. Very enjoyable but not relaxing if we have to be timed no matter what. Provide an option to turn off the timer! The ability to use the hint bulb without penalty is a huge bonus for this app. It’s really good and has tons of puzzles. Definitely recommend! Just 1 thing to fix to be 5 stars-but it’s a huge one...

Buttons are too sensitive. Poor design. If you enlarge the screen, you can accidentally touch /find a hidden object which disappoints the child. A double click should find the object, not a single touch. Also it doesn’t allow you to change that year of birth for other kids in the house hold. I will not be purchasing after my 14-day free trial. The books are better

Keeps Crashing. I absolutely LOVE this app. It’s very entertaining. However, I haven’t been able to use it for a couple of weeks. I’ll click on the app. It’ll load, then crash. The first time this happened, I deleted the app, downloaded it again and had to start from scratch. It’s disappointing because I paid for the year subscription and I haven’t been able to use it. I’m giving a three-star because when I’m able to use it it’s great. I just wish the app would work.

Beware!. Super fun game that both my daughter and I enjoy. But it keeps crashing every couple of weeks. And then when you reinstall all progress is lost and you are back to day one. This has been going on for about a year now. Every now and then I pop back in to see if it has been fixed, but no. Recently reached out to app support and they suggested that I create an account so that I at least don’t lose my progress. Did that and the next day, back to square one again, all progress lost. The only reason it gets 2 stars is bc unless you have a crazy good memory you can redo the puzzles, but even I have redone some of them enough I’m starting to remember where the items are hidden.

Bunch of thieves. Had this app on two different iPads (mine and my wife’s) for our two kids. Worked no problem. After updating, can only play on my wife’s iPad since she is the one who bought the subscription. If my other child wants to play, it would cost an additional 30 dollars for the year. Bogus that you can family share the app but not the subscription. Complete rip off to pay 60 dollars for two kids to play. Completely not worth it. And now you’ve ruined my kids day during quarantine. Thanks Highlights!

Is it worth the money. I’ve become rather disappointed. I’ve enjoyed this game since I downloaded it. The app says the more you play the more levels you receive. Apparently this isn’t true because I’ve played all the ones it will give me without any new ones except for the daily puzzle. I will see if maybe I will get more with another “paid” month, if not I will be canceling ☹️

Best Game Ever!!!!!. This is the BEST game of ALL the game apps that I’ve ever played! I’m so addicted! This Hidden Puzzle Game was made so well! The items are so cleverly hidden in the awesome art work. I only found this game app through my son’s hidden puzzle book & thought I’d give it a try since we have so much fun finding the hidden puzzles together. It’s really a FUN game for all ages. So worth the prescription. I would really recommend it & I never right reviews but it’s just so good that I had let people know.

Frustrated. Some of the hidden pictures are outside the normal view so you can’t click on them. I looked on the help options under settings and there is no mention of this issue. Also tried to call the phone number given and it just hung up after the recorded blurb. If you try to send an email, they ask for your whole address and account number🤨. I only gave it three stars bc of these issues. If they had good customer service and someone who looked at the pictures on a iPad, I may give it 4.5.

Love it but it keeps crashing. My wife and I play this game every night and we always get to turtles then the app crashes and we can’t even open it up again. I even got a new phone and still doesn’t work. It’s disappointing cause as I said it’s was a nightly ritual for us. I’m just going to stop subscription and maybe find another game. Other than that the game was really fun.

Very Unhappy!. I love the puzzles, was excited to download the app and happy to pay the annual subscription fee. But I’ve had the app for only a couple of weeks and this is the fourth time it’s crashed. Every time it gets to a certain number of new puzzles it crashes and I have to delete the app and re-install. I lose all of those puzzles and end up re-doing the same puzzles from scratch again and again. Enough already! There are enough of the same complaints being written - why can’t you fix this problem? This would be 5 stars plus, but I have to rate it a zero because of the constant crash problem. Please fix it so I can keep playing.

It stops working. I love playing with this app, but for the second time it has quit working. When I try to open it the icon starts to open but the disappears. I reinstalled it the first time but lost all the new puzzles I had unlocked. Frustrating. Now it has stopped for the third time. It usually happens after an IOS update. It didn’t work for a couple of months then magically came back to life. It was a whole new version, but with the same puzzles. Then after an update it is back to disappearing after the loading screen.

Subscription issues. I have been paying for a subscription to this app for a few years now but lately the app has not been recognizing my subscription. I am frustrated and ready to cancel my subscription because I am paying for a subscription that I can not use. I tried to use the restore purchase option but nothing works. I have sent emails to the developer but I got no response. Then I read that if I want to get a response from the developer than write a review so that’s what I am doing now.

Not a fan of the update. I’m a paying subscriber, and the quality of the art and the puzzles, not to mention the large number of puzzles, makes the app completely worth the cost. The recent update, however, makes gameplay frustrating. The additional white space around the clues and the thick blue bar that JUST holds the home button means there is a lot less room for the image. There is now no reasonable way to look for clues without significantly zooming in. It’s just far less enjoyable. And did you make the clue button larger? It, too, seems to be covering up more of the puzzle. Also, the interface cuts off the very left edge of the image, which is an issue when that is the location of one of the items you’re looking for. I’d love an option to make the icons smaller (in fact, I try to solve the whole puzzle without looking at the list!)

Good game. Fun but frustrating. I like the game but my one complaint would be that it crashes more than any app I’ve EVER had. Very frustrating. I’ve had to delete and install it several times. I’ve had to start over because the first time didn’t save my progress )I almost quit then. Maybe should have) I’m about to do it again because it just crashed but it’s going to be the last time I do this And now after reading the other reviews it is CLEARLY an ongoing problem that they can’t seem to fix and obviously don’t care to fix. Just get your money and go right? I’m sorry but all other apps manage to make it work. AND you are charging for this? The more I type the more frustrated I get so I’ll stop.

Love the Game But App Keeps Crashing. Very fun and challenging. Bought the subscription. But I have had to delete and reinstall twice from my phone because it keeps crashing. Contacting technical help didn’t get me far; got an initial response to my email but when I replied to the email with the info they requested it got bounced back saying it was a bad email.

I have received no new puzzles in over a year. I purchased a subscription for the grandkids and it was a great purchase for about a year. Now it’s been over a year and I’ve continued to pay in hopes a glitch would get fixed and restore all the purchases I’ve made. Yes, I have clicked the “restore” button. I don’t want to delete the app and re-install because it would erase the 100s of puzzles the kids have completed. I also don’t want to delete my subscription because I would be out all the money I’ve paid and getting nothing for it. I cannot get a hold of any support or customer service to address my issue so I had to include it in a review. If there’s any way Highlights could restore my purchases and guarantee I would receive new puzzles OR support to contact if I don’t then I would continue my monthly subscription. Great game but not worth paying for!. I enjoyed Highlights magazine throughout my childhood so I didn’t hesitate to subscribe to play this game. It was great at first but now it continues to crash. When I delete the app and download it again, all of my progress is gone. Even if I sign in, my progress is not there. I don’t like having to redo the same pictures over and over. If I’m paying for something, I expect acceptable quality. There are also a few boards with glitches where the item isn’t even visible in the picture unless you use the hint button, then it magically appears on the screen. Good app, needs work, not worth paying for. I’m deleting for good since it crashed again for the 3rd time and didn’t save anything.

App freezing my phone. I play this game every day. It is my stress reliever. But for last 2 weeks it hasn’t been working. I go to open the app and then my phone freezes. The only way to close the app is by shutting off my phone. And then the app still won’t load. Sorry to say off the issue isn’t fixed I will uninstall it and find a different game that doesn’t mess up my phone

Good but Frustrating. I gave this app 2 stars because I have been trying to get new puzzles for seven to eight months, to no avail. My subscription is thru Apple. I checked it and it shows that the monthly subscription fee has been paid every month, but I can’t seem to get any new puzzles. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it several times and still get no new puzzles. I’ve even tried logging into my Hidden Pictures account from the web and I still only get old content, which I have played all of them more than once. When you can get new app content, the app is awesome and fun to play. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to cancel my subscription because I’m paying for the subscription every month but unable to get new content.

App Issues. I quit and deleted the game after about ten levels. I would tap on the mitten over and over, nothing registered. Zoomed in, and it still wouldn’t highlight it. Some levels are also impossible to achieve three stars. From my understanding, you have to score under 1:30 to gain three stars.

Issues with landscape or Portrait View. Hello, few things, (1) I click on the “APP SUPPORT”, it takes me to your website, tried sending the email. I get an error. (2) My main reason for trying to get a hold of support: I like using my iPad in landscape, especially since I have it attached to the magic keyboard. I open the app, right away it switches to portrait view, okay, thats fine, but as soon as I chose a puzzle, it then switches to the landscape view. Really don’t like the back and forth, any updates or plans to fix this issue.

Nostalgia. Highlights was one the best parts of my childhood and the hidden pictures was my favorite part! This brought me back to fond memories of sitting and doing these with my parents. It taught me to patience, determination, and how to have a keen eye. Thank you Highlights for the many smiles you have provided me over the years!! :)

Always loved hidden pics as a kid. I got the subscription to use on my phone for my grandson. He’s 7 and loves doing hidden pic games with me. I always loved the magazine as a kid and found myself always doing the magazine in the doctors office with my kids when I had my own kids and they had appointments. The magazine was actually great for kids. But I’m super happy you did the hidden pics games on phones for kids. It’s great! And I actually find myself doing them if I’m waiting for an appointment and have a few minutes to kill. I don’t always want a fast paused game and this is perfect for me and my grandson on the way to school!! Thanks for making these on an app!! Just really good memories!

Log in with my Apple ID??. Bought a year subscription and created an account using my email and a password I created. So why isn’t that enough to gain full access to this game I already paid for. Instead they additionally ask for your Apple ID when using different device than which I made payment with . Like my daughter has an iPad I paid on my iPhone, two diff Apple accounts. Why when I log in on her tablet I need to also give you MY Apple ID?? The email and password should be enough for you people 😡

Not enough puzzles for a monthly subscription. The old app was so much better. You could also reset all puzzles. After you finish all of the categories, you’re paying $3.99 a month for one daily puzzle. Also, you have to constantly turn your tablet since the pictures are both horizontal and vertical. Not worth it. 😔

This seems really bogus. This is my first time writing a review for anything. I was so delighted to find this app. Highlights was something I used to always enjoy as a child and the fact that I found the app to play as many puzzle games as a I wanted seemed so much fun. It’s been over a week I haven’t been able to even open the app. It just shuts out by itself. When I looked up the application on the App Store it said it had to be updated (which I did). And guess what? The freakin app still didn’t load. If I don’t get a reasonable explanation as to why this BS is happening I will unhappily unsubscribe from this application.

Not worth the money. This game does not save progress I’ve played the same levels so many different times that I’m over it, it does not open levels after the stars are reached and when it does and u exit out you have to start all over again. I’m over it this is very frustrating and a complete waste of time and my day.

Great, but keeps crashing. This app is great, I love it. But it’s now crashing and won’t open every time I try to open it. This happened before and I had to delete it and reinstall it, but it deleted all my data. I don’t want to have to do that again. Please fix whatever bug is making it continue to crash every time it gets opened.

Great while it lasted. I started and had a subscription for a few months with no problems. All of a sudden it wouldn’t open. I decided I probably needed to remove it and download again. Unfortunately, my email address wasn’t attached so I started over. After playing awhile yesterday, the app crashed. Following that it won’t open at all, even today. I’ve reloaded it and it’s still crashing after I’ve logged in. I canceled my subscription, but it’s super frustrating. 🙄

Hard to see the OBJECTS. Well, I have always ALWAYS enjoyed Hidden Pictures and even found the hidden pictures a couple of years ago (if that long); however, the cutesy design of the objects in this version are difficult to see to begin with, before u even start searching for them in the picture. U cannot zoom in on the objects and so looking for them is not exactly fun ... more like frustrating. It’s a shame. When I’m looking for a candle, I want it to LOOK like a candle. Disappointed.

Great, but crashing with update. I am an SLP and the kids I work with have really enjoyed playing this during our virtual sessions. But, I just updated my iPad, and now the app is crashing! I’ve already tried reinstalling, and it’s still not working. It is a bit frustrating to pay for a subscription and have it be useless when there’s an iOS update.

No New Updates. Absolutely the the iPad version black completed it paid for the app and never got any new updates still has the same stuff from a year ago? For those who are trying to stay and continue to play the developers have not added any new things got charged for another year to only play the same stuff over and over again I had to cancel subscription.

Hidden objects. Love the game even as an adult. But it does keep crashing. If they can come up with such picture games they could at least fix the crashing problem. You have to delete game the reinstall and sometimes it lets you sign into your account other times it doesn’t. If you pay for a year you should be able to play without it crashing every other week! Please fix this game

Nothing but problems. I would give it zero stars if I could. The app fails to load and causes the entire iPad to freeze. I am forced to hard reset every time we try to use it. I have deleted and reloaded the app multiple times, hoping that would fix the problem to no avail. The iPad is less than 1 year old and is running the newest OS, so there is no good reason for this issue. Very disappointing as we love the magazine and the hidden pictures page in each monthly edition.

Enjoy the game but it needs some QC. I really enjoy this game, but there are a couple of issues that need to be addressed. There are some levels that have items just out of view (at least on my iPad screen) or items that don’t register as found if you click on them. My biggest frustration is that the app seems to crash after every iOS update. I did a soft reset on my device and that did not fix the issue- the game continued to crash every time I tried to open it. I had to delete it from my device and download it again. I was able to restore my purchase and access the different levels BUT ALL of my progress was gone. It was very frustrating to have to start at the very beginning again and not have access to the levels that I had previously unlocked. For the price, I think these quality control issues need to be corrected.

Nostalgia!!. This is a long one so bare with me, I RARELY leave reviews, but I feel like its necessary for this game. I’m an 18 year old college student and I ADORE THIS GAME!!! Growing up all throughout elementary i would always rush to finish my assignment so that my teacher could give me a highlights magazine. I used to steal them and take them home because i was so obsessed with them. I was so excited to see that this was still a thing, and in application form. Everything is just as fun as I remember, and they’re still challenging which I love. I’m a huge fan of ‘I-Spy’ type games so I consider myself to be pretty good, so I was worried this would be too easy. Not at all! Amazing game. Thank you so much!

Subscribed since Oct, updates rare. So disappointed! I’ve been subscribed since October and I’ve seen one actual refresh of more than one puzzle. The daily ‘new’ puzzle is commonly a reused puzzle that’s already in your library. I’m giving this until the next renewal, because I love the hidden picture books & wanted to give the developers a legitimate chance to update…but honestly I’ve even reached out to highlights and the app developers…nothing! It’s so frustrating because I’m paying money for a service that isn’t reciprocating, at least rotate your library more frequently…why are there Halloween ones still up and have never changed?

Issues using the app. We have enjoyed using this app on an iPhone, iPad, and in our Mac Chrome browser since we purchased the annual subscription June 15, 2020. We have an active subscription through June 16, 2021. But something has changed in the last week or two (with the updated look). No matter how many times I uninstall the app and try logging back in, it now says I don’t have a subscription even though the App Store confirms our subscription is still active. The app sent me to Highlights for support but they said I had to contact the apple store. Writing a review seems to be the only way to attempt getting customer support. Can you help?

Liked the old app. My daughter has the older version, which I had a subscription to. My son wanted it on his iPad, so I had to put the new version on his. Had to sign up for ANOTHER subscription, since it’s a different version. It won’t load the puzzles. It says I need a subscription, but when I try to buy a subscription it says I already have one, but won’t load the puzzles. Over and over... I’ve tried deleting the app and starting all over, all to no avail.

Worst App Ever, Thieves and NO CONTACT. This is a worthless app, it doesn’t work and then they steal your money. You can email the developer but they never respond and their policy does not allow refunds. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you need a nightlight because it just shows a perpetual white screen when it opens. I closed the app, uninstalled and when I tried to log back in, my password did not work. I put in my email address to get a link to reset my password and the email never arrived. What a joke app! Too bad you are not a person who can be criminally prosecuted for theft. I will call and write letters until I receive a response.

Game won’t load. I really enjoyed the game for a long time and suddenly can’t get it to load anymore.I have the app but it just closes as soon as it opens .Very disappointed !!

Puzzles. I signed up for the monthly and do you still great 1 puzzle a day??? Have to wait hours and hours before being able to play another. Have complained several times....not sure if it’s worth a monthly subscription as much as i have always love the game.

Don’t waste your time!. This app/game is a JOKE! I got this after enjoying a book version but was VERY disappointed to find out I could only play a limited amount WITHOUT paying a monthly or yearly subscription! I am opposed to paying to USE an app/game that is FREE to download! I have NEVER paid to download an app so why would I pay to use/play the app/game? As soon as I did all of the free stuff I promptly deleted it! Don’t waste your time with this unless you want to pay, otherwise its a waste! Update (following your response): Having “free daily puzzles” DOES NOT resolve anything! What if I had already finished all the free stuff & don’t want to stop playing? I don’t have a choice WITHOUT PAYING & I had ALREADY CLEARLY STATED that I am NOT PAYING to play the app/game! What part of that is so hard for you to understand?

LOVE IT... BUT..... We keep crashing! On a roll, having fun then.... I hear a scream from my son. “NOOOOOOOOOO! MOM! Not AGAIN!” It’s a great app, if it would JUST continue working properly. I already sent an email to support and am SO disappointed by how many of the SAME reviews with the SAME response from support I’m seeing here over SUCH a long time period. If there’s no chance of resolution, do the right thing and pull your app from the store. Take the hit. Be honest. Do the right thing.

Help!. Can anyone tell me where to find the download button on the puzzles so I can let my son play on an airplane? All I see on each puzzle is a lightbulb that shows the answers to the puzzle and a home button that quits the page.

Love it but app won’t open anymore. This is definitely my favorite app. I am not a child, but I don’t care. I love it. But now I can’t play it anymore. The app acts like it’s loading, then closes. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling, which worked for about 3 days. Tried restarting my phone, checking for a new update, closing out of it completely and reopening, and still nothing. Pleeeease fix it, I’m having withdrawals 😩 (Not really, but still, please let me play again) 5 stars for the game, 1 star out of frustration that I can’t play.

Recent update???. Today is June 15, has there been a recent update? The app tries to open and the home screen comes up for a second then closes. Was working perfectly fine for me yesterday. I tried turning the iPad off and on again and that didn’t work. Running on iOS 13.5. Gets one star today since it’s not working.

I agree fun and frustrating. I agree with others who have commented. Myself and my 7 year old love playing this app unfortunately the app will just stop working after awhile. I have reinstalled this app twice and each time it will work very well and then all of a sudden you can’t get back in the app. Seems like this is a problem that’s been going on for a while and hasn’t been fixed. I have canceled my subscription but will check back at another time to see if they have figured out the glitch. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the glitch.

No new puzzles. We did all the puzzles and I have not gotten any new puzzles even though the app shows a lock being unlocked over and over indicating we have unlocked new puzzles but that’s not true. We’ve had the same puzzles since the free trial. I have emailed, called, live chatted, but nothing has changed. Customer service is not good because I believe I’m talking to a computer and not a live person. It’s very frustrating because my kids love doing them.

Just a question. Why in gods name do I gotta pay for this game like just WHY? I have to pay yearly or annually. Just to find simple things in a game. No sir you can have this I don’t want it. I ain’t paying. Got me twisted. At least you can some of them for free.

Poor customer support. I purchased the online app. But I cannot log into the website because it asks for a customer number that is found on a magazine mailing label. I don’t have a magazine mailing label because I don’t have a magazine! I can’t get through the customer support page. It tells me I already have an active chat session, but I don’t! 😕

Can’t create an account. It’s a fun game but every time i have tried to make an account (filled out all areas and press ‘create account’) the app crashes and closes down on its own. Hopeful that this gets fixed soon...I can only do so much without an account/subscription.

No new puzzles STILL. I WANT MY MONEY BACK Update: Months later still no new puzzles. Generally get a canned response how they’re working on it. Pretty expensive ($39) for a short puzzle. I get the unlocked sign all the time but nothing new. They really should be forced to remove the annual fee. It is truly a ripoff. I would have thought better of Highlights. Still waiting on a refund.

Puzzles never change. I downloaded the app more than a year ago n the puzzles r the same. Never changes Kids r bored with them. May delete app if no change soon. And some of the puzzles r faulty

Apps Do Not Work Well. My family started off using the website to access the puzzles, which works great. I recently tried using the app on my Mac and it is really challenging to use. The screen does not slide up, down, left, or right. It also does expand well as a full screen. Highlights may need to work on the hidden pictures app to make it more accessible.

Could be good. When I first downloaded this game I thought it would be great but turns out you have to an expensive pay for a subscription or you only get one puzzle EVERY 24 HOURS. 😕 I would not recommend this game to anyone because honestly no one wants to pay for their kid to find objects hidden in a picture. I deleted this game for this reason. Sorry for the negative feedback but it needed to be said. Hope this changes in the future.

Great, fun app!. My kids love this app! The only things is it used to play music while you were finding the pictures, now it’s silent except for when you click the objects. Would be nice to have the music back! Great app though!

Highlights puzzles. So for about 3 weeks highlights began to works. Now it crashes on opening again and again. Why? Please don’t blame my apple phone 11 or iPad.

Not free. So basically I started playing the game, and when I got done with the first puzzle they were basically telling me that I had to pay a subscription to play the other games or wait some hours to play another puzzle, that’s not fun,If you want to pay a certain amount of money to play A puzzle be my Guest but just for people that want to save money and not spend it unnecessarily, don’t get the game

Was working great till the update. So I really love this game, I even have a subscription. But ever since Apples update, the game doesn’t work. Tap on app and it’s either a black screen or it gets to the main screen then freezes and or crashes. I have a iPhone 7 Plus. Not sure if any one else is having issues.

Worked really great for one day. My daughter loves seek and find puzzles so she was really excited when I was able to get it on her ipad. It was really fun to play... the first day. The second day it repeatedly crashed. I uninstalled and then reinstalled. I will be canceling my subscription immediately. There are other seek and find apps out there that actually work.

I was excited but. When I saw this I got really excited because I was just thinking about how much I missed the Highlights picture searches but when I saw how few puzzles are available for free I got pretty sad

Game is unplayable. We love the game so much. We had purchased a subscription. Unfortunately, every single time the game is started up it either crashes the entire iPad where it would need a hard reset, or it will remain at a blank gray screen forever. Please fix!!! We do not want to cancel our subscription but may have to.

Puzzles. This is a wonderful game and I enjoy the different puzzles But I have done all the puzzles but I have not gotten any new puzzles I would like some help getting more new puzzles!

Highlights Hidden Object Game. I love this game, BUT it keeps crashing on me. I would uninstall the application, but I don’t want to start all over again. The thing that is really frustrating is I was playing the game yesterday and today it won’t open.

App won’t open. I loved playing this app at first and did play just about everyday. I was playing it earlier today just fine but now when I go to the app it looks like it’s going to load but then it just closes so I’m not able to play. If this isn’t fixed I’m going to cancel my subscription but I’m not paying for something that I can’t play.

Crashes, will not open and lost all my work. Since the new “upgrade” this app that I paid for crashes, will not open, pushes me to sign up and try to pay AGAIN. It lost all my hours of work and is making me start over. Don’t waste your money. Find a different hidden picture game. It also forces you to work each picture before new content is given. There was one zombie type picture that was horrible.

No New Puzzles. Great app, except I renewed my subscription only to get the same puzzles as in the past year. Aren’t there any new puzzles? If not, can I get a refund? If I had known it was the same puzzles I did the first time, I never would have renewed.

Not lining up. Great concept from the magazine but the touch is not lining up with the item your suppose to be searching for. When you tap away from it, it then shows you found it. I mean if you’re going to be taking money from users I suggest that you make sure the app works correctly.

Paid for subscription still prompts for purchase.. My son has an iPad with his own (child) Apple ID that is tied to my family account. Subscribed to the yearly subscription (billed) but every time he opens the app it asks to choose a monthly or yearly subscription plan. Selecting “restore purchase” has no affect. Selecting yearly plan and going to the steps produces a message saying I’m subscribed through 2021.

Highlights Fingerprint. Please bring back the “fingerprints” version of Highlights. I liked it much better. Since I pay $3.99 a month for this app, I would prefer the version I like.

Passing Time and Focused. Im sitting in line now for 2 hours. My 4 year old son and I are keeping busy finding hidden pictures. Its going great!

Purchasing doesn't work. My daughter loves the hidden puzzles in the physical Highlights magazine so I tried out the subscription here. Trial worked fine but as soon as I began being charged, I lost access and it would prompt me to log in again and then told me there was no purchase to restore. Terrible experience and customer service wasn't able to help. I'd recommend sticking with the daily free puzzle and avoid the headache of paying for nothing.

Purchased but still only get 1 puzzle. Purchased this game. Downloaded it, shows my account but still I’m only getting 1 game a day. Even tried the restore, delete and redownload, nothing works. Plus I purchased on a weekend so no tech support. Then I finally get to a website and to submit a ticket you have to enter your mailing address... for an APP! I’ll be refunding. No fun if you don’t get what you paid for. I expected more from Highlights.

Can only access 1 puzzle per day despite annual subscription. Subscribed annually but can only access 1 puzzle per day and the app claims that we have access to 125+ puzzles per day? There’s no phone number to call and when I click on app support nothing happens?? Why am I paying for an annual subscription when it NEVER gives me access to all the puzzles?

So disappointed. I am so disappointed in this app for my child . I paid for a subscription, and after several months, can still not access the premium content. I tried to restore purchases many times yet it does not work. I have tried to contact highlights to get technical support, but highlights tells me to call Apple and is unwilling to help. They were not nice nor helpful...

How to Cancel. Unfortunately my granddaughter is too young for this. My mistake. I got it thinking she’d love it but my mistake. Trying to cancel but can’t find how on site or settings. Can you help. It’s really a marvelous activity if age appropriate. Thank you

After awhile... I love this game, but after awhile it won’t load all the way and keeps closing out so this is the second time I’ve had to cancel my subscription and delete it 😞. I don’t want to start all over again because it’s not fun doing the same puzzles but while I had it, I definitely loved it!

App Glitches. This app glitches more than ever! My child would complete one board and it would glitch and erase all of her progress. She finally reached “I guess” the end of the board and it glitched closed out and we are still unable to reopen app. I’ve already emailed a complaint in the past, and now it’s to the point where I just want to be reimbursed. Im definitely canceling my subscription.

progress. this game keeps me occupied on road trips amongst other things, but what REALLY ticks me off is that it doesn’t save my progress. i purchased a monthly subscription and this is outrageous. i don’t want to continue paying for nor supporting a game that won’t even save my progress of 3 stars even if i play a puzzle repeatedly to fix it.

Money?!. This app used to be all free a couple of years ago but now, you have to pay money for so much stuff?! when and why did this happen? this game is no fun if you cant play most of the levels without paying, so therefore until you make everything free again, this app will be a 2 star (or maybe a 1 star soon).

Doesn’t work properly. I downloaded this app and paid for a monthly subscription in hopes it would help my son with locating items in the game. Wel, have of the games don’t even recognize you clicking on them. No it’s not my phone as this app is the only one i am having issues with. As a paying customer this is just not acceptable.

Good game but..... Will suddenly stop and no longer will the game reopen. You have to delete the app and start all over again. This is the second time it’s happened which is a shame as I got far and don’t want to go through all those hidden games to get back to where I was only for it to happen a third time. Will be canceling my subscription.

Money money money. This game would be fantastic if it didn't make you pay. Like you can only do ONE puzzle and then if you want to do more you have to pay and paying for a child's puzzle game is ridiculous. Also I could literally find worksheets of this and print it out with my printer. It's the same result except free soooooo.

Crashes after a while. Perfect app except after completing soooooo many puzzles, it crashes and I keep having to delete the app and start all over. Fix this please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Game won’t load. I really enjoyed the game for a long time and suddenly can’t get it to load anymore.I have the app but it just closes as soon as it opens .Very disappointed !!

Not enough puzzles?. I’ve never left a review but i just got the year subscription last week and ran out of puzzles i thought it updated and unlocked more? I love the games, but did i pay $30 just for a playing them for a week?

Before I was soo bored but when I got my 44 highlights book in the mail I did the hidden pictures then I said why not get the app? So now I love this sooo much thank you so much highlights this is my review

Amazing. We have paper book copies of these and our whole family ages 6 and down love them. And even ya parents !!

Fun game, but better without it crashing. I have deleted and installed this app over six times, playing the same games over and over. Every time I reach a certain level, it crashes. 😡

Screen cuts off. It’s hard to see what objects I need to find and what they look like because it cuts off the screen on the IPhone 11. Someone needs to fix this if they have us paying subscription for puzzles. Plus if you don’t buy the subscription you can only do one small puzzle every 5-6 hours!

Memories. I used to love doing these as a kid!!! And I was so happy to find out that it was an app now. I’ve only had this downloaded for about 20 minutes and I’m addicted!! Bringing back childhood memories! Love it!

Now What? 🤷🏽‍♀️. Great app for any age. The only problem is once all categories are completed there’s nothing else to do but wait on the daily puzzle.

Just started crashing, again. App was great then started crashing. Deleted and downloaded again, progress completely lost. Played all those puzzles again only to have it start crashing again. Wasting my money on a monthly subscription that I can not use.

More puzzle. Really love this game and looks like I’ve played all the puzzles? If I am going to pay for a subscription, I would expect to have unlimited puzzles to play. I even played them all with 3 stars, thinking it will then unlock more puzzles. Sadly, no more. Need to make more or I will be canceling my subscription!

Love the game, but keepsessing up after I get so far!!. Yeah absolutely love this game although I must say it’s for “older” kids!! Also this is my third time downloading it cause it keeps getting stuck and then I lose all the progress I made!! That makes me really mad! So here I go for the 3rd time around on a game I have to pay for monthly that keeps shutting down on me!!
