ADP My Work App Reviews

Can’t log in. I try to log in and it keeps telling me “we’re having trouble signing in please try to sign in again” I try over and over for the same message. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Nothing. How am I supposed to clock in and out??

They won’t accept with Mobile Solution under same ADP.. This clown won’t accept what we have ADP Mobile Solution. They own under same ADP and won’t work together. Poor job! I can’t even track my time because won’t let me sign in with my ADP account.

Not working properly. The app it’s fine but I used to be able to see my timecard and now I can’t. I think it’s not working because it doesn’t let me see it.

White screen of death. Cannot connect to my workplace. Once I put my work information in, a white screen pops up and nothing loads. Tried reinstalling the app and it didn’t help

Disgusting.. Why is it impossible to log in with the correct password for the second time???? Why is there no access to the application with the CORRECT PASSWORD after registration??? There is no support. The operation of the application is an absolute fiasco

Too many technical issues. Too many connection error problems and at times it can also be HR too.

Terrible app. Shouldn’t be this hard. Don’t think this is an actual app as every so often I can’t sign in and get a webpage screen that says the page I bookmarked has expired.

ADP review. They are still working on the bugs . (Hopefully) When you put in time off it doesn’t show up on time card after it’s been approved so it messes up calculating my hours. I also wish they would combine both apps into one so we don’t have to use two separate apps to access our work benefits, etc… The Face ID feature has made it a little easier.

HORRIBLE. The app is fine when it works, but it’s absolutely horrible when it doesn’t and it doesn’t at least once every week or almost every week. I would try to log in through the app, and I would just get the spinning loading wheel and it doesn’t log in. And sometimes it doesn’t even move to the loading wheel once I click enter after inputting my log in information. It just stays at the log in page. I don’t know why the app keeps doing this but it’s annoying and it never seems to be fixed.

Awful slow and inconsistent. Gotta be the worst app possibly ever. I can't believe something that could be a spreadsheet has been made so difficult and broken. A ton of login inconsistencies and issues and on an app carrying information such as announcements and schedules thats just not excusable.

Terrible. Terrible optimization, app looks like it belongs on the iPhone 3. We should have to use two apps to access our information.

Not designed with people in mind. This possibly the least user friendly app I have used. Nothing could properly express my frustration. 1/5 stars is too generous

Can’t Even Login!. This app is terrible! Whenever I go to login to my account, the app bugs out and flashes green and white screens and then freezes on a blank white screen and won’t let me do anything. Yes, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. This problem even happens to me when I try and login to my account on the ADP My Work website from my computer! Freaking terrible app.

Can’t even get into the app now!. I keep getting this same message when I try to log in. It’s pretty important for me to get in and now I can’t. “We're sorry, the link you bookmarked for this page bypasses ADP security standards. Please use the link provided by your organization to log in to ADP® Workforce Manager. If you need help, reach out to your company's administrator.”

Constantly glitchy. Face ID consistent in not working. Makes you sign in even when you’ve already activated Face ID. Requires ADP MOBILE APP TO ACCESS due to the fact that I have no clue what my user and pass is for this app.

Broken. Last update broke the app, cmon now. I get the buffer circle for 20 min trying to clock in.

Should be simple. It’s remarkable that such a simple process can be so difficult. From issues logging in to issues loading to the simple fact that the UI is difficult to use and randomly breaks when previously operational, there has never been a time that this app has been easy or simple to use. This is especially frustrating because it’s a matter of logging and accessing hours worked which impacts my compensation. Unacceptable. It’s funny that if you read most of the 5 star reviews they are actually negative—not sure how people can mess that up and leave five stars and a negative review (must be the same type of people hired to develop this app).

Hire a new technical team. Nightmare of an app to use. So glitchy and the UI just straight up fails on you. Don’t fall for the overall rating. It has to be botted. There is no way there should be these many issues to simply clock in and clock out

Mobile app is Super Clunky. This Mobile app is not very intuitive or user friendly. I often find myself asking my peers what to enter specifically. I find it frustrating. 1 Star sorry. Step it up

Terrible update. I’m no longer able to find where I submit my time off requests. Terrible update. Also Face ID errors after one time so I can’t even use it

Frustrating. Each time I punch in or out I have to uninstall and reinstall. Each. And. Every. Time. Delete app, reinstall, punch in. Delete app, reinstall, punch out. Delete app, reinstall, punch in. Delete app, reinstall, punch out for the day. Useless app and my company loves that I waste 10 minutes a day to punch in and out

Nightmare to work with daily. The entire app is a website that is working terribly on mobile devices. It will happily let you add punch out times before your punch in time. It takes to fingers to zoom on the websites because the chat bot icon constantly covers confirmation buttons. It becomes unresponsive regularly. The menu is on the wrong side of the screen, none of the controls are easy to use and even harder to understand. You need extensive training to do the simplest tasks and everything has not been thought through with a mobile app users perspective in mind. It is a website after all.

Too little info and no data entry finesse. I wish it would fill in the end date with at least the start date. Instead the dumb system resets to today if you don’t also fill in the end. It’s really sad not to see what the projected times for the year will be. I miss Ultipro. I also hate that if I make a mistake I have to go to HR to get the request canceled. Such a waste of resources.

Absolutely terrible. Just garbage. What else can I say. “Always designing for people” yea right. Why is there more than one work app for ADP. Pay roll, and time off are all connected to the same job.

this app is the worst app on my phone. firstly, the geolocation takes way too long to process. using this app is both inefficient and distracting from the general work environment. forcing workers to punch in and out on the dot, with no way to make self revisions with one minute of the punch not only supports a toxic work environment but also encourages staring at a clock rather than at the actual tasks at hand. this app should be wiped from the internet.

Shockingly horrible. Nothing about this app functions correctly. Long load times. Incorrect aspect ratio. Constant error messages. How does a company as big and as resourced as ADP think this is acceptable? A high school student could certainly make a better app than this.

Make it make sense. Why are we not getting monthly app updates? There are daily issues with this app. The only saving grace is the facial recognition for login.

Unreliable. This app is unreliable for any length of time. Every few days or weeks, there’s some sort of problem with it. It’s an aggravation. If the app is any indication on the quality provided by the company, I would look elsewhere.

Bad App. The apps is always having problems. Every time I need to use it I have issue. In many occasion it does not even enter. Not the only person in my office that have problems with it. Incredible the old device that we have which was less expensive work a lot better.

Unreliable. App is very unreliable. Works about half the time. Can’t even get logged in. Also nowhere to add comments on time off it is only a portion of the day.

Improve your software.. Actively, right now, at 4:50 PM, I am 15 feet inwards and about 30-35 feet under a freeway with FULL BARS and 5G service and cannot get this app to load and it it does the app barely works. If I walk 50 feet away from the freeway it still DOESNT work and a lot of the time I have to completely restart or delete the app. Streaming apps can load 4k video no problem for an hour but I go to clock in or out and it has an aneurism cause what, the signal isn’t on steroids? This app requires WAY too much bandwidth to even function for what it is. it needs to be optimized. Technology shouldn’t revert in capability, until nobody cares.

Horrible. App is fine when it works but that’s rare. Most of the time when i log in i get a white screen and my account NEVER loads. I been trying to log in and use the app for days now and it still isn’t working.

Awesome Update!. The updated app is working great for me. So much easier to log in and use day to day

Awful. Have to delete the app sometimes multiple times a day to get it to work again

Not user friendly. This app was great when it first came out for our work to use. After about a month it stopped using Face ID and wouldn’t even let me use my log in codes to log in. I haven’t been able to clock in and out of work using the app in over a week. My boss has had to manually log me in and out. Other coworkers are having the same issues.

Pretty Cool. New to this , let’s see if this works …….

Set up incorrectly for office staff. The Fleet office staff never is paid for the weekends. We have never been charged for weekends in the Pacific timesheet when we request our times off. If we don’t add our weekends into our request scheduling assumes we are available Even though we’re not.

Constant issues. App needs constant refresh, says I bookmarked it but didn’t, used kiosk that days pay never showed up. For the reputation I heard from hr, I have to tell anyone this app and their website from kiosk can be totally unreliable. Keep track of your time!

Nice Refresh!. The refreshed app navigation is user friendly and app now has facial rec!

Need to be updated. This app is ok when u can use it…..most of the time I can’t login and have to create a new pw. It’s very annoying. If I had another option I would try that one. It needs a good updating.

Work app. Needs a better user friendly way to do edits for punches.

Unreliable and Can Cost You Your Job. This app is terrible. I can’t log in, see my schedule, or get important updates, while everyone else at my job has no issues. If you rely on this app for work, be prepared to deal with stress and potential job risks because of its random malfunctions. Fix your system, people’s jobs depend on it.

This app makes me want to end it all.. Nothing like kicking your day off feeling like nothing ever works, you can’t get anything done, and your a worthless pos that even your company you work for won’t think about you enough to just make one thing about your life easier by getting an app that works so i don’t know any other way to end this senseless process of ruining my day. Get another job? Stop making clocking in a bureaucratic process.

Terrible. All I wanna do is look at my paystub’s. When I register, it shows a list of past companies that I worked for and asks me which one I’m associated with if I’m not associated with any of them now and there’s no other option to choose except for companies that I no longer work for. So if I go ahead and select one of those companies I just get a message telling me that that company doesn’t participate and it gives me no other option to change companies or any other option to do anything other than sign out. This app is also what I’m supposed to use if I want to change my direct deposit information which I will need to do soon.

Why. Why can’t I sign in? I’ve tried everything. Uninstalling, reinstalling it just says loading with a white screen. I haven’t even started this job yet but I hope they have a backup plan because this is not professional.

Meh. I understand having bugs, but this feels like some kids first website he’s made. You’d think for such a massive company they could afford to make something more usable and less early 2000 feeling. Seriously what are y’all doing.

Terrible update. So many issues with this new update. Definitely not user friendly. I’ve also been told it causes headaches for management trying to fix changes caused by the deficiencies in the app. I think it’s time for a new update.

Easy to use. I can see my team and their time off that’s approved or in motion and see whether I should even bother requesting time off on a day. So nice!

Awful. Nothing intuitive about it, way too many steps to log in and out. As a punch card, doesn’t work more often than it does. Can’t access paystubs, have to go through their old app, meaning you need both apps to make either work, which neither does well. The whole thing should be dumped and the original app should be overhauled to make more user friendly.

Useless. I’ve never used an app that is so cumbersome. It’s basically just a link to the ADP website which is not at all mobile friendly. Everything about it is useless. Very unimpressed.

Please please make this app functional. We used to use time forge, for some reason we switched to ADP. Time forge was bad, but at least it was somewhat useable. This app displays everything as text, so you accidentally highlight everything. It doesn’t tell you what any of the terrible functions even do, and it randomly refreshes/ freezes. Please hire an app developer.

Doesn’t work. After you login and get to the second step after you finish the second step the app crashes. Please fix~ Thank you!

Does not load. It use to load very slow and I would just exit all apps to get it to work. Now it doesn’t even let me load at all, just a endless spinning circle

Doesn’t load. The app worked fine until recently. All of a sudden, now it no longer loads and gets stuck during the buffering stage. Very irritating.

Unresponsive. Won’t even log me in. Tried multiple times even tried uninstalling and installing it again and it just becomes unresponsive when I click log in

Waste of my time. Face recognize then let me in to punch in. All other steps need removed!!!!!!!! App crashes too much also. I am missing time when punching in when I have to do all the extra steps.

Worst business app ever. I am constantly having trouble with this app. Half the time it won’t even let me clock in or out. My managers are constantly having to fix my time. Now I have accidentally logged out of this app and I can’t log back in. It won’t even recognize my phone number to reset it. This is causing frustration for me and my bosses. Your app is the worst.

13 Pro app doesn't load.. Fix your app it's been down for like a week now. Can't check schedule, can't use PTO, can't use sick time. It's just spins forever trying to load and never does. Website doesn't work either. That's pretty embarrassing ADP.

Landscape. I made a previous review because it was asking for some stupid client ID. Now I’m annoyed that the iPad application is not allowing me to go back to landscape mode. Please bring back LANDSCAPE!!

Spinning circle. I’ve used the website workforcenow at ADP for some time now with no issues, I recently loaded the mobile app and still no problems. Our company is is in the process of rolling timekeeping into ADP so I loaded the workforce manager app. When I try to open the app all I get is a spinning circle on a blank page, it never even try’s to open a login.

App doesn’t work. Fix this app for Durham School Services Drivers In Worcester MA. The regular ADP app doesn’t work and this one doesn’t work either it says you are not authorized. People need to access their paystubs and nothing works.

Rotation on screen. I love the app I use it all the time I just recently lost ability to rotate my screen and I need it to do my schedule and other things that I have to do on the app. I already deleted the app and cleared cache and re installed the app and still nothing plz fix this…

Worst App ever. Have to delete and reinstall this App almost on a daily basis. Pretty Pathic for someone who has to depend on it for so many things pertaining to work. If I could I would give it a negative rating. Isn’t worth the space it takes up.

Does not work. This app is a joke. I used to get a blank screen when I attempted to log in, now the app just freezes on the login screen. If I try to access this app through the portal from the other ADP app, I get a white screen then an error message stating the parameters are too big to load. Do not waste your time with this app!

It did work now it no longer does.. I use this for my job, and after the last iPhone update it stopped working, iPhone has another update and it’s still not working!! I loved this app because it was convenient, now it’s just irritating and stressful.

Won’t work after recent update.. Prior to the recent update, this app worked well for me. After the update, it no longer works. I have tried to remove it and reinstall it twice. It still will not work. I tried it on another Apple device and the error is the same. The app opens up and then it locks up with a continual rotating circle symbol.

Update Needed. This app is junk. Navigation sucked and now it doesn’t even load anymore. The company I work for switched to using scheduling with this app over another app that worked simply because they want to save money. Please fix this app!

Help.. My app is not working at all and I need it for my work schedule. I’ve removed the app and downloaded it again and that still made no difference.

Can’t log in. I created a account and once I log out and was about log back in a hour later it wouldn’t even let me log back in.

Worthless. Jumped through hoops just trying to create an account. Once logged in I receive either a system is down, blank screen, the never ending circle spin or unauthorized error message. There’s a reason this app is rated so low. Don’t waste your time with it and hope the desktop version works.

Susie. Same as previous review.. I log in and attempt to view schedule and it it doesn’t load..I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it resolves nothing.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. I have never utilized a worse app in all my life. Every single time I log in via the app or any web browser it states that I’ve been logged out to protect my information. I have no way to access anything.

So hard to navigate. It is incredibly difficult to navigate the app and that much harder to read schedules. If I didn’t need this for work, I certainly would delete this immediately

Not working properly. This app used to work perfectly fine. But since I got the new 13pro in alpine green the app has not worked at all. Idk if it’s a softer ware issue but all my coworkers can use the app.

Perhaps the worst app I’ve ever used. More bugs and glitches that I’ve ever had in any other app. Constantly crashes, won’t remember passwords/face Id, won’t load most of the time, super intuitive to use, and the list goes on. How adp has managed to make an app this bad is beyond me

Broken app. My company started using ADP in Feb. app worked well for clock in and checking hours but couldn’t submit PTO or time off requests. Now nothing works, circle just spins & spins. This needs to be resolved asap!

New update. Even after waiting for a new update, that was released a few days ago. This app still does NOT load. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the app to try to get it to load. It’s ridiculous even people use this app for work.

Review. This is terrible I had downloaded the app and it has you input your information and once all that is done, the page won’t load. Don’t recommend at all..

iOS. Doesn’t work with the new iOS updates just goes to a white page and is loading and doesn’t do anything after that I hate this my work uses this app and I can’t rely on this to see my schedule

Loading Issues. App has trouble loading way too often. Not sure how their other ADP app works so smoothly, but the app I use to clock in and clock out doesn’t load or properly function 70% of the time.

Iphone 11 pro. I’m on the lates iOS 15.4.1….app does not work. Spins forever and doesnt load anything. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Its been a week now and I can’t even get the login screen to load up

Worst app ever. The app all of a sudden doesn’t recognize my password. It allows me to reset password but then doesn’t recognize new password. Then it says I’m unauthorized to use this app. No one else in my company has this issue.

iPhone 13 Pro. This app hasn’t loaded on my phone since the app updated last time. Before the last update it worked perfectly. Please fix this issue. All it does it spin to load and never loads.
