Easy!. I remember one day at school I wanted to check my Instagram but I couldn’t so my friend recommended that I download this app .I did and now I can view all my social media’s while using school WiFi . All u have to do is press the “connect” button and wait like 10 seconds (maybe less) and you have free access without viruses or crazy ads. There is ads but ur not forced to watch them. LOVE THIS APP.

Great VPN. It works really great. I absolutely love it. The only issue I found with it is that it doesn’t work with WhatsApp. I can’t get WhatsApp calls or messages once it’s on. Other than that it’s great!

AWSOME. So I needed to download a free VPN because at the time it m writing this 10 years old but I needed a free VPN so I could have a secure VPN and found this VPN with a lot of good reviews. LOVE THIS APP!!. I can barely grasp what my phone can do... I don’t trust the cloud for privacy... Still type with 2 fingers... Let’s just say I’m not the most tech savvy 50 something but, with this Melon VPN APP... I don’t have to know! And free means free! I got 23 problems this week... my cyber security’s NOT one of them!

Great service, and free to boot!. With all of these VPN apps trying to monetize their product with subscriptions, it is very refreshing to download this app without being bombarded with ads or requests to go "premium" and have it work exactly as promised. Download immediately!

Amazing! But a couple of problems... I first tried this app thinking it was stupid and it wouldn’t work. Man I was wrong. It’s an amazing app that is free and it doesn’t even try to sell you a subscription because it doesn’t have one! Also it stays connected and works for every app. The only reason I gave it 4 stars, was because it sometimes turns off, randomly. It bugs me a bit. Another thing that bugs me is that you can’t turn it on from settings. I mean that’s okay, but I’d rather turn it on from there. Other than that, this is honestly the best VPN there is!!

It’s good but had some problems. I downloaded this a month ago it’s a really good app and it’s free,but I had some trouble it would turn off by it self and just recently it’s been taking a very long time to connect to a server or whatever I’m not sure what the problem is of why it’s taking such a long time to connect but other than that it’s a very good app 100% recommend😁 UPDATE: It’s been a couple hours and it still hasn’t connected so I disconnected the VPN and when not using it my data was much faster but when I was trying to connect it it didn’t connect and I tried connecting it for like a hour and it never did.

The Best one out there. I’ve never thought I would ever see that kind of VPN app again, after UFO VPN being the best free VPN app, and then turning into a paid subscription with only one free server to choose from. But when I found this app, I thought I was dreaming, and actually no, it is a true free VPN app with the ability to choose from different region servers, and it’s really hard to find a free VPN app with such features. This app deserves 5 stars, and I hope you won’t ever turn into a paid subscription like others already and unfortunately did. Thank you!

Great so far. This is my second day and the app seems to be fine. Interface is uncomplicated, which is more than can be said for Express VPN which tried to put too much in user's hands. Since my experience is limited so far I have to mention something that is true, I assume, of all VPNs. We say it's working great but we really have absolutely no idea. What I wish is that we were able to see, or at least be informed that it's doing its job. Like showing that a threat has been neutralized and a brief summary of the incident. Such as "While you were watching General Hospital at the motel the other day a hacker infiltrated the WiFi but thanks to Melon, they had no chance of getting into your laptop. See here, in this report, where they entered the WiFi at midnight, stole a couple bank account passwords from the guy in the next room but had no idea your laptop was even online. You're welcome." Anyway, as I interact more with melon these reviews shall continue.

ACTUAL FREE VPN. This is an actual free vpn unlike others which lets you download the vpn app for free but to activate it you need to start a subscription plan but Melon Vpn is actually free but for me there isn’t many countries to connect to but wasn’t a problem for me just to let you know

A virus in your iphone. I jist disinstalled it.1) ir commects only to US networks so it useless to bypass USA and go to European websites otherwise forbidden 2) the speed of commection drop drastically from 500 to 120mbit per second making impossible to a) open any page in web browising 2) having any app work All of if in a google fiber 1gbyte network 3) full of marketing coming all over the place and making it inpossible to even find the STOP button This is trash

BEST FREE VPN EVER!!!!!. ACTUALLY FREE!!!! I know- shocking, right?! I didn’t believe it could actually be free either, but after using this VPN for a few weeks now I can say with 100% certainty that this one is honesty free!! Full disclosure- you do have the occasional ad that you are asked if you want to watch to maintain a higher rate of speed, but there are very few and it’s more then worth it in my opinion!!

Double talk.. Won’t work unless you agree to be monitored, it appears. Says they don’t do that but it appears it does not work unless you do. So. Do or don’t you collect personal info?? And do it dont you sell our info?? I am an experienced user. And I did read your agreement. But I didn’t allow you to collect personal info which. Then it tells. Me no servers available. Hmmm. To me that means it won’t work unless you agree for them to collect your personal info which it said in the agreement it does NOT do!!! Used to use a very good free vpn that I miss terribly which did everything I wanted ; stopped ads etc. called guard dog. Or something On That order. Seems to have disappeared from existence after that changed it !!

While other VPN’s are cutting you off (to get you to purchase premium out of desperation), or taking time connecting (one has a face symbol that makes unappealing expressions about it) —- this VPN is already guarding your online connections. It is amazing. I try to find good vpn apps that don’t make you pay and this was a blessing. Though the United Kingdom server doesn’t work on my device it says no internet connection and the other servers work perfectly fine so that must be a bug

Fastest Free VPN. This is hands down the fastest free-VPN I’ve tried. Not only that but ads are limited, no pesky random shutdowns, and runs in the background without interruption. I highly recommend this service if you’re tight on a budget and still privacy conscious.

Best VPN for school. This VPN lets you access anything you want on your schools network. This is the only VPN I’ve found that allows you to do this. Even if you have a good VPN it might not let you access what you want but with this one it does. Overall I would recommend this to everyone who wants to browse on a school network.

Great VPN. This app is awesome it’s help me so much on line and with all the important things that I do online with my farm I would recommend this app to every one it’s so easy to use and yes it might turn off every now and then but I’ve tried so many other ones were you have to turn it off and on all the time but paying you can forget about because it’s completely free you don’t have to pay one cent.

Great VPN, provides just what I need. I never used a VPN before Melon and I was surprised at the ease in which I was able to choose the server within my counter off choice and then connect to it. You can switch servers anytime and I haven’t confirmed it, but I think it backs the time you earned that you don’t use if you need to disconnect before the time is up. And the ads are not so long that they are annoying like they are with other apps. I don’t find it cumbersome to watch them when they come up. I’ve been able to use what seems like an unlimited number of hours so I’d say that fort a free app, this one is top notch. I highly recommend.

Great App!. I always use it when I’m in the house surfing the web and I never get an IPhone hacked alert and when I’m on the road I can take it off because it doesn’t let you use safari or anything if your not connected to WiFi but other than that the app is great!

Pretty Darn Good. It’s been pretty darn good so far and does what it says, but the only thing is you would have to watch some adds to extend your coverage time but if you don’t want to pay, this is the way to go! I do not mind watching some adds.

Also if you have ads it has a feature to make the speed of the VPN even more faster if you watch ads! That is amazing! it used to be great.. i genuinely used to enjoy this vpn regardless of how annoying the amount of ads were. they had an update and now i feel they got too cocky, if you download it you immediately get 2 hrs and thats how it was but if you keep coming back it only works for 9 mins then you need to watch endless ads that don't even have a guarantee to pop up for you to get more time. it barely works anymore i've had to delete and re-instal 3 different times in 1 day because it wasn't working. nevertheless i cant call people using it but i will give it credit because it is the only vpn I've had that could bypass my school wifi.

Restart phone if ip doesnt change. I initially gave a 5 star review because i was getting free phone wide vpn when ever i check whatsmyip. But I just had to give less stars because it stopped working. But when i did a soft reset, it started working again. So make sure to check your IP address before doing anything that you want to keep private.

It’s genuinely free. Love that it’s SUPER easy, and that I’m not forced to watch ads or pay for a subscription, no hidden fees or purchases involved, it really is free. I’ve only been using it a few days, and so far, the only issue is that it will disconnect sometimes on its own, but that is rare. This is a great app, and I 100% recommend.

Amazing!. I’ve been looking for a good VPN app for a while now. I downloaded a few different ones but they just don’t seem to work right. It was until I downloaded this VPN app, I was having trouble. I know someone who threatens to pull other people ip’s and it scared me. They know my phone number etc. This app is completely free and no ads whatsoever. You can leave clear the app and it’ll still be connected. If you want it disconnected, you can click into the app and turn it off. It’s super simple! I highly recommend! ❤️

yes. this app is the best. You don’t need a subscription. It doesn’t even ask you. You should definitely download it. It’s the best VPN I’ve looked at I looked at many of them and they all ask for the subscription but this One doesn’t. You should definitely look into it. But it does have a limited selection of countries. That is the only downside.

I LOVE IT. I love this I mostly use it for Roblox but it’s still a really good app because it doesn’t try to sell you anything because you don’t even need anything to buy on there I would give it a five out of five you should try yourself yourself! But it does turn off once in a while by itself.

Can't connect anymore. I've had this VPN for a few months now.. Ever since the May 21st 2021 update the VPN no longer functions - at all. Previously I'd decided that I was going to give Melon a glowing 5 star review..After the update it doesn't even rate a big fat zero.. Today I ranked it at a 2 - being generous because in a previous iteration it truly worked extremely well. I'm in Virginia USA.

Hi, I'm from India using this VPN from around 8 months I had no issues before updating this to its current version 2.0.0 I was genuinely a big fan of this VPN as I'm getting really low pings while playing PUBG Mobile and even I had recommended this app to even more than 30 of my friends just because it's totally free but today after updating it shows connected but when we open our PUBG it won't connect to the servers and we can't even able to enter the game I asked all my friends who are using this app they all said that they are facing the same issue. Please fix this asap as we really love your app and we all really appreciate your work.

Great app at first BUT. At first i loved it bc I could be at school and it would work just fine but the problem is i had my wifi assist on so it was using up my data. After i turned it off i cant open Instagram, Snapchat, or any form of social media bc it won’t load.. it very sad because i liked how it was free for me to use at school bc the WiFi his awfulllll obviously so now I don’t know what free VPN i can actually use.

Horrible. The app used to be good and you could use it for free without too many ads, however now you literally cannot use the app without getting promoted to pay and if you say no it just puts you back into the homescreen AND there is even more ads then before. Horrible update and I just deleted it off my phone. Don’t download unless you want pay.

So many ads. At first I liked the old one where it’s easy. 2nd the new one has SOO many ads that every tap you get an ad. 3th I used to rate 5 stars now I rate it 2 because soo many ads

3/5 Used to work like a charm. Used for be my favorite free VPN it worked it almost anyplace including on school property that had data blockers upon receiving the latest update its effectiveness seems to have vanished as it no longer has any effect on school grounds

Best VPN out there .. Fast , reliable and very easy to use . Only one small ad to maintain the free use . Highly recommended and I’ve tried many others that bug you to buy a subscription.

Good to a certain extent. This is a great app with an amazing VPN that doesn’t keep your data but at times when I’m connected to my schools WiFi it tends to screw up a bit but for the most part it has saved my life. Use this if you are in the dadeschools area this is a great VPN

Y’all-. This VPN WAS my favorite but, they added a new feature where there Is limited time to how long you can use it and you have to watch ads and such. It honestly isn’t the same.

No payment needed. I looked at 2 other free VPNs and the both where just limited and you couldn’t do anything with them without paying money. If you are looking for a good free VON this is the one.

Great app but a few problems. This app is great. It’s just it turns off when not expected and sense everyone is probably using it right now it’s a little bit slow. But yeah! Hope you fix the problems!

VPN. After reading many reviews for many “free” vpns, melon stood out. I have only been using it for a few hours but so far it has been amazing, no commercials or ads to watch, and has not disconnected.

Lasted update. This app was great, however, now everything costs money. I used this app all the time, especially when I'm studying for my Japanese class. Before I was constantly using this app not now I'm having to delete it because the mandatory places to use, cost money.

Fast and Reliable. Only app I’ve used worth it’s salt. Could do without all of the ads though, but free is free!

Love it. When I first got this app I got so excited because I thought it was going to be really good and I was right I went to it and I pressed on it and it took Five seconds minimum maybe 15 seconds it was so good I loved it

Works in Afghanistan. Does in-fact work in Afghanistan. I can visit all the sites I “enjoy" without regards to another nation’s law imposed morality. I use United States as my connection.

Excellent connection, all the time. Only free VPN I’ve found that stays connected until you disconnect. The connection of other free VPNs fail after so many hours or minutes.

Seems fake and I’m a real person leaving a review. I just downloaded and it immediately asked for my location and to send notifications which seems odd because it’s just supposed to give me protected internet access and then it asked me to agree to the privacy policy and when I clicked the link to read the privacy policy it doesn’t load so I will not use this app any further

no for me👎👎👎. Watermelon VPN is a no. My problem is that at first the VPN speed was very fast then it slow down. I just really hope that the speed will always be fast instead of slowing down because it’s very frustrating when it slow down. Overall, it’s not really free because now you HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY..👎👎

Great. It’s great it works and I don’t have to pay anything cause there’s no limited time or 7 day free thing but the reason why I have it 4 stars is cause it doesn’t stay on all the time causing my insta account to continue to get hacked

It’s very simple and very good at what it does. I use it to enter restricted areas that my schools does not let me do or join and I also use it to change my Netflix location so I could get more options to watch.

Lost 20 hours in Update. I had watched a bunch of ads and had somewhere north of 20 hours saved up. But it reset when installed the update. And now the app won’t load the +1 or +2 hour data.

Give it a try !. So far awesome VPN. Fast and dose not slow you down. Have only used a few days and staying with it. A must to download and try. An Apple user.

Pretty good. I honestly didn’t expect too much but it’s been working like a charm. I only have one complaint, I don’t like the advertisements. It’s okay though, it’s expected when the app is completely free.

Horrible. When the VPN is turned on, WhatsApp and other certain applications does not connect to the network or internet. There’s typos in the app and very slow connections. You message and provide feedback to the developer through the email in the app regarding the above issues and no reply over numerous times. Do not use.

Simply effective. I had been using some VPN that always demanded money to continue but with this im enjoying my privacy a lot. No weird ad’s, subscriptions..none

Perfect. Can you click on it ask you if you can make a configuration you select which country you’re in and you’re done
