Does not work. Don’t bother, it doesn’t work.

This needs fixed!!!. Ever since upgraded to a corporate account the app will not work! All of my apps work except this a s customer service has done nothing to help. I have wasted time and time again with no resolution!! Update your app to work!!!!! If I wanted to be chained to a computer desk I wouldn’t need efax I could have a land fax. The point is to be able to be on the go!!

This App does not work. Ever since I upgraded, I can’t log in with the app because it does not open. Because of this, I may cancel my account

Development in Production. This is a sad example of development playing in production. They created a new version of the software in production and have no way of rolling it back to the old version because they apparently never kept a copy of the old version. They plan on rolling out an update to correct what is not working in the future however they don’t know when. You can’t follow the help provided within the app because those options don’t exist. You can’t download your fax or print it. Any other company would only allow developers to work in a completely separate environment on separate servers and a separate network. Testing only in a development environment to get all the bugs out before deploying it in production. They would have also kept a copy of the previous version in order to roll back to the previous version if something went wrong. This company didn’t any precautions.

Horrible. Upgraded to corporate acct and regret it. Will not open. Never worked. Tried delete and reinstalling…..nothing. Looking for new fax service!

Crashing. Crashing is still an issue. Never had with normal version. Frustrating

App does not work on iphone. App does not work on iphone. Very inconvenient that you can’t check your efax electronically.

Worst upgrade. You can not sign, you can not print, you can not share with any other app. It’s not worth of business. Please downgrade to previous version at least it was working . There is no plus sign no edit sign. Horrible.

New eFax Corporate member. App crashes immediately as soon as you try to login! Please fix! Update since the response: Did not help by clearing cache and cookie. The app is useless!

App Won’t open. I can’t get the App to even open after I type in my number and password. I have shut off my phone and restarted it, as mentioned in other comments. The app does not work. I also can’t use the normal eFax app because it says I need to use a corporate app.

The worst. This app is worthless. Unsuccessful faxes. App crashes constantly. This has to be fixed.

Poor app. Will also not allow me to log in on the iPhone app I have the newest version installed On hold over a half hour trying to get logged in .

Works great. Runs smoothly for taking photos and demanding faxes

Crashing. I also spent an hour on the line with customer service trying to figure this app out. The corporate version crashes every time you log in and you have to download the corporate if you want the HIPPA compliant version. I tried restarting my phone, downloading and redownloading the app (10 times at least), updating my software to most current iOs and it STILLLL DOES NOT WORK. This feels like a scam for 35$/month. I will say that I can log in on a desk top and send that way without any trouble and their customer support team was patient and kind. But she was even at a lose of what to do.

New update causing issues. The new updated version is no longer completely functional with our EHR charting program - Matrix Care Home Health. Please reach out to them to resolve the compatibility issue!!!

No point in downloading. Another review to let you know the app crashes as soon as you attempt to login. One of the reasons I wanted an eFax with an app is so I could check for urgent documents at any time.

Constantly crashing, stopped sending notifications. UPDATE: After working fine for quite some time, I am now unable to login at all using the mobile app. Says my credentials are wrong when I know they’re correct! SO FRUSTRATING!!!! This app worked fine up until a few weeks ago, now it constantly crashes and it stopped notifying me of new faxes. Very important communications are being missed. Please fix this!!

Can’t login in with new iPhone SE. I had no problem with the eFax consumer app. Then I upgrade to corporate and can’t open the app. No one at IT can help. They just say we can login from our phones so it must be fine. Every other app works on my phone except yours. This is a terrible experience and needs to be addressed. I’m downgrading to the cheaper consumer version - at least it works.

Unbelievably poor service and product!. As a business who uses fax daily we were literally forced to download and use this new app and it’s COMPLETELY BROKEN!! It crashes every time you try to load it. This forces us to be at a terminal to use our fax services and this terrible company won’t deal with it and is impossible to reach. Will find a new service if we can

Not impressed. The older eFax app worked perfectly. Upgraded to corporate app and now have many issues (badges don’t show up, app crashes, notifications, etc) Reinstalled app several times with same issue. Wish I could use older non corporate version :(
