Crashes for no reason. After you grant it permission to use your camera, it crashes. It appears like they are intentionally doing this if it detects an iPad they deem isn’t supported. All iPads that have a camera and are on an up-to-date iPadOS version should work. It’s ridiculous that this company is forcing the app to crash on my 12.9-inch iPad Pro, especially because other Osmo apps work no problem.

Have an iPad Pro 10.5. Which is supposed to be supported but keep getting message sorry cannot proceed

Buy please. You should totally get this app. My 8 year old daughter loves it,She plays it everyday after school. This game made her love of drawing and “Frozen” even stronger. You should get this app.

Wow... nothing works. I’m in awe at how bad these apps are. Endless crashing. Sadly we were gifted 6 of these games and not a single one works. Theres no excuse for this but bad programming. Yes, I have the newest iOS. Fix your junk.

Terrible waste. This is a really bad experience with poor navigation - on page two the app simply got stuck in a loop and would not get out (you click on the snowflake and the animation kept replaying the book being aligned to the iPad) - my kid could not follow anything on the app and neither could I (I build software for a living) - the markers provided are poor quality - this seems like a lot of effort for a throwaway thing

App no longer works!!!. It’s two weeks after Xmas and my daughters third time using this app and it no longer works. So frustrating! I’ve deleted and downloaded this app again twice, still doesn’t work.

App crashes immediately. It asks to use your camera and then the app closes.

App crashes ~ Totally unusable. Disappointing app, crashes when trying to launch. Totally unusable. Kids were bummed out. First time trying Osmo and unfortunately it was a total let down!

Forced to upgrade reflector. It’s unfair that this game is forcing me to upgrade my reflector. I wish we could still use the original reflector with this app. We loved this app when we first purchased it as it worked so well and the kids loved the drawings they made. When we recently used the app, the reflector no longer works. The kids are so disappointed.

Horrible user experience. Poorly designed apps with horrible user experience. Forces you to download many apps and go through too many hoops just to get started. You need to focus on how people use these products now how you engineers think it should work.

Won’t recognize pad. We have many Osmo games and they are great- but this one doesn’t recognize the drawing pad. I’ve been through the entire troubleshooting guide and done all they suggest but it still doesn’t work.

Osmo crashes at app launch. I’ve tried to use this app on multiple iPads and it continually crashes right after you grant it permission to use the camera. How did this pass quality control?

It is fun. I love this game because it is so fun. it helps me learn more. And I love the coloring. I think you should try it 😊

Bad bad decision on iPad limitations. I have an iPad Pro that isn’t compatible but my super old iPad 3 is...and here’s the kicker, EVERY OTHER OSMO game does work fine on my nice iPad Pro. If I didn’t have another iPad this game worked on I would have bee super disappointed. Not cool osmo, I did consider you a premium brand but this was not the right decision and is sure to make a lot of people mad come Christmas.

Doesn’t appear to support 12 inch iPad Pro. Gets stuck on second page when using app on Pro. Hopeless - purchased as a present for my 5 year old and she’s very disappointed. Doesn’t state on the box the lack of support for Pro. Take your money then notify of lack of Pro support after installing app. Highly professional and ethical....
