My only con is I couldn't find a key to explain the color codes and letter key. I finally figured it out with deductive reasoning.

Love this app!. I use this app almost every single day! I have been using the free version since I downloaded it a couple of years ago, and - because I rely on the helpful information it provides - I am going to purchase the full version now (I’m treating myself!)! There are a few typos and several oils are less well-explained; this only stands out because the rest of the details are so thorough and well done!!! Thank you for making this available! I hope you will continue to support this resource!

So far, I'm loving it.. I like the fact that I can refer to the included recipes but also save my own. I'd like to see some caution labeling for recipes as well though. This young living essential oils reference guide would help educate newbies on cautions of oils in the recipe in the event they aren't already aware. It'd also be nice to mark oils on a wish list somehow.

Not bad... compared to other apps!. I have downloaded multiple oils lately.... This is the only one still installed! I don't even use doTERRA but it is very useful for other brands also. Huge disappointment!. Minus 1 star - There’s no way to choose a letter of the alphabet. You have to scroll forever to get to Valor & Xiang Mao! So I put Valor in the search bar—and there’s no way to get out of it other than close the app! Minus a 2nd star - NOT ALPHABETICAL! This is not the correct order of the N oils: Northern Lights Black Spruce, Neroli, Nutmeg!! For oils that have lots beginning with the same letter, this makes inventory more trouble than it’s worth. Kunzea should come after all the KidScents oils, not in the middle. Minus a 3rd star - Poor overall rating for info. Why include Cajeput when YL doesn’t sell it? “Bay” should be called Laurus Nobilis, not Bay Leaf. They’re the same, but call it by the YL name, please. “Season” should be “Season Essentials,” and the individual oil section is empty. This rating is based on my gold standard app for info, the old LSP app. Also for the user-friendly inventory that used to be available on Oily App, which I finally deleted because they never updated the oils.

Highly recommend. I use this young living essential oils reference guide app for all things oils. It's my go to for recipes. I would recommend you get this one first before you look elsewhere. The app is designed by a developers who knows their stuff and has years of experience. They are a great educator.

Limited personalization. The shopping cart option is weird. If you just work from the oil inventory and use the cart icon it puts it on the shopping list. But if you add it to the shopping list directly you cannot move it to the inventory. Have to delete and re add to inventory. Should remove the add option on the shopping list. No place to put your personal recipes. BIG flaw. The notes feature is everywhere but it has to attach to an oil or a recipe. Pretty useless. Way too much money just for recipes. Will cancel before paying another year without some functionality added.

Best Young Living App. I have tried tons of free EO apps & paid for more EO apps than imaginable. Even overlooking brand-specific just to find a good one. Very helpful for healthy. Many of these essential oils are wonderful things that can give for health and beauty. I have this Young Living essential oils reference guide to learn all the benefits of essential oils are incredibly useful. In addition, the details showed the health benefits of essential oils in this app. The health benefits of essential oils were the most interesting things to me, I found the information here. I also load of different situations that can be applied to other recipes here. Of course, free! It is an excellent option in case you need to experience one of the diseases that you are here.

Absolutely Amazing!!. This young living essential oils reference guide is absolutely amazing. So very educational. Full of information on all the different oils. Very user friendly. I like how you can mark your favorites and keep them organized. Being able to keep track of which oils you have and which oils you would like to have is wonderful.

Search option. I am new to EO and have taken several good looks at this app. I am over all pleased with the app and the info on each oil. I do wish there was an option to type in a symptom, like stress tor instance, and bring up a list of oils that could help. Quick reference would be a great addition to this app. Not a fan of going thru the entire list of oils each time I need some for a specific need.

Best essential oil app I've seen yet!. Absolutely love this, it is so helpful to the new as well as to the experienced oil users. Many bugs and list EOs that Young Living doesn’t sell. I decided to pay for the app, and regret that I have done so. Some of the recipes and wording is mixed up with symbols and some of the recipes such as the Cajeput Bath, calls for Cajeput EO which Young Living doesn’t sell. There’s also another recipe that calls for Bay EO, another oil that I have not head of, and Young Living doesn’t sell. Further to that I tied looking for those oils in the oil guide on this app and there was no information on either oil. If this app is Young Living branded it should cover the oils that Young Living sells. Due to the typographical errors and the fact that recipes contain EOs that cannot be purchased by Young Living, I give this app 1 star. Wish I could get my money back.

Superior App. This Young Living essential oils reference guide is a great app for people looking to understand the science of essential oils. I have even used it to create my own blends with great success. Offers twice what other apps offer. Even has a shop to purchase containers, oils, bottles, and equipment of great quality at a cheaper price than I have ever found in any store. If you are serious about essential oils this is the only app you will ever need.

Do not buy this!. I bought this today and entered all my oils and my dissatisfaction I found out that it’s a place where you write your own recipes. They don’t give you any recipes for all the oils that you entered. And the guide does not work for bug bites, arthritis, etc. the diffuser area is where you write your own recipes. I’m so disappointed that I just made it oil list of 100 oils that I have expecting recipes and I have nothing but blank screens to write on myself? Looks like the only thing it does is keeps track of your oil list ONLY.... check your bottles yourself. Ridiculous, please refund my money in my one hour of entering my oils!

Easy to use and very informative. One of my friend recommened this Young Living essential oils reference guide to me and I found this app very useful. Who would thought there is an oil to help with weight loss… I have just started with a personal trainer and is inclined to buy the recommended essential oils as added help.

What is the purpose of this app?. The pros - you can load your inventory although, a con is as you add an oil, the list always starts at A so you have to scroll the entire list to add a Y, etc. it’s nice to have a inventory when searching recipes. The cons - it looks like there may be new recipes each day on your home page but nope, you only get a picture. If you are searching a symptom and want an essential oil remedy, nope, you have to upgrade. If you are looking for any recipes, you have to upgrade. You can add your own recipes and list your inventory but other than that, I see no purpose for this app.

Perfect to learn how to oils. If you have spent the money to buy the best essential oils, then you really need to learn how to use them. This Young Living essential oils reference guide is a perfect way to learn how to use Young living essential oils. I love the fact that you can share that information with others. Great Young Living essential oils reference guide for a new trend!. Essential oils is the NEW big thing. Well that's what social media wants you to think. When in reality essential oils has been a part of some peoples every day life for years. Whether it is for weight loss, nail/hair/skin care. medicinal or just for scent. There is a way to use oils in every aspect of your life. That being said. I didn't know any of this before I use this app. It's a wealth of information and uses. I am so happy I purchased it and even happier that i can put it to use.

Hate this.. I purchased (premium version) this app few years back. Used very, very little. Preferred internet search. Then my phone stopped working. Husband got me a new phone. I redownloaded my apps just to find out that this one wouldn’t let me sign in. Already been paying for years and didn’t use it for three. Couldn’t cancel the reoccurring annual charges from my phone OR PayPal. They kept charging PayPal after disputing the charges. 🙄. Couple of hours with Apple rep finally figured it out and she “hopefully” cancelled it. Because past two years I’m still being surprised by this apps charges. 👀👀.

Great idea but.... This could be a wonderful app. It is visually pleasing, and a good presentation. It has a lot of good information as to how the oil works and what it’s made from etc. it has an inventory list (why I got it) and place to add what you need to reorder. All f that is a great idea. However, it’s a bit confusing as how it works. Just looking at an oil adds it to your inventory, it’s takes ages to load a page, the links seem to go to a different page each time. If it weren’t for these issues, I’d be happy to pay $7 for it. But due to the difficulty and slowness, I hardly use it. Which is very sad, because it really could be a great and very useful app.

Pay for Recipes? No thx, I’ll keep using Pinterest. I rated low to draw attention to the fact that you have to pay for recipes. On one hand, there are some great features that make tracking faves, shopping list, inventory really easy and I love that, but come on, $30 a year to get recipes? I’m already irritated that there isn’t an option to skip a month on my monthly orders and now this... another way to put money in their pockets. While this app and all features should be free, especially for those of us that are monthly essential rewards subscribers, I wouldn’t be writing this review if I had to pay a few dollars for a one time app purchase. Is there such as a thing as an essential oil that eliminates BS? 🤬

On The Go Info. Since purchasing this Young Living essential oils reference guide nearly two days ago, I don't know of many days that I haven't opened it to use! I love my YL oils, and I love to help friends and family with great information on best uses! This is absolutely worth the cost, and I'm grateful for its ease of use!

Out of Date. Three major fails: Minus 1 star: Not up to date for even some of the common oils/products. Minus 1 star: lack of ability to manually add products (in my opinion, this is important if we’re paying a premium fee but the products are not regularly updated). Minus 1 star: Recipes that include Eucalyptus are all only saying Eucalyptus Blue as the ingredient. Some of the recipes would be best with Eucalyptus Radiata or Eucalyptus Globulus. It’s not a great app, but it’s not the worse if you’re looking for simplicity of keeping an inventory of items. Some other changes could include: fixing the major lag the app has when trying to add to your inventory, Adding a quantity counter for total bottles. It currently only counts the total of different oils which is great but I also like to double check my total bottles before I manually go through the entire list (if needed). I would like an option to also add my own recipes. It’s great how it allows me to add a note to a recipe or a oil, but that’s not as efficient as having the ability to add a new recipe under “local storage” or “personally added oils.” Would it be great to have the ability to sync across devices or export/import? Absolutely! But I feel like that’s just me being nitpicky and needy now.

Complete Reference Guide. I've tried different ones and this Young Living essential oils reference guide by far exceeds them all. I love that I can look up what ails me and get the list of oils and how to use them to fix me right up. It also gives you info on all of the oils and blends. It's a complete reference guide.

Almost a secret!. I’m not sure we’re actually found this app, but I absolutely love it & it is free. I can look up most of any of the young living oils as well as their uses and I can look up symptoms and find help I can also look at different charts and I can have this information wherever I am it’s so much nicer than carrying around a big book and although it doesn’t have all the information it has a lot of information for general knowledge of oils!

So Great. New in the Essential oil field and really have a lot to learn. This young living essential oils reference guide App is so helpful, whenever I have a question or concern, it is nice to know I have someplace I can go to find answers. I would recommend you find a DOTERRA source for working with animals as there are good sources who recommend DOTERRA Oils. That's the only part I would edit so far.

Missing Oils. I mainly got this app so I could keep an inventory of my oils. For the most part it’s great but there are oils missing. In my opinion there should be an option to add oils or to request an oil be added, I’m not sure what would be most efficient. The app also has a very detailed list of information on each oil, which is a really great feature and I love being able to keep notes.

Amazing App. This Young Living essential oils reference guide was one of the most complete guides of essential oils app I ve ever downloaded! The author, not only presents the oils, but, advices on what to look for when we buy them, how to use them and even how to store them. The recipes offered are easy to follow and serve for a big variety of problems. I have to admit I haven't tried any remedy yet, but, this is a app to keep for reference in too many occasions and for a long period of time. I am very impressed from the quality of this app.

You will find detailed information on 30 essential oils & many carrier oils. I love all of the recipes too! There is well over 100 and many that I can't wait to use immediately. Good app but..... A very comprehensive guide but would be interested to see where some of the statements regarding medical conditions are coming from such as stating quite clearly that “liver cancer is caused by solidified hate.” Always check on reputable sources for these types of statements.

Subscription required. Once I downloaded the App....I get the message that a subscription is required to get more information, but it doesn’t say the price anywhere that I can find.

App Review. I love this app! I can’t always bring my EODR with Me, but I almost always have my phone so I have information for myself and others immediately! Thank you for providing this for us!!!

My go to app. I have reference this Young Living essential oils reference guide more than my reference books. It easy to use, has pleasant graphic but it drives deep into each oil. Gives, the use, the chemical constituents, the folklore and much more. Suitable for bother newbies and experienced oilers. I love the extras it offers too much to list. $6.99 might seem pricey, but I found its paid for itself 10x, everyone a customer calls with a question the answer is right there at my fingertips....and that confidence builder is priceless!

Essential oil encyclopedia!!. This young living essential oils reference guide app has is like an encyclopedia for essential oils! If you want to learn about essential oils, you will want this app! Jen has done an amazing job including everything you could want to know about EO's, and it is great to have all this info right at my fingertips!

Best resource for eo users. The developers put everything we want to know about eos at our fingertips in an easily searchable way. All the info is here on our phones w even more recipes, broader topics like pets , pregnancy and kids and links to resources and books to help us be safe and effective users of eos. I feel more educated and empowered to use oils safely and effectively in my family's day to day activities. This is by far the most comprehensive inventory of oils, uses, recipes, safety tips I have. Great and Informative Guide. This Young Living essential oils reference guide is great, it had all the information I was looking for. I really liked how this started off explaining the history and giving you a brief background about what essential oils are and how it'll benefit you. If you are a firm believer in natural remedies, then this is something you should pick up as it'll give you a lot of information that you might not have thought of. I'll definitely have to return to this app as a reference tool whenever I need to prepare new oils for my daily remedies, it contains several recipes that can be use for anything; starting from aromatheraphy oils to those who really helps with some skin problems.

Convenient info. The app is great and easy to use. The only negative thing that I noticed is that the prices are not updated to the current pricing.

Wish you could add more. I wish that you could add all YL items, diffusers, other oils, oil sets, supplements and supplies, for a complete inventory. Still great that I can track most of my oils for the most part.

Make Sure All Oils Are Listed From Young Living. I’m a Young Living Distributor since 2012. I just downloaded your app and I noticed that you didn’t add Parsley oil. That is one of their oils. Their may be several others missing as well. You need to make sure ALL YL oils are listed.

Needs an update. I love using this app to keep track of what oils I have, but it needs to be updated with a current inventory of oils available. For example I cannot put Rutavala, Freedom, or St. Marie’s Lavender in my inventory because they do not exist.

Needs better update cadence. I have been using this app for months and I still doesn’t have some oils that have been released for quite awhile. Would be nice to see more frequent updates.

I absolutely LOVE this young living essential oils reference guide. A lot of work seems to have went into it and for Young Living members it is like having a Product Guide, loaded with compliant how to's, right in your pocket while you are sharing! A MUST HAVE for every serious YL member or product user!

Seems very limited. It only allowed me to list 30 of my oils. The Conditions section didn’t list any suggested oils. Recipes is not available unless you purchase the upgrade. It doesn’t say how much the upgrade is and I don’t want to risk it when I can just pay upfront for an app and know what I am getting.

New to app. Just opened it and they asked for a review, so far the only thing I’ve done is try to look up a couple of ailments, which did not exist in here. Still learning about it.

Quick and Handy source. Love the ability to have access to quick and easy lookup information on essential oils.

I got this app thinking it would be helpful but it’s not I purchased the up grade because it asks you to do so right away it does not give me any of the recipes or the usage guide I have tried to reach out to support and get no answer ..I would not get this app and give it 0 it gets one star because it requires you to give it not because it deserves it .

Not up-to-date. It’s an great app, but it’s not up-to-date. YL has many oils that are not in their list, so keep an accurate inventory (of my oils) through the app is not worth. Also, try do not have infusion blend recipes. They only have single oil infusion recipe. Every oiler knows how to infuse a single oil.

Wonderful App!!. An app that puts the YL business side with the products at your fingertips. I’m still learning all the aspects of it but love having my down line contacts to forward specials to.

Amazaoils!!. This is the best young living essential oils reference guide on the market. I didn't think it was possible to include that much detail and instruction and still remain compliant! I've learned so much from this app and that makes me a more confident oil user.

Can’t favorite usage guide ailments. Also no way (other than this) to request support. I’d like to be able to compile favorite recipes WITH ailments. I like the straightforward aspects of the app, and its completeness. However, you have to upgrade ($30/year) to get any features that make the app useful, which I did.

Should work better for $7. I put a couple items in my shopping cart and now I can’t delete them. I know HOW to delete them but it won’t work. I don’t want to end up with tens and tens of oils in my cart that I can’t modify. Disappointed as I thought this would have been a great feature.
