Latest Update Caused Problems. The app used to work fine. Since the latest update, about a week ago, the login page is TINY. I could deal with having to enlarge the page to login, but you can’t login and stay logged in. It logged you out after a couple minutes or as soon as you close the screen. I cannot enable Face ID, because, although my user ID and password work on the login page, when I try to go to settings and set up face ID, it says my credentials are invalid. It’s a real pain to use now.

YOU NEED TO ADD ALERTS!!!!!!!!!!!. When I log into this app, I write down my schedule, then make plans for the following weeks based of what I have scheduled. Not once but TWICE now, I have gotten screwed over because my schedule got changed and NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT IT! It is absolutely absurd that I should be inconvenienced or should have to inconvenience anybody else that I had made plans with because of this. I understand that sometimes things change but the very least you could do is INFORM ME that you have added an extra day to my work schedule so that I’m not say out in another county 2hrs away when I get a call asking where I am, or perhaps having to move a scheduled event such as having the breaks replaced on my car because all of a sudden I have to be at work!!!

Over a year old and constantly crashes. The app is over a year old with no updates. It constantly crashes and you have power off your device to reset the app. When it does work it’s nice, however, the crashes make it most frustrating to use. A company the size of Tractor Supply, one would think they’d keep the app current.

App Worthless. What good is an app if you have to remove it and upload again every time you use it. App freezes everytime. I check my schedule at least twice a week in case it changes. App used to work fine but now it’s just aggravating. If you care so much about your employees FIX THIS

Crap. I got logged out and it won’t even send me emails for me to reset I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading! I’m tried sending it to my texts and emails and different emails it won’t let me reset it at all! I can’t even see my schedule anymore!

Logging in difficulty. I can seem to log in anymore, I had this app for two years and never had a log in issue but now I'm starting to have one. I tried deleting and redownloading the does not seem to work.

Crap app. Yesterday I was able to sign in perfectly with my info. Today it won’t let me sign in. I didn’t change any information. It’s the same information that I used to sign in yesterday. If I could I wouldn’t give this app any stars! It’s crappy!!

Needs updating. Great idea & almost works. When you allow for updates when your schedule is changed it would be great to get a text.

Schedule. Get scheduled off this app photo it and an hour or so it changes on day I’m to come in. Today’s changed 3 times already!!! 11-6, 1-9,and mow 4-930!!!! This isn’t first time either And now for past 4 hours server Is down. So who knows what’s happening now to my schedule!""”

Alerts. ASM still getting alerts every time the schedule is being edited, but not the Store Manager, so if the ASM is doing any of the edits SM won’t know about, it should be the the other way around. Plus I agree it’s horrible at scheduling the right people at the right time and the TMs that aren’t available it schedules them even if they have the availability set to not available..... SMH

Decent app. Kind of annoying that I have to log in every time I open the app, but other than that I’ve had no issues with the app.

Freezes. I constantly have to delete and re download the app. It freezes on me after I leave the app weather I log out or not

How do you even get into the app???. I downloaded this app and it’s asking me for my User ID, which I have no idea cause I never created one or a password. Can’t even bypass the user ID to find out what the password I never made is

Doesn’t work well with IPhones. I have to delete the app each time I want to reopen it and reinstall it. Will not allow me to log out. Freezes. The only way to move between screens is to delete it and reinstall it.

Viewing your schedule from home is great. I am glad that TSC chose to use the app for posting the schedule. It’s convenient to view from home, to be able to see the whole store schedule for the day and to request time off.

TSC. Doesn’t work for me, won’t let me login and It has a really low review score, seems to me like there’s a way to fix this, it’s not a bad idea but it’s bad execution.

Update needed. This app has worked great for me for four years. Since the last update, about a week ago, my Face ID no longer works. I open this app multiple times a day and manually logging in every single time is quite a nuisance. Please fix this. Apparently this is my only option to get help with this app.

TSC ESS does not work on iPhones. You are not able to log in or log out. The only way I can log in and out is to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to look at the schedule which is a pain. Please fix this app to work on iPhones.

The app won’t allow me to even log in. I’m not sure whose idea it was to make us all rely on an algorithm for the schedules in our lives, but it is incredibly inconvenient. I’m trying to make adjustments about my schedule and it won’t even allow me to log in. I’ve tried several times, re-downloaded the app on more than one occasion, brought it up to my store manager more than once and tried to do it on the computer at work as well. It just doesn’t work. This system is nothing but one big flaw that shouldn’t have even been created.

Lots of teething issues.. Our store is just starting to use this app to go with the Myschedule in the store. I figure it will take another 2-3 weeks to get our initial bugs ironed out. My first wish is to have more flexibility when syncing the schedule to my phone and iPad calendars. Such as being designating my wife as an invitee so that my schedule goes to her phone as well without my having to go into the schedule and change each event. It would also be nice to have a different header for the event rather than “Your Work Schedule”.

Horrific. Absolutely terrible. App interface doesn’t even fit my phone, things cut off the screen, plus I can’t even login with my SSO or any of my logins. Tried to go through “Forgot My Password” steps but just took me back to the menu. I give up. I had to come back and just re-express my displeasure. Seriously, this is terrible. I love that we were shown a video showing how great and easy this app is to use, but we can’t even get in. Biggest waste of time ever. Trash. Just plain ole baloney. Useless. I am livid. I am Batman.

Needs someone with some knowledge to fix this app. Read the reviews , this needs app needs some serious help, would seem to me that nobody at the company actually reads the reviews . Most comments have the same general issues.

SO FAR SO BAD!!!. Can’t login so can’t say anything about how good or bad this app is as I does not recognize either my company user ID or my pre-established password. So right now it’s a worthless app! As it requires a rating to send my review but the lowest you can rate it is one star that’s what I have to post but I’d rather rate it a zero unfortunately that’s not possible!

Logs out too much. As the title says, it would be nice if there were a “remember me” or “keep me logged in” option. It sounds dumb, but having to re-enter my login info every time I want to just glance at the schedule for a particular day is annoying.

Horrible Design. Whoever designed this app obviously didn’t get a Software Application degree. To start , Face ID hardly ever works, when it does you still have to sometimes manually log in with ID #. Thankfully they updated it to work with iPhone 11 Pro, but the user interface still needs a lot of work. Once logged in, it’s pretty simple & organized, but once you select anything from there, it continues to get worse. There’s a reason this app got a horrific rating, if I had the ability to give it, I’d honestly give this app barely even 1/2 a star rating. So this goes out to the designers behind this app, please upgrade or just start from scratch for a better user interface. This app needs a lot faster processing & better looking interface. Swipe gestures need to be added/ upgraded too. Pros + Used little phone storage Cons + The app itself........

Bad. I can’t open it . I really would like to give it no stars can’t even use it or change my password. I can’t delete and reload it because I can’t find it on my iPhone ugh

Awful company decision. This app is crap. People are being scheduled to come in and open without a manager even being there and it is not scheduling enough people in the store for our busiest days such as Saturday it only scheduled 4 people in the store. It even scheduled one day to where a person was in the store by themselves at close. It’s a horrible idea that the manager will get in trouble if the schedule is altered too much or even at all because of mistakes the system has made. This was a bad idea. The manager should have the say to make their own schedule it is part of their job. Now everyone is suffering bad scheduling because of it.

Needs improvement. The app itself is easy to use. ID without zeros for login/pass. I like that I can synch schedule to my phone calendar or even email it. The app never sends notifications when the schedule has been changed, and no one calls from the store to tell you. Sure would be a simple fix and make it more efficient. There is no way to “give up” a shift or post to allow another team member to take it. I had no problem requesting a day off.

Terrible. Every time I have to shut my phone off and then on to get app to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same! Can someone say why I am having this issue?

Login. I am a TSC employee. I installed the app for my schedule. It worked about 2 months and we’ve just starting using the app. However every time I try to use my login, it will not let me in. Keeps telling me that I am entering my info wrong. But it is the same info that I enter several times a day on the register at work. This needs to be fix soon. Otherwise I will have no idea when I am working. I have seen others with the same problem.

Update isn’t great. I used to love using this app for my work. It’s pretty much required for my job. However, ever since the latest update the Face ID has not let me login. It keeps saying that I have “invalid credentials” even though I’m using the same credentials that I use to login regularly. Face ID really made the login process easier, and I’d like to be able to use it again.

Good app. So far for this app seems to be working fine for me. I always hated having to take pictures of the schedule or asking coworkers if they have the schedule for the next week. My favorite thing about this app is that they have the option for the Touch ID to log on.

Log out. Whenever I log out the app locks up and I have to wait as long as two days before I can log back in. With the amount of bad reviews you would think the app designers would update and fix all the problems from the complaints. Terrible app.

Please fix it.. If we have to use this app, please fix it and update it regularly. It constantly says “schedule has not been published for the week” when it has. We keep having to call the store to make sure we come in that day at that time. It’s ridiculous.

Works but needs improvement. The app does work, although it is pretty slow at loading info. And if we could have a push notification for shift changes that would be great!

Annoying to use. Would love to see dark mode. Slow to load. Latest update broke the ability to “register” for FaceID login, kinda inconvenient.

App needs a lot of improvement. I’ve downloaded this app countless times so I can see my daily work schedule, or weekly. I’ve always got to download it every time I try to open it. Crappy app

Unable to fetch user data. The app is broken right now for some reason it won’t let me login.

It definitely needs work…. Great idea for an app, but definitely needs some refinement: 1) dark mode compatible. a great option, but not super important 2) widget functions. being able to see your schedule for the week on your home screen without having to log in and out of the app would be fantastic. opening the app would allow the widget to update if there were any changes made, etc. this would bump my rating up to 3-4 stars solely because of ease of use. (refer to #5) 3) opening screen. the ability to change “standard view” whenever you log into the app. in essence, when i open the app the first thing i would like to see would be my schedule for the week. having the option to customize the opening screen would be very helpful 4) log out issue. if i open the app in the morning, and as long as i don’t close the app out on my phone, i would like for it to keep me logged in. having to log in every 10 min or so because of the time-out feature is very annoying especially when cell reception isn’t the best. 5) calendar sync. having the ability to copy my schedule for the week onto my iphone calendar (if widget options aren’t available, ie. #2) would create a better ease of access.

Suggestions. The app is great, my only 2 suggestions would be 1) a notification if the schedule changes as my store doesn’t like to notify us directly when a change is made, and 2) the ability to auto sync our schedules to our calendars as they are posted

Fix the schedule screen. Ever since the last update the schedule information isn’t populating correctly. Lines are running together and I can’t see how many hours I am scheduled for the week. Very difficult to read. I have an iPhone.

Face ID not working. I updated my phone to the news iOS 16.4 and the Face ID has stopped work I think the app need to get updated to the latest version of iOS 16.4 this is the only app that the Face ID stopped working on please fix

Face ID not working.. When i log in with my user ID and password it will let me log in. When i go to settings before logging in to allow Face ID it asks for user ID and password and says credentials are incorrect. Fix your problem.

What I’d like to see in the next update. I would like to be able to add a profile picture and see other people’s pictures. If we get new employees, it could provide an easier way for them to become aquatinted with everyone and at least have an idea of who their coworkers are. I also wish that we would get more notifications from this app. For example, if a manager posts a new schedule, or we have a shift change, or our time off gets approved. Maybe even a notification that we have upcoming shifts. And I think we should be able to adjust and choose which notifications we want in a settings component. I think this app could also benefit from a messaging option between the employees and manager. This would provide an easy way to connect with your coworkers and ask if they could swap shifts or cover for you. When I first started working at TSC, I didn’t know anyone and felt intimidated to ask for anyone’s contact info. Creating a messaging option would allow for employees to easily communicate when not at work, without the stress of someone having your personal phone number.

Has Issues. For whatever reason, whenever I open the app after having signed in previously, it gives an error message stating that there was a failure to retrieve data from the server. It will not let me log out or otherwise restart the app. The only way I’ve found to fix this is to redownload the app.

Serious issues. This app has some serious bugs. No one in our store is allocated where they need to be at the correct time or even the correct day in many cases. We have cashiers as sales and members of management as cashiers. Please fix ASAP.

Easy-peezy, but.... The concept is good, but needs a bit of work and some initial instructions for setting it up. I’m a non-tech savvy old guy and figured it out on my own, but see how some employees might have issues with the initial login. Once downloaded, enter your employee number (without the zeros) in both fields. Then you can set it up for fingerprint login.

Useless app. By far the worst app I have ever used. Never logs me out, even when I try to log out. Then it freezes, so I have to completely delete it and download it again. No exaggeration, I have deleted and downloaded at least 500 times in the 1 year I’ve worked for this company. And unfortunately it’s not just the app that never seems to work. Tractor supply as a company cannot function either. I hope to never be desperate enough to ever have to work for them again, and in turn never have to use this app again. Do all your employees a favor and just delete this waste of an app.

This app needs some major reworking. I have to constantly delete the app and re-install because the log out is not complete and I cannot log back in. Just today I have deleted and reinstalled 3 times. This has been going on for several months and needs to be fixed now. Also, the availability portion is very difficult to maneuver. I have attempted to put in the times I am available and sometimes it takes it and sometimes it doesn’t. Let’s get into the 21st-century.

Hourly!!. Needs to allow to schedule availability based on hours, not days. For example, if a college student can’t come in until 4 on Thursdays, they have to put that they’re not available Thursday’s at all!

Awful. I have to keep deleting and reloading this app to use it. Every..single..time.

Disappointed. I can’t login and you Guys haven’t gotten back to me yet. This app is suppose to be easy to use.

It doesn’t work.. I have re-applied several times. It doesn’t get better, it doesn’t work. I get blank pages and an error message on my schedule page. I re-applied and it worked for one hour. After the hour it didn’t work. I will try again. If it doesn’t work I rely on the paper schedule.on the breakroom wall. I have worked for Tractor Supply for two years.

Anger. I’m a new employee and can’t even get in. Tried to send a password reset and nothing to my email. Super annoying

Hate it. Can’t log in I typed the same info into the computer at my store and it worked and this app does not want to function

App. This app doesn’t even work! They told me to check online to when I have to come in and I got yelled at because the app doesn’t work so I went in and was a hour late

Biometric login. Biometric scanning would be glorious.

Can’t log in ,. I’m not sure what to enter to even log in but I tried anything I would’ve at work and got invalid credentials.

Trash. I didn’t know it was possible to make such a simple app operate so poorly. You have to log in every time you open the app. Also, the menus for requesting days off is glitchy and doesn’t work on my phone which is an iPhone XS Max.

Can not login. Has anyone else have trouble logging in? It won’t take my employee number or my password, it won’t take me anywhere to reset my password, when I click the forgot my password button!

Cant even log in. I’ve tried to log into the app over and over and it constantly kicks me out before I can even finish typing my username! The app is unusable! I cant even check and see if my schedule has been changed or anything.

Face. I am not pleased with the fact that face id has been removed. The log on screen changed and is difficult to use.

Login error. No matter what I do I get a lot on error? Where does my verification go to?? I never get a email or text verifying anything?

Worst scheduling app ever. This app is completely garbage, doesn’t let me even sign into it anymore so I have to constantly take photos of the store schedule in the break room.

SSL connection issues with Apple IOS IPhone. No feedback from app other than SSL error and will not log me in with ID and password.

Face ID. Well I used to be able to use Face ID. Now it’s not working and tells me my credentials are wrong. Don’t know what you changed last week but it really made me not want to use this app

Login. Can’t even log in. How can this be helpful the employees if we can’t view our schedule, ask for time off, or even log in?

Making me reconsider my job. As an employee, one of the worst time management apps I’ve ever used ever. Just garbage in every sense of the word.

Logging in. Just installed this app and there is no instruction as to signing in the first time. With all the different log-ins we have for working here, how are we supposed to know which login to use?

Worst most dysfunctional app ever!. I’m a new employee of TSC, and was encouraged to get this app to view our schedule, modify availability, switch shifts etc., and in less than one week I have deleted this app off my iPhone 12ProMax 3 times. I’m running on version 15.3.1. Regardless of whether or not you log out or it times out, you can’t get back on until 24 hours passes, or you delete the app and start all over again. There is no logon button. When I was able to see my schedule for 2 weeks, one of the weeks disappeared when a third week appeared. Highly confusing to say the least. As for modifying availability, that doesn’t work either as of 5/22/22. I tried to contact IT on the app on the App Store, but that complaint window wanted to know about purchases in store, not about the app. This app appears to be in non-compliance with the Apple iPhone 12ProMax. Help please.
