Loving the new app. Just downloaded the new TS app and it’s great supper east to use , and love being able to see my rewards and able to see what’s available at TS in the palm of my hand while out at the barn or in the store .. so much easier then having to stop what I am doing or putting off searching prices for feed or stuff to go use the website .. so enjoying the new app it’s great !!

Terrible rewards program. The rewards program is a joke. Everytime i try to verify my email it takes me back to to the original link to begin the process again from the start. It took several attempts to create a password as the website kept telling my my password was not over 8 characters when it was nearly 20 characters. Ive also been shopping at pet sense for years and never received the “free bag of food” youre supposed to get after every 10 bags. My most recent visit i was told i only had 1 bag towards my free bag and the visit before that i was told i had 7. Im getting screwed out of my free bags of dog food and the rewards club is literally impossible to register for.

Bugs weren’t squished with recent update. iPhone XR with iOS 14.0.1, so it’s not the phone or the iOS. The app won’t get past the log in screen. If I don’t want to create an account or log in to my account, the app is useless. If you click on skip it just goes right back to the log in screen. I was hoping the update would fix this and I know I’m not the only one having this problem. The app is useless until this is fixed. update: Most recent update appears to have fixed this issue. Thank you TSC for your quick response.

Two Minor Glitches Away from Being Perfect. I use this app almost weekly to order feed and supplies for my ranch, and it’s darn near perfect except for the following: 1. It’s too easy to accidentally order an item that is not available for pickup, and you end up with a ship to store item that costs $25 for shipping. 2. The vehicle descriptions on the pickup page need two corrections: “Convertible” is misspelled (there’s no “A” in it) and there needs to be an “Other” selection for vehicle color (one of my trucks is orange). Other than that, it’s a good app to have!

Do better!. As I’m sitting here waiting for the 30 minutes to elapse for the password reset email, I’m contemplating why that is even a thing. Who in their right mind wants to wait 30 minutes for an app password reset email?? I’ve literally tried every password I’ve used for the last 10 years for anything and it keeps telling me wrong password, funny thing is I have no idea why I’m signed out of the app, I’ve been signed in for years with no issues. Beyond annoying!

Please Fix. I love that there is an app for TS now! It makes it so easy to quickly search and see if something is in stock before I drive into town. It also makes it incredibly easy to search through different options before ordering an in-store pickup. I know I can also search online but it makes it a lot quicker to have the app. That being said, I rarely update apps unless something is very wrong because I find it usually makes different issues arise. I was having some issues with the version I had where I couldn’t sign in or create an account so I couldn’t add anything to my cart. I like how online you don’t have to have an account to add to your cart, but I was willing to create an account to use the “cart” feature. Since I couldn’t sign into an account, (it kept saying there was an error,) I still couldn’t use the cart feature which renders this app useless besides just for doing some shopping around before popping into the store. I decided to update, despite my hesitation since as I mentioned earlier, I dread updating apps. I did update and now I can’t even use the app at all because it is trying to make me create an account before I’m even able to shop in the app. I can press “skip” but the login window pops right back up and I’d honestly rather not have to make an account. Also I’m worried it’ll allow me to create an account but somehow continue trying to say I’m not logged in. Please fix because I loved using this app.

Still has bugs with checkout. I’ve had issues for 2 months with checkout for in store/curbside pickup; when I try to place an order, it won’t let me finalize because it says I need an address. This is annoying because 1) my address is in my account, so it’s not like it’s not in there, 2) I’m asking to pick up, not delivery, so an address should be unnecessary, and 3) this has been ongoing past the latest bug fixes and it’s clearly still an issue. I’ve tried restarting the app, restarting the phone, trying to use PayPal v. TSC app, even checking the delivery options and then switching it back to pickup, and it’s still not working. Please fix or contact me on how to fix, thanks.

Average guy. I knew it was too good to be true. Such good reviews from everyone. I have been waiting for a long time for this app. Finally they developed one. I downloaded it about 5 hours ago. Was gonna buy some stuff or at least shop for something. Haven’t been able to add to my cart or check my profile or check my rewards. I guess I’m the one who is first with a complaint. Yea! Me! UPDATE: I just got my update for the app. I updated it. Still can’t open my profile. Still can’t open rewards. Still can’t add to my cart. Still can’t do anything but look at products. APP DELETED....

Love TSC. Love this app and love TSC. The app is great, it works well and continues to improve. I like that all the features I’d expect are there, like being able to apply promo codes or use the quarterly options like free delivery for neighbor plus customers. I can be at work and realize I need stuff for my animals, order it through the app and when I get home, the stuff is on my front porch. Makes my life much easier. Thanks TSC!

Intrusive and unnecessary. This app has been pushed out by TSC in a manner that is intrusive, disruptive, and interfering. When an attempt is made the use the Search feature of their website, it is immediately replaced with a message hawking this app. It does so even from desktop Windows computers. Efforts to clear that message and continue to shop TSC through their website using a web browser become very difficult. When I finally relented and installed the app, it does not even change orientation if I turn my tablet from portrait to landscape display. A poorly thought-out and implemented app. Using the website would be better - if only TSC would not trip over their own feet…

Needs more customization. The app has worked great with me so far, placing orders and everything along with searching for what I want. But it would be great to have an option to save items to a list like animal feeds and supplies so it’s much easier to re-order the same products every time without having to set up a recurring schedule or trying to find different products if you can’t find what you prefer again. It also allows to save items as gifts or other things you may be interested in purchasing later. Other than that, great app so far.

Annoying Log In/Create Account page. This app was working just fine until it updated it self several days ago. Now instead of being able to browse/shop right away I am taken to a page requesting me to log into my TSC account or register a new account. Even though I select ‘SKIP’ at the top of the page the app continuously returns me to the log in/register account page, no matter how many times I select ‘SKIP’. The only way around this is to log in (I don’t have an existing acct) or create a new account, neither of which I choose do. So back to viewing TSC on my phone’s browser and dump the TSC app if this isn’t fixed soon.

Keeps deleting my cart. Either it keeps deleting my cart or there are multiple carts that don’t show together. If the latter is the problem, please fix. If the former is the problem, please make all the carts show on the same page, target does this where they show your pick up in-person shopping cart, then a divider and blow it it shows your online shopping cart. I keep trying to make a list and if I put the app down for an hour, the cart is empty and I can’t find the cart I just put together anywhere. This happened three times until I just gave up.

New rewards program is great but too much lag in app. Thank you for the new rewards program! The app freezes up too much and I have to constantly restart it. Sometimes if I wait long enough it will continue working again -Sometimes close to a minute. Please add simple features like swipe right from the left side of the screen to go back, when searching for some thing if I type on the term I searched it should allow me to edit the search versus clicking the back arrow, and all the touch points are too precise for fat fingers - meaning I don’t want to have to click perfectly on something to select it. Thanks for the improvements!

Opelousas Store Employees. I personally think that every single one of the store employees at the Opelousas store should be fired!!!! This is the 3rd time this week that I've been in the store looking for certain items that I know that tractor supply sells and I asked someone if they had it and I received the same response each time...... " it should be on this isle" not a single time did any one of the employees attempt to assist me with finding the items. I left and went to LOWES and got assistance from LOWES employees and purchased the items that I was looking for!!!!! Thanks a lot for nothing!!!

Tech issues. This app could be much better. There are several small tech issue. The big one for me was it did not let me continue to payment for my curbside pick up. It is the only reason I downloaded the app in the first place. I ended up having to call the store place my order and they are going to have to have me pay when I get there. With two small children and needing to get horse feed the pick up option is very nice. It is frustrating when the app does not work properly.

Always call for inventory. Like Tractor Supply. Some of the implements are lighter duty than a pro would use, but generally a good value for use around home or a small farm. But the app inventory is rarely right. If you have to drive a half-hour like I do, always call and ask them to check. Waste of an hour if they don’t have it. The associates at every location I’ve been to are very helpful and friendly.

Worst search ever!. I rarely write reviews but had to after spending 2 hours just trying to place a simple order with this app. Nothing I would search for would come up, yet when I went to the website I could easily find the product. I would then copy the sku from the website and paste it in the app and suddenly the product was found. One example was if I searched ‘victor dry dog food’ in the app it would just take me directly to 1 product, even though the website showed they had many varieties. And trying to find my supplement - Animed CocoMega Supreme - I searched on the app by cocomega, cocomega supreme, animed, horse supplements, and it never came up. Yet when I got the sku from the website it came right up on the app. Also many of the buttons don’t really work and you have to click on them many times before they register an action. Most frustrating app ever!!!!

Great way to check availability. I enjoy being able to make a complete order, with things I can pickup today and things that need to be delivered. It’s also fun to go through and see what you can get from Tractor Supply. You can also order things in the size you need when you need an unusual size. The app works decent on my phone,at times it does get glitchy. If I need something that I know sells out quickly or might be affected by the shipping issues or whatever, I can always check on it in the app. You can also check availability at various stores if you need it today. Love the app, it’s yet to fail me.

Please add functionality. I love using the application. Makes it really easy to shop. Updates that would be great to have: 1. The ability to ship to store. Many times I need an item but my main store doesn’t have it. I would rather order and ship to my main store then try to go to one or more stores to get all the items I need. 2. I recently placed an order and it was cancelled by the system. No explanation as to why, just a status cancelled. Please add the reason for canceling the order. The item is in stock and the store doesn’t know why the order was cancelled either. 3. Add warning before submitting an order for pickup which has multiple store locations. Sometimes while shopping the app will switch stores to get items in stock without user notification. This results in ordering from more then one store. - Thanks. A fellow developer

Could be improved. The app works decent, needs the issue fixed where apple does doesn’t work. The app gives you the option to use Apple Pay but will not let you check out. I use Apple Pay for the simple reason I don’t want my card info stored on every app. Secondly the search bar is inconvenient, if I want to search several items one after the next you have to click the back arrow each time and wait for the search bar to load each time where in most apps you just click back on the search bar and type in a new search.

Low Quality App. I don’t think I’ve ever used such a low quality app from a major retailer before. It’s terrible. It’s very slow and has a lot of little glitches. It’s a clunky app that wasn’t designed well at all. Filtering is funky and often just doesn’t work, inventory is not always accurate, and the searches don’t seem to work well. Then there are also silly things like how I can’t get a 5 gallon bucket for pick-up, it has to be an in-store purchase and that’s just absurd in the time of COVID. That’s just a fail by TSC. The app also makes it real easy to accidentally order something to be shipped rather than picked up at the store. There are times I’ve selected pick-up then added to the cart only to find out later it somehow switched to shipped. That cost me $9 shipping for 5 paper egg cartons one time and I was not happy. I don’t have a lot of other options where I live and the folks working at the store are great, but this app has cost TSC money many times because I just give up on the broken app or only order the bare essentials for my birds.

Don’t waist your time with this app it does not work. I placed an order at my local store in White White Lake Michigan for an item that was out of stock at the last time I visited this location. This app took my order as a in-store pick up. The next morning I got a cancellation of my order by email without any explanation . This was after I was required to fill out the on line membership data and placing my order. This also happened after numerous attempts to access this app to look up products to see if the items were in stock at this store. The system does not give how many items are in stock at the local store and crashes then locks up and crashes. When I tried to check for this item at other locations it wold also lock up and crash. I also have a Tractor Supply Credit card and this app does not give me the option to use it to purchase Tractor Supply items from on line stores! They only offer PayPal. I will not waist any more time with this app P Corcoran White Lake Mi

Love using the app, however.... I REALLY like using the app, I order through it and have them deliver to my vehicle! It’s AWESOME! I have a farm with many animals so my order is usually large and this makes it easy on me for loading. The only issue I experience is the lag time when searching and shopping cart. You have to click the search arrow so many times for it to acknowledge you’ve clicked it, and it runs super slow. Same with the shopping cart. I hope TSC can fix this issue, I’ll change my review to 5 stars if they do! Thanks for offering the app for us regular TSC shoppers and for offering the car delivery option!

App needs more work .... The app has a few bugs that should have been ironed out by now ...one example; sometimes the app freezes if you try to open it when device is in the horizontal position ...when it does open in the horizontal position then it suddenly pops into the vertical display, now only showing a right side (about half) of the screen. when you click on one of the buttons on the screen, everything is fine in the vertical position, you can’t go back to the horizontal position ... but then again maybe the app wasn’t designed for the horizontal position.

Ripped off. Made a purchase that I needed the next day note website /tractor supply did not mention that this item was not in ther store . They took my order After making 3 phone calls I find out it’s coming by a slow boat from China it probably takes 3 months to just stock the ship This was 5 months ago now And now I received a E mail for a review today “really” ok they asked best I could do was one start here is no half star. PS by the time the battery connectors shows up I on longer needed them. I had good good results Pryor with tractor supply store before but certainly not this time.

Bugs and inaccuracies. Nothing to write home about but the app is okay, just seems to constantly have issues loading. Getting stuck on a page and needing to log out and back in to get it to refresh. Not sure how widespread the issue is but we’ve had several instances where we order something on the app but the store doesn’t actually have it in stock. It either never updates to “ready for pickup” or it does and we get there and the clerks can’t find the product.

Payment issue and customer service. I have always bought dog food in store but recently broke both feet. That being said I tried to order dog food through the app. I first tried to use the subscription option so it will be less hassle to get food when it’s needed. I tried multiple times to order the food needed with a few different payment methods. It keeps saying the app could not verify payment. I have had family get my dog food as needed. I have been trying to order it for over two months with no avail. I have tried to contact customer service but usually hang up after being on hold multiple times longer than 45 minutes. Today I was able to get customer service on the line after waiting for 20 minutes this time. They told me they do not have any way to process subscription options of purchase. This is terribly frustrating, the app doesn’t work and now I’m being told the operating system won’t let them manually place a repeating order to be delivered. I’m usually not one to complain but I hope this reaches the right place for someone to look into fixing these issues.

Don’t support the Kelso store. This store has an employee who has the ability to run customers away. He has absolutely no idea what customer service means. I put up with him for far too long and have finally boycotted this store and that was after spending a lot of money building fences, barns and feeding a large number of animals while putting up with him. I will never walk into this store again. I went to Wilco when he wouldn’t unbury duck feed. He told me I would have to wait 45 minutes. I could have gotten to the sack of feed in 10 minutes!! And I’m 65 years old. I also found the feed and fencing was cheaper at the Kelso Wilco! This staff at Wilco has offered much much better customer service. Actually no comparison to tractor supply.

Not great. The one and only reason I don’t like this app is because it doesn’t show you what’s available at your store. It will let you order anything then you waste your money on it just for them to cancel your order because they don’t actually have it in store and then you have to wait days for a refund to be issued. I don’t see why when you put in your store location it doesn’t tell you that the product you’re looking for isn’t available. I won’t be using this app nor will I be going to TSC until this issue is fixed. It’s just easier for me to go somewhere else at this point then try to waste my time with them just for them to cancel my order when I get to the store.

It doesn’t accept legitimate card payments.. I enjoy this site for my needs. Yet, it will erase my card information each time it is submitted for payment. It merely serves as a catalog for the store in which you would have wait a while for customer service to answer the phone or visit the store. Some marketed products are not within the store locations. It would be easier to order by use of this app. Due to the its complications, I looked for products elsewhere. This app is bad for Tractor Supplies’ business. It should be fixed.

If only. I love our local TSC. The store manager and the employees are so friendly and helpful. I, like most people, have a busy schedule, so I like to plan ahead as much as possible. Meaning, if I’m looking for something, instead of going directly to the store, I check out store app first. That said, the TSC app is frustrating and half the time I get irritated and go to Hone Depot, Ace, or Lowes. The app is difficult to navigate, often crashes, or the search bar cannot compute what I am searching. Another frustrating thing, the app will not pull up items I know are in the store. What a waste of time and money for this company. Hire a new web developer, please.

One of worst apps for pickup. Can you test the cart in the app? Worst store app ever for pickup edits. This app annoys me about half the time I use it. After setting a store location for orders, I have no idea which store is going to be able to fulfill the full order. The app mistakenly thinks I’m willing to drive to multiple stores instead of moving the whole cart to another location- it does not even try. I usually only have 2 or 3 must have items. One was not available and there was a promo banner stating free shipping for $49 or more in pet food. I doubled my order to meet the price to see if that was easier than driving to another store. Nope, it shows full shipping costs. So I want to move items to pickup. The pickup option does not appear as an option to move back to. The developers aren’t testing this with real world scenarios. I’ve had to call in to get my cart resolved before. They do not seem to let developers know what defects are going on because the app gets no better.

Meh. I like that there IS an app, but I hate how glitchy it is. The last order I placed had all items for pickup, then suddenly one of them switched to delivery after I submitted the order, even though the item was in stock in my local store. The cost of shipping was $15 for a $7 item, and there is NO WAY to cancel it! Even the store couldn’t cancel it for me. So I’ve wasted $15 on nothing, and because it’s shipping I’m sure it won’t be refunded. The app caused this glitch and the store acknowledged that it was a glitch and they couldn’t do anything about it. :(

Need Continue Shopping Button. The one feedback I would give is to add a Continue Shopping button. When adding something to the cart, it appears the only option is to Checkout. It’s not intuitive to click the X at the top in order to shop for other items. Most apps, if not all, that I’ve used have a button to Continue Shopping.

Has issues. If you just want to see what is available this app is fine. If you have a TSC credit card on the other hand it is useless. Who would look under “learn more”about a credit card to eventually find “already a card holder”? If that wasn’t bad enough the big red box that says “manage my account “ does nothing. Home Depot also uses citi bank and it is easy to find and works so it’s clear citi bank can work with apps.

Frustrating App. I like the store but I hate this app. It is good for shopping, seeing reviews, etc., but it uses really cheap data collection for checkout. I enter all fields of a shipping address. It will not accept the record and gives no indication why. All required fields are populated, but it does nothing. I am picking up at the store, so I try to pay with ApplePay. It declines until I fill in a shipping address (not the billing address, interestingly). This app is useless for actually buying, but I guess it is good for comparing prices before you go buy it elsewhere.

Frustrating App. Doesn’t allow picking a preferred store (the app tries to use your location instead so disable that feature immediately after installing) and added cart items default to shipping, not pickup, for every item added to the cart. When paying, you have to click in the coupon section even if you don’t have one or you cannot complete the transaction. This and the Lowes app are the least intuitive I have ever used. The entire format needs to be ditched and rethought/designed. The designers should be forced to use whatever they come up with, including actually building a project from start to finish, every part being ordered and picked up using this app only.

Oooo ahhh. They prepared me for my cactus obsession with tools needed and gloves 🧤 which saved me after hours of pulling prickles out like the year before the variety was outstanding also my partners gifts typically began here even my neices bday gift was bought here🎁 sadly I’ve never been in the store I ’m ashamed 😔 the mobile ordering has everything I need clearance items lines delivery or curbside pick up options and email alerts from sales to updates on my order it’s defiantly the way to go sometimes however the app does get slow after being on it for awhile or for about 2 weeks I had an issue with my lists but the list situation is over if that’s all I have to deal with I think I’ll continue my new shopping addiction

I hate this app, their website, and now the store. This app is a pathetic excuse for a poorly run website! I tried a year ago and it was awful. Could it even get the items I wanted into the cart. I can now find and add items to my cart, but I can’t check out. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my time. I’m so sick of dealing with this store that I’ve decided t grow my own feed . I can’t take dealing with this bull, their horrible customer service on the phone, understaffed stores, pretend coupons that you can’t ever use because of restrictions. It’s a joke. I won’t miss you TSC.

Fix the app. So glad they have an app now but they really need to work on it! The app will say something is in stock but after you place your order it will pop up an hour later saying item will be ready for pick up in 2 days! If I’ve ordered feed for my animals then chances are I can’t wait 2 days for it to come in! Many times I’ve been there to pick up and they can’t find the order and I open the app to find out that it wasn’t in stock! Very frustrating!

Doesn’t work great with IPad. I like Tractor Supply, and I like the curbside delivery service the app lets me order for, but it’s a difficult app to move around in. Picking the closest store is kind of difficult and adding things like Tax Exemption certificate numbers is impossible without refilling out a form that’s already on file with the local TSC store. That being said, just a little more tweaking would make the app much better. Also, as the title implies, on my IPad, I can’t get the entire webpages on my screen, and the images don’t rotate when I turn the IPad from side to end. For example, I was ordering some mealworms for our chickens, but the images were so large on the screen that I could tell what size the bags were. That kind of thing. I mean, you can look around and find out that kind of stuff, but I have a keyboard case for my IPad and I have to type the information I want to input while looking at the webpage sideways.

Just use the mobile website instead. My problems with this app are: 1. The search function (when used in conjunction with the search results filter) does not work well to actually narrow down your search results in a helpful way. For instance you can type a search criteria (let’s say “boots”) then filter by let’s say “size” and you will find no “size 14” option in the filter field for size. BUT when you add the filter for brand (let’s say “muck boots”) THEN filter by “size” and have the option to filter out size 14 suddenly. It’s like the filter criteria is limited to the number of items on the first page list of your search result? Whatever the case the app search function does not work well whereas the mobile site handles these filters and searches with no problem. 2. Also there is no easy way to navigate to the items that are on sale in the way you can easily access it on the mobile site right from the hamburger navigation menu. I wish the web app had a few of the design features carry over from the website

Useless. Nothing but issues. Converted my points to a reward in the app, but could never use the reward. I just kept getting an error message. Had to call customer service who placed the order and added the reward. Today I tried to check out using Paypal (no reward) and kept getting and “undefined” error. Had to go online and use the website instead. Deleted the app because I always have to go to the website or call customer service. 2 for 2.

Harvest Right Freeze Dryer the Best!. I’ve wanted a Harvest Right Freeze dryer for 3 yrs! Then 3 friends got theirs but were so sweet to share their bounty with me. I’ve have fruits and veggies if all types, ice cream , casseroles and soup!!! I loved everything they shared.. well last week I got my very Freeze Dryer!! Great place to shop!!. TSC is always my first choice for hardware needs, tools, almost all my needs for home. The quality is always good and the service is always excellent!! I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied by Tractor Supply!! I can almost always find a tractor supply no matter what part of the country I’m in!! I’ll be a customer for life!!!

worst app interface for a highly used company. i use this company frequently - hundreds of $$$ per WEEK and their app has always been a nightmare the actual interface is horrible, half the time i will try to move screens and it stays frozen. it takes forever to register what im looking for and constantly seems to be “frozen”. so much so i thought there was an issue with my phone….. nope just the app. app is over complicated as well. the website and app are way too cluttered, need to be streamlined for a better experience.

Great app but…. There are a few bugs and some improvements are needed. The app is extremely laggy. When adding product to your cart, it takes several seconds for the cart window to open. Once open, you have to click the x to keep shopping which, again, you have to wait a few seconds for it to close before you can go back to search for your next item. My second suggestion is related to same day delivery. It would be nice if the app was linked to whatever delivery service is being used. In my area, TSC uses “Roadie”. It would be nice to be able to see when my order is ready, when a roadie driver accepts my order, and when my order is on its way to me.

No link to TS Credit Card - cannot pay bill. I have a Tractor Supply Credit Card and thought I could pay my bill through the App. If you can, then it is not very intuitive. I have looked everywhere online and in the app. If you can pay your bill in the app, it is not intuitive. Even submitting a question involves a lengthy process of filling out all my personal information that they should already have on file with my Credit Card info. This app seems to just be an unintuitive way to shop - without a link to a Tractor Supply Credit Card. Useless app for me.

Shipping argh. I enjoy the app and it is well layer out. TSC should negotiate better shipping rates. >$9 for ship to store is 50% higher than ship to home for the same product from an on line pet supplier. Why pay $4 more and the need to travel to the local store for pick up. An on line pet supplier has flat rate shipping of ~$5 for the same dog food you were going the charge $9+, and the on line supplier is shipping to my house

Wow terrible app. Don’t download this lame thing. I tried for about a half hour to buy something and it wouldn’t let me put in my debit card info. What a mess. Best thing about this app is that there are now three great spots right up front of the store that are reserved for online purchases that never have a car. Yeah I’d never park in a handy cap spot because I respect that idea but I totally take these spots because I’ll never respect putting out a stupid app and then designating a good parking spot to it. What a mess.

Barcode Scanner hasn’t worked for awhile. iPhone 11 Max Pro, phone is up to date on updates also and The app hasn’t needed an update since this issue started. I deleted the app and even down loaded back yesterday in the store as a team member tried to assist me with this for the third time. You cannot scan anything on the barcode scanner everything that’s scanned it suggests you clean your phone camera and check lighting and make sure the lighting is good, it’s NONE OFE THESE. IVE CALLIES CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 times in two months and was told they will look into it but yet it isn’t resolved

My Go-To Farm Store. Great quality products at reasonable prices. I always use Tractor Supply when possible for essential products related to the farm mainly because I can count on getting good quality. I would give five stars except that their selection is limited in many areas (e.g., no square wood fence posts, etc.). Otherwise, this is my Go-To store.

Propane refill. I get quick service when I request a refill on the app and am parked at the propane area. Bobby has come out within 2 minutes of requesting the refill: he is very efficient and a delight to work with. This is twice using this method for me and it’s great!! Thanks Bobby!!

Crap!!. I can’t click anything it always comes up as error page and tells me go to the home screen. I’ve uninstalled reinstalled and tried to even update. Your so frustrating and there was one item I really wanted, but screw it. I will go somewhere else and look for other things. If it’s messing up this many times on looking up a single item how do I know I’m going to actually get it or that it’s not just going to take my card information and I’ll never receive the items.

No idea can’t use it.. Downloaded the app, tried to use the google sign in option, keeps kicking me back to the sign in screen, tried creating a separate account through tractor supply but it kills the app when I hit create account after filling out all the info fields. Skipped it all and tried to find a store both through location and searching by zip but both just load indefinitely. Deleted app, redownloaded it tried all those things again and still the same problem. 🤷‍♂️.

Doesn’t work. 5-star reviews are fake. Dudes. Hire a professional. Y’all just looked through your recent hires until you found an application that said “app developer”, didn’t you? Jimmy’s happy to have a job loading trucks and hopes to move up, but putting “app developer” on there was purely aspirational. BTW, tell Jimmy he did an excellent job wrapping that pallet of feed. Now those 5-star reviews. I wanna know who this person is that now buys all of their tractors at Tractor Supply because of this app. Please, y’all, when you outsource your fake reviews to India, you need to read them before they’re published.

Store manager of Bulverde. I had the best experience with the store manager named Web today. He went above & beyond to help ensure I was loaded up with my new dog kennel & safe. He made sure it was strapped down. He was very busy and had people waiting but did not short change me or just try to bet me out of there. He was absolutely wonderful & they way a store manager should be.

Really Bummed. I downloaded the app because the site was continually throwing me 504’s. This app won’t load when I try to enter my login; have to close out the app completely and open again. Skipped the login; tried to add something to my cart and again it’s frozen on the spinning wheel. I work in web analytics and I’m a huge fan of tractor supply. This isn’t the kind of experience you want customers to have. Especially when someone tech savvy can’t use it, I’d imagine there’s a lot of frustration for other customers (like my dad) who can’t get this app to do anything. 🙁

I’m excited. Thank you for finally offering a app. Navigating the web page was difficult on my phone, especially while out working. I’m looking forward to you knocking the bugs out and using a shopping list vs a virtual cart. Thank you again

App. The app has worked fine for me. They just need to update a couple of things. Every time I order I have to update the phone number of the person picking up and the billing address. You also have to add the cvv/cvc number each time as well. I don’t mind this. It does store your credit card number.

Really want to like this. Really wish I could like this. Time to do my monthly quite large feed order and figured I’d finally give this a try since online ordering has been crashing the last two days. The app just won’t work. I keep getting internal socket errors and whenever I do get it to load it won’t move past selecting an item for more info. Just keeps crashing and restarting. Tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. Super sad because it looks like it would be a great app....just not functional at all.

Fix your App. Love the store use it more than Walmart, however when I get on to manage my account it seems none of the buttons for selection work properly. I get on to try and make payments doesn’t let me in and always logs me out… I am not sure what needs to be fixed but there is a bug in your app, sorry for the bad review but just trying to make this situation known so it can be fixed. Always crashing or freezing. This app rarely works for me. I want to buy my pigs food ahead of time for pick up because they never have it in stock but I have to use the Tractor Supply Website because this thing never works. What’s the point of having it? I also had to use the Forgot Password for my login and did it twice and they never sent an email so I had to check out under guest. Disappointed.

Price changes. I have tried twice now, I wanted chicken laying feed and cracked corn. When I add these up my total price is 20$ more than what I can add in my head and on the calculator. The first time I had 2 bags of each, and two bales of straw, the total was around 183$! My addition was way less than this, something like $50 less! Then I tried just two bags of the feed, and price was 53$. Are the prices on the app wrong? Very disappointed,

Fix the app please. I wanted to use curbside today because I’m on a walker and not feeling well today. But I had to go in and get puppy food. They wouldn’t accommodate at all regardless the app is screwed up. Plus they didn’t have a 50lb bag of retriever puppy food. Aggravating all the way around. You have some dummies in our local store. Get well soon Grady. You are missed.

Very glitchy & difficult to navigate. Lots of general bugs, login issues, laggy, and not updated item stock #s. Was happy to try when I first downloaded, but using the app is frustrating and it’s just easier to use the website when I’m on my phone. Serious effort is needed to improve the experience. Took me 10 min to login to my account, and then I couldn’t view the item I was looking for - just got the ‘loading pinwheel’ that didn’t stop until I manually closed the app.

App will open now!. Had some trouble signing in for the first time when the app first opened but after getting into the app it let me log in. Wish there were a way to cancel/change subscriptions from pickup to shipping. Other than that app seems to work well.

App crashing. Updated to the most recent version and now I can no longer open it. Rebooted the phone and tried reinstalling the app but no luck. Immediately crashes. No problems up until now. Update. Newest version is now working fine.

Convenient app. I use this app weekly and love still being able to get curbside service. It is also very convenient to see purchase history which makes tracking and reordering a breeze.

When it works. For over a week now when I open the app it makes like it’s logging in with the tractor supply red logo and then briefly goes to the main screen and then immediately goes to a white screen and that’s where the journey ends each time. I would love for the app to work. I would use it often. Hope it works soon.

Nothing but problems. I love to shop tractor supply. I even got their credit card that I use for my business. I am deleting this app. I have been through all the tech support that they offer. Either they have no idea what they are doing or the app has major flaws. The app will not link my good neighbor club. The online store however does. This means I have rewards like deliveries that I cannot use. Very frustrating to say the least. Disappointed in tractor supply for letting me down.

Blocks VPN Traffic. I use NordVPN always when I’m online. I was unable to use this app with my VPN turned on because it was trying to force me to log in before shopping. It would not respond to my attempts to log in and when I click on “Skip”, it displayed a screen saying something went wrong — try again later. Only when I turned off my VPN would the app start working. This is a failure. In this day and age, anyone with any knowledge and sensibility about personal security uses a VPN!

Love the store. Hate the App. TS IT team, you can do better than this. I think the title says it all. TS is an amazing place with great customer service (in-Store). The app, not so much. It's slow, clunky and unforgiving. If you don’t have the exact key word that was entered for the product, you will never find. Also stupid things ie; I can't see what I'm typing because it's white text on a white background.

TSC App Has a Long Way to Go. The menu bar at the bottom used to be half cut off. Now it’s way to high and wasting usable space. It deleted all of my lists I had created to track feed items for different livestock. I consolidated to 1 list, but now when I add an item to my cart it deletes the item from the list. I also have items disappear from my list. It is not as user friendly as other retail stores.

Very little hardware inventory. I searched for a specific sized nut and got exactly one in response. It was a coupler. Couldn’t have bird food ready for pickup, apparently I would have to go in the store. It’s difficult to change stores, I had to drill down to find it. I shop wherever my other errands require, different towns for different reasons. Whoever writes this could take a lesson from Walmart for ease of experience. I do appreciate the effort though, and I am grateful for curbside pickup, even though I have to buy some things elsewhere.

This is now the perfect app!. With the addition of apple/google pay, everything you need is now in one place. The app had a great UI, informative descriptions and pictures, pickup info and everything you need. Checkout is quick and easy and supports all the methods you could ask for! I am impressed!

Nearly Useless. I can’t speak for all inventory but for fencing materials, it’s useless. Someone needs to list all the filter categories on the items so you can actually find something. I’ve checked the app against the store multiple times and they’ll have items in store that aren’t even on the app, much less showing inventory, and vise versa. Just a complete mess. When a store doesn’t open until 8 am, you need an app someone can jump on to see if it’s worth the drive.

Pick up doesn’t work.. I wanted to purchase and pick up items from the store but it wouldn’t allow me to place the order. It also took several tries to add credit card information too. So I gave up and went to the store later when I could.

Please fix. I like the app but there have been several bugs. This one for instance. If I want to shop categories (boots) I can’t click on it. This has been an ongoing problem. Also, when I try to click account to look at my stuff it shows nothing almost like it is still loading but nothing ever happens. Please fix these issues! Thank you.

Please fix. Order says no curbside service. Had to call the store and they do have it for the feed we ordered. It’s worked every other time. Then it doesn’t send us to next town over store but one an hour away. Highly inconvenient, annoying and in the time if COVID-19 dangerous.

Great interface!. The Tractor Supply Co. app did a remarkable job creating an interface that is simple, straightforward, and easy to use. I purchase all my tractors from TRC due to the app’s easy use! I can always find what I’m looking for in my area thanks to its GPS capabilities. Highly recommend joining the neighbors’ club too! If I could give it 6 stars, I would!

Delivery fulfillment. It’s very upsetting that I can’t get the items I need delivered to my home or a local store. When and item says “available online” then proceeds to show me ZERO availability for any stores closer than 30 miles away, this is very upsetting. I’m not sure what needs to be done to change this but it needs to Happen. Maybe some smoother development and refined/ harmonious results. Please! I’m taking my business elsewhere LOL.

Neighbor rewards email verification not working. I created a TSC membership account and am trying to activate the Neighbors Rewards but I’ve still yet to receive the verification email. It’s been 4hrs and still nothing. You’d think that if it was setup via Apple Sign-in no extra verification would be required as it’s automatically verified via Apple Login each time. Plus when do I start seeing discounts and other perks?

Update broke it. Edit: I reinstalled with the update, but now I cannot find my password and have not received a reset email despite trying several times. I have checked all folders and tried alternate email as well. [s]I can no longer use the app since yesterday’s update. It comes up and crashes or just stays on the home screen. Have deleted and reinstalled. Have turned the phone off and on. This is the only app I have an issue with.[/s] Usually A very convenient and appreciated way to shop for curbside pick up.

Easy to use. This app wouldn’t open but shorty after letting them know they fixed the issue. Easy to understand and easy to use. Love that I can order my items and have them ready for me in a short time.

Same login problems reported back in October. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14.2. One of the other users reported a problem back on October 9th/10th about a login problem with FaceID not working as well as general log in issues with the app. I am having the exact same problem. I can log in through the website without problems on my phone or computer, it’s only the app having this issue.

Sign In Process is Frustrating!. When I first went to create an account, I had a lot of issues and had to reset my password multiple times. Just today I noticed it had signed me out and when I enter my password again it won’t let me in. It keeps saying please provide a password. I store my passwords in LastPass and it doesn’t pull those in automatically! So exasperated! Please make the account sign in experience simple or people won’t do it!!

Total UX Failure. Was able to place a pickup order just fine, but when I was on my way to physically drive to the store, the process was not helpful. There was no way to notify the store we were there, they didn’t answer the phone, and I ended up walking in to get it myself because it was faster than trying to navigate the app/site. Time to do a competitor analysis on Target’s order pickup user flow, because it’s works and is intuitive for users.

Simply not good. I love Tractor Supply! That said, this app is absolutely horrible! The interface is slow. Navigation within the app is sluggish at best and that’s when it responds at all. Just trying to use the store finder aspect is ridiculous. I selected my store and then nothing happens. It just kept on the “locator” page. I’ve had less painful root canals! I ended up deleting the app all together. Better off using the browser version on my phone. At least it’s responsive and way easier to navigate round. What a shame.

Needs Improvement. I wish I had better things to say about the TSC app but it needs improvements. Very slow and lots of glitches. As a rewards member, shipping is suppose to be free over a certain amount. Lately, there seems to be a glitch that is causing it to calculate shipping. I called TSC and the lady wasn’t sure why and told me the way around this was to place the order over the phone so that she could override the shipping charges. But what’s the point of the app if it can’t be utilized for all orders?

Loved this experience.. Ordered potting soil- the big bags that are too much for a regular shopping cart. Ordered online and set up curbside pickup. Got a text and a link to let them know I was in the parking lot. Bags loaded and out of the parking lot in under 5 minutes. Fantastic way to shop. Thanks, TSC!

App is useless. I am unable to join the neighbors club because, even though I’m signed in, it requests “verify email” which I do, however, it never registers in the app that I’ve done so. Also, I forgot my password yet when I click “forgot password” and fill in my email as requested it says a link has been sent to my email. No email ever comes through though. I’ve removed the app and redownloaded to no avail. I get plenty of email sale notices, sometimes multiple a day, so they definitely have my email.

Disappointed. I shop at tractor supply all the time now that I can get curbside pickup and don’t have to wait in long lines. So I was excited about the new app. I signed in, put the items in my cart, and could not pay. The button for “proceed to payment” would not light up. I did not see any errors and could not get it to work. So I went back to the regular website and found that it has lost all of my preferences, phone number, stored credit card info etc.

Items not in stock and charges account. If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to order through the app first time ever and it charged my account then not even 5 minutes later I get a email saying my order is canceled so I call the store and they say sorry our count is off but the charge “should” drop off so I ask well what if it doesn’t oh well I’ll give you a different number to call for further support then and the item I ordered is still online to order 😡🤬 so aggravating never again I will be deleting this app after I make sure I get my money back

Disappointed. Apps down and won’t load cart. Websites down and won’t load cart or let me sign in. Really need these to work. I need to order my dogs food. What’s going on? And going to my local store does no good cause what I need is never in the shelf’s. Please get the app and website back up and working. You’re a great store and we need you lol.

Something specific. When I get started on a project and I don’t have what I need I come here for that something specific that I just don’t find anywhere else. It could be plumbing, electrical, garden or shed related projects. This place gets me thinking on the right track and I’m able to complete my project.

Okay but crashes. When I type in the search, it randomly says no connection when I am indeed connected. Sometimes this causes the app to close out. When I’m actually able to search, it lags so hard sometimes that it crashes then too. Maybe it’s just my phone but considering it’s 4 months old...I doubt that.

Payment buggy. Payment screens for credit cards are buggy. City field keeps blanking out regardless of whether I use the hand entered or suggested address option. Then CCV blanks. Maybe other stuff is missing too but now I’m tired of re-entering and re-entering info. There’s no indication of a problem other than the place order button is grayed out, so I have to hunt through the screens to find out what info got dropped. Not usable, unfortunately.

Annoying Red Badge. Periodically, a red badge shows up on the app. When I open the app to what the alert is about, there’s never anything there (that I’ve been able to see). The is great and does what it was meant to do, but getting a red badge every week is annoying. If I turn that off in the iPhone settings, I afraid I won’t get the info I need on the orders I place. I go to TS about once a month and spend about $50, so I know the store and app are there, I don’t want or need the reminders...annoying as heck!
