Doesn’t work. Doesn’t work!

New update. New update doesn’t allow me to see all my tables on the floor plan even when I pinch to zoom out.

Horrible experience. Sales and tech staff are of zero assistance, hard to use, hard to train on. Locked into a long contract with zero assistance from sales. Don’t waste your money

LANDSCAPE. make landscape compatible now 😡

LANDSCAPE. It would be INCREDIBLY HELPFUL if you could use the app in Landscape on an iPhone.

Good could be better. Resy is an expensive platform as it is, the reason why we switched to a lesser known competitor. We ended up back at Resy but it needs help: 1) multiple tables selected for blocked, unblocking, clearing. 2) ability to customized text messages without forking out $100s more on top of the existing pretty hefty price tag. 3) server rotation as an option, along with server sections. 4) integration with POS…. Please SOS

New update not good. Please fix this! The newest update has so many glitches, not showing reservation history, not following through with basic operations such as noting when tables are done, etc Have many other services that would love our business please fix asap

Poor quality. It LOOKS similar to open table. But after using that system for a couple of years and then switching to this system. As a hostess, this system drags and is hardly user friendly compared to OT. There are ups and downs to every system but really this one just has more downs than ups.

App is broken sales staff is horrible. One of the worst experiences we have ever had in dealing with sales staff. Pushy, won’t allow us to exit contract. App works half the time, misses a ton of features open table has. 0/5

Unusable! Stay way.. Cannot change reservations. Cannot change status. 500 errors. Support is no where to be found. Way to go AMEX … taking care of small business. Monday will be the day I speak with TOCK and stop taking AMEX. Thanks for undermining our success.

Terrible platform. Only tech that makes sitting guests more difficult. Has no business in reservations.

Useless. App won’t even open

A true partner to the industry. Resy really cares about the restaurant industry and listens to our feedback. I appreciate all they have done to push hospitality forward.

Always a problem. Very bad app. Always small problems with running it. And now, it doesn’t even open anymore. It knocks us out constantly even after reloading through the App Store. The programmers should be ashamed of themselves

It’s cheap for a reason. Sooooo slow

Works most of the time until it abruptly fails. We have had Resy for a long time until the other day, the app kept taking us back to the home screen when we tried checking our reservations. The app just couldn't be acccessible and we didnt know what was wrong with it. Dissapointing

Booking issue. I can’t make a booking on my iPhone when I press the + button.

It’s Good, but needs a HUGE feature.. I’m the General Manager of the number one fine dining restaurant in Chattanooga. We use Resy, and for the most part it’s great. But ONE FEATURE IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO ADD WE NEED A BLACKLIST! When I have to kick a guest out for sexist, racial, or perverted garbage, I want to block them from being able to make a reservation again. Sure I can tell them, “you are no longer welcome here,” but just last week had a banned racist couple come in and the host was new and didn’t know. For the love of all restaurants countrywide. We reserve the right to refuse service, but Resy does not help in any way toward that end. Please add it. Then it’ll get 5 stars.

Great for slow restaurants. Not up to speed in design they sell better than design

Constant updates. Why? Are there so many updates. It’s never ending and still it doesn’t work.

Great. So much better than OT …. Way better than OT which is now copying Resy and playing catchup. Also reasonably priced vs the racket that OT is.

Please fix your app. Your app freezes a lot and it is a problem when we check ppl in or confirm reservations. Please fix this problem ASAP.

Last update giving issues. Please fix the guest history bug, we need this information!

So many issues & glitches!. We love the texting chat function, but that's about it. Nothing else works well on Resy from a restaurant operations standpoint.

App won’t load on iPad. After the newest update ResyOS has bega to give problems opening up the app. Before this update the app was working just fine. It works fine on other iOS devices besides the iPad. Is anyone else having this issue where there app will not load anymore? If so please please give some helpful information if possible. Thank you.

Mediocre. The fact that you can’t search for a guest name, you *have* to use a telephone number to start a reservation, is completely inefficient and ridiculous. I’m really hoping they change this soon.

Never works. So frustrating, so many glitches

New update sees daily crashes. Everyday since the update there have been major issues. For a platform backed by AMEX it it’s quite silly that they can’t get this fixed. I have instructed my staff to delete and reinstall everyday to skip the data errors, the un-updated reservations, and not being able sit walk-in tables (just to name a few). I’m willing to update my review once RESYos updates the bugs.

Works half the time. Resy constantly has issues on both the customer side and the restaurant side. Half the time when we try to book a reservation it says lock timeout fail ID. We have no idea what that means but it’s extremely frustrating to not be able to make a reservation for a guest on RESERVATION app! I’ve contacted them countless times and it’s still not fixed. We’ve had resy for 2 years, some things work some don’t. Annoying

Efficient. This app does everything I need it to do and support is always there for our team. The easy setup is great and manageable by anyone with a brain! All these 1star reviews seem suspect, but, eh. The price is the prize! You’re not going to find anything comparable to Resy at this price point. (Check out OpenTable’s monster fees!)

Consistent bug. There is a bug that constantly prevents going back and saving the floor plan made, I had to redo the whole plan three times until it finally saved, very inconsistent and buggy

Good app. Good app so far

Bad update. This last update ruined the app - I can’t access some of the tables on my floor plan because it won’t let me pan out for some reason, and the view of the tables/turn times seems to have regressed, making it look very outdated

It doesn’t refresh. We don’t get customer’s reservation when they show up because this apps doesn’t refresh automatically. I have to delete from browser and login again every 10 or 15 min.

Great for our full service restaurant.. All the 1 star are from opentable employees. Nice try. I don’t know of any restaurants not happy with Resy.

New Update. Since the update, half of the app’s essential components won’t load. It’s the same on all the devices we’ve tried it on. I can’t even assign sections to servers.

Last update keeps quitting. While trying to log in.

Vertical orientation gone with new update. Please fix!! New update won’t allow the app to operate in vertical (upright) screen orientation. Very bad for restaurants that have iPad stands.

Poor app design and optimization. Been using it for 5+ years, I can say with confidence it’s probably the worst optimized app I’ve ever used. It’s always full of bugs, updates mostly makes things worst. It’s a shame to have such a poor app from such a big corpo… they have the funds to do better than this, this is made for professional use… yet …
