This game is fun!. I really enjoy this game! It’s cute and really relaxing!! The graphics are also really nice which surprised me, the customers are SOOO adorable!! It’s easy, fun, creative, and worth the download.

Just ads. Ads for everything. To level up certain things as well as almost every tap. An ad will pop up randomly. I got out of the menu and an ad popped up. Lol 😂 oh man. The game wasn’t even that good to begin with. Don’t bother wasting your time with a game you will be watching more ads than playing. You been warned.

Fun until 40. Fun game to play to pass the time but since I got to cake 40 there are no new merges. Please update.

It's okay. I thought I'd like it more but.....sadly I don't. There's an awful lot of ads and there's not a whole lot of levels. I'm just not a big fan. I've Uninstalled the game.

Fun game, nice looking…why that price?. I liked this game! It was a fun try and I’ve been looking for food-related games. Merge games have been my thing lately and I saw nice reviews and thought why not? Downloaded it, played for a bit, enjoyed my experience. It’s not that hard to level up or anything, the gameplay is simple and everything looks very nice!!! As I got up higher into the tiers, I noticed my phone was having tons of trouble. Heating up a lot, things were slowing down, that sort of deal. I don’t think a game like this should be heating my phone up that badly, or slowing down, when I’m only on Tier 12 of cake… Along with that…a WEEKLY subscription? I understand ad revenue—you need to be able to make changes and make your game better, and I fully respect that—but…weekly subscription seems a little bit much to me.

Ads every minute. More ads than any game I’ve ever played. In the store using your coins to get a box (presumably to AVOID an additional since you’re using your coins)? Nope, watch a short ad. Want a box without using your coins? Watch a long ad. There is never any more plates or upgrades, just new pastries to combine to earn.

Update was a shame :(. This was a great game until it’s been updated!! It was nice leaving food on the tables, but now you have to have specific foods for every customer and they won’t eat anything else? If the game was to change like this, I would have expected the cost of each baked good to be cheaper...but it stayed the same. This went from a fun game to a game that requires way too much attention. I have to delete it unfortunately, it’s a shame really.

Stuck at Level 50. It was fun for a while I didn’t mind the ads honestly but now I’m stuck at level 50 and I can’t merge cakes pass 40... deleting now guessing I beat the game?

Almost perfect. This game was a great time killer. I didn’t have to stop like with most idle merge games. This one kept me interested. Of course no game is perfect. There is always more room for improvement and I would like to see some updates.

Boring. Same thing over and over again, merge, serve people, merge, serve people. It’s ok for about 30 minutes then it’s really boring and repetitive. Automatic upgrades to furniture, no customization. Not that great

Tap A Cake. One of the tasks to earn gems is “tap a cake” what exactly is that? Ads are excessive but not going to lie, the game is entertaining.

Like the game but….. I really like the game and it has become my go to game but I’m running into an issue and I’m not sure if I am just missing something in the game. I have watched ads so my plates are filling automatically with cakes that are higher level like 8 but some customers now want cakes of low levels like 4 and I don’t know how to get those now. Thanks! Otherwise very fun game!

Fun but short. It’s pretty fun, and the different pastries look delicious! I just wish they’d update with new desserts and upgrades.

Simple. This is the least complicated merging game I’ve found and I love it

It’s fun... ads are not bad. I’m a little surprised how fun this game is. It has ads but they are incorporated into the game to help you get extra items and you don’t have to watch them if don’t want to! There are some pop ups but it’s really not that bad! I understand the concept of ad revenue for a “free” game. Some games have a ridiculous amount of pop ups but this one does not! You can actually enjoy the game and not feel like it was a game created to only make money from ads! It’s made for playing and it’s a lot of fun!

I like the game, BUT. I tried to sign in on an iPad because it’s just too small to see on my phone. Even though I’m signed into Game Center on both devices, my 25 levels of achievement doesn’t show up on the iPad. Apparently I have to start over at level 1. Not pleased. (If there’s a way to fix this, please let me know and I’ll change my review.)

Week of play time. After you play it for a week you’ll be out of cakes to merge in to a higher level.

It’s pretty good. It’s a lot like every other Merge game, but I think the concept of actually being active instead of idle like so many others is nice.

Nothing Else To Do After Cake Level 40?. The game is a fun time waster. I paid to remove the ads. Now the cakes won’t merge any further than 40. I guess I finished the game. Would be nice if they added more levels and added some type of variety of daily tasks or something.

Stuck on level 50. I like playing this while listening to podcasts. However, I’ve been stuck on level 50 for over 1 month. No matter how many merges O complete, nor cakes served my level Xp doesn’t increase. This was normal, then I got to level 50 and boom no xp credit given regardless of gameplay completion. So, given that...I’ll probably move back to bakery story or some such.

Way too many ads.. I get you guys are trying to make money, but the ads are so excessive that the game play becomes frustrating really quickly. I might have enjoyed this game if this weren’t the case, but the amount of ads merits only a one star review because this is less a game than a blatant marketing scheme.

Good but.......... This game is good but every time I play it, I just feel so rushed! With all the customer's coming in and wanting something that I don’t have it just makes me feel very stressed out.

Pretty addictive😋. I’m just really into the whole merging part of the game. The multitude of merged cakes are a visual sensation and give me an urge for cake in real life. When I get bored of merging cakes, I can switch to the role of a waiter and serve the cakes I’ve made - I love the combined cook and waiter role the player gets to serve in this game. There are ads and I’ve seen more ads in this game than any other, but that’s really my fault since I always click the ad option for more mystery boxes and cakes. I’d rather watch like loads of ads in order to get further in the game. So I can’t really complain when it’s my choice to see more ads. It’s very rewarding to unlock new cakes and upgrading your bakery in this game. My only real complaint is that I’ve unlocked all the cakes - I’m up to cake 40 now - and all the upgrades for my bakery. I wish the game would update soon with more cakes and such. Maybe there could be bakery wars - I don’t know how those would work - or leaderboards for most liked bakeries. Just a few ideas, but more cake updates are definitely necessary.

Allstate ads. Every time I get an Allstate ad, it freezes. I have to close the game and reopen and I don’t get my reward. Sometimes the Royal Match ads do this.

Really?. So I got this game two frickin days ago and I am already making tier 17 cakes it is the most simple game, although I did get stuck where i could not do any moves, I was so freaked out that I threw my phone across my room so then I had to get it fixed but when i got it back I was down right furious that I saw a ⓈⓉⓊⓅⒾⒹ ⒶⓈⓈ trash can so I dragged a cake over to the trash can and screamed bloody murder (I know I use adult tense and btw I did not scream “BLOODY MURDER“ I just screamed like I was bloody murdered) so then i just kept on playing leaving a crust circle on that spot so I know.

I Can’t Really Play. I have an ad that keeps running on a continuous loop. I wait for it to finish and then it starts over. If I catch the ad at the end when I can exit a pop up asks me if I’m sure I want to exit and I click yes and the ad restarts. If I catch it at the end where I can exit and I tell the pop up to continue, the ad starts again. I’ve tried lots of ways to turn off the ad but it always restarts. Can’t access help from an ad.

The frequency of showing ads is crazy.. Even you don’t press to see ads, ads still show up automatically. So disturbing!

Too many ads. This game is really fun but being interrupted by ads every minute sometimes 30 seconds is really aggravating and made me stop playing. If you don’t want to pay weekly for the game or spend a good amount of money on gems to proceed with updating the bakery which you need to continue on with the game you will be watching ads more than you are playing the game. 2 stars because it’s actually fun but just not playable with the ads that usually cause the game to crash.

Wait what?. Okay so I been playing this game for months I think and I enjoyed playing. There are a few nitpicks but I still liked it. Then the new update came out and I got one thing to say. What. The. Heck? I like these merge games because I could be off doing my own stuff and still get stuff. But NOW this is not even a idle game anymore. Absolutely NO ONE asked for these changes. some of the customers ask for stuff that you don’t even have yet. What on earth where you people thinking when making these changes? Some of them are good like the timer that shows how long it takes for someone to be done. That’s a good idea but the rest? Oh Heck no please for the love of god change it back I miss the old merge bakery. Cause I don’t wanna wait a long time to get the food required to satisfy them. ONE STAR FOR THIS GARBAGE UPDATE!!!

Need more cakes & levels please!. I’ve had this game for quite awhile & have played through 3 times to level 40 cake & level 50xp. Was excited to see a daily mission to get to level 51xp but after playing for at least a couple of hours on level 50 there is no sign of xp going up 🥺 it’s my last mission for the day & won’t get bonus mystery box if I can’t do it. Is there higher level than 50? To those people complaining about ads, I’d paid when I first installed game to remove ads but now it’s changed to subscription which I won’t pay for. If you don’t want ads turn wifi off like I do, you can play as long or as little as you like without ads 😉

Great game but ads insane and make unplayable. Really could see potential with this game, and I’m all for watching ads when for free. However this was ridiculous. Every 20 seconds ads were popping up, couldn’t get any rhythm having to stop all of the times. Some ads were full 30 sec too. Could have been a winner with more breathing space between ads. Have since deleted.

Paying to remove ads is a scam!. I paid $5 to remove ads and it did nothing. I still get ads constantly and now I’ve just wasted money for nothing.

Great game however........ This game is great, it is simple with an interesting goal. Creative and innovative as it may be, I cannot help but complain about one thing. I enjoy making the experience more organised by putting the products in order of number. When I do this it ends up using all the spaces so I cannot merge anymore because there is no room to buy the same product. I have had to delete the game and reinstall it several times in order to even play. I feel that the developers could make this no longer a problem if they included something like a garbage can or a ‘sell item’ slot so that you can get rid of an item and continue playing. I have seen this in many other merge games like merge plane and have found it very useful. If the developers could take that in mind I’m sure that Merge Bakery would be much better for it.

Helppp. Love this game but i got to level 50 and unlocked all cakes. But my next achievement is unlock level 52 i havent even moved up a level in over 2 weeks whats on the go?!

BATTERY DESTROYER. I played this game a few times for maybe 2-3min at a time and went from 100% battery to 20% each time. It’s insane how this app operates.

Pretty good!. So far I’ve been loving this game a lot! But an update came out recently that made a lot of the early game cakes look different which I’m still getting used to. You added blueberries to the pancakes but you didn’t put maple syrup on the waffles? Come on devs!

Stuck on Level 50. I loved this game for weeks, but once I got to level 50 the game stalled. I can not move pass level 50 and can’t merge cake 40, so basically it’s just stagnant

Heavy ad machine. Pro: core a little interesting: mix of serving customers and merge games. That’s really it, nothing complex and at most is worth a $0.99 or $1.99 one-time-purchase to me. A higher price would require much more content from my perspective, though. The premise of the game is overall very basic and is designed in a way that ensures tension during play (customers are waiting on you to get that match, bro). This would be fine on its own since this tension is a hook... but this tension is not alone. It’s couples by a large number of ads and a subscription model all set up to get you to pay or more or less eventually fail at the game. Problem 1: Subscription Model Want the ads to go away? $2.99 per week, pls. WOW :-| PER WEEK!!! Let me stress that $2.99 weekly is just an extreme asking price for this game, but asking for that EVERY WEEK is truly obnoxious. This is not a game that includes social elements, guilds, groups, friends, or literally anything. There are no actual features involving other people, so I cannot see a subscription of any form being justified. From what I can tell, the only networking functions in the game includes serving ads (not a feature) and providing a way to buy in-app purchases (not a feature) - THAT IS ALL! This game does not appear to have recurring costs of any kind to maintain. It boils down to “what are people willing to pay and how often are they willing to pay it?” If you want to pay for it, go ahead, no hate! But if you think this is just how games are, they are not. The vast majority of other developers would never do this for a game that’s so devoid of features. Problem 2: Ad hell It’s not a horrible game, but the ads are everywhere. Once I received a notice to play an ad for a free pastry. I declined and then got an add anyway for exiting the menu lol Not intentional, I’m sure. And I understand the devs have to make money, but IT IS NOT AN OVERSTATEMENT TO SAY that if you follow all offered adds for bonuses, etc. YOU REALLY WILL BE WATCHING ADS MORE THAN PLAYING THE GAME. Kind of shocking how often ads are used and how many ways they’re used. Obviously this makes the wacky subscription model more “sinister” since it’s obvious they are heavy on the adds to encourage you to subscribe.
