Festusestus. I hope I never had the displeasure of needing cox again. The service is awful and the tech-support is even worse. Two days without business email with no end in sight. What an awful way to run a business. What an easy way to put me out of business. Thank you cox

Very helpful. Great for managing call forwarding and other options.

Voice features. I shouldn’t have to log on to website to use all the 40 features I pay for. The only thing included in this app is call forwarding. More features that turn on and off should be available on this app. For example, remote office! Act of Congress to use it.

Terrible. Can't view bills on my macbook so I download the app "Unknown error" That's the only functionality the app offers Horrible

Cox Business is the worse company to deal with!. Cox will Promise you the world, watch out once you sign the contract then they will Not help your company except to charge the SH_ T out of you! The Business Phones are awful and Business Security stop working and I was not notified, asked Cox remind me what I am paying for! Never received a response. Left bad reviews No company person has ever notified me or to see how they can help me to work together to improve my Business. All I get is a extra bill when you asked to get a technician to fix there problem!

Thanks for throttling my speed. I’m still in a contract with cox business internet for another two months but decided to switch to T Mobile 5G home internet since cox was delivering speeds nowhere near what I’m paying for. There’s no excuse for getting less than 10mps if I’m paying for 100mps. I now pay $30 less a month with T Mobile and get speeds up to three times faster. Didn’t expect to get 300mps through my cell phone provider but I’m truly grateful since I need reliable internet for work. Cox does not take care of its customers and I’m happy to have other options in my area now so I’m no longer trapped by their subpar service.

When it works. I was in the beta iOS 13 program and the app was working fine. I went back to iOS 12.4 and now it would not let me log in. States server is not working. Not a good look.

Great GUI and Support. System is very user friendly and the tech support is great for my area ! I have had a few issues and the service times are a bit slow due to back up orders. Over all great company though would recommend!

Not great for IP Centrix users. Basically useless for phone system settings

Customer Service Tech Eli is Fantastic!. Called in because I totally messed up my business account when attempting to forward the phones. Eli not only helped me fix it, but took the time to teach me what I was doing incorrectly and how to make sure I do it correctly in the future! Thank you very much!

Quit asking. It’s annoying.. Quit asking me if I like the service. There is no one else to choose from.

App Doesn’t Work. You can’t login to the app. I wrote another review, but i guess the company has protection against genuine and negative review

Doesn’t work and more issues. Well, needed this app this morning and turns out it won’t work with iOS 12.4 (the worst update from Apple in a long time). Add to that and the Cox MyAccount system will only handle 25 accounts. I have over 30. Not a great system.

Please make the app compatible with M1 Macs. Currently I cannot get past the login screen of the Cox Business app when running on my M1 Macbook. It displays a "Device Not Supported" message and says my device is rooted, it is not. Please fix.

Cox at its best. They have amazing customer service and they are excellent

Show data usage. Please offer a function to show the amount of data used during a month. Similar to the residential app.

Trash company. Been trying to down grade my irrelevant camera system that got my shop broken into 3 weeks after having them installed. These people are truly terrorists. Been giving me the run around every time. Contract is up in 9 months. I can’t wait till I’m rid of this nightmare. And if cox is the only service provider my location can receive. I’ll gladly move my business.
