I love app but I would like to see a couple of things added. I love this app a lot ! This is my go to app that I use when I want to apply animated text to my films. I really would like for you all to allow us to have the option to add our text to a transparent background so that we can export the animated into other film editing apps to use in our vlogs made on the iPad. Or if you would allow us to add video clips into the app which you already do but allow to add text throughout the full duration of the imported video clip. When i add my Video clips, it cuts my video clip off instead Allowing it to add texts throughout the whole clip.

Coined response for common issues. It’s an app - many out there that do the same stuff. If you get too fancy the app will crash esp with using company imported Logos and support knows this and uses coined responses and reasoning for it. I don’t have time to capture all the data and send to them to fix myself yet they want me to do their work for them. 80 percent of the time the app works fine but with a few issues like when you move everything to Instagram the size of everything is blown up and half your images are now unseen. I have to remember only the middle third of the screen will import the actual images I’ve worked on. For $90 a year these should be top concerns that they fix and fix without asking me for assistance on how to fix it or capture the data from crashes. Well I have a year left of this nightmare but semi useful app that has limited templates…. Oh let’s not forget a simple post isn’t a post on this, it always defy to a real. Ok I’m done … might change the stars if it gets better over the year.

Great App / Recent Sound issues. I've been using this app for a few years now. I'm a pro subscriber and I've never had any issues with it. But just recently within the last few months, for whatever reason, I cannot hear the music when I am creating. The only time the music plays is after I save it. This is only for external music I uploaded. Sound from inside the app work just fine. It's very frustrating to try and create around a certain beat and I can't hear it until after I'm already done. I also have a new phone now and the issue it still there. I hope someone can look into this.

Needs update. Love the app! Works great and is very helpful for creating social media content. However, I just had a boosted post on Instagram be rejected because of not using the updated version of the Facebook app logo in my social card in the video. So, I open up mojo to update it with the correct logo, and the only option is the one I already have - which is now outdated. Once the app has been updated to include the appropriate branded icons so we can actually use this for social media cards that pop-up in our videos - I will gladly restore my 5 star rating! Thank you all for this app though, it really has made things easy up till now.

Wow. This app is incredible. It takes everything to the next level with little effort. Each story I post using Mojo at least one person messages me to ask what I used! Sometimes the app crashes- but I found as long as I don’t go overboard with videos and text in a single slide it does okay. Truly. This app is easy to use. Well worth the price for premium. Just outstanding!

Love it! Hope for more features to come. I love this app! I started using it to design IG stories for a client and she LOVES the results! I do hope to get more customization in the future such as an undo/redo button, the ability to freely move around or resize photos within a template, and the ability to insert certain lines and shapes on a timer (similarly to how you can insert text boxes). I think features like that could make the possibilities of this app limitless.

Wow wow and wow so happy. Update: why I can add text without any animation? I am extremely happy with Mojo app. First, the price and what you get is very fair. Second, it brought my stories into completely different level- It brings endless animation layouts (which is a great for the stories), than you can add text, music and stickers and set up their own timing. I am completely willing to pay for this app because it offers all I need. Actually one more thing would be great. I discovered app "over". Which is really cool too because they have opt, like gold brushes etc and other graphic... I combine both Mojo and Over together: first in Over I create the template (add the frames, the gold brushes etc.) and Than I go to Mojo (cherry on the cake) to add the moving text, animation, music etc. It's a great couple apps BUT wish that I could do all of this in one App instead of switching between two (plus Over is a bit disorganized and pricey.

Great App. I am a pro subscriber and manage social media for several accounts with more than 1m followers. I love how easy it is to create content with little ease compared to having to pull things into Adobe. However, the back end programming on this app is horrid if you have more than one device you are trying to sync. Once I synced my phone, my iPad tried to sync and now just crashes every time I open it. When I opened a project on my phone that I started on my iPad, every photo deleted itself and it messed up to the point of me having to restart the project from scratch. The timeline could be significantly improved but is a good start. Would still recommend the app even with the issues above.

I LOVE THIS APP AND USE IT CONSTANTLY. Wow. This app is so good. So so good. Ive used so many other apps to make my instagram stories and promote my business, but this one blows the other ones out of the water. I can’t seem to find a single flaw with this app. I love it so much. It’s very similar to many other apps, but stands out due to the vast variety of fonts and different customizations. Please keep releasing more content and making new fonts and designs!

Amazing app!. I been creating content on this app for over a year now. I manage 8 social media accounts and all my clients are happy with my work and creativity. This app has helped me run my business. If are good with photo and video taking that will be a huge plus because after using this app over and over you will be able to understand exactly the shots you need and automatically the template will come to mind. I have about 12 logos uploaded. Tons of great fonts. And great stock images...pro account obviously.

What happened to the FX feature?. Hello Mojo Team! Yesterday I was playing in Mojo and found this amazing FX feature that let me do all sorts of cool overlays to my video. I was really excited about the bubble one— the next time I opened the app— the feature was gone…? Just wondering what’s up with that. Thanks! Still 5 stars cause this is the best story app out there.

So many issues. First let me start with I do actually love this app and how it helps my business. HOWEVER, I experience a lot of glitches/errors that had also hinder my ability to create content. I paid for a year long subscription, so I have a Pro account. I’m not able to upload media to the story templates. It always acts like it’s downloading and the glitches to where I can’t upload media. I have deleted the app multiple time and re download(I lose all my prior content arghhh) and then still not able to create content. I don’t want to unsubscribe because like I said I love what I’m able to do when it’s working. I hope someone can help figure out the glitches I experience.

Very limited editing possibilities. I can’t believe I paid $40 for this app. You can’t even see the timeline of your video, content or music to edit them. The sound they provide for you is limited, and when I wanted to download my own sound or song Mojo Pro couldn’t find them. After doing some research online, even the Mojo help site/blog about uploading music doesn’t even give you the format they accept. I really think the app isn’t well done at all as an editing tool. Not sure whats up with all the good reviews. I ended up trying Inshot and this was exactly what I wanted. Mojo Pro needs to be more like this. If customer service or who ever from the company reads this, I would appreciate a refund.

Excellent app so far. I have been using the app for a half hour and I am not tech savvy and was able to Create a professional looking story to Instagram immediately. I wish there were more options to choose from with regards to templates. I also would like to switch between personal account templates and professional. It gives you the option once when you purchase membership but no option to switch Back and forth.

Amazing app, needs some more editing features. Let me just start that I LOVE this app, it has helped me create fast and professional looking designs for my clients which is amazing! However, I only gave 4 stars because there needs to be more editable features. My clients are very particular about font spacing and it is impossible to animate and space the fonts out like I want to. Also, there needs to be some kind of feature where you can add pictures/media that isn’t a part of the template. Right now I am using the logo feature to add photos which doesn’t seem very user friendly. Mojo, please PLEASE give us the ability to kern fonts and to import media!! Other than that, this app is AMAZING, but it could be even better!! -Mayli

Content Creator’s BFF. This app is excellent! Mojo is my Go-To app when it comes to posting aesthetically pleasing content for stories, reels or even feed posts (especially the Remove Background tool). The only things I would like to see tweaked are A) easier access to search and save fonts (like it was before the most recent update) instead of scrolling ALL the way to the left or right, and B) capability to use a dropper to drag and select colors you want to use and save based on the image/video you’re using for content. Other than that, it’s my favorite app, it’s super easy to use and comes with tons of template options. Highly recommend getting the subscription to get maximum use of templates.

Not working. I initially got the free version of this app and fell in love with it! I decided to go ahead and purchase the “pro” version this morning. After subscribing to the year purchase I can not access any of the pro content. I have clicked already pro but it doesn’t work. I have deleted and redownloaded the app and that has still not fixed the problem. I have checked my subscription on my phone and it says I am subscribed but I can’t access anything. It’s super frustrating as a small business owner. I wanted to use this to elevate my marketing but it’s a bit of a letdown now.

Can’t Edit Text Crashes A LOT. A lot of text that you don’t have access to be able to edit. For instance, it’s no longer December but I want to do a month in review video but can’t change to February or January. Also I do a lot of work adding clips/vids to have it crash after all the editing cue points etc. no thanks. Hard pass for $39. Also not all music loads once you start importing to instagram. Yes I know you add music while on Insta but if it doesn’t recognize the track…it won’t load AND Mojo doesn’t give you the track names on their side so good luck!

Love it but….. Love the app, can we have the option to add our own stickers? Also have the option to delete our fonts we uploaded ourselves? I accidentally uploaded the same font twice and want to get rid of the duplicate. Also for the text transitions can we have the option of turning it off and simply leave the text effect? I want to use the the glowing text effect but don’t really care for the transition…I wish it had the option to turn it off or choose a different one.

Hands Down the Best. I don’t generally write reviews. I click the stars and keep it moving lol! However, this app is so good for my business I had to take the time to recommend this app to ALL business owners! Makes advertising so easy! I loooovvvveeeee this! I had several other apps that you purchase the pro, and the templates never update. Well not Mojo they always updating with the latest templates. You must get this app. Must pay for Pro. The best 💃🏽

Needs Help. I absolutely loved Mojo. It was great for making cool Instagram stories for my highlights. However, lately I have been having some major issues with the app. When I go to add music and download a song using the iCloud feature, the song will not play out loud, so I can not choose where the song will start from. I like to choose very specific songs for my IG stories (usually that are not on IG already), so for me, this is a huge inconvenience. This hasn’t always been an issue. It has only been happening within the last 3 months. Also, there is a glitch when changing the length of the IG story. It is almost impossible to get the bar to stretch for 15 seconds. I have tried deleting the app then re-downloading it to fix these issues. Have tried using music from my Apple library to fix the sound issue. No luck at all. I have been a Mojo Premium member for a while now, and other than these two issues, I love the app. Just really hope these things get fixed.

App is becoming a major disappointment. The latest update is such a bummer. They have a delete button that’s impossible to hit when you’re trying to adjust the image. Cannot get any work done. Another major disappointment is the LOGO feature doesn’t properly work. When you export the file, regardless of whether or not the you pull from the cloud, it exports blurry AF unless you blow it up full size. Mojo has so many great features and I want to recommend it to others but would love to see them fully figure this out.

Could use some updates. I love using mojo. I love the stories I can create for our company. I love that there are tons of options and I can customize for our brand standards, but it isn’t too overwhelming. Just right. HOWEVER... the stock videos are giving me a TERRIBLE time lately. I will go to upload one of their stock videos into a template and it will either crash my app or just nothing will happen. The video won’t load. It is frustrating and I’ve tried all the tips in the help center but there isn’t a way to easily reach customer service or send a suggestion via email. The other idea I think would be an AMAZING addition on an update sometime is to create a feature to help you time your videos to the slide timing of instagram stories and reels. Some sort of feature that tracks your total project duration for you so you don’t have to manually go through each slide and add up the durations and make sure you are sticking to under the total length of stories or reels. I am sure there is a way to make a very user friendly feature on the app that helps content creators IMMENSELY. All in all it is a great app - just could use some improvements.

Please be careful!. First let me start off saying that I love the app, in my life so easy when it actually worked. I paid for the yearly subscription in my yearly lease is up February 2022. My pro has not worked at all. I have emailed they tell me to reset the app re-download it it doesn’t work I have updated the app and done everything that I’m supposed to and it still doesn’t work! I’m highly disappointed, yes 39 dollars is not a lot of money but as a business owner every dollar counts. Please be careful how you spend your money and also what you subscribe to. To the developers of this app, success only comes when you do the right things.

Color Selector. The color selector is terrible. Wish it would let me save the colors I choose. Too much hassle in the creating and editing area. It’s not smooth editing on top of the premade templates. I kept experiencing issues when trying to select images to add to the template. It would only allow me to place an image in one of the place holders and not the other. Every time I added a second picture it would just replace the previous image even though I’m selecting a different place holder.

Disappointed. I don’t usually leave reviews but here’s mine. I got this app at the beginning of 2020 to help my curate a more cohesive theme for my stories and what not. I’ve had no issues with the app from that time as I knew I didn’t want want to spend the yearly subscription for templates I wouldn’t use. So I created my stories from scratch in the app.(FREEEEE!) And well I thought that was great! “If you don’t want to pay for the subscription, then create the stories from scratch , right…” Eventually I started the monthly subscription and that was enough for me until I realized I wasn’t even using the features within the subscription, so I cancelled it. I said I guess it would be better if I created my stories from scratch again. Welll…. I was appalled!. Now I have to pay to create from scratch?!? What kind of logic is that!?! I get it y’all wanna make money but that is a low ball. It’s best you guys just make the entire app ‘paid for use’ call that the end of it ! Look at your competitor- Unfold. That’s all I’ll say

Used to love this app...sigh. I have a Pro subscription. I have used this app several times for creating social media ads. I would consider myself an experienced Mojo user. My app automatically updated and now I cannot get a multi-page video to save correctly. When it merges the multi-page video into one, it will not transition from the opening page to the next video. The audio continues to play, but the video freezes. I have now deleted Mojo and reinstalled it as a last resort measure. I have lost my entire library. I’d be very cautious of using this app as it is no longer reliable. I will gladly change this review to a 5 star if this egregious glitch can be fixed.

Keeps crashing and I can’t add my own logo. I just paid for pro subscription on this app and it’s starting to annoy me just after two days. I can’t add my brand’s logo to my projects even though I have 4 different versions uploaded. It doesn’t apply my brand colors even though I have those specified and to make matters worse it keeps crashing mid editing. Your help Centre is pretty useless tbh so I feel stuck now. Before you ask my phone and iPad are both updated to the latest iOS. Can someone have a look at my issue? Cheers.

Logos Warped When Added To Videos. I noticed since you’ve changed this app that my logos have been distorted when implementing them into videos. I’m a digital marketer so I’ve used different logos to troubleshoot this and they all come out warped no matter what transition template I use. It didn’t use to be like this, this just just got rolled in with the newer updates. I’m using an iphone 8+ with the most recent update configuration. Please look into this because it hinders the personalized branding for videos which is critical!

App always crashes. I like that I can use templates from mojo & have it go directly to Instagram, but editing original content on this app is so terrible. Just trying to rearrange the media in the order you want it to play or adding new media and rearranging it doesn’t even work. App crashes while editing all the time, even when using a template, even before opening a template to see what sound it uses. Idk why I paid $40 for a year subscription. I am pretty unhappy about it. I would only pay $10 maybe $20/year for the templates. Not worth the time and money to make your own videos on this.

YESSS *Please add more templates. I really love this app!! Deff worth the price but I wouldn’t be opposed to having a lower subscription price. The only thing I wish y’all had more of is templates for Artists, djs, and musicians. I can see my myself using this app more for album teasers & releases. Please keep doing what you’re doing because there’s not a lot of apps that have this functionality for artists!!! You will even have a bigger following if your team does this ❤️❤️❤️

Great App but missing one important thing. Would love to see more emphasis on being able to stick a picture of your brand logo in a corner and have it be able to stay there throughout multiple slides without having to fade in/out every time. Please fix or help me understand if there is a way to fix this! I realize I could save the video and upload it again—but it wouldn’t work if the video was longer than 1 minute...

Slow and crashes. I am using an iPhone 13 pro and and iPad Pro and the app is one of the most unstable apps I have used. I am a photographer and was looking for something to make reels with video and still images. The controls are not intuitive, if you add a video forget it the app just sits and doesn’t respond, the timeline to match the beats doesn’t exist, and the FX option never shows up. On the plus side, the text options are slick. If you are just wanting to showcase one or two photos it works. If you use a template or have 5+ photos, it’s worthless. I bought the pro version…won’t be renewing.

Five Star rating , a must-have tool of industry. I’m not going to lie, I’ve had producers come back after a long run with their draws still to the floor! It’s incredibly simple even for those who can’t help a complex go at creative projects. That said, could a guy please get a moment to partner up? Love the app but seeing issues. I love Mojo, but I recently I’ve noticed a few issues that are unfortunately almost dealbreakers for me as a paying member, one issue in particular: When using a template and trying to compile multiple videos in one slide, you are unable to re-order the videos after choosing them from your camera role. [I took one video, used the “split” feature to break it into 2, and wanted to insert a different video in between, but I can’t] Considering I could probably cut videos the way I’m wanting on TikTok, I feel like this is a basic feature to have within a video editing app, especially for Pro members. Aside from this recent issue, Mojo has been absolutely amazing for all of my video compilation needs (which is why I still gave 4 stars).

Exports are low resolution. This app makes amazing reels but when they’re exported it’s just not high enough resolution that I feel comfortable posting them. I have tried everything. Every setting, every method of saving or posting directly through the app and it’s just not good enough. I love being able to use my logo and fonts and the beautiful templates but when it’s saved, a side by side comparison of the original images or videos shows a reduction in quality. I’m a photographer and want my pictures to be seen clearly! It’s such a shame. I use other apps now that have a quarter of the versatility and options of Mojo but crystal clear exports

Overpriced subscription. I think the app has a ton of potential but the subscription cost is way overpriced based on key limitations. There is no undo button. There is also no way to sort page order. And I really wish nothing would animate while you’re working or looking at the file unless you push play. The free portion of the app is incredible. The other story template apps like Unfold are substantially more affordable, and their business model is based on buying a theme instead of a monthly subscription. So until they can get those missing functionalities built within the app I hesitate to spend anything when competing apps are a lot more intuitive and polished. However, I look forward to seeing the developers evolve this app further.

So amazing and easy to use. I downloaded this app because I wanted to make my Instagram stories a bit more professional looking. Turns out that this is one of the best apps I’ve ever used for my stories. There are so many templates to choose from, if you’re looking for something simple, flashy, business like or something that’s just cool, you’d find it here. I’m really glad I downloaded this app!

Absolutely in love 😍. When I started my photography business Instagram page I wanted something original to use on my stories and even on my page! I love how user friendly it is. The adding of music & different font styles & colors. If you have a business, mojo is the best app to take all your photography & videos and make them come together. I said I been was supposed to write this review but just saw the latest update & said oh no girl go write it now! I love it!

Would be 5 star if.... I have been paying and using Mojo for my small business for about a year now. It’s really suited for us small business owners who often have to wear multiple hats. BUT my BIGGEST two complaints are that I am (1) unable to use this on my laptop desktop. Such an accessibility issue, particularly for me and my disabilities, and (2) can only use it on my Apple ID, therefore unable to give login credentials to a team member so they can create for our company instead of me. These limitations are huge and keep me constantly googling for a replacement to this program so I can stop paying for it. The templates are so lovely and it’s such a great concept - just wish these two issues were changed.

Overall good app that could use a few improvements. I think Mojo is a good app and I use it regularly. Here are some suggestions for upgrades that would make it a great app… 1) Provide folders or a better way of organizing project posts. If you post often and use your previous projects as your own template, scrolling down through dozens of projects to find one can be time consuming. It would also allow you to organize stories in one folder and posts in another. 2) Provide the ability to copy/paste objects from one project to another. Sometimes I use the same art, gifs, or photos in multiple projects. This way I don’t have to search again for a gif or apply the same color format or style to an element I use regularly. I would like to just copy that element to another project. 3) Provide more FX options. Most of the included FX are just variations of “glitch”. I would like to have more options to choose from. There are still a few bugs that seem to persist in newer upgrades but overall the app is pretty solid.

$40-$120/ year for Instagram stories?. Looks like a capable app but I couldn’t tell or test it out. Aside for a blank canvas for which I don’t need any app (use Instagram without nag screens, thank you), EACH & EVERY feature here requires subscription of at least $40 or $10/mo. That’s a little rich for me. As a business owner that rely on Instagram for revenue and spend money on it, I should be the perfect demographic for this. But all this “free download $40 to hit the on switch” nonsense smells greedy and scammy and tells me that after I pay $40 nothing inside would be free either. It’s probably designed to part with even more money building on the instinct of “already spent $40, what’s another few to *really* make it work? Or else my $40 was a waste”. Go screw some other gullible fellow. I would have been happy with a few serious free ones and then buying designs a-la-carte at $.50 each and believe me, you would have made $100/month with me this way.

Minor Detail. Can you make it easier or add another way to organize your stories besides by time/date? A folder or something because I sometimes forget to add some of mine to my story because it’s older and I have to scroll down to find it again. Other than that as others have said quality app and price point and great features. Thanks.

Great but not all PRO features work. Really great app also so fun to use! I’m only giving four stars because the app is SUPPOSED to allow me to link fonts i have stored in my Dropbox, but it will not authentic. I’ve tried every hack on the Internet and still no luck. I’ve emailed support a few times and received back a very odd and unclear response (perhaps English isn’t native language?) that did not resolve my issue of provide a solution. I’ve emailed three times now and still no help. Disappointing.

Business owner. I own a boutique and this app enables me to make stories, reels and tik toks in just minutes with the photos and videos I have on hand. They look high quality and people are so impressed with what I’m putting out. Please keep adding more options regularly. I love love love this app. Well worth the money if you are using it for a business.

iPhone and iPad integration. EDIT: After my review someone from customer service reached out to me very quickly and gave me instructions to click the “already pro” part. It didn’t work at first, but after deleting and re-downloading the app, it worked and it recognizes my subscription on the iPad! I will definitely give it 5 stars now with no reservation! Hands down, one of my top 2 content creating apps!!!!! ——————- First, let me say that I absolutely love this app! I create a large amount of content, and this is one of my favorites. It’s very user friendly and delivers quality videos and graphics. The only reason I I did not give it 5 stars is because I purchased the annual plan, but I’m unable to work across devices like I am with my other content creating apps such as Over, Canva, etc. I should not have to purchase a completely separate plan for each device. Even though I am on my iPad, it should recognize that I paid for the annual plan using my Apple ID, OR I should be able to sign in like other apps. This is the only area that this app is lacking in. If I pay for the pro version on one device, I should be able to access the pro version on all of them.

Bbest social media related app I own. This app is INCREDIBLE. Seriously, wow. The fact that the already insane number of templates are editable to such a deep extent is fantastic. I absolutely love that I can try different templates while keeping the content I was working on. It has made our nonprofit’s content look so sleek and high quality. Honestly the best social media related app I own.

Wonderful but!!!. I’ll just lead with this, it needs the ability to switch profiles just like Instagram! I have two different accounts with different logos and different styles, I don’t want to have to switch out the colors or switch devices to use settings saved for my other Instagram account it slows down the workflow a lot. Aside from that I do love the app with everything it has to offer I think it’s well worth the subscription. It’s the one app I’ve found to be incredibly helpful in adding a little extra sparkle or “wow” factor to my posts. I’ve been a content creator going on 5 years now. So tools like these are life savers for someone who only owns an iPhone and iPad Pro. The templates are helpful and you can further customize the templates to your own unique variation of it with different Combos of text styles and animations. Kudos to the devs for making a wonderful app. The UI is easy enough to navigate and understand but I think it might benefit from a few little tutorial pop ups or like a help icon that tells you what things are or how to change something.

Pro not working. I have been using this app for months. The pro version no longer works on my phone even though I purchased it and it says I have a pro subscription in the App Store. I am locked out of all of my old content I created with pro. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app because it would not give me access to the pro version even though I HAVE it. I lost all my content in doing so and still cant use the pro version EVEN THOUGH I HAVE IT. I don’t know who to contact to get this issue fixed.

Timeline now is worse than ever!. This app was very good, but always had a difficult setting to move in the timeline of element I don't know what happened, but there was some update and a timeline was simply impossible to use. If you add an element it stays all the time in the video and to reduce the time you have to manually pull every second to work at the right time. this made me very angry! this needs to be replaced!

Love the app but updates never workout well. Every single time it’s updated, all logos turn white and some templates disappear. Please fix 😩

Blurry movies. Full of bugs and glitches! 2023. This app has amazing templates, however it’s full of bugs and glitches. So clunky to use. Items won’t delete off the screen when selecting them. The worst part is there’s no choice on export quality and your movies will come out blurry. Very disappointing after paying for the subscription.

Subscription rip. I bought a year subscription which doesn’t expire until October 2020!! It’s only June 2020 and my access to premium has been revoked, no one answers emails either for me to get assistance!

Was good, now it’s gone downhill. As title says, the app was great, I used it a bunch of times to make reels, but after the last update I’m unfortunately going to delete the app and never use it again. The new update adds a watermark which means that it basically forces you to pay the subscription. I miss the old days when apps were free, or it had a one off payment. I’d happily pay a few dollars (maybe even $10) to buy the app but no way am I going to subscribe to the app. I personally think subscription models for apps like these are complete unreasonable, but also, the app just doesn’t get enough new templates to justify continuously paying. Not everything has to be Netflix… Anyway the app was mid from the beginning, but the watermark just lost you a user.

Mojo pro. The app is good but the pro price is way to expensive and the stuff you can’t do with pro are kinda boring

Stunning. This is a social media game changer. Flexible and great results. The team are super responsive too and several suggestions I’ve made have been adapted which is Uber cool. I love how you can add your own fonts in too- makes it really interesting.

Cool app but not perfect. Great app but it continually crashes. Hey had to save each individually page to my phone then reopen the app and do the same thing again multiple times. Also when creating multiple pages the app would crash and I would loose the last page.

Upsetting cause MOJO has a lot of potential. This app has cool features however if you care about the quality of your content you’ll be highly disappointed like myself. Iv followed all their steps to get the best quality exports from the app however it still looks blurry and leaves my content looking unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend to serious content creators or anyone who values the quality of their content.

Can’t log into pro version!. Hi guys, I bought a pro version and since Ive changed my phones I am unable to log back in! There is no instructions to contact Mojo or anywhere that I can log in ect. The app itself is great but very disappointed with the service.

Poor Video Quality. There is considerable loss of video quality when exporting from this app. It’s like plugging in 4K content and being handed back a VHS video tape. This app promises the world and then gives you an atlas. The UX is clunky at best and boarders on frustrating to use. It presents itself as flexible - but is rigid when it comes to customisation. I can not figure out how this app gets such good reviews. To be fair I consider my 1 star extremely generous. I can only image that it’s high reviews come from people that are not aware of what quality looks like. Very disappointing. G

Bugged ALL the time!. Ok so first off, it’s a real easy app to use, and they have really nice template, BUT it would shut on me everytime I added or edited a picture/video, and most times it would shut down just by clicking on a video without having time to edit. You’ll need lots of patience with this app.

Great app!. There was an issue with pro users not having access to the pro features and they quickly fixed it so I adjusted my rating back to 5 stars. Having Mojo Pro is indispensable if you are a content creator. It is so easy to create certain title effects and certain graphical effects that are more difficult in a complicated program like After Effects.

Best App to build powerful Social Media content. I have been using mojo for a long time. I use it for my personal IG but most important for my Business’ social media channels. Instagram app. Just discovered your amazing app. It’s very easy to use and gives my Instagram posts a very varied and professional look.

Amazing tool, with some bugs to fix.. As a pro user, I think this is one of the most useful tools on the AppStore for content creators or social media managers. I use it for doing my actual work and I haven’t found a better one. The stock video footage available is extensive and useful with good quality. Also truth: there some important bugs that affects the user experience and it is kind of limited in some aspects, which I hope could be fixed in next updates. I would totally pay more for a more lineal and precise editing, a more intuitive interface, and further possibilities speaking of titles editing. (For example, one of the coolest fonts, it just randomly selects the highlights in your text when you use it, so it looks pretty, but you are not able to choose the remarked words as you may want).

Great App Terrible Function. Love the edits I can do with this app. But for the LOVE OF GOD FIX THIS! Whenever you make an edit or add a text box it restarts the video or you see a white screen with all of your text boxes- even though you have set them for different duration periods of the video. You will try to move one text box and it makes all of them appear and glitches out. I cannot express how fast I could edit videos if this problem was fixed, IT DRIVES ME NUTS BUT I LOVE THE OUTCOME. Please help :-)

Good App but has issues. Paid for the Pro membership and love the platform. Very user friendly - however no matter what you export to post onto any social media platform - they video or photo you post with moving text is ALWAYS pixelated. As a photographer, I make sure everything is sized and cropped appropriately- however time and time again - when you view the beautiful story you create in Mojo on Instagram or FB - it’s always terrible quality

Looks like it could be good. Unfortunately the demo is not a demo. It’s a promotional tool. Frankly this kind of obnoxious non demo is impossible to use and is immediately deleted from my phone.

Update changed my access. I used to be able to save the non-pro templates and delete the Mojo watermark for a cleaner look. After updating the app, I now have to pay for a subscription to access what had otherwise been free just minutes ago. I’ve had dozens of people ask me about this App and gladly recommended it. They should’ve offered early adopters a discount code or something for helping to promote their app.

Ugh. This app was one of my most used apps for editing reels and stories, but now they’ve made it so you basically have to buy a subscription to use anything. The from scratch templates and text were all I used, but now they’re only available with pro subscriptions 🙈

Lost my story. The mojo app was accidentally deleted from my phone. I had been working on a video for my wedding anniversary and it has been lost. While I love this app and it’s ease of use, I cannot simply give it a positive review. This seems to be a major flaw. There should be an option to save the video to your device. I paid the $49.95 to have the yearly membership and I’m very disappointed.

Unable to create 60 second reels. I’d love for this app to work!!! But it doesn’t. I’ve spent hours trying to figure out how to add music to videos to create 60 second TikTok’s or reels. I even bought the pro version. I contact support too. But nothing. What a waste of my time and money.

Does not save the video properly. I subscribed for free trial and then was going to sign up for yearly subscription but the very first story video I made didn’t save properly. I have used other apps and also video editing softwares and I know what I was doing. The editor on the app showed the video was 15 seconds long, however the final video that would save on my phone would only be 8 seconds long.

Easy to lose work. I keep accidentally closing out my reel by swiping too far while selecting images. There is no way to retrieve the reel you’ve been working on. Forces you to start over and find all the images again. No way to save favorite stick images either. Frustrating! But could be fantastic.

Great but LAGS tremendously. I like this App but, it always crashes for me every time I search for a photo. Though I have amazing templates and it is very easy to use I often find it lagging and I cannot add the photos I want without restarting my phone over and over again. And sometimes I can’t even add the photo I want. They better fix this cuz it’s getting super annoying.

Perfect for small business. I’ve been using this app for over 2 years now for my online makeup store and it is a very inexpensive marketing tool for what you get in return. You can do a lot! You can get creative or make simple sheik designs. I love it!!

Love the app, but..... I’ve been using the app going on a year now. I’ve never had a problem with it & I always get plenty of compliments from people who view my stories or my posts on Instagram for what app I use! But, lately it’s been putting this weird filter effect over videos of my makeup clients when it’s filmed under ringlight. I can’t remove it & ultimately can’t utilize the app at the moment :( woulda gave five stars if not for that.

Won’t Save. After spending 30 minutes editing clips it won’t save my work. I updated the app and tried again. A little frustrating, but other than that it has great templates for quick and easy stories

Subscription Glitch. I paid for pro. I had to delete the app, then I downloaded it again. I paid already but the app won’t acknowledge my purchase. My sister noticed another review where the same thing happened. So I followed this person’s steps: deleted the app, downloaded it, hit “Already pro?” But it just loads for a long time without doing anything or says “there was a backend error.” It’s a shame I had to leave a review like this because until this problem, I was really enjoying it.

Can be the best alternative to After Effects!!!. This apps creates an amazing story presets like after effects. It can satisfy instagram content creators specially if they purchase the pro version of the app. Creating an animated story in the after effects almost takes 15 minutes but via mojo you can create it in just a few minutes

Pretty cool. I really love how easy it is to use. I really wish there was a feature to chose options based on number of media needed. Often I just want to post a specific amount t I’d images and I wish there was a way to only see the ones I need. Like all the ones that only require 3. Etc

Dear Mojo team, I am a subscriber to your pro version since the past 2 months and I love your app but I’m having a problem with it today after I updated the mojo app. I can’t access any of the pro templates and when I’m trying to restore my purchase that doesn’t work either. Lack of Font Support - Horrible Customer Service. I downloaded this app two months ago, and decided to upgrade to the Pro tier. It promised the ability to upload your own fonts. After multiple attempts, I reached out to their support staff. Three weeks and 8 emails (2 of which they responded to, after days/weeks of silence), they have still failed to provide a resolution. Don’t waste your time with this application and DONT UPGRADE TO PRO - they don’t care about helping their paying customers. I requested a refund from Apple. This app had a lot of promise but fails to deliver.

One word to this app EVERYTHING!. If you are looking to be creative, aesthetic, having a different look on your Instagram stories you should definitely download this app. You will find unlimited things to get your stories perfect! There’s a watermark btw.. trust me! It worth it to pay for this app.

REMOVED PIC MANIPULATION???!!!. I loved (past tense) this app. then the holidays “upgrade” happened i can no longer position my pics into the templates provide!!! I can make a pic large or if i select the - Fill option the complete pic appears in the middle of the pic space. so unhappy now and i paid for PRO not the free version. Please mojo - i finally learn how to use an app the way i need it and you change it on me. - disappointed

Love this app. Throughly enjoying this app. It’s fun and easy to use. Two things that would make it easier is if it would state how many photos it would require and then todays issues was that one of the templates wouldn’t show all the pics. Just defaulted the last few to your stock.

Music cannot be turned down. Thqnk you for your great app. There is one tiny thing about the music section. When I wanna add music into my videos, myvoice and speech cannot be heard because music too load and cannot be turned down.

I’d buy if the PRO package wasn’t so expensive. Came across this app on an Instagram ad. I downloaded this app to create visuals for my video content. I was able to find a simple template that I liked but soon realized in order to use different layouts, I would need to purchase the Pro package. I would absolutely have purchased if the app wasn’t so much 🙁. Currently learning how to just work around it, but I LOVE how comprehensive this app is (compared to others).

Crashes Program new Update!. In the new update, when we click on the pro option, the program crashes and exits, what's the problem?

Creator. I love the app and all it brings with it. The problem I’m coming across is that when I post my content I can’t promote it even if it gets a lot of likes and does well. When I post without this apps features it instantly allows me to promote my post. I was disappointed bc I wanted like this to make it easier and look good but what good is it to me if I can’t promote a post for my business.

Cool app but glitched out so badly. I downloaded this app and was so excited for the features! However, when I try to create a video it is so slow/glitchy and I’ll split a video and then delete that part, when I do this it doesn’t get rid of my voice, just the video so the video is playing over the wrong voice. It is super confusing so I think I’m just going to go back to using the captions app.

Not working iPad Pro and iPhone 12 Pro. I’m sure if I would give a 4 star review if the app would work for me. I’ve heard so many great things about this app. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to really dive into just yet. I decided to opt in for the subscription right away, because again I’ve heard wonderful things about the app. I haven’t been able to get it to recognize my subscription, and for that I am not able to use the features. It’s confines to give me an App Store error message. Tried contacting the developer. There was no number but I did send an email.

All. It one thing. This app pretty much does everything I want… besides one thing! The ability to control the timing of transitions. Often times they are too short and non cinematic. I often add them to my cinematic videos and they’re just too abrupt. I’d like to ease a fade or spin or etc in and out. Besides that, it’s the best app at what it does

I love it but.... I LOVE this app. It has taken my content to a whole other level for social media. Resulting in more money and increased engagements altogether. The only downfall of this app which is a major one...when ever I try to export the video, it forces closes to a black screen and I then have to uninstall the app and reinstall. Sometimes even that doesn’t work. Other than that, when I can get the videos to export. It’s a GREAT app.

Exported video doesn’t match edit.. I love the functionality of the app. When I export video to my iPhone 13 pro max, it looks as if there are added frames between clips, this also effects timing of the video which effects the overall feel in a negative way, making the video look unprofessional, so I can’t post the videos I make. Keeps telling me im not connected to internet. I kill myself searching for the perfect pictures and editing, only for the app to tell me its Not connected to the internet and scraps away everything I’ve done. It also doesn’t let me switch pictures if I need to replace, it keeps the same picture!!! So annoying whats going on??!!!

Glitchy, not user friendly. I wanted to love this app because I enjoy making reels but as soon as I purchased it, it’s performance started to tank. I reached out to customer service and they wanted me to send them screen recordings of my issues which then caused me to have to waste time trying to recreate my issue - and then the file couldn’t even be sent. Now the app freezes upon opening. Is it worth the price? Nah.

Love this app. I love this app honestly have been using it for all of my IG projects my only problem with it is I can’t make a video past 180 seconds and for my IGTV post that are a bit longer it would be nice to have the ability to save up to 15 minutes like the IGTV limit.

New phone. Pay Subscription Again?. I just purchased this app and recently bought a new phone right after the purchase. I retrieved all of my old data from my old phone onto my new phone however this specific app is asking me to purchase my subscription again even when I still have my old previous content and still using the same Login information. I am not longer using the phone I initially purchased it on, but I am using the same Apple ID and log in information. Please advise.

Excellent app and great customer service!. Mojo is my go-to for creating Reels and Stories and I’ve tried a lot of other apps, Mojo is the only one I use now. Plus they recently sped up dramatically the time it takes to load my photo albums in the app which makes it much easier and efficient to use! Keep it up Mojo.

Excellent tool with some exceptions. The tool over all is excellent, however the ability to choice a section of a video based on trimming the video is not that intuitive. It also lacks the ability to resize videos besides full screen or zoomed in at a frame.

Could improve. It is an easy app to use with great templates. Sometimes I wish there was more options that the creator did not have to abide to certain templates/looks. I’ve had some trouble worn videos glitching and repeating when downloading the clips together. It makes the videos look unprofessional even though it is a technical error. Please fix this to make videos seamless

Great app. I really like the app. Only thing that I don’t like is most of the features are only available if you pay for the upgrade. There’s still some pretty good free features but they are very limited. I like that I can send the photo in a message or straight to my social media stories. Overall it’s a great app.

Great app but I paid for full and can’t access. I love the apolitical am upset that I have been unable to log on to the app each time I’ve tried. I knew I’d kid for the full version but with everything going on I just thought well maybe I only had a month. But clearly remembered an annual subscription and lo and behold I did. I looks don my phone at my subscriptions and there it was and it expires Apr 5, 2021. So I need answers as to why for months I’ve been unable to use an app I paid for. I took a screen shot to show it shows as “active” in my subscriptions.

SO many bugs and glitches. Just downloaded this app a few days ago. Half the time I edit something or change a reel, the app forces to close. I’ve lost my videos twice. One template it let me add 4 media files. It closed out on me, so I went back to remake it and now it only lets me add 2 media files. And you can’t edit each individual clip like you can on Splice. The free version of Splice is 10x better than Mojo. So annoyed to spend so much time on a reel just to have it erased and not be able to remake it. Back to Splice I go!

Great for artist trying to show case their art!. I love Mojo, because it’s so easy to use and the templates are great! You can choose music and fonts and moving backgrounds for your pictures that you just upload from the device that you are using. I recommend Mojo to all creators!

The Best. This gives me the most control over everything. I can create stunning stories for clients on this app like it’s Adobe After Effects without having to get in the computer. Spend some time with it and you’ll be as impressed as I am I’m sure.

The logo text will not add pictures. When I add the logo text to my project it does not give me the option to add my actual logo picture I am a pro member as well! Can you please fix this issue I love this app and want to use it to its full potential ☺️❤️❤️❤️❤️👌👌👌👌 the only options I get are to edit the logo like you would normal text

Great app for story layouts. I love using this app to create layouts for my photography work to display on my IG or Facebook page, but the “share” to Instagram story or just sharing in general should have an option to save each layout page separately. If my Mojo story is 15 seconds, trying to add it to my IG story as one video gets cut off. Separate pages would fix this issue. Thanks!

No 4K?. Paid for a years subscription and was very disappointed that everything that I upload to mojo gets compressed to the max. I upload only 4K and everything gets compressed to 1080 even for a watermark. This app May be good for stories and such but not for high quality anything. If you have any right mind you’d stick to adobe suite or whatever software you use.

Nice app with font issues. Love the ease in which I can create quick content for social videos. While many of the templates are great, some of them have an issue with not allowing font changes. The numbers charts are really nice, but there’s a snag if you try to change the font. The right side will allow font change, while the left side does not change. Can this issue be addressed, please?

Buyer Beware. I purchased the pro version a year or so ago and made videos, but when I wanted to recently use the templates I used & paid for. I can’t . The app tells me I used the templates during a trial phase but this is false. There is no customer service, so I would not recommend this. The templates are ok , but if you know After effects you can do way more. Mojo is good for quick pre maid graphics but other than that I can’t see spending another $40 to edit my old clips .

Perfect For Social Media Managers!!!. This app has impressed my boss to the point that I got a raise. I have been able to blow away clients back to back with the breathtaking, on brand, professional stories I have been creating through this app. I highly recommend Mojo. I tell all of my coworkers about it.

Worth The Money. I downloaded by recommendation and immediately went for pro. I’ve used it about a month and a half and has really helped me increase engagement on my page with super easy videos to create! In just minutes I can quickly promote the next challenge or raffle! I have no experience in editing and this app makes me look like a pro!
