Cannot save address or confirm email address. Unable to save my primary address. I believe it is because, using the search function by typing in my street name and and then selecting the address with the correct city, it populates the city field as St. Louis and then shows an error about the city name. I then manually enter Saint Louis in the city field and the error resolves but it does not allow me to save the address. When attempting to confirm my email address, I did receive the email and clicked on the link but it said the link has expired, despite it having just been sent seconds ago, and the message directs the user to the app to have an email resent. I do not see where to request an email to be resent.

Worst parcel company. Why would anyone use DHL? They’re the worst delivery company in existence. I submitted a delivery change and it still got delivered to the original address over an hour away from the new address. They blamed USPS & wouldn’t take responsibility. Way to go. They now rate right up there with FedEx. Do yourself a favor & use someone else for shipping. Pay the extra $$. It’ll be better than DHL that’s for sure.

Does Not Work. I attempted to track my DHL shipment with the tracking number provided and the app told me it was invalid. I copied and pasted the number multiple times, eliminating the possibility of user error and it still did not work. If I’m unable to do the one thing I’m supposed to be able to do, which is track my package, I’m not sure what the purpose of the app is.

Simply the worst. This app is just awful, in order for you to get your tracking info it forces you to sign up, and even after that the tracking info isn’t accurate. I waited a whole week for a package and no tracking info was provided except for the original delivery date. My advice to everyone is, if you can use a different delivery method go for, let this company be your last option and that includes delivering the package yourself.

If you get this carrier… IM SO VERY SORRY FOR YOU.. This carrier is TRASH . straight up. They give you a date that you’re supposed to get you package but it’s all LIES. They don’t deliver it the day that’s said. The live tracking is absolutely GARBAGE. it doesn’t work one bit. it stays in the same location FOREVER and claims “ its 2 stops away “… BULL SHX. Also the customer service will not help you at all. ugh! shut this place down please!

'Tap Here' does not work, and. Chat function does not provide Chat staff with my Tracking Number, or I am asked to type it out to them. However it cannot even be Copied and Pasted from the App itself. Kind of dumb. And... I would have to leave Chat when Backspacing in the App to view it. Also dumb. Also the 'How was your Delivery?' Function in the App does not work when pressed as it requests us to do. How else do I reply that it was delivered to the wrong Apartment Building in my Apartment Complex, but someone was kind enough to walk it over and place it at my door. My Building even has the Building Number right on it visible when entering the Apartment Complex. And we are there first Building seen when entering. So... I have to type this here because the App will not allow me to type it within.

Gotta give this app some love.. I was hesitant at first to download this app because of all the negative reviews. But they seemed a bit dated, so I figured, “What do I have to lose?” Right? I could always delete it and go to the company website on my computer. Turns out this app was sufficient for my needs and I had no problems at all. None. Zero. Zilch. Nada. So having said that here on Tuesday, June 9th 2020 it would appear that at least it works just Jim Dandy on my antiquated iPhone 5S that I prefer because it fits into my front pocket. So, maybe they fixed the issues without any fanfare or something. I opened a free account and changed a couple things about the way I wanted the package shipped that was heading my way without ANY problems. Be nice if people would give some props when developers actually fix problems but this is the world we live in. Five Stars.

Responsive Developers. The app had an issue with the iOS 17 update. The developers quickly fixed the issue and now the app is working fine. I’m able to easily track my package. I do wish there was a way to simply mark the item easier tracking within the app. There are simply too many clicks needed when returning. First, I have to select the field for the tracking number. This takes me to a different screen when I then have to select from my recent tracking history. There is a page for items shipped ‘To Me’. However, no matter how many times I enter my waybill number it doesn’t show any results. Also, even though the address in my profile matches the shipping address, it doesn’t show my item. App still needs improvement.

Useless.. I have been trying to make an account on the app to get my package delivered because apparently i have to download the app to sign for it online and it just won’t let me make an account after 20 minutes of trying i don’t know how i’m supposed to get my package and this is all incredibly irritating.

Crappy designed registration. freeWoo@35 that’s the password that I made up to login. Yet this app doesn’t accept it even though it meets the password criteria. Also layout inputs jump all around the screen for example re enter password is hidden behind next button when keyboard is shown. Also I just want to track a package, this should be a simple processs. No app support.

Don’t bother. Just use the website.. The app is slow, cumbersome and simply seems to loads the site for basic things, such as delivery preferences. Unless you really want push notifications, you’re better off using the website. Shockingly low effort for such a large company.

app doesn’t handle tracking/change delivery links. This app tries to launch whenever you click a DHL tracking or release shipment link. However it never shows the actual tracking data or let’s you make delivery changes. It just goes to the default screen as if you launched the app directly from home. So the app actively gets in your way and it’s better to uninstall and just use the website.

Awful, can’t log in. Zero stars if I could. Without question the worst app I’ve ever used. I just can’t log in with the app. I am copying and pasting the login info so know it is correct, and can look at the password and see it is correct, but the app tells me “the combination of email or mobile and password is invalid.” I use the same log in info in a web browser, I log in fine. App deleted.

Great for tracking, utterly useless for anything else. This app is great for tracking but fairly useless for anything else. DHL did not test this app, the UI is inconsistent and badly designed. Details: Cut and paste is not supported. You can’t copy a waybill number from the top of the tracking details page. Selecting text is disabled in that view. In the “in transit” details subview on the “to me” view, if you try to select the waybill number it takes you to tracking details. Even though there is a link highlighted on the right. Really it should allow the waybill to be selected to allow a text cut operation. It should change view only if the link is selected via a touch event. You can’t paste anything in the chat “how may we help you” text box (so if you want to supply a waybill number accurately you’ll need to flip between this app and somewhere else, or write it down and attempt to enter it accurately which is hard to do on a small keyboard) If you have a problem with customs clearance (and since DHL ships a lot from Europe, I this is likely) this app is horrible.

Too compartmentalized. We know this app is for DHL Express shipments in terms of tracking. However, what we’re looking for is one-stop shop where all your divisions’ tracking numbers can be entered and tracked. Does DHL have plans to update or develop such an app? It would be a great tool and people would have a more favorable experience with your company’s app. Think about it seriously. And stop with the cookie-cutter responses.

App refuses to load with password manager.. As others have said, I have FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc and I also use the LastPass app to auto fill my passwords. The DHL iOS app will not load after I enter my password and then press login. Delete and reinstall with the latest update does not help the situation. From the text message, long press the tracking number and I get a new window and a quick response from the DHL website directly. Suggestion for iOS dev, rebuild from scratch. Your existing baseline is critically flawed and a waste of time and memory space. I need to track my products from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other Far East locations. And yes I only use DHL International Services. But this iOS app is for the dogs. It just doesn’t work. Clean sheet it, and rebuild it with a different perspective because the old one is completely broken. Sorry but that is bottom line. February 28th, 2020. App deleted.

Tracking little bit confusing but delivery isfast. Amazing fast shipping I order shoe on stockx didn’t expect to come early absolutely love it DHL yah didn’t disappoint me at all keep up the great work👍🏽🤩.

DHL’s SeeminglDHL’s App has a stunning lack of any useful information. I’ve gotten three shipments thru DHL from two countries in Asia and in each case the app only told me WHEN the item was picked up by DHL from the sender overseas. However, more important details like passing customs, when it is in-transit stateside, the expected delivery date, or when it is out for delivery were never updated on the App. I would get texts to my phone with vague, but at least real-time, updates. In sum, DHL spent a lot of time and money on creating an app which is relatively useless for my needs as an end user. Be ashamed DHL, be ashamed!

Well Executed App. Would be great to be able to create a Waybill on my device and then either print it out or beam it over to a DHL service point or computer so then I can just drop my package off to send basically.

The service his horrible. This review isn’t about the app, it’s about the fact that I paid $200 dollars for some shoes that they were supposed to deliver to me and come to find out that 3 weeks later they LOST THE PACKAGE!! How does that even happen? Not to mention I had to call back FIVE TIMES in those three weeks about the status of my package because nobody from DHL called me back with updates like they said they would. Ridiculous and horrible service.

Can’t log in. I use the same information as I would on the website, but can’t log in. App is useless EDIT: turns out that this wasn’t even the app I needed. What i needed was DHL Paket, which i had to change my App Store region for(US -> DE) . DHL Paket works great. I can’t speak for this app, so I’ll bump the rating to a 3 star, assuming it works as it’s intended to.

An absolute travesty. . The app would not recognise my existing DHL account. I had to set up a new one and that was also a waste of time. It gave the nearest service point was 25 miles away whereas a simple Google map search gave me 10 that were closer. Navigating through their website is not intuitive or user friendly. FEDEX and UPS have taken the time to create apps that work seamlessly. Why can’t a huge company like DHL do it? It’s shamefull

Not the same as DHL in other countries. DHL United States is not the same as the globally recognized brand. In the U.S., DHL is an inferior (1 star rated) shipper characterized by their low quality of service and high failure rate. Just one example is that they’re unaware of newly added addresses and unaware of new addresses being created every day. Their delivery service will simply return a package instead of trying to contact or redelivery (or there is a serious delay/miscommunication between their departments). In short, unreliable. Google for DHL reviews (in the USA) before trusting this opinion.

Great service. Thank you to DHL cayman team for helping me get my package, it was a bit complicated about customs and border control but the staffs at the DHL office was guide me through the process. Merry Christmas

Bad Customer Service. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered today. The delivery guy contacted my saying my address is incorrect. I double checked and it’s a correct address. I REPLIED to him saying it’s correct, and he said “Thank you, will deliver tomorrow morning.” I saw some questioning updates on my delivery. I contacted customer service. She said there is no reply on my end. So now my package is delayed for another week. TERRIBLE!!!

The App Does Not Launch. I don’t know how it may be for other users, but as for myself, the app does not launch. When I tap on the app icon on the Home Screen of my iPhone XS Max, currently running on iOS 12.2, all I am left with is the app splash screen, which is a photo of 3 people (most probably a family) being jolly with unpacking a parcel delivered by DHL. The fact the app does not launch as it should/any further, currently makes it utterly useless

Junk. This app is junk. It is cumbersome to use and forget about using any advanced features like paying import duties/taxes. The DHL website is even worse so you’re stuck either way. It seems the browser functionality built into the app doesn’t work properly or at all, where pages don’t load or are super zoomed in and you can scroll or zoom out.

Ridiculously terrible for a real company. Live tracking doesn’t work at all. The tracking number field is malfunctioning and doesn’t accept zeros at the end, even if part of the tracking number. If one hammers away at the app long enough, one gets another tracking number entry window that does allow the zeros, but, seriously??? And still alive tracking is nowhere to be found. Registering for Live tracking on their website is stuck in an endless loop of requiring registration and address entry and then getting a message that one is already registered! Surprise surprise. WHAT A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. DHL - large public ally traded company. Thankfully I don’t own shares.

Good luck if you rely on this - you’ll need it. This app looks pretty, but it’s actually worthless garbage, because nothing it tells you is reality. It’ll give you a delivery date that never happens; tell you delivery info is not available when a call to customer service tells you something else; notify you that your driver is only a few stops away when in fact the delivery doesn’t come for ages. I set a vacation hold in the app that was simple to set up, but DHL made FOUR (4) delivery attempts anyway over four days, totally ignoring what I put in the app. And DHL telephone “customer service” won’t help you when the app fails; DHL reps are useless. Use this at your peril.

Requires an entire sign up process just to check package information.. Thought the mobile app would be great, it’s honestly one of the worst apps I have ever used. I had to waste a solid 10-15 minutes signing up (working in a technology based field, I should not have had to take this long) and creating a DHL profile. Then I do that and the app is so unresponsive, having to click on the same button multiple times, slow loading, etc. I had to delete and reinstall because it was just on a pure white screen whenever I loaded the all up.

Delivery issue. My shipment arrived late, the address was wrong then I updated it and still the driver arrived to the house and didn’t deliver the package! I’m a pilot that means I’m not available at all the time but there’s my family all time… What’s the use of giving the home address if the driver doesn’t want to have the least decency to ting the bell instead of calling 10 times. This is unprofessional

Waste of Time. My package is being shipped by DHL ECommerce. This app tells users that it only tracks DHL shipments with tracking numbers 10 digits long. My ECommerce tracking number is longer than that. This app CANNOT track the longer number, yet the DHL web site has no problem doing so. This app is a waste of time. I gave it 1 star, but it's a ZERO...worthless. Deleting now.

Terrible shipping service ! Horrible shipping tracking.. I despise when I have to use DHL its the worst of the worst, I have a shipment in e-commerce and experience 2 orders that took 2 even three weeks….. I also try to put in my tracking number on the app and it always comes up as invalid. In a modern world, Use other shipping methods if possible. 1/100 stars if I could give it a honest rating.

Worst. App. Ever.. I don’t know why I didn’t listen to the reviews. You can accomplish literally NOTHING on this app. Fist, it doesn’t recognize my address as an address, once I added a providence(?) it let me move past that screen, mind you, there was no place to add my unit number. Then, said I had no deliveries. And said my tracking number was not valid. The number I copied FROM THEIR EMAIL. It makes send though. The only working app is the one you have to give them money for. Nope. I have choice words for the worst shipment company on the planet, but I can’t use such language in a review. Completely idiotic. 0/10 recommend.

Fixed - App does not open. After support contacted me I tried reinstalling the DHL app and it is working so far. Support contacted me through the App Store and provided their contact info so now I also have a resource to reach out to if I need it, thank you for responding DHL. Original: Freezes at yellow DHL splash screen, reinstalling the app did not help. Only way to track a package is to uninstall the app and use Safari.

Unusable — Can’t Even Log In. Two main issues preventing me from even trying the app out: - The email I use for DHL is not accepted, presumably because it has a plus (“+”) in it. Why doesn’t the app use the same email validation process as the DHL website?!? - The app doesn’t work with password managers. It doesn’t recognize that an email has been pasted into the login field, and when you tap the field, it deletes its contents. Would love to use the app but it’s literally not possible. Deleting. Edit: DHL responded and asked me to email them with “more info.” More info than what? I have a detailed explanation here. And I don’t get response from emailing, so why bother?

I won’t even attempt at downloading it. Seeing the reviews it’s not worth my time to even try and the last update was 2 months ago according to the App Store and it’s still only version 1! The reviews I read was over a year ago so they really need to start from scratch and rebuild the app like one of the reviews I read! I’m pretty sure someone that develops apps as a side job on like fiver or whatnot would be able to do a much better job! Whoever made this needs to rethink their “work” put into it if there even was any...

Great App with some bugs. The App is very well designed from the graphical point. - It works well. Just one thing is that when you pick the country for the phone number, once you tap on a country, it does not stay where you were at, but it takes you to zero and to the home page of the App. So you have to enter all the names again. - Every time you launch the App, you see it as logged out. You have to try many times to see it back as logged in.

Disappointed update. I can still track but I can’t log in because the login button is either grey’d out or the keyboard isn’t retractable to access the button!!!

Worst app ever. DHL sends a link with tracking. It opens to a web page. Install the app? DHL link opens the app and it does….nothing. Worthless. I have to enter the tracking number in, and the best part, map tracking? Doesn’t work. Deleted the app, and a stupid web browser is infinitely better than the app

Slowest. Shipping. App. Ever.. I think my title captures it all. This is the slowest loading and running shipping app. I have USPS, FedEx, and UPS apps as well and they are really fast and responsive. The DHL app...it’s probably just as fast to open a browser on your phone, log in, and copy/paste your DHL tracking number from your email by the time you actually get the app to take you to any screen providing useful information.

Tracking Function Doesn’t Work. I have a tracking number that’ll load onto the app and it keeps giving me an error that it’s invalid, yet when I load the same tracking number on DHL’s website, it’ll actually give me an update. There’s no real point in having this app if a basic function won’t even work.

Can't log in. The keyboard blocks the login submit button. You have to tap outside the keyboard to hide it after entering your credentials, to then be able to hit submit. That's really bad UI and should be fixed.

Safe and fast service. I am glad to deal with DHL shipping service, they have fast delivery and I am sure that all my orders and stuff will be delivered in good conditions

F needs more work. Need a copy and paste so that means you have to manually write down the tracking number then manually enter it in every other app from the US Postal Service to UPS to FedEx allows you to copy and paste so if you have your receipt email or got it in a text or anything like that you can just copy and put it over to track the package this app does not allow you to do that so therefore I deleted it because why would I want something to create extra work

Dishonest and inefficient company. DHL, the respected global shipper that is trusted by millions in the world unfortunately is not the same in the United States. One of the lowest rated shipping companies, DHL stands out with inefficiency and covering this problem with dishonesty. Check Better Business Bureau or other ratings before you consider dealing with DHL in the United States. I hope this otherwise great company will try to do something in the future to raise the quality of their services in the USA to the same level, they’re operating worldwide. (my review is based on multiple experiences in south Florida, Miami area, and is based on facts, not frustration).

Developers Responded Quickly (Worked Okay Until v4.7.0). Update: I received an email from the developers within 24 hours and also got v4.7.1 pushed to my phone. The problem with dates missing was corrected. I’m using iOS 17.1.1 and the app worked pretty well except that things don’t seem to sync up properly. When I enter the 10-digit tracking number, the package shows up, but it does not appear under the To Me tab even when I entered the number there manually. I know my name is attached to the package because a DHL representative called me to confirm information for customs processing. Also, the update to 4.7.0 lost the dates in the tracking info. I see the times each step in the processing occurred, but now all dates are missing. They were there until I updated in Nov 25. I know they are still being generated since I can track the package through the seller’s website and I see both the dates and times there.

Buggy and annoying.. I just need to check status given a tracking number and this app is requiring tons of information from me and force me to sign up before using it. The process of signing up is really buggy. It always says no networking while there is. The keyboard overlapped the input boxes. The enable touch ID switch does nothing but freezes the app for a second. Besides, the search button should be an actual button that tells the user you can press the button and do something, not a magnifier in the input box. Mostly what’s in the input box is not clickable.

Horrible app. Where to even begin. First, you get a DHL tracking number and try to use it on the app and it always shows it as an invalid number. You have to track down ( within the app ) the proper place to track your package. The app NEVER shows progress of your package , never tells you when you will receive your package …not even sure why they have this app….waste of space on your phone…

Pre delivery message/tracking. I was hoping it would assist with where I can leave a message Re leaving parcel in safe place or see the notes associated with my delivery

Great functionality once registered. This app tracks DHL shipments to and from your designated locations (including Australia). I found that you need to register a free login account with DHL for full functionality. I was able to add new shipments known to me, plus the system was smart enough to add other shipments that matched my known details. Delivery preferences and schedule can be easily set and the system seems straight forward to interact with. No stability issues noticed with IOS12 on an IPhone SE 128GB.

Can’t finish the password page. This app needs Touch ID. I’ve got an iPhone XR which doesn’t have Touch ID and you can’t finish registration so this app is pointless

Current version is buggy. The latest version of this app fails on many fronts…. Pity because it was so good Now 90% works on iPhone and won’t open on iPad

Won’t even accept a tracking number from DHL Website.. Try cutting and pasting a tracking number from DHL’s website but this app transforms the number. Tried all three numbers provided by seller and on the DHL site. 100% failure.

Missing item. My package was left in the wrong location by the driver - this was even shown in the photo they provided. The item was just dumped without even clarification it was correct & has now gone missing. You keep referring me back to the company I purchased through however they are not the ones at fault, DHL are. I am now without my item & out of pocket financially. Disgusting customer service by DHL Australia! I’ll continue to follow up on this until I am 100% compensated.

DHL on Apple mobile phone. The application is easy to use and it gives up to date information about the status of the consignment. Later I will try the other features.

Annoying. After not accepting password and getting me to update it several times it still didn’t work. The online portal I use on computer works fine but app would not accept passwords , annoying

Another piece of IT junk from DHL. Register online only to discover this app will not accept your registered credentials, then proceed to lock you out after to many attempts to login, then provide no means to reset. Another useless attempt at a customer IT interface by DHL. The entire app dev and web teams including the UX area should be sacked, this is another total epic failure on the part of DHL. Why there is not a single portal entry point for all customers in 2020 is beyond comprehension, we are not in the 1990’s anymore... how about employing developers and IT management who know what they are actually doing and know what CRM app and web ‘best practice’ in 2020 actually means...

Improve the delay in loading the app please. Loading time in the app is such an annoying experience, i would let the app fully executed first rather than few second delays in during background process probably authenticating login?

Can’t track shipment. I was provided with a tracking number by the shop I ordered from however when I try to enter it on the app it won’t accept it because it’s longer than 10 digits. I know that my item is being shipped with DHL because this information was provided to me from the sender. I’m really annoyed as I wanted direct updates on my order, rather than simply relying on the shop app. Very confused as to why tracking numbers would be provided if they are invalid and can’t be used in the app.

App not functioning. The ‘Change Delivery’ option comes up as a blank page.

Horrible experience. Crashes all the time with iOS 13.3.1. I cannot register an account, cannot track my parcel from guest login. Basically everything freeze in the App and the App is more like a wallpaper!

Sign in is useless. When I sign in with Face ID it still asks me to sign in and when I type the password in it said something went wrong. This has happened to me a couple of times. This app needs to fix this issue!

Scanner issue. While it is an amazing app but camera scanner is not functioning correctly on iPhone! I'm from Adelaide gateway.

Keeps logging me out.. Good app but have to login constantly. I use the app on a daily basis and it’s annoying

Review of DHL Express. Amazingly fast and efficient system. Have followed my package 3/4 of the way around the world. Why it didn’t go east to west bemuses me. It was shipped from the US which is a 14hr flight from Australia. Instead it went west to east, hence the 3/4 around the world trip and countless days following my package as it got closer and closer to it’s destination. Now that it has finally landed and been cleared in Brisbane Australia, I wonder if it’s going to be forwarded to me via Perth…

World class. DHL are far and wide the best global shipment company & their app is a testament to this.

Horrible!!!. Terrible service, when you have something that needs to be delivered on time, don’t use DHL or this App! Some packages can’t be delivered late, they are rendered redundant, or better still if you don’t deliver on time and people have to take multiple days off to wait for delivery at home but it doesn’t show up so you have to drive all the way to the depot—they probably do this to day the courier on fuel!!!! Never again

Current version won’t open. The new update has broken the app and it no longer works. Won’t load past the opening screen. Very disappointing.

Notifications are late. Late notifications an doesnt magch to the sms notification. Sometimes can make you think twice which is the newest update from the app or the sms. Not useful

Why on earth do companies insist on jamming a pop up in your face asking if you are enjoying their app within seconds of opening it What genius asks a question like that before you can even do anything This is not the only company to do this and I normally ignore it but frankly it’s beyond a joke If I could give a minus rating for this I would SO NO DHL I AM NOT ENJOYING THE APP PLEASE STOP ASKING UNTIL AFTER I HAVE HAD A CHANCE TO USE IT

Not much use.. Quite useless for country Australia as it doesn’t provide any details of where DHLs contracted delivery depots are should you miss a delivery. The My Shipments tab is useless because I can’t manually add shipments that I know are coming my way. I can get the same information from the Parcel app and it stores the tracking number unlike the DHL app which requires that I re-enter it every time I restart the app.

App gives approximate information only. Since the DHL app provides not very up to date information, I’ve to phone the call centre in Brisbane. I’ve a parcel from Europe due for delivery on Tuesday 14 December 2021 but it was shown as “on hold”. So I phone DHL in Brisbane when this parcel will be delivered? The advisor Katherine told me “absolutely not today” and so I asked her whether it can be delivered early Wednesday 15 December 2021 morning since it’s been on hold in the Perth depot on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday? Then at 12:33pm afternoon Tuesday 14 December 2021 I received an sms and email saying that the parcel is with driver on delivery today. The Jinx Catherine rescheduled my delivery for Wednesday because she was 100% Absolutely sure that my parcel will not be delivered on Tuesday. Yet the driver was scanning my parcel for delivery on Tuesday. The DHL App says the parcel is with driver for delivery today. Then I phoned DHL Brisbane customer service and was told by Jesse that it was re-scheduled by Catherine for delivery on Wednesday! Kindly get your Act Together Please: DHL App, Depot delivery driver and most importantly DHL customer service!!

Doesn’t work. This app doesn’t even let you sign in. I hear that it doesn’t work well in Australia anyway which is astonishing that a company the size of DHL can’t get this right

No idea where it went. Ordered through Amazon, went looking months later, found out it was at a Loomis/Canpar center that subs for DHL…… open from 4-6 weekdays. Wouldn’t have found it if I didn’t investigate. Brutal.

Really.. My package was coming from overseas to Canada, was shipped two weeks ago by the company. DHL has told me they have my package slip but not my package. The company knows that my package is in their warehouse and they are not shipping it. The customer service is also horrible. They have hung up on me four times now because I took too long to enter my tracking number. I gave my number and received a text message saying it will take until tomorrow to get any details. That over 24 hours to find out where a package is.

Hard to navigate. Forgot password and system doesn’t send me an email to reset. Locked out!

Excellent. The driver was very courteous and nice and delivered to the house in a timely manner.

Why I don’t like the app. The critical ingredient of the app should be clarity and accessibility. If find the choices for arranging delivery options very unclear for example … what does “ signature release” mean? Does it mean if you check that option DHL is released from the need to obtain the client’s signature at delivery and DHL can just leave the package without ever seeing the client ? Or … does it mean if you select this option, DHL MUST obtain your signature before releasing the package ?

Distracted drivers. I was waiting for an expensive item I ordered And DHL was delivering When I received a text with a pic that it was delivered … but not at my place, st that point was impossible to contact DHL to notify them that it was not delivered at my place. Very irritated.

2 months no package. I ordered a pack of nuts, yes nuts and DHL never updated me, never contacted me, never responded to my inquiries… Now, 2days shy of 60 days contact me saying they won’t deliver my bag of Pili nuts till I pay customs fees…. Keep the nuts… If I could file a complaint that got your doors closed for good I would… it’s not about the nuts, it’s about the neglect and lack of integrity… You make me feel yuck! Do better

Pick up. I choose the pick up option , and I got a txt saying they tired to deliver to my house by no one was home. Exactly why I changed it to the pick up location. I won’t ever be home during the day. You can make 100 attempts and I will never be there . Drop it at a location I can pick it up from

Doesn’t work as expected. 3 times I’ve gotten packaged delivered by DHL and all 3 times the app couldn’t find waybill or tracking info. The same info on their website produces instant results and loads of options but the app is a complete waste of time.

Truly professional service!. I buy a bunch of motorcycle products from around the world and the DHL shipping is hands down the best. I can have deliveries from Australia (to Canada) in a week (including clearing customs) and for a price that is better than (most other shipping outfits). The price for other delivery companies can be easily double for delivering from the U.S. from an area that is less than 3 hrs (drive time) from where I live near the border. So DHL is faster and cheaper (from Australia) than other shippers from 3 hrs away?! Those other guys are hosing us!

Confidentiality breach. It glitches from time to time and in the section « from me » I get to see stranger’s full informations such as their names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, content of their packages. This is scary

The most horrible delivery company. This is the most screwed up delivery company in the world, just horrible everything from start to finish. Don't use it ever if you want to receive your parcels on time. I ordered my package from China to Canada. The order was placed on 12.02, but due to the new year in China, the seller was able to pack the parcel and send it only on 21.02. And here begins the fun part. The dhl courier picked it up only on 29.02, it arrived in Canada on 04.02. Starting at 8am on 04.02 the parcel was there all day and no one called/wrote/notified about the import tax to be paid. Paying online didn't work as dhl doesn't send codes to my cell phone so I can register for payment. Had to go to the nearest branch and pay. I paid on 05.02 at 15:00, delivery works until 18:00, ok, maybe because of the late payment it did not get to delivery on that day, I have no complaints, but 06.02 again came the notice that you need to pay the import tax, and it just sat all day at the post office. Calling the custom service I was told that they will deliver it on 07.02 (which I doubt very much and most likely I will have to go myself to the branch and pick it up) it's just terrible, I wish you were deprived of a license to do business all over the world, just the most miserable company.

Cannot login. Are you serious? I set up an account and I can’t even log myself in, I tried multiple times and I tried to restart but it does not work at all.

DHL Express is AWESOME. I only have good things to say. I have received packages from Italy in 48 hours after ordering. I live in Vancouver Canada.

Bad app for a bad company. The app literally registers your account 50% of the time. They lie about their delivery date EVERY SINGLE TIME. They do not knock on your door and then say that you were not there. There’s so much more. Seriously sad

I’ve never experience such a horrible thing from any of the other couriers but with DHL express from Indonesia to Canada It took 1 month and 12 days for my parcel to arrive Why? Because my parcel went back and forth from LA to Ohio then Ohio to LA then LA to Ohio again so by the time I got it it took almost a month and a half ! It is so called express for a reason but it would’ve been faster if I use the post office slow mail old fashion way !!! I’m so disgusted with the workers who didn’t put effort whatsoever in this! Terrible Service. I have been waiting ONE MONTH and I still haven’t received my shipment. I’ve been in contact several times and while the company is long on sympathy , it’s woefully short on service. Avoid at all costs.

Worst experience. Been waiting for my package for almost a week now and still it's been on "hold" been talking to different representatives and yet not a single good news. Take note I've been pass to different representatives and they said the same thing. Worst ever!

Delayed. Received a delivery notice that we were not home to accept the package when no one came onto our property to attempt delivery (verified by security camera’s). We had also signed up for no contact delivery, so wouldn’t have mattered if someone was home. Then confirmed it would be delivered the following day, which it was not. This delayed the delivery by 5 days. I do appreciate the kindness of the support staff when inquiring; but the delay caused us issues.

Delivery. Very impressed at how fast and easy the delivery of my package arrived. I also like the arrangements that can be made for delivery. Highly recommended 😀

DHL app review. The whole experience was disjointed, didn’t really know what was happening, deliver was held up on customs, then one part was delivers and the other. Week later. Had no idea what was going on or where my stuff was

Not happy. Attempted delivery twice. I’ve update delivery details with buzz number. With message to buzz twice. And leave package on mail or front door or main door. But the delivery guy left with the package twice. I ran after receiving the buzz and check within 4 minutes time, the driver delivery left. It’s very upsetting because that package is very important for an event. And this would be very late for my mom to use the dress for evening event. We need the package on time and in advance to have the alteration made but DHL service delivery is not reliable and the delivery guy don’t have common sense of leaving it by the mail room since the buzz number and message has been updated ahead of time.

Kinda scamming. I paid 35$ for express shipping it said 2-5 days and I received it in 7 days don’t waste your money on express shipping with them.

Great tracking online however…... It was great to be able to see tracking for my package through the delivery process. However, I was given notice that my parcel would be delivered on Wednesday. I stayed home as I wasn’t sure my no signing information was obtained. No package was delivered. On Thursday I was given notice once again that the parcel would be delivered Today. Again I stayed home so it would not be delivered and then with no signature, taken away again. No package was delivered. I received notice again on Friday that my package would be delivered today. I was beginning to be concern so I tried to contact DHL. This was a joke. Only computers were working and they told me the same thing time and time again. Finally I was speaking to a human and they said it was out for delivery with another courier. Here was their number. As I was contacting them my package finally arrived and I was told that the package was delivered and why was I calling!!!! Not really impressed!!!! Sandra

From last to first. A few years ago, I dreaded those DHL deliveries. The app wouldn’t provide you with any relevant tracking information. The website was worse. And trying to pay duties was a stressful experience in and of itself. DHL has come a long way in their improvements of client experience. It’s app is probably the best one. Everything works!

Worst courier Service. I had a parcel with musical instrument. I have paid all fees and service tax on Thursday but it was hold unnecessarily without any reason till Monday. In case any damage not sure who would be responsible.

Late parcel delivered to wrong address. I have never had this bad of an experience with any courier company and I am 56 years old. I have used all of the known courier company’s for my business throughout my career. I ordered a time sensitive car part from Germany for my customer My package which was supposed to arrive by end of day Aug 11 was not delivered When I called DHL the excuse they gave me was that it wasn’t released from customs I was told ” there was something they didn’t like about the package so they held it till Monday. Even though following the tracking that DHL provides it showed it was released from customs early Friday morning. This was obviously a delivery drive issue The following Monday I called looking for my package and was told by a supervisor that there going to try and make a priority delivery instead by the end of day around as per my delivery confirmation at 12:30 I received a message with a picture informing me that my package was delivered with a picture of a doorstep that was not my house? I called DHL spoke with at least 2 customer reps and 2 supervisors which assured me I would receive my package as soon as the driver went to retrieve the package from the wrong house? That was Monday, there was no call or update Tuesday morning no still no update? Around 5:00 pm I called a customer rep who said they would escalate and open an investigation on a lost package No one called me back by Tuesday evening No package and a very angry customer So upset with the lack of concern and customer service from DHL It’s just so hard to understand how many times the ball was dropped in this delivery Neil Belcher Preferred Automotive Group

Blank screen trying to pay duty. Keep getting reminders to pay duty on an inbound shipment, am able to locate the package however loads a black screen when trying to modify delivery or pay duty.

God awful.. I’ve been waiting since the 4th and it’s the 18th and it’s still not here. The chat doesn’t work, they say they’ll help and that they are shipping it but it’s just then saying that so you’ll leave them alone. DHL is TERRIBLE!! Telling me I need to drive 80miles to pick up my package at a DHL facility, there’s 7 and I have no idea which one my package is at, this whole company is an absolute joke and it bothers me so much that Amazon decided to use DHL to ship a package, DHL is the only company that actually doesn’t care about your product. Stay away from them and I’m definitely going out of my way to continually give them a bad word. This company should not be in business. Also, your “apologies” are absolutely useless. What a joke of a company. They say they same copy and paste B.S to everyone and guess what? Updated delivery times?. I have a very simple use case: the expected delivery time is in the past, I want to find out the new estimated delivery time. Your app keeps showing me the old delivery time without any enquiry ability.

Suuuuper slow and can’t even log in now. I used to be able to log in. Once inside, it was super slow and non intuitive. Now I can’t even log in. My password is correct, it’s just that the login button doesn’t do anything. DHL really not doing so hot here

Unusable. I first created my account on the website, and then use those credentials to try to login to the app. If I auto fill the password from either Dashlane or keychain manager, the login button doesn’t do anything. If I cut and paste the password out of keychain into the app, it says the credentials are invalid.

Good app to track DHL packages.. Really want ability to live track and see progress on map so I could let couriers deliver packages inside garage or home.

Uninstalled right away. Despite all the negative reviews I decided to give it a try, but it was definitely not worth it. Apparently this app is only for dhl express tracking, whatever that is. Any tracking number with over 10 digits is useless. In fact, DHL is pretty much useless in general.

Extremely buggy. This app is a disaster. Opening it requires constant closing of the app so it can load again. Extremely slow to load on a 12 Pro Max, which shouldn’t be the case.

Very Buggy. Most of the time this app won’t load, takes a very long time to respond or crashes. I’ve had to delete and reinstall several times. Not worth the hassle.

They lose packages. 2x this company has lost my packages. They never call you back, they say they’ve sent your case to management and then you never here from them. Last time they sent my half my order back to sender and I couldn’t reorder any of it. Worst customer service, worst shipment company. Prepare to be on hold for hours at a time.

No Shipment Number Tracking??. Downloaded this app to track an inbound shipments from businesses. Basically it’s useless. Input tracking number into the app and told there is no such shipment with that number. Tracking number works just fine on the website. Please fix it....

Does not take address. I have been struggling to enter my address and save it. It just doesn’t take the address. Even using location service to automatically pick up the address doesn’t work.

Not able to track on all DHL platforms.. This app doesn’t allow me to track the shipping status for DHL parcel or e-commerce from overseas. I have to go to the website to do this. Next, whenever I put in the tracking number’s that contain dashes, it removes the dashes making the tracking numbers invalid. Please correct the errors and I will re-download this app.

Held my package at custom wasting time. Worst service i provided all documentation in DHL clear plastic pouch but DHL custom is blindfolded can’t see pouch wasted my 1 week and still stuck, it’s not worth paying for so called DHL Express Shipping lol even my grandmother can deliver packages faster then DHL EXPRESS.

Not a great app. The user interface is not great. The transition from one page to another after clicking something is not great, and it’s relatively slow. Please pay someone to improve this… as both UPS and FedEx apps are far superior.

New York DHL BLOWS. God forbid your package goes to New York….. it’s the slowest on the planet. I get theirs a lot of packages…. But if something goes to Cincinnati you would have a 2-3 day shipping. If it goes to New York… 6+ days and that’s not counting weekends. Pathetic. It’s all a hope your packages don’t go there. App though, meh, it’s ok.

... and I thought the USPS app was user-unfriendly .... chat function in the tracking manages to pull id/contact info ... but prompts for the waybill number (from the page that contains link for chat) ... then the app does not allow you to cut/copy-and-paste the waybill number when you ‘back up’ ... unimpressed ...

Never logs in!. You are able to complete the entire registration process without issue. Once it kicks you out to log in that's where you will remain until you get frustrated and close the app forever!!!

Terrible app DHL. Tracking number is good. Bad: 1. Can’t delete tracking number myself that no longer. 2. Chat short if time out. When I type with keyboard and fast closed, chat said: time out. Connection for short time. What???

2nd thoughts. App has some faults but still better than usps. ups and fedex. App needs to provide delivery date. How can app not know estimated delivery date? Lots of errors. Logs you constantly. Doesn’t remember tracking numbers. App says out for delivery today. 1 Feb 24. The date of day is 29 Jan 24.

Does NOT Work. Doesn’t work on my iPad running iOS 15.5. The window opens but then accepts no input, so you are just left with a blank screen that says DHL Express Mobile. Also, I tried rebooting my iPad and have enabled both notifications and location services for the app. It just doesn’t work.

Not accurate. My package was supposed to her yesterday because was saying “out for delivery “ and I had waited ALL DAY. Just for it to come in two MORE days. And also it had went back in transit. Just the worst tracking I ever used.

Awful. Why can’t DHL just track a package by any of their tracking numbers? I never have a 10 digit number from a retailer and when I put in the tracking number I’m given DHL doesn’t have an option to track by different types. Such a poor design and system.
