Horrible App and poor idea. Tried to use this app to park at a posted location in Neptune Beach, FL. Nothing but errors, never could get it to work. Yes, I Put in all the credentials it asked for. Yes, I selected the correct location. Nothing, zilch, nada. Several other people tried to park at the same time with same results. I think the app was just trying to steal card data and personal information.

Convenient and easy to use. The app is a timesaver when you’re in a rush to catch a train and forget your space number.

They are not reliable. I paid for the parking three days in advance. I went to park the parking lot is full. and because of them I was late on my appointment half an hour and I had to park somewhere else and I had to pay twice what I pay them as well. been two days no refund no one care it’s the worst service ever.

Easiest way to park in NYC. Eddy at 33 W 56th St location is the best attendant! He is always prompt with bringing the car around. Very professional and caring individual. Every morning greeted with a cheerful smile. Makes such a difference in one’s day!

Convenient and Fast. Loved having this option instead of walking across the lot in the rain to pay for my parking. Thanks LAZ!

Good App. Makes parking easy and convenient. Especially, when you're running for the train and don’t have time to stop and pay for the ticket at the machine. While the 15cent fee is nominal, it’s not necessary. There is no charge at the machine when you pay in person. Overall, the app is user friendly.

Clunky and Awkward. The app seems great in theory but some of the locations and rates are completely different on the website than on the app. Sometimes the parking is on the app and sometimes it isn’t. Sometimes it lets you pay the regular price and sometimes the rate is double what the signs say. Purchases made on the website don’t sync to the app for some reason. The app feels half finished and like it’s connected to a completely different server. Just use the website

Pick up notifications option. Good app.. should have the ability to request the car ahead of time and Tip the valets from the app.

1113 York Avenue. The individuals at 1113 York avenue in New York City, are an amazing group of guys who all take great care of the cars, facility, and provide exceptional customer service. The app could use a little update and being able to actually save a location would be nice.

Easy. LAZ Parking app is very easy to use. It’s also quick which is important as I’m dashing to get into work on time.

Big improvement over Passport. This is much more reliable than the old Passport app, plus does not require remembering your spot number

Updates not allowed. I’m looking for a way to update my email address, but the functionality is not available. I only have the option to create a new account and don’t even know if I can delete the old account. Otherwise the app is great.

Can we give no stars. This app is horrible. I can’t select my lot or street cause that’s what it ask for WHYYYY YOU ASK o don’t know. But anyway I’m rushing to my train I say to myself I’ll just download the app and pay no luck now i might get a ticket this is crazy I should send my ticket to developers to pay it cause this is absolute BS. They’re so many parking apps out there that work simply, how can get it so wrong at this stage in technology.

Limited Functionality. Functionality seems to be limited, I purchased passes online but can’t view them on the app. The app also is not allowing me to make advanced purchases for events.

Convenient. Alway a convenient app that helps me when I’m running late or staying the night out. Can pay for parking and not feel scared I’m going to get a ticket.

Easy and reliable. Have used this a couple of times; super easy and no issues whatsoever. Also save some bucks compared to other apps.

Don’t use in Cleveland. Tried using in Cleveland. One lot was full and we had to go somewhere else and no attendant on duty. Next event on December 30 we’re told by the attendant we couldn’t park there and ask for a refund. Called his supervisor who told us app doesn’t work on these lots and don’t ever use the app there. Baffled to have an employee tell us not to use the app!

Better than paying at the booths. And cheaper too with the mobile rate!

Terrible support. I booked parking and accidentally booked for 6pm instead of 6am. There isn’t a way to cancel. I called immediately and they were unable to cancel it or modify times because it was within 24 hours. I was told to email. I have called twice, I have emailed twice. They don’t respond to emails and the people that answer the phones are not able to help, so I paid for parking I was never able to use. I will stick with SpotHero that has excellent customer service and I will be deleting this app.

Experience was better in passport parking app. The app doesn't provide a place to type in the lot number on the sign and forces you to sort through a map of the area.. also please add the ability to nickname vehicles. Also the prices can't keep going up.. Heller Lot A in Harrison NJ was $8 in the old app with a $0.25 service fee, in the new app it's $9 with a $0.35 service fee. The user experience in this app is AWEFUL. PLEASE BRING BACK THE PASSPORT PARKING APP...

Easy. Simple to use. Greatly appreciate being able to reserve a spot. Takes the worry about driving into work and being late trying to find parking.

Sleazy company, garbage app. App wouldn’t let me pay to park for the time I pulled in so I picked the next available time and paid for it fully. About a month later, I get a letter from an attorney saying I didn’t park within the registered time and I owed $80 additional to the parking fee I paid. As I stated, this was impossible because the app doesn’t work correctly.

Perfect only missing Apple Wallet Function. Great app for planning your trip into the heart of a busy urban area where parking is scarce. Review and compare the rates of different parking facilities, get lower discounted rates for reserving parking in advance and check the availability of spaces for specific times that you need to park at a couple different locations. I only wish it would interface with the Apple Wallet so the parking pass is available in the app in case you don’t have cell service when you’re at the gate. Otherwise it is great!

Easy to use and save money. I always book using the app. It’s easy and you get good savings booking ahead!

It has worked well for me each time.. The app senses my location, and that allows me to quickly access my parking and make my payment and be on my way. That’s convenient for me. Definitely recommend this app.

Can’t find details of current session. This app ought to show you the current active parking session. If it does, I can’t find it. LAZ, you need to use the Parkmobile app and make sure you have the equivalent function!

Prices Don’t Match Posted Signage. At one location in Houston, perhaps others, the posted signage says $5 All Day. The app charges that much for just 2 hours and it goes up from there. False advertising if you ask me. Otherwise the app itself is fine.

Not a great first experience. Want to give the company benefit of the doubt; but I was in a hurry and decided that I could probably download the app and creat and account instead of just paying at the kiosk. It didn’t work out. After a lengthy log in process I wouldn’t let me use the app at all to pay. It said nothing was available regardless of the options chosen for the current location. And the the kicker- had to pay $20 for the day instead of 4 as the sign said due to a game I was not going to. Maybe I will try the app again. Maybe I won’t.

Great App. Initially it was a little hard to get this app started, but I believe they made some modifications. It’s great now. You can pre-pay. I use it for the train station. So I can go ahead and pre-pay my spot while I’m still at home. When I get to the train, all I have to do is park the car and go right into the station. There is no parking spot # to put in. You can store different license plate numbers. Fot example, I have mine set up in the app as well as that of my boyfriend’s.

Horrific. This app simply doesn’t function. I get error messages constantly, the app takes an incredibly long time to load one task. When I manage to select a parking lot, I am unable to select a rate! I get a message that says “no rates found” even though I have selected that lot several times and paid before. This app is a failure. Impossible to use.

Must have for SF parking. This app has saved me so much money and hassle. When we go to San Francisco I can pay for our parking ahead of time, and instead of paying $60 it’s 20 for the whole day. I definitely recommend this app!

Great Customer Service!!. I would just like to say the gentleman who’s name is CJ where I park is extremely helpful and polite. I enjoy using this lot very much. He has been a pleasure to deal with.

Parking ticket from my phone. To pay your parking, there is no need anymore to rush at the station or wait on line at the machine to get a parking ticket. With LAZ Parking i can do it while in the train and add days if I need to park the car for a longer period of time. However when prompted to select time to pay or extent the duration of the parking, there are only 2 options 16 hours or 24 hours. No option to extend for a number of days requiring to extend for any additional duration.

One stop parking. When the app can access WiFi, checkout takes less than 60 seconds (once you’ve set up your account). Super easy and makes parking for work a breeze.

Payment Processing and Latency Issues. This app has issues in payment processing, where I have paid through the app and was charged on my credit card; however, it did not appear on the side of the parking lot and I was issued a ticket. Luckily, I showed proof of payment and avoided the fine, but it was an unnecessary headache. The app consistently has latency issues and takes an extremely long time to load parking lot locations, payments, etc. This app still needs some work, but it's still better than the physical machine at the train station.

Easy app to use. I absolutely love this app.. very easy to use and makes me feel secure that I have a parking spot waiting!!

Not bad. The app works. I'll add an additional star if it were easier to just bring up my parking pass rather than to have to go to the activity screen.

Terrible. App often completely broken. Can’t login, can’t pay for parking, can’t reset password. I called the helpline, was told “something is wrong with the app”and was re-directed to my local help number who will not answer the line, will not call or email me back. After searching around for over 30 minutes I have figured out I can also pay online, why did the person on the helpline not tell me this? If I found this out and paid too late, will LAZ refund my parking ticket? Not likely. This app is garbage. I would pay directly at the point of parking and skip using the app altogether. Also LAZ has been one of the least helpful companies I have encountered when looking for assistance with their broken product. 0/10, do not recommend.

Parking in the NEU district.. The parking spot is convenient and easy to find. The location makes it ideal for you to move around the university area. I highly recommend LAZ parking. I think LAZ should offer a 4 day park 1 day free to motorists who park at there locations regularly due to the rising cost of gas. LAZ way of giving back.

Cannot log into monthly account. I have never been able to log into my account using this app. I have no issues using a web browser and logging in to pay my monthly bill. I called tech support, and the representative said they had not heard of any issues, so it must be my device. They said they could not help me with my device. I told them it's not the device, but their app. I then got off the phone.

Technology Challenged. I usually have tons of issues with everything I try to do online - this app is great and easy to use. Love it.

Solid. Nice app, easy to use and has good deals. Wish I could save a list of my favorite parking areas for quick access. But other than that it’s solid

It’s working. Just started here. Had trouble finding the lot I was in on the app yesterday, and had to scroll through a map to find it, which was crazy. Today, up popped a ‘parking in the same lot’ highlight which made everything easier. On Tuesday, your lot attendant helped me, and he was great. Thanks

Confusing. Consider having a number of the lot coincide with number on the app to confirm the lot. And, tried to pay via app three times today and zero luck. Error message

Do not expect this app to work when you need it.. I have to use this app constantly for my work van. It never works. The latest update has somehow broken the app to where I can’t sign in any longer. I tried to pay without logging in. The app requires a login to input a license plate. Before this hassle I could never get the app to load.

Needs work. App needs work and is very slow to respond in downtown Hartford. After entering all info it took a long time to respond saying it “did not complete transaction, try again later”. Moved the car and parked on the street. Next morning I was billed. Now disputing the charge.

Does not support multi day parking. You can buy multiple days at the site but cannot on the app - only supports buying one day at a time, at least for my commuter lot. This is silly. I am supposed to remember to go back every day to pay for the day??

They tried. As someone that commutes to a city often I figured I’d try a new parking app. Not only is this app clunky compared to others like SpotHero, the pricing is also outrageous. For the same location on this app I would have paid double. Glad I checked.

Horrible. Been trying to set up a monthly payment for theses guys since I have a new job uptown for NC. Can’t get anyone to answer me about setting up payments I’ve paid $25 per day so far with work and can’t get anyone to give me an idea about what’s going on. Do not use. Go to preferred parking instead

Geolocation outside of NYC off. Y’all have the Middletown NY MTA railroad station in the middle of Highland Lakes Sate Park. Without zooming way out on the map and randomly clicking on P icons for funsies, it looks like parking isn’t offered at the actual train station if you use your GPS location when arriving. It says no venue close by.

Easy to use straight to the point. An app that does well what it is meant to do.

Didn’t work. Sitting in the lot right next to the sign with the instructions. App didn’t recognize the lot ID. Searched the map lot wasn’t on the map. Searched events. The event we were at wasn’t included for that show. The show scheduled for the following day was included. Big waist of my time. Ended up going to a different lot. Thanks a lot! Pun intended

BIG price difference. As an app, it seems to work well. But the lot I park in, it comes up as 50% more than of I just paid at the lot. I get it there maybe was a processing fee, but an over $6 difference is ridiculous

New user. I like the app but I wish it would have the option to favorite the location of my choice.

Gives error and charges anyway. App gave an error when trying to pay on two diff accounts. Ended up still processing payments on both accounts so ended up overpaying. Customer service just ignores your email. Really poor experience.

You can save some coins, some time and the environment. No ticket needed. Just scan your phone.

App and Website are different. I’ve been trying to log on to the website. But the credentials are different than the app. I just got onto the account page through the app, AND I HAVE TO INPUT ALL MY INFORMATION AGAIN AND MY PURCHASE DIDN'T UPLOAD. So, it’s confusing and could be better.

Not for Monthly Users. I read a review that mentioned the device being unable to log into the particular account. But I also tried on the app and it did not work. My account is active on a desktop or laptop but simply not the app. I think the app is meant for hourly parking people. Useless for my purposes

Terrible App!. I recently started using the app instead of the pay station at the station to save time. However, I’ve received 2 tickets in the last 2 days! Unbelievable! I got one yesterday on October 22 and another one today October 23! What’s even the point of this app?! I wish I could give zero starts and thumbs down!

Missing obvious functions. I purchased parking for an event and wanted to load it to the app but it doesn’t allow you to add already purchased one time parking. Seems like that would be an obvious feature to an account. Seems to be lacking in overall UX testing and thinking.

Options. I hate that I can either choose 8 or 24 hours. Why not anything in between? It used to be that way just a few months ago.

Password User Experience. When the App works, its not great but it gets the job done. However, the App frequently logs you out and forces you to log in. It also does not use faceid, which would drastically improve the user experience, especially when you are in a rush to catch a train.

Horrible app. It took forever to login. Even with saved cc details, I had to enter and re-enter my information. As much as I hated having several dollars of change with me, that was far easier and much quicker than this.
