Complete Scam. The app doesn’t allow you to cancel your subscription through your device and all website links lead back to their App Store page. This is a billing scam, not a product. Greedy Apple repeating history of working with even greedier vendors and then passing the buck with “it’s a third party app, nothing we can do”. At this point, after a vendor help request not answered, I am stuck waiting to see if they bill with no other options.

Don’t work. I got it to deal with the multiple per day “your vehicle’s warranty” spam calls from random phone number I get and it hasn’t helped at all. Total waste of money as far as I can tell. I know it is running because I get frequent updates about how many numbers I’m being protected against. And 7 days isn’t enough to see what kind of call volume it helps reduce it to since the calls are frequent, but slow down from time to time. Hard to tell if it is because if the app or just a lull in the cycle, or Verizon actually doing something until the calls start up again, as they have. And why I bothered with the review.

Calls stopped almost immediately!. UPDATE: Help! With the latest iOS update, the app is unusable, frozen. I have no way of contacting the developer via the website that I can find. I have restarted my phone, deleted & reinstalled the app twice. Still frozen! UPDATE: a week later, silence has become almost normal. Not quite, but I think each day that passes without the constant, incessant calls and texts, I become more confident that this is truly the way life can be. Seriously the best $60 I have ever spent! ***************************** Honestly I’m stunned. I’ve been paying Verizon for the “premium” service and it’s been nothing but frustrating. Calls at all hours of the day & night, and when I would try to block the call, the message was consistent: “server unable to handle request”. And no response when I tried to find out if there is a fix on the horizon. The other day, I read many of the reviews and figured I’d try this app in hopes of getting some help. I didn’t just get help. This app has completely stopped the madness. I think I’m still in shock - my phone hasn’t made a sound in 2 days with the exception of known contacts. I didn’t realize how stressful it all was ... until it stopped. TAKE MY MONEY.

I’m going to be brief. If this app isn’t shut down by apple or the producers within the week, I will report it to the tip line for fraudulent business and I WILL get my money back when I do. You guys charged me $30 for a year and I get at least 5 calls a day. Not to mention the fact the the ad you used was for an entirely different application.

Takes a bit but works good. This app is a great app for its price, it took a while to actually work but it was fast, better than all other robot blockers 5 million stars

So far this morning 3 spam calls. This so far is not making a dent in my spam calls. I will change my review when I see progress. Spammers don’t use the same number twice so I don’t see how they can spot the new number used with each call.

RoboGuard. I like it. Still I have to input phone numbers from some “robo callers”. So RoboGuard protects after-the-fact. I guess that is the best I can expect.

Fraud. It’s been less than 24hrs and I’ve had 9 calls. Now I’m trying to unsubscribe and can’t seem to find the way. No worries I’ll get a new debit card.

You have to work it. This app seemed to work but several calls with numbers not in my contact lists came through. After reading responses I now know to report the robocalls if they slip through. I left a question about this with the robo number last week and have had no response which is why 4 stars not 5.

I hate calls from random people.. Ok all I did is open the app and then I just instantly see something saying missed call 2 times. I bet it was a spam call. No more strangers now? Get the app today! To block strangers.

Does not work. Ripped off.. I got a robo call right after I purchased this app. Give me a refund or I will do a charge back on my credit card.

Unstable. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall this app to get it to update and function. After the most recent update the app Home Screen freezes and doesn’t allow any selections.

Doesn’t work. I used the one week trial and didn’t receive any spam calls. I allowed the trial to convert to a $30/year subscription and now the app doesn’t block a thing. I think I just didn’t get any calls during the trial- coincidence that cost me $30. This app is useless. Don’t waste your money.

This app doesn’t do anything!. This app charges $30, renewable annually, and it doesn’t do anything! Everyone of the spam calls that I received before loading it still come through. I’m going to see if I can get a refund...

Total rip off. This app hasn’t blocked one of the last 10 spam calls or reduced them in any way. It’s a scam and should be pulled off the App Store

Worse than ever. Adding to my review. It’s had two updates and a name change. Not working at all. Want my $ back. Got worse as soon as I paid my subscription.

Not worth it. Spam calls are not down at all. I didn’t expect this app to make them all go away but it has been made zero reduction in spam calls it claims to block number mimicking but does not. Don’t waste your money I wish I could cancel my subscription but I made the mistake of pre-paying for a year thinking that this would cut down on the junk calls

Too early. After just getting the app, my phone hasn’t rang with one spam call!! I usually received spam calls 4or more per hour. I just hope I still receive calls from customers. Will see. Thanks

Idk. First thing the app did was ask to track. I’ve never had an app do that right off the bat. Ever!! Deleted immediately.

Just right out terrible. Dude refund my money that’s crap don’t work. I’m getting telemarketing calls left and right I have to block them myself refund my money

Doesn’t work. I’ve gotten two robo dials today, no blocking or warning. No options to improve it, just an on or off switch and still getting calls, and I paid for the app too! I am not happy, get a different app, not this one.

Great app. All of a sudden I was receiving tons of robo calls, spam calls, spoof calls and looked into RoboGuard. I tried the free week and did not get any. This was proof positive that this app really works. After the trial week I got the yearly subscription. Well worth it!

No improvement whatsoever!. I installed this app days ago. I’m still getting 3 calls a day. It doesn’t block Unknown numbers either. Canceling before I get charged.

Robo Rip Off. Not a call blocked yet…waste of money.

Reduction in Spam Calls. My whole job is working with students to support them moving through college. I get phone calls from numbers I don’t recognize all the time. I was worried at first that any effort to control spam calls would end up causing me to miss student calls. Not the case at all. This app works great in reducing the volume of spam calls. A few still get through but it’s not even comparable to what I was experiencing before. I like the way it’s constantly updating and the customer service is stellar.

Ms J Budd. I highly recommend RoboGuard. It has rid us of those discussing text msg we were getting. We get them once I block them through RoboGuard and that’s the last we hear from them.

Very unhappy. Not only did I NOT authorize this App for a YEAR..... it does not work at all and I can not even open it to try and get rid of it or get my money back. I have had bogus calls everyday..... not one has been blocked !!!!! HELP!

Did not work. I got a spam call the next day after signing up on the free trial. I attempted to remove this app in the iTunes App Store and was unable to do so.

Great App. I’ve been using this Robo Call App a few weeks. Seems to work pretty good.

Scammer app. Do not download. I decided to try it and I got billed 3 times before I realized it was charging me. I did not see it stopping telemarketers at all. This app is a thief.

Need a refund. This app charged me for this and it was suppose to be free 89.00 and there is no number to contact these people for a refund, it has not stopped these calls from my phone. How do you get in touch with the company, this is a scam!

App Support. What app support? Can’t get it to work and NO instructions. And yes I know, that’s why you give seven days free to check it out.....so, I made a mistake. Bigger mistake was going ahead with the charge and expecting it to work. 3/18/19 Worked for a couple of months.....now, WON’T OPEN!!!! What good is it if it doesn’t open? And I paid for nothing!
