Fun game, too many ads and total lack of cust service. This is a fun, cute game with a few levels that have a twist with finding gold tiles or releasing birds. The problem is that almost every level requires a reshuffle (or at least I do). To get a reshuffle, you either watch an add or pay coins. As it’s almost every level, coins go quickly, and honestly watching ads gets old. In the shop, you can buy more coins, and supposedly ads will go away with any package. Great! So, I bought a package, got the coins, but ads are still there. After trying their solutions, I emailed them as instructed. That was Friday night/early Saturday. It’s now Wednesday night/early Thursday, no word back. I’m now starting to wonder if I get rid of the ads, if I’ll be able to reshuffle or will I have to use coins. So, it’s been fun, but I’m off to find a different Mahjong game.

Great fun. Another hit from Bitmango. I have several of their games and enjoy them all. My only beef is that the screen only rotates in one direction so l cannot play a game while my device is plugged into the charger. Graphics are beautiful. Games are challenging but winnable.

Mahjong Forest Puzzle. I love this game. Very addicting. Just one thing wrong. All of a sudden it never lets you win a game. Since you updated the game, you can never win. Can you fix that? Other than that, this game is awesome.

Superwoman. Great game to pass the time. Would have given 5 stars, however, after the level and watching the add, the game freezes and I have to close out of the app and open again. This occurs with the shuffle add too occasionally. Mildly irritating. FIX Maple Forest level 18!!!!! When it shuffles the screen is blank, can it see tiles. UGH!!!

Like and hate. Love the game but way to many ads. I quit playing after a few rounds because there is way to many ads. Would play more if you gave us the option to watch ads for rewards or just not have ads after every stinking level.

It keeps me on my feet i need to keep up with the speed I don't like the squirrel he makes me nervous my brain freeze when he shows up I keep telling him to shut up And then when he goes away I feel better I really like this game keeps me awake some times I just can’t stop playing I need to bite my next score thank you

Wow 😯. There are tons of ads, every time you finish a round, every time you want to start one, it offers ads for things you don’t need, you press cancel, makes you watch an ad anyway. It also deleted all of my progress after an update and made me start back at the beginning 🤬😤

Love the big eyes. Starting playing and all I can do is play so I can release the birds and see the squirrel jump for joy. Love Mahjong and this one fits my “style” and strength. Nothing to complain about or hate. Awesome app!!

Apologize. I want to apologize to you because I sent a message about an hour ago where I told you that I had paid for not seeing ads, but I think it was in another similar to this that came out in the videos that you put to make money in the game . Is that I am an older person and my memory sometimes fails me, I have to be aiming everything so that I do not forget and maybe sometimes I go details, excuse me and thank you for this beautiful game. Then I see where the option to avoid these ads .

Mahjong forest journey. This has become the worst game I have ever play. Normally you must clear the board but this game just stops you can’t use your Points to find matches it is awful. This game only goes up to July 31. There is nothing beyond that date.

Foxiealways1. I like the game you can see the pieces well. But what I like most is that the cute little animal peaks around the corner when you wait too long to tap the squares.

Something is wrong. Have to take app from five to one star. Whenever you need to shuffle tiles it takes you to an add then you cannot get back into game. You get back to ad then black screen and have to get out of game and completely loose where you were. Very frustrating. Up to now play all the time. Now spinning my wheels. Sorry. Don’t like to give bad reviews. Know you like to advertise but in this case they are backfiring.

Just ok.. This game works well, and uses ads appropriately to provide “free” bonuses. However, it has taken away the relaxing aspect of playing Mahjong. Even in the levels where there is not a time limit, your stars are determined by your point total. And, that point total is driven by how quickly you make each new match to keep your multiplier high.

Enjoyable mahjong does not nickel and dime players. This is a fun mahjong game that gives the option to watch ads rather than forcing players to pay repeatedly like most games these days. I just delete the games that make it impossible to complete levels without paying for some widget. I don’t mind paying for a game but refuse to pay and pay!

Mahjong. This is a fun game to play it keeps you up on your move and you have to beat the time clock

Love it but.... I love this game but when I got to the 4th or 5th level it reset itself and I lost all my progress and all my prizes and coins and had to restart from beginning.

Mahjong forest Journey. Love the game. Sometimes it’s timed. Really keeps me on my toes. I think it’s funny when I slow down when the puzzle is bigger and it takes me a little longer to look, the little blue animal peaks out like it’s trying to say wake up are you still there?

Enjoyable. 5 Stars but instead if chart screen progress , have a map format would add to the game but plays well :)

All star squirrel. Love how clear everything is and not too many piled up where you can’t find your match that’s what I like about it and the way he dances when you get all your matches I enjoy matching things up and makes it fun. CW

Tell apple.. Yes your game is fun. But apple is asking for too much information when the game is free. Thats it free. If it costsmoney, whichi will never pay for the right to play anygame. I have been deleting games that need billing info. If it goes on i will sell my apple and go to samsung or another brand.

MaryBeth. This is a fun game and it is quick to do I’m not sure about those prizes but evidently because I had a plus one I always get one point for whatever I choose but it’s interesting and I will continue to drive thank you very much

You can keep playing!. This us a fun game! I love that when you get stuck you can get a free shuffle by watching a video instead of having to spend a lot time f money.

Where’s January?. So, part of what kept me coming back to this app was the daily game to work towards the monthly prizes. But it seems that you guys ended with December? I kept hoping that January would open up, but now that we’re more than half way through the month, I’m wondering if you’ve given up???

Even when I do finish the game the first try. What the _______ does it take to get 3 stars?!?!?. I don’t like the way I can never get three stars and I can’t move onto the next month without the three stars even when I go through the whole thing and I do finish the game the first try. Great game!. I’ve only been playing this game for a little while. I would recommend to anyone who just wants to pass time or someone that likes to beat the clock. I love it.

Relaxing. I really enjoy this game because if you run out of anymore matches, you can watch a short free video and than it shuffles the tiles and you keep playing. Which means I can keep playing as long as I want. You never run out of lives.

Squirrel Mahjong. This a fun, challenging mahjong game. The squirrel mascot or symbol that goes with the game is pleasant. What I like the best is that if you run out of turns, you just touch the “watch a video” for a shuffle. You never run out of lives, and the makers do not try to make you spend money to keep playing.

Fun!. Great music and graphics. I love that you can watch a video to shuffle without having to use a shuffle from your stock pile. I didn’t give it 5 stars because there are a LOT of ads and it keeps crashing on me after I watch a video to shuffle.

Mahjong forest journey. Hi I really like this game but unfortunately I already played all the levels. It needs more levels. I also collected all the items from the levels but only my last 3 levels of collected items show up and the others I bought. The challenge items I can’t figure out how to get those though. Would play again if it gets more levels.

Great game!. I absolutely love this game! Just wish there was more levels! Also what happened to the daily puzzle?? New year and no new calendar... very disappointing. After you get 3 stars on all levels there isn’t much reason to keep playing...

Needs some instructions!. I would totally give this 5 stars if I knew what caused me to lose the Perfect Option check mark on some games! No instructions at all as to why you get more gifts sometime than you do others. No explanation of why sometimes you get 3 stars and sometimes less. It’s frustrating to not know how to improve my game.

Fun to play. This game is not stressful and fun to play for all ages... although they have incentives that cost money I have been playing it for months and I didn’t spend a penny yet...

Needs to be fixed. This game worked well a couple weeks ago. Now it keeps freezing and the only way to get out is to close the game. When you have to close the game because of freezing you lose a life and have to start all over. I don’t know what they did in the update before but they need to fix the problem.

It’s so cute it has this little chipmunk and she just adorable some of the Mahjong individual games are timed and if you stop for second or 2 she pokes her head around the corner And just want to throw something at her because She’s so cute with big brown eyes ..........it’s fun come and play

Awesome Game. Keeps you on your toes! Challenges your memory! Keeps you alert! I think this would be an excellent game for those who don’t have the greatest memory but want to improve their memory ability! It’s also a lot of fun!

Fun, challenging. Although it is a little too cutesy this is still a fun challenging version of Mahjong. Endless levels which can be hard to achieve. Sometimes I’d like to grab that little squirrel/chipmunk and squeeze it till it squeaks.

It’s just like my other friends we just get hooked on one of our games and do not want to set it down. If that’s not it, l fall asleep but still keep thinking that I am playing this game even when I am asleep. That is how much I love this game.

Mahjong. This is such a pretty game, but there are 30 second ads every time you do anything practically. What's the most maddening to me is they are almost always ads for things I have no interest in whatsoever, and you can not stop them. 30 seconds doesn't sound like long, but when you have to sit idly watching someone else slowly pointing at tiles on an ugly board, it's frustrating. I'm getting to deletion point. Cute and fun are great, but when you have to swallow ugly or slots along with them, it’s just not worth it. Don't understand why so many games seem to think someone who likes pretty and cute would be interested in slots! Games of chance ruin the mood for me immediately!

Mahjong Forest Journey. At level 53 and so far it’s fun. It gives you a lot of chances for extra shuffles and time when you need it. Not frustrating like so many games seem to be.

What’s happened !!. You could always get 3 stars on the daily challenge now there seems to be a glitch and there are days when it’s impossible. The thing that circles the number appears to go haywire on different days ( it appears to be a fault ) so you are not able to score enough to make three stars. Another glitch when you do the daily puzzle and you run out of options it just freezes you can’t continue. Can’t use a bomb etc and it doesn’t give you the option to try again. Please fix

Fun and cute. I love this game, it’s easy, fun and cute. Gradually gets harder but not to the point of never wanting to play again!

Pay for levels. Don’t like the fact that you have to play cash to open the next levels other than that I like the game.

This is a keeper. Great game.....love it so much I put it on my phone AND my iPad! Only down side is the amount of ads

Mahjong. I love this game! It isn’t the typical tiles and you have to pay attention. Plus I much prefer these sound effects to a normal Mahjong game. It’s cute and fun!

Mahjong. It’s addicting, it lets you win. Not like some games that are impossible to win.

Screen too small. This has potential to be a good app. Please make the screen and tiles much bigger. Small is not good for us seniors! 🙃

Very sad. I thought this game was great but then once I realize that in order to keep playing you have to pay $1.99 per world, I decided the game is no longer great. It’s just a waste of money. If there was another way to keep playing that I would. No other games charge $1.99 per world. What a shame
