Amazing game. I really love this game and would like to give it 5 stars but when it asks if you want to double your coins on the extra words earned and you watch another advertisement so you can get double points and you don’t get double it makes you a little disgusted with the game. This is the only place where double 60 points is only 90 points, well maybe you’re using the new math because when I went to school it would have been 120 points.

Good game. Really enjoyed this game till the new levels were added. No more star words. Usual words don’t work. Should have kept same format, way of playing. Hate the new levels too different from rest of the game also on new levels words appear twice but will only fill in in one spot eg level “peanut butter 14” bra appears twice but will only fill in once , for the second to fill in u must fill in the attaching words. Not fair 😡👎 also on some levels words take more letters than listed u must use hint feature costing u coins now jacks cookies are not working. U say u know but don’t seem to be fixing the problem. This is the third time I am doing this game. Getting worse each time. Fix it that’s all I can say one star till u do

Glitch. This is a fun game...I switch back and forth from this to Word Cookie. This one goes faster so is great to play when I only have a few minutes. One thing several of us have noticed is that when we try to get double points from the full cookie jar the game cuts out and goes to a white screen. Often have to do something else and come back to it...although sometimes it can take up to four tries. Usually, but not always, when it comes back to where it cut out I will get the points, but occasionally I don’t. Annoying and needs to be fixed.

Word Cookie2. I’m playing the 8 letters on Word Cookie 2. I tap the gift to watch the video. After watching the video it has been freezing up. I’m not able to continue and I have to shut my iPad off completely, then turn it back on. I also loose my 30 points by having to do this. Please fix the problem. I only gave 4 stars due to this problem. I don’t have this problem with other games. I have tried to play again. This problem still exists. I have lost 90 points!!! This is very frustrating!!! Now I tried again. I tapped WATCH for the Video, it wouldn’t work. I’m about ready to give up on this game. Very disappointed!!!

What?!?. I have been playing this game for a couple of years now. Other than a few quirky things I really enjoy the gameplay. Four stars are for the difficulty I had with the recent update. At first the download from the AppStore would just hang. I thought I would have to delete the app and redownload it only to lose all of my progress (I was caught up with all the regular game levels). I took a shot by closing all of my apps and rebooting my phone. This worked. The update finally went through and I can now continue with the new purchasable levels.

Better Than the First. I enjoyed playing word cookies one but this is pretty much like a cheat! It’s so much easier and much better than the first. If you like spelling I highly recommend you download this app. It is a blast and I really think that this company should make a lot more puzzles. They make a couple like hexablocks. I had that game and loved it but I unfortunately had to delete it due to space. I recommend you get this game for downtime. It’s not too addicting so I suggest you get it for when your bored!

Fun game. I am enjoying this game. It’s probably easier than Word Cookies 1 as there are hints from the crosswords. The only downside is the commercials. Most of the time you have to opt out at least twice to get out. They are also not responsive to touching the X. Guess they think you’ll change your mind if you’re stuck there! It’s just aggravating. Like another reviewer, I would pay for the game to get rid of the commercials. The game itself is great.

Great. The butterfly levels aren’t as fun for me but I know that’s just my own opinion. Everything else is great. Edit: Nothing needs to be improved, I’m really surprised the developer responded to me! That is dedication. Just with my personality I get stressed out with the butterfly levels but I don’t think anything needs to be changed because it is an excellent game. I’m improving my rating to five stars because the developer took the time to respond to me.

Temporary Enterntainment. The game is well made and entertaining in the beginning. But the vast amount of ads that plague the game are what turns me off. I’m certainly not saying that the game shouldn’t have ads at all, I understand it’s a staple of mobile games. After every single level you complete there’s an ad that plays, if you leave the app in the middle of a game momentarily and come back there will automatically be an ad that plays. It’s so annoying to the point where I no longer feel like playing. No amount of digital coins or daily rewards could convince me to come back to it. I’ll just stick to reading and other real life word activities that don’t require you to look at an ad every 5 seconds.

Word Cookies 2. I’m greatly enjoying this game because it’s helping to ‘re-wire’ my brain. I suffered a traumatic brain 3 months ago by falling and hitting my head face on to my driveway. Very fortunately, I suffered no fractures. However, I did have a few lacerations, a concussion and two brain bleeds from my brain moving back and forth in my skull when hitting the cement. I spent a total of two months in hospital and skilled nursing care center. I’m very lucky to be alive. This game is one of my easy therapies to get my brain pathways going the way they used to. At first your game was incredibly difficult for me but after a couple of weeks it became fun and quick, the way it should be. Thank you for developing such a good therapeutic game, and please keep developing more. It’s a whole lot more fun than being in yet another therapeutic setting. Thank you and again, more games please.

Nlloving. The game has fun ways to earn extra points and little side games to enhance the game. Most games do not offer diversity like this one. Makes it more fun. I would have readily given it a five if it weren’t for some glitches. To start, I don’t know what the purpose of the stars are and when I earn some letters they don’t disappear. They are visible on following games. Sometimes I get butterflies to earn additional points, but am not given the additional points after earning them. Sort of takes some of the fun out of the game. It is special compared to other word games without the diversity that this one has.

Disabled Grandma. Love this game! I played the original Word Cookies until I wasn’t getting anything else in my life accomplished. My family kept complaining that I spent too much time on my phone! My response was that it was keeping my mind sharp because at 61 years old I worry about things like Alzheimer’s. So I finally deleted the app but not until I downloaded WordCookies2! I love love love this game! I do AGREE with others that the game needs some enticements, like special weekend goals or at the end of collecting a utensil give us an Extra puzzle for triple points. Just give us some other incentives!

Love it. Omg! I love this game so much I definitely recommend it. Even though this game can be a little bit hard for me I still love it because you can also learn new words you never new. So if you want this game I totally recommend it for you. This game can get a little stressful but I think you can handle it. It might take you some time to figure it out but not the first couple levels the other levels. Some of the levels find there ways to challenge us but it’s still really fun.

Good recovery!. I got into this app to build my memory vocabulary up from nearly the ground! I am recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury where I am missing portions of my brain 🧠 due to the fact I had surgery to remove the dead portions! A bit of what died was my vocabulary (which was above average” before the injury! It comes down to the point where given a limited amount of letters gives me the creativity factor to recreate/ remember words that were known! I must say I nearly gave up on this game but I realized that giving up never pays off! Thank God a comma couldn’t hold me back and a game like this is available for good reasons!

WordCookies2 Game. This game is addicting! I’m not a gamer. I rarely play any games. My child happened on this game and since it helps him with his reading and writing I was happy to install it for him. I helped him at first, then took it away from! I can’t put this game away! I like earning coins, I like catching the butterflies & the stars... the reward system is encouraging and great for competitive individuals! I’m an avid reader, which makes this game perfect, because it’s all about words!

Quite a few issues that don't get resolved. I love this game, like absolutely love it. The only thing besides the ridiculous amount of ads, is that they don't give you new levels enough. You have to wait a month to get only 30 new levels on the updates. Also, the 5 day star challenge just reset itself back to day 1 when I would've been on day 4 today so I have to start all over. Super aggravating. Especially when they don't give you enough levels to even get all 5 days. Pretty much don't waste your time trying to complete it bc they'll disappoint you every time. If you don't want to see a 30 second ad after EVERY game, this game isn't for you.

Finally, the perfect game for me!. I don't care for match-three games and others where luck is really what the game boils down to. And most puzzle games leave me a little bored after a while. But Word Cookies is so fun! I like that it's part crossword because it acts as a clue, giving you a little help but not so much that there's no challenge. I hope they continue to add levels, because I think I'll be playing this one for a long time. :D

Fun. So far this has been fun without the challenges that require a Professor’s degree. I like the option of watching a video to get double or more points. I never pass it up. I expect it to get more challenging as I go along and that is good for brain. It would not be good if there never was a challenge. I also have Word Cookies and I’m really into that game so it’s quite challenging but what I think is a huge plus is that the words are listed in alphabetical order. Fun to figure out and learn new words.

So good and pls read. If you ever played just word cookies two than you for sure love word cookies two. I have three favorite things about this game. #1, if you get a word in the star box unattached from the other boxes than you get free hints and I mean it! #2, it’s a crossword puzzle and I LOVE crossword puzzles because if your stuck on a word you might have letters that crosses the word and it gives you free hints as well. #3, there is completely no ads but I don’t know if it’s just on my IPad or it’s on everyone’s electronic but I have zero ads. There is actually a number 4 and I forgot to tell ya’ll lol. #4, the butterfly levels where you have to catch the butterfly is so easy because it’s, again, a crossword puzzle so you can think about “Oh this word will go here and that word will go here so the butterfly word is this word ok cool imma do that word right there and I will get the butterfly, whoo’hoo!” so yea. Ok that’s all I have to say about this game and I wish you enjoy this game as much as I do ( and I hope ya’ll have NO ads) byeeeeee!

Fun, so far!. I love word games. Word Cookies, the original, is great, and so, I figured that I should give this one a try too. Like Word Cookies, I like that it's not like all of the other word games and accepts less common words or gives you credit for them, and the rounds are quick, so, I can just jump in and play for a little while or play for quite a bit if I have the time. Oh and the best thing...I don't have to spend any money to play!

My review to you about your app. Problem - there are times when going to the next word puzzle, the program spins and continue to spin. It seem like it’s trying to download from the server. It doesn’t flow easier to the next word puzzle. It doesn’t happen every word puzzle, but every few times. And no it’s not my connection to my internet or device. The problem is at your end. If you wish for a successful/ good review look into it. But I do like the word puzzle it’s easy and can be a lot of fun, IF The Problem wasn’t there. Thank you for reading this. One more problem your program has an issue with going on to the word puzzle when I wish continued. If this continues it just remove it from my device

Love your games. Word cookies has been so helpful for me when I am anxious and need to concentrate on something! Plus it’s fun! I love the new version of Word Cookies Cross as well. Love the coins and rewards. Like that it tells you butterfly or start level so you remember. Really like that you can earn more coins per round than regular word Cookies. Good game, but..... This is a fun game to play but the ads after EVERY level are annoying! Most of the time it’s the same ad over and over! It does give you the option to buy the game ad free though. The other thing I don’t like is that there is no option to sign into the game so you can play across multiple devices. I have an iPhone and an iPad. I usually play on my iPad but I don’t haul it around with me, so I play on my phone when I’m out of the house...this game I would have to play each level on each device. Sucky.

Fun game!. Not as challenging as the first version because it’s in crossword style (so you have hints), but still just as fun. The ads are not any more annoying than the first version, and if anything this one has more options for extra coins by watching extra videos. Other times, you can simply click the double-arrow on the upper left and bypass the ads early. So really, the ads are not a big deal for me. Overall, love it! Its my go-to mind-bender now more than the first version. Great job!

Not very far into the game but so far so good.. One question, why are hints 50 coins? I know you guys want us to buy coins but your previous game was 25 coins and that is nuts. You drive people away by doing that. I think most of us play these games to relax. By you focusing more on making money rather than providing entertainment, you screw yourselves out of money. I would be more apt to buy from a game that I can play and enjoy than one that is setup for the purpose of just trying to get my money. Those are the games I usually uninstall.

Game closes on its own. Since your April 4th update, this game will close on its own and has become nearly unplayable. I am at a 7 letter level and it has gotten very slow in responding to my inputs, then it will freeze, then close. Restarting will only make it work for a word or two, then it happens again. And like many other commenters, I too think there are way too many long ads between rounds. And most of them are oriented towards younger players, not adults. By now I am so tired of Toon Blast I even dislike the color of the displayed players nail polish... April 8 update: I saw there was a new update to the game so I eagerly went and got it in the hope it would fix the issue I mentioned above. Alas, it did not. The game still closes arbitrarily. It will close in the middle of a round, while looking for more words, while changing puzzle, pretty much anywhere. This started happening after the 4/4 update. I hope you are looking into this issue. It's not getting worse but it's not getting better either.

Addicting but frustrating. This game is great; lots of fun. Some common words aren’t registered as actual words, however, and are counted as completely incorrect which is a bit annoying, but it’s not too frequent. My biggest problem with this game is the ads. There is literally an ad every level. An extremely long ad, I might add. Most are unskippable. And as of recent, there’s an additional ad everytime you switch out of the app, which is ridiculous. Next level? Another 30 seconds. Answer a text message? Another 30 seconds. Switch to your music for a sec? You get the point. I spend way more time being force fed horrible ads for other games than I do playing this one.

Aren’t you ever going to add more levels?. It’s now July, 2021. I am all caught up — again. Please add more levels. I’ve been waiting for MONTHS for more levels. Is Pineberry the highest level, ever? Hire me to proofread your games! There are so many stupid errors, lately. The word “auto” only has one a. The word “meal” only has one L. And even if they WERE real words, those extra letters aren’t available from which to choose! When the error is my last word, and I’ve uselessly tried every combination, my only option is to use a hint to get the missing letter; then I’ve wasted my coins. I can’t tell you how many times this has happened. A hint uses 30 coins to buy, but costs 50 to use, so I’m losing value buy having to use them. You need to replace at least 5,000 coins to me to compensate for this.

Too Early to Tell. This game is a cute twist on one of Bitmango’s other games. I’m currently enjoying the letter scramble & crossword puzzle hybrid. But then I have only reached the 3rd award level. This games vocabulary is quite limited, IMHO. For example it did not recognize the word “ort” but did recognized “prat”. Even as a legitimate word to be placed in the “cookie jar”. Come on Devs! This is a good game. Now make it better. Buying the game is well worth the small price to stop getting the ads after every round! This is a good game for those who aren’t great spellers, like myself. I like the “scramble” feature, which switches the letters around so I can see them in a different order. I may update this review when the game gets more difficult to determine whether or not it’s a “predator game”. In other words, how much cash do I have to shell out to be able to play/have as much fun as I did in the beginning.

Okay. I enjoy this app. However, the ads are so frustrating. It seems like the close add button is purposefully right below the hint button, and a lot of times, when I try to click it, I accidentally buy a hint. Also, it always says “don’t miss the chance to watch a video and get coins” when that literally shows up all the time, so you’re not missing anything because it will most likely show up again in two levels. Also it won’t go away unless you actually watch the video. And when you report ads for showing up repeatedly it just keeps showing up! The ads seriously are so frustrating and need to stop because they’re ruining my experience of the game.

Word Cookies. It is fun to play this game for several reasons. The first is that the themes are fun to do. The second is that the game levels start at an easy enough level that you could play with a first grader. The child can learn in a fun way and be unaware that he is doing so. An adult partner, meanwhile, can be doing the higher levels without becoming bored. The eight letter level is a challenge and there will be some new words to learn. Third, it is easy to stop a game at any point and go right back to it at another time.

Errors / Glitches. There has been at least 5 times in WordCookies2 that I am at the last word to complete a puzzle and I know I am choosing the correct word and the game won’t accept the word. I can’t move on from the puzzle until the word is complete, so I have to use clues to complete the word. When I use the clues it is the same word (letters) I was already selecting, yet the game would not accept it. I have have lost hundreds of clue points because if this. It is a glitch in the game that needs to be fixed.

Unbearable Ads. This game pretty much forces you to buy the ad-free version! I opened the app and completed ONE crossword and BOOM ad appears. Finish 2 crosswords...AD! These aren’t your usual 25-30 second ads in most free version games, these are like 35-45 second ads! I literally start watching TV and forget I was waiting for the ad to finish (that might just be my attention span but still, you get the point!) Want a measly 10 more coins...watch this ad! Want 30 more coins...watch this ad. Plus, it costs 50 coins to get a hint but you rack up WAY less per level. No give and take. Anyway, I wouldn’t mind paying for the ad-free version because i do ENJOY word games/puzzles and its’ graphics but as intrusive as these ads are.....I’m done with this game completely! Deleted.

Fun!. This is a decent time killer. A few things to note- just because a word exists doesn’t mean this program will accept it, and it its fickle about it besides. The “cookie jar” will sometimes accept a known word that can be made (“moor”) out of one puzzle but deny it in another. Secondly IDK what’s up with that damned final fantasy game app ad, but it’s the most annoying, and the X to close out of the add doesn’t always appear. Just tap the top right of your device and it closes right away (which is good or I’d have bailed on the game out of pure irritation). Otherwise it’s not been glitchy or space hogging.

Yeah. Thank you for adding more levels. Love the game and now I can continue! Still love it but I typed in the correct word ten times and was refused. Then I hit the hint button 4 times and the word that had been refused showed up as correct!!!!! Made me mad!!! It just happened again!!! Why??? Still love it and almost finished all the extras. Hope there will be more. I will repeat if not, I guess. I am doing the the last 4groups again but found when I look back every one has a. Word missing! I pit it in and when I look again it is missing again??? What and why? Still fun

Addictive and Challenging. Just like the original Word Cookies, your goal is to find all of the words in the crossword by using the letters given to you. The developers have made it more challenging by requiring you to find specific words at specific times to get extra points in certain levels. In addition, some levels contain “star” words and if you spell the word, all of the letters in the word appear on the board where other words use those letters. (It sounds confusing, but it’s not). The point is that this is another great word search game.

Good job 👏👍. This game is very fun! It’s challenging, fun and it’s a great way to stretch your brain! (not literally) It gives you lots of coins for free. Like, all you have to do is watch an add and you’ll get 30! Awesome right? I’m also glad that it has hints for you. You can buy hints with in game money and they are really helpful! They’ve saved me a couple times I was stuck. If you don’t have enough coins then you can simply buy some more at the store with really money. They don’t cost very much. Good job creators! 👏👏👏

Please get rid of the ads!!. I LOVE this game! It’s better than Letter Soup although similar but rewards and the crossword format make it an enjoyable game...however, having an ad pop up every 2-3 boards is beyond annoying. Some have to be closed out twice with looong delays between x-ing out and the actual closing of the ad. Also, having the same ad come up over and over is enough to make me stop for a while no matter how addicting! After the first 5 minutes I was looking for a payment area to opt out of this annoying feature. Keep up the great work, more of us like word games than makers realize I think. And again...please let us pay to opt out of the advertisements!!

My issues with the word lists. This is a better game than I was expecting, to be honest. The concept is pretty dumb, but I guess it's good compared to the original. But I have issues with this game. First of all, the new butterfly system is dumb and should be treated as such. While I understand why it's not inside special levels, the fact that you only get gold for catching the butterfly is dumb, and it moves all over the place randomly. It's just not fun. That isnt my biggest problem though. My biggest problem is the fact that the list of accepted words isn't consistent with the original game. I mean, why? Why make a new word list instead of copying over the old one? This is an issue, because I've trained myself on the original to look for certain words. Words like "ails", which doesn't work anymore. Some words are new also, and I hate it.

I love it. My name is Alexis. You would like it But you will get stuck on the section that is called cheese level III it’s so hard. I cannot get past it. I almost just quit it was so hard. Remember my name is Alexis my age is nine I am nine. It’s so hard to get through that if I were you I would expect to be on the same level for a few days. It’s not that hard you’ll love it just like I do it’s just a little hard that much Unless you don’t have two days. But it’s a great game. You will love it. I gave it four stars because it’s hard on the level III on cheese but you love it by.

Fun and genuinely free word puzzles!. If you enjoyed Word Cookies you won’t be disappointed in this! The crossword style makes it easier to deduce words, but is just as fun. If a word does get you stumped, there’s hints that can be earned whilst playing, purchased, or received for watching an ad. Playtime is at your own pace; there are no restrictions or timed / purchased unlocks. The UI is simple, pleasant, and even has a few free themes to choose from to celebrate the holidays. The downside is that, as it’s a newer game, there aren’t many levels released yet. But, with every update comes more. Additionally some of the ads can crash the game. And the ad for a dragon hatching game often doesn’t allow you to exit.

Too many ads but good game. I like the game because I like crossword puzzles. It’s pretty fun for me. The game gives good rewards giving you lots of coins if you need a hint. If you get the star word You get letters spread out through your puzzle. The higher you get the more coins you get. The only thing I would say negative would be the ads. After each puzzle there’s an ad. I’ve gotten used to it with other games so it’s only bothersome when I’m inpatient

Amazing. This app is simply amazing. I love the graphics, chances for extra bonuses and gameplay. I just downloaded it yesterday and have already achieved 2 of the cooking utensils because I just can't put it down. There are a few suggestions that I have that would add to the gameplay experience and improve overall performance... The app seems to be a little laggy when it comes to swiping letters at times and also it would be an added bonus to have a daily challenge and weekly goals. There are ads but they aren't overwhelming or overwhelming and I understand it helps players support the developers. I would love an option to play ad free. I have there other apps and you can really tell the developers put time and effort into creating apps and making improvements to make gameplay as enjoyable as possible for their users. I also love that the app isn't money hungry with constant pop ups trying to get players to spend money which becomes very annoying. I love word Games and I most say that this app, the developers and their other apps are at the top of the list as far as overall satisfaction. 💖💖💖💖

Extra word points not given. I love this game, BUT some common words like “pull” and peel” were not on one puzzle, AND they didn’t count as extra words to get points for them. Then on the next level “peel” was one of the puzzles words!!! I understand that not every word found is on the tiles, but we should get extra word points for those found!!! Next level I’m doing has had 6 words that are actual words that I get zero credit for!!! Something has to change or I’ll need to find a game that is fair

Game is good but.... I understand with the free version that I have to see ads and I'm ok with that however, when I have to see a full 30 sec ad every time after 1 single game is ridiculous. It happens way more often then not. Here n there I get to just bypass the ads after 5 or so secs but majority of the time after just 1 game it's 30 secs every time and I don't understand why it has to be that often for those. And my main problem is the freezing of the game which happens more than it should. Right now I'm stuck after my first set/game of 7 letters. It won't do anything. It's aggravating af! Otherwise I like the game as I always loved word games like this one. If it weren't for the every game 30 secs ads and the freezing which is ridiculous I would have given it 5 stars cuz it is a good time passer. And I do love that they change the themes for the holiday time of yr. cute! Thx for that!

Fun but not too responsive. I really love the game. I’m a huge fan of Word Cookies 1 but the one thing that drives me nuts about WC2 is all the delay between swiping one word to the next or whenever an event happens. My fingers are trying to drag words way faster than the game will allow. It’s verrry frustrating! I hate the ads and would be glad to pay the few bucks to remove them but until this screen delay is fixed I don’t know how long I can play the game. Please fix.

Great!. This game is awesome! I play it when I’m bored or at night to help me relax and get sleepy. It’s challenging but not so difficult that you get frustrated and don’t want to play anymore. I like the levels it has and that you get multiple opportunities to earn coins to help give you hints for words when you get stuck. I have Word Cookies 1 & 2 and love them both. Definitely one of the games I recommend to others. I also love that it’s a $1.99 in app feature to go ad free. I did purchase ad free but not anything else. Of all the games I have tried, these are by far my favorite.

Fun game - too many ads. I like the game. Really fun but the ads come up every few puzzles and it gets really annoying. The music is enough to trigger nightmares. Can’t play it somewhere you need silence either, unless you turn off sound, music and also turn down volume for the blaring ads. I know I can pay to get rid of them but I have other games that are less intrusive and to be honest, I’m avoiding paying on pure principle now. Otherwise, the game itself is addicting.

Excellent enjoyable game but not enough star levels. Excellent enjoyable game but the star rewards challenge rushes players through levels to make the star rewards daily quota. This hastens the game end. Sometimes this means playing through 9 or more levels. I’m now sadly at the end of the game. Although updates have slowly been adding a few levels, it’s not keeping up with the pace they demand for star challenges. People have reviewed they love this game, and I do too. But they need to either reduce requirements for star reward challenges or add in more star rewards levels. That would make it a 5 star game.

Cute Game. This is a cute, much simpler version of Word Cookies. The graphics are great and it’s better for kids than the other game. It does get old a little fast because it’s almost too simple. With Word Cookies there’s a lot more word options and with this, the creator has less space to play with so fewer words for each puzzle. I do not like all of the pauses in between finding words. If you see multiple words in his original game, you can continue to select them. In this game every time the dog pops up from the cookie jar or a word pops up on the screen about your progress, the game pauses and touching letters has no effect. Overall it’s cute...I do think it’s a good game and I even made an in game purchases to have the ads disappear, but it’s just too simple and monotonous. It also has MAJOR flaws. You can run your fingers over words many times and the game won’t count them, but you can use the hints and it will spell out the words you have already attempted multiple times!!!

Really good. Word cookies is really good Bcs it allows u to think of more words that u may not know. I’m ok with the ads Bcs their not too much. So overall, it’s pretty good.

Game not working any more. I’ve got the same problem reported by Suz on 14 Dec. Random letters appear at the start of each round covering spaces. You can’t see the correct letters when you enter a word making it very difficult to complete each round especially as I play with my child learning to spell. The help and contact function is extremely poor. The contact function is an email system masquerading as chat so you don’t start by entering your issue correctly. I don’t know whether my question in this issue will be answered.

LOVIN IT. 😊. I’ve been playin Word Cookies 1 for ages now & woz very excited that u bought a 2nd version out. It’s soooooooo addictive just like the first game. Keep up the gr8 work guys.

The loud ads are annoying!. It’s good but the constant ads that can’t be kept on mute drive me nuts ! I get that’s how you make money, but just needs a mute all feature please!!

Ads too long. Of course I accept that free apps require me to watch ads to keep playing. No problem. But this app requires you to watch 30 sec ads far too frequently. The ratio of play to ads is way off... They should use shorter ads, or space them further apart in game play.

Great fun. Love having the crossword style, it really help to move along, there are a lot of ads but as it is free to play it is more than easy to put up with it.

Excellent!. Just completed Word Cookies, so decided to try this. It's a good way of keeping your brain active. I love it! However, the annoying thing, because Bitmango is an American company, the words are either spelt differently eg colour = color, or the word is a colloquialism eg turf is turf in English & American BUT if we want to make it into a verb we call it grassy, but in American it's turfy! So it can take a bit longer to complete. It still gets the cogs turning.😊

Great game. Rediculous ad ratio. Enjoyable game to keep the brain active, bit waiting over 30seconds between some levels of an animation Ad to play is just insulting. I would never buy the game or the advertised game on this alone. Keep it under 10 seconds, get your message across and move on. Used to be able to turn off wifi and block mobile data access to skip ads.

Love it. This is really a awesome game. The only problem I found is I paid to get rid of the adds and the adds come back. It’s fun and a relaxing game.

Good if you pay to lose ads. Otherwise they are constantly interrupting and slowing you down. Quite enjoying it now that the ads are gone though. Even after you buy it they still tempt you to watch ads for bonus coins, but you can at least choose whether or not you want to see them!

Challenge me!. I love playing this game, but have collected hundreds of coins, have completed all the levels, and am still waiting for a level where I can’t find a word without a hint! (I have used some coins when I got lazy, but could have found the words with a bit more time.) I’m hoping the new levels come soon and get more challenging!

Enjoyably addictive and relaxing. I like this game. I am usually disappointed by ‘free’ games because there is inevitably a catch so an interesting start turns into an expensive rort right after they ask for your rating. No so in this case. Finally! Thank you! This little game does everything right. It’s not loud, flashy or obnoxious, just presents its puzzles for me to solve. There’s no timer or pressure. I like the sweeping action. I haven’t been faced with anything too hard that would take away my coins so I’m wondering what they’re actually for. Highly recommend buying it to get peace from ads and to reward the devs.

You tend to fiddle, calling it updates.....just please, get it right & LEAVE IT ALONE once you do!!!! Could be more generous. You could earn more coins it’s pretty slim pickings for playing and 50 coins for a letter is way too much when u only earn 15 at a time! Also I’m up to ginger lever bought a new phone and had to start again never saved big progress I have never got one extra word in my cookie jar since I restarted and I’m up to ginger and before used to fill my cookie jar often does this mean I am never getting any extra words while I continue on this time?? A little repetitive, but ok. Helped with vocabulary, and stretches the brain a bit. Can become a bit the same old same old after a while.

Too many ads have to buy coins to get rid of them. When you first play it’s not bad but as you go up in level you play 2 games and then you get 2 ads. Not worth it and other crossword games out there that are better and you can get rid of the ads by just paying for a full version rather than having to pay for coins.

Worth downloading!. This is a very good game, well designed and presented. Challenging at different levels, and plenty of opportunities to earn coins that you can use to get hints when you are stuck on a word. Save up your coins to use on the harder words, don’t rely on the hints. Ads on the free version are not overly intrusive, and you have the option to buy out of the ads anyway. American spelling of some words, so if you can't make a word work out just re-think it. You need a good vocabulary, and to know how to spell, but if you don’t, it isn’t too hard to randomly select letters and get there in the end. I really appreciate the extra words jar. I do think, though, that you shouldn’t be using abbreviations such as APP as a word, especially when other legitimate words are not in there.

Few glitches. The ads sometimes freeze up and have to restart game and choosing the letters isn’t as good as in the original game But I love the game so I put up with the issues

Levels. It would be nice if the coming soon levels ever got released its has been months since I have been able to play this game. Probably going to delete it soon if new levels don’t come out.

Word. I like it . Although I had to start from beginning, when I got to higher levels the app was stalling out wouldn’t come back for day or two so had to delete app and start again. Not sure if was my phone or the app?

They’ve gotten lazy. The game was pretty well done and up until some of the recently added levels I would have given 4 stars. However the latest levels are TERRIBLE! Good luck trying to guess that 7 letter word when it’s actually two separate 4 letter words in a row that share the same last/first letter! Plus they’ve added 2 letter words as lazy filler, but also overlap longer words to make it look like there are additional 2 letter words, but they’re not. Just random really bad puzzle design. There are tons of games like this one. I suggest trying a different one.

Too many adds but good game. I like it even more than the original, but my main problem with it is all of the adds. It’s almost constant. Also I think that the hints could be cheaper, but I can understand why with the cross word. Other than that, it’s a very good game, and if you like words I would suggest it.

Suggestion!!!!. This game is great. Flawless even. One cool thing I think you could add would be after you solve the the puzzle, it would be great if I could click on each word and it would give the user the definition for that word. I think that would be really cool. Learn and play at the same time. Other than that, great game!

Love it! Just one thing:. I rate this game four stars, because when you want hints after the easy levels, you need to pay fifty coins from your collection you get for finding words, like butterfly levels. I am now done with two packs so far, and now, you cannot watch an ad for hints! But the rest of the game is awesome! I think this game teaches, too!

Good app, wish there was more back story. I really like work cookies cross, and it is supposed to help your brain grow. I just wish that with the coins you earn maybe you could earn more of story, not just the picture albums which you can’t get until you buy the package with 700 coins. Over all really fun game.

Don’t spend any money on this game. Two updates ago they introduced a .99 cent option to make this ad free and give you 240 coins. I bought it on my iPhone and it worked great no ads. I have tried to restore my purchase on my iPad and it will not remove the adds. Now the .99 cent option isn’t ads free so I’m screwed dealing with ads on my iPad. That is the only reason I spent .99. The worst part is I have emailed the developer twice with no response on this issue. I’m about to report a problem with Apple to get my .99 cents back, I’m that mad.

Lots of errors. I love this game but there are a lot of errors in the latest update. Some have words that aren’t words. Some have words that it won’t accept anything you put in, and you have to use a clue to finish the word. Some have two totally different words made into one long word that has way more letters than are available.

Used to be great, now the developers don’t care. Until the most-recent updates, this was a four or five star app. But in the newest levels, the developers appear to have given up on the little things ... like proofreading. It is now common for connected sections to not actually connect. (Example level: The word “Legibly” goes across and “lily” goes down... only they start “lily” in the wrong place, leaving you with”lilyy”. This is now happening almost every other level.) And don’t get me started on the lazy word choices. “Feh” showing up for the first time after several hundred levels? C’mon.

Needs work. It seems that many of the words I put in don’t register and I have to back over the puzzle to figure out which words to put in again. My game is stuck!!! I’m really liking playing the game. Just one more glitch to fix After I play for some time it buffers and I have to reopen the game.

My favorite game!. I look forward to playing this game every day! Some words are easy to find and others can be a challenge. The game is set up so I can play for 10 seconds or for as long as I wish. I like the 5 day challenge. It motivates me to play every day.

Fun but it Crashed. I love the game and the concept of it. I hate the ads. I also hate the fact that when I got to a certain level like Pack 3: Ginger: Level 6 the game crashed! When I tried to play it again, the game wouldn't even open! I mean granted my software is IOS 7.6, but the game still shouldn't crash. I even tried deleting the app and re-downloading it. I made it to level 3 of the very first pack and it still crashed! Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Favorite word game. I started Word Cookies with our granddaughter. Then got hooked myself to levels way beyond an eight-year-old’s ability. Word Cookies Cross is fun variation. Challenging but easier since you have crossing words to help. A good melding of crossword and Boggle-like word finding. Also good mix of challenge types, including those that earn hint points.

Great but NOT Word Cookied. Fun to find so many words in just a few letters but not as challenging as Cookies (not working right now so opened this game.) Don’t like having to start at the bottom as it is simplistic. Wish one could advance more quickly to more difficult levels. Perhaps develop a “challenge” level to determine a starting point?

Too Many Loud Ads. I play with the sound off and even with it off for the game the advertisements between word screens are LOUD!!! I have caused my sleeping husband to jump out of bed because the darn things suddenly pop up playing at full volume. Even turning my phone sound down or off doesn’t keep this from happening. Too many loud ads, too many accidental clicks on the bottom banner ad, too laggy during the game- all things that will cause me to find another game to play. That would be sad too since this really is a fun game. Make an option to buy an Ad-free version and I am in.

Sweet🍪!. Recently finished the original WordCookie game and needed a new “go to” game, so I was happy to find BitMango’s WordCookie2. I love this game! The rounds go quickly and become more challenging as you “bake” your way through the levels. It keeps the grey cells sharp and is a great way to spend time while waiting for appointments. I have several BitMango games and enjoy playing them all. Keep up the good work, BitMango!

Brain Trainer. I have always loved word games. But this one is a real challenge. I am challenged continually to come up with words I have not thought of in years but need to recall in order to finish the puzzle’s. I am really addicted to this game and it’s a challenge to me to do better and better.

Glad to see!. Happy to see word cookies come out with this. The other one I was playing was lame. Just started today and am thru several packs already. I’m thinking it’ll be similar to the original word cookies eventually with bake offs, coin wheel and some of the other features of the original. For now it’s simple but just as fun. Word Cookies- an honest review. I have found the game challenging; however when you play enough, there are some things that become predictable such as the use of certain words repetitively and the fact that the plural form of most words is repetitively an answer. With that said I have still found it enjoyable…

Word Cookies 2. I like this game. It helps me stay young because I do well when I play it. I try to play every day or so. I am eighty one years old and I want to keep my mind working as much as possible. And this game definitely keeps my mind working! All you young folks like me should try it!

Too long between updates!. This game is okay and can be fun if you have a little free time and don’t want to use much brain power. It’s a fairly simple game, so if you’re looking for an easy word game, this is for you. However, it takes way too long between updates. There hasn’t been a new level added in at least SIX MONTHS (it may even be longer). Once you get as high as you can go, be ready to sit and wait because new levels take way too long. The original Word Cookies is much better.

Cookies2. Word cookies2 (word cookies 1) might be my favorite word-by-letter-by-letter game but it has sort of too many ads and too few coins that can detract from the fun. It otherwise has a wonderful smooth feeling between the letters that is wonderful to feel.

Fun game. Great game! Still new and as it gets a little bit more popular I think it will have more options to come with it. It’s defiantly a game that helps you get your mind off things and helps me relax! The little challenge they have for the daily is fun reminds me of wheel of fortune, the help option is a bit steep but that is probably because you’re getting help with the letters as you solve the crossword. Try it, you might like it!!

Needs more levels. I love this game but it needs more levels. I just noticed that there was an update and I got excited and signed on immediately to play. Much to my disappointment there were no new levels. Wishing that I hadn’t paid for no ads. Soon I will be deleting this game if there aren’t new levels. You need to be able to sync your game between devices. I have paid for no ads and I still have ads. It is stated that family sharing is supported, but don’t fall for it. It isn’t supported.

FUN! FUN! FUN!. I really enjoy word games. They are my go-to resource whenever I have to wait for something or someone! This one is quite stimulating even though I’ve not gotten very far. One thing needs to improve—make all levels have different words. Some are repeating words that have been already introduced. Otherwise I’m having a great time.

Great game. I like the game... it’s one of the few word games that you can trust to use only real words! You don’t know how annoying it is to be racking your brain to figure out a word only to find that the one they’ve used is an abbreviation, colloquial term or acronym! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it frequently freezes up between puzzles.

Fun challenge. I like this game! It's a challenge easy at first then proceeds to get harder as I go further in the game!!! However when you hit the button to get 3 times extra coins you see the video & then you are taken out of the app altogether & receive no coins at all!!! It has happened too many times! So it's a cheating game!!!!

Awesome. There a great game well put together easy to play some difficult levels as you get it. More into the game however it cost you a lot of coins just for a hint it should be like 25 coins for a hint maybe they can change that but over all awesome game

In love with this app. I only have one bad thing to say about this. One thing that I wish the app had was different themes. The current theme is okay but I wish we had other options other than Christmas and Valentines Day. Other than that this app is awesome and always passes the time.

Last update has bugs!. This was my favorite word game by far! However there appear to be some bugs i never noticed before the last update. Since it was updated, I find myself working puzzles I’ve already completed, and that just gets boring real fast. It was supposed to have installed 30 new levels, but they seem to be 30 levels that are old & already worked. Fix it please or I’m deleting game.

Bad game and worse now. After the first review below, the game locked down and never came back up. I had built way up. Now I am back at the very beginning. What a waste!!! It locks up and takes away my games of winning the stars. Tonight I only needed two stars so I stayed up late to play it. As I was playing and already had the stars, it locked down and I had to start over. Finally got three stars back. Now I am exhausted at 1:39 am and am going to sleep without my stars. Praise God I never wasted my money.

Forced ads are a thumbs down. Would have given 5 stars if the ads were not so long. Being forced to watch them for 30 seconds is annoying. Word cookies is much better due to the fact I can close the ad if not interested in watching it. I may delete word cross and just wait for more levels in word cookies.

Too many ads. I don’t mind a few ads but this is ridiculous. It has more than word cookies. It’s almost after EVERY game. The game itself is fun but I’ve noticed with word cookies you find more words for the cookie jar than with word cookies crossword. I think it’s because of the crossword layout. It’s easier to figure out the words quicker so you don’t take the time to find extra words.

What happened?. I seem to have gone as far as I can with this game. I am locked out and cannot play any more games. Is there a limit and then that’s it, you can no longer play? When is level 16 and beyond coming? It’s been months! Have completed the 15 levels and app will not go any further.

Really love This!!!!. This game is very challenging. I really like this about the game. It makes me increase my vocabulary. There is one think I wish the could improve upon is when I have on money to by letters that I would be able to watch videos till I can acquire enough to by letters to help me solve the puzzle. I would like more options for themes I only have 3 they are very plane.

Word Cookies 2. We’ve played Word Cookies for a long time. Excited to see Word Cookies 2 out. Have only been playing a few days. My nine year old plays with me before he goes to bed. Having words cross and having a letter hint where they cross makes it move faster and less frustrating. The Pop-Up adds are a pain though.

Fun Game for Kids and Adults. I enjoy playing this game so much! It has a simple, entertaining, relatable theme that is well illustrated, without alot of visual clutter (like some game interfaces). The spelling is at many different levels, so children and adults can enjoy it. I’ve already recommended it to people who see me playing and ask me the name of the game, so they can download it, too.🍪👍🏽

Learning how to spell. This game has made my mind stronger because it makes you think of words I wouldn’t of thought of. I really like it that hard part is getting points other then that make your mind smarter then it was before you played

Love the game. Love this game. But after finishing the 16th collection level, I’m missing more. Also... everyone that’s griping about the ads needs to calm down! Ads pay for the free version. They didn’t build this game for your enjoyment only. It’s called a business. Spend a couple bucks and enjoy it ad-free.

Best Sequel. Great sequel to the original! I already knew by my second day on the app that i would be keeping it so i went with ad free! It is that good. I jst hope i can get to the end before they add more levels. I want to be ahead of the game unlike the original which has far too many levels! Lol

Word Cookies. I find this game very entertaining even though some levels are I still get all the answers in no time flat which may astonish you cuz right now in the original Word Cookies game I have well over a million points on my score I’m now an Ace Chef.

Refund please. Just paid to get rid of ads. Still have ads. Refund $$ or get rid of my ads. The ads freeze my game every time. Click the "no ads" button and it says pay for coins and NO MORE ADS. Paid and Guess what, still have ads. Been playing original word cookies for a while and put up with ads crashing my pad, but decided enough is enough. Decided to pay to actually enjoy this game but even after paying, still ADS. Fix this!! UPDATE: Contact with company and no help. Sorry bc the game could be fun.

About money. Good game... been playing for 2 weeks and I’ve noticed on two different games that when I enter and word that I don’t get the correct response and after frustration and being out of coins I resort to buying coins only to see that the correct word was one that I have already entered.... seems like we are being led to buy coins to complete.... fishy

Wilson. I’m loving this game especially with just having had a foot operation and being unable to get around. It helps pass the time while keeping my mind active. Sort of easy yet, but a few levels are challenging so I’m sure it will definitely become so more and more. Thanks!

Glitches. Overall, I think this app is really fun. It takes the elements of word cookies! and incorporates it into a crossword puzzle. Though, there are many things that I think the app can improve on. First, the ads. Almost every time you finish a game there is a minute long ad that is extremely annoying. I wish the app didn’t have all these ads, maybe they would get more players that way. Number two, the glitches. After every ad, the game buffers until you get out of the game and then go back in. This is extremely annoying. I hope that this issue will be fixed soon.

Easy, yet challenging fun. I’ve been playing now for a month. Wonderful game. Word games are my favorite. Playing crossword word cookies2 is fun and challenging. It is something to do when my nerves are frazzled, or I’m waiting in an office, or when I just want to enjoy a moment. Problem: I finished the crossword puzzles they had prepared and they haven’t added more!!!!! Please add more.

Love it 🍪. Love this game! The only thing I would change is that I don’t need to know it’s a “butterfly” level or “star” level....that’s pretty obvious. It’s a little slow between boards...just wish I could tap to speed things up like some games let you, but overall I love it. Definitely better paying to remove the annoying ads too.

Very good time toilet!!. This game is a very good way to kill an hour, day or week. The sister game, Word Cookies, is a great precursor to this crossword version of the same game. As soon as I completed the last available level of Word Cookies, I found this version and immediately started baking again. Happy baking everyone.

It's not the best-I've got complaints. First, the only ad there is (or at least the only ad i get) is for Final Fantasy. And it's the playable demo ad. I hate that ad so much, and it pops up after what feels like u complete a level. Every single time. Second, almost every word I try, it's an extra word, and goes into the extra words thing. Can't you make a little less extra words and a little more words in the playing board thing?

Good app. This is a really fun app. It is challenging, but not so challenging that you can’t pass the levels. The only problem that I have with this app is that there are to many ads and no one wants to pay to get rid of them. There is an ad after every level. Other than the ads I have no problems with this game.
