Jam. I love how that show different Variations for Each Chord. I think it’s Really Cool that it’s Free..

Makes lessons Easy!!. I am taking lessons on music theory and I find it incredibly useful to have this app to pull unfamiliar chords from. This is a must if you are serious about moving forward in your quest to learn the fretboard!

best free chord app. i love the samples, i love that its easy access and it essentially works as a chord dictionary. 11/10 would use again

Options. Im trying to improve my guitar playing and this app has helped me expand voicing. I play for my own enjoyment and cowboy chords have a limit. Finding the freedom of options is invaluable and this app is a valuable tool to discover the entire fret board.

This is an instant five stars :-0. Okay so I have been struggling, STRUGGLING with chords so bad, I just want a simple free map or layout of all of them. I was hesitant at first on how you had to pay and was thinking it was something you had to do. Like Yousician or Simply Guitar… etcetera. To my surprise, I was embellished with every single chord in existence, including on higher frets! You have no idea how helpful it is to have all the chords layout to you for free, no payment, no extra bull. Its like a metronome y’know? You need a reference point to sound and tempo to understand your mistakes. I won’t be surprised if this app blows up one day or another. Anyways, wish the best to all of those new guitar players out there. Would recommend this to a beginner or higher level of player if you forget chord patterns. Can’t wait to see what will be done in the future for this app! :) (knowledge is a priceless thing)

Comprehensive and interactive. Can’t think of a chord that isn’t on here and you can hear them axectly as they sound (aside from timbre)

One of few GOOD guitar apps. This is one of the few guitar apps on iTunes where you can find any guitar chord-and it’s free.

Straightforward, no frills; exactly what you need!. This app provides a super streamlined approach to “the chord library”. No extra stuff, just correct and plainly written information to get you going. No distractions included. There are apps, but I would certainly pay for the app. The developer is a great musician, who is actively innovating his software, playing live shows, and making records. You can count on his company to continue doing great work like this when you invest in this app and his others. It’s truly a foolproof app, and doesn’t use any unnecessary power from your device either. Just instant information. All the other apps are similar! I use Music Tutor at all of my piano lessons. Highly recommended all around! Nicely done, JSplash!

Amazing Free Chords. Every chord you could need for free

Best chord app. Very nice app, very helpful too. I’ve been playing getar for 2 years but I barely know any chords, this app has helped. Also thanks for the left handed diagram some apps ain’t got it and I get confused

Awesome app.. The only thing i don’t like is that once you get i to CM9 or DM9/A you get chord shapes that are impossible to play. Maybe less open chord variations for 5th fret and above.

Outstanding. This is by far the most user-friendly chord library that I’ve found. Thank you for creating it.

No bar chords. This app is very good at giving lots of different variations of the same chord but there were no bar chords available on the app making some chords way more difficult than they need to be. It also often showed variations of a chord that are impossible to play. It’s a good idea for beginners but it’s not very practical in reality.

Thorough and clear. New user here. Just first glance and it has all the chords I’ve struggled to find elsewhere. Nice format.

Perfect please don't change. This is the first time i ever leave a review, gotta say that you guys nailed it down. Not only does it show a lot of variations to play a chord but also gives you an accurate sound of what the chord would sound like if strummed. 10/10 would recommend

The best Free app I’ve ever downloaded. I’ve been playing guitar for years. I have a chord book I’ve been neglecting. It is about done. I’ve been a playing a lot more practicing theory relearning the guitar the right way and felt I needed an emergency back up chord ref. Found this and I’m blown away . Thank you sooo much!

Fab chord chart for beginners and pros!. There are innumerable ways to play chords on the guitar neck: some are easy and learned in the beginning after picking up the guitar; others are finger twisters and/or head scratchers! This app has them all… If you play guitar, you want/need this! Have fun and be happy… God bless!

Computer generated chords. Looks like a computer generated these chords. Most of them would be best played by a computer, not necessarily a real person.

Has the basics but... Most of the harder chord shapes the app suggests like C9, D9 etc are not really playable. It feels like this was all generated by a computer instead of a guitar player who gives chord shapes that are actually possible to play.

Handy. Saves lots of time trying to follow along with chord melody Youtube chanels. You try to see where their fingers are but end up playing it over and over again. Just write down the chord and use this app😁

I know you have individual chord export as an image, which is amazing, but it would be also nice to have an option to save a particular version of the chord inside the app. I hope it’s possible to add this. In any case, huge thanks, I’m using the app basically on a daily basis now. 🙏🏻

Almost Perfect (for me). Only thing I would like to see is an option to view the notes and/or scale degrees of chords so as to better understand chord construction. Otherwise, great app.

This will actually teach you how to play guitar for free. This is amazing this is free just taught me 20 chords in one hour and I'm a beginner this is amazing describe your electric acoustic or any old guitar that you have and start playing! 10 out of 10 actually 9000 out of 10 Jsplash apps is an amazing producer he makes freee apps amazing:) and tat the end.

Solid💪🏿. I’ve tried multiple chord reference apps. Gtr Lib Chords is designed perfectly. It’s straight forward and user friendly. There are no distractions. I will not delete this app. I’m using the free version so I can’t comment about any differences in the paid. It covers the entire neck and each chords possible inversion. Gtr Lib Chord is a solid app for beginners, intermediate and advanced players. Best, Kelvin ✌🏿

Favorite Chord App. Great app! I just got it, and it’s really easy to use and all the chords I’m looking for are there. I looked through the App Store for a very long time and downloaded several chord apps, but none of them worked out for me. This is by far the best one. This app really deserves much more attention. I have a quick suggestion though, and that is why I only gave 4 stars: You should definitely be able to save certain chords. I like how simple the app is, but it’s one quick adjustment. This is because it come in handy if you have only a few specific chords your practicing and you want to get to them quickly. Thank you! I hope you take this review into consideration. App review: impressions. I recommend this app especially for beginners if ur trying to learn the chords i wish there was an app for notes on guitar as a beginner guitarist i think its cool to have this app to help you follow the chords and i do have something missing there i think when i look on the chart i dont see any chord notes on it so is that okay if u updated it with the chord notes?

Good app, missing a few. Good app love the format but its missing a few common voicings, such as d9 as an example, which doesnt have the common voicing with the root on the A string, however it has many other ways to voice the chord, but would have thought the most common one would be in there
