The app does not even load!. Frustrating!

cant even do anything. when i open the app all it does is just load with an arrow on my screen saying “loading” it does not load.

Waste of time. The app doesn’t work at all. Quite literally pointless. Doesn’t update, doesn’t load, waste of time. Don’t bother.

Live tracking is fake. No live bus tracking. It just shows the bus schedule.

Live bus tracking does not work. OmniRide Tysons express bus never shows up accurately on live tracking.

Garbage. Not functional at all.. did not work for me a SINGLE time. clearly needs to be fixed

K.I.S.S. - keep it stupidly simple. How about a boring but functional app for once? Let me set the one or two routes I use. Let me set the handful of stops I use. Show me everything about *only* what I have picked and nothing else in clean, easy to consume lists that look good on a phone. Oh, and for destinations/stops that have more than one way to them, show related routes. For example the Cushing road commuter lot has at least three ways to get to it but the Pentagon busses aren’t obvious unless you happen to look at the Manassas/Pentagon schedule.

Very unintuitive app. I want to know where a specific bus is. Instead, I see some cryptic info. On the map, it shows some arrows, some squares, but when I click on one, it shows a pop-up saying “Gainesville Pentagon Expre...”. What does it mean? Why it’s so emcrypted? Why I can’t see a particular bus number?

Not intuitive, and the info isn’t accurate. The app description claims that you can see the real time location of your bus and its estimated arrival time at your stop. On opening the app, it presents you with a map and a way to find your bus route. Choose your route and it shows it to you on the map. So far so good. You would expect it to show you the location of the bus on the map, but it doesn’t. At least it has never done so for me, and I’ve tried clicking on many routes that were running at the time. I’ve even tried it while actually sitting on a bus. No icon appears on the map showing you where the bus is. You can click on the name of the route, and it will display the list of stops. Next to the stops is the estimated arrival time at that stop. The times are not accurate always, but they have been correct a few times (perhaps by chance.) So, this app doesn’t really do what it claims. Perhaps the developers can first work on getting accurate arrival times to display in the list, and fix the map later, or not at all. The map could be used simply to show the user the routes; static info only. Perhaps that’s what it was intended to do in the first place.

App is not loading the map and unresponsive. Title says it all. The able is not able to load the map and the buttons beyond the menu option are not working.

Completely mishandled. A horribly mishandled app. Almost useles. Not up to date. Down during actual time of need. Only referred to a equally worthless website

Better Than The Rest But Still Not Accurate. I wanted to love this app. It is better than some of the others, moovit and so on, and the idea that it tracked the busses as they are enroute what could be better? But I’ve tested it while waiting for a bus and while on the bus and it appears to be going by the printed schedule and not always bus location or it could be something else. I’m walking to the bus stop now and the app says the bus at the light that I will get on when I get to the bus stop is several stops past where we are. If it was just accurate it would be a winner, but not right now. Two stars for trying!

What is the point?. Literally can’t do the one job it says it can… track the buses live? Nope. It has only worked once or twice & even in those times, the route I was WATCHING update suddenly the bus disappears from the app 🤷🏻‍♀️ I got it cause these OmniRide drives like to be between 10 min late to 10 min early or they’re just on time but you’re never gonna know 🙃🙃 HENCE THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS APP ACTUALLY FUNCTIONING AS IT ADVERTISES 😤

Awfule. Just awful.. What a worthless app! No functionality. Someone actually got PAID to design this?!

Doesn’t work. Downloaded app and it doesn’t load Contacted developer still waiting on a response. Not really a fan of public transportation and this isn’t helping Hope to be back driving soon

Good start but needs a little more work. This app is much better than that piece of crap Moovit. I like the navigation tools and the listing of the routes. I have provided feedback to the developers that setting up alerts on a route is useless to me. I know where I’m going. I have specific buses I ride and I want to be able to have alerts only for those 4 buses — the two I always ride and the two backups in case I miss the first one. I like seeing the buses in real time as they’re moving along the route so I can gauge how long it’ll take to get to my stop. However, the app has been a little inconsistent — it doesn’t always work. I’ve had to quit out of it several times to get the routes to load. This app has potential and I really hope the developers will keep making improvements so I can bump up my rating.

Does not work. Is this app still functional? If not it should be removed from the App Store.

The app is garbage at the moment. For some reason it won’t load??? It’s been trying to refresh/load since I downloaded it. It’s as if it’s broken or the developers failed to update the app or something. The UI is straight out of the iPhone 4 era. Very very strange.
