So many bugs only an entomologist could like this. Easily the worst app on my phone. If not for our school district using it, I would happily banish it from my memory. I can open my kids’ schedules one day and then the next day they don’t open. Or it works for a while on cell data and then I have to switch to WiFi after it stops responding. Of course, it then stops responding on WiFi so I have to switch back to data… To the developers - we’re your users, not your QA department.

Terrible. This app works okay when it actually works. I understand the switch from the old app to this one, but it is not reliable. I got logged out and could not log back in. It would just go back to the login page. I tried the desk top website after they reset my password like they suggested. It still did not work for me. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app like they suggested. And it STILL did not work. I finally had to contact the school and have them reset my password AND set my password. I still can not log into the app after all of that. I understand schools going paperless, but we HAVE to have a reliable way to get our kids grades. I hope they get this app figured out because it is not helpful when we can’t even get logged in. Very frustrating.

Inbox Notifications. Why doesn’t this app give off a notification when a school puts something into the inbox? The school has closed four days and delayed once due to weather this year and not a single warning from the app even though the school has sent numerous inbox items. This app forces you to check it all the time. Would you check your inbox if it didn’t tell you that you had an e-mail? Fix this please.

Not loading. Last year this app worked without any problems at all. This year, trying to sign in it just shows “loading” and doesn’t do anything, blank page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried rebooting my iPhone. On safari, google and Firefox websites the same thing. Does not do anything other than shoeing “loading”. Checked settings, no problems signing in other apps or pages- only this one.

Search for school district does not work. I would love to experience and review the rest of the app, but I can never get there since the search result functionality is broken. Happy to provide the developer with a screen cast or photos if you would like. I search for our school district and am 100% confident that I have the name of the district correct (and I have searched all different types of spelling and phonetic variations, including just the first three letters in case), results come up blank every time. No search results come up at all. As a result, I cannot use the app. It’s a bummer, because the notifications for announcements such as school closures would be very helpful to receive through the app.

Great if you can sign in. Connection error most times when I sign-in. I still have to go through a browser, again, most of the time. Only reason I haven’t deleted the frustration that is this app is that it does still send out real time notifications. Just don’t try to click on any notifications and expect much more than a long wait that leads to a connection error.

Convenient & easy. Helpful app to keep up to date with your child at school. Have not had any problems with it...I imagine some of the people having problems with the app crashing might have an older firmware or maybe a phone that’s not compatible. Working flawlessly on my phone (IPhone 8)

I like the old version better. I like the old infinite campus better. The original one they had before switching it to the parent portal. I could always check my kids grades on my phone. Now I can’t get it to load on my phone anymore. I always get a message saying they are having technical issues. The main reason I have this app is because I don’t always have access to a computer to check my kids grades. It’s very disappointing.

Can’t view overall grades??. I loved this app before recent changes. I used it daily. Now the “Grades” tab is no longer available. It’s been replaced with “Grade Book Updates” which only shows a list of assignments with grades. I have no way of viewing my child’s overall grades in their classes now. When grade categories are weighted, seeing only assignment grades is not that helpful. What is the point of having a grade monitoring program if me and my child can’t view their overall grades in their classes? We will have no idea what the grade is until we get a report card & by that point is too late to make progress.

Notification overload. I have five school-aged children (last year I had six). I wish I could toggle on/off to get notifications for specific kids. I need to keep tabs on my high school aged kids more than the elementary. Doesn’t seem to have an easy way to request features. I don’t have crashing problems. Only works if teachers are keeping grades/assignments up to date.

FIX YOUR APP. I used to love this app until a couple months ago it stopped working. I haven’t deleted app in hopes that it would continue to work again and unfortunately I still just get a message error saying could not connect to your district. I finally deleted the app today. I am having a meeting with our school actually next week about finding a new system for our school to use and get away from infinite campus!

Something changed. I get notifications of grades and scores for my kids. When I click on the notification of an updated score it takes me to the app but the assignment or score won’t load. However when I get a notification for an updated grade the app launches and opens correctly. Previously both launched and loaded correctly. It appears something changed with the latest update.

Horrible user experience useless app/website. The developers obviously are kids and not parents, the website and app doesn’t allow printing easily and provides limited communications options and email summaries are useless as it requires you to login to the portal to get simple information like grades and contact info. I’m not surprised by the ratings of this app as it’s another useless thoughtless tool that is barrier to communications instead of making communications easier between school and parents and students.

2 stars for doing the basics. Login doesn't save even when checked to remember. But should really use Touch or FaceId at this point. Also, many parents have kids in multiple districts. So this should be able to support multiple logins and let user choose rather than starting over again. It's a giant PITA having to switch between districts. So for now I use the app for one district and a browser for the other.

When it works....... If you can get the app to open, it works fine. Unlike other commenters, I don’t mind the way the new app is organized and I find the layout easier to read. Change can be hard. My issue is when I click on the app, it looks like it’s going to open, but it just goes to a blank white screen. You see the login screen briefly, then a white screen of nothing. If I open via clicking on a notification, it works fine, bUt I can’t open it from the icon. The old version was much more stable. Spend more time testing before you release new versions. Your internal timetable is not as important as the end user experience. From the number of 1-star ratings, you have failed the end users miserably with this new version.

What a pain!. Our school recently switched to this app from Infinite Campus. I’m not impressed. This app takes a long time to load, and for each menu item you have to wait. Every time the instructor adds a new grade, the app sends a message updating the student’s average, which means about 30 messages a week. This is unnecessary, since the app already shows daily grades and averages. I don’t think this app is any improvement over Infinite Campus. Just makes my day a little less streamlined when I have to wait long for an essential app to load.

Infinite garbage. I was having difficulty logging into the app. After having conversations back-and-forth with the school, we couldn’t figure it out. But after reading all of the reviews, it became quite clear. The app is not developed properly. It crashes it doesn’t open. It doesn’t respond. It’s pretty much useless. The only thing that it is good at is frustrating the users. Straight up garbage.

But why so many CRASHES!?!?. Honestly for as much as this app is used by so many parents to keep track of their children’s progress and other school related things; someone really needs to address how much this app crashes!!! If I didn’t need it to keep track of my daughter’s progress in school I would never deal with it again! Each time it crashes I’ve had to uninstall the app and completely delete it and then reinstall it!! EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT AND ANNOYING! FIX IT OR PERMANENTLY GET RID OF IT!! If I could give it 0 stars I WOULD!

Worst app ever. Crashes almost every single time I open it. I think one time last school year I was able to actually open it. I try checking for updates, restarting my phone, deleting app and reinstalling, etc etc. at best I get a screen that says the app is “experiencing technical difficulties would you like to open in browser?” If I choose yes, it grinds away and after much time loading, takes me to a blank browser screen. Unbelievably awful app. Would give zero stars but seems one is the lowest you can choose to write a review.

Doesn’t work.. For an app that is basically required if you want to keep up with your child’s grades and assignments and don’t have easy access to a computer, you need stability and reliability. This app provides neither. It’s kind of like a casino game - you never know whether the app will work or crash when you open it up. If it opens - about 25% of the time, if you’re lucky - you’ve won! I wish our school district would stop using this terrible system. Or that the developers would fix the glaringly obvious issues that people have complained about for months!

Can’t view assignments. When are they going to fix these issues?? What’s the point of having all the tabs when none of them work? And even worse some people can’t even login. Are all schools across the US using this app?? Update: issues have been fixed. All tabs are now working..... thank you

Payment options. They seem to have fixed the login and password reset issues, KUDOS! However, I’m unable to put a payment method in. Whenever I try to save I get the general “error” message that tells you nothing about why there is an error. My guess is a bug with the payment selection function. The “error” could be that the program still requires account and routing numbers for checking account, for example, even though credit card is selected. Simple coding fix, if there’s a desire to fix it!

Zero Stars. Never have I EVER had such a hard time with a website or App. This thing is complete garbage! My daughter’s school informed us that this would keep us updated on our child’s progress. After several, I mean Dozens of emails back n forth with our daughter’s school, and even physically going into the school, and having them help setup an account, I still have not been able to log in or see anything! Tried on 2 different computers and installed and uninstalled the app more than once on my phone. It’s a good thing my daughter is conscientious and honest. Even worse, the website has no support, at All. All you can do is go through the school. I just hope that the school systems are not spending any $$$ to have this...

App doesn’t work. First of all, this app doesn’t download like an app. You have to access it thru the App Store every time. 9 out of 10 times it gives an error message stating system connection error that the app can’t connect to your school district at this time. For a parent that likes to check their child’s grade daily, this is beyond frustrating. I’m not sure why any school system would rely on this app. It’s awful.

Needs improvement. This app is better than the last version, but there are plenty of things that could be better. Just today, I tried to add a new payment option, but the app won't let me add a new credit card. It lets me add a name, but then the cells for entering the number are non editable. Very frustrating to say the least. The user interface could use an update as well.

Needs secure document upload capability. Generally happy with this app-better than other software our district has used. Option to be able to upload secure documents to share with school personnel would make this even better.

Last update caused no notifications. I loved this app before it crashed for apple phones. I was able to receive all notifications for assignments, grades, attendance but now there are no notifications coming across. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and checked all my settings with no success. Hopefully this can be fixed ASAP.

Multiple school districts. My children are in different school districts which both use infinite campus. It would be nice if the app actually retained the commonly used districts and the login information. Or even made it so you could seemlessly change between children without having to search for the district then login. While I think the fact my area has different school districts for grade school and high school is wasteful and ridiculous, I have no control over it, and making this app easier to switch between districts would be a huge improvement.

What did you do?. This app used to work fine. I have four children. Though the interface was quite a bit convoluted, at least I was able to see notifications and grades. After the most recent update, I did not receive any notifications for a day or two so I went into the app. Found I had gotten logged out and now I am not able to get back in at all. All log on attempts on iPad respond with incorrect password despite successful logon on a desktop computer with same. This is unacceptable and I will report it to the school district upon return to school Jan 2. Hopefully you will have fixed your errors by then.

Work in progress. Performance is highly dependent on network connection. I’ve tried several times to use the app on cell data and it was unpredictable, so WiFi is recommended based on my experience. UI organization could be improved. Filters would be a nice touch - it’s great to see missing assignments but it would be better to filter down to just missed assignments for talking points. Grades - it would be nice to see a concise grade sheet in just one page and not have to scroll up and down so much. Again, many times we screenshot the activity to talk with the kids about. Having it all on one screen page is much easier to spot check. Suggestion for news. Need an option to denote which school is sending out each notice. I have four kids at four schools and frankly... I’m never sure which notice applies to which kid.

Poor design and usability. With an app aimed at a wide variety of schools and education levels of parents, the least that the designers must do is to make it usable and intuitive. The app is egregiously poor at this. There are screens where the only way to exit the screen is to force shut the app, there are no buttons to navigate away from the screen! (Eg the pdf receipt after paying for something.. No way to even mail the odf to oneself, one has to take a screenshot… and no way to exit that screen except shutting the app).

This app is HORRIBLE. I am a parent of a student that uses the Canvas and Infinite Campus system at their school. And my child told me to download this app and it SUCKED! It was so glitchy and none of her grades were accurate, the app even signed me out of it multiple times. I hate this app and I wish they it would just stay a website, because the website doesn’t glitch and make me scared and worried that my daughter is failing!!!!! If I could give this app 0.5 stars. I would. This app also killed my dog, I had to get it put down because my daughter was failing English. Turns out she had an 100% and her teacher is just lazy! Horrible HORRIBLE HORRID APP!

I miss the calendar feature. I really miss the calendar/schedule feature on the old app that allowed me to go to a day in the future and see whether it was an odd or even day, and what the schedule for that day would be. It was super handy for making doctor appointments, etc. It was also really handy after vacation breaks to be able to see whether we were starting back on an odd or even day. Please restore this feature!

Worked well for about 10 days. Downloaded it, logged in, and was fine. The actual app was clear and easy to use. Then, after about 10 days, when I open the app, all I get is a white screen. Sometimes it also gives an error message, sometimes not. So, I removed the app and reinstalled it. Same issue. I guess it was fun while it lasted. Back to looking at it on the web browser.

Much easier to use & understand!. I really appreciate the recent changes made to this app. I don't normally write reviews but this is an app that I use nearly everyday. I have a very intelligent child, albeit, a lazy one. He is constantly turning things in late etc... I am able to stay on top him and his assnmts & due dates using this app. The recent changes have made tracking assnmts, duedates, grades , etc...so much easier. I used to get so confused and frustrated using the old version. Ugh,it was dreadful! Now, I can log in, find what I need, and go. I give it 4 stars only because, as with everything in life, there is always room for some sort of improvement. However, this app is truly a wonderful thing and has opened a whole new line of communication between the school (teachers) and myself, but most importantly, me and my child. So far, I'm loving it! It’s decent and works fine. Seems to work pretty well. I like how the grades are reported. I wish it had the daily schedule of the old app which would show the schedule for the exact day. With this format I have to figure out if it is an A day or a B day and if it is a short day to regular day. The one app just took you to the schedule for today every time it was opened.

Works well for me. I have been using the desktop app with no issues and just added the mobile to my phone. Works exactly the same for me and is fast to load. Seeing my kids’ assignments and grades with no issue. I’m having a much better experience than most of the reviewers for this app!

Attendance no longer shows up. I have noticed this year that I can no longer see attendance. Why did this go away? It gave me peace of mind to check that my child was present at school each morning. Although he hasn’t been absent yet, I like to be able to see if his absence was counted as excused or unexcused, that way I know if I need to contact school and remind them he had a doctors note. Attendance was one of the most important features, please fix this!

Prefer Local UI over Responsive Webpage. This seems to be a responsive webpage instead of an actual local UI, this causes a ton of network based latency issues, which can be confusing to lower tier users. The decision to change to a responsive webpage as opposed to a UI overhaul is not welcome in my opinion. That being said, the website needs to be more mobile optimized, I suggest using bootstrap.

Connection Errors. I want to love this app, but it constantly gives me ‘connection error’ messages. App was working fine, then it had an update & now it won’t connect. The same thing happens with my sons student version. I ended up installing the old Parent Portal back on his phone because it was so inconsistent if it would work or not. I am about to do the same. At least the old version was reliable.

Poorly Developed. Like the concept of how this app is supposed to function but it appears to be incomplete, not all of the advertised features are inputted. Only useful link in this app is the registration which is the only operable options/selection. Can’t even edit kids profile pictures. And doubt the school is accessing it to do their “updates” cause the message/announcements states to go into school’s site and that’s not even as useful as it should be. Good design, poorly developed.

Doesn’t Load. I absolutely hate that schools make you do everything online! I just want to know who my child’s teacher will be this year and I was told I must use infinite campus in order to do so. I can get into my account but it doesn’t load. All I get is 3 green dots like it’s thinking about loading, but NEVER does. I’ve tried logging in on the website and the same thing happens. I’ve tried logging in at different times of the day. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Still doesn’t work. I’m very frustrated!

Need ability to toggle between students. I have two students in two different districts… it should allow me to toggle between them not have to search for a school each time and re-login… that’s a pain and a web browser is much easier. If only had one kid I actually like the app. Please update and I would rate higher.

Notifications does not work for twins. I submitted feedback for this app when it was in the beta stages several years ago. This app does not send a notification for both students if they are in the same class. I have twins and they share several classes together. In order to see the grades for my daughter, I have to go in manually and check her grades. I get no notifications for her unless she is in a different class as her twin brother. This is annoying. The old app would send a notification for both students when they were in the same class. I used the old app because of this, but now I am no longer able to do so. I am forced to use the “Parent” app. Please fix this!

Well organized but constant crashing. I like this version of the app better than its predecessor. It is more intuitive than the previous version, and I found that if teachers did not put information into it then the calendar / daily schedule was a useless feature. But my god the crashing! Every time I log in it’s a crap shoot as to whether it will open or just go to a blank white screen. Even if I get logged in there is a 50% chance or greater that the screen will come up blank every time I go to a different page, and having two kids I do this quite a bit. Beyond that this would be a decent app but for one other fix. The grades screen is easy to switch between my kids, and they should do the same for notifications. All my notifications are bundled together in one section making it difficult to sort out.

Can’t View Report Cards/Progress Reports. This app is okay other than the fact that I can’t view progress reports; I always get a blank screen. When I log in on a desktop I can view it just fine. Please fix this issue. Otherwise, I am happy with the grade notifications and being able to see how my child is doing in each class and on specific assignments.

Useless app, forced to use. This is a horrible app and the only reason that I have it is bc my kids’ schools use it. It’s an absolute joke. It does not interface well with any other system, the grading is an absolute joke (zero info on why grades are the way that they are, no feedback, errors all the time.) The high school just started using Canvas LMS, which is awesome and literally does it all, so why we are still using this joke called Infinite Campus, I have no idea? I would urge any school system to go straight to Canvas. Infinite Campus is useless in comparison.

Assignments error. Up until a couple of weeks ago I loved this app...I am now unable to access my 3 children’s assignments. I keep getting a connection error message and to try again. I can access everything but the assignments which are pretty crucial. As a parent, I need access to the assignments function! It worked until a couple of weeks ago. If this function was fixed, I would definitely give 5 stars! Please fix it!

Fix Parent Campus or bring back Infinite Campus. Infinite Campus was such a well thought out and cohesive app. I attempted to log in and was redirected to the new app of Parent Campus. Once downloaded, I was able to log in but was taken to a screen with a welcome message highlighted in blue that said, “there is no data to display, please contact your district for more information”. I clicked on the bell for notifications and that worked fine but any other place I attempted to navigate just continued to display that same message highlighted in blue. I thought perhaps there was an issue with the app so opened a browser and logged in through the website with the same issue! I read all the reviews and it seems that many users have the same issues. I also read about the current update to the app that claims to have “fixed bugs”. How many reviews will it take for a response? Infinite Campus kept parents informed about their childs issues/progress. This app is obviously not working correctly and even a simple response to let us know that you are working diligently to fix this would be courteous. Thank you.

Blank Screen - Revised Review. I am revising my review here from 1 star to 5 stars. Today I was able to download the upgrade and it’s back working again. We parents need the app for the instant notifications. Thanks for the support! . What’s going on? Parent and Student APPs not working. Will someone update the apps versions to fix the bugs? Garbage. Believe the reviews, this app is junk. I have an account that I have no trouble logging into through a web browser. Switch to the app, enter same login credentials and, voila, “Incorrect Username/Password”. I’m really not sure how this app passed Apple’s QC process. I’ve had apps rejected for far less significant issues than this.

Latest Update???. It seems the update four days ago no longer opens the app. It appears it was supposed to correct “various bugs”, but other were created. Please correct so that I may follow my child’s school details.

App has locked me out. Worked fine one day. Next day Connection Error and I can no longer access the app??? While my coworker right next to me has perfect access? What’s going on. Impossible to get tech assistance constant redirecting and wanting you to login but credentials do not work. It shouldn’t be this hard. Do better this unfortunately is what schools are going to as modes of communication between teachers and parents!!!

Gets stuck on a document. This has become an inferior app. In prior school years it worked OK, but now it gets stuck on a document and the only way to continue using it is to restart your phone. It really stinks. I wish my child’s school district would find a different one. I will copy this and share it with the IT people with the school district.

Terrible app. Infinite campus has been a terrible app. I have been kicked out of this app twice. Now it’s showing a green screen and error. I wish CMS did not use this app. Power school worked much better. The district has chosen to let each school deal with tech issues from this app. Our middle school is overwhelmed with infinite campus app issues and is not replying. What a headache! CMS please go back to PowerSchool’

Campus Parent App. Great App for school communication. I have no recommendations for improvement as CP provides all information needed. If you feel otherwise, start donating to make a difference.

Works fine but..... My only suggestion is to have a spot where I can look at all missing assignments in one place instead of having to jump back and forth between each individual class.

Glitching since update. Not sure what the developers did but, I’m clicking the menu button and nothing happens. I have to click the profile button to get the menu to open. Please fix this. This is why I don’t usually update apps. Smh

Could have had potential. I loved the thought of being able to keep up with my kids grades, attendance and so forth. But every time I try to even attempt a 1st time login it say there is a connection error. I have reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, made sure I had the current update and that I was on a WiFi network. Nothing. Such a disappointment.

No Lunch Acct Balance Info - Old App Better. The old CampusPortal app was a better app. I could access my kid’s lunch account balance information from that app. This new app doesn’t have the lunch account balances information. Our school doesn’t use this app to track grades so without the lunch account balance information it’s useless to me. Please add back the ability to view the lunch account balance information and I'll update my review to 5 stars as it exists on the CampusPortal app!

Broken. I used to use this app all the time. I started having issues, so just used the website. I tried the app again, and there was an update needed, but it wouldn’t update, so deleted and reinstalled. Now, I can’t get past the first screen where is asks for the user name and district. When I put Wisconsin for the state, it says no districts found. So frustrating.

Needs to be way faster. When starting the app it takes way to long for the info to load and is sometimes buggy. Really hope they can make this app feel better than it is now.

Awful. Super buggy, and now I can’t even login on the app or the browser on my phone. Just randomly stopped. As others have said, it doesn’t even get to the login page on the app - just asks me to enter district and state and then I get error messages. Browser doesn’t even get that far. What a disaster.

Just a blank screen. When I open the app after the latest update, it just goes to a white/blank screen. If I let it sit long enough, sometimes it will give an error message and ask to go to the website. No problems with any other apps on my phone as far as connectivity.

Can’t even search for school to login. It has been a while since I have dealt with such a poorly constructed app. I cannot even get past the first step of searching for my school district. This app is an embarrassment to its creators, its management, and any school district that adopts it as a platform. I highly recommend everyone steer clear of this.

No connection. I’ve used this app for years in two different school districts, during the last few weeks though it will not connect. Advice from the district was to uninstall and reinstall and now it won’t even connect to find the district. For an app that is so widely used you would think it would be more stable and refined.

Just stopped working. One day it just stopped working! It was fine and I woke receive updates when grades were put in. After several weeks I wondered why no teacher had put grades in. The app just logged me out and I can’t get back in! I can on the desktop, but that’s a pain. I want to use the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. How pointless to have an app that doesn’t work.

Delete the app🥰😘😍. I do not appreciate the fact I can’t remove my pfp it is horrendous to see yourself in every time you open the app and would like to a more useful page when I enter the app. The app is disorganized and I hate it very hard to use, plus the fact that most of your reviews is 1 stars is embarrassing and the fact that your not taking those reviews is crazy. Your a flop😘🙏

I can open my kids’ schedules one day and then the next day they don’t open. Or it works for a while on cell data and then I have to switch to WiFi after it stops responding. Of course, it then stops responding on WiFi so I have to switch back to data… To the developers - we’re your users, not your QA department.

Needs secure document upload capability. Generally happy with this app-better than other software our district has used. Option to be able to upload secure documents to share with school personnel would make this even better.

Gender Markers. The only gender markers that are available are M or F. This is very disturbing to students who are non-binary. The gender marker is available daily to teachers and substitute teachers and needs to have more options to help accurately describe students so that they are not constantly misgendered. If doctors offices and medical forms can offer more gender options then school programs should be able to do the same. Thank you, A Concerned Mom

Missing Notifications. The app seems to work well, providing access to grades. However, the notification feature does not seem to work. I’m forced to log into the app frequently in order to see grades, rather than getting the push notifications. Very disappointed.

Impossible to login. Just put the login for the website as the first screen or at least an option to use our login! The required search doesn’t work so we can’t connect to our school district or school. There’s no way to skip the registration if an online account is already made. Horribly designed app.

Required to use this to register for bus transportation. That’s literally the only time I use this, I never receive notifications about anything - even tho they’re all toggled on. I hate using tech anymore though for anything so it’s cool with me if we scrap the whole thing, let’s just go back to the way it was before smart devices. I’m a Luddite at this point.

Awful. Why change something that isn't broken. This app is absolutely horrible. I like the original & want to stick with it. It's easier to understand & navigate. The information on each child is right there in one are so you can find it without having to go through a bunch of work to find what you need. This app needs to go not the original!!! If I could give it zero stars I would.

Like it!. I really like the new app. It is easier to navigate. Not sure what some of the low reviews are about - I think the update is great. Haven’t had any connection issues -

Blank screens. This app does not load or show any of the information it’s just a blank screen tells me I have 9 messages click on it and nothing. Click on menu lines and nothing. How am I suppose to see my child’s grades as the school no longer sends home report cards because they require us to use this app! It’s no good if it doesn’t even do the basic thing of showing grades. Please fix this so parents can be in the loop!

Helpful!. Easy interface. Very helpful to get push notifications on attendance and grades. My child has the Student version and they get the same notifications as me. They know that I know! Keeps them honest.

Simple but effective. Not sure why all the bad ratings, but it works as well as the desktop version. Simple and intuitive.

Connection Errors. I want to love this app, but it constantly gives me ‘connection error’ messages. App was working fine, then it had an update & now it won’t connect. The same thing happens with my sons student version. I ended up installing the old Parent Portal back on his phone because it was so inconsistent if it would work or not. I am about to do the same. At least the old version was reliable.

Terrible. Displays blank pages. To access anything you need to open the website and keep refreshing page. However, there’s no way at all to access the Documents page. Pushing our school to reconsider! Update: since a couple of weeks notifications stopped arriving It is with our money that school districts pay for this “disservice”!

Prefer Local UI over Responsive Webpage. This seems to be a responsive webpage instead of an actual local UI, this causes a ton of network based latency issues, which can be confusing to lower tier users. The decision to change to a responsive webpage as opposed to a UI overhaul is not welcome in my opinion. That being said, the website needs to be more mobile optimized, I suggest using bootstrap.

I have lots of other people on my parent profile. This app is a disaster, won’t let me update the information and remove other parents and students from my profile. Does this mean everyone should be concerned about their personal info being exposed in other peoples profiles? It needs fixed asap !!!

Won’t load anything. I’ve had this app for about a year and it worked great. Now I cannot load anything to even recover my login or look at anything on the app I’ve updated this app as well as uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.?.???

Can’t log in. With all the negative reviews, how is this app still an option for school districts? I can’t log in. I tried from both the app and a web browser and in both cases it’s stuck on loading after I entered my user information. I deleted the app and tried to reload it and the same problem exists.

Horrible. Hard to read because of the small fonts. Always opens to the announcement screen instead of the menu. Can’t get rid of the announcements or those notifications. Most times the app won’t open, only sits at a blank screen. Keeping the old version on my phone until the bugs are worked out of this one.

FIX YOUR APP. I used to love this app until a couple months ago it stopped working. I haven’t deleted app in hopes that it would continue to work again and unfortunately I still just get a message error saying could not connect to your district. I finally deleted the app today. I am having a meeting with our school actually next week about finding a new system for our school to use and get away from infinite campus!

So convoluted and slow. Back button doesn’t always bring you back to where you where you think it should. Layout is generally bad, especially with 2 or more kids. Things aren’t always where you think they should be. Today it randomly logged me out and that’s EXTREMELY frustrating with any app.

Help pls. I can only open this from the App Store? The app doesn’t download on my phone. I’m sure it’s a user error, if you can help that would be great. Otherwise the app is helpful.

I like this app. It definitely looks different than the previous app and it took a little getting use to it. I like the detail it shows and the quick notifications. As a parent I love infinite campus!

Infinite connection error. This app keeps a history of your location. It hasn’t worked these past few days. I don’t know how secure it is. It takes days to weeks to update your information on the app. Each time I update my number I get a hundred spam calls and phishing texts.

Reset password 3x already. This app does not work. I somehow got logged out.. I have reset my password 3x and still cannot access the portal from my phone. I had to go back to original app just to be able to see my child ‘s grades and attendance. Or log on from a desktop using his school ID and password.

App doesn’t work. First of all, this app doesn’t download like an app. You have to access it thru the App Store every time. 9 out of 10 times it gives an error message stating system connection error that the app can’t connect to your school district at this time. For a parent that likes to check their child’s grade daily, this is beyond frustrating. I’m not sure why any school system would rely on this app. It’s awful.

Never working. Since my children have started school I have yet to be able to use this app. I get notifications of grades but when I try to log in it just continues to load. This is such a great tool for parents and students when it works but unfortunately hasn’t worked yet this school year!

Easy for young minds🦖🦖. The only reason why this app has bad reviews is because it’s a bunch if middle age women rating it. If your good with technology,it should be easy for you to understand.👍👍👌
