This people are thief’s guys don’t ever buy numbers from this app they made this app to ripe people of their hard earned money everything they wrote here is nothing but all lies they stole my money I paid for their support team will never rely you because they all know what they are doing thief’s numbers doesn’t deliver message immediately the subscription expires they won’t even inform you to know if you want to keep paying for the number or not they will just take of the phone number if you have registered anything PayPal and others they will take the number with out informing you this people asked me to pay 15$ for one time payment I did it for 2 numbers I bought from this thief’s they never gave me those numbers they took my no money till today they don’t reply my emails it’s a shame that apple allowed you guys to be scamming people out of their hard earned money

BEWARE You're limited to 50 text messages. I thought it was an alright app, it did what it's supposed to do, until I am texting back and forth one day, and all of a sudden a message pops up, telling me I have reached my daily limit of 50 messages! HELLOOOOOOOHHHH DEVELOPER??!!! I would totally understand if you limit text messages for trial accounts or free accounts, which you don't offer ... BUT SERIOUSLY, I have a PAID subscription!!!!! Then again, even with a paid subscription I would maybe still understand the limitation ... BUT AGAIN, HELLLLOOOHHHH DEVELOPER????!!! You obviously must have forgotten to properly disclose this limitation in your App description, or in the App itself, as there is no mention of that, and your paid subscribers have to find out when they are in the middle of a text conversation!!! I mean cmon what kind of crap is that?! You advertise to use your app and service for business, well how is a business going to explain that they are out of text messages for the day. Plus I wouldn't even be able to warn my clients that I will answer a couple more texts, after that we'll talk business again after I am allowed to text. I don't usually write reviews, but since you don't disclose the limitation of limited per day texting, even when one has a subscription, I feel it's important to let your future customers know. App doesn’t alert you when receiving a call- useless!. App downloaded fine and I was able to make outgoing calls. However, when I received a call my phone screen was still blank and my new iPhone X just vibrated. The only way to know or see the number that was calling was to launch the 2nd line app. Can’t you make it so that it appears on your screen like a regular call? Cancelled my trial subscription due to this fact.

Unreliable. Can’t delete text messages. Got first three customers ok, kept getting more notifications on getting texts, but nothing was showing up outside of the first three I got. App is limited! Uninstalled it thinking it was hung or something wrong, lost the number I paid for and had to get another causing me to spend an hour updating my ads. Finally just ditched the app and decided to use my real number instead! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Decent but has issues. The interface is not intuitive and it acts glitchy at times. For example, their is a substantial lag on sending/ receiving texts. A second issue is the short daily talk time limit which they don’t mention about in their app description. Based on my own use it is 1500 seconds (25 minutes). The final issue I had, which is the most serious, is that the number I had paid for is gone. It simply vanished. All the texts are gone. I didn’t delete the number. The app is functional but it has issues and the beware the number you purchased disappearing.

Doesn’t work !. I Purchased this app and paid for the full year. Wondered why I was not getting phone calls from my new business and found out people were calling in and it would immediately go to voicemail. They could not text message. I did receive one phone call after the customer attempted five times, this is a bad impression to give a customer, not being able to be reached. It’s the opposite of good business I am, hopeful I will get a full refund.

Need help asap!. I’ve been using this app for about four months now with little issue. However, I got a new iPhone last week and the app will not recognize my number. There is no way to login to my account and I cannot access my phone number for calling or texting. I emailed the “support” account, but have not heard from them. I use this for my business, and need this fixed ASAP! Please reach out to me so this can be fixed. Thanks!

I would give no stars if I could. First of all what they don’t tell you is they will charge you monthly and also per message and per phone call. So it doesn’t end just at 10 a month you’ll be paying literally $40 a day. And to put the icing on the cake I found out my messages weren’t even going thru. I was wondering why no one was messaging me back and low and behold no one as received long my messages even after paying as much as I did. I’m so sick over this. It also cost me alit of money that would of been made if my messages were received. This shouldn’t even be available to download

Number Gone. As a lot of other people here are saying, I randomly lost my number one day, after my subscription had been renewed and everything? Really inconvenient. I don’t want to have to explain to contacts why I suddenly have a new number, and I may have lost some contacts altogether. Please just give the number back, and I will keep paying. I’ve already tried through email. If I don’t get it back I will not be using this app anymore.

Unable to restore my Purchase/Subscription. First time in having this issue with this app… I just paid for a subscription and now it can’t find subscription when I try to restore how can I fix this I already deleted and installed the apple multiple times but it didn’t fix the issue

I love the app. It’s straightforward, you only pay once.(either monthly/ yearly) however, a lot of the tacky, unsecured your privacy is, how there isn’t a single settings page of information especially because this app has your info…. This crap companies do 24 hour pop ups, make u pay if u want ads gone, pay for some account color ! Any how… this is a good app. It was perfect. Secure, calls, messages, and a nice cool little 2nd numba

All Good till I had to redownload the App.. My phone got stolen which was a hassle in its self, but 2nd phone number is ZERO HELP. I tried restoring purchases, reinstalling, emailed support. I’ve heard nothing back after a week of not being about to have access to my business number. This number is on all paperwork. I don’t know what else to do. I need that number.

It used to be good.... I am a teacher so I like to have parents be able to text me since it is easier for a lot of parents. However, I do not want them to have my personal number and I like to option to change it at the start of the new year. With distance learning it was even more important to be able to talk to parents. Well a few weeks ago I went in since it had been longer than normal between any parents texting or calling and I had deleted the number. ALSO it deleted all the messages I had with parents!!!! Not only did this make it so parents could communicate I also lost all proof of reaching out and communicating with families something our School District is Asking for proof of. I tried contacting Second phone and got no response. This is a terrible app and I do not recommend it if you want something reliable.

Texting off.. I have been using this app since february, in the beginning it was ok, no problem, but later, for the last two months I couldn’t send messages or respond, i tried to reach out the developers, but no phone numbers provided, i wrote to tech support a million times, but useless. Please contact me, or fix the texting issue.

Deleted my number. Had the same number for almost 4 years and then they just deleted it and said I could never get it back. Unfortunately, all the history in the app was also deleted. I used this for business so I had to change my business number and notify all my clients. This made me look bad and was an extreme inconvenience. Will never use this app again and cannot recommend it if you actually want to keep the number you pay for.

Customer support. This is my first very review on anything I’ve tried sending hundreds of customers support tickets not one replay. I used my second phone for something important I know I’m an idiot but it happens and I need the number back and I’m not getting any replay please help. I know I’m an idiot but can you help me out I know nobady reads these but idk mabye ill just give up I’ve tried many tickets different emails please help

Absolute garbage!. Absolute garbage app. I was hoping to use it for my business but it is utterly useless. I had several conversations via email and they could not help at all. Incoming calls go mute after 3-5 seconds. Text message won’t sent and it will say that some letter or punctuation is similar to bots and you should remove it. 15 tried rewriting a text message and still a fail. What a utterly horrible experiment waste of time and a lot of money as I put this number on promotional material for my business thinking and reading it was a decent app. After realizing the number was absolutely useless I tried to port the number to a different line and that was impossible. Now my graphic work for my business promotional material is all wasted and I have to spend thousands of dollars again to do all new promotional material with actual useful second number app. Very disappointed that customer service was useless to help me solve the problem

Where the heck is my number!. I paid in full for the number that I wanted back in Sept 2020, which was about 5 months ago. This is my business number, meaning all of my business info is attached to this number as well as this number being on business cards, website etc. On at least 3 maybe 4 occasions, I’ve been waiting on a call or text from a business entity mind you, and I never got the call or text, because it was as if my number never existed! This problem always seems to correct itself, but not when I need it to! If I hadn’t invested so much money on things that include this number, I’d find something else! Not delivering what you’re supposed to deliver, once you’ve been paid, is called stealing! I simply need my number to be restored! A Carter

It was really good until a few days ago. A few days ago I switched phones and as a result I lost my phone number on my old phone. After, I was charged extra for a new number twice, but this number was not the old one. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for the last three weeks but no one has been able to get me because getting my old phone number back is really important. Recently, I have been really disappointed with the way the app has been running.

My number got delete for no reasons. Use this app with a generated local number for business about a month that I'm about to subscribe for a whole year. To my surprise, my number got deleted and the app keep telling me to continue with a new number. No local area number are available either. I'm frustrated as I have important client informations and important conversation that still going on there. Now I have few business account that won't grant me access until they confirm my identity by calling my already deleted number. I want my number back or at least give me few days to get all my information from there and you can do whatever you want. Please email me and help me resolve this problem.

Texting limit and really bad user experience.. This app is the worst thing I have ever used in a this era. 1. They don’t tell you that there’s a limit to texting when you pay for it. It has a 1000 out-going daily texting. Once it hits that, you can’t text anyone anymore. You can receive messages, but can’t reply them. It’s really annoying. 2. The app is terrible with user experience. Once you receive a text and try to click on the notification, it takes you to the app. But when you try to refresh the messages page, it hangs. You will have to wait for it for max 30seconds before it can be operative for you to refresh messages. With my experience so far, I’m just waiting for my subscription to run out so I can switch.

Lots of fluff, none of the stuff!!!. On the surface this app seems good. For context, I did purchased the monthly subscription. The calls are clear, very distinctive when a call comes in on the line from the primary number. Here’s where the wheels fall off the bus. It’s easy to lose your number (without warning) and once it’s gone you can’t get it back. As a result, if you are like me, and other reviews I’ve seen, you lose access to information. Also, the credit system is unexplainable. It makes zero sense. There is only an email for support and no one responds to emails that are sent. Save yourself time, money and aggravation. Look elsewhere for a second line.

Not for small businesses. This is a very basic app to just receive and send calls and texts. It does not have any additional features. Even basic features like voicemail. I would not recommend using for a small business because you cannot set up a customized voicemail. Unfortunately I paid the annual subscription in order to save money however I will not be using this for my business so I actually lost money. 😒

Fix this. Hi your app seems amazing but I have a problem. I can’t send images to other numbers if I do it delivers a link and not the image and also I have a limited talk time this was supposed to be unlimited. Please work on this I am a premium member I should get a better experience if you want me to continue using this app Thank you

FRAUDULENT. I paid the $9.99 subscription but when trying to call was told I am out of minutes and have to wait 24 hours to call again. Used less that 15 minutes. Cancelled my subscription, but can still use the app for one month. I deleted the app then redownloaded, pressed restore purchase and it says I don’t have any!!!! Emailed them, no response. Going to my bank and will have them deal with you since your app rips people off. Tried getting a refund and nothing has been resolved.

Needs a major overhaul. I purchased the premium version and it has been a headache since day 1. I work in high end security and needed a new number to give my clients and principles so I purchased this app. I’ve experienced everything from dropped calls (with full bar reception) to text messages not able to pull up and even getting lost. The final straw that broke the camels back was yesterday when I got a new phone and was doing the transfer via icloud, the app completely dropped the number so I’ve lost HUNDREDS of contacts that I need for work. I would give this app 0/5 stars but 1 is as low as I can go so be happy you got that much out of me.

App doesn’t work. My texts won’t go through. I paid for this app for business purposes instead of purchasing a second phone. I’m not able to communicate with any of my customers. After several emails to customer service nothing has been done or fixed. Don’t waste your money on this app. It doesn’t work.

Voice calls are limited with paid plan!!. I have been paying for this app by the year and thought is was an acceptable price for the features and benefits of having a second line. I used the phone for outbound calls a few days ago and got cut off in the middle of a call stating that I have reached the maximum number of outbound voice calling seconds. I was on the phone for less than 2 hours and would have to wait until the next day to be able to call out again. I emailed support asking why is there such a limit for paying customers and have yet to get a response. This will be the last yearly renewal if I can only use texts and have to count the seconds that I am using voice. That would be a waste of time and money.

I wish I didn’t download this app. I’m only able to receive a missed call and can’t even see the number and now it’s a little to late this phone number is on my business advertisement everywhere I’m losing business and money bcs this crappie app I don’t understand how they got so many good reviews it must be fake from those overseas reviews farms when they have hundreds of phones and they mimic traffic Bad business the worst part is that I can give you only one start I wish I could give less

Can't text people and won't refund my money. I paid for a years worth of service and you can't even text people so if they are selling a fake product and are lying straight to your face. they told me to get a hold of Apple for a refund. what is Apple gonna do for me? It's your garbage app with false advertising that is lying. Apple has nothing to do with it. your grifters selling a fake product. and you owe me a whole years worth of a useless subscription since your service does not work at all. complete garbage complete garbage customer service. I don't even know how you're in the App Store.

Not good to use as a business number. I paid the $60 subscription for the year and it was the biggest mistake that I could’ve made. Yes affordable however a waste of money. To use the text message feature is very slow and there is as a major lag when trying to text or respond to text. When clicking the text screen it takes a whole minute to load, furthermore, don’t dare click the screen multiple times because you feel that it isn’t loading . The screen will slowly load as many times as you clicked it.I’ve been getting spam calls since I’ve had this number. And when you answer the calls they do not say anything. From what I could figure gather about the app, it automatically generates computer calls to your phone to prove that to use the service. This is a true review from a real person. I would have loved to been able to contact the developer of this app so that we could’ve discussed this and maybe come to some type of agreement before I had posted this horrible review but there’s no way to reach the developers.

App is filled with bugs… don’t bother. First off, the moment you purchase a trial or subscription it doesn’t work right away. You have to close and reload the app, and sometimes restore purchases for it to go through. Along with that, texts sometimes take forever to come through and some don’t ever come through. Along with that, you cannot change your phone number without it throwing an error every time. Find a better app and don’t waste your time or money with this one

Terrible app, charged while using a free trial. I thought I could use this number for an sms verification (and it has a free trial so why not?) but it didn’t work and I was charged during the trial. I was willing to pay for it for the month to use the verification but it didn't even work. They also charged me during the trial period. I’ve immediately removed the subscription and contacted support but have gotten no help so far. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IT IS A SCAM!!

Not worth $5 a week. I used this app for less than 24hrs which they claim the first 3 days are free (lie I got a bill from Apple for $5 already) and within the first message it kept alerting me telling me every time I tried to send a message to “edit my text” because of cuss words etc. if I’m paying for an app I should be able to write whatever I want in my own “discreet” messages right? There are plenty of other CHEAPER apps that are way better. Don’t waste your money.

Poor Product and Lousy Customer Service. I reached out almost 3 weeks ago because after my subscription auto-renewed my 2nd phone number stopped working. I have printed marketing materials with my 2nd line phone number and my clients are people that need supportive services like healthcare and housing. Some clients only have my original 2nd line phone number as a way of contacting me. I’ve waited patiently for a followup on this matter and now have to leave this negative review and will be also following up with the Better Business Bureau.

My number was listed as a scam phone number. I wanted a 2nd phone number for business purposes and when I got the number I called my wife to test it out and it showed up on the caller Id as scam likely. When I asked the app administrators about it they said there was nothing they could do about it.. I figured it was probably new and should wait for my number to fully register, so I waited 2 months and nope My number is still scam likely. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HERE!

This app is so creepy. I was trying to get a new number for work which i came across this and got it . Subscribed and everything was okay I hadn’t even started using the number to make phonecalls or anything let alone give the number out. Out of no where i keep getting random messages from a number i didn’t even know which to me was weird and scary at the same time. Cos i feel like I’m being watched . And just this morning another number texting me so i have decided to delete the app never again .

Bought a number , had business cards made and now the number is gone. I purchased a number on this app for a new business venture. I went and had business cards made and sent up other accounts with this number! Now when I pull up the app it’s saying there is no number found. I have contacted customer service through email and haven’t received any reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go with another app!

Lost number?. I have a number and I have been paying consistently every month for over a year. I use this app for a business as I don’t want to share my personal cel #. I just opened the app and it is asking me to buy a new number. I can’t use the app with my existing number. It’s like the app forgot my number and is acting like I don’t have a number. It seems like the app just disconnected my number. There is nothing I can do in the settings to fix the issue. As I said, i I use it for my business and I am afraid to lose the number. I email support yesterday but I haven’t received a response yet. I really hope this issue can be solved.

Zero Customer Service & No Way to Transfer!. I have reached out over 12 times throught a 4 week period to the only contact info they provide (an email, no phone number is available anywhere) and they will not reply or pvodie the account number for hte phone number they assigend me, which they are legally obligated to do. I want to keep this number but port to my main provider and change my actualy phone number due to the poor service of this app. Several nisssed calls, missed texts, no custoemr service, refusal to reply. Highly reccomend looking at other options for a second number.

It could’ve been great. This app was awesome until three days ago. I have paid for the premium package and literally had zero issues for almost 6.5 months now. As soon as I started getting extremely comfortable with this app and of course had gone through so much to keep my information discrete and private by using this app and the same number that once again I had paid for. And now I have paid quite some money now to use this app and the same number that I wanted. And all of a sudden I go to open the app and they deleted my number. I worked so hard to get this number and the type of work I do which is kindve hard to explain on here but that number meant so much to me and now all of a Sudden it’s gone. I did not delete that number I can tell you that for sure. This app would be an outstanding 5 out of 5 stars if this didn’t ever happen and that would be an insult to this app bc it did deserve so much more until 3.5 days ago. I now have lost so much money, contacts, information and that info was key, and just so much hard work into this and now they deleted my number for what reason I don’t know why. I wish I could get that number back and they should give me that number back but because of what they did they only deserve 1 out of 5 stars now. If they can get me my number back that I had for so long I’d be glad to erase this post and give them the 5 out of 5 they deserve but until then it’s only a 1.

Poor customer service. I got this number for my business, paid for the yearly subscription having no idea it limited my calls and texts. Now I have it all on my business cards and website, I recently bought an account with another provider. Tried to get this number ported in so I could still get the calls and I can’t because no me here will respond to give them permission.

Amazing App for Surprises!. I wanted to surprise my best friend for her birthday and decided to use this app to send clues for a scavenger hunt. This was the perfect app to use and I really liked how I could choose my number. Overall great use and very simple, would use again.

Just lost a customer. I went from an IPhone 11 to an iPhone 13 and even after deleting everything off the old phone it still will not work on the new phone. It says there are two devices on the subscription. I need this phone number, my whole business is based off of this number. Looks like I’m restarting my business because THIS business doesn’t know how to get back to its paying customers.

Its useless. I downloaded the app from the App Store and started to set it up. After I went through the tutorial a screen advertising the premium came up. I thought that I could just tap a button to get out of it, but I couldn’t. There was no X button and when I tapped on restore it didn’t work. Nothing worked, so I deleted the app and downloaded it again because I thought it was a fluke but it wasn’t. It started happening again and again but I could never get it to work. This might have been a good app if it actually worked.

Yearly subscription active but number deleted. Why??. I have been using this app almost for two years and yearly subscribed since day one and recently my subscription for the next year but I noticed that my number is deleted. Why???? My account is still active but I’m missing my number where is my number why cannot access it where I cannot make calls why I cannot receive calls what happened I sent you guys several messages through emails but no reply. It’s been 2 months. Why???? It’s my hard-working money. I did not subscribe for weekly or monthly I did yearly and that’s a lot of money right there. Give me my money back. Or fix this issues.

👎🏼. It may text & call ok I’m not sure because the one thing I wanted to use it for will not work and that’s with a purchased package. It will not send a photo no matter what the size of the file. To make it even more complicated; on the app interface it appears to be sent but it is not coming in on the receiving end. I know this because I had both devices in my hand. So if you think you may ever want to send a pic, don’t waste your time here! They should get rid of the attachment icon completely so at least you won’t have a false indication that you might be able to use it. App will be deleted..

Phone number cancelled despite payment. My app says that I have no purchased number, although my credit card shows I am being billed. I use this app to help patients access urgent medical appointments! I have been trying to contact support for two days. I still want to use my phone number just desperately need help to get it working again!!

Can’t use it. App was good until I switched phone and now it’s telling That they can’t find a valid subscription or that I can’t have the app open in two different devices. Which I do not have I emailed them almost a week Ago and never got back to me. I got the yearly subscription.

Horrible horrible !. All my sent texts were received with the hashtag sign in place of letters. Example Feb#### i# to###s ##t#. I emailed customer service (which is a gmail account by the way) and it is two weeks later and ZERO response! I want my money back !!! This was completely unusable!!! A complete rip off and horrible customer support!

Unlawful billing practices. Said it was a free 3 day trial then you’d be charged 9.99 a month. I opened the line and canceled the line and subscription within a few minutes and still was charged the 9.99 fee. I contacted their customer service and they won’t help. Complete lie on what they advertise. Federal government needs to take action against this illegal practice.

Subscription scam (in my opinion). Bought the 9.99 subscription, just not to be able to use it. I have an iPhone 8, but still. I either need my money back, or get a number. Saying they can’t find a valid subscription when I paid with Apple Pay. ridiculous.

So so app. The calls sound funny, you can’t send call to voicemail when someone calls. Texting is very erratic , texts come in hours or days after they were sent to you . Texts don’t alway go out . Hard to delete old texts.

Does not work zero customer service. I purchased the yearly pack for $50. After the trial period the app stopped working. I reached out to the developer for help three times and I still haven’t heard back from them. I had to ask apple to help me get a refund. I would strongly suggest not using this product.

Free subscription is NOT free. I installed the app under impression that it was free trial for three days, as it was advertised; so I had no fear to let them have my credit card number. I checked the app and didn’t like it, so I removed it in a few minutes and cancelled free trial subscription right away. Next thing I know, my card got charged $50 dollars by this company. Such a scam. Please, refund.

4.7 stars?! You're kidding right. Their "free" 3 day trial is a lie. You're still being charged even if you cancel before your trial expiration and I don't know how they're getting away with this. Constant crashes. Text messages are lagging. I do not recommend this product.

Garbage. No option to see a list of messages/texts so if you clear you notifications before you open the message, you’re unable to get to that message to open it. Makes this app not even worth using IMHO we don’t always reply right away to messages so missing this feature is a real let down

Number. Number and Calls is a Great Feature

They’ll steal your money. Thought I was starting with a three day free trail but it charged me immediately. Also it said $4.99/week but subscription in Apple showed $4.99/day for seven days! Also it didn’t even give me the chance to pick the right country and it automatically picked a country for me and I can’t change it.

No response from company. I use this app for my side business and pay for an annual subscription. The fee was paid, on time, without problem (through automatic renewal) This app has dropped me! I have contacted them twice by email and once by contact through app support, and I’ve heard nothing! Beware of this company.

Customer Support is Unresponsive. My phone number disappeared even though I was paying for it and my subscription was current. Contacted customer support multiple times, no answer and the request for a refund was never granted. Would not recommend this app for anyone with a serious use for a 2nd phone number. Sound quality also subpar.

Lots of issues with the app. The app is terribly slow to receive and send texts. When you are typing a message if another is received while typing, your in progress message gets deleted. It makes it difficult to have an ongoing text chat when you have to keep starting over with your original message.

Shady shady shady. Signed up for a free trial and then quickly cancelled it, when the “free” trial was up, they charged me anyways. It’s not a free TRIAL if you can’t TRY it and cancel if you don’t like or want it. Scammed outta 10 dollars, hopefully they don’t try to keep charging me every month after this as well. Also this is my second review as for some reason my first one didn’t process.

Worst app. What a crappy app. I subscribed to 3 numbers for work and when they text you on one number and you reply but you replying with different numbers sometimes. Then all history was gone and customer support stopped responding. Too many bugs amd zero customer service

No incoming calls. I have been sending many emails to the support about the app only shows missed call it doesn’t ring. Everything in my phone seems to be good. I have the number tied to a bank account which is a big issue to replace it. Its crazy how they don’t have a chat support ! You just send an email and forget about it.

Please please do not get this app!!!. Terrible! If you purchase a number you will lose it, app crashes, and they will take you money any way even if you unsubscribe! I reached out to customer service and voila.... no response!!!! I have sent three messages of contact and they still have not responded but only keep taking my money! I am warning everyone please don’t ignore the reviews. Please heed with caution. This is a NO STAR REVIEW!!!!!

Good app. I mostly downloaded it to apologize to a friend who had blocked my original phone number. It worked! It said I was from California

Misleading fees and charges. It’s not clear that when you sign up for the paid subscription the cost for the service doesn’t include an actual phone number, which you’re immediately charged an additional non-refundable $15 USD for prior to the start of the trial... so there is no actual “free trial”.

Don’t Bother. You will get asked to write a review before you even use the app. I signed up and purchased the subscription for a month with the 3 trial. Then proceeded to set up my fake phone number. Couldn’t get any farther because after selecting my number it simply had a loading animation and nothing more. Don’t ask for money if the product won’t even work on its own!

Unauthorized charge. I suggest you dont get this app. I made the mistake of getting this app. Signed up for a 3 day trial and cancelled it in time but was still charged for a year! If the developers of this app are reading this please reach out to help me with this because apple will not give me a refund. I will make sure i change my review

Changing Phones. I will update my score once I get an answer. Generally speaking I like the app. Have a new phone and need to get my number to work on it. I don’t see a spot to “login” to use my number I already have. Switched to a 1 star, no support in 2 weeks, no answers.

Failed to recognize my subscription. App would constantly prompt me to subscribe for payment even though I’ve already had a subscription. Would not be able to access my actual second phone number. Waste of money.

Won’t respond to emails/app doesn’t do what it says. Beware of this app. I would never download it again and you shouldn’t either. They won’t respond when you reach out to them however I see them respond constantly when people leave 1 star reviews. Hence this 1 star review. Hope to get a message back.

Took my money and my number. Been paying religiously, using number for my business, and one day it’s gone. Both my money and my assigned number. 2 emails to support without a reply. Not sure anyone is actually working. Just taking money like a robot…

Pic messages don’t work. Although the call/text features work great, picture messages was another story. I could never send pics out. I checked all settings and even deleted and downloaded the app again to see if it fixed issue- nothing.

Do not use this app. I started using this app for my business. I reached out to customer support and have not heard back about setting up a voicemail. After reaching out; the app logged me out and I have lost my business phone number. Pls reach out and I will be sure to correct this review

Can’t send photos. The feature to send pictures either from the camera or photo gallery does not work. There are no settings to activate it. I’ve emailed the company several times and have not gotten a response. Don’t by this app it is garbage and so is the customer service!

Full pay to use experience.. This isn’t free in any way. Skip and move to the next as if you’re paying for this you’re likely paying more than just getting a phone line with unlimited with a budget carrier.

Can’t receive phone calls anymore. The app was working fine for couple months, and for some reason I can’t get phone calls anymore. I sent two emails for the customer service department with no respond. Waste of money.

Works well but..... If your phone crashes and need to restore your phone, you can not restore purchases in the app, therefore losing your second number.

Errors…. I literally just started using it and the messages I send are not being sent. It says sent at first but when you reopen the app the message is gone and the person did not receive it, and you can never know if they sent a message as well because it doesn’t work either

Keeps deleting number. I’m paying for this app, monthly. They’ve deleted my LISTED BUSINESS NUMBER twice now. How many calls do you think I missed because it came back as a non working number when customers called? This app needs to be taken down. It is nothing more than a scam.

Dropped number. I’ve had a monthly subscription for 8 months for business purposes. And 2 days after they received payment, I get a “no phone number found” message when I go into the app. All my texts and phone history are gone. It will be hours and days of work to fix this. Don’t trust this app with anything important.

Poor Service, Missed Phone Calls. This app is spotty at best. Several missed phone calls and text messages. Poor customer service. No way to reach out to them, they have not answered any emails though the only form of contact they provide is an email.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!!. This app is a scam. They get you to give them your payment info by saying you’ll get a 3 day trial if you sign up for auto renewal. It gives you a new number but you can’t send any text unless you pay. You also cannot turn off the autopay in settings like it claims. The links in help and support are dead as well. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Scummy and garbage.. I attempted to use it but it was unstable from the beginning. First it wouldn’t let me choose a number, because it thought I already had one, then worked inexplicably late. Then it didn't let me use the text function because I didn’t pick a valid phone number, when it was actually 100% verifiably valid. Bad. Yahoo SMS was better than this 15 years ago. Bad. The devs should feel bad.

Not Good. I paid for the subscription after 3 day trial. Original phone number was not available. Call logs and inbox was deleted. Wanted to use this as a way to receive verification codes but lacked the ability to do it besides one time. It doesn’t even show up at all no matter how many times you resend it.

What's going on?. I paid for a months subscription. And it keeps asking me to subscribe again. I lost two numbers. It's sad money is quick to be taken but restore doesn't work.

Does not work. Paid the annual price and my phone for not ring at all when the number is called. I get a ding for text messages but no sounds for incoming calls, only a missed call banner. What the heck, complete waste of money. No settings for sounds in the app and all notifications and sounds are on for the app in my iPhone settings.

Worst app I’ve ever used.. You can’t send photos or audio msg. All the time stamp of previous calls are today. So do texts. You can’t click the missed number to send text, you have to remember the number and type text in a new window.

Your app is junk. It doesn’t give me an option to cancel subscription. I was charged this month bc once you pull the page up under subscriptions it doesn’t give option to cancel. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank letting them know this was an unauthorized charge

Do not even waste your time with the free trial three days. This app worked horrible for me it sent messages but it wouldn’t let me receive any and I tried it to my mothers phone just to make sure that it wasn’t working correctly and when she would reply to my texts to her It wouldn’t show up. Like she never sent them but I know she did I was sitting next to her. Disappointed. :(

Highly Disappointed in this app. I am not very happy that you guys just took my $9.9 and got nothing impressive because sending a picture SMS only would send a link to the receiver and that is not really cool in the age we live in try to advise that I ain’t happy I deleted it app anyWays

Good app. I like this ad because I’m able to call other people without using my phone number especially because I work with insurance companies.

What it doesn’t tell you. It doesn’t tell you that after 50 messages sent and received is when you can no longer receive texts and it doesn’t give you option to block unwanted numbers all in all deceiving App

No voicemail box. I just downloaded this app to keep my business calls separate from personal calls. I subscribed to the free 3 day trial. I did a test and the person calling me cannot leave a voicemail, which is something I need from a second phone number. If If I overlooked this feature, I will edit my review to reflect that.

Lacks simple features. Overall good app. Serves its purpose but with limitations. Would be nice to see time stamps on messages. Also would be helpful to see message/call history with no internet connection. Otherwise, does the job.
