Horrible app and connection. Won’t let me do “zero” stars App Doesn’t work at all , hard time connecting to my devices , then there’s no map Display, says see java console for error ...

Not in English. The app works fine just can’t understand what I’m doing until I do it cause it’s not In English

Thankfully I didn’t spend money for this. Been looking for my wallet for 4 days, figured “hey I have a locator on it!”. Open app and it doesn’t work. Says “connecting” no matter how long I wait and anything I tap doesn’t work. Thanks for the wonderful product.

Junk app. This app might be fraudulent. All it does is ask for a bunch of permissions from your phone and fails to work

Needs to be updated. The tags no longer work. I open the app and the signal shows that it is strong, but it no longer makes the tags beep.

No English translation. App is only in Chinese

Useless. If you quit the app, go into another app or do anything besides stay on the app the locators will do nothing but beep. To stop it you have to physically click the button on the tags. As if you’ve lost them. There’s no way to get it to stop apart from “do not disturb” mode which defeats the whole purpose. They shouldn’t go off if the app isn’t being accessed. They should only go off when you access the app and hit the button to locate them. But it’s still a design flaw. And there’s a camera? Why is there a camera there’s no use for it other than to take an identifying picture that should be a tag you can name instead. It’s a tag. Names go on tags. The app is very flawed when the product does what is advertised. It can’t even load google maps. Why offer it if it doesn’t work? The manual is so small it’s too hard to read anyways and the whole thing is poorly translated which causes user errors. It’s really a shame.

Total Waste of Time. I would give this app zero starts if I could. Even though I set location to “Always”, the app keeps sending notifications asking for authorization to set the location detection to “Always”. The seond you close of the app the device disconnects and then it keeps beeping up

Waste of money. Totally disappointed. Bought this device to locate my pup and wasn’t able to connect to my phone. Followed the all instructions. Tried it twice. The only thing that would pop-up was “under development “ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Not worth $1.00. 😡

Useless. Tried it both on Android and iOS, doesn’t work at all. Waste of time and money. 😡 Even if 0 star was available, it wouldn’t qualify for it either.

Fantastic on iPhone 8 Plus. Works as intended, gift from dad because of constantly misplacing my keys and phone. Was not expecting much as I waited for the app to download and read through the reviews but was seriously pleasantly surprised. Instructions are a little hard to understand and when I first searched the app I could not find it but they provided a QR code on the User Manual which immediately found it. I look forward to using this more on the future, only con I find is that it randomly beeps when not in use (idk it just happened and I changed from 5-4 stars but will update once I’m more familiar with it) and I’m unsure why or if it’s consistently going to be doing so. Click on the app to test finding my key, click the button twice to test the alert to find my phone. Both times worked as intended so I’m impressed especially if it was only $1 as I saw in some of the reviews (like I said, present from dad, might buy one for my wallet and house keys and beeper since sometimes I separate those.

ZERO STARS!. I bought this for my dog so I could track him and the app won’t connect to the device. It’s completely useless. A waste of money. I am NOT happy

Google Maps. Won’t load. Says “under development “ What a waste. We were hoping this would be a useful tool in case our pet got lost or worse. Not. App support is entirely in Chinese. Please give me a break.

Do not waste your money have had it for a day and it randomly beeps for no reason.. Nothing against China but half their products are junk and we need to stop buying them they want to track us, Surveil us, copy our intellectual property, make us masks because they want the dang South China Sea and Taiwan... This app randomly is able enable your microphone creepy. Get a Tile sick of this Amazon fueled money pit Jim Bezoa start selling American, South American, Canadian, Indian and African, and solid European products that have been vetted. Sick of these apps with high ratings but bad App ratings.

Bugs. Cannot access drop down menu to add new devices If you try to pull down menu instead of using ‘+’ sign then start up menu disappears and cannot do anything Pretty useless in current mode!!!!!
