Essences. Hello hello!! I absolutely adore this game and its characters, and I’ve been playing for quite some time now! Its fun, interesting, and very easily addicting. While I do love this game, there is one issue I have with it. That issue would be the essence system. It always seems impossible to get something good from essences. In my few months of playing, I’ve only gotten a few A costumes and no S costumes from essences. I know that its based on luck, and the more you play the more you can open, but it feels kind of ridiculous. The spawn rates for things seem so awful. All I can get from essences are repeated graffitis and profile pictures, and I’m tired of wasting my money, clues, and inspirations in hopes that I’ll get something nice. To fix this, can I suggest fixing the spawn rates to help people get things they want? Or adding a limit to the amout of one thing someone can get from an essence? For instance, I’ve gotten the same gardener graffiti at least 10 times now. It would make the essence system so much better if you could limit the amount of times I could get it— say, 5 or 6. Having a better essence system would definitely make me more motivated to play matches, or to spend my money on essences to get something that I want. Please take this into consideration! Not only for me, but for other players who rarely get things from essences as well. Thank you!

I love this game but it’s completely unfair and I refuse to spend any more money. An error occurred that caused players to have negative currency because they decided to use their money on the game and they got a reward intended for the Asia server when the developers found out they removed the rewards causing a lot of players to get negative currency meaning they had to earn it back and were punished because of something the developers did they intend to compensate but it’s the bare minimum and they refuse to give compensation for the paid currency when some people are in the negatives for the paid currency they bought with their own money in order for this to be fair it needs to give everyone echoes as compensation even if it’s paid because that’s completely unfair and they also need to stop favoring the Asia server they get way more rewards then the North America/EU server gets and it’s completely unfair to us dedicated fans who aren’t in the Asia server treat us equally otherwise we are no longer spending a dime on this game some people also have negatives in free currency However the compensation given is not enough to get them out of the negatives for a lot of players and it’s still completely unfair I’m very saddened to do this but I won’t allow this to stand treat us all right and equally to the Asia server and give everyone the compensation they deserve otherwise I and a lot of others will no longer spend money on this game we won’t stand for this

Very Enjoyable! Just a little problem recentyl. First off, the game is pretty fun! You don't have to pay to win, but if you're not willing to throw cash at the game, then you'll have to grind quite often (which is something that I, personally, do not mind). Characters can be bought with echoes (currency you purchase with real money) or clues (currency rewarded in-game)! Skins can sometimes be bought from the shop with fragments or echoes, but many skins are obtainable through Essences, which are part of the gacha side of Identity V. They have a few free characters every day and switch them up, and there are often events that come and go. Now, here's for the little problem I have that has occurred since the recent New Year update. I've tried to enter the game through my phone but it will not take me past the Netease screen, and instead, boot me out of the game. It functions as normal on my iPad and on the PC, so this is a problem only for my phone. I've checked on my phone's storage, and it should be enough to run the game. Just in case, I have deleted many apps and other little tidbits to fill up space, and it still won't load up for me. I've uninstalled it two times by now, but I still cannot enter the game. Besides this recent problem, I really enjoy the game!! I can't wait for potential Kurt content in the future!!

Welcome to identit!. Welcome to identit! This game has way too many problems. First things first, fix THE SPAWN POINTS. Everyone is literally tired of starting the game and not even 3-5 seconds later there's a hunter on you. Second, ever since you changed the personas, it seems the hunters are in favor every match. I was able to get multiple perfect matches with the reptilian in the white asylum which should be possible since you can't jump in that map. Third, Ping is absolutely the worst in this game. There's always that one person who thinks cheating is the best and it sends our game into a haywire. I've seen hunters literally float towards survivors at high speeds to get a quick hit then they actually start playing. Lastly, you should have 2 types of gaming servers. One for serious competitors and one for casual. I'm tired of spending hours in custom matches for practice just to get a bunch of 10 year olds in rank not even playing the game! It's frustrating. Especially when you lose 4 stars during rank as a mammoth or gladiator because you're playing with people that aren't even in your tier rank. For an example, a mammoth shouldn't be playing rank matches with dogs or low elks. Plz fix thanks

Amazing. Everything about this is amazing; has just enough complexity to make it fun yet not too intrinsic to destroy the entertainment value. I hope this creators don’t make the game much more complex than what’s already there. Queues for the role are long and can get annoying, but that can be somewhat understandable and forgiven. The hunter chair camping is too tedious, makes it hard to complete deduction tasks. Hunters chair survivors, then sit nearby until the timer has run out. Unless the team has a specific person that can stun the hunter, there’s basically no chance of anyone rescuing that survivor. That needs some fixing. Costs for some of the skins are also incredulously high, but the game does need money to operate. Additionally, the Asylum map is too small and has too many tight spaces that make it hard to kite or juke. It gives the Hunter a huge advantage over Survivors. Duo Hunters mode is ridiculously hard since all the new Survivors have been released. I hate how it takes 3 hits to incapacitate them, and Detention no longer does anything in Duo Hunters mode. Complaints done. I do hope to see what other Hunters and Survivors the creators of Identity V will add to the game. But while they do that, please don’t make the game any more complex than what it already is.

Lost Account - Money Gone. Well guys, Idv was fun while it lasted.. Half a year ago at this point (never got the correct help), I had lost my phone, and was never able to find it (to this day) so I got myself a new phone. That’s when the problem happened. My old phone didn’t have a phone number or anything and because of that, I can’t move my old iCloud account into my new phone because it requires me to still have my old phone, which I do not. Now since i don’t have my old iCloud, I can’t log into my account, as I had linked my account to that iCloud’s Game Center. I tried getting it back via twitter as I had also linked my Twitter account with it but it didn’t work and idv pretended as if that Twitter account was never linked to my account. I’ll try giving proof that it’s my account So basically, I’ve lost everything involving Idv, and lots of money has been wasted, which has obviously plummeted my interest in Idv. I had joined the game during the summer event before the first persona 5 crossover happened. I’ve fallen in love with the game and it’s characters throughout that time and just being forced back to square one doesn’t really sit well with me... Please, PLEASE, if you have any clue to how to get my account back, I’d love to talk.

Probably the most innovative mobile game ever!. This is a great game and I play it every single day. It’s intense, fun, and very addicting. But there are some issues that you developers to to consider about. Firstly, I think it’s REALLY unfair that the Chinese Server gets everything first, and sometimes an item that is on the Chinese server doesn’t even get into the Global version! I know it’s a game developed by Chinese people, but it’s still really unfair how the Chinese server gets EVERYTHING first. Second, Can you please lower the price of some items? They’re kinda pricy and it will take me quite a while for me to obtain my favorite characters and other items. If you don’t want to change the price, then you should put everything on discount on special days like Black Friday or something like that. Lastly, can you guys please create more B, A, and S tier skins for the new survivors and hunters? For example the Embalmer. He doesn’t have any A tier skin and only 1 S tier skin that not everyone can afford. I think there’s only 2 B tier skins for the Embalmer but that’s all. If you read this, please take consideration into these issues and make this game the best it can be, and I will continue supporting this game!

PING ISSUES AND UNFAIR. The games ping issues is so bad. I used to play this game and it would run smooth as ever, however 7 months has gone by and the ping has slowly gotten so much worse. And it’s not a connection issue on my end cause I always play the game in the same room it was running smoothly in. I even tried using service and it’s still bad. Running from the hunter and playing the hunter is so difficult because of this I honestly might quit. Instead of my main focus being the game itself it’s how bad the games ping is. Also ever since the last update (maintenance) cipher rush has gotten so much worse. As a survivor it’s made the game boring because they go by so fast with hardly anything being done and suddenly the last cipher is primed and as a hunter you don’t chase people for long and suddenly the last cipher is almost done. The game is very survivor sided (and I play both factions) and because of that I noticed that many hunters (including myself) aren’t playing which causes the wait time for survivor to be so long. I’ll wait 10 minutes for a QUICK MATCH. Netease you have a lot of fixing to do with your game before it’s even playable or enjoyable.

Over the seasons.... Now, Identity V is an amazing game. Sort of. This could be a complaint, this could be unnecessary criticism, but it's still something from someone who has played this game from the very beginning towards modern day. I really don't know how to explain this other than this game has gotten worse. New survivors with stupid abilities? Done. New hunters with broken hitboxes? Also done. I honestly don't think the newer seasons were any better than the first couple of ones. It has honestly ruined most of the fun in this game and it's replaced with blingy and shiny skins and new characters. It has gone from "a fun new game that seems interesting" to "oh yeah, everything is super crazy, but at least the skins look nice." I'm losing my patience expecting a character to be fixed, but I'm also losing my patience that people want new characters and don't want to fix the old ones. But why would they understand, most of them are Tier 3's and Tier 4's that just have a bank account ready to be used up for a single essence. I won't be expecting to play this game with a smiling face anymore like old times. Instead, I'll be expecting some broken character to come by and ruin everything.

Bring back the original. Hi, I love this game, I play Dead By Daylight all the time on Xbox one, although this game is identical at its roots you released this game as a much darker and morbid offering....the one you should have kept! I gave it a 5 star rating because it’s DBD mobile, and the hunters (killers) are awesome....however I wish so badly you would bring back the way it originally was, because tying survivors to a rocket chair and bopping them over the head with nerf toys kills its horror vibe, I don’t feel like you need these changes to cater to very young children for a few reasons....#1: kids probably play the real DBD...I’ve ran into a few playing DBD....#2: the chat is filled with toxic adults and teens anyway, which is allot more harmful for children to see imho....#3: all the new hunters weapons are real bladed weapons and have gone out of the realm of nerf toys (please don’t change that btw).....honestly the original was like the perfect balance that both kids and adults would enjoy and wasn’t overly brutal by any means...if this pool party bop-em vibe is so important then I suggest maybe having it a setting that can be turned on and off for kids...like a gore setting ya know?... and chat can be kids chat in that setting as well, then you separated the crude language of the adults from the kids then too...everybody wins

I found out !. I know who did this ... Mrs Nightingale! First let’s look at the details ... Hell Ember and the detective both have scars and cut right hands ... ok so ? Some are saying the detective is the mastermind I don’t think so ... let’s say the detective is Hell Ember ... he is not the mastermind because if he was a hunter why would someone lock him in ( someone will be important later on ) the detective has not been to the Arms factory in 10 years ( 1916 when the fire is ... the game takes place in 1926 ) Anyways in ( 1916 ) he was the only survivor ... so he had to be Leo ... but the tutorial took place a few days ago it says ? The hunter then was smiley face . Anyways why would a someone lock a hunter in ? Because the illusion hall and the memories are in there he would remember everything . It could not be a survivor that locked him they are all dead or escaped . The hunters would not be the masterminds they were survivors ... but there’s one who was not Mrs Nightingale . The only question left is who is Mrs Nightingale ... I say it’s Netease ! Because they created this game which makes them responsible for this ... why would Mrs Nightingale be responsible? Because in the main page she gives you tips and then says was this helpful ? She is trying to continue the game by helping you !

Fun to play, but.... This game is a great game to play. I play dbd, and I wouldn’t say it’s a knockoff but we’re inspired by the games fun idea. The game is fun to use and it does help people multitask to look around and pay attention to the machines. But, I do think the killers are a bit overpowered. I was chased for more then 120 seconds and they never lost me once. I think that after 120 second mark their screen should get foggy so they go do something else, otherwise they chase you till you’re dead. As well as campers, the spider she kinda has too much abilities. They sit at the chair webbing it and getting everyone knocked down, then you’re all forced to surrender. I think that it shouldn’t allow hunters to be near the chair, in some way to make a circle around it they can get in and a 5sec head start. Otherwise the game is pointless. Some players don’t help as well but that’s mainly due to camping, which also ruins it. I have played the original killers and I’ve lost and won some matching no problem, but the spider and Geisha are way too much, mostly the spider. I do think this game deserves 5 stars, but I don’t think I’ll ever give it until some obvious problems are fixed up. Thanks for reading this developers and other players, I hope to see these issues fixed and I will play until I hopefully see the actions take place.

AMAZING GAME.......... but. The game is absolutely AMAZINGGGG!! I play this game 24/7. The gameplay is nice, the characters are nice, and sometimes the hunters. Although this game may be good and all, I must say i’ve experienced some problems throughout the game. So the hunters camp A LOT. You seriously can’t even get a chance to save the survivor that’s in the rocket chair! I’m not gonna lie, I used to camp the rocket chairs too but you need to have the mindset of what it’s like to be in other peoples shoes. I know your goal is to win but it’s also the survivors goal to win too! It’s quite selfish to just stand there, starring at the survivor in the rocket chair DYING instead of moving on. I’ve also experienced some bugs. After about 3-4 matches I play, the game slows down and lags like crazy! I’ve also heard that it lags for other people too so if the developers could fix that that would be nice :) My last problem with the game is MONEY and the character PRICES. Echos are very very very expensive and so are the characters that you can buy with the purple diamond thingy, echos, or clues. I’ve spent so much money on this game it’s unbelievable. So if the developers could also lower down the price tags *CHA CHING* that would be amazing. All in all, this game is super fun and can be very addicting!!! I highly recommend it.

Great game But.... Net ease games never ceases to impress me they’re games are always great this is especially fun and amazing although, it could use some improvements such as nerfing the hunter. He is too strong 💪🏻 and way too fast 💨 that you can’t even getaway from him. You can only escape him if, you have flare gun , football, or flashlight. Those are too hard to come across that or another player will grab his attention. so please lower the speed of the hunter by like 5% or 2% or something he is just so fast. Especially on the ripper he is way to fast when he completely disappears. Another thing when there is only one survivor left, the dungeon escape should be highlighted cause it’s crazy the game creators expect 1 survivor to activate the last cipher machines or run all around the map to find a small exit trapdoor. Also whenever I’m vaulting a pallet or window, I make it across but then the hunter behind me hits me through the window/pallet and I get terror shocked for some reason. It’s weird because I can perfectly run around fine and my character isn’t locked into vaulting mode, so I shouldn’t get terror shocked . But thank you so much for another great game. Please also take away the rocket chair camping it’s too easy for nooby players to win but again thanks!

Decent but a couple of things.... This game is fun when you get started, it’s got a great style and story at the beginning. I really do LOVE the design of this game, it is absolutely gorgeous to play with. However, once the multiplayer gameplay begins the game transforms into a gacha cash grab... Not to say that gacha games are bad, but in this game it takes weeks to save up for new survivors and hunters to play as. Basically, you should expect to spend your money if you want to play seriously. As for the camping complaints, I disagree. If the hunters were made to be weak the game wouldn’t be fun, and some of you are just complaining because you made ONE mistake. Get over it. Also, this is a minor complaint but if you want to play as a survivor you have to talk to people. You don’t have to do this, but it helps to play the game when you have a team of people that know how each character works.. and for me I was kind of scared to reach out. So, just a minor thing but all in all you can play survivor solo. Overall 3/5, great design but wayyy over priced. I think for the quality of the multiplayer, it’s not worth the money but that’s just my opinion. I don’t think it’s one of the “best” games in the App Store, there are cheaper renditions of it that don’t require spending.. Just download Roblox and play Flee the Facility on Roblox if you want the same gameplay with no spending. That’s my review -peace out homies.

Huge problem with the game. There is no way to escape once you get put on a chair because the hunter can face camp you and always hit you when you get saved. There is no way to play around it and some items the hunters have can just completely make the game one-sided since it takes so long to dismantle said item that they can just teleport to it and kill you. Also if the hunter face camps then there is no winning since by the time you get the ciphering machines done, the survivors will be dead and you can’t escape unless you find the hatch. The game is great and fun when the hunter doesn’t face camp you but there is just too many things going for the hunter that it’s insanely skewed toward them. The developers need to give the survivors more of a buff because the very act of escaping from a hunter is just too hard, there are way too many chairs in the maps and the pallets are sometimes not useful since there is almost always a short way around it that the hunter can take and the “Terror Shock” from being hit when leaping a pallet or window should not exist since it’s an instant down that completely makes looping around an area pointless and just makes you depressed since there is noting you can do about it but watch yourself die of close the app since there is no downside to the hunter for face camping and it’s not worth it for your teammates to save you since they can just be put on a chair that is basically right next to the one your teammate was on.

Definitely the best game available right now. This game is so good it’s making me write a review which I never do. The replay value is high. I find myself playing this game multiple times a day and I haven’t gotten bored yet. Yes it is a Dead By Daylight mobile version but no it’s not a ripoff. Two of the top devs from DBD are working with Netease Studio to make this game so it’s pretty much the real deal. The customizations and collectibles are tasteful and pretty easy to attain. Not a money grab at all. The theme of the game and the music kind of give it a Coraline fell which I absolutely love and there are plenty of players so matchmaking is pretty quick. The survivors and hunters each have useful and well-balanced abilities and passives so each character is playable and none are OP. Only one issue exists: hunters who camp near survivors they have managed to place on a chair. It’s annoying but personally I’m quick enough to still get to them and get out of there without taking damage, but other players easily get knocked trying to save them or the player on a chair is eliminated because no one can get anywhere near them. But again, that is the only issue. Overall it’s an amazing game and I can’t wait to see what future updates add to the mix. Highly recommend to anyone who loves competitive multiplayer games.

Game is not hunter sided. Let me start off by say that is game is amazing, it has great graphics, unique characters, interesting abilities, and a cool designs. I also appreciate that they update the game very often with events, new characters, and new cosmetics. I love the many ways you can customize your character. On top of that the crossovers are very well done and have even helped me find some new games. Now the gameplay, the story at the beginning is very interesting and I love that the developers have put thought into each character’s background as well as the entire plot. The game itself is also very interesting. I am currently a C badge geisha on the Eu-NA server and have noticed some things, first if the hunter doesn’t down someone within 60 seconds and if the survivors have a decoder the game is almost pretty mush a tie at most. Second tide turner (the one that gives the survivors a safe period after getting saved) is a hunter killer and gives the survivors so much time. Third, and this one is really sad, only certain hunters can get consistent wins in higher ranks, this is the unfortunate truth of Identity V, weaker hunters are simply unplayable as they get countered really hard by almost everything. This being said, hunters do have many opportunities to win for sure, all it takes is one survivor mistake to complete screw them. All in all good game, needs some balance, we’ll definitely continue playing.

Veteran Player Almost Giving Up.. I’ve been playing Identity V for three years since its been released. I had no issues before until last year and it progressively gets worse. My issue; The connection of my internet to the servers. I’m unsure if its because my location is not close to a server or if it’s because my provider changed(only recently a few months ago), but my connection to the game has gotten progressively worse. I do understand that more content can lead to the game becoming difficult for devices, but I got a new phone and still continue to suffer from these issues. I may just leave the game entirely at this rate because of how unplayable it is for me specifically. I’m sure that most players have no issue with this, thus why I want to give it a still positive rating. This game does have perks such as a variety of characters to play with, Variety of gamemodes, and has multiple ways of earning costumes and accessories. Characters aren’t based off of gacha because you can purchase them with ingame currency you earn by playing more often. I guarantee that if you have an excellent connection with the game’s servers then you will have a great experience as I once had. Again, I Adore this game with my heart but I can’t even play it for fun anymore.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I love this game I don’t think I could ever get tired of it however I do feel like it’s a little bit unfair that the second my phone loads into the game I’m being chased by the hunter. Therefore I have more losses then wins because the hunter is always spawned close to me and I can’t take even two steps once I load in without having to run for my life. I feel like the game should wait for everyone to load in and put the hunter as far away from the survivors as possible therefore they’re actually doing their job and “hunting” us down instead of getting and easy win because they were spawned close to a survivor and can immediately get someone once the game loads. I get y’all are trying to make things fair for survivor and hunter but the hunter already has the upper hand by being fast so at least 9/10 times the second I load into the game I’m being chased immediately and have no chance of escaping because the hunter is super fast and eventually catches up. Also I feel like the struggle button should be more fast. I’ve played this game over a thousand times and only struggled free once and that was because I was lucky enough to direct the hunter into a wall long enough to break free. What’s the point in even having a struggle button if there’s a 1% chance you’ll even make it out of the hunters grasp?

Great but Cheap. This game is not pay to win while still maintaining a fun, competitive atmosphere. The general cat and mouse gameplay can be fun on both sides, but of course, it’s not without flaws, not with the game, but with the player base. Most hunters will camp the rocket chair when a survivor is on it so the other survivors can’t attempt a rescue and simply have to lose an ally. And the worst part is, there is no punishment for it. There needs to be something in place to prevent this or hunters will continue to make the game boring to play. There is also this new spider hunter that gets her skill without needing presence AND can kill survivors WITHOUT ROCKET CHAIRS. WHY. Other than these, however, everything else is balanced. Most people complain that hunter skills are bonkers broken, but they forget you need presence to get those skills. So, the hunter is stuck with a skill and his base kit until he can land some blows. Survivors also have really strong skills, like self-healing, rocket chair dismantlement, and a charging move. There are also skill trees that can make or break a character. Characters like the Nurse are going to need the tranquility and friendship trees to be viable, while the Mechanic requires the bravery tree to handle her crippling vaulting Speed. Overall, this game is very balanced except for rocket campers and the Not-So-Itsy Bitsy Spider, this game is great.

It is amazing! But... The game itself is absolutely fantastic and I love everything about! But there is one problem I have noticed, there are players around the world on identity V that aren’t able to participate in events such as Persona 5 for example and they aren’t able to achieve the prizes within those event. I had an idea that there can be an event that happens once every year on identity V where all the events that have ever happened are mashed up together in one huge event where it includes all the prizes in them and even include limited items or skins and etc that’s weren’t a part of the event, players can get points and buy certain prizes from the store with clues, echos, or inspirations, exchange inspirations for points, or by playing a match. These point can allow them to get the prizes that they want, but this event will only last for a certain amount of days, but on the last few days before the event ends players will get a multiplier and can get more points to give them a chance to get the prizes they want, they will also be able to earn a lot of points by paying an offering of some sort in the event that’ll cost them either echoes, inspirations, or clues. I just want people like myself to have a chance to get some prizes from the past events that we haven’t participated because of not being aware of this game yet. I hope this is a good idea or at least something that can be an inspiration for an event to do something like this

Amazing Game, but.... I’ve noticed that this game has quite a few problems. For starters I just want to say this game is aesthetically pleasing! However I would hope that the way the game looks wouldn’t interfere with gameplay in the sense of lag. I’ve noticed a couple things but for the most part it’s amazing. Secondly, this game promotes negative play because this game has no punishment for it in game. If a killer is close to a chair the chair timer should slow down/stop completely. One last thing I have is the red light. I feel like it’s so bugged that I have myself wasting pallets on killers who aren’t even near me. So 2/3 of my issues are technical (which means it’s probably my phone) but not to leave on a negative note here’s some great things about this game! It’s very fun and spooky! I think all the characters are super wacky and lighthearted which makes survivors want to get spotted less. And I’m surprised that all of the game mechanics work for a little device! All in all, I think this is a great game but I hope you’ll at least read this to maybe give a couple things a though. Have a great day! P.S. I also think this game should give some love to hunters and make cipher failed skill checks be a lot more noticeable as well as a fully complete cipher. Thanks!

Great Game :). This game deserves all the hype. Every character has an intricate design and ability that make the experience worth while. The game has a custom mode, with a concept called “single training” that allows a player to test out any character regardless if they own it or not. It allows you to test out the abilities of the character you choose while practicing against a bot. This is very beneficial when deciding what other character to add to your notebook! The amount of puzzle pieces needed to buy a character is reasonable, if you log in every day and play for at least an hour, you’ll be able to buy that character in a span of at least 3 days. The biggest issue I’ve seen with these reviews regards how unfair it is for a hunter to camp. Personally I don’t think this concept is bad, everyone has a strategy that can aid in their victory. People have asked the game to allow the hunter to remain near the chair for a certain amount of time. However, I don’t believe that would be fair for the hunter. If the hunter is restricted on how much time to camp, then it would be fair to ask to limit the number of times they can be stunned as well right? If we change one thing there would ultimately be another area that would prove to be unfair. In conclusion, camping is not a defect of the game and if you really want to get the save take a hit and run! Take one for the team :) The game as a whole with its matches, room decoration, costumes and events make it very entertaining!

Terrible balance consideration among characters. As you all know Identity V is inspired by Dead By Daylight. Although ID V is an asymmetric 1v4 game, it has completely lost appropriate balance between survivors and hunters where survivors’ abilities are too strong that a)makes hunter hard enough to catch and hit to unlock hunter abilities b)hunters are more likely the victims instead of who hunt down humans. This is where hunter players need to struggle harder to catch a originally-considered-as-weak-party survivor and thus lose the game experience of being an actual hunter that gives gigantic pressure. To survivors, as long as players have functional brains and don’t have operation difficulties they win so easily. All those survivor abilities at the beginning of the game where hunter’s ability is locked are more like bullies on the hunter. Imagine in a group of survivors there’s one that can block one hit of hunter, 2 that can stun and dispel hunter hit or ability, and one that can slow hunter’s movement speed for 80% for 3 sec, how would a hunter be able to even draw the game??? The balance is too terrible to play. In most cases hunter players’ pressure is even more than survivor players. So the poor balance of this game has make it the opposite of Dead By Daylight, though they started at the same place. Don’t play ID V, it’s just too imbalanced. I can’t imagine a hunter or a killer sweating harder than those who are facing a death threat.

Best game ever made. This game is the best, I don’t care if the gameplay is similar to dead by daylight because this game has better storyline, best characters and skins, pets, accessories, and style, Everything about this is great even the devs, everyone loves this game because it’s the best Mobile game here, even though some people can’t buy anything, others can gift them, it’s like a safe place or home to gamers all around the world, keep it up! Because one day you might achieve something even greater. ❤️ Edit: just a few ideas for new game modes, 1: you could make a labyrinth game mode where the survivors have to make it out while the hunter has to try and stop them from escaping (Original idea from u/perriborn on r/identityv on Reddit) another idea would be a traitor mode where a survivor would be a traitor but the others don’t know who it is and will decode but the traitor can turn into a hunter kill someone turn into the one who’s dead and they would talk using keyboard asking for clues and stuff, if they get who the traitor is then the traitor goes on a rocket chair and loses, if the traitor wins then the last person who’s alive other than the traitor dies immediately for not finding out the traitor

Fun game but not very balanced. I enjoy playing this game a lot and I recommend it to people who like dead by daylight. However, unlike dead by daylight, the game has its scales tipped to the hunter with every patch. The hunter’s reaches (Wu Chang, geisha) are unnecessarily long and the skill cooldowns of certain hunters (sculptor, feaster, and guard 26) are nonexistent. To make matters worse, it seems with every patch they are needing the survivor abilities. Priestess can’t make portals in the basement, Painter only has 2 canvasses now and they take too long to make, and Enchantress’s guard takes forever to fill up once in a chase even when very close to the hunter, and then there is a cool down on top of it. It’s getting to the point where the original game mechanics (the red danger zone when hunter is close) are useless. Please consider either updating the mechanics or giving the survivors some of their ability capacities back to rebalance the game. Added: since my previous review, the scales have tipped even further towards hunters to the point where I’m struggling as a seasoned player to win in the second tier. I’ve become skeptical about my odds in winning non-ranked games as well because even that seems to be a gross challenge that doesn’t rely on my skills as a player. It was fun while it lasted but I’m gonna delete the app. For the vets that can adapt, kudos. For new people wanting to join in, just play hunter. You’ll become successful much faster than as a survivor.

Violent Struggle. Okay, I know that almost every review I read, the review had camping in it. But for me, I feel like camping in VIOLENT STRUGGLE is worse than a hunter just camping in quick match or rank match. I have a reason! Most of the time when I play Violent Struggle, both of the hunters camp the same rocket chair containing only ONE survivor in the rocket chair! And then if only one survivor comes to rescue this survivor that is getting camped by TWO hunters, then if they successfully rescue that survivor.... Then both of the survivors get down (both the one that was in the rocket chair and one rescuing). In Violet Struggle, the survivors immediately have these spikes around them to prevent hunters from camping. But again, most of the time when I play, the hunters camp and waste their time because the survivor that’s in the rocket chair can’t be saved(because of the spikes). So the hunter is wasting their time CAMPING a survivor that CAN’T be saved, and the hunter could’ve just went after another survivor. During this time, the only good thing is that the hunters don’t go after the survivors that are decoding and makes more decoding time for us. I just don’t think these hunters aren’t getting the idea to not camp, because what do you think the spikes are for hunters?!?! I wish to hear a hunters side of the story please.

will always and forever love this game <3. I got this game way back in 2018 when it came out and I still play it to this day (2023). Although I would take couple month breaks in between. Every time I came back to it I would play it everyday for literal months. I can’t wait till I can get my PC and can play it on there. The controls are super easy and each character has a backstory for you to learn. I haven’t played the story mode much but there is A LOT to it. This game adds details weekly and new characters with cool powers to use in match’s a quite a lot. They throw different events for seasons and just for fun. If you love dead by daylight you will also love this game they have the same exact objective and this game is definitely less scary. You can win costumes and pets and so much cool stuff. I will say I wish they made it a tad cheaper to buy certain skins but i understand where they come from. I have spent money on this game for skins and other stuff. I truly love it and hope that others will join in and play. It’s a really good mobile game that you can play on pc as well. I have no doubt i’ll probably be playing this game till i’m way older. It was enjoyable at 11 years old and it’s still enjoyable at 16 years old.

Love this game, but.... I absolutely love this game so there is no way I could give it a rating lower than 5 stars, but there are some things that could be improved. First off, I think getting rid of the weekly limit of points you can earn would be great. I managed to fill mine up in 3 days so now I will not be able to earn points until the week is over. Also, the hunters have too big of an advantage over the survivors. Not only are they faster than the survivors but they are also stronger and almost impossible to get away from when they are chasing you. I think the speed of the hunters needs to be slightly decreased to make it possible to get away from them. There needs to also be a way to avoid camping from the hunters. Whether it stuns the hunter when they are near a rocket chair too long or it sets the person in the chair free doesn’t matter to me, all I know is that it is practically impossible to successfully save someone from the chair while the hunter is camping there and get away unless you have a weapon. As for being the last survivor, I think your speed should increase significantly when you are the lone survivor, especially because you have to run across the map to try and find the escape door without the hunter reaching you. Anyways, I really enjoy this game and I hope some changes are made to it! Thanks! 💕

Unfair game. I don’t recommend at all!!!!. It’s so incredibly unbalanced, I usually play hunter and I try so hard but in the end I lose because survivors have the advantage much of the time with so many skills. One survivor can literally jump throw obstacles and constantly gain speed while the hunter is severely slowed most of the time. In terms of how even the map has so many obstacles, just one person needs to have the hunter run in circles or they teleport through walls. The system of 1v4 is extremely faulty because of the advantages and items survivors have. This will inevitably end the life of this game because it’s already unfair for one person going against four. Hunters are rarely found these days on rank because of the rigged system. Don’t even play this game if you don’t like losing because there’s a whole lot of it when you play rank as well as with quick play. I’m publishing an article about mobile games and this definitely will go as low rank as the other games that are unfair. This game has the worst balancing issues in the end. Don’t get this game if you don’t plan on losing a lot against a team of 4. I’m going to delete the app since it has not gotten any better and as a gamer I’m tired of losing. Worse balancing ever. Hopefully they will also fix the connection for their servers.

The game is good, besides here few items.... Overall, the game is OP. Yet, then there’s the few errors I see or improvements... For one, add something where if a hunter is camping, let the timer stop. Example, if the clown (or any hunter) is camping a survivor, if they are in a certain radius, the timer will stop, or at least slow down. Character: characters are unique, epic. It would be nice if the explorer could walk under pallets when he is small. Add voice chat when playing in a match, or allow us to type our own messages to communicate better. On the persona survivor ability “Tide Turner”, allow the person who owns it to choose when they want to use it for a rescue or give a symbol to let your teammates (other player who has the invincibility) to let that person know when their time is almost up. Connect errors: not too many of them, however, when the ripper ability fog circles me when I am a survivor, (with low graphics) it causes it to lag, messing up my calibration, other times, it is perfect. Other than these few things, I enjoy the game as a comedy horror (comedy with the shark, balloons, rocket chairs and not really horror, more like hide ‘n seek). (Few more complaints I’ve seen people have is the speed of hunters, reach, etc. I do not complain about these since it seems fair.) Keep up the excellent work!

Amazing game but one issue. I love this game!! My friend told me about it and when I downloaded it was was ADDICTED! I got done of my other friends on it too! There is one reason I gave the game 4 start, and not 5. The MAINTENANCES!! Why are there soooooooooooo many and how do they take 4 hours!?! Plus I was talking to my sister (who I also got on to the game) and she and I realized that we don’t see many physical changes to the maps and stuff. I love the plot and I love the extra games like BlackJack and Duo Hunters, but I wish the maintenances had a little more for us to wait for, and not just adding in those events (honestly most of the people I know who play this game don’t do the events, they just play the game and the other add on BlackJack and Duo Hunters games) Thanks for reading, I hope you can respond back with an answer (as to why it takes 240 minutes) or maybe even add in more. I love the game I just wish the maintenances had more to offer! That’s all!! (Also with people complaining about camping, just let the hunter camp. Like honestly you can be using that time and decoding more ciphers, instead of worrying about the hunter! And if one of yours teammates die, then 3 only have to get out! And 2 to draw! If the hunter manages to kill 2 of your teammates then you might wanna start worrying, but other than that I don’t see the issue)

Many bugs. There are so many things to say about this game, I’m not going to say any compliments because the game is one of the best that has come to mobile, now on with the problems everyone has playing this game! First of all, the campers, now this is exactly what it sounds like, the hunter knocks out someone, puts them on a rocket chair and just waits and watches as they slowly get ready to die, preventing other survivors from freeing their fellow comrade! This is a major problem that not only takes the strategic gameplay out of it, but it also makes the survivors want to break something, it makes everyone mad and takes the fun out of the entire game itself! So people are not going to stop camping unless something is done about it, now don’t get me wrong, many of the hunters don’t even need to camp because of how powerful they are, take The Feaster for example, with all those tentacles spawning in, its impossible to get by...but that’s the first of many problems...the newest hunters are way too overpowered and because of this, players just waste this power on camping, so fix this issue where the campers have something happen or ban camping or just do anything to resolve this!...can you also kind of nerf the Geisha a bit, even though she enters panic mode when someone looks at her, she’s still very very fast, I think she’s faster than the ripper when he’s invisible!

Great game, slight imbalances. So the gameplay is great, closely like dead by daylight just missing a few game mechanics. The game plays great, runs smooth, and even has a little bit of a background story behind it and the characters. Survivor gameplay is great, competitive team styles, and can really get your adrenaline pumping. In no way is this game p2w you can’t pay to win, literally. The only fee is for costumes, accessories, looks. All of which can be unlocked on your own with in game currency earned from playing ( although I think the currency received is quite low per game, coming from someone who is level 70+ survivor and still hasn’t earned enough puzzle pieces to claim a new survivor or hunter ). Also while gameplay is mostly balanced to give both sides a fair hand, if the hunter is to capture a survivor and sit in front of them while they’re on a rocket chair for the rest of the game, it basically ensures the hunter is able to kill 2-3 people a game and encourages ‘ puppy guarding ‘. I believe it gives the hunters a slight advantage and it really takes away from the spirit of the game. I believe if the rocket chair timers were boosted to take longer, or if the hunter was somehow.. punished? For puppy guarding? Idk just something to be looked into.

Constantly Crashes. I wish I could play this game because it looks like a lot of fun but the app keeps crashing. Whenever I go into the app and click play game it takes me to this loading screen with a dark blue wall. Then it crashes and I'm at my home screen. I've tried everything including deleting the app and re downloading it, restarting my device, clicking the repair client button, and clearing closing down all the apps running in the background. I also thought that this was a storage/data issue because the app told me that I was low on memory even though I had 12 gb available so I deleted a ton of apps, photos, and saved documents and text messages on my device. Low and behold the app still crashes and gives me that weird low memory warning even though I have 18 gb available. This is very irksome and I feel like I've tried everything. And yes my device supports IOS 6 since it runs on IOS 9. So I honestly don't have a clue why this app keeps crashing. If you are reading this review please just download the app and see if it works for you. It just might be a fluke for me and for whatever reason the app just won't. So just try it and see but don't be surprised if it crashes. If it does just delete the app because it isn't worth wasting all your time on an app that will never work. Also, if the developer is reading this please try to fix this problem. I would really like to be able to play this game.

Its pretty good. Really like your game, but I think I have some ideas that will make it better. I like Identity V because you can play on the go!!! I think it’s really good, and creative. My only issues are that you can’t continue the detective story!!! (I’m pretty sure, anyway) Also, can you add jump scares? You could add a setting, where you can turn off jump scares COMPLETELY, because I know some people may not like jump scares. Also, people are always saying very inappropriate things in chat. It would be nice if you could restrict some words. Maybe on some days you could offer discounts on characters, costumes, and stuff like that. You could create limited edition costumes set to themes as well. And maybe on halloween you could offer special discounts. You could add hiding spots for the hunter too. Maybe you could lower the prices on the costumes, characters, and pets. It’s a little much. I know some of these ideas are creative and a little weird, but I think it will make your game even better. If your reading this, thank you and please consider my ideas. I want to make this game the best it can be, and I’m sure you do too. I like your game, don’t get me wrong. I just loved the detective part, and then it stopped. I’m glad you finally added a girl hunter. I had been waiting for one! That was a good idea. I think this game is clever, fun, and a challenge. It’s pretty good!

$100+, $300+, $2,000+ Microtransactions from a Greedy Company. This game is a fun asymmetrical competitive game. There are a lot of characters to play which you can slowly earn for free with daily play. There are also multiple game modes and you can play with friends. The cosmetics are nice (but downside is limited and gacha related). However the massive downside to the game is the overpriced micro transactions. Some character skins and a lot of furniture to decorate your house can be over $50, some over $100 and only available for money. The decent cosmetics frequently released are time limited and s-rarity can be about $200 to guarantee getting it. I enjoy this game and have spent some money on it. However, I am insulted that they released a new cosmetic feature in the game - the ss tier - that is about $500. It’s disgusting you waste resources developing this and make it a requirement that people spend nearly $500 to get it. I’m never spending money on this game again - you’re just taking advantage and milking your players. Spend resources developing something for players to enjoy that doesn’t cost $500. After releasing the overpriced ss tier skin they released simple features like chat text color, chat bubbles, and sharing your skins with your team behind a $2800 payment. This company continues to be greedy and predatory instead of making meaningful feature updates for the game everyone can enjoy. They can’t even make a genuine PC version.

Very nice game BUT... I have problem that like the CAMPER I don’t understand why do they always camp the chair and it impossible to get untie out of the balloon because the chair is ALMOST EVERYWHERE I have the idea that when the hunter is near the rocket chair is should stop the timer and if they are far about 3 inches away it should make the timer go on. And how the character cost so expensive and you should make the login path clues for 30 so like we have enough for character and more! I notice something that the player all over the world doesn’t really have the anime skin or limit skin u should have a event that happen once a year that last for like 3 weeks and where u can earn points from play match anything and u can buy the limit skin or anime skin with the points ( quick match : 40 points ) ( duo hunter : 100 points ) and etc. and I notice about the ping it was really bad for me and when I try running away from the hunter it kept walking and walking back and when I try to stop walking it keep walking in place so please fix this bug 😕 Another thing is about the HUNTER it too overpower! For example about Jack the Ripper his skill is overpower because he can go invisible and could do the fog thing. And u should change the survivor character skill to have 2 abilities like the priests when she open the chest it doesn’t let her change the things so I really think u should make every character have 2 abilities!

Amazing... but has a couple of major downsides. So, as I said it is amazing and there’s no doubt about it that it is one of the best games that has come to IOS. Now with that out of the way, here’s a couple of major downsides that aren’t that controversial, but may need to be fixed. The downsides to an amazing game are that characters cost a whole lot more than they are actually worth, and because of that, is the second downside which is pay to win. Now you can win with the default characters, but it’s hard and in order to get a good character you need to save up for it-in some cases can take a week, others maybe a fortnight. But the over reliance on good characters overshadow the good things in the game. Here are a couple ways they could be fixed. Add a couple of game modes for the regular characters as such. Default, Easy, Medium, Hard. Here’s how it could work. The default characters get their place to help save up. The mediocre are the daily free to play and any character with 1 Star. Then as it goes up, you get to go for harder characters and so on. This would help saving up but the actually good characters are, again, a chore to save up for. So make it easier to get characters like 1000 clues -which you should get in about 1-2 days to get- then increase by 1000 every star -as stated before. The game is good but these easy to solve problems can kinda ruin it for around 1/4 of the people that play the game.

A game outshining others.. This game is fun. Very much akin to Dead by Daylight (DbD) and can suffer the same ‘issues’ it has. But I’d like to break down a couple of those issues because this is a game worth your time Number one; Camping. Nowadays it frustrating if you get camped? Absolutely. Game breaking and fun ruining? Absolutely not. While the killer is wasting precious time just watching someone, you can be doing a world of beneficial things for your team. The killer is giving up on the chase just to watch one person. Don’t sit there and watch him watch someone. It’s pointless! Accept the lone survivors fate and continue on. Number Two; Balancing. I know every game ever has this complaint and sometimes a killer is just broken. But a whole lot of the time it comes down to skill and it comes down to familiarity with that killer. If it’s you third game against them, prepare to struggle a bit. Especially if they know how to use him. But don’t immediately say it’s the killer who is broken and not your own skill. I’ll reference DbD for those who understand it. People were up in arms about how strong Legion was when he came out. Too quick, too much pressure, too mobile. But those were the low skilled players unable or unwilling to improve. No one has an issue with that killer anymore. Don’t let the lower brackets deter you from an otherwise amazing game.

Amazing game, but people complain too much!. Idv is an amazing copy of DBD, and well it’s really fun and I like it a lot. However I just hates to part of the community that’s complains about hunters “camping”. Ik that they find it annoying but it’s just because they are NOOBS. Everywhere I go I see “camp=report. NOWHERE in the rules did they say camping is not allowed. It’s a strategy and you can take advantage of the hunter camping. Juking so the hunter hits the chair, taking dog and healing up right after. Omg when will they learn. These reviews also complain about camping. Devs please do not do anything bout camping. It’s what makes the game more of a challenge. The tops hunters also use this strategy (Not standing in front waiting for a terror shock). That’s just plain dumb. So to the ppl that complain about camping. “Get better” learn the basic of rescuing, or at least use Coor’s gun and get an easy rescue. Camping is one of the skills of hunters in the game just like kiting. Oh and I wanna throw my iPad through the room because of this bug. Mid game I keep leaving the game and I have to go into the app again. (Into the main page) I get into my match again as other look at me as I was AFK, then I move around 10 seconds later I left the game again. If this is a global bug please fix it.

High spending expected. The biggest problem with this game is that the number of unlockable characters just by playing the game is extremely limited. You have to spend spend spend if you want more than the daily freebies that are only free for that 24 hour period, or more than the first few original characters. It is extremely frustrating how long it takes to build up in game currency just to unlock one character. You can play all day for a week straight and barely make enough to unlock a second hunter. The survivors you get a lot more of, but you still have to pay to unlock more. Not all of the in game currency is earnable. Some of it you have to purchase. You can’t even run the board and unlock a character by getting far enough; at best, you win these gatcha type things and all they do is unlock different stances or outfits for characters you don’t even have, not the actual character. It’s very misleading because there’s no option to build your own unique character, like it insinuates in the advertisements. I would really like to build my own character from the ground up, looks, skills, etc. and I don’t know why people complain about camping so much. It takes less than one second to free a comrade, and then get away from the hunter. If survivors would coordinate better, they would win more. If you’re not a very skilled player, instead of complaining, “git good,” and maybe I’ll stop kicking your whiny butts.

Fun but could use some optimization. The gameplay is fun and is similar to that of Dead by Daylight. Some issues are that the hunter usually has a massive advantage being able to run faster than survivors as well as being in third person vision. I feel that to make the game a little more fair would be to make all hunters be played in first person that way they don’t have the same advantages as a survivor. I also believe camping should be punished to some degree or maybe fixed as if there could be some sort of electrical shock that disorients the hunter if he stays to long next to a rocket chair with a survivor on it. I would also like to ask that the ripper be nerfed a little because it is not the invisibility that’s broken, it’s the fog that can second as a survivor locater since it appears only where survivors are. I ask that the fog ability be changed to a deployable thing where the ripper deploys it over him and it has size similar to its current one. I don’t think it should the fog should deploy over survivors locations because that is a little bit strong for an ability. Also additional story would most definitely be appreciated. All in all this game is unique to all mobile games and I’m excited to see what the future holds for it! 8/10

So much potential but needs work. Dead by daylight on mobile is something i wanted for a long time, i can finally play on the go. Though as it stands there are major balancing issues that need to be addressed for this game to receive 5 stars (which it very much should get 5 stars if the devs fix it up) On the survivor side, the Gardner is just way too op. 2 gardeners (or as i’ve discovered 1 good Gardner) can destroy every chair on the map (except basement) to prevent the killer from being able to basically do anything, even if he downs you it’s impossible for him to kill you due to the fact you can easily wiggle free as long as you are away from the basement. On the hunter side, hunters move way to fast. I understand that the hunter needs to always be faster than the survivor if he wants to win chases, but the speed difference is a little ridiculous. Either speed up the survivor’s run a tad or slow down the hunter. Unlike dbd there is also not a mechanic for really punishing campers. Camping is going to be an issue in both games but in dbd you can get some serious work done if you coordinate, 2 or 3 generators in the time it takes a full hook sacrifice to happen. In identity V everything happens so fast that you can’t realistically get enough done to punish the hunter to the point where it’s not worth it to camp. Thus the game gets filled with campy killers who ruin the fun of the game.

Needs some work!!. I enjoy playing this game a lot but there’s a lot of work that needs to be done especially with hunters. As everyone is saying, there has to be something done with campers. There should a penalty for hunters that are camping around a rocket chair for a certain period of time. I’ve played hunter myself and won without having to camp at all since the hunters are already too over-powered. Which is another issue, hunters in this game are too favored because they have a lot of perks and powers which makes them easier to use and win. With all their powers, it’s nearly impossible to get away from the hunters especially with their speed. And there’s also times where they can basically go through walls which defeats the point of getting chased. Something also has to be done with their hit box which makes the whole game unfair. No matter how far or if you’re in the other side of a wall/pallet, you can still get hit and knocked down. I think the way to make the game more fair is to make the hunter a first person point of view or turn their powers down a notch. Improving the survivors skills will also help as well. I enjoy playing survivors a lot so I would love if you guys would be able to do something about making the game more fair for survivors.

Addressing it. Firstly, before I address the issue, there are many things to like about this game. The concept works well, the graphics, and development work well. I have not experienced any bugs while playing this game and haven’t experienced any teaming with the killer. Most people who play this game are really kind, hardworking and helpful to the rest of the teammates. Things like that make the game fun. However... the camping. When you go into rank matches I notice there isn’t a lot of camping due to the very experienced killers. But, there are a lot of camping killers in quick matches and such. About 7/8 out of every 10 people who play with game will camp. This does make the game feel less fun for everyone else. Some people even walk away from this game due to the fact that the camping on this game is too much. I feel like the morality points would easily fix this issue. Everyone knows what happens when you lose too much morality points. It would at least reduce the amount of camping that happens on this game. Or, a report button on camping. Camping definitely kills the fun when I play thing game, if the camping didn’t exist as much as it did in this game then I’d say this game was perfect.

Good on head phones and also updates that 100% you need to put in. Ok so this is really good in head phones becuase when I was wearing head phones an owl pooped up on me and that scared me and also campers I encountered many campers the campers would like camp at the rocket chair but you need to put this update can you add if like an hunter camps can they kill thing to kill survivors not go up when they camp if they continue to camp can you stun them for 15 seconds this game is really fun but campers are no fun I said in match chat I said no camping or survivors can escape they camping anyway! Can you please add the update this game would be much better! I’m not saying it’s not good this game is really good also here’s some tips:1. Hide in lockers if hunter is near 2. If you are the hunter check lockers 3. As axe boy you really need to use the the flame things to boost your speed up and that allows you to catch survivors faster 4.when your hunter and there’s 1 person left and if they trying to escape at an gate first check the gate that you are near then teleport to the other gate. 5.when the hunter is checking the longer gate where you are they will probably go the other gate so prefer you go to the other gate

Hello there. Alright first things first I love the game it’s amazing in every way and I love everyone of the characters but there are some I’m in love with my favorite female character as survivor is the Princess and Doctor my favorite female hunters are the dream witch and the geisha my favorite male characters are the seer ,embalmer ,Prisoner ,the ripper ,and the photographer I love all of these characters but since we are on them every time I see the ripper It remains me of slenderman and I was hoping you could make a costume similar to him I also was wondering if you could make emotions that could interact with another player like a high-five or a hug that would be vary cool and maybe be able to jump I would also love to see some new maps since we have so many characters maybe a few maps to Mach some of them would be cool also maybe make it a little easier to get gems but you guys don’t have to do these things if you don’t think they are good for the game but I would live to see any of these in the game thx you for reading and love your game keep up the good work also one thing I hate when hunters camp so I was thinking what if we have to do 9 or 10 Machines so when the hunter puts us in a chair they will teleport somewhere else but it only happens the first time the second they will be pushed away from the chair

you only get good things with money. I’ve played this game since april, complete and absolutely addicted to it. let me tell you. unless you’re willing to throw at least $150 into essences, you’re not getting anything good if you’ve drawn the short end of the straw on pull luck. 60 pulls is the pity pull for an A tier skin, no guaranteed S tier skin, but it costs 96 inspirations for one pull, whereas 100 inspirations is equal to about one US dollar, and it’s hard to earn inspirations in game. you can imagine how pricy it gets from there. also, this team does not reward their players for playing. in the past with bugs, players have been PUNISHED and put IN DEBT by this game. rewards were sent out on accident by the team to a random amount of players, including echos. if you’re unfamiliar with how this game works, the echos are what you buy with money to then convert to inspirations. the players who already spent their echos were put in the negatives and unable to play the game until they paid off their debt that was wrongfully given to them. it costs so much just to do anything in this game. the matching system is horrible too. you can be a hound and match with high tier elks in quick match, or a hound and match with high tier hunters. you’re hardly ever given a boost in this game. so if you’re gonna be dedicated to this, don’t expect fair treatment from the developers. you’re just adding to their growing money pool.

Screen Freezes. Screen freezes most of the time I press ‘prepare’ and then I have to restart it all over again. It freezes continuously, so when I don’t press prepare or aren’t connected within the countdown it freezes, and the minutes and seconds add up every time it freezes, logging me out for more than 16 minutes. I don’t understand why users with a poor connection (even when I moved closer to my wifi, and had good wifi connection) are punished so much when if many players experience bad ping on severs and matches, its clearly the developers fault. It locks me out of quick matches for so long, and there shouldn’t be so much of a punishment for players experiencing bad bing, lag or disconnection. why should the players get punished for something the developers are responsible for?

Fun game! Perhaps some additional features?. Generally a good well balanced game, fun to play and strategic. I mainly play Dead by Daylight and I can see where this game is getting at, but it would be really cool if identity v had more features to it like dbd? I understand its a mobile game and it has its limits, but things like add ons, being able to track down people when their injured by panting... etc. Also, this is a just an idea but it would be interesting if the hunters were in first person rather than third like dbd. Again just an idea! Also, I would not say that hunters are necessarily overpowered. In fact they do take more skill and strategy to play, even looking at the leaderboards there is much more people who exceed as survivor than hunter.

Great Game but a few things to need to fix/add. The game is really fun and addicting and is quite impressive for a mobile game. However I am having trouble when trying to load the game when it says “tap to enter”, I tap and it doesn’t load the game or do anything, so can you please fix this bug. The other thing the game needs is more servers since there is only Asia and NE servers which makes the game super laggy for most people that don’t live in does continents. So could you please add Australian and other servers please!

Stuff. I think this game is absolutely amazing, it is always the game that I play during free time! I would recommend adding trading for the newer players that missed out on older events that might have their dream costumes so everyone could have a chance of getting their dream things they wanted :) my friend has a costume I wanted and I have a costume they wanted and we always wanted to trade them so it would be very helpful if trading was added to the game! Such a great game you should make a coraline crossover. hey ok so first of all this is the best game i have ever played it’s just so great if anyone reading this review hasn’t got it get it now. secondly i think you should have a coraline crossover cause like already the characters have the button eyes and you could have like coraline , wybie , the ghost children and like the other father or something as the survivors and for the hunter as the other mother and as the pets it could be the cat. so yeah that’s my idea.

Racism and orientalism. I have played idv for many years now and honestly thought they were taking a step in the right direction by changing the insensitive names of older skins but now we’re back at square one. So much backlash was received after the shining feather essence but they’ve decided to create season 26 essence 2 anyway. If they wanted to make essences based around SWANA culture they could create SWANA characters and do proper research into middle eastern culture to create something beautiful with good representation but no. They pick and choose what issues are important for them to address and the issue of racism is always ignored which alienated many of their players. As much as I love many of the characters in this game, the lack of consideration netease has towards their player base is infuriating and not worth it to stick around. It’s not hard to be good people, it’s not hard to care, netease just chooses not to. This game is not worth anyones time.

PLEASE HELP🙏. I love this game but I’ve been going through a problem since 2019. I used to play this game a lot and I had skins and all, but when my device got hacked I could no longer log into my account as if all my game was lost. I am very sad about this as o have seen many new amazing updates and characters! I did contact the help line and did as they told me but I could not get my save data back. Can’t even play. I’m new to this game and saw this in the App Store and thought this would be a fun game however when I go through the first intro seen and type in my name it just loads and does nothing I left it there for half an hour before I gave up. So I then relaunched the game and in the main menu screen where it says press screen to play, it won’t let me in it loads for a second then does nothing I left it there for 10 minuets before I again gave up. I tried everything like in Game Center where you can make a new game and it does the same thing pauses at the gamer tag screen and won’t let me in after. So I’m not really impressed by this I don’t know how you expect to get new players when they can’t even play the game!

It won’t let me in. Hello developers. So after the game got updated today and the season is over there’s a problem. Every time I open up the app. It won’t let me in. Now I know that some people of the asla(I think that’s what is called) server have the same problem and even I have the problem too. So I gotta know:what do I do. Do I wait for the next update in the 30 of July. Or do I have do delete the app? And here’s the thing I don’t want to delete the app. So......WHAT DO I DO!? P.S sorry for making this long :(

Pretty good!^^. Honestly, I don’t play games for very long; I always get tired of them after a few months, but this one stuck with me for nearly a year! Although the storyline is not complete, it sure does show a lot of potential. As this was the first ‘horror game” I’ve played, I would say that it set a pretty high standard for the rest of the genre! I just really really love the creative costumes and the cute (but slight creepy…) Coraline-themed characters. Who wouldn’t? The only thing I can complain about is the connection issues. Maybe it’s just the fact that I don’t have a lot of storage left and my device is pretty old, but this game does tend to lag a lot, and quite frequently. At some points, I even got disconnected from the whole entire app, and lost morality points for it! It was quite frustrating, as when that happens, I often lose the entire match and also get my morality points deducted. Really, I think I’ve rambled enough. All in all, it’s a great game, but sometimes it gets slightly repetitive. But I’ve made a lot of good friends and had a really good time playing it, and I think that’s what really matters! I would really recommend this to someone who wants to try something that hits a little different than other horror games!

Data Transfer- (and little review). This game is absolutely amazing, I love it and now I can’t stop playing, though there is a little lag if you’re playing on mobile, but when I play on pc, I have no problem. Unfortunately on my pc, I have signed in to my google account, though I cannot sign in to google on my ios. And I really wish to play on my ios as well, with the data I got on my pc. If there was anyway you can make the game be able to sign in using google on ios, please do.

A bit bad to control. Everything in this game is perfect but the one thing that I want to be changed is controlling the character. So most of the time when I walk forward and slightly moving the joystick to the left or right the person I played walks straight and then they instantly turn to the left or right when I move the joystick just a little bit and the reason why I don’t like that because if want to go to a place and the thing I said happens would make it slow to reach. If I can be fix then I would be ok to keep playing. Thanks.

A really SIGNIFICANT issue. This game is a fantastic concept, however, the ping issue ruins the fun in the game. Random glitches, that cause your character to be hit even if you’re far from the hunter. Your character glitches back a few paces even though on your screen you were on the other side of the wall. Your character gets stuck on a wall, your character moves slower as it can’t load the frame rates. These issues make the game very frustrating to play. I love this game very much, but having a ping of 300 ruins it, and this is an issue for most players as well. I hope this issue is fixed in someway, or more connects are released around the world so other players can finally have better ping to enjoy this wonderful game.

... It’s the best game I’ve ever played , but my connection is always killing me in game . I’m sure it’s not the game’s problem but I will just point that out. Also . I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to make the starting lobby look like what it is right now, mainly because some of my friends that just started playing say they don’t like the lobby. Echoes , they are too hard to get. People quit because of the ridiculous amounts of money you need to spend to buy echoes. It’s just a game , and no one wants to spend like 20USD on echoes that can barely buy 3 things. I will be waiting for an update which will change these. 。The S12 entry screen. i tried so much to open it I even deleted it and downloaded it again . I can't press anything. I've repaired my client 18 times now. I've waited over 3 hours. nothing.

This isn’t even a game. All this game is, is a bunch of campers that taunt, swear and are over all just unbalanced. Take for example the spider hunter, she can use webs to tie you up anywhere, even if you knock over a pallet hunters can still kill you. Now I’m going to talk about camping. The way hunters camp is basically when you’re downed the hunter picks up and places you on a rocket chair which then they stand in front of until somebody attempts to heroically save you, when they do the hunter just hit you and places you back on the chair afterwards someone can try to save you once more but it just repeats. The which shows how long until you die slowly but surely does go up. During that time people can decide ciphers. But the hunter can wait it out because 1 to 2 ciphers get decoded and a total of 5 need to be decoded. The devs don’t do anything about it and people are still fine with it. I’ve got a great tip for those developers. FIX THE GAME BEFORE ADDING MORE UNBALANCED CONTENT!!!!!

Connection is horrible. Good and the bad things about this game. So where to start hmm. The one thing that I am having a issue with and it’s god dam annoying is my connection to the server. So I live in Australia when I play identity V I sit right next to my wifi box and I still get no bars and my ms (milliseconds for those that don’t know what ms stands for) is in the five hundred range. I get that frustrated with it I quite the game. So please I beg you guys and girls. fix the connection to the Asian server for us Australia players. And can you put something in the game to stop the hunter camping maybe a point reduction. Just a idea. Other wise the game over all runs good (if you ever get a stable connection) the controls are smooth the over all game has a nice creepy vibe which I love. I wouldn’t mind seeing away to jump scare the hunter or the survivors just for a laugh. But for now I am taking some time off the game until you fix the connection issue to the servers. Great game, but..... I was very keen on getting this game so when I finally got it, I was so excited! It started of great but then, I didn’t know where to go, what to do or where to see my levels 😭😭😭. I just play games now, but I want to go on with main story and it is kinda annoying because I really enjoy the game! What do I do? P.S I joined an event and I have no clues left in the area but then I can’t go to the next area to do more investigating... 🤨🤨🤨

LOTS OF FUN!!(but recent update caused crashes). I have been playing almost every night with my friends and family, since August last year! But I have never get bored of it! The game releases new fascinating characters and interesting maps from time to time, and they just keeps getting better and better. I am truly impressed! The recent update, specifically from when the embalmer became available, the game starts crashing, more and more frequently. It crashes during matches and on pre-matching. Before this the game have never crash on my device. Because of this my rank is dropping and I start to feel as playing the game is frustrating rather than enjoyable like before. Currently the game crashes almost every match. I have plenty of memory on my device and always closes all other applications when playing. I have tried repairing client but it didn’t help. I am aware of this issue is affecting others too so It will be really really great if the team can fix this as soon as possible. Last of all please keep up the good work. As a Chinese background individual, I am really happy to see a Chinese developer game thriving overseas!

Good game, greedy developers. The game has potential to be great. It's a fun game and there is a whole range of characters with different abilities giving rise to a wide range of play styles. The learning curve is a bit steep though, so it's hard to retain new players. But the one thing that bothers most players and especially non-mainland players is the ridiculously high ping. The greedy developers would rather spend resources on pushing out new S/A costumes rather than on fixing their servers. After every single update my ping increases and now i'm freezing and disconnecting every few games. I hope the developers realise that there is no point selling your costumes if your players leave because the gameplay is so freaking laggy.

Glitches, crashing and laggy. The game is great and fun but oh my goodness it is so glitchy and because there’s not Australian server the ping is god awful and in game it’s very laggy. Not always but most times. Another big problem I have is that the app always crashes on me no matter what I do to try and fix this and it really just now gives me a negative look on the game. And I guess if we’re talking about the games the hunters are just way too overpowered with that one hit terror shock. To free yourself it takes way too long compared to how many chair there are around the map and only self healing through the limit can go so far, but still fun game. Just very annoying.

Unfair advantages.. Hi there. This game is extremely fun and I enjoy playing it, but as the survivor it’s extremely unfair as the hunters have way to many advantages, making it basically impossible for the survivors to win a game. I think it would be fair if the hunters are NOT allowed to camp a rocket chair once capturing a survivor and maybe the survivor’s bar won’t go down unless the hunter is a certain distance away because as of now the hunter can just make it impossible for other survivors to help each other because he’s standing right in front of the chair. I also think that hunters shouldn’t be able to fix rocket chairs, or they should take longer to fix them. Of course survivors should only be able to dismantle a certain amount of chair, leaving 4 for each survivor but it would make the game more fair as the hunters definitely have a much bigger advantage. It’s my personal opinion but these things make the game very unenjoyable which is upsetting since it’s a really good quality game and I play it just about everyday.

Love the game but.... I have average 11 ms/ ping on my phone but the game’s servers bump it all the way up to 400 ping (minimum, the largest ive seen spiking up to 900+) which is ridiculous to say the least. Playing as hunter and survivor is impossible— it’s a joke to be hitting the air thinking the survivor was in front of you only to realise they’d moved several paces away from you. What? As a survivor I’ve even gone past pallets waiting for the hunter to come by only to suddenly teleport back in front of the pallets and get knocked down by hunters. At first I thought I was just really, really bad but the game sometimes spikes incredibly high (which is not proportional to my actual ping) and teleports me into places I’m sure are not faults of my own. I adore the graphics and the game very much and it’s just really disappointing that sometimes I’m unable to even control my own player. I’m not sure how the technical aspects work but is there anything you can do to fix this? Thanks.

Hunters overpowered. Hi! I love identity V just it’s very hard for survivors to win when the hunters can win easily, as a person who just plays survivors I find this very annoying. I have some suggestions ; every time a hunter hits something they have to wait at least 2 seconds, hunters have to remain a certain distance away from a chair so they can’t stand directly on top of you and when all the ciphers have been decoded hunters are frozen still for a few seconds! I hope you take some of my advice, thank you!

The bad things about this game.. The main problem about this game is the power level of certain hunters as well as hunter’s persona. Take Wu Chang for example, the hit box of his attack is way to unrealistic. Just imagine using a thin and long umbrella and poke something in front of you, the umbrella actually knocked out a person which is 10 metres away from you. Smiley face’s charge ability is also very unbalanced, the best way to balance it is by making smiley face unable to change directions when charging forward. By nerfing the hunters’ abilities, this will help balance the win rates in the future. ( terror shock is also a problem, so nerf or change it pls)

Lag and high ping and that’s not all-. As a survivor main, I keep on dying thanks to my high ms/ping. It causes me to glitch back a few meters and the hunter continues to get me. Kiting isn’t a problem but with ms/ping over 200, it is. My ping is rarely at 200 and consistently above 300. I can’t even enjoy the game properly or even start to play competitively. Heck. I can’t even rescue properly. Oh and let’s not forget how the hunters can use listen while you have to do a calibration. Like seriously- if we miss a calibration thanks to the hunters’ listen, can it not alert the hunter at all? (Only when he/she uses listen and we have to do a calibration) Don’t even get me started with the hunters- they’re too op. Survivors’ win rate averages around 20%-30% while the hunters average around 70%-80%. Maybe it’s because of the horrid connection (which is my case) and I personally think it’s unbalanced. If the survivors’ win rate could one day improve to 30%-40% then I would be quite satisfied. Also can there be a microphone where survivors can communicate with each other? Like in Rules of survival where your teammates can talk to each other even if they’re on the opposite side of the planet- (I think this is already in the Chinese mode idk) Overall this game is OK. It’s not bad if you actually have good ms but as an Australian who plays in the SEA server, I rage quite often when I have to reconnect.

Update. Hi there can you update this game because sometimes when I try to run from the hunter it glitches it’s like you move back a space but when someone saved me the hunter was right there then I around a corner then it glitched then I’m at the chair we’re I was then the hunter and if this game is low rated in future please still update it so people can still play it in future because some people don’t know to rate games and kids go on there iPad and look at games so a lot of kids might play your game and love it but they might want to rate it but they don’t know how to rate the game so can you never let this game fade away please and I find it really hard to attack people with the ripper and can you make it easier to get costumes and maybe can you make an easier way to stun the hunter and maybe if you want you can add that you can sneak up on the hunters and knock them out for 20 seconds thank you that would be really nice if you could add that ok bye

I love you but.... I would give this game a five star because of it’s intricate gameplay and great story with supporting characters. Yet there is a big problem lurking under this beautiful game’s visage, the camping problem. You may disagree and indulge in this disgusting “strategy” but it is as easy as winning as survivor as it is as hunter. It’s annoying getting matched with survivors who are in a call or team up where they completely crush you as a hunter, but the feeling of dread is emphasised even more when it comes to playing as survivor against a hunter who doesn’t even try to play and sits there taunting you whilst you tick away to death. This game would definitely be a five star if camping was a reportable option or at least warnable to a certain extent where there is an issues ban. But until then players who play this game in an enjoyable manner and experience the same trouble as me will eventually stop playing your great game. -King regards, Jimmy

Regretful decision. This game use to be my absolute favorite until my account got hacked and I lost my account completely. I had spent about $3,000 on this game when I went through my bank statement which is more than I should have but I was a twitch streamer and people loved my content. However when I tried to get help from the creators to get my account back they never even bothered to reply. That was three months ago. I had all my details and everything but nothing was sorted out. I’ve know many people to have had their accounts stolen and hacked because they have “rare costumes” or whatever but this really pisses me off. I thought that maybe it was just some random hacker but now I think it’s the developers that’s the only explanation because there is no way they could have hacked my account it was binded with my Game Center account. Linked to my iPhone. The only way is that the developers have stolen my account as a scam. I’ve spent a certain amount of money then they decided to take my account back thinking I’d just make a new one and continue on. This is wrong and unacceptable.

Camping. The game so far has been amazing but there’s a slight issue with the fact that the hunter can just stand there and stare at a captured person until they run out of time so there’s no time to save them. I know Dead By Daylight has the same issue but another version of the game bypassed this system by having the capture progress stop completely if the hunter is within a certain proximity. It won’t stop quick patrollers but it will stop campers for the most part. Just an idea but anything in place would be awesome. Also maybe a priority thing? That dude that drops the dolls just leaves them in front of captured people and then it takes forever to take down the doll AND get the person out of the chair. I get the “strategy” side of it but it makes it nigh-impossible to save anyone who gets caught.

Amazing Game A Few Issues. The game is truly well done, the character’s skins and storylines are very detailed. I enjoy playing this in different types of matches and events however it makes it extremely difficult for Survivors when Hunters camp the chairs, cocoons and exit gates or dungeons. Hunters already have several pros due to their unique abilities additionally they’re able to attempt a one hit terror shock, with that and camping they’re capable of easily gaining victory which makes it uneven for other players. The Survivor’s role is only able to carry a single item throughout the match. It also seems unfair when a Survivor is lagging because of the games issues, the crows swarming above making their location exposed and becoming an easier target.

Hunter overpowered. Many bugs. 5 star potential.. The average win rate of hunters is 70-80% and survivors is 20-30% (reference from the leaderboard) which indicates balance changes are needed. It’s possible to clip through walls which can be exploited to cheat. Some times it happens involuntarily and gets you caught when it prevents you from moving forward or teleports you to the other side of something like a seat. Many object in all maps are not rendered, such as the poll stand beside all cypher machines (explorer can use his ability to hide inside this while crouching)(this also creates locations where you can stand and not be attacked because the hunter will just hit the wall/object). Some locations where there are no walls or object have been rendered, which causes you to run into invisible walls/objects and makes you unable to hide places you’d fit if they were rendered properly. If the hunter uses listen when a calibration is triggered the survivor is certain to be located (continuing gets you discovered by listen, stepping away shocks you) which is a pure luck based occurrence I think needs to be prevented in some way. Many (but not all of) idle sounds and injured sounds of all characters sound sexual and many people agree are inappropriate.

I am a hunter please. Fix the game controls the hand stick and the rippers slow attack speed the game has been very laggy since the update of the room plus it is crashing all the time please I am a hunter main do you even know what if a hunter like me loses a hunter ranking match when the game crashes or get very laggy this means that I will have to wait till the season ends so please fix it and can you decrease the amount of time takin to start a new season I mean like finish the rank season in a week or more because I want to till you a secret there is no other way to get fergments in this game yea! I was amazed just like you so if you please make an easier way to get fergments because I want to buy the rippers new skin thanks for understanding

Connection and Camping. Overall the game is great just a few problems in from Australia and I have problems with connection I literally sit next to the wifi box and there are no bars sometimes I even use data which is more worse. So can you please fix that for us Aussie that may be having the same problem ty. Also it’s annoying when the hunters camp so maybe you could do something to prevent that like maybe once you get put into the rocket chair and the hunter is near you, you won’t lose health. Because honestly it’s frustrating when the hunters camp and annoying. But overall I love the game it’s just those two problems I have. Thank you

Camping Simulator. I wrote a review previously about the high ping and camping issue then promptly delete this game. After some time, I redownload Identity V and behold before my eyes, nothing changed but more skins and it seemed like the timer on the chair is even shorter. Imagine when your teamate got tied up in the chair in the middle of the map and you start running from the other side, there is a good chance the chair will proceed to step 2 and all the hunter need is to knock that person on chair once again. So the rescuer exposed himself for some points and got tunneled until he spend the his last 30 seconds on chair. Stuff like this encourages hunter to face camp, not normal camping but facecamp - in all 5 matches after i return and 90% of the matches before i delete. Also, for example, when you run pass a panel and drop it down immidiately without turning to its direction, it will slap you back to where you came from, leaving you wondering if it is because of the 260+ ping people complain about all the time or the lazy animations (seriously they are a mess). They also put bots in this game when old players return. Ask for proof, the hunter keeps hitting me on the opposite side of the wall before they saw me then proceed to walk to my place, stand still 1 sec and attack. Overall, since dead by daylight is out, despite the bugs, just download it. Still better than this cash-grabbing wet-butter-of-an-excuse seizure

Injured Sound Effects. Great game! I like the different art style and lighter atmosphere and how it’s like DbD but the sound effects of being injured is kinda... inappropriate? Well it sounds like ‘something’ else especially when they cough. It’s a bit weird to have your character injured and make those sounds loudly especially if I decide to play the game in my own room or even with family around. It really sounds weird... if you guys could change it I think it might save some people from scolding if they got those types of parents. Anyway just bring an update to change the injured sounds to a much safer one. Heh...

Bugs, power differences, SA server and camping. I play identity regularly and consider it one of my favorite games, but I have reported some problems that can spoil the experience (mainly of novices) in the game. The first of these is the fact of the "camping" act. I do not think it's necessary a rule that bans someone who does this, but it needs a rule that is minimal, especially in Rank matches. Those who camp can have their points reduced at least only in ranked ranks. For example, someone who would earn 80 points as a hunter in a ranked match will win only 60. Or at least set a distance limit. The camping act spoils the experience of the game and it is known that in order to win, you dont need it, after all, camping can also give advantage to the survivors depending on the situation, so it is not something that will alter the gameplay or make it more difficult for the hunters, after all, there is already a rule for camping, but only for survivors, if you stay too long without decoding and hided, the birds can show your location to hunter, and thats fair, imagine if a survivor just stayed in a place forever while eveyone dies, the entirely match, so he run away tho the dungeon? that would happens often if there wasnt a rule fot survivor's camping. And the second problem is that hunters are much stronger than survivors, and many bugs are still found on maps, and maybe the "ms" would be much better if you include more servers.

Amazing game. It’s an amazing game but it’s really really expensive to get skins for people in countries outside of USA. For example In Australia $100 USD works out to be around $160 AUD, I think it would be really cool if there were more discounts or deals for players outside America. I just think if the deals were a bit better for Australian players, then more Australian players would spend money on the game. Like in idv if I want an s tier essence skin it will cost me up to $600 AUD, but in Genshin I can usually get a five star character for around $160-$250 AUD. I do really love the game and identity v is one of my favourite games, I just think more deals would be cool to keep players engaged! Have a good day devs!!

Crashes. Hi! The game is really fun enjoyable excluding some factors like hunters camping etc, but an issue I’ve been having lately is maybe every 2mins my game crashes whether I’m in game, just finished a game or right before a game has started and this has slowly ruin my experience with this game. I’ve had these crashes for about 2 weeks now so quite recent and I’m sure others are experiencing the same thing but I don’t know the cause of it :/ I’ve played this game since about April 2018, and I’ve loved this game thoroughly! The controls need fixing. I love this game and it’s actually my favourite game but there is something I think there needs to be fixing, the controls. It’s hard to control the character and it’s really weird. For example, I make the character go forwards but the character goes left. Please, this needs immediate fixing it’s annoying and confusing. Also, it’s kinda laggy for example, the survivor seems right in front of me, so I hit him/her. Then, all of a sudden, the teleport like 15 meters away from me. (That wasn’t a power the survivor had, I am sure that it was a lag) Besides that, the game is awesome and I love to play it. (Please fix the controls) Thanks. :)

This game needs two things and then it’s perfect. 1. Nerf ripper. When playing against a ripper you can’t sit on a generator too long without fog appearing and alerting you to him, plus with the speed and invisibility it becomes nigh impossible to win even with 4 100 level survivors against one ripper. 2. Nerf blink. I get it blink is supposed to be a high level reward for people who put the time into the game but decrease the area in which it can be used. Example: your sitting on a generator your buddy gets first attacked so you can see Hunter, he is across the map that’s good. You finish the generator, BOOM! Hunter is right next to you and has already hit you. This is way too OP and Is un fun to play against

Great job to the Devs!. I just wanted to say how intense this game is. It is so interesting and intriguing. It has my palms sweating! The voice acting is great yet very serious (which is cool) but I just think the voice actor could use a little more expression... other than that, the game is amazing! It’s so spooky and creepy running away from hunters, but it’s also so annoying chasing those survivors! I really enjoy this game and can I just say the button eyes and the characters remind me so much of Coraline? It’s so awesome! Keep it up! You guys should make more of this type of games.

Developers, please read.. I would normally rate this a 5 star game, but the fact that there is one hunter that is impossible to win against. She is too op and I think it is unfair that she can sense players, teleport AND move faster than other hunters. If there is an op hunter, there should be atleast 2 advantages on the opposing team. Please fix this. The character is the Japanese demon. I do not recall the name of which, but I do know that it is extremely hard to ever dent the surface of the decoding and this is how you lose players. I honestly thought of deleting this app, but have changed my mind seeing as this could be fixed. P.s. I have another few problems with the game: 1) one thing is that the camping factor of the game is really annoying aswell. If the hunter camps, atleast change the fact that the timer of the rocket chair doesn’t go down. It is another unfair advantage to the game. 2) please make it so that there are more ways to get the in-game currency. If somebody wants to purchase a skin, make it so that they can! I think ( THINK ), that if someone were to buy the skin without losing real life money, it would get better reviews. For example: cookie run. You can get coins easily but if you want them faster, you can purchase some. So that is all. Thank you.

A game with lots of potential. A game thats fun as both a casual and competitive player. I’ve known the game since 2019, and the only issue I have with it is ping, it’s gacha and it’s shop, but the last two aren’t a core element in the game and is just for costumes and other cosmetics, so you can live without it. Though if you decide to become a spender, it can get pricy. It offers a variety of modes outside the usual 1v4 setup, so you won’t get bored of it. Tends to get grindy at times if you aren’t super dedicated to it, so that can be demotivating if you don’t have much time for it. Global chat can also be a pass time, but it does get a little weird. But from my experience, the people are chill most of the time. Game imbalance IS an issue. Survivors have the upper hand and you really only can win as a Hunter if your survivors mess up. If you aren’t competitive this may not be an issue, but it can get more frustrating the higher Rank Tier you go. If game balance was enforced more often, I feel as if this game could gain a better spotlight.

CAMPERS!. You know im feeling all good, had my fun for today and think “ MAN, I should play some identity V” start playing and choose ‘survivor’ i start doing up the generators until suddenly one of my team mates are knocked. I go to save em, then i realise the hunter is not moving an inch away from the incapacitated survivor and waits for someone to come by. I go in take the hit. Starts going for me, knocks me down, starts camping me. Then i die and want to uninstall the game. U guys need to start putting in some idea to prevent the hunters from camping. Like if the hunter is in a certain distance from the incapacitated survivor then the clock wont tick. It will just let the survivor stay alive until the hunter decides not to be a cheat. If you guys do make this idea possible can you make the radius pretty large. For the hunter couldnt just walk in and out a small radius circle. Many people are getting tired of this occurrence. There needs to be an end to the hunting campers.

Horribly unbalanced but otherwise good game. The controls in this game are easy to pick up, and if you've played Dead By Daylight, you'll catch up really quick as well. Only thing is, as a survivor, you'll almost never win a game. Every killer facecamps the chairs, and decoding takes as long as if not longer than a chair. Meaning, rescue is impossible unless killer goes afk for minute, person in chair dies before ciphers are decoded even if everyone focuses on gens, by the time you finish 3 ciphers, you'll at least have 1-2 people dead. By 4-5 ciphers completed, it's most probably already a draw or a losing game. Solution? EXTEND CHAIR TIME. A full chair time should be at least 1.5x of a full cipher decoding. Survivors should be able to decode with ZERO pressure if killers are camping the chair. This is how you deter killers from camping in every single game! Take notes from Dead By Daylight. You camp 1 person on hook for half a hook's time in Dead By Daylight? 3 Generators done, by the time you even find another survivor, last 2 generators finish and you lose. That's how the game should be. Killers have to pressure the generators/ciphers to win, not just stand beside a chair until the survivor dies and STILL be able to get a snowball situation AND still win.

This Game is absolutely wonderful 10/10. The reason being is because it’s so different from other games except DBD, people say it’s a ripoff it’s actually not, dbd worked directly with net ease to make this game. I do love this game soooooooooo much and I would love it if you added my idea that I had for you guys as a werewolf hunter that can track down survivors from a distance. I would definitely recommend this game for anyone that likes playing horror games but doesn’t want to get scared. I hope you guys keep going. I love this game too much!

Hm.. I’ve been playing for ages and I loved the game so much but I’ve gotten kicked out from my account.. I had to many skins and I even wasted my money on it- I’ve tried different ways to log into my account but it won’t work.. my friends have told me that my account still exists too but I can’t get in- I hate it so much bc I had so much stuff and I finally ranked up and had all this amazing stuff but I can’t get back on, I literally started having a panic attack and cried, I’ve never cried over a game but this has upset me so much like wth..

I wish the game would work. I downloaded the game and was excited to play after watching a stream on the game. The flashback of the guy driving through the woods happened, and when it told me to choose my name and I submitted it, the game froze. Now when I try to open the game, a spinning circle appears after touching the screen. It goes away after a few seconds and then the game freezes on the home page. The only thing that works fine is the “user centre” tab. Nothing else works. I had high hopes for this game, so hopefully this issue may be resolved during this maintenance period. EDIT: I closed all other apps running in the background, cleared all internet cookies and data, restarted my device, went onto the app, repaired client and the first cutscene of the detective driving through the woods played. When I chose my name and tried to continue, it froze. My internet works at 20+ mbps if you’re wondering.

IDK what happened. I played this game a lot and it super fun. But it just stopped working sooooo... I have figured out that I had to delete the app and get it again. Luckily it saved my progress. I tried everything you said developer but none of them worked, please fix that so I don't have to keep deleting the app and getting it again. Also, developer, you sound like you have all of your responses copied so you can just paste them when necessary. I say that because you tell people to repair the client or something like that but they have said they have done that already

Love the game but one issue. I was ready to purchase a bunch of Season 3 Essence 3 lottery orbs in order to try to obtain the Embalmer’s limited “Exorcist” skin. However my system consistently crashed, no payments went through and I was unable to make any purchases. I attempted refreshing, redownloading and reentering my credit card details. I made a new acc but now the skin is unavailable. I’m really frustrated. For everything I expected the skin as compensation but I keep being avoided :( I attempted trying to get help 3 times but no way to get my skin now. I even offered purchasing it if I was given the opportunity but nothing. Please help.

good, but the drop rates...... I like the game, I’ve been playing for a while. The gameplay is fine as is, but the drop rates are ridiculous. The only way you can get an S tier item is either by getting incredibly lucky, or paying $300+ dollars.

Essence. I think the essence really needs a buff. I literally opened 30 essences for dr event and still got nothing meanwhile other people got it in there 12-20 opening. I keep getting graffitis and the same emotes, trust me, it’s really annoying.

Camping. I love this game! I just have one problem. Every time I play survivor, I always get placed on a rocket chair and the killer just sits there. In other words, they are camping me so I die without getting freed. If I do get freed, then they will just target me and do the same thing over and over again till I die. PLEASE FIX THIS. IT RUINS THE GAME EXPIRIENCE

Love the game but….. I’ve been playing Identity V since November of 2019, and it’s been fun! I’ve loved watching the characters and costumes improve over the years; it’s one of the best aspects of this game. However, there’s been a problem with making offensive costumes and it’s something I’m tired of. Essence 26 contains costumes that are a mish-mash of Arab and other cultures, sometimes even using offensive stereotypes such as depicting the characters as greedy thieves. This isn’t the first time they’ve made offensive costumes either. They’ve been doing it before I joined the game, despite backlash they’ve received. Even though their team is clearly capable of making respectful costumes! They’ve made beautiful costumes of Chinese culture and Mexican culture, why couldn’t they give the same respect to other cultures? Especially since the quality in costumes have increased, I would have thought their design team would have put more effort into doing proper research, rather than sticking to offensive cultural stereotypes.

Game's great but.... This game’s idea is awesome and the graphics are pretty amazing too! I always have a fun time playing Identity V and I think everybody should try it although there's some similarities between Dead by Daylight.(It's still unique in its own ways!) There is of course some little details and mistakes I'd like to mention: 1. As a main photographer, whenever I take a photo, for the rest of the game I can’t see ciphers move from far away(in the real and photo world). I don’t know if it happens to a lot of people but it gets hard when you have no clue on where the survivors are. 2. This is pretty popular but it's such a big deal and affects a lot on the gameplay : the ping. I seriously love all the new stuff like costumes or new maps but I think devs should focus more on the ping to give us a chance to at least have fun. 3. It's not really something you should fix but I am really interested in the story behind this game. I would love it if there was more clues or stories to read and/or find so we can have fun theorizing about it. Other than that, this game is so fun to play keep up the good work!

Black screen... WHAT!!!. I got the game today and it started out just fine. Everything worked until the part where we fight real people (to collect survivor-Thief). Whenever the everyone is ready it says the map and just BOOM freezes It's a black screen!!! This is unacceptable.. It is frustrating as a supporting player of this game to see the recent events and the little compensation that was given. Due to the developers favoritism of the Chinese server, other servers were stripped of rewards already given to us. Some players already spent these rewards and because of them being confiscated, now have negative currency. I am disappointed to see how Netease has handled this situation, little compensation has been given and players are still in debt. Every server contributes into supporting this game. But it seems developers are biased into one of them. Do better.

Why isn’t my game working. The game was an awesome game. WAS. Ever since the previous season ended, I couldn’t get into the game. It’s as if it freezes at the enter game screen. I deleted the game and re downloaded, now it’s frozen at the log in with game Centre screen. I can’t click anything, it’s just frozen. Error Screen. I’ve been playing identity v since it’s release date and about two or three weeks ago whenever I try to load up the game it shows a black screen with little white words and numbers in the left top corner. I’ve spent almost 300$ cad on this game and am very disappointed that the issue hasn’t been resolved by now. The devs have been saying “resolve the issue using the report bug option on the login screen” but it’s impossible to even access the login screen since the update. A good game made bad through seemingly rushed and untested updates as this issue is clearly denying a lot of people from accessing the game.

The hunter need to be able to ban more than 1 survivor in rank. Recently identity V had add so much survivor that are so hard to play against while the hunter only can ban 1 survivor in rank it is really unfair for the hunter

Duo hunters for hunters is crap. Me and my boyfriend waited for an hour and 10 minutes for duo hunters. We joined right as it started and no luck, others were in the chat waiting too. Then as soon as we are over and done with waiting we go onto survivors and lo and behold we are in a match in a matter of seconds. I just find it funny how when you play a regular deduction match you will get put in bot round and they don’t even consider bots for duo hunters. Anyhow not even gonna try to play duo hunters anymore seeing as I can’t even get in a match. Also why can’t it be opened all the time? I’m pretty sure lots of people would play it more and wanna be survivors more often to give everyone a chance to be hunters.

Make it more free to play friendly.. The persona 5 collaboration was a absolute joke. Hardly giving players a chance to get the new skins. There should be more free things given out for the collab Like essences for rewards instead of player icons. Increase the rates for the skins. Instead of inspiration, make it so we have to pay clues instead for the collab essences. I’m a fan of persona 5 and I was excited to be able to play as joker, but that will never happen because of your rates and greediness. I hope there will be more free things before the event ends. Time.... This is a really fun game, but, I do have some issues with the time. Maybe you could make a setting where you can select your time zone and the date? I really don’t like having to memorize how ahead or behind the time is in the game, and I usually waste my essences by waiting until the end of a crossover, but it’s the end the day before. Other than that, it’s really fun! Keep up the good work and please, keep this in mind. ^^

It’s a pretty good game but…. I won’t lie the game is very great but I do have a few complaints as to why this game couldn’t be a 5 star. 1st. The chat. The people in the postmatch aswell as chat in general need to be monitored more as my friend had personal info leaked about their account recently. 2nd. Batter glitch We all know the new batter COA skin came out recently and it’s caused glitch in the matching room which is pretty annoying as I can’t see whom my team is playing. please fix this bug 3rd. The game won’t allow me to log into it at all I don’t know if this is a general game problem or mine but its fairly annoying as I have spent quite a lot of money on this game just for it to not allow me to play at all which makes me rather upset. PLEASE fix these as it’s making the game hard to like! 4. NERFING I think there is many many hunters who need to be nerfed but please nerf naiad and bon bon I hate bon bon and naiads because you can’t kite them in small spots and they make it hard to rescue specifically with the amount of bombs bon bon can put down at once. This isn’t the first or last time that NetEase Games has borrowed, perhaps even stolen, content from an already pre-existing game/app. This one in particular resembles that of Dead By Daylight, an asymmetrical 1v4 game on pc and console. (NetEase Games also produced Rules of Survival, an obvious PUBG clone, as well as Onmyoji Arena, which closely resembles that of Arena of Valor) Ignoring the fact that the basic mechanics of this gaming app have been filched from a pc/console game, I do have several basic critiques. 1) The weekly limit for earning logic points should be abolished or AT LEAST doubled. The inability to progress in the game, having reached the weekly limit, combined with a limited window for playing ranked, leaves players with zero interest in playing your game. So, they simply stop playing and forget about the app. 2) Hunters can easily hit survivors through pallets, which makes the stun mechanic nearly useless unless a survivor is hiding by a pallet and an unsuspecting hunter happens to walk directly in front of it. 3) Smiley, the clown hunter, should NOT be able to make sharp turns around corners while using his rocket ability. 4) Killers can easily camp survivors with no repercussions. I enjoy playing as the hunter, but I go several games in a row having killed all 4 survivors; being the hunter is simply too easy.

This game has to many balance issues and needs to be fixed. It’s so stupid how nearly every killer camps/tunnels cipher machines can be decoded to fast forcing killers to camp to get a kill survivors are too strong with maps either supporting heavily or having to many strong loops that have killers rage quit or camp it’s bs how that works I can’t play survivor without getting camped and I can’t play killer without camping because of how fast cipher machines get done there are barley any killers that can stop survivors from doing cipher machines while there are so many survivors that have strong abilities and just to make a note I’m gonna make sure to be one of the best game designers out there and I ever get hired to work for you guys I’m gonna work my way to the top them fire all of you because of how terrible you made this game like do you even play your own game? This isn’t balance before this game was perfect and balanced all of the people who say this game is good are just players who only play op survivors or just have fun camping survivors and win because of it so I hope this game will be fixed in the future cause if not I’m gonna fix it myself soon and honestly if your gonna copy dead by daylight how about you copy the good parts about it and use your brain to fix the balance issues man I can already name so many ways just to fix it but I bet you guys don’t even listen to your fans

Overall view of the game to me.... Identity V is one of the best games I’ve ever played it’s mechanics are good the background story of the game is good and the background story’s of the hunters and Survivors is awesome the ability’s of the hunters and survivors I think could use a little work because some ability’s glitch out like Eli Clark’s owl ( Seer ) or Williams rugdy ball stun ( Forward ) sometimes the hunters ability’s glitch out like Ann’s cat stun ( Desipel ) or Robby Whites brach boost. There’s one glitch that I’ve seen going around that if you get on the train in the Eversleeping Town Map when your on and using the brach boost he can glitch to where he stays boosting and moves way to fast and it’s unfair to the survivors... but I’m a Eli and Naib main but I’ve only been playing this game for a month and I love the game I think you can add a bit more hunters because there’s only 18 about to be 19 and there outnumber by 29 survivors.... but I love the overall view of the game and I think people don’t think most people know the good side to this game. Netease I also think your can fix your FPS and Ping problem. ( FPS = Frames per second )

It’s aight however…. The game at the moment is extremely unfair towards hunters in the middle and higher tiers. If you fail to defeat a survivor by at least 60 seconds, ciphers will start popping left and right. These ciphers are extremely unbalanced and result in so much cipher rush. It’s really accommodating to the survivors as these ciphers take so little time to decode and especially when there are survivors that enhance the decoding speed. Even those with slower decoding still decode very quickly. Also with this cipher rush, hunter’s with map control are required for a chance to secure a win. You can’t really choose any hunter without map control otherwise you’d likely lose unless you’re godly. When a person plays hunter, they have to quickly learn how to play effectively yet with survivors, the learning process is a tad slower. I feel like they need to accommodate for all hunters to be played and also a way for survivors to as well. Last but not least, the game is extremely toxic. After a match, someone told me to get sexually assaulted and it really just sets me off when playing obviously. Overall, that’s my experience on this game.

Very terrible. Graphics are great. But it is too much. Playing one math makes the back of my phone burn so bad. Kills my battery permanently. And just too much. Playing as a hunter I bet people laugh at my game play because goodness my phone lags a lot as hunter. I tried to terror shock so many people vaulting through windows but instead my hunter hits the wall and not the survivor. Same in other circumstances. I try to hit a survivor and instead it hits the right or left side of them. Never the survivor. I have to chase them into a corner in order to harm them at least halfway. As for survivor, goodness. They lag a lot. Actually this is for both survivor and hunter. They lag a lot, when I press hit or vault through a window, it reacts late. I’m always losing because of these problems. As for the skins and all, they cost way too much. 150 for a chair that doesn’t even do anything?! Yeah that’s asking for too much now. Idk only rich kids can afford this game. And for the game to lag a lot and kill my battery and all, I don’t think it deserve the hype it gets.

Probably the most innovative mobile game ever!. This is a great game and I play it every single day. It’s intense, fun, and very addicting. But there are some issues that you developers to to consider about. Firstly, I think it’s REALLY unfair that the Chinese Server gets everything first, and sometimes an item that is on the Chinese server doesn’t even get into the Global version! I know it’s a game developed by Chinese people, but it’s still really unfair how the Chinese server gets EVERYTHING first. Second, Can you please lower the price of some items? They’re kinda pricy and it will take me quite a while for me to obtain my favorite characters and other items. If you don’t want to change the price, then you should put everything on discount on special days like Black Friday or something like that. Lastly, can you guys please create more B, A, and S tier skins for the new survivors and hunters? For example the Embalmer. He doesn’t have any A tier skin and only 1 S tier skin that not everyone can afford. I think there’s only 2 B tier skins for the Embalmer but that’s all. If you read this, please take consideration into these issues and make this game the best it can be, and I will continue supporting this game!

Please make a event that we can chose any character once. It’s a really great game but I purchased like 10 crossover event memory boxes and didn’t get any crossover skins. I was crying in my room but then my so helpful brother (not sarcastic) said I could switch accounts. I accidentally reset my data and deleted this game because I forgot the password to log back in, but my dad is currently gonna use the “forgot password” thing which is so helpful. Also Dead by Daylight is way creepier then this game. Pls developers here this and if you can bring me ONE The promised neverland skins please since that was the memory spheres I purchased. Also if your not developers I want to say that this game is great and don’t listen to the people who give bad reviews. The graphics are probably bad because they set the graphics low. Dead by daylight is creepy and the person who said it is prob just a advertiser. This game is really fun and “it’s a lot like chess but you move your whole body” (really good quote from the promised neverland that actually made sense)

Reason. Ok u have five stars it’s a fun game but I think for survivors there needs to be some needs like how doctors healing is so fast I think it should be slowed down a little more I get she’s like a professional medic but like it’s so fast that she already heals when she’s hit once behind a pallet please do something about it and I think enchantress curse should be slowed down as well u hit her once and she already has it up to two I don’t think that it’s fair that when u get closer to her it goes up faster because in duos it really ruins it for me cause there will be like three of them with stuns up the game itself is amazing though love the skins keep up the good work I hope u see this and respond or do something. Also if gamekeeper can’t place near traps near chairs I think embalmer should be able to embalm people at the gate I think that’s unfair to hunters they worked hard to down someone and the embalmer waits for the gate to be open and then they embalm them I think that he should be able to place it near the gate I think it’s unfair 100% survivor sided if u read this which Ik u won’t

Amazing!. I love this game so much!!! It reminds me of the game Dead By Daylight, but has its own spin on things like the characters are very unique and kind of look like dolls which makes the game very creepy with the button eyes. But you can also play a hunter which hunts the survivors and you have to stop them from deciphering all of the codes. I personally have not found any problems with game which makes me really happy. Oh and one other thing... it’s not pay to win!! You can actually have a fun and enjoyable experience without running in to people that are spending every last dime on the game that are much more powerful than you. Everyone has an equal chance at winning or losing a game. Also one other thing is that there isn’t really any advertisements which is a huge relief because in some games they can be a huge problem that will just ruin the game experience and this game doesn’t do anything that it shouldn’t which is amazing. I highly recommend this game to everyone who is looking for a creepy console like game with incredible graphics and a cool art style! Thanks for reading this review!

Where to start... This game is excellent in many, many ways! It's unlike other games, & it's a game that makes you want to keep playing it! Though it may have some bugs, that's OK! Because almost every new game is going to have bugs. I really like the game though. Being a hunter is fun as is being a survivor! The maps are nicely decorated & perfect. I love how every survivor & hunter are ALWAYS different from the other suvivors&hunters. Never are they alike! That makes the game more fun. Some people say some hunters are OP, (overpowered) but I think otherwise. I mean, they all have their abilities & some hunters have stronger abilities. You just got to learn how to kite the hunters, and them being 'OP' shouldn't really be a problem.. And people are always saying 'report camper hunter' but they really shouldn't. It's easy to get around campers, so there isn't any need to report. Plus camping isn't being lazy, nor is it 'no skill'. It's actually a good thing to do when you first begin the game. Because you're new to the game. Whether you like camping or not. That's you, and I am ok with that. Anyway, the game is brilliant & I can't wait to see what else comes in the future! :D

Fun but there’s flaws. This game is fun but there is flaws in one game, one is that the game takes so much WiFi that I disconnect from the game. When I play a different game, it works perfectly fine after I left the game when I disconnected. I lag so bad since it takes so much WiFi that I barely get to play as survivor/hunter whenever I play. Second is the servers, it takes extremely long in order to get in a server, the longest I been waiting is 16 minutes. There is others that waited way more longer than me, I seen a person who waited an hour to actually get in a server. I disconnected or lag in this game at least 5 times in one day so it got pretty annoying, I stopped playing the game so I can cool off since I lose most of the time because poor connection. As I said before that my WiFi is great when I play a different game but when I play Identity V, umm not great. What confuses me is when I leave the game when I disconnected to play a different game, guess what it worked just fine. What did I think about the game. Well it’s extremely fun but if you have vastly good WiFi then you can play this game just fine that I would suggest to other people.

Balancing issues. The game is great and it’s basically dead by daylight except it doesn’t infuriate me. The only problem with the game is that there’s hunters and survivors that are just worse versions of each other. For survivors we have lawyer who’s power is doing gens 10% faster 10% of the time, and we have mechanic who does 2 gens at once, one being 25% faster and the other being varied based on injured survivors, overall just laywer is just garbage compared to her. And for hunters, we have hell ember who can basically make a chase take 60-90 seconds with the dolls, and apply map pressure very slightly, but you can just play wu chang to teleport for map pressure and have range so far aiming up goes across the universe then ends up circling back hitting the survivor overall for a better chase experience than hell ember. One last thing, I personally don’t like grinding for a week to get one survivor when a new character comes out every 3 weeks, if they costed less I think it would be a better experience actually feeling like you’re progressing. Also this doesn’t have anything to concern with the game itself but my teammates are just... bad, at everything.

Great game, needs improvements. First off I have to say that I love this game and play it daily. It is just like DBD but with a quirky tone to it thats appealing. My two complaints: too long to earn points for character unlocks and hunters camping. I like the method in which you earn in game currency but the earn to cost ratio is way off. As a daily player it stills takes about a week to unlock a character (depending on which) and I sometimes play several hours a day. The biggest complaint is the camper hunters. The hunters are already at an advantage by design but people fee the need to stand in front if the captured survivors chair making a rescue impossible. There is a simple fix for this though. If the hunter remains close to the chair, the decode speed should accelerate for other survivors with the rate increasing as the hunter stays close and with distance from the chair as a rate factor. This in theory should greatly decrease this behavior as the other survivors could clear the needed decoders while the hunter camped his early prey. Great game, even with its flaws but please adjust these issues to bring an even more enjoyable gaming experience.

Character limit issue. I have an issue with the character limit while chatting with friends. I should be able to type out a full message in detail to my peers. I was simply trying to let one of my match mates understand why I was upset with them, and I was quickly silenced by the game when only half of my message went through. They were NOT playing by the rules, they were playing as a hunter and NOT hunting. This upset me because I wanted to be found and put into a rocket chair so that I could play another COA match before they closed, but since the hunter wasn’t doing anything I was forced to sit in that match for a long time which caused me to miss my chance to play another round. I extremely wanted to express my feelings to this player but the character limit in the chat limited my speech, and I think it would be best it the character limit was increased. Therefore I could express my thoughts and feelings in one solid message and make myself come across better to my Identity V companions. Thank you for your time, please consider this request.

Great game, slight imbalances. So the gameplay is great, closely like dead by daylight just missing a few game mechanics. The game plays great, runs smooth, and even has a little bit of a background story behind it and the characters. Survivor gameplay is great, competitive team styles, and can really get your adrenaline pumping. In no way is this game p2w you can’t pay to win, literally. The only fee is for costumes, accessories, looks. All of which can be unlocked on your own with in game currency earned from playing ( although I think the currency received is quite low per game, coming from someone who is level 70+ survivor and still hasn’t earned enough puzzle pieces to claim a new survivor or hunter ). Also while gameplay is mostly balanced to give both sides a fair hand, if the hunter is to capture a survivor and sit in front of them while they’re on a rocket chair for the rest of the game, it basically ensures the hunter is able to kill 2-3 people a game and encourages ‘ puppy guarding ‘. I believe it gives the hunters a slight advantage and it really takes away from the spirit of the game. I believe if the rocket chair timers were boosted to take longer, or if the hunter was somehow.. punished? For puppy guarding? Idk just something to be looked into.

Amazing. This game is amazing. I don’t really play mobile horror survival games but this is the best. I enjoy the fact that the survivor has the advantage over the hunter by knowing when they’re close to make up for the hunters increased speed. The different abilities you give each character makes the game better so working as a team everyone has something different. Also while playing as the hunter there are times I feel that are advantageous. Like being able to camp in an area. I don’t mind the speed because it is countered by the stamina pause after every hit. The only things in the game that I really don’t like but wouldn’t change my rating of the game is that the stamps aren’t just something you can earn and collecting memory takes a long time since we only get about thirty so it’s harder to buy new characters. Also I wish that there was a better communication between the people on your team like being able to actually talk to each other to make it easier to work together. Unless there actually someone you know. Thank you for making such a great game and please continue to update and make more games.

No hate with this game. I love this game a lot. I play on it everyday with personal friends and occasionally I drag my family in it too. I’m not hating this at all but campers are kind of annoying. Yes it’s a strategy and it can really help hunters but like they camp so hard they are all up in our faces. It gets annoying since we survivors are trying not to get blasted up and can’t be saved because of campers straight up standing there and getting ready. But there are ways to surpass it. One I know is getting hit first (yes you get hit but it gives you plenty of time to save and run). It’s a fun game though and I enjoy too much. The hunters are cool and I like the designs the same as with the survivors with all the cool and nice costumes you can get. I really love the game and it’s like my life source now. A small complain is the chat is kind of gross. People find many ways to include disgusting words and since this is 9+ I highly suggest more words cut out for child sake (wow I do care for others). That really is it. Play the game please. It’s super fun. And scary. But mostly fun. 90% fun and 10% scary.

fun game, but-. I’ve played IDV for over a year now and I must say it’s really fun, especially for being free. There are certain characters that need buffs, but overall I think it’s balanced for the most part between hunter and survivor. A huge problem I’ve noticed is the wait times. Hunter rank is an instant match, quick matches are usually a pretty low wait time too, but survivor in any game mode aside from duos is outrageously long. I once waited 40 minutes with no match. Could be a server issue, but if the issue is lack of hunter players, incentivize survivor mains to play hunter. There only needs to be one to every 4, and it’s still a recurring thing. Unfortunately a lot of skins + character designs/lores in this game are racist (cultural appropriation, blackface, stereotyping, etc.) and it’s really disappointing. These need to be removed. Finally, the gacha aspects (essence) in IDV are very overpriced. $15 usd for a 10 pull, and not guaranteed anything of any rarity until 60, and not of highest rarity until 250. That’s outrageous, seeing as it’s all cosmetics. Anyway, overall enjoy the game and new content keeps it fresh, so thank you. I hope someone sees this at NetEase sees this because I just know it could be better.

Fantastic. I love the game, my sister also plays and she is really good! I think it’s amazing and has great graphics! The character designs are really nice and the goth style is everything! I love all the skins and I can’t wait till there are more updates and characters. The currency is quite expensive but it’s not too bad for a really good game especially for a game that’s playable on mobile! I do wish for more game modes, I really love tarot and blackjack and phantom shadows but it would be even cooler if there where more, of course it’s an opinion but maybe a maze? Or something like a Traitor, maybe a survivor helping the hunter or something. Also maybe do something about hunters camping, because there are a lot of hunters that wait for you to rescue then they terror shock which isn’t really fair, maybe there’s a certain distance you have to be away from the chair, or maybe you can only stand next to the chair for at most 10 seconds or it will slow the countdown of the chair. Overall I love the game, it’s brilliant and so much fun to play.

Dear Stupid People. Camping is literally a strategies to win. It is not against the rule to camp. It is not even an option to report because you camp. If you think camping isn’t allowed. Please go watch some world wide competition playing the game. They camp too. Plus if the hunter is camping then just decode, like the way to win is to decode. The whole point of the game is not saving your teammate. how stupid are these people saying camping isn’t allowed. If you really want to save them. Play mercenary, coordinator, forward and at least like block a hit from the hunter. I saw a lot of reviews saying the person just get hit after being saved. Well, you saved them and just run away. At least take a hit from the hunter to waste the hunter’s time to recover and give more time to escape. You’re full health and can take a hit. If you think you don't want to sacrifice you full health then don't save. Plus the hunter is not gonna chase you anyways. Lets think who will the hunter chase? A healthy full health you or the person you saved and is injured. I think we all know who should you chase

Better representation for Black characters. When I first downloaded this game I could not wait to choose my avatar. After scrolling through the other female characters ( a ballerina, an elegant jazz singer & princesses in shiny gowns with crowns and flower tiara’s, fairies, and girls in cute fighting outfits with high heels on), I finally found the character that looks like me & I was very disappointed. The only Black female character (Enchantress) is only dressed in slave attire & all of her costumes are the same but in different colors; except for one where she is a barefoot gypsy/witch. It made me sad that the Black girl could not be pretty like the other girls in the game. I am a very “girly girl” and was so unhappy I deleted the game. I also noticed that the only Black male character is a sports athlete (football player). Other male characters are lawyers, warriors, cowboys etc. It was very sad to see the female character who looks like me not be portrayed as glittery and girly like the other ones. It would mean a lot if this image was changed because all girls want to do is play a game with a character that they are not embarrassed to play with other girls with, and not be asked why my character was in ugly clothes 😔.

One of my favs but some complaints. This game is one of my favorites. I’ve been playing this since it came out, and ever since then, I have had the same annoyance. My first complaint are the hot matches. I understand that there won’t always be other people to play matches with, but I would rather wait than play with bots because itMs just a waste of my time and it doesn’t give the full aspect of what’s expected of a normal, fun Identity V match. This might not be the case for everyone else, but I personally don’t like this feature. A suggestion that I have is to maybe add a setting where the player can choose if they are okay with being set up in a bot match if there are not available players. But other than this, I enjoy this game ver much. PS: There are so many maps that players don’t get to play in. What is the reason for that? There are certain maps that are so rare that players get to play in. What’s the point in making these maps if players hardly ever get the chance to experience them?

I love your game please fix.. I love your game I play this with my friend every night; but I’m having a problem with the current situation with discord and your game as I play. As well as the lag within the game. I strongly believe that the spider hunter should not have chairs if she can put people in her webbing and make traps. Along with the players that are camping the survivors I believe that if the campers/hunters are around the rocket chair or A knocked down a survivor and that are around they are around them for a certain amount of time that the hunter should be sent to the opposite side of the map or have something to wear that the other survivors can get them out of the rocking chair because with these campers there making the game less fun. And when will report them they need to either have points to deducted or band for the rest of the night because they do in one game they’re going to do it in many other games plus no one wants to play game where people just constantly camp. I see it all the time in the chat. Please please fix it I want to play a game without a camping, lagging players. Thank you Batcoon

Pros and Cons. This game is fun initially, but it tends to get stale after a while. There are no new maps and old maps stay the same. Getting costumes and accessories hinges on Bad RNG or dumping IRL money into it. Added hunters are OP forcing survivors to rely more on items than basic skills or sticking to a handful of “meta” survivors defeating the purpose of character variety. In addition, there was a recent incident where Netease accidentally sent in-game currency to people in the NA/EU server who recharged the IRL currency, but took it all back shortly after because it was only meant for China. Lots of players had negative currency as a result. They issued an apology of sorts with only a small fraction of the currency they took. The censoring of certain words could use some work. While swear words are censored, people can use sexually explicit words and even have them as their user names. (You can’t say NetEase for some reason.) Due to this, the gambling, and the rising toxicity of other players; this is definitely not a game for kids or even teens. Those are the glaring issues right now. On the sunnier side, the gameplay is fun. Costumes are pretty cool. In-game violence is not concerning. It can be a very nice way to pass the time.

Hunters too powerful!. Why are the survivors not be upgraded regarding their perks? Hunters have multiple things going for them, and survivors have their one ability that will be used quickly in the match. Then open a crate to get something useful MAYBE! How is it justified that the magician has two wands? And if you find a wand in a crate you have only one! One mercenary arm boost! Also it’s not fair that the hunter can see you when you’re down after going through priestess portal. So not only to you get hit after making through portal, but your location is just given up!?! There should be something that lets the survivors know when the hunter can see their location. There is strategy in this. The ability vs ability ratio is way off when comparing Hunters to Survivors. Hunters can wait for cool down for a very powerful ability. And survivors are left to just run around and try to kite. Hunters can blink, some go through walls, don’t get me started on geisha, automatic drones that chase you and hit you, the ring looking girl’s ability is solely to just camp. And the followers follow when you don’t even have that purple thing on you! This game is getting way UNBALANCED.

“First of its kind” xD. Man at least horror field gave it a touch of originality man xD. “The first asymmetrical mobile game” yeah horror field beat you to it and Dead by daylight producers thought of it way before you nice try though! The game is quite unbalanced the fact that it’s not looked down upon enough or penalized well enough for the hunter to camp already gives it a bad vibe and makes it so boring when you’re the one who gets caught. It’s obvious that hunters are supposed to be more powerful then one survivor but a few hunters seem more powerful then six survivors seeing as there’s limited ways to run from them because almost all hunters are faster then comrades makes it hard to actually set up a route or a plan to get away. Where dead by day light and horror field falls off, are events, though dead by daylight has been talking about them. The events are fun makes it more enjoyable it helps, especially if you’re the one getting camped xD. I like the controls for the hunter much easier then dead by daylight and at least he doesn’t automatically see survivors like horror field. I still don’t like it though, it’s a Melanie Martinez style rip off of DBD and seeing the camping if you wanted a bad asymmetrical game your fan base should be supporting horror field 🤷‍♀️

Really fun exciting game. This is a interesting game with hunters that aren’t too overpowered, making it a fun experience especially with friends. The in game chat and being able to chat before every game is great because every is always nice and open minded making playing with the other players an even better experience. Tho the hunters have abilities that would make it hard and I fun to be a survivor, but they thought of this by giving every survivor a ability gives them the ability to stand against a hunter 1 on 1. With this fact of the survivors that doesn’t mean the hunters are at a disadvantage just because hunters can stand 1 on 1 that doesn’t mean that the hunter will lose in fact it makes it more challenging innovative and all around fun and exciting. There’s nothing about this game that’s bad or annoying, but there are a few things that make it disappointing, in my case I had bought ten dollars worth of echoes and got nothing other than the message it was unsuccessful but I still got charged the ten dollars with nothing in return. So other than the small ripoffs it’s still a really fun game

Refuses to correct their mistakes and continues to perpetuate racism, antisemitism, and orientalism. One of the main features of this game is the gacha system, where players can roll to collect cosmetics such as skins and accessories. Each gacha essence/banner has a theme, and on numerous occasions Netease has used extremely harmful things for those themes. The Viper essence portrays caricatures of indigenous cultures and makes the colonizer character the good guy, the Fate essence depicts harmful stereotypes of Rroma people, such as the fortune teller stereotype. The Shining Feather essence is based on an orientalist story, and depicts orientalist and stereotypical designs and characters based on harmful and racist ideas of the SWANA region. The recently announced Hill Pigeon essence follows the same theme. So many shop skins, such as Brave, Ben Hur, and Salome, in addition to more skins, are racist caricatures or are based on/From racist stories. And last year, they had a collab with a panda charity, and in the video for it, they stole and edited imagery used for the Black Lives Matter movement. The developers refuse to listen to players, and despite their previous statements saying they would not do such things again, they continue to act like this. This game has so many problems that need to be addressed, and they are not being talked about by the developers.

Good Game. The game overall is brilliant. However, it’s not really fair for the survivors. 1) The hunter is way to fast seems like he’s about 2x faster and there is really no way to outrun him unless you are in area with a bulging. + You Can trick him with the barrier thing but he can still go around with is REALLY unfair since he’s much faster and can catch up in no time. 2) Possible cheaters. I don’t know much about this one but I feel like some people are cheating. For example some hunters I’ve come across spot the person location right away which dosent make any sense when most players I play with are very sneaky. 3) The long rope the hunter uses: I’ve seen some hunters use this grab the player and hit them afterward which is really unfair. 4) Campers: I really hate people who do this, takes the fun out of the game. Especially with hunters they wait until you die and if a teammate comes rescue you when the hunter is close it’s a miracle the two of you make it alive. You don’t have any time to run away from the hunter when you are liberated from the chair. This game is fun to play with but could use some improvements. Hopefully they are made and can make this game more enjoyable :)

Disappointed and Tired. I’ve been a fan of the franchise for quite some time now (since late 2018 to be specific) but I’m drawing a line at this point. It’s getting harder and harder to even find motivation to play with the constant issues the developers cause that make it uncomfortable to play. The repetition of offensive essences/themes over and over is genuinely so tiring and they never learn nor care. When people complain (rightfully so) they give shallow/unauthentic apologies and continue doing what they JUST apologized for. From black face on the CN server to the BLM symbol in the panda charity video to yet another offensive, racist, stereotypical essence theme now, netease has done it all. There have been complaints after complaints about this upcoming essence stereotyping SWANA people, as netease seemed to have done NO research on the culture at all, and yet nothing has been done. It’s so tiring just trying to enjoy a game that can have so much interesting lore just to be slapped in the face by the developers constantly being offensive and caring about nothing but money. Do not download. Do not waste your money on them. Do not recommend. Time and time again they show their true, racist, colors and it’s genuinely so disgusting and aggravating. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Really hard to enjoy if you play hunter. Before you simply write me off as being a bad hunter here me out. First of all I’m pretty old player, I got the game in the first week of release. Secondly for years this wasn’t nearly as much of a problem so the comments from years ago are not an accurate depiction of modern gameplay. Now modern gameplay is very different from what it once was, if you hunt one of the players down and chair them, before they get saved it’s very likely 3-2 of the ciphers will have already been popped and by the time you put them in again they are nearly ready to pop the last one and make it so the one being hunted gets up again and gets away. It’s become such a formula that the only way to win now is by managing to down a player before they save which is very hard to do. On top of that so many of the survivors are basically just over the top overpowered, and you basically spend a whole match getting stunned, and hitting owls and gravedigger dirt trails. If you like playing hunter, the developers are against you and want you to lose. if you like performing the same formula as a survivor again and again until occasionally you get hit in the 0.1 second window to get terrorshocked then you will enjoy this game.

No more camping!!!. I don’t understand why hunters just stand there and hover over the rocket chair, every time I play as Hunter I never camp and I always win. I also think when playing a survivor you should be able to if you’re not going to increase the speed of the survivor at least have that ability to use a dash speed and have it have a cool down point it’s not fair when you’re the last survivor running and wounded cause everybody else has died from the camper, oh I’m sorry Hunter. you can’t even semi out run the hunter. And I definitely think the priestess should be able to use other items in the box like you can on violent mode I think all characters should be able to have two abilities to use. It would definitely make the game funner and more advanced even for the hunters. To avoid campers I definitely think when they’re too close to the rocket chair the timer should stop. While the hunter should be able to leave a puppet or anything else but the actual Hunter should not be in a certain amount of distance while the hunter should be able to leave a puppet or anything else but the survivor time should stop while hunter is in a certain range.

Too many weaknesses. Firstly, I love this game. However, this game is unfair for every player around the world. It is because China server always come out new survivors or new hunters first before other servers especially Asian server. I want to emphasise here that if u want to make this game popular worldwide like mobs dots game, pls make this game fair for every server. When new survivors or new hunters out, pls make it out in same time for every server. Secondly, I want to point out that there are too many new players playing rank match and it cause me too difficult to up rank. I hope organiser should ban the players whose their survivors level not maximum level yet because they are not experienced to play rank match. If they play normal mode, it is ok. But rank match is for players to up rank, not play for fun. So I hope organiser of this game can make some amendments to all these weaknesses. Thirdly, it is about duo hunter mode in this game. I am very disappointed about this mode because it is always take very long time for me to play hunter in this game (not survivor). I wonder why it is so difficult to play hunter in this mode. Pls takes all these comments and make amendments. If there is no any improvement in this game, then I will not play this game anymore

Fun game with confusing currency system. The game is very similar to DBD/ or F13 the game where as a group of survivors faces off against a killer and has to escape before he can get to them. This game has great graphics even on low cause of its Tim Burton-esque art style. The game leveling system is fair enough. It’s just a very big grind. The currency system is a bit confusing at first. There are 3 sources of currency and it’s hard to figure out which money goes to each certain item. The skins which look very cool are very expensive. $5? I think the prices should be dropped significantly. You can also obtain skins for free with a loot box type of thing. But there is so many skins you’ll most likely get a bad looking one. - One quick complaint about the killers in the game. It’s unfair to most people to have a killer who will “face camp” or will stand around a certain survivor till they’re eliminated. It is a cheap tactic and it may be allowed but I think a “thumbs up or thumbs down” button should be next to everyone’s name in the match. So if a killer has a bad rating you’ll most likely not go up against him/her. I know it’ll spawn griefers who will abuse it but I think something should punish those who face camp.

Good game but.... This game is AMAZING it’s mobile of DBD which is an awesome game I love it it has all the things a dbd mobile game needs killers and survivors Identity v was so hype and it is still hype today but I want to Address some problems 1. CAMPERS it’s not a good game with campers I know it’s one of your rules but it’s anoying and stupid you can’t rescue anyone if there camping and if your not the one on the rocket chair then it’s easy peasy because the killers not concentrating on you There’s only one Solution to this problem only one that I know of you have to distract the killer and while the killer is distracted the other survivor has to rescue the person on the rocking chair 2. When your on the rocket chair you just got on some one saves you okay the killer gets you again and put you on the rocking chair in the survivor saved you the killer gets you again and put you on the rocking chair for the third time in a row and you automatically die That’s not fair because you just been put on the rocking chair haven’t been on there for like 10 minutes they take you off and then you got put on again and then you die if it’s three times and it barely progresses and he kills you

I’ve been playing for a while. So I’ve been playing this game for about a month, though I had it back in Season 1 (just got bored of it and uninstalled it) and I love that I came back to it. It’s a very fun mobile version of Dead By Daylight with its own quirks and multiple Chat servers. Fair warning to new players wanting to play survivor: 99% of the Hunters camp. As in right next to the Rocket Chair. You’ll get used to it and create some tactics the longer you play on how to get a save without being injured. I’ll give you a common one: run in front of the chair a bit, waiting for the Hunter to hit something nearby but if they don’t attempt to save the Survivor in the chair. As soon as you see the saving animation run out of it bc the hunter will hit the chair instead of you, then go for the save. Update: The struggle mechanics are a tad bit weird, you have to have hit the edge of the circle several times before it actually counts it as you struggling free. I’d suggest you either make the circles bigger than their original circumference or just count it they way they should be.

The Best Game I’ve EVER Played. I’ve never come across a game as fun as this game. People have been saying that essences are rigged, and that it takes too long to get new characters, but they are wrong. If you play this game for at least 30 minutes a day and do decent, you can get a new character every WEEK. I don’t think there are ANY problems with this game, other than the ping in the U.S.A., and how it glitches out sometimes. All of the characters have a unique skill set, and are fun to play in various ways. This applies for the hunters and the survivors. There are cool skins and accessories you can bring with you into the matches to make the experience even BETTER. They have events often to which you can get limited items, such as pets, accessories, and skins. They also have crossovers, such as The Promised Neverland, Death note, Detective Conan, and even The Junji Ito Collection. These also offer amazing skins, accessories, and some pets. This game is AMAZING and one of the best games mobile has to offer, and it will stay that way fro a very long time. Great Job, Netease!

The game has become more survivor based. As a hunter main this game should be both sided for hunters and survivors but the game has slowly became more for survivors, they loop around the same areas and the ciphers rush is unbelievable, I played this game for a long time when Mary( bloody queen) first came out, now to date they nerfed her to the ground, she’s still a good character but her mirror takes long to recharge and it’s shorter now, the game has became less and less fun mainly because of the fact that the ciphers rush is happening, I can have someone in the chair by a terror shock at the start of the game and it wouldn’t mean anything because on big maps her mirror is useless. They need to fix the game and stop babying survivors because if they mess up it should be on their team, nerf back all the fast decoding make the game fun again, survivors need to be scared of hunters, because they aren’t anymore. The game slowly became a something I have to do just to get the rank balls and I don’t play again, make the game like how it used to be, stop trying to make it a fashion show, stop putting out new things if you will not fix your ping as well, the ping is so unbalanced just like your game.

Very good, just one problem 🤨. This is a VERY well created game. One of the things I love about it most is that it's COMPLETELY free. There's in-game purchases you can make, but you don't HAVE to. The characters are well designed and all have their own personalities. The people who fix bugs are very nice when there is a bug. They fix it immediately and even give you gifts as a apology. Anyways, to the problem now. The only MAJOR problem in this game is the struggle option when you get caught and thrown into balloons. It's so slow, and there is so many chairs close together there isn't even a point to try to struggle free. The only way you close POSSIBLY get free is if you have a gardener on your team and they have dismantled chairs. Which a lot people don't play as gardener unless they are just starting off. Also the other thing I PLEASE ask the editers or creators or whoever does the skins, is to PLEASE KEEP the original Post Womans design. She looked so cute and everyone agrees to this statement. I loved her thigh high socks and her boots and her high waisted shorts and pigtails. So PLEASE keep it. Lots of love. 💜💜💕❤️ -Melaphiney

a good game!. the game is very good itself, the concept is a bit repetitive in the sense that it essentially dead by daylight with different characters, maps, etc. i think the controls are very clunky, but that is to be expected with a mobile game. i think the controls and overall UI could benefit from a joystick for movement that can be turned on and off in the settings, based on the person playing's preferences. instead of a joystick, they could use an arrow system similar to the one used in the minecraft pocket edition UI. the range needed to click certain things, such as tying someone up as a hunter is quite odd as well, as the positioning seems to need to be so precise if you do not grab them right after they're knocked. there is also animation fluidity issues that i've seen, for instance with the detective, he's got a walking animation and an idle animation, but he clicks back into his initial stance instantly after he stops walking. with the jumping through window animation, it's also quite static. i think small animation tweaks and additions could really benefit the game overall! other than that, the game is good and i can't wait to see it improve!

Awesome!. I love the game a lot! Its because you can CHOOSE to be a Hunter or Survivor, my favorite is the survivor faction. I want to ask you guys that after the 2 updates/Server Maintenances that maybe you guys could work on a detective skin for the Magician or Lawyer. Or a “Detective” character. If you do make a the detective a character i think his traits should be: 1. Curios, when decoding cipher machines he or she has a 15% lower chance to trigger a calibration correctly BUT the more electrical charges are triggered he or she knows better and has a higher chance to trigger a calibration correctly. 2. Brave, used to unexpected things he or she is less scared when hit by the Hunter or when a hand from a vase pops up it doesn't affect him or her, and persistence on rocket chairs are increased by 5%. 3. Dexterous, since he or she is used to handling things carefully the chance of triggering a calibration correctly is increased by 7%. I am just suggesting it I also want to ask when waiting to play the “game” why their is 6 chairs at the table when their are only 4 people playing the game per match, keep in mind one chair is broken. Also when was Identity V created? Please tell me. Thats all, good game, keep it up! 🤗

Very Fun, Unique Game. This game is very unique and very fun! It has unique gameplay and an enjoyable storyline which gives you a reason to keep playing. Basically, anybody interested in the basic gameplay; you are playing a horror-style game where there are four ‘survivors’ and one ‘hunter.’ The survivors try to decode machines and escape through an exit gate. The hunter tries to eliminate all of the survivors. The cool aspect of the game is that you are able to be either the hunter or the survivor- and you play online with other players! There are other things such as skins, pets, music (what plays when you’re getting chased) and more which keep you playing, as well as ranked matches. Another cool aspect is the several characters to choose from- all with different abilities (and drawbacks.) Good if you like action style games. And as for the scariness, there is a sort of dread you get at first when getting chased as a survivor, but my little brother plays this and enjoys it, and he is scared of Jurassic Park. The only problem (for me) is that it would be better if they added controller support/ a way to change controls- sometimes the touchscreen gets in your way, especially on a phone! But I highly advise anybody considering this game to get it.

GAME HAS MANY FLAWS. Ok I just want to let everyone know that there’s a hunter named The Ripper in the game, who is overpowered from everyone else. Also, the games mechanics are quite horrible, because it takes almost forever to cipher just one telegram. And it’s pointless fighting to get out of the hunters grasp, because they mostly have chairs everywhere, and they are fast. Plus I’m not hurting my hand just rapid tapping the phone, when there’s almost no point in getting out, because the hunter will just hit you again and you will lose. Even rescuing your foes is a problem because the hunters are camping near them, so it makes it entirely impossible to rescue them. I would give this game a better rating if it weren’t for these garbage mechanics! PLEASE FIX THESE AND IT WOULD BE FINE! ALSO I PLAYED TODAY AND STILL NOTHING HAS CHANGED?!! HOW DO YOU EXPECT THIS GAME TO BE FUN, WHEN YOU CAN BARELY GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT THE HUNTER CHASING YOU!! I PLAYED A MATCH AND THE WHOLE TIME THE HUNTER KNEW WHERE I WAS, AND I WASN'T EVEN MOVING??!!! This game is horrible!. The reason I give this a one star review is because every single hunter in the game is broken and op. It’s hard to win in this game or get a tie. If you escape by yourself you should win. Not the entire team. This game is always on extreme mode. This game has the longest wait times ever. They could easily fix this by selecting a random player as the hunter. Every single match is exactly the same. You should be able to select the difficulty instead of being on extreme mode all the time. If you make one small mistake it’s a instant loss and most of my matches I have played one person has disconnected. If one person disconnects it’s a instant loss. Come on game developers at least add another player or npc to take that persons place. This game is hunter based the decoding is slow. Camping is a serious problem that most hunters do. The game developers could easily fix this. I have played this game since launch hoping they would fix all this. Sadly they haven’t. All they do is fix hunters and survivors skills and add new survivors or hunters. Instead of adding a new hunter or survivor or fixing skills. How about you add a new mode or all the maps change over time or a underwater map or a mini game when you wait for the game to start. Please add something the gameplay is stale and boring.

Amazing looks, but frustrating killers. I absolutely love this game. The style does not disappoint, and the animation has enough quality to add to your experience. The gameplay is a ton of fun. I could play it all day! That being said, there are some not so great things about this game. I’ve had problems where I’ll be disconnected from a game because of connection issues and have morality points taken .The currency is confusing. Some of the killers feel a little op, and my gameplay experience is often ruined by face campers. I would love this game so much more if they just fixed the camping situation, add some kind of mechanic to prevent it. It absolutely makes it impossible to save the caught survivor, making the game unfair and unenjoyable. Overall, I’d say the game is worth the download, but the developers really need to fix a few things. Edit- ok I can get the camping thing with certain hunters now as the game has developed an there are strategies that can be used efficiently against camping but I’m making this edit because my game has completely glitches out and I really want to be able to play. Whenever I open the app the screen stays completely back except for a line of scrambled numbers and letters in the corner. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

Wonderful game, bad players. PLEASE FIX THE CAMPING ISSUES I love to play this game, I’ve been playing it for years now. Every time I get really into playing this game and trying to unlock all the stuff without having to pay real cash for it, the hunters camp, and camp and camp and camp. I don’t see how the survivors have a chance if you’re being spawned right next to the hunter and they’re camping and targeting the whole time, I can’t even decode a single machine when this happens. The whole time I’m running away from the hunter unless I’m knocked and put into a chair, even when I’m saved from the chair I’m being followed and targeted again. Hunters like this make the game unbearable, I get so frustrated with the hunters camping and targeting that I just don’t even wanna play anymore. I’ve played 20 some matches the past two days and I’ve probably won once and tied on maybe one, all the other matches I’ve lost because of hunters camping. Please fix the camping issue or make the hunters not so OP, no matter how many walls I jump and pallets I drop I can never get away from the hunter. They’re all faster and have no issue targeting and camping, if the issue isn’t fixed I won’t continue to play this game anymore. I am sick of it, all I do is run from the hunter in this game. PLEASE FIX THE CAMPING ISSUE

You have a good game now time to make it great. If you want an even more successful game, then listen to what I am saying. You need to fix the camping situation because not a lot of players now how to counter it like high tier players. Take off the weekly memories cap it’s ridiculous and there is no need for it. Make dedicated US servers because right now they are only eu and Asia even though it says US I am getting 100+ ping every game. Add more characters (which you are already doing, good job :)) add more persona levels or allow us to prestige because I only play ranked now due to being maxed on both my accounts. Fix pallets, the hit detection is so bad in them they 75% of the time don’t hit the killer when they should. Give us a way to get echos. (The logic path is pure genius). Add a timer counting down the days of the season so we can see how long we have for that season. Buff the flashlight. It’s pretty terrible right now. Takes wayyyy to long to stun a killer. Make it so the clown has to turn slow when he is sprinting. Ripper needs an all around nerf (but not too much but get rid of tornado wind thing). LAST BUT NOT LEAST MAKE THE KILLERS 1ST PERSON MODE INSTEAD OF 3RD LIKE DBD. I’m typing all this because I really care how this game turns out. Gg Much love ❤️❤️

Good game but rampant racism. Identity V has had its moments but with the recent Season 26 Essence 2 the company has shown that regardless of how much backlash and controversy they get into they will never learn. Not only is this not the first Orientalist based skin line, but this game does still have Brave, Scarlett, Salomé, etc. in their stores. Along with that we haven't forgotten the appropriation of BLM imagery in their video for a charity for pandas, where they not only used a design from an independent artist with no credit but also photoshopped a panda face onto it. Constant white washing of their few darker skinned characters and rampant cultural appropriation and stereotypes. We know you can create culturally appropriate skins. Antiquarians first essence, Enchantresses Logic Path, Geishas base skin design, Soul Catcher all of them were done beautifully. Netease is fully capable of being respectful so why is it when we SWANA are involved that becomes hard. I love this game its fun I adore the stories of the characters but Netease refuses to listen to their player base when we call out their racism to the point we have to review bomb them just to get them to listen to us. Hostility between the player base and the devs will not end well and I truly hope that the developers at Netease understand this eventually.

I love the game but...... Hello dear NetEase Games, I never thought that “Identity V” was going to be much more different than other video game applications but “Identity V” is the only video game that left me wanting to continue playing because you have 50% chance of winning. I have a cousin named Estefany, she wanted to look for a game to play with her, so I recommended “Identity V” but I never thought that this masterpiece developed by NetEase Games was only going to have 8 languages ​​(sorry if you are reading this comment but believe me, I love the game there’s only one problem) I know that, well I really don't know how difficult it is to develop a game because I don’t consider myself a person who knows it all but I think it’s not easy to develop a masterpiece that left me with the desire to know more about this mysterious game. Finally, I think it would be a good idea to add another language of the 8 languages, what would it be? I believe that the language that would fit perfectly in the game would be Spanish. For now I will be patient and I will wait because I know that all of you are able to continue with this wonderful, great, cool, magnificent game.

It’s really fun but.... Don’t get me wrong this is incredibly fun with its diversity of characters that are only just going to get bigger hopefully. Although there are some things that could be approved upon such as the number of maps. I love the selection of maps that are in the game so far but I would like some more. Also the ability of some of the hunters could use nukes such as the game keeper and his hook. This hook acts like a homing missile and since it does damage to the survivor it hooks it makes it impossible to get away along with the speed reduction after being hooked. The speed reduction in this scenario should just be cut from the game. Also a major problem in the game are campers. In most game after a hunter would put a survivor in a chair he/she would stand at the chair to assure that the survivor isn’t saved. Rescuing a survivor from the chair is extremely hard to do. This should be nuked by having a speed reduction on the hunter if he’s a certain distance from a survivor in a chair. Although these are just ideas but I would appreciate it if this would be read by the developers.
