No Loyalty!!!. Been using this app for a few months now. It advertises a loyalty program. I’ve used this app to order food at my job based cafeteria 8+ times but the app shows that I’ve acquired zero loyalty points. I’ve commented several times within the app about this problem with zero response.

Frustrated due to not being able to see all dining options. I have used this app for the last year to view the hours of, having the option to order and viewing the menus from the dining locations at my school. Suddenly within these last two updates, 3 out of 4 of the options have disappeared so you can’t see that they exist, let alone see the hours or menus. Really wish this was fixed!

Constantly needs updating. I would say that at least once a week but often twice or more when I go into the app it tells me there’s an update and I have to install it. Who updates their app so frequently. It’s just annoying. Also, every time I go into the app the next day there’s an error and I have to close it and open it again. Annoying……

Tried again… disappointed again. I tried to give this app another chance after it charged me everytime my order didn’t go through (charging me over 100 dollars). It’s hard to believe that any of their good reviews are real. Every single person I know at my university who has tried to use this app has problems 75% of the chance. If your food gets delivered do you you’re considered lucky!! This is supposed to be convenient as I need to study and don’t always have time to walk to the restaurant and wait around in line. Yet it doesn’t work… at all. I’ve tried to order for the past week, says no card info entered when I’ve double checked many many times. Just looked today and yep it’s charged me everytime. No support every reaches out to me after I contact them.

Calories inaccurate, many items not listed. There are a lot of items at the cafe that are not listed on the app which makes it annoying when you are trying track calories. Most days are very inaccurate with options. I understand they are short staffed, but I wish the app was more accurate and worth something .

When it works it is ok but almost every day when I try to use it it locks up. This app continues to lock up every day when I try to use it. Sometimes it’s error messages or text from programming showing an error other times it does not respond to any touch anywhere on the phone to fix I must reboot the phone I don’t have this issue with any other app

Previously good, recently glitchy. I had some success using the app after initially installing it and was originally happy with it. Today, I opened the app to a blank screen. I could get the menu to change my account stuff, but there was no option to actually scan barcodes and purchase stuff (i.e. what the app is actually for). I stood there at the lunch counter for several minutes trying to get it to work. Closing the app and reopening it didn’t work. Eventually I just happened to notice my wife was disabled (5G was still connected) and after that it threw up the typically “please review this app” pop up and finally showed me the scan a barcode option after dismissing the pop up. I scanned my items and tried to pay with Apple Pay (which I have used successfully in the past) but kept getting errors. After resetting the app again and rescanning my items, it finally worked and the payment went through. It would have been waaaaay faster to just wait in line for a kiosk and use that. This app is only useful if it works reliably and consistently. I’ll just use the cafeteria kiosk next time.

Poor customer support. My order was never fulfilled, which I know isn’t the app creator’s fault, but I reached out to customer support 4 times for assistance with a refund and never got a response. The only way to reach customer service is through the chat feature on the app, and the only information you get is that you’ll receive an email, but the email never comes.

Slow and very buggy. Since the update to the new name, this app now crashes 75% of the time I open it. Reopening it 2nd time and it works. Also when you have an order and I wake the app from sleep, it will crash. It displays unformatted text and there’s no way to get out but to restart the app.

Not happy. I know the company is trying to save money but making this mandatory to use in order to get anything from our cafeteria is ridiculous. I tried to set up the app with my personal email address and it would not work at all. I had to reinstall the app and re register. This is a great way to get me to go somewhere else for food.

It's okay. Its fine. I hate that it asks me to review EVERY SINGLE ORDER. I don't want to review ANY order. Seriously. Not one. The review pop up thing isn't even timely, waiting until the next day to show up, and it seems to break the app. Anyways, it's fine.

Food and Service. I love having a cafeteria right where I work. Love the salad bar. We need some varieties in our food. We can’t be eating the same thing over and over again. Have a make your own omelette day or two, some fried rice, different stations offering different items from time to time. This is a great opportunity to try different culture cuisines and specials. I am bored of eating burgers. Cheesesteaks and everything you have down there. I was happy about the baked potatoes option yesterday. Have different specials on the app and or even email your regulars when you have specials going on. We are checking out of the cafeteria because there is nothing new on the menu. That’s a shame. Check out Target Downtown cafeteria, it is awesome. Thank you

Expand menu. I’d like to see the menu expand. More option meaning more great food to enjoy!!

Terrible Basic App Stability. Glad to see the name change didn’t bring with it improved stability! Easily, the most unstable app I use on a regular basis. It locks up virtually every time after use, forcing a “swipe up” on iPhone to reset the app, CONSTANTLY!

Useless and difficult to use. No support. No possible to change settings and profile once created. I typed yahho instead of yahoo and it was not flagged as invalid email nor possible to change later on. Location cannot be changed not find other locations easily. Support is non existent, no idea why it is in the options menu Really bad and poorly designed app

No response from support. I have contacted support through the app due to being charged double for an order. Their support states response wait times are usually under 2 hrs. It has not been almost 48 hours and still no response.

Annoying rating prompt. The app is pretty good overall, but it’s annoying that every time I want to start a new order, I must first dismiss a rating screen. Perhaps this is not typical of other customer experience, but each time I open the app, an invasive popup asks me to rate my last dining experience, even if it is weeks in the past. I must dismiss the popup before starting the order process. When I’m hungry, I just want to order without any extra hurdles between me and my meal

Super glitchy. My work uses this for their cafe. Force closes on my IPhone 14pro almost everyday. Tried to order today and it defaulted to a coffee modifier that was out of stock. Wouldn’t let me remove it or add another drink without it. Took 15 minutes of fighting with App just to order coffee.

Amazing. The everyday app is so valid. It’s so convenient for my campus especially since all the buildings are so spread out but Kiwibot gets the job done. One thing i would fix is that the app is a bit buggy but it doesn’t really matter since it still gets the job done every time.

Hard to scan items. Barcoded items do not scan easily from phone app. QR codes work easily though

Not user friendly. Download to view menu/ food choices at work but couldn’t even view food choices on app. It wouldn’t let me get pass the first screen. Ended up going to a type of register computer on site to peruse food items and then place an order. Phone app is not user friendly!

Virtual line is not accurate. ETA: I have to delete and re-download the app at least twice a month as sometimes when I open it, it is just a black screen. Given I only use it about six times a month, it is quite a pain The virtual line says 15 minutes for all orders and does not actually indicate when your order will be ready. Terrible experience

Review. This App is so convenient and easy to use. It makes life easier for me and those with whom I work.

Clicking buttons won’t work. I can’t even sign up, at the “discount & free items” page, no matter if I choose to receive push notification or not when I click the submit button nothing happens. I know the button is clicked, because there’s a subtle animation, but nothing else happens. Also what’s with hitting the “X” button directing you to the previous page? It’s counterintuitive. most trash app I’ve ever used, and it’s saying something.

Convenient but some irritating features. This app is easy to use. I love the scan and go capability and it’s great that it has Apple Pay integration. The feature I hate is that it presents me with a survey after every single transaction. I mean, I just scanned myself a bottle of Diet Coke that I grabbed on my own for the 15th day in a row. It’s a trivial experience. Don’t survey me every day! Also, it doesn’t present me with that survey until the subsequent time I come in to the app so it’s usually a day later which doesn’t make sense either. That said, this has made issuing the cafeteria at work very quick and easy.

Great work!!’. The Team does a fantastic job all around on preparations, stocking of products, cleaning, providing important information updates, etc.! Fantastic job all around!

Easy and Fast. Great way to order meals and have them ready when I am ready! One opportunity - the ability to cancel the order!

Support is a joke. Still waiting on a refund for an order that could not be fulfilled. That particular station in the hospital cafeteria was closed due to lack of staff. I’ve opened multiple tickets for a refund. All are still unseen after a week. I just want my $6 back or a calzone.

Annoying for customers and staff. I work in the dining hall at my college and they recently switched to this app, and I can speak as a student and a staff member when I say that it’s not a great app. It never lets people attach a meal plan/ dining card, it glitches and freezes, it annoyingly asks for surveys and order reviews, the ordering process is unclear, and that’s just to name a few problems. Students are getting very annoyed, and understandably so. We’ve been using the app for over a month now and are still dealing with the same issues. I wish we’d never switched dining apps.

Don’t expect help if there’s an issue. Customer service is a joke, they cancelled my order and I still have charges. I have reached out to support twice and have gotten no response at all. Delivery is inconsistent, it shows you can get thing deleverage’s at a certain time but your actually not allowed to have things delivered until after 11.

Limitations. The app did not include all of the Starbucks drinks. In particular, it was missing my strawberry refresher. The only option was the dragon fruit refresher. Also, I could not customize my order to say half as much vanilla for a coffee.

Meal Plan finally worked. Thank you, this update finally fixed the issue of not being able to add the campus meal plan to my payment methods.

Needs more development. The concept is great but the app needs to be developed further to allow sign in to utilize Apple Face ID. Sign in requires an email address and a 12 character password, the process just takes too much effort to sign in.

Don't Listen to the Fake Reviews. "Everyday app is so valid" come on now who are you fooling. This app routinely stops working and screws me out of ordering food. Not that it matters, but it isn't the greatest looking app, either. The user interface could use some work, too. Could be so much more convenient. Kinda makes me miss Bite. Never thought I'd say that.

Updates VERY frequently. How often do we need to update this app? Seriously, test your software before releasing and maybe you won’t need to have almost daily updates. It slowed down for a while but is back to being almost daily. It is handy to be able to order food in advance for pickup at a scheduled time. If you would stop the excessively frequent updates this would be a five star app.

This app is horrible. I don't know if it's the school that is at fault or the app but it consistently does not work for the basic functions that it provides. If you are a school looking at this app DO NOT USE IT. Or be willing to help students with significant technical problems. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an app.

Good but need to streamline. Please have the app stop asking for a review after every purchase. The goal should be as few clicks as possible for a transaction, and the review process after every purchase is unnecessary overkill. Also, make a default location so you don’t have to select it every time. App is slow to load and the unnecessary steps can be removed to streamline the process

Great when it works, which is rarely. Whether it’s a barcode not being in the system, the app thinking it doesn’t have camera permissions, or scanning an item to add to an order, only to be shown a screen asking if I want “modifiers” to be available for the item with no option to pay, this app is borderline unusable. On the plus side, its unusability has gotten me to start prepping meals and packing my lunch, so it saves me money in that regard.

No Support Response. I accidentally tapped on the wrong subscription and immediately cancelled it for refund. It’s been a month and multiple requests and have not received a refund. Do not use the app. I have already reported this issue to Apple. I was hopeful for the neat feature my school offered with this app but have been sorely disappointed and will not be making any further purchases with this app or developer.

Wow this app is horrible. Multiple crashes. Restart crash. Takes forever to load. My experience may be different because we use this at work so the support may be there for normal retail, but for corporate accounts it’s not as convenient and rudimentary functionally. Super annoying when we are rushing to order between calls and meetings.

An “ok” app without glam. For what it is, it’s ok, but takes some getting use too and isn’t the most user friendly. Lots of room for improvement. Hopefully this gets modernized fast.

Terrible service. This app is awful. Doesn’t allow me to use at the point of sales payment at my employer when I buy an item that isn’t listed on the menu. Therefore I don’t get the loyalty points for that item. I have reached the loyalty point threshold, but there is no option to use that loyalty bonus to pay for items. I’ve reached out to their support team via the app, and I’m still waiting for a response from them. Supposed to be within a day, going on 4 days. Even the cafeteria staff here at my work is unable to reach them.

Everyday App. Hate the app. It’s good in that you can scan and go. If that’s all you will use it for, it’s great. But our food service also lets you order ahead of time and customize (such as substituting bacon for sausage or removing it completely from a breakfast sandwich). The app is not at all intuitive and although it offers a screen to change selection, it doesn’t let you confirm your choice. So pretty much stuck with the default even though the cafe offers choices.

Ok, but sometimes frustrating experience. Nice app, but often has to be killed before it works again. Nags about a survey after each and every order, please stop with this!

Option to remove calories completely (eating disorders). I like the option to remove the calorie count before ordering, but i wish there was an option to remove the colonies that appear on the reseat and the nutritional value. Seeing this information can be harmful to people struggling with disordered eating. I’d be more comfortable using the app if i new there wasn’t a possibility of it triggering my eating disorder.

User-friendly. This is the most user-friendly application I have ever used in my life.

Always crashing.. When it works it’s fine, but every other day I have to reboot my phone to get it to show up. I have a new phone, so it is not the phone. It would be nice if you could show the regular offerings also, not just the specials.

Disappointing. I’ve been trying to use the app for a couple weeks now. All of the options on my app say that every single item is out of stock. I know this isn’t the case because I have seen other people use the app and be able to order whatever they would like. It seems to be a glitch, and I’ve been really disappointed by it. I’ve attempted to redownload the app to no avail. Please fix this.

Broken. How to fix a broken app? I can’t reload it. I can’t enter my credit card, or proper phone number. I need help. i need s new app!!!! mine is broken!!!!! how to fix it???????? ??????!!!!!!!! app issues. since this app became available at my institution, I have had only one successful order out of several. The most recent update to “fix bugs“ has resulted in the order page being blank. And the convenience of this app is far inferior to the previous ordering app at my institution. I can only hope that additional bugs are fixed or that my institution goes to a different system

Ok, but slow and cluncky. Tried the app for the first time today, because our work canteen just implemented it and it’s the only allowed payment method. It gets the job done, but the app is pretty flakey (order says pending even though I picked it up and ate it hours ago), pretty slow and sometime unresponsive. It seems overly complicated vs. just having a physical barcode reader and tap terminal. I’m very dubious about all the 5 star ratings, especially with no written reviews. I’ll keep using it because I have no choice - but it wouldn’t be *my* choice.

This app is garbage. It works…one out of every 10 times and the other 9 it glitches out or buffers when i have perfect wifi and signal. I just wanna eat bro

Not Happy. I swear everytime I use it there’s something wrong. If you wanted to do this to make more money test it before using it. I recommend just getting your food in person instead of ordering off this app.

It’s a No From Me. App needs to be updated all the time, like once a week at least. Every time you order anything, you will be asked to compete a survey, no thanks, I don’t want to review a water bottle…

Errors o plenty. Garbage app… when it does work (and that’s a big “when”) it complains that your network speed is responsible for its poor performance, or payment processing repeatedly errors out with Apple Pay.

Weak app. Constantly freezes or black screens. Limited more than the Sodexo menu. It has potential but needs a real system architect to implement basic features like the loyalty program, links to your food choice descriptions and nutritional data

poor support and glitchy app. The app does not work well, and you will randomly lose all your rewards points. funny how that happens right when you’re about to get a free reward to redeem

half the time it works the other half it doesnt. when it works its great but its been many times now it has been freezing and not working and ive had to delete it many times so that my info would finally work and i could place an order

Useless. Have downloaded the app multiple times and it refuses to load, when I click order the screen goes blank as does the options menu. I’ve clef around blindly in the app and cannot find a support button

Useless in Maryland. I have been waiting for the app for awhile now and its honestly good for nothing. All the options of the cafeteria aren’t shown. All you’re able to order are burgers, fries and a small selection of the offered beverages. I will be deleting.

Good but. Its good however its kinda buggy sometimes. I don’t know if it’s my phone or whatever but it bugs out sometimes and it’s annoying.

Most buggy app. Even scrolling is not easy. Layout of menu is simply dumb. I would choose any app over this one everyday.

Numerous updates. How many times do they need to update this app? Almost every time I open this up it asks me to update. This is ridiculous.

Never got a response from support. I use this at the hospital I work at. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from support on getting a refund on items I ordered but never got when I picked up the order. Very dissatisfied.

Not worth downloading. I opened a support ticket. The sites expected were not in the app. A ticket was opened where the app said there would be a reply within a day. It’s been 7 days, no reply. The app has been abandoned.

Where do I click?? What do I do?. I want to order lunch… there’s no button anywhere that says “order food”. I try clicking a few buttons that may or may not work and the app freezes. This app has the worst usability I’ve ever seen. It be the worst app I’ve ever used.

Crash. I always have to close the app and restart it everyday for it to work.

Frustrating. It would be great if the places I ordered from ever accepted my order. I’ve placed multiple orders and every single one was cancelled due to my order not being accepted in time. I’ve deleted the app.

Frustrating to use. This app is a buggy, unresponsive and slow pile of garbage. It (usually) gets the job done, but it makes the process the most unpleasant experience. I frequently have to force close and reopen the app and I have to step around hugs to get it to perform.

Great idea, poor execution. Menu options never match what the stations actually say. Frustrated cook and I’m not getting what I order as the options don’t exist on the kiosk for what the actual price is.

Awful app. This app is terrible. More often than not the app won’t work. On top of that, my school REFUSES to let us order in person so when the app doesn’t work, you starve.

Cannot view menu of university. Have no menu button on my app to see the menu of university dining center. Others can on their app but it doesn’t show up for me even after delete and redownload.

What is this app…. Terrible UX, no info available. I stopped using Bite which was the previous app because it stopped working. But this works less than Bite. I just want to see the nutrition information about the food but this app is terrible. Don’t use

Terrible - always crashes and needs updates. I use this app at our work cafeteria every day and without fail it either crashes or needs to be updated EVERY DAY. My colleagues experience the same. Very tiresome.

Please don’t ask for a review every time. It is annoying that the request to review the last order comes up whenever I open the app.

Not loading properly. It sometimes not load properly. I almost missed the time window for lunch a couple of times. I had to reboot my iPhone.

Freezes, doesn’t work. Can’t even get a hold of support for an erroneous charge, the app freezes in the support screen. I’ve tried about 4 times. My order wasn’t “accepted” in time but I was still charged.

Good idea but need more updates. This app never load and when load is slow, the idea of this app is really good but need more developing, I’m sure is going to be a really good app in the future

App is working for IOs today. Tried using the app, it said there was an updated version. Did the update, but it keeps displaying the same message to go and update. Unable to open the app.

Needs comments and customization options. Need to be able to say no salt or provide alternatives in case of ingredient unavailability. Needs a comment section for orders so we can say NO salt or no sugar or plain bagel. No way to communicate on orders.

Will not work!. I can’t upload my campus card, and I’ve tried to over a period of weeks! Completely useless app

Didn’t even work. App didn’t even load for me. Just a stuck loading screen. Can’t rate something you can’t even open. Mandatory ordering through this app is a joke and leads to more time/money spent elsewhere

Freezes constantly. This app works like crap. I can open it once a day and then have to delete and reinstall it because it will just stop working.

Useful but Crashy. I appreciate the intended functionality. Especially like paying through ApplePay. Easy and secure. Biggest issue is that the app will lock up about half the time that I open it. Also would like to see it recognize my most frequent venue and keep it at the top.

Caught in a loop. It won’t let me move from the down load message in Bite and see menus and the like. I don’t want to order. I just want to know what is for lunch in the dining hall.

App rev. Sometimes the pp does not connect and I had issues with duplicate order that is yet to resolved
