Worst app. Wasted money on an app that doesn’t even work. Found a free one that is a million times easier and looks better..

Don’t do it. Not sure where the problem is. The designer or fit bit. I maybe get half the photos to down load. I follow the instructions and sync the fit bit. I watched the video. Don’t do it.

Terrible App!. Doesn’t work. Every time I’m in the download process, it crashes. The closet I’ve been was 90%.

Horrible. If I could give this a zero star rating I would. I have been trying for 2 days to download pictures on to my watch but the app just shuts off. I have successfully downloaded half of my album twice only to have all my pictures deleted as soon as I close out of my app & put the watch back on. Waste of money... could not be more disappointed. I give up

App doesn’t work. Got this app for my daughters Fitbit so she could have multiple photos on it and the app doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. Followed the step by step instructions and nothing. Waste of money.

Does not work for FitBit. Waste of money. I know the developer says it is FitBits fault but the My Photos app works just fine. Clearly photos can be transferred to FitBits just not by this developer.

Did not work. I really wanted this to work and watched the video and tried it multiple times. It always looks like it’s downloading the photos but then it immediately resets to the default photos. I’m super disappointed in this.

Terrible app. Doesn’t work with Fitbit Ionic Watch at all. Waste of $1.99. Just stick with the faces that come preloaded or are updated with any smart watch you’re using.

Way too hard. I’m on day 3 of trying to get this to work. Still no luck. I’m not sure if it’s Fitbit fault or the apps fault. I don’t really care. I just want the product I paid for to work.

Tried 29 times finally work, but now deleted my photos. I tried 29 times then it finally worked, very odd, I am assuming internet lost speeds? Took maybe 3 minutes to do amazing job, so any clue what faq error , but it did work yeah. Btw as disable veteran who can use Fitbit health items and this one, May I ask Everyone in developers to go pass a newbie and do never had internet, never had watch mobile and do not have computer, therefore so many of us here do, but Fitbit watch mobile does more and needs clear simple lessons for 34 million disable folks to learn all the tools you need to be where we are. The solution to life is access, teach and share. Here trying until it finally worked means something interfered then stopped, conclusion, never stop trying as I do and my millions friends we do together to BE BETTER. THANKS FOLKS FOR YOUR HELP. That did not last very long all photos was there, then wham all my photo was not saved had to go get them back. Now see the issues is has a bug, works when it want to is NO ACCEPTABLE SUGGEST NOT GETTING THIS INCONSISTANTLY FAIL FOR VERSA SPECIAL EDITION, VERY UNFORTUNATE TONOW DELETE DUE BUG

Photos Don’t Save. I tried giving this app a chance with multiple attempts, but unfortunately I can’t recommend it because it doesn’t work. I was able to download the photos and see them as they were being uploaded, but right after reaching 100% and the app going back the watch’s main screen the app goes back to their three default landscape pictures with my photos erased. I get that maybe there is an issue on Fitbit’s end or maybe it’s an issue for the developers - but the developers’s responses saying it’s Fitbit’s fault isn’t an excuse if we ended up paying for an app that doesn’t work. That’s the bottom line here.

Doesn’t work for garmin. Tried both android and iPhone versions of this paid app and neither work to sync with their watch app on garmin descent

Doesn’t Work!. Save your money! This app does not function at all. Been trying to sync my photos from the App to download to my watch and nothing happens. It’s been stuck on “Connecting” for over an hour! Tried restarting my watch, my phone and still not able to download photos. You’re better off using other clock faces from the Fitbit app instead of wasting money on a useless app!

Well done. Works great. Easy to use. I don’t understand the negative reviews. My guess is that some folks are not reading instructions. I learned it very easily without watching the video. That alone should show that the app is intuitive and well-done. Transfers are actually much faster than I anticipated. FYI: if you wish to remove the default pics from the que, you need to manually remove them from the que list within the app. This is done by cycling to the picture you wish to remove, and click the “x” in the top right of the screen. The, next time you download your album, the picture will be gone. $2 well spent. Thank you DEVs.

This app does not work.. Do not waste your money on this app. It does not work. It’s a scam…..

Disappointed. Would only load 2 photos then stopped. I wasted my time and money!

Please improve. First of all this is just constructive criticism not meant to be mean . 1 the ability to move the picture into the adjustable frame is awful you can’t go to on side or the other it bounces back . 2 you can’t shrink picture to fit screen, that should have been an obvious one . 3 the time is so annoying stuck up at the top of the screen and the tiny x in the left 😖 There are a few other things but there trivial compared to these, they should be fixed ! Seriously annoying! Especially since it’s not free !

Very good. I was unsure wether to buy this app or not because of reading all the reviews. However, I have a Fitbit Versa and if you watch the video and follow the steps, it is very easy. I had no trouble at all and it took me about 5 minuets to complete. The only thing I wish was different would be to be able to move the actual digital clock around instead of it having to be at the top right corner of the scree. But I am very pleased with how the outcome is.

Junk!!!. Don’t buy!!! I spent 1.99 and it showed the photos one time. The photos don’t come back. This some junk for the Fitbit. Can’t get it to work😡😡😡

Could be more user friendly. This app works as listed. I love having my photos as clock faces but it takes some work to figure out how to save them to your watch. It would be perfect if the time would change to Fitbit activity when it’s pressed as the flower watchface does. Then it would be perfect.

Works great if you follow directions. Only thing I would like is a way to change the color on the font as it disappears on some of my pictures. Just Black <-> White would be great even.

Not worth the money. Did not work at all and not worth 1.99. If yr charge for this app make sure it works properly.

How disappointed. First u can’t delet the other pics. Second, it doesn’t allow u to Shrink the pic to fit or ability to move frame around better. Thirdly, it doesn’t say if ur pic is confirmed to be part of the display. And to b charged 1.99?!?! Not worth it at all! I love my Fitbit and I was hoping to put motivating pics on my Fitbit. So annoyed at this app. And it’s not even showing what I thought I had chosen from my photo album! What a waste!!!!

So sorry I wasted my time. I spent an hour trying to make this work. I wasted my money, but more importantly my time. Now I am going to waste more time trying to get my $2 back 😡

Horrible app. There is no instructions and it does not Let you add photos to Fitbit! Over an hour and nothing! Wasted money!

Big waste of $2. !. Doesn’t work! Their Repeated response of “watch the video”, is a big joke. Wish I had that $2 back. Only $2 but still!!

Waste of money. Doesn’t work at all. Just got a new Fitbit Ionic and paid $2 to download a pic from my phone. It did nothing but download my pics to the app. Even after watching instructional video.

Doesn’t work. Got this when I read reviews it would work on Fitbit! Yay! But, after paying the $2 for the app, and trying to watch several videos and ask Google all kind of questions, it doesn’t work. There is no place for me to put imagery on my watch. So money was wasted that will never be used because someone gave a review and it was false. Not really happy.

It does work. Some detailed instructions would be better than a video with no talking. It might help eliminate some negative reviews.

Not working. This app is not working at all. The directions are lacking and I cannot trouble shoot.

Works!. If you follow the simple directions it works exactly as it should. Nice app for the Fitbit Ionic!

Is this really how this is supposed to work?. After playing around with the app for a few minutes I figured out how to remove the stock photos and add my own. I then synced the phone app to my watch app and it worked fine. However I didn’t realize that the photos don’t actually show as your default watch face - you have to keep the app open & running on your watch, and the app running on your phone, and then you can see your photos on your watch (with a clock added in the corner). Kinda weird, not a fan. Better off downloading a watch face in the FitBit app and then customizing it.

Trust the negative reviews. I took a chance at losing $2 based off of all the bad reviews, hoping I’d get lucky and get to write a good review. The photos will download to 100% on the watch and then the watch automatically reverts to stock photos. Bad development, wish I could get a refund but oh well. Idk how this is still on the App Store.

Works perfectly Directions Simply buy app Download watch face from Fitbit gallery I removed all pre loaded photos ( my preference) Add your photos to app on phone Keep photo app on phone open Go to watch face and press on little dots to get to download option Press Download Watch will say connecting Done few minutes later One request is that you can change font color and outside temperature would be ideal

Waste of time and money - doesn’t work as advertised. Followed all the instructions to get the pics to show up on my watch, which took forever to finally work. Now that the pics are there, they don’t stay on my watch face. After several minutes, the watch face goes back to the face it had previously and I have to restart the pic app to get the pictures back. This was a huge waste of my time and I wish I hadn’t spent my money on this garbage. Extremely disappointed and do NOT recommend.

Worked easily as advertised on Ionic with iPhone. Contrary to all the negative reviews, I found it easy to use when you follow the instructions. The only reason I didn’t give it the 5 it probably deserves is that I am picky about the data I would like displayed and how it is displayed. Having greater control of the color and placement of the time display would be nice (though for the default they did as good as as one could reasonably do). Just anticipate white time numbers in the upper left when selecting and cropping your photos and it should work and look great.

Ridiculous app. Don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth a dime or even a penny. Instructions are vague and app never worked for me. I found out there is a free app already on my Fitbit watch that will put my pictures on my watch face. I want my dollar and $1.99 back. Skip this app.

Absolutely Worthless. I wanted to get pics of my dog on my versa 2 but nothing works! I’ve downloaded the app and synced my Fitbit but still: just the default pics. This is honestly a waste of money. I have very good photos on my phone I would LOVE to put on my watch but I can’t.

Does not work. No matter how many times I watched the video it doesn’t not load !!!! I was looking forward to having my photos on it but not likely !!! Not impressed !

Works great!. Definitely a tricky app to figure out at first. I initially added about 20 pictures to the album and downloaded them onto my Fitbit. It kept reverting back to the default images. After going to their website and reading the FAQs I figured out the problem was too many photos. It’s ideal to have about 5 to 10 in the album and to follow the instructions! It’s been working perfectly ever since. I love it!

This isn’t working 😞. Glitchy and this app doesn’t work for my fitbit. I was super excited about having some of my own pictures on my fitbit.

Works great!. Added 7 pictures onto my Fitbit Versa 2 clock app, love it! Simple process with quick download onto watch.

Doesn’t work!. I tried to download the photos - have uninstalled and reinstalled, shut off phone, etc - doesn’t work. I’d like my money back.

Fitbit Versa. Horrible app i want my money back I was so excited to have a few good photos on my Watch. But it’s being sucky and I hate the way it is so I want my money back.
