HUGE CON-PAY TO PLAY BUT NOT WIN. This app is so bad when it comes to the absolute impossible and improbable progress, even with purchasing and using multiple boosters, along with an unlimited amount of lives, that I’m going to contact Apple and Google (along with whatever other platforms I find out they have developments on), and provide the screenshots of me attempting to (and failing) to contact support-and repeatedly being ignored. This is nothing more than a cash grab, and it’s not even trying to somewhat hide this fact. If you download this game or any other apps/games from them, remove it, it isn’t worth it and it’s possibly spying on you and collecting your private information. Not just this app, but the developers behind this app should absolutely be banned from ever being allowed to have any apps offered to anyone. It’s literally just a spying plant that collects private information in a way that’s probably in violation of laws in America or internationally, or laws that absolutely need to be legislated to protect users who don’t have a level team handy to go over the ridiculous tos.

Rigged. So I used to play it a lot a couple of years ago, and now I downloaded it in my phone and started it from level 1. It’s fun. It has only been 5 days, and now I remember why I stopped playing it. In some levels you need to earn certain amount of money, the customers come, you give them the food, on time (use cupcakes if needed), and you don’t reach the minimum, so they ask you if you want more customers (or time), you say yes and pay with your “diamonds”. Well, usually those customers order the cheapest item on the menu, so you still can’t get the coins you need. Then they ask you if you want to spend more, and you know, if you have or not, you use it or not. I was in a very advanced level previously, and it was impossible for me to pass it without spending real money ( there was no way for me to get any more of the games reward, I had upgraded all the restaurants until that moment, and gotten the 3 stars in every level). So, I’m seeing the same rubbish happening again, which has made me decide to delete the game for good.

Fun but frustrating!. I’m honestly surprised this app is rated so high. I play a number of games like this one and always do well. This game gets WAY to hard to fast. I know it supposed to get harder and I don’t mind that. But I’m only on level 80 and I’m already bored of doing the level so many times. I don’t like that you have to beat the same levels multiple times with different goals just to keep moving forward. Doing extra levels should be for power ups and coins not just to get through. If you want people to complete 25 levels to get to the next round make the round 25 levels. Like I said I don’t mind hard but I don’t want to spend days trying to pass the same levels when I’m this early in the game. I can’t win on any of the mini games, I never even get passed the mid level, without getting tired of doing the same level over and over again and saying forget it. I really do like the concept and the graphics but I’ve had it less than a week and I’m pretty much done with it.

Money hungry. This game is great. It’s fun. But does it’s best to give you a run for your money. The purple jewels you need are needed to get any kind of booster. And of course the boosters cost 100 gems. And you barely win or earn enough to ever be able to purchase a booster. The time to get more energy to keep playing the game is too long in my opinion. And the amount of time you get to actually attempt to pass the level is nearly impossible if you don’t have the support of a booster. Running out of time or running out of customers is very irritating. Especially when you need to try and pass the level to win a key to unlock the next few levels to play. Understandably the game is meant to be more difficult the more you level up. But if you don’t purchase the expensive packages with boosters and gems. You barely get to go far in this game. And the packages only come with one booster each. And only 100 gems. Which is the lowest costing package at $2. Which is pricey when you barely get anything useful in return. I think they should take away the energy bar and just allow people unlimited play. And make boosters be available to buy with the coins you make or lower the cost of gems it takes to be able to purchase a booster. And it only allows you to join a group and ask for energy once. It won’t allow me to join another group to ask for energy.

Was good but now it’s annoying. I enjoyed this game at first, but it had so many ads. I mean sooo many ads. Finish a level - ad. And you can’t bypass it that quickly. They will force a 30 second or 1 minute ad on you no matter what. So I paid to stop ads. But guess what? I still got ads! Not a lot. It seems like I got ads on the first level of a new restaurant. While it’s not a lot I paid to NOT have them. I’m at a level where it slowly is harder and harder to finish the levels without using boosters. So eventually you’ll run out of the diamonds to buy boosters. Additionally the game has constant pop ups for their events and other promos to get you to buy boosters and diamonds so they can make even more money even though I’ve already paid. It appears as though these developers don’t really care about our comments anyway because I haven’t seen a single reply to a review yet - good or bad. This is very unfortunate and now I wish I never spent the money to stop ads. They clearly lie about it and they’re just all about making the most money possible rather than make a good enjoyable product to keep ppl coming back.

Big turn-off. First I would like to say,, I truly enjoy this game and have spent a lot of real money and time playing it. Very competitive and rewards are given in reasonable ways. My biggest issue with this game is, often times I’ve been able to win a level (easily) Bt it’s as if the system decides if I’ll win or not prior to starting the level. When beating the clock, I thinks it’s extremely important that the costumers come in faster. Then with the staggered customers come the many whom travel all the way across the counter to place an order. It’s a total slap in the face and I find myself yelling at my phone like a child screaming “THIS GAME IS CHEATING!!!!” When midnight strikes, free levels are available. However, if you are in the mist of completing levels you bought with gems you’ll need to finish them before 12. Bcuz I was cheated out of time from staggered slow customers on a easy timed level I’m out of 50 gems worth of levels and trophies. Plz fix this, or at least be of some type of assistance concerning this matter.

Spending too much for too little. This game can be fun. But I literally just open the game to get the daily prize. If you lose at a level and use a booster that’s fine. But the moment you run out of boosters, you have to spend 100 gems to get only 3 boosters. Watching videos to get free gems, it’ll only give you two at a time. My other chef game offers a free gem pig weekly. In there you play levels until the pig reaches 50 gems then you can “break” it to get them. And it’s free. The boosters should cost less. Or if it’s kept at 100 gems, you should be given more. If you break it down it’s 33 gems per booster to add up to that 100. 3 boosters. It would be fair to be 4 boosters (25 each). Or there should be an option to buy one booster if that’s what you need at the time. I would like to continue to play this game, but I’m refusing to put more money into purchasing gems just to run through them. I’ll stick to opening the app to get the daily prize for awhile.

Love it but recently upset !. It kept giving me connect to internet try again and also when completing the level to open the new restaurant it kept saying update the game etc etc so I reinstalled the app and I was fixing to open a new restaurant but when opening the app to play it pushed me back to level 140 something when I was finished at 170 something to open the new restaurant!!!!!!!!!! I have spent money in this game and I am very upset that this happen. I hope the developers of the game will read the reviews and comments and work on making sure that doesn’t happen to people trying to enjoy this game. I will continue to play this game because even with the circumstances I really do love this game, but that has got me fired up and I will have to restart all over again :( I even spent money and I will loose those already used boost for the levels completed that I will have to restart because of the game messed up. *sigh*

Such a fun game! However…. I love Cooking Madness. I have a number of cooking games on my iPad, but this one has become my favorite. I love the boosters and the challenges in each level. However, there a few things that I wish could change. For 1, I wish we had the options to buy coins! Some levels I do everything right, but because a menu item or an appliance isn’t upgraded, I won’t pass. I get using the double coin booster, but sometimes it’s not worth spending 100 gems when I’m only off by less than 100 coins. It’s even worse when I lose a level by less than 10 coins 🤦🏾‍♀️ Another thing that I wish could be different is how we add ingredients to menu items. While I appreciate being able to just click things and they go where they should, I would like a way to choose where ingredients would go. Sometimes I try to be strategic in how I place them and they end up on an item I wasn’t intending. I’m not sure how this feature can be modified, but I would like to see that change. Other than that, great game. My boyfriend always made fun of me and how intense I am when I play - until I let him play a level 😅 Great work, ZenLife!

WTH. I have been playing this game for about a year. While it is indeed a fun game, it’s getting more and more frustrating to deal With. Most times for the last few months, it takes FOREVER to load, then it crashes almost immediately!! If you do get to play any rounds, the minute u try to move within the game ( go to your quest board, play one of the side games, etc)it will just crash and you won’t know what you’ve lost or sometimes you will have to replay a round you have already completed. You will lose rubies ( which often times you have actually paid for), game progress, prizes, etc. with no way to get them back. As much as loved this game it is just becoming more of data sucker than an actual past time. Can you PLEASE do something to address this?? Also, can you make it possible for guild members to gift extra lives to each other?? Thanks

Entertaining but hate the hard levels. I’ve been playing this game for a while. I have made a couple purchases that I regret doing and will not do ever again. It takes to long to get diamonds to help you pass hard levels and I feel they are impossible if you don’t have them. I replay levels over and over just because. I like the fast paced nature of the game, however will probably delete game soon as a result of the tediousness of game play. I also think that once you make a purchase, you lose those videos that used to show up in the beginning to help you. Also, not getting any boosters after hours of game play is frustrating. I have been playing Cooking Journey and I get an option to watch a video before the level to get a booster to help. It’s not as hard as this game, but at least I have a satisfying experience. This game used to be satisfying to play but now I’m bored with the redundancy of play because I refuse to buy diamonds and boosters.

Fun game but could use improvements. This is fun game where you have to make orders within a certain time frame and also try not to throw away food. However, even though I’ve had it for about a week there are definitely some issues. First off is how long it takes to refill lives. It’s 30 minutes which seems way too long for a game that if you were moving fast could spend all five lives within a matter of minutes. Something else that is probably the most frustrating thing is some of the food layouts. In the game, you’re not allowed to throw away food (or you lose a life that takes 30 minutes to replenish) but to throw away food you double tap. Unfortunately, a lot of the food and sauces/sides are right on top of each other so it’s easy to double tap without meaning to when you’re trying to fill 50 or more orders within seconds… I myself don’t have arthritis or any issues with my thumbs so I could imagine someone with larger fingers or fatter fingers really having a tough time. An easy fix would be either a message asking “are you sure”, or to move some of the foods a little further apart, or to have each completed section of the game come with a throwaway free booster. This game seems like it was really made for one of the very large iPhones in general. And I keep waiting for each level to bring something new but it is getting a little repetitive at this point.

Uniquely challenging restaurant game. (*Update: I’m at level 519, and it’s officially too hard, haha. I’m finally out of free gems to buy boosters. I haven’t spent a penny on this game. Sad to throw in the towel. It was a nice little app to challenge my mind when I needed a break from the daily grind.) I really like this one! I like that there are different challenges to pass the levels, like serving the most dishes before the time runs out or making the most tip money from a limited amount of customers. It makes things much more interesting. The use of combos and “likes” is a unique twist. Be strategic about the way you spend your gems! Some levels need the right upgrade in order to win, and if your gems are gone, you’re out of luck unless you buy or earn more. Fortunately, there are plenty of free ways to earn gems. I haven’t had a reason to spend money yet! I’ve played this for several weeks now as my go-to for blowing off steam. I wish there was a way to purchase the game to remove ads. You can pay for an allotted time of unlimited play. I haven’t tried it, so I’m not sure if it removes the ads for that time. I usually just play until my five lives run out. Sometimes I’ll watch an add for an extra life if I run out too quickly. It lets you watch for up to five extra lives in a 24hr period. Pretty good for a free app!

Costly. I enjoyed this game and it was entertaining. It was “technically” free. But it’s really very cheap when it comes to rewards. It gives you one or two diamonds at a time and yet the upgrades are costly so if you want to continue to higher stages, you will eventually have to invest. Naturally, it’s good revenue for the app developer. But it could get pricy for us players since the “tricks” or extra moves that will earn you the Boosters only get you 2 diamonds. After reaching my budget, it is no longer fun. I got to stage 364 and now I’m done. Also, they change currencies when you reach certain stages. So you’re back to $0 at that point, which is such a cheat. They let you keep the boosters but your cash changes? So all money earned in previous stages do not transfer to this “new restaurant”. In which case, you will have to pay if you want to move on because the upgrade cost is high but winning a level at these early stages only gets you 200 or so. Second, diamond rewards are low but you have to pay 67 diamonds to extend 30 seconds or add more customers. Who came up with this? Really? I am pretty sure I have already spent about $100 at this point. Now I’m done since what I spent money on before is now useless. I’ll just go back to the earlier stages if I want to play this game again. But I’m no longer interested in moving forward. Thanks for the time.

Fun but Aggravating. It’s a fun and addictive game, however, there are some things that make the game more frustrating than fun as you get to higher levels. Food can be accidentally thrown out since the bin is placed right beneath the food and it restarts the level, which can cost a life, if the secondary goal was no food waste. A life takes 30 minutes to regenerate. Food also gets sent to customers other than the one you think you’re serving which can cause you to miss a ‘like,’ in the case when a certain number of ‘likes’ is the goal, and you will fail the level. An extra 30 seconds of play within a level costs 67 gems. The likes are increasingly difficult to obtain as the food combinations increase and mood boosts are limited. The game has a lot of freebies but they go fast. Ads are also plentiful. That said, the graphics are fantastic, the food looks delicious and it gets really fast paced. If you like these things the game will still be enjoyable.

You don’t need to spend money. I started playing during the pandemic and just love it! My favorite thing is that you don’t need ads-you can watch ads to get more coins, or extra life etc. but they aren’t required. There have been times when I was stuck for days on a level but with persistence I made it through. It may seem like you need the boosters or diamonds, but not necessarily. It can seem like it and I’ve paid for extra diamonds etc. but honestly it was bc I was impatient and just wanted to move on from a level. But many times I just bide my time and wait for the daily boosters, watch the ads etc. whatever I can do to earn extra diamonds or coins so I don’t have to spend any money. I only wish all the game money you make would carry over in other worlds or you could have the option of trading them for diamonds when you enter another world. It’s a fun and challenging game and I’m glad I found it!

Money Hungry Thieves. Originally I rated this much higher due to the fact that I made it up to level 160, but that was also because I bought several purple diamonds. The game gets extremely difficult as you move up and the boosters come in handy. Once I stopped purchasing, I stopped winning. After reading several reviews and seeing that a lot of people are experiencing “not enough customers” I decided to screen record my games. Welp guess what?? They didn’t count a few of the customers that were served. Meaning it started me back over and this happened on the food truck experience at level 4 just one level short of a prize. Not to mention, the purple diamonds you win during that side game doesn’t get added to your over all total, but go into a “piggy bank” which you are then “allowed” to purchase with your own money. WOW!!! So they are literally thieves. I have screen recorded more and have literally passed the levels it is saying I failed. What a rip off!!

This has now become my favorite game!!. When I first played this game I got hooked immediately. I don’t cook usually but strangely I find this game so much fun. I like challenges and this game gives me that, some levels are really intense, I feel that I’m faster in general from playing this game. I actually look forward to playing everyday now. The graphics are so cute and colorful, everything is very intuitive. Not only that I’m having fun, it also feels like a training to be more flexible and fast. There’s only one thing I wish developers will improve. Sometimes I want to replay levels I’ve already beat but it doesn’t let me. When I click on a level I’ve completed, it just finds me extra jobs, which is considered levels I haven’t done yet. Please make it that I can go back to play any level I like even if I already got 3 stars for the level.

Fun cooking game. If you want a cooking game that is challenging this is a good one. It gets increasingly hard for each group of restaurants before finishing and starting a new place with all new food and drinks. As you work through the levels you earn coins which are used to upgrade each restaurants items and food and drinks. The only thing I have a hard time with is that there are levels in each group, usually one or two that you have to beat in order to move on and they are very hard if not impossible to beat without the use of boosters, or diamonds. The game gives diamonds at a rate of a couple here and there and boosters cost around 100 diamonds each, and when you need to add customers to a level to pass it cost 67 I believe. So even repeating levels you are allowed to reply you get stuck frequently if you don’t have diamonds or want to buy packs with real money. Other than that it’s a fun game! I like the mini competitions they run often, and if you win you can get nice boosters and diamonds. Overall fun game but it is geared to needing to buy packs, to progress as you level up.

Buggy. I have enjoyed this game for a while and I still do. But just like others are saying, I’ve only gotten this far due to me spending money, more money than I care to admit. I understand the further you go, the harder it should be, but I’m now at the point where I can’t pass certain levels without the boosters, essentially having to spend more money. I enjoy the challenge but I’m currently stuck on level 1800 and for the passed few days it has been very buggy. It freezes every time I get on and I’ll have to restart it. Granted, they return the energy that I lose when it crashes but it has gotten almost unplayable. I’ve checked to see if there’s an update, whether through the app or my phone, but it’s all updated. This issue only recently started and I checked the last app update was a few days ago, lining up with when my game started crashing more often. Please fix it so I can continue to play the game!

Highly Addictive Cooking Game! Love the graphics!. A very fun time management cooking game! It’s possible to beat levels without paying a dime. The restaurant themes around the world and food graphics are so cute and appealing to look at and play with, it gets better with each free upgrade. There are 3 types of challenges: keep customers happy, earn the most money with 5-combos, and fulfill the min # of dishes to pass. You’ll want to spend your diamonds on the right boosters that will help you get through tough levels. There are also occasional side special challenges for a change (I wouldn’t spend any game currency on these as they are hard to beat but fun to play) Overall, game has a nice pace to it and can get challenging near the end of each food world. I’m most excited to see their designs in each world, and I am addicted! Cons: The app does shut down occasionally in the middle of a game, and it could be annoying esp when you’re doing well. Once you open the app again, they restore you the life.

Fun, but turns into pay-to-win. I've been playing this game for at least a year, maybe two. It's been super fun and way less stressful than some of the other games I play. Recently, it's just gotten too hard for me to play without spending money. The last 3-5 levels of each stage I've done in the last month or two are practically impossible to win without boosters, and if you don't have the diamonds to spend on them of if you don't win them through events, you basically have to spend money to move on. It's a little discouraging. The monthly pass is great. I really like having the extra lives and the little prizes. But having a weekly pass is just ridiculous and, in my opinion, incredibly toxic. I'm willing to spend some money once, maybe twice per month, but I'm not going to spend money once per week that ends up being more than a monthly pass. I'm glad the weekly passes are only going through this month. TL;DR: I love this game because the levels are short, they make me think, and it's not as stressful as my other games (especially when notifications aren't bugging me all the time). But I'm sick of feeling like I have to spend money to move forward, and I HATE the weekly pass update. Please go back to monthly passes, and please make it easier to get boosters and/or move forward without them.

Great game, Just needs some tweaking. I loveeee this game!! The graphics are phenomenal and it’s absolutely addicting. I love a good challenge but this game and definitely be frustrating at times. Of course, the higher the level, the more difficult things get but there has to be some balance. You eventually use up all of your resources and are soon to be forced to spend real money which I’m not too much of a fan of. Secondly, when playing certain times levels, the costumers don’t come fast enough to complete the level. There is no reason for them to have to walk to the opposite side of the screen to place their order. This KILLS time! Now you are forced to spend diamonds or use one of your boosters just to get past the level. I think the time shouldn’t start until the first customer arrives and they should stand where they come in. Overall the game is great, just needs some tweaking!

Love. I am addicted to this game. I love playing this game but they’re a few things I don’t like and if the developers of this game change it. I will love it more. The main thing is when you earned your 10-30 minutes free play, that you have to use in that moment when you earn or given to you in what’s new. Most of the time when I earn them I can’t continue playing and I lose them. If they can make it to put in in your saved box or mail where you have the time to use would be great instead of losing it. The other is I notice that the game in certain levels the game tends to not give you your last plays to win. I have have count my food preps and it comes to one missing when I know I did all. Other than that so far the game I love.

Fun until you have to pay. I liked this game. It was fun and pretty easy at lower levels. When I reached 300+ levels it’s getting harder and sometimes I pay for extra gems to pass some certain levels. It was ok because they are not super hard (like 30 likes in 100s which is doable just need a bit of skills and luck) and after passing them you’ll see much easier levels. Until I reach the 550+ levels it’s getting unreasonably hard. Like 60 likes in 96s. Please show me who can do it. I paid a bunch for extra gems and still stuck because after passing one hard lv it goes to another super hard one and it’s desperating and frustrating. I’m happy to buy extra stuff because at the end of the end I pay for how good the game is and the effort people put it making this game. But it’s getting ridiculous and unreasonable so I quit and uninstalled the game.

Costly and the game cheats you!. I loved this game at first and it is very addicting but also very costly! I have spent so much money on this game it’s ridiculous. No more, never again, especially when you don’t get all the points you deserve when you serve the customers. On some levels you get a point for each item you serve but then on other levels you don’t! Why is this? I know it’s just a greedy way for the developers to make money but this is absurd! I can have customers lined up to get their food and then when I serve them I don’t get the points deserved. Like if I have 3 customers and they each have 3 items a piece which should add up to 9 points I may only get 4. This is cheating and also like giving away free food! No restaurant in real life would do this! I know it’s only a game but you all can be fair and give gamers the points they deserve when they serve the customers. I beat a level that I needed a 1050 points on but couldn’t beat a level that only needed 36 points! This again is absurd and awfully greedy of you all! I do spend money and a lot of it but don’t force me to because you aren’t giving me the points I deserve. Why are you all so money hungry!

so upset. such a good game!!! you did so well i literally love it. i’ve played over 400 levels and im addicted it’s become a part of my life. HOWEVER- a lot of the levels are literally just impossible to pass without spending in game “diamonds” and i think that’s dumb. the levels im complaining about are the ones where the objectives are linked and like correspond to each other but don’t match or line up so that it’s possible to win the level. like when you have a certain amount of customers to get a certain amount of money, and i’ve already fully upgraded my kitchen, i accidentally once used two boosters (the temperature one and the instant cooking one) and still with the number of the customers and their orders it was impossible to beat the level because the customers and their dishes just didn’t bring in enough revenue to beat the level, so at this point you can either skip the level (you cant if it’s a keycard level), pay 67 diamonds to continue playing the level (why do i have to pay so much when the level is literally rigged against me?), or use a double profit, which costs 100 diamonds if you don’t have one already. at the very most i should have to watch an ad to continue these levels, or maybe the devs could just make it playable? when in the history of ever has it been okay to produce a game that is so obviously and blatantly impossible?

Addictive but too dependent on gems to win.. It’s a great game it’s very addictive. But there are several problems with it . 1.They should had a double tap to confirm spending gems. I have wasted gems several times clicking the wrong button. And on the same note several times I have been clicking food so fast it’s very easy to double tap to throw away food, this causing me to waste extra time, boosters, and diamonds. 2.on timed levels especially I’m caught up and waiting on customers and they walk all they way across the counter to order food wasting my time. 3. You need a way to earn boosters or diamonds that doesn’t take days or weeks of waiting on bonus videos, daily quests. 4 I’m tired of replaying the same levels I can’t pass to earn tickets to advance. Some changes need to be made because I see most people complaining about the same stuff. People only put up with crap for so long before they dump it and find another game just as fun and addictive.

Because. I’ve been looking for a game like this for ages! It’s perfect! The levels are properly challenging and fast-paced, and the reward events and mini-cooking events bring more things to the screen when you get tired of the main game. The different restaurants, nearly infinite levels, boosters, diamonds, upgrades, extra lives, and everything else make me play this game for HOURS. After playing to 200-3 or so, I realized levels, where you collect likes, are easier than timed coined ones! 😅😂 I normally use boosts or diamonds, or wait until my lives run out. I haven’t spent a penny on this game, and I confidently say it’s the most played on my phone. My top five-star reason is that in the beginning, I didn’t experience a single ad. I think that was a connection error, and it was GREAT while it lasted, but the ads don’t seem constant or repetitive. They don’t take away from playing the game or make me want to stop. In fact, some of the games I play a lot now are from ads I got here. Whether that was purposeful advertising — YOU KNOW WHAT THIS GAME IS TOP TIER AND I WILL DIE ON THIS HILL AND TAKE IT TO MY GRAVE

Rip OFF!!!!. This game is fun and addictive to play .. however I hate the fact that the only allow you to get so far in the game and force you to pay money to advance I have beat almost every level and it seems like one you reach the last game on your level they stop you from winning the game until you pay money for jewels. I have beat my last game over and over never missing one customer and they still told me I lost the game. I actually watched my points not count as I’m playing just to see if it was something I’m doing wrong. The bored I was playing said you have to have over 21 likes all of my customers was well satisfied . I should have got 3 stars but the more ppl I pleased the less points I got . I am not pleased with this game and will be deleting it . I even went back to play old boards that I didn’t get a star on just to earn jewels and even that wasn’t enough to get me pass the next level. But as soon as you pay the .99$ or watevr they ask you for you win automatically. SCREW THIS GAME .. I have giving them over 10$ just to advance I’m DONE ..

Inappropriate Ads. Me and my son play this game together. You promote ages 4 and up to play yet you have inappropriate ads showing. An ad popped up while waiting to play the next level, of two animated men kissing while one of the men’s private area was blurred out and the other showing hand motions near it. Mind you there were sound affects! It was one of those choose your story kind of games that they were promoting, and the games that they promote don’t even have scenarios that play out the way they promote it, because I have played similar games like that. But I was mortified as my son was next to me waiting for his next turn to play the game, mind you, you have to wait 5-6 seconds before you can exit out of the ad, which I ended up exiting the whole game. My son had questions that I had to answer but I shouldn’t have to discuss it while playing something which was supposed to be innocent fun. Please be careful on what your kids play, and watch the ads that they promote. Shame on this app for allowing these ads to promote inappropriate sexual activity on an app meant for children ages 4 and up. I love the game but this upset me so much I rated one star. I hope I brought some awareness to parents who let their children play games without any supervision, it’s not as innocent as they promote it to be. Smh.

Cooking Madness is driving me crazy!. I enjoy playing this game, to a point, but then I hated it. It's just another scam, designed to part fools from their money - LOTS of their money. If they wanted to charge me $15 to buy their game, then let me go my happy way to play it, I would happily do so -but they want to make it so every few levels, it is impossible to move on, unless you buy their super powers - over and over and over. NO game is worth all they are trying to get! This is ridiculous! I don’t mind watching a couple of ads here and there to earn boosts - and completing challenges that are difficult but doable to earn them is fine, too… but NO game is worth paying every single day (what they WANT - NOT what I do!) just to play for a little bit! Most days I just play for a little while, then quit when it wants to charge me to play on… but today, I was finally beating the level I’ve been stuck on for weeks, and the stupid game cheated me! In the Valentine challenge, I am constantly beating 6, 7, and occasionally 8, then running out of time on 9 and getting busted back down to 6… but today, I was actually killing it on 9, and the stupid game glitched on me, and no matter how many times I tried to take my hearts out of the oven, the ovens would not open. I give up. Not worth the frustration. The designer has a potentially good game here, but greed has ruined it.

Fun at first. This “game” randomly chooses where the items go regardless of the order in which the order pops up. So if you have a character waiting that shows up before another character that orders the same thing, the item will go to the most recent character vs the one who’s been waiting the longest, causing your customers to get angry and you having to use more resources. Also, you do not get the entirely of time for the challenge, the game stops registering any taps within the last two seconds of any given challenge. If you have a level where you have to make a certain amount of money before the time runs out or number of customers run out, it also just so happens that your characters will order one item each which will not allow you to make enough. Of course, all of these things will eventually lead you to purchase boosters or gems in order to pass the level. Dumb. Another thing is, you need to pay not to have ads unless you want to sit thru an ad literally after every level.

Please Fix. This game is awesome fun and addictive but it would be better if you could ask friends for lives when ever you want to not just when you run out of lives!! Team asking lives should be anytime as well not put on a 24 hour clock before you can ask your team for friends! The customers get annoyed to quick!! My biggest issue is I play from my phone and The food items are so close to each other I’ve lost many Purchesed boosters due to this issue Not everyone is playing from tablets and some have big fingers With some tweaks this Game could be the greatest and have you ever thought about letting a key card be purchased some levels are really hard but I do love this game but I’ve also lost many boosters over stupid things that could be tweaked all in all it’s fun and addicting The remove ads was worth it for those complaining!! Paying Player. So I have paid quite a few times for extra gems and for special events to earn extra awards like Autumn and Winter events. You can’t win anything extra on a level you have already beaten. So it has to be a new level. With that being said, twice now they have had no “New Restaurants” available so they did a trophy level to where can still trying winning some tickets or passes for the events, but then when you win all the trophy levels, you have wait at least a day or 2 for new ones to come up. So I’ve wasted at least $15 trying to play to win the events. And with the events they do give you some good rewards, but there’s nothing available, you can’t proceed with the event. Just really disappointing. And I was really enjoying playing this game and I am apart of a great team. I would like to actually request some money back or get reimbursed with some gems. And I have commented on this before, I really wish when you send a gift to your team members, that you could have a couple of different options instead of an extra life. Maybe like some boosters, but no, still nothing. Trying to debater whether if I’m going to play anymore.

Best Game in Months!!. Honestly, I love this game. If I could give it more stars, I would. Let’s start with the basic stuff that pleases everyone: there’s basically no AD breaks, though rewards in return for watching a 15-30 second video are there as an OPTION. Gems are fairly easy to collect through completing daily challenges and playing the levels. You spend the gems on the boosters, which honestly, I hardly use anyway. Something I found genuinely really cool about this game is that when you find yourself in the “real dollars to in-game money” shop tab, and you don’t buy anything, they’ll offer you some free gems in exchange for an ad break. I’ve had the presented to me almost every time, and usually I take it up on the offer. The levels have 3 tiers of difficulty, meaning each level you can play 3 times over, this gives you the chance to earn more coins, gems, and master keys which unlock the new restaurants as you reach them. I’m currently playing on the third restaurant. I was able to completely upgrade all my items in the shop by the first few levels of each restaurant by playing each level 3 times. Now I have to play a little longer for the upgrades as, of course they’re going to get more expensive as you play on. Where’s the fun if there’s ZERO challenges? I play this game for hours on end throughout my day, whenever I have free time. I love it so much. Definitely recommend if you like the classic time-management game!

Fun… until. Like most games, this game is fun and addicting right until the start making impossible unless you spend money. Around level 67 for me. There’s no way to create a consistent strategy to beat the harder levels, without the use of their boosters, which cost in game currency, you minimally earn by completing random side tasks. For me, that takes away the fun. I would spend money in boosters for exceptionally hard levels IF there was consistent ability to use independent strategy to beat harder levels without having to resource to boosters. For instance, levels 60+, you have 4 costumers, and you’re trying to make dishes as the approach, yet when you click a completed dish for one, it goes to another that just came over causing chaos in trying to strategize output. I have no issue with in-app purchases as a venue for making revenue on free games, however, it’s crappy to force players to have to do so, by making the game goals impossible. 👎🏻

Pay-to-win, but fun before you get stuck. I’m reading through the other reviews and it looks as though everyone has similar issues at varying levels, indicating it requires some skill but… Look, from level 70 onwards I haven’t been able to move forward without increasingly hard to obtain power-ups. Earlier in the game I could get away with using whatever free power-ups were around and earning gems from levels- it was lots of grinding, but not impossible to play freely. But the levels have gotten to a point where the difficulty is so high every level needs a power up. To make any progress further in the game would require my spending money on the game. Also, I don’t really like to complain about ads in games where you can pay to remove them, but the ads in this game are ridiculous- it asks if you want to watch an ad for in game currency and if you say no, it shows you an ad anyway without a reward. Ads play after literally every level. You definitely could pay to remove them, but I wouldn’t suggest it since you only get so many hours of entertainment before hitting a difficulty spike. Gonna delete from my phone now, but not before grabbing screenshots to brag to my friend who got me into this game.

My All-time favorite, so far ;). I love these kinds of organization/time management games. I’ve played many and deleted almost that same number after trying them out for a day or so... or 15 minutes LOL. After years of wading through new games, the minute I am ‘forced’ to sit through 30 seconds of advertising, especially when said ads are stuffed in between every round of play, that app hits the trash. Not so with this little gem... Thank you, thank you, thank you to the devs 💖 I’m not really a stingy sort. I believe in paying people for a job well-done. I have, and will continue as long as this game stays on track, to pay a reasonable amount for the pleasure of playing it. I find the the graphics fun and interesting, the controls/touch quality quick and responsive and, so far, I’m truly enjoying myself. I downloaded about 15 apps in the same category and am working my way through the ones I’ll keep. This one has risen to the top. My hardy recommendations to others looking for a fun cooking app.

Another Shameless Money Grab. What starts out as a fun game, is basically just sucking you in to get you to spend actual money to progress. First of all, the ads didn’t start until day three of playing the game, which I am happy to pay to go away on a game I like. So I did that, no problem. Then you quickly realize that many levels are impossible to beat without boosters that very quickly become impossible to maintain without purchasing them using real money. And then there’s this whole complete bs concept of “energy” where you can’t continue playing once you lose five times. Sure, you can buy more with 100 diamonds, which the game siphons to you 1, 2, and 3 at a time, but is happy to charge hundreds of them for something incredibly menial. Look, I’m a realist: I know games can’t be free and that the companies that make them need to somehow make money. I just wish the approach wasn’t so slimy and underhanded. So hey, keep designing games where levels that aren’t even marked as “hard” are virtually impossible to beat without boosters, and watch people like me delete tf out of your game. [shrug]

Fun for about a second. I just started playing this game and it’s fun so far. The recipes are less challenging than other cooking games, but winning levels is more or less impossible by level 60. You have to win every level 3 times to get to the next stage. I don’t like how you can’t decide who gets what dish. It prolongs the number of people at the counter so there isn’t much changeover, which ultimately impacts your score, especially on timed levels. There are SO MANY ADS. I have to watch an ad after every game, and you have to watch additional ads to get coins, but you can only buy energy. I’m not doing that, and I’m not paying a dollar to not see ads. The special rounds where you can win energy are impossible. Win 5 in a row to get 10 minutes of energy, except the game will only let you win 4 in a row and half of the “free” time you get is wasted on ads. I have to give this 1 star. I had to watch 2 ads after a game, 1 after playing and 1 after clicking upgrade. The power up things don’t help at all. Please don’t waste your money on this game. They’re already making a ton on ads and stealing and selling your data! There are plenty of cooking games that are more fun. I’ve been playing Rising Super Chef for 10+ years. You can actually play for more than 5 minutes without losing energy and watching 50 ads.

Fun but I’m Mad.. This game is pretty fun and I was cruising along enjoying myself but here comes level 22 and I literally can’t pass it because I keep being told I need more customers. So I can’t figure out if it’s because I’m too slow or if I’d run out regardless. But honestly I feel like I do a pretty good job. I’m filling all the orders, no one has walked away. The only level I’ve failed so far was level 6 of the valentine levels. So back to the customers I need: the only way to get more customers? Pay 67 gems for them. Guess what else? I don’t have enough gems. I’ve played this level like 5 times now. I started out like 20 or more gems short. I have watched ads and I get 2 gems per ad. How many ads do I have to watch? And then what happens on the next level? Do I need to pay for more customers again? This makes me mad because I’m basically being forced to pay real money to get more gems or else I can’t advance in the game. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m happy to pay for in-app purchases WHEN I WANT TO. But NOT because I’m forced to in order to play the game. Disappointed because I was having fun. DEVELOPER: People will pay money for this game regardless. Don’t force us to do it. I would have kept playing and I would have eventually spent money. Now? You lost me.

It’s better but you need to fix it still 👌🏾. So I have good news and bad news. The good news is that I don’t still hate the game and I did need some more upgrades but what I’m mad about is something different than my last review. and for some stupid reason I can’t see the review and it’d just like poof...so... but anyway the bad news is that when you get to levels in the game they give you about 15 characters to give food to and then it asks you if you want more customers for 67 gems and you know the games where it’s easy to get coins but then there are like gems or something like that and you use the gems to get better stuff than what you use to get stuff with the coins? This is one of those games but instead of getting better stuff with the gems you get the same stuff you’d get with the coins and it is super hard to like 2 gems so how do you expect us to get 67 of them for literally 3 customers! This is a whole lot more frustrating than the last one cus I could get through those levels without raging every 5 seconds. but with this I can’t.

I WAS Enjoying this Awesome Game up until... The basic scheme of trying to have the user purchase energy just to play the cooking game you run out of energy apparently on top of watching ads for 1 or 2 Jems and you need about 5 to 100 of them to purchase a carrot or upgrade a carrot excuse me TIMES 3 along with the lettuce.. the plate.. the frying pan so on and so forth. I’m so tired of finally finding games that I enjoy and then after a couple of hours the panhandling begins. DELETE APP… always the same truly sad results of 87% of games. I finally find interesting to download and play. Word puzzle games May still requires ads that you CAN SKIP after about 5-10 seconds but at the same time they don’t ask you for money and you can play as many word puzzles as you like without needing “make-believe energy” The desperate nowadays is embarrassingly ridiculous and now I can’t even play a cooking game without running out of “fake energy”. It’s just really sad stop being so money hungry the thirst, greed is extremely real. It’s like being at a stop light and hoping that individual doesn’t walk to the side of your car window and just stand there and make it uncomfortably awkward until the light turns green and you can’t wait to hit the gas full force be like REALLY…

There’s only one problem.... I love this game. It is so much fun and was created in a way that you can keep going. In other cooking games, I find that you are not able to pass levels unless paying for upgrades. I love that I can play extra shifts on levels if I run out of money. I also love the special games (The easter and mother day special mini games are awesome) and the creativity with food and restaurants is so appealing! There is only one problem I recently ran into. I was looking at the booster options but didn’t want to spend my diamonds right away. I went to click the exit button, but something went wrong. It ended up paying for a booster I never use, and unfortunately took half my diamonds. I now have 3 extra boosters of a booster I never use and don’t have diamonds for the upgrade I wanted to make. I would love it if there was a pop up when trying to buy things with diamonds asking “are you sure you want to purchase ‘x’?” Then you could confirm or cancel the purchase. Really small issue and I may be the only one who has this problem 😂

I love cooking madness because it sometimes can be just a little stressful but it’s like a good stressful by the way I am Layna,Libertino and it’s just my problem my favorite game that I’m on my iPad and I have a lot of games so sometimes when things like when there’s a bunch of people waiting to get like the same things, it’s kind of hard because you can only get a maximum of three like grills, and it’s really like if there’s like for instance like seven people they probably can’t be that many but if you have to give them all the same things and maybe a drink or a fish or some thing it’s really hard because There is not enough grills for it or there’s not enough drink things and blah blah blah blah blah, so yeah, but I still really really really love cooking madness, so thank you. Was nice in the beginning. I’ve been playing this game for years, especially around the holiday season. The rewards have lessened and some levels I can hardly beat. This is coming from someone who wrote a review in the past basically telling people that it is possible to pass levels without money. However, this doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Further, while I do have the add free version, I really dislike the pop up for more gems and coins to get little from watch 60 second ads. The game is fun, but this is ridiculous. Don’t even get me started on this Christmas event. I’m still at level 30 and unless I spent money on boosts it’s simply a waste of time and so hard to beat. The time given for the likes is absolutely unbalanced. Being in a 200+ level, I’m very sure I can get 22 likes but to only get 10/22 is ridiculous and I’m wondering if you guys are now designing the game to simply make money. I would like to have a dev reach out to me. I really want to support this pass time game but not like that. Please fix the balance.

Just make us pay one fee for the game!. The kind of game I wish would just let me play a flat fee to play instead of trying to milk me for money. What you have to pay to get gems is ridiculous considering the bare minutes of gameplay you can generally pull from those gems. I wasn’t even going to leave a bad review because this is just a thing that happens in games now, but I was disgusted by the “piggy bank” that just popped up. It’s this thing were for like 38 hours a “piggy bank” randomly shows up and takes most of your hard earned gems and then guess what? You get to pay for them to get them!! Oh, but don’t worry…it’s at a discount. Cool. Thanks for keeping the gems and not letting me use them when I need them….and then making me buy them from you. The biggest insult is how they make it look like this is a great little feature they put in for the user instead of just another stab at not even letting us get in some honest game play. Why can’t you just make 2 platforms so that some of us can just buy the game for whatever price you think is fair and then we can play in peace! And then other people can just by gems every 10 minutes.

Love. My favorite game of its kind, I’ve always liked this kind of game and tried playing others but unfortunately they were disappointing for many reasons. Not sure why other reviews complain about having to pay for diamonds and such. I am on level 750 and I have 2,465 diamonds with being able to take the liberty to use diamonds for boosts on some levels. My six year old daughter even borrowed my phone and spend 400 of my diamonds lol (of which I was mad and she hasn’t done it since). Of course I did have to complete just about every level to collect so many diamonds (level 3 gives you 5 diamonds each). Completing tasks will also give you diamonds. I do agree some levels are ridiculously hard or even impossible to pass without using diamonds but the game gives you so many it doesn’t even matter and it’s only a couple of levels per restaurant on which you will have to use diamonds. There are quite a bit of ads but come on the game is FREE!

I give up! Way too expensive….. This is a great game and very addictive however it’s impossible to pass higher levels without boosts and harder still to earn boosts or gems to buy boosts. I have no issue with in-app purchases and always make purchases as I see it as fair compensation for the enjoyment I get from playing, but the Only way to advance through this game once you hit higher levels is to purchase and I think I’ve contributed more than enough $$$ towards this game. It’s a shame, it’s really is a great game - I’ve not yet come across a game that is rigged quite as much as this one and at such an early stage of play.

Has a lot of potential. When I started this game I really got into it, I found that the graphics were good, the way you make food isn’t overly stressful and is actually enjoyable. However the further I got into the game (and really, it wasn’t that far) it started becoming ridiculous. Like having to spend diamonds on customers and then once you’ve run out of diamonds (which always happens) you’re basically forced to spend real money to get further into the game. Nobody wants to do that. Better off making the game cost $10 or so up front so you don’t have to spend money/diamonds on customers and then replacing that with making the game gradually get more and more difficult as you normally do with games. If you actually took that advice this game would be amazing and I feel like it would bring in a lot of people wanting to buy/play it. Fun but frustrating. I have read other reviews and agree that this can get expensive when you get to higher levels as you can’t pass them without gems( which it takes ages to ‘earn’). However the most frustrating thing I find is that the ‘quit’ or ‘end game’ bar at the bottom of the screen is in such close proximity to the in play operations that I often find myself quitting or pausing a game without intending to thus impeding my progress. SO FRUSTRATING!! Please fix this with the next ‘bug fix’ !

You have to spend money to pass. The game is addictive but it’s a game made for you to get frustrated not being able to pass a level and spend money. There were some levels that you can go back and play again but what I found was quite often in the same level a customer is too slow coming into the restaurant for you to serve them then the time is up. I got frustrated trying to pass a level (knowing it’s designed for me not to pass regardless how fast you serve) and the bonus job everyday for three weeks (which you only get one energy to use free every 20 minutes and maximum 5) so I ended up deleting it.. problem solved! If you don’t give alternatives and don’t care to improve the game people move on to new games

Extortion. Yeah, this game is addictive and playable until they get you hooked on the ‘harder’ levels that can’t be passed unless you buy gems for more time or customers. Don’t be thinking that you’ll be able to switch off and enjoy game time either, more time is spent watching ads and loading wait screens than actually playing unless you buy the ads free version, which I did only to discover how annoying this game is even without ads. Nothing more frustrating than levels designed to be impossible without paying to pass or forcing you to watch ads for the same ‘pleasure’.

Unable achieve the levels with only one player.. To begin with I have tried to achieve many levels that have limited days to receive the gems but I need my mum to help me with them because they are ridiculously complicated. It is not me I am a really fast at the game but even then it is unplayable. The people also get angry to quick. The people one minute have thumbs up and the next they are gone. My mum also completed level 20 and it then took her all the way back to level 16. This would be a good game if they did not have so many faults.

Fun. When I was in the App Store looking for a cool cooking game. I have played many before, but this one was different it looked very unique. That’s why I downloaded it. I have only been playing for about 5 minutes but I am enjoying it so much that I don’t want to stop playing. Also there are no ads, and I even turned off my music to listen to the background music.

More free gems. Along with others, I too would like more opportunities to collect gems rather than paying for them. I especially dislike the “Piggy Bank” that takes all those rare and hard to earn gems that we then have to pay to get back. Otherwise, the game is very addictive and great fun.

Paid item no long available?. Tried to find a way to email you guys but couldn’t find one so just leaving my msg here. I paid to get extra lives in the generic setting (meaning it’ll go from 5 lives when it’s full to 8) and I’ve had that for a few months now.. only to open up the game today and have it be returned to 5 instead of the 8 I was guaranteed. Wouldn’t be an issue if I hadn’t paid for it with real money you know. Please fix it. Please respond how I go about contacting you to correct error. Thanks. Otherwise I love the game!

So much potential!. I really like this! Great graphics, lots of levels, addicting to play! I myself haven’t experienced the “pay to play” higher levels but I have noticed something! Not sure if it’s a bug in my game or just how the game works - but I find it so frustrating to do extremely well on a level for it to only give 1 star every time. To get 3 stars on a level, I HAVE to play it three seperate times. It’s so frustrating. I find myself not even really trying for the first and second levels anymore, and find that it takes the fun out of the game. Since level 1 it has done this. I wish you were able to get 3 stars on your first attempt. Otherwise, great game!

Good and addictive game. Enjoy playing this game very addictive however things become too expensive and don’t seem to earn enough cash to buy upgrades so having to spend days replaying levels to get cash to pass other world levels. Also it’s really annoying how in some levels you are set up to fail where you have to use your gems or extra things to pass it. That’s annoying. All in all a good game that anyone can play

Expensive. The challenges are fun and get harder as you go along but as you get to higher levels (I’m at 198) there is no way you can complete them without purchasing boosts. I already purchased enough to get to this level. It’s getting expensive so I’m going to have to quit here.

I WANT A REFUND. I purchased 600 gems and forgot that i removed my card on app store so i need to sign it back. I tried using my paypal account for the payment method but, it says that my phone country should be the same in the country of my paypal account. So, i put may card info and purchased the gems. But in my online banking I got 2 charges for my gem purchased which is I only got 1(600gems) in the game. I humbly asking for a refund or just give me my gems credit. I’ll change my rating later when the issue got resolved. Thank you!

Karen. There’s only one thing I dislike, the constant ads after each round, why not make it after you clear all three stages of a level. I would really like to go ads free but the fee for us to au is the let down. The levels to complete are great for an adult but for younger ages it’s a lot more challenging. Loving the game but just really dislike the ads.

Fun but costs a lot to go higher. I have really enjoyed this game and found myself looking forward to the higher levels. However some games cannot be completed without the additional gems or aides so this will incur a cost. You can watch a video which might give you 1-2 gem but for assistance with a game you need approx 67 gems so is very expensive (or a lot of ads). If doesn’t improve, am going to delete the app.

They want you to pay. Can’t pass level 40 they want you to pay for Gems. I have enough coins but gems are hard to get. I’d never pay for games, it’s ridiculous. It’s a great game otherwise but you can only repeat the easier levels for free. And I’d like to pass new levels and do something new. But unfortunately can’t happen. It’s now getting boring unfortunately and I think I’ll have to delete this game. There’s a Cafe game which is much better and it’s free, you get to do more things.

Great until the ads started. Overall great game until it gets to a point where you can’t avoid the ads coming in after every level and all the pop up within the game very annoying and no way to turn them off. I would pay to turn off the ads!!!

Addictive but hard!. I really like this game. It’s challenging and you have to work really fast. Only issue is that it’s quite hard to get to the next stage without using gems. I am refusing to buy any so it’s slow going. The side challenges/ restaurants that pop up periodically are fun too. There are lots of ads, but that’s a good time to rest your eyes after a challenge!

Expensive. I loved playing this game, I was so addicted but once you get to the more challenging levels it gets impossible to pass and it’s so hard to collect rewards and diamonds. The only way to pass a level is if you pay money and buy the diamonds and other rewards. I’m over it and don’t like playing it very much anymore for that reason.

Becomes rigged at higher levels. i enjoy playing this game and have been doing so for months and im really disappointed at how far ive gotten only for it to be RIGGED! there have been so many levels where i have served all my customers and am waiting for more to come through but the timer runs out! how am i suppose to reach the goal if there are no customers to serve ?? twice i have accumulated hundreds of diamonds only to lose it all in a minute to buy extra customers. diamonds should be used to buy time not customers!! come on guys this is a joke. please fix this!

Great game but hard to pass. I agree with other comments on reviews, this is a great game but super difficult to pass a few levels and if you don’t spend money it takes a very long time. I hope they bring out more rewards to make this game worthwhile before I get too frustrated and leave.

Fun. Please release the new map soon. Have finished all of the levels. I have 900+ gems saved and over 100k cash. I find the levels not difficult. Here's a tip: if you're on a level that requires you to make the $, make sure you take advantage of the combos. Even if that means you have to wait to serve 5 dishes in a row, it's worth it. I haven't had to spend any gems on double profits. Use different tactics for different levels and you won't have to spend as many gems.

Great game. I’m addicted to this game. It’s also good to find a game that you can play and enjoy and it doesn’t cost a lot of money. I’ve been playing for ages and have only paid because I wanted to. Lots of fun and the perfect amount of challenge.

Mum. This is my go to game find it really relaxing, but finding it harder as you go further in the game to plat without having to spend money, as you get near the end of each level there's no way you can pass unless you buy extra gems, please make an easier way to collect gems rather than having to wait a week to collect enough now for some reason I don't get the option to watch videos

Going downhill tbh. I was enjoying this game until it started to get too difficult where you needed gems to pass to get extra customers. I’m not going to buy gems with my money, so unfortunately going to delete. People play games to relax and have fun, but when you’re stuck on a level for days on end, that’s when a game gets deleted, because it stops being fun. ((Plus I really hate the seafood levels, I just want to get to the next one))

Great but frustrating. I really enjoy playing this game, however it is frustrating when you can’t beat levels on your own and need (they want you too) to purchase gems in order to get to the next level. Shouldn’t have to buy gems just to get through. The temptation is always there.

Annoyed. Great game, but just like the others. Great game, and really addictive! The only problem is it starts to get hard without using gems. I’m not one to spend real money on a game so it’s very disappointing, especially when I love this game so much. I’d hoped to finally play a fun cooking game without this concern, but once again I am disappointed.

Expensive and time restrictions are difficult. Not enough free gems. We should get gems for playing each day. Not coins. Gets to a point where you can’t get further unless you buy gems. Also the time limits are ridiculous. Too short. Impossible to do. The characters take too long to come in. Why do the walk right across the screen before you can serve them. Sometimes you have extra clients to achieve but you don’t get that option. Seems to bomb out at the most inconvenient time. Lots of glitches. Very difficult game.

Sigh diamonds. Amazing game, but one HUGE flaw. You can get very far without paying actual money. Actual money should only be if you want to progress faster, not just at all. So get rid of the need to buy more diamonds. Its ridiculous. Only reason i keep downloading the app again is in hopes that this changes, otherwise i just delete it again

Love it, but too expensive. I love this game! But it’s too expensive! Once your start getting into higher levels (and not too far along mind you), you need to use boosters to pass the levels - which costs a lot of money! They’re impossible to complete, even if your kitchen is fully upgraded. Would rather pay a flat rate to purchase the game, and have the levels actually be achievable to complete without spending additional money :(

Great game but when are you fixing the bugs. I think it closes unexpectedly on me at least once a day. Yes we get the life back and anything else that was used but seriously with all the updates I would’ve thought the issue would be resolved.

Addicting time management!. Awesome for lovers of time management games. Mixture of easy levels with more challenging ones. Also has the ability of being able to join a team enabling you to give and receive energy. I’ve been a fan of these types of games for years and would have to say this is up there with my handful of favourites.

Love it 😍. I have played this game and I I love it another thing is that when more then 1 person can play that’s what me and my sisters keep up the work and even because instead of serving by yourself it happens by its own which is great and again keep up the great work

Too much ads. This game is really fun and I’ve been playing for years but, what I’ve noticed is that amount of ads have increased. Usually it used to be around one ad for 10 levels or something. But now, there’s two ads every level! This is ridiculous. Again, this is a really good game and very popular, too. I think you guys are getting enough money to decrease ads, no?

Enjoyable, but very challenging. This game is very enjoyable and fast paced, the challenge curve does get a bit steep in later levels, requiring boosts to complete, but with a little patience, you can get the gems to buy boosts without having to shell out real money. My biggest gripe is that I get pop up ads after Every. Single. Level... It's really irritating because the ads have caused the app to freeze on occasion or they're difficult to close. Please fix this

Very addictive game. Very addictive game, fun and less boring than others, but completely frustrating that it’s always cornering you to pay real money to move through levels. There are levels, that even if you are fully upgraded, you can’t pass without multiple boosters, which most of the time costs real money or a lot of time to collect them and you can’t move forward without passing that level - very smart but very frustrating and unfair

Fun and addictive!. This is a great cooking game with really good graphics. The food looks yummy and the scenery looks appealing. I thought it was going to be an easy game because I’m good with time management games but it gets more challenging. But I like a good challenge! I’ve managed to get to level 65 in two days without using any boosters. It’s addictive to play.

So expensive but addictive game. Great game and very addictive. But you have to purchase gems. Some levels you cannot achieve without gems. And when you finally get to a stage that you don’t need gems, you move to a new restaurant in a new country where all of your earned coins are no longer valid. Great game but... This game is very addictive and fun up to a point. The levels become simply impossible to complete without purchasing gems to buy boosts and then the fun and skill required goes out of the game. Too many levels per restaurant where it becomes boring and impossible to complete. There is not quite enough about it to keep me interested. Too repetitive, 30 levels+ per restaurant. This is a good game but bring your money with you!

Not free to play. The game is fun and addictive, and it’s great that there are almost unlimited levels however it’s not free past level 250. I’m unlikely to keep coming back to a game that’s rigged and unplayable at higher levels. I don’t mind being stuck on a level if I felt I would eventually pass it but not if it’s physically not possible without paying for upgrades. Maybe if it adopted a similar approach like candy crush that would be great.

Payment required. The base game is brilliant. But it should be illegal for a game to become unplayable without spending real money. Levels don’t get harder, they just give you less customers than you are required to serve and then demand you pay diamonds to get more. The developers need to at least be honest with the players that they want your money to progress, not leave people confused as to how they’re supposed to pass a level when there isn’t enough customers to serve. It’s dishonesty and greed at its finest. As another reviewer said, the base game should be $10 and players able to continue based on skill, not finance. It’s a money grab on an otherwise fun and well developed game, enough to remove 4 stars.

Great!. This game is so great! I'm on level 250 and have never had to spend my own money! They make it easy for you to save up gems to be able to use them if you need to help pass a level. You can replay previous levels to get more gems to keep moving through the game! It's so much fun with all different worlds and restaurants. Best cooking game yet and so addictive

Fun but also frustrating. It’s a fun game but also very frustrating as gems are hard earn and easily spent. When you lose, you get the option to use the gems to add time, and often the game ends and you are still tapping to serve food and accidentally spend 67 gems to add 30 seconds that you did not want to do. Very annoying especially since the gems are so slowly accumulated.

Expensive. I discovered this game and immediately knew it was going to be fantastic and it certainly is! Like other users have been saying once you reach the higher levels, they are more challenging and you can’t pass them without gems and keys etc which ends up costing money each time. The game is so addictive that in one night I had made 60+ levels and couldn’t stop. I would have rated 5 stars, the reason I didn’t is based on price once reaching those harder higher levels and it is very frustrating. I don’t feel personally you should be charging for stuff that we need to complete levels. Maybe you should have little challenges and if you succeed that’s the way you earn gems. The little videos to watch earn stuff but we shouldn’t be paying for stuff to complete levels. Lose the expensive costs to pass levels and the game is wonderful 😃👍 I feel like judging by so many comments on here similar around the price people will start deleting this app because nobody wants to keep paying 1.49 for gems or bonuses to make a level and even then you only get 1 of each item to get you through which ends up being frustrating.

💸💰💸. Fantastic game! BUT to progress through the levels you need to keep buying gems which is physically impossible to complete without the bonus’s which you have to purchase which is extremely frustrating. I would’ve rated this game higher as I really do think it’s great but very unfortunate that it constantly prompts you you pay out of your own back pocket.

Can get expensive. I enjoy playing but it does become expensive as the gems are not cheap and a lot are required to buy boosts to get through the levels. Some levels you simply cannot get through without using boosts and you are either stuck for ( in my case weeks) or cave in and buy gems. It would be better if you could convert points earned into gems rather than having to always spend real cash. Or if the bonus levels paid in gems or a combination of gems and points. The developers must be making a fortune from frustrated players before they finally give up spending and delete the game.

Buggy laggy and tricky for no reason.. Ads work just fine conveniently until I need the double coins or 10 more seconds or 1 more customer and then suddenly the ads lag or bug out! Has been happening since the last update. It makes me get stuck on levels for WEEKS.

Impossible. Very frustrating, I love the cooking game but some level are too hard and impossible to play put less time limit not all the level, I play lot of cooking games and I didn’t find one that is very fun to play not one.

Too hard after level 64. Don't bother with this game. It becomes too fast for human eyes and fingers. Can't pass harder levels without using boosters and I refuse to pay for game boosters. Ended up deleting it even though I paid initially to get rid of the adds. This is why I usually never buy games on apple store until I know they're worth it - I jumped on the boat too soon.

BEST GAME EVER!. it’s really fun and I think the creativity they put in the game is awesome!!

Could Be Better. Good game but way too expensive. Some levels are impossible to beat without buying some boosters which cost too much for what you get. Also, if you do finally make it to the chest that’s supposed to have great prizes in it - it doesn’t. What’s in the chest is not worth the effort or money it took to get there. Such a shame, they could keep players playing longer if they would correct some of these things that everyone complains about.

Great game, tough levels. It’s such a fun game and has never crashed for me personally but some levels are just impossible. I do it perfectly and still don’t have enough customers in the time allowed for example. Such a shame it’s a really great game but I get too frustrated feeling like I’m playing ring toss at a carnival.

Sleepy support. I’ve received boosters and I can seem to click on them to use them. Number 3 beside the boosters are present, meaning I have that many but not able to use them to pass certain levels. It almost feels like a scam so that you have to purchase boosters. I’ve wrote support at least twice with no attention back in regards to how to operate their game. I say stay away.

Money hungry. As you advance it becomes impossible to play without boosters. Of course you have to purchase these boosters with your real money. Classic tactic but what do you expect from greedy app developers like this

Don’t pay for ad free version. I paid for the ad free version, but I still have to watch ads whenever I want to double my reward or get more energy. It should be more clear when buying this version. It feels like a dishonest practice and we should not accept that as customers.

Pay to win. I love the concept of this game, it’s reminiscent of Diner Dash in its early days (before they monetized the hell out of it). However, you reach a ceiling in this game where it is almost impossible to complete levels without using a boost, and most of these boosts cost money and it’s very rare that you get them as a daily login prize. This game is over monetized to the point where they’re not even trying to hide it, they’re basically whaling at this point and seeking those players who are compulsive completionists who spend too much money on these nickel and dimey mobile games. I don’t mind free to play games as long as they give me the option to be able to win without paying money (a lot of games make you pay with time if you won’t pay with money) but there are some mobile games that just halt progress at a certain level cap (in this case it’s level 70) where it becomes nigh impossible to continue without busting through that pay wall (the human finger can only tap so fast). Love the game, hate the excessive monetization. After 3-5 days of trying to get past these levels (and trying in vain to beat the special events, which also need boosts to beat) I have uninstalled the game and moved on to other games that don’t demand money in order to progress. I actually do spend money on freemium mobile games, but only games I enjoy (like Board Kings, The Sims Freeplay, Hearthstone or Hay Day) where every goal or skin is attainable and every level is eventually beatable, whether you pay or not. Sadly, this is NOT one of those games. I’ll pay money to play a freemium game, but not when I feel exploited as a player. There’s a fine balance between paying to enhance gameplay and paying to win, and the devs of this game haven’t yet struck this balance.

Started of fun. It started off fun but this game wants you to spend money- it’s the only way to buy gems and you need them to complete levels - you can watch a video for 2 gems- you need a min of 100. I stopped playing as they have nothing that offers you to work for gems- it’s to bad

Oh my god the pop ups. Used to be fun, now opening the game is so annoying that I pretty much immediately lose interest in playing. Not exaggerating, something like 10 pop ups come up between ads to pay real money for a bunch of things, a bunch of events all at once, different maps, new areas, new updates, asking to rate the game, and I’m clicking the X but they’re redirecting me to new screens (within the game) — all I wanted was to play the game. Chill with the pop ups and icon/event/game screen overload.

Cannot get past a level . I have done all upgrades purchased a ton of time.. Too expensive.

Only fun through micro-transactions. Fun game, with lots of potential... but basically only able to continue through levels by forking out real money. Fun, but rigged. Someone mentioned they felt like it was a game at the carnival. You do everything right and before the time runs out but you will never win without “buying” a booster. If you’re not willing to shell out real $$ then don’t bother with this game. Some of the upgrades are too expensive. I’ve had this a week and I am deleting it.

Not fun to hard. Absolute robbery. This game is a money trap. There are many levels that make it impossible to beat unless you use an upgrade, which you can only purchase using diamonds. You earn diamonds in very small quantities (1,2,3) yet it costs 100 diamonds for an upgrade. Of course you can purchase diamonds though. I’m very skilled at this game but there are too many levels that are unbeatable without a purchase. Unless you are interested in spending a lot of money on this game, it’s very hard to keep playing despite your skill. Kudos to whoever is getting rich off this game. You have managed to create one of the most addicting games on the internet and an expertly executed money trap. Well done. I highly do not recommend becoming invested in playing this game. Stay away!!

Don’t bother with this game it’s a scam. Only way you can beat levels is with the boosters and they want you to buy diamonds for that . Deleting this game as it’s a waste of time.

Reviewing after playing 3 worlds. I wanted to be fair and give them at least 2-3 stars for the graphics & difficulty of the levels, making it enjoyable for adults as well. However, the more I play this game, the more frustrated I am. Hence this review & the deserved 1 star. First off, this game is configured to make you spend money & substantial amounts at that (packages at $139.99 that would not last you what it should for the amount, on a mobile game). What is even worst is that some levels are literally impossible without the boosters, giving you no option but to spend money, which I did because I enjoyed the game. But the frequency to which you have to buy more is ridiculous. Luckily you can upgrade your kitchen equipment and food without wasting your real life money. BUT, that brings me to my second point. You get paid coins when you “work” in the levels. What is highly frustrating however, is that the more you get up in the worlds, the more expensive it is to upgrade your kitchen equipment & food but you make the same amount of money from working the levels as you did in lower levels. That means your food is worth less and your equipment takes much longer to prepare your orders. Basically, what helps you pass the levels for “free” without purchasing boosters is unattainable as well. Overall, the ratio of what you have to spend for what you get is terrible. Such a shame because the game is very fun. Highly recommend you do yourself a favour and not download it do delete it, angry ! In 2021, stealing shouldn’t be a thing anymore. Find another game to play if you don’t want to support greedy people !

Too many ADDS. Ok so let me start off by saying that when i first found this game it looked like a copy of one of my favorite games, cooking craze. Same likes, coins, levels, boosters, and event systems. So i played this game for a bit because it was nice to play some easy levels. Around level 20 or so i stopped playing because THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY ADDS. ITS QUITE LITERALLY DRIVING ME CRAZY. In between EVERY level there is an add. And here is the thing. I dont want to watch an add. Thats why i dont click on the watch add to double coins at the end of every level. Its just not worth it for me. So PLEASE make it so that there are less adds because trust me there were a lot fewer adds at level one, or at least add some different adds because i am stuck watching the same add over and over again. Good if you only play a little or like adds. Cooking Craze is much better.

Gems aren’t a problem. SUPER fun game. Wish there were more levels. What everyone is saying about some levels being really hard is true. You can use gems to buy power ups. Every time you pass a level you get gems. 1st level you get 1 I think, 2nd level 3, and 3rd level 5 gems. If you get stuck and need gems go back through and play levels you didn’t finish to get some. If you’ve done that and still don’t have enough gems, then you’re using your gems too much. I’ve completed every level (290) and have 1169 gems to spare. If you never spend any gems at all you should have 2610 to spend on whatever you want. The game is great.

Every negative review I read before mine was exactly what I complained about when I contacted the app makers to see if I had some sort of bug in my gaming because the same levels that are impossible for me to pass on my device, I am breezing through in my wife’s! It’s a total scam! It’s designed to make you pay for gems just to progress after every few levels regardless of skill! I can’t believe I let myself get so sucked in! The game is ok but it’s too much going on. When I first downloaded it, it was fun. But, it quickly started getting to the point where there were always a contest and it was every day a new one was done then a new one was active. Like right now, there’s 3-4 different events happening. Before that its was 2-3 different events. Then it last so long. I’m not even on my fourth restaurant or second world and I’m already having trouble finishing a level even though I leveled up everything that was unlocked, never messed up, the moment their order pops up is the moment I serve. So either I have to do an extra job which barely works or I have to constantly watch videos to get diamonds and buy more customers. I had this game for 2-3 weeks. This app is obviously for people who have the time and money…I just want to keep playing without running into trouble.

Frustrating cash grab. This game is quite fun at first when speed and skill are all you need to pass the levels. Difficulty naturally increases as the you get higher. However, the game will reach a point where it is literally designed to be impossible to win without purchasing “boosters”. After that, you will reach levels where even with multiple boosters in place you still won’t win and will have to use purple crystals (that of course, cost real money) in order to pass. And if you to pay to buy the crystals and make it past the frustrating level, they’ll just stick you with another equally terrible level a few minutes later and demand money again. There’s very little else to recommend about the game. The graphics are cheesy, there’s no story whatsoever and the game freezes often. The game will offer you a chance to earn crystals for free by watching long ads, but they only give you 2 crystals at a time. Buying a booster costs anywhere from 100 to 200 crystals. The game will even cruelly cheat you by offering a chance to reap “double rewards” if you to watch a second ad, to only not give the double rewards as promised. After a few weeks of trying the same levels over and over and over again, I’m done with this infuriating app. There are many other better games similar to this one that don’t lie, cheat, or constantly try to scam you out of time and money.

Was Loving It…. Okay… so Ive spent waay to much money on this game! I dont understand why my winnings from the “special” games do not transfer over to the real game… you cant use the money in the special game so why doesnt it? Then you get to a point where you CANNOT advance unless you use a booster but I dont have enough gems to buy them. Why when I have to pay cant I pay for coins to upgrade my appliances? I just get boosters and gems. Why cant i get all three (booster, gems AND coins). I agree with everyone its a horrible ploy to get money from people. Because its literally the only way to advance. I dont want to quit but I cannot allow a game to bleed me dry. Ive spent waay to much. If you offered a paid game I honestly would buy the game because it is a fun game. The next upgrade please change what you get or at least add coins to the doggone purchase smh

Great game for awhile. This game is great for awhile. You can play the game for about 90 levels without having to spend money. You can find different ways to get more gems by either going back to play levels you have played before to get 3 stars to get some gems for boosters to help you win. However around level 95 it started forcing me to have to spend money in order to have enough customers that come in to serve. They also throw limited time event levels that are really difficult which help burn up the booster and gems you have. I don’t think it’s fair to have to watch commercials AND pay money. It should be either i watch commercials for gems and boosters or i pay more for gems and not have to watch commercials.

I absolutely LOVE this game. I’m not kidding when I say this is the best game I have played in a WHILE. It’s so addicting and so fun. I was really hesitant about this game when I first downloaded it, but it was so worth it and i’m so grateful. I usually don’t write reviews like this, mostly because the games I play always have a few cons and things that can be improved, but for this game, it’s enjoyable and fun just the way it is. This game is perfect if you like these kind of cooking games, or if you just like food. Plus, you can play without internet! I highly recommend this game, cause I’m honestly addicted. I only started playing 2 days ago and i’m already on level 94. Definitely try this game, cause it’s a 10/10.

Only Phone Game to Hold my Attention!. As an adult with ADHD, I’m constantly playing various phone games, but this one has become a legit past time for me when I need to recharge my brain and get into focus mode (or unwind after an intense mental grind). I’ll admit, after playing for several years and reaching levels that surpass 1200, I do spend a little money on additional upgrades from time-to-time, but I spend less in a year on this game than my husband does on a single game for his Xbox. It’s challenging enough, but not too hard where it’s discouraging. The various level structures always give you something to strive for, and the graphics are fun and entertaining. Plus, you even get some international food knowledge! Definitely would recommend.

Great game but..... It’s a decent game but definitely has some issues that need to be fixed the ads the ads the ads this is ridiculous how many ads you get it’s like u can’t click on anything without an ad popping up. Also it’s like when u get to certain levels it’s almost impossible to pass that level without help and to get that extra help u have to spend your gems which you barely get it’s so difficult to get the gems like why??? Make them gems just as easy to get as the coins I mean come on. I’m shouldn’t have to spend money to pass a level that’s ridiculous. Almost bet thing u guys always ask if we need more time or customers it’s not righty because you have to spend your gems and it’s not like 2-3 gems either you guys are asking us to spend 64!!!! That’s crazy! So please improve this game because I really enjoy paying this game during my free time and I would hate to delete it.

Unfair Game & Forces you to spend $. I really liked this game until it forces you to buy diamonds to pass levels that you could’ve passed if the customers arrived fast enough, or if it added your score correctly. Some levels are also incredibly ridiculous that you end up just spending 67 diamonds just to get to the next level!!.. You wont pass the levels above 400 that require a certain amount of money earned unless you use the double income boost which of course requires diamonds to purchase!! This game will cost you lots of money if you want to level up and move on to the next restaurants!!.... oh, and for the people that say you dont need to spend money on this game to play?.. they are merely playing the lower levels and yes, you dont need diamonds to pass those levels. Im close to level 500 and will definitely delete this game if things dont change. I would totally give this game 5 stars if the developers fix these issues.

Great but-. This game is addictive and honestly one of the best cooking games I’ve played. BUT the only thing that ruins it is the ridiculous amount of ads, there’s one after every level and some of the ads glitch and stop playing so I have to exit the game and reopen it. It’d be great if there was only one ad every few levels and they didn’t glitch when they played. Update- another thing I’ve decided I don’t like about this game is the piggy bank. I don’t understand why the makers decide to put one in and take our gems or coins or whatever it takes just so they can earn a few extra bucks. Let us KEEP our gems that we earn by doing the extra levels. Stop being such a money grabber, if you want a game to make money then make us pay for it instead of it being free!

It’s been done way too many times. This game is the same as every other restaurant cooking arcade game only worse. I enjoyed older games of this genre, but this one puts so much emphasis on combos and speed you’ll be randomly smashing every button just to get the combos right. This is like Dance Dance Revolution and a kitchen game had a baby that should have been aborted. This joke of a game is a cash grab, they want you to spend money on extra customers and boosters right away. The food truck event is a scam to grab money from people right away. Keep your time and your money, this game is garbage. I’ve literally had more “Zen Life” in a McDonalds back end than I have had playing this game. This game does nothing to simulate restaurant mechanics. This isn’t even a good arcade game, unless you’re looking for button masher mechanics like Mortal Kombat. This game is like senseless violence but with cooking. ZenLife, congratulations, you’ve managed to crap out another terrible game out of your rectum.

This is my second review. Not sure what happened to my first review but this COULD be my favorite game IF the game did not cheat to force people to pay for power ups. You wait for the slowest walking customers ever. So while you have a goal to meet you can’t reach it due to lack of customers. Or - you need to make a certain monetary goal and all you get to serve is drinks and low end items and miss your goal. Need likes? You have more impatient customers than other levels and as you go serve them in the nick of time they change their minds so the order you just made goes elsewhere and you suddenly have to use power ups or lose the like. You don’t get to earn perks like other games give such as infinity lives for 15 minutes as a daily reward or other power ups to help you. Instead you get diamonds and coins. I already have such a ridiculous amount of coins at level 100 - over 23k. That just should not be able to happen. What about free will? When it is time to purchase upgrades you can’t choose because it only unlocks one choice at a time. What is that about??? Let ME CHOOSE. It takes me 100+ tries to pass one level WITH or without power ups. My other cooking games? I have already made it around the world AND hundreds of levels and it is so much funnier for the honest game play. This game could be a favorite- if it ran on honesty instead of greed and cheats.

I like the game but.... I like this game and would have given 5 stars if it was consistent. I have been stuck on one level and even used boosts (cupcakes and treats) to try and win but got less coins than when I tried without. Didn’t make sense at all. I can tell that they want me to buy more boosters to help win this level and I’m not going to spend any more money on this game. And to upgrade your kitchen has gotten waaaaaayyyy to expensive. It shouldn’t be 9000 coins to upgrade anything. I understand the game needs to get harder as it goes along but man this is getting crazy. Other than that the game is fun and makes time fly. I like the challenge of serving the food in enough time and getting the 5 combos etc. just wish it was a way to gain more coins or gems faster to pass levels instead of paying for them.

It’s good… but. Hello! So far, I’ve really enjoyed this game. I do recommend it to those looking for a cooking 🍳 game. But, beware! Many of the levels are hard (except for any level below 50 in my opinion) and then you have to basically start spending loads of 💲 on this game. Personally, I wish that you could get at least 10 gems per ad. Otherwise, it basically rigs the game. Also, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the amount of time longer for the levels where you have to get a certain amount of coins in that amount of time. For example, 95 seconds to collect 1,520 coins. Without spending a single penny on this game, I personally don’t think you can beat this level. Those are my suggestions and concerns. My #1 suggestion: Change the amount of gems per ad so you can get more. That’s what I have trouble with.

Fun game but too costly. This is a really fun game to play but on certain levels I find that they make the levels too hard and purposely make it hard like nothing you do I am fast you are can help you complete a level so it forces you to buy their packs before you know you spent over $100 trying to complete a level. If you need more time or more people they charge you a weird 67 gems why not 10 gems or 20 67 is too much Plus on your gems they charge you 100 gems for three special items why not five I feel like 100 gems is too much for three and five would be a better value. The game is super fun and challenges my brain but you spend way too much money of your own just trying to complete a level and I ain't got money to throw around in this economy right now thank you Biden

Needs more options to gain gems. There’s a challenge that has you go to level 5. If you complete it then you get a prize. I had to do this over and over because I needed more games when I messed up to redo. It makes you back to level 1 when you mess up, (I was on 5 mostly all the times I lost). I watched a video for gems and it gave me 2 gems. The other levels get harder and harder J like the concept of the game but I don’t like that you have to buy some items with gems that are nearly impossible to gain unless paying for the game. I would recommend if you like lots of people coming at you with orders up to 4 or 5 items. Just kidding! But you would want this game if you want to be challenged. And/or if you want to spend money on a game like this. I hope this helps you a little I might delete but might keep playing!

Fun, but challenging. Overall the game is actually pretty good. It has plenty of levels with different locations and many nice upgrades to get. So it’s fun and everything at first. BUT, certain levels can be pretty hard to beat, and you may not have enough gems to keep playing. So you might end up waiting for your 5 energies to add back up within an hour or so. And of course, the huge upgrades COST MONEY. But with some strategy, and plenty of time and patience, you can beat the level just like any other level. So the game is fun and keeps you entertained with what’s in store for you. Just be ready for a challenge.

Fun game, but definitely rigged. While I do love the concept of different restaurants and foods to keep the game interesting, plus the challenge that comes with it, it eventually gets to the point where some levels are impossible to beat without boosters or gems. I'll have all but one dish served and the customer will order RIGHT when the timer ends because they take too long, no matter how many upgrades I have, which cannot be a coincidence. Not to mention pink levels don't come with any benefits other than farming coins, which already takes a while and is especially annoying when it lands on a hard level. What's also frustrating is that ads only give a measly 2 gems, and redoing a level costs 67, which is just way too much. Overall it's fun and addicting, but definitely a scam to sap you our of money.

Very fun, but has a big drawback. Awesome game, one of the most fun games of its kind. Only downside is the game eventually (much further down the level progression) gets so challenging that you can’t complete the level without spending gems. It’s to the point that even with max inputs in your device there isn’t enough time (this most commonly occurs on timed levels where you have to get a set amount of thumbs ups). You can manage your gems properly where this isn’t too big of a deal, but what it does is reduce the feeling of completion after playing the levels. It makes it feel like you’ve just paid to pass, and that’s not really the same type of fun. So I would like to see them improve that in future levels.

Set not to pass certain levels... I’m giving 2 stars..I really like this game, and the graphics. But, when starting the game it was great..you have to be quick to pass levels but it’s possible, got to level 64 thru 70..there are 3 levels that are near impossible..I went on 5 times a day using up my energy, playing one level over&over..finally finished 2 of them..I had level 3 on #66 to get..just refuse to spend money on this game..I got it 3 times..beat it, and the game didn’t give it to me..3 stinking times I beat the level. This is the worst game ever for wanting you to spend money. I play other cooking games..it’s harder to get thru some levels because of the “spend your money levels” but you can get thru them it’s just harder..not this game, they just plain won’t give it to you. There are better cooking games out here.

I like the playing but..... Ok so I really enjoy playing this game and it’s highly addictive, however I hate the fact that when your trying to keep up your combos to get extra points you can’t keep a streak of combos going cause the customers take too long to walk up and make their order. This is a problem cause if you are trying to accumulate a certain amount of pints and that stops you from moving on to the next level cause the combos help you get extra points. This needs to be fixed! I’ve been stuck a level for the past 2 weeks and I feel like the only way I can pass it is by buying something. This game already takes up some of my time so I REFUSE to give them my money. This game already takes up my time I’m not gonna give them money.

Too many adds. I really like this game and I understand that it’s mainly free and the creators want some compensation all their hard work, but running adds every single time you finish a cooking challenge (which takes about 30 seconds) is ridiculous. I can’t even enjoy the game because It seems like the majority of the time I’m waiting on some ad to finish. Please make them less frequent, I get it, i really do but you don’t want to make playing the same this frustrating. Its to the point where I’m about ready to delete it. I was gladly willing to pay some money for extra diamonds etc when i got paid, but i can’t imagine doing that and still having to deal with those ads. Thanks but no thanks

It hasn’t changed, which is sad.. Okay, this game is amazing, the levels are fun and they are pretty challenging- but at one point it gets too challenging, so much so that it becomes humanly impossible for you to beat levels unless you use a booster. Believe me, I have tried everything from different combinations to literal learning every single dish and it is impossible for you to beat the level. This was an issue in the game before, I used to play this a couple of years ago and I stopped because of the same reason that you really have to spend money to progress because it becomes impossible difficult. I know the game is more of a business at this point, and the fact that everyone complains about the levels becoming too hard and there not being a fix through the years just shows the morality level of the developers. I’m sorry but this game it’s not worth the money in this case lol sure I’ll watch the adds, and honestly I’d even spend some money for the special characters, but I won’t because I think that them making the levels inhumanly difficult so you spend money is greedy and it just makes me not want to waste my money on that. I say play it until you hit the pay wall and go to a game that does the same but it’s free.

Too many glitches. This is a addictive game but the developers have made this game all about money. You don’t pay you won’t go to the next level/world. There are glitches everywhere in this game. The food cooks slow even though everything is fully upgraded. It sad that certain players can finish worlds in less that a week. They state they never use gems or boosters. Make you wonder how is that possible when EVERYONE is complaining how “we” have to pay to play. This game is a scam. They can’t handle negative feedback. They won’t post your review. It punish players who leave negative feedback. It’s a lot that this game does that when you call them out on, you suffer. Those ratings are not correct. They delete or not post comments to keep the ratings up. I been trying to post a review but they wouldn’t post it.

Not worth it on iPad Air. The game itself is fine. Difficult in some levels without having to spend money. But that’s not what this review is about. I use an iPad Air (3rd gen) and it’s clear the game is made NOT for that. I have noticed that when the title card shows up after pressing on the app part of the title is actually cut off which should have tipped me off something was wrong. While so far I’m on Level 68 to get my cards but it’s clear in the level that there’s a section of blue plates on the right side of the screen. I haven’t been able to unlock that part of the section yet, but it’s clear I wouldn’t be able to access it even if I did. Already I come across this problem in the Food Truck events, where there’s a portion of food that doesn’t fit in the screen. Therefore, I fail the levels before I even begin. As of now I’m going to try to get my keys to see if I can access the plates, but honestly? I can barely see the edges, so I’m not holding much hope. The game itself is okay. But it should not be available to people who want to play it on iPad Air when it’s clearly incompatible. It’s one thing to spend money on a game; it’s another thing when you spend money on a game that can’t fit itself on the entire screen. If you really want to play this game and have an iPad Air, the first two restaurants are workable. It’s after that is clearly a problem.

Great game but what a shame. It's a really great game! It is fun and addictive and the art style is soooo cute. So, its a real shame that once you reach a certain point, the levels are unbeatable without buying perks. At first, I thought maybe I was just not very good and needed to up my game...but I was cranking out orders at lightening speed and didnt miss a single customer...and I still couldnt beat the level! I would try 10-20x before finally giving in and buying gems...Then I checked out the game reviews and low and behold, other players have the same issue! I just think its kind of a sleezy way to get people to spend money on your game...like I would have bought gems anyway...but now that I feel conned into it, I feel more apt to just delete the game and find a different cooking game. There are so many. My advise, save your real money and choose a cooking game that isnt a hidden pay-to-play.

I love it, but…. I love this game, but I hate that you have to have tons of “ diamonds” to move on to the next level and you have to pretty much each level three times to get a key to go onto the next restaurant which fine, but let’s step up the diamond game if that’s what you need in order to pass a level stop handing out two at a time. Yeah I’ll watch your video to get my two diamonds but I’m not gonna purchase your game just because of it. You’re very gracious with the coins thank you very much for that but please let’s be more gracious with the diamonds. I purchased the game to get rid of ads. People who purchased a game she get more then two diamonds (5-10) would be lovely. And let’s make the secondary games a little less complicated to get to the next level just let us redo it over not send us all the way back to the first level 🙄 Love you thank you!

Great game BUT. Everything about this game is absolutely amazing the graphics the way it’s set up the different little side games, HOWEVER.. if you were like me, you cannot get very far in this game without putting money into it and the money that you do put into it does not last very long or get you very far before you’re having to deposit some more money to be able to actually get far in the game. Now there are certain people that can get through this game without putting any money into it but it’s pretty tough if you don’t but definitely everything else about it is 10 star for me.

Good game. Bad data management.. The game is actually fun if you enjoy these type of multi-tasking mini-games to keep you occupied. Each level is not so easy that it’s a bore, not so hard that you feel frustrated playing. Overall I like(d) it and leveled up a decent amount. With that in mind, this is where the two star rating comes in. I had a fair level and got through a decent portion of the game. I had a lot of fun and took a break wanting to continue where I left off. When I came back I was greeted with the introduction tutorial level. All of my progress was lost. Why would I want to restart knowing that you might just lose my data again? Why would I recommend anyone with game knowing it’s only a matter of time before they lose their progress and what they’ve worked for? I liked it. Play at your own risk.

Some complications. Really love the game and have enjoyed it since I downloaded it. But there are some problems that I really think you should fix, like the fact we have to pay 67 gems if we want to have a couple more customers or more time to keep playing the level-every time. Maybe put the price for spending gems lower. Or the fact that when you have to get likes the customers don’t wait long at all, yes it’s challenging and I like that but I think you should give us more food to serve or let the customers have more time to get rid of the thumbs up. It’s also closed out on me a couple times? And one more thing, I really hate the ads! They pop up every time I end a level and sometimes a second one will pop up when I get to the main menu. It makes me not want to play. Overall, the game has great graphics and I like it.

Don’t do it. While the game is engaging and even addicting, some levels are simply too hard to win without boosters and extra time, especially right before restaurant upgrades or before the restaurant is about to be done and you move on to the new one. The game does not give you a way to earn boosters. You must purchase them with gems and you can only earn gems by passing levels or watching an ad (and then it’s only 2 gems per ad and costs 67 gems to add time to the game). I do not mind spending a little money on games..they put the work in and they deserve to be paid. If the game found a better balance where you could earn more without spending so much it would be better. I am on level 700 plus and have spent way too much money. I refuse to spend more. I will be deleting the game.

Can’t advance without spending $$$. This game was fun at first, but I can’t get past level 90 to open the new restaurant because level 89 is impossible to pass if you don’t have any gems to spend for extra time!! You can pass 89-1 but not 2 or 3. And there is no way to earn other gems (except 2 watching a video per day & maybe 3 in the “chef challenge”—and when you need 67 to get more time it’s beyond ridiculous)—so you have to buy them! Forget it! The level requires 22 thumbs up (meaning don’t take too long or the customer is upset & you won’t get the thumbs up)—yet I only get maybe 16-18 customers in the time that the timer runs out but it requires 22?! Impossible! Oh and if you double tap ANYTHING it assumes you mean to throw it away! So when you are going fast with the orders it makes you “trash” an item when you didn’t then you lose that level! I will be deleting this app.

Don’t enjoy being forced to buy. I do love the game, but I hate that some of the levels are literally impossible to beat without boosters, which you need gems to buy. I’d be more inclined to buy when I knew the game wasn’t rigged so I had to. I’m almost in the 200’s-I’ve made one purchase & once that runs out then that will be the end for me. I love the cool game in game challenges to get extra rubies. Also, some of the things are hard to see in my opinion. There was a white sauce that literally blended in with the food & plate drove me nuts. But overall it definitely passes the time, while keeping you challenged, but as I said there are some levels that are unbeatable w/o the boosters so save them if you can!

Rip OFF on the GEMS. Don’t get me wrong, I’m hooked on this game and would have given it 5 stars, but when I purchased $10 worth of gems I couldn’t pass certain levels without it costing me my purchased gems. It’s like the game app forces you to use your gems to pass levels so you would find yourself purchasing more gems just to get thru the game. Also the game asks for 67 gems for additional 3 customers to pass any level your stuck in. To the developers, great game but the amount of gems you need to use to pass a level that one is stuck in is ridiculous. It would be greatly appreciated if the amount of gems needed to use to pass a level were reduced to a reasonable amount would make this game more playable.

Cooking. I love this game so far it's fun I just start playing it but there are times when you get 60 people but by the time they get to the other end of the screen to order you then lose 10 of the 60 and they don't give you time to start cooking before they are mad and gone and that mean you have to spend gems to pass you guy need to fix this because it's not fair to us or are you doing it like that so people can spend money I love this game a lot but they are a few things the need to fix I don't my spending money to buy gems but you guy don't make it so we have to buy them to pass nice game but I think I am going to have to delete it because it's just need more work to stop people from leaving to fast this the only game I know that don't let you serve everyone. Thank you for the time sorry for the money I spent on this game when I could be spending on another game that I could see me winning

Fun but games cheats you.. The concept is great. The graphics are cute. It’s a fun game, and addicting. But the game forces you to use your gems. For example: one level you have to get 28 smiley faces from 14 people. They each should give you 2. Even if you do everything perfect, you end up with only 27/28 smiles and fail the level. They want you to use the gems to keep going and finish. Or if you have to serve a certain number of plates of food per level, the game shorts you intentionally and the guests each only want one plate or the game doesn’t send enough guests before time runs out. It’s happened so often it seems intentional. I’ll see my final 10 seconds count down, and the game won’t send one more guest to serve in time to win the level. And it’ll want me to spend gems to keep going and beat the level. It gets old. It’s obvious it’s intentional.

Pay to Play. This game started off okay for the first 20 levels, however after that point they’ve made the game to where you have to buy pretty much anything in order to pass a level. There are literally levels that are not able to be passed without upgrades. If you don’t have 100 gems or however much the upgrade is for 3 of them, you have to pay. If you want to skip a level and don’t have gems, you have to pay. The entire game is about money and I’m stuck on level 40 which is impossible to beat without using the add 3 more customers option. This game would be fun if it was challenging to the point where it was still doable. But it is physically impossible to beat a level without paying for gems of waiting 3-4 weeks to collect enough just to get to the next level and same thing. If you have hundreds of dollars to spend and waste on a game then this is most definitely the game for you

Good game, BUT.... I really enjoy this game. I really do. But the problem is that sometimes when you’re playing levels it’s completely IMPOSSIBLE. There are some levels where there’s a time limit and you have to serve so many plates of food, but customers don’t come fast enough for the objective to be completed! The same thing happens when it comes to levels with certain amounts of customers and the objective is to fill so many plates, but the level is basically impossible to finish because people don’t want enough food to meet the objective. I’m currently on a level where this is obviously not enough time to finish the “like” objective because A) people don’t come quickly enough. B) the time is not reasonable. And C) the game obviously wants you to buy gems to buy more time or more customers. Unfortunately, I’ve bought gems to get past these impossible levels, but I refuse to do so again.

THIS GAME IS AMAZING!!!. It is so much to play!! You can make food and all other fun things! I really like the cooking part, it’s so fun! I don’t think you need to change anything about this game, IT IS SO SO AMAZING! Everyone needs this game. It’s kinda of rushing me out because you have to be quick with the cooking or the customer get mad and leave I think they leave. But this game is definitely 100% fun. If you don’t rate it 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ then you don’t have good taste at games. But if you don’t have this game then you are MISSING OUT A LOT OF FUN STUFF! Great game!. Honestly, there are many ways to play this game - buy stuff or play free, being the usual. But food trucks and other mini games show up every few day and you don’t use any lives to play those. That’s the play for fun time. True, the boards can get harder and you could be tempted to buy gems and boosters, but you are also given the option to play boards you’ve already beaten to earn enough for your upgrades on the harder boards. The game itself is well designed and easy to play. The graphics are pretty and the themes are well thought out. I only have o e complaints. Some of the boards have foods that are too confusing to look at. It’s rare, but it looks like they were designed to confuse you. Overall, this game is definitely worth playing.

Dont buy the no ads. Remember when games had a no ad buy feature and then you saw no ads after purchase? Not this one. You still have to watch ads for perks. Worse yet when you are stuck on this game you no longer get the option to gain additional time through watching ads like prior to purchase so it actually is a downgrade to the experience. I had assumed you would still get the options for perks without watching the ads since I purchased the no ad feature. The only redeeming aspect of this is that I am happy to give a donation to the developers on making such a great game I just wish I wouldn’t of downgraded my experience.

Deceptive . You will need to make purchases to pass all the levels!. I really enjoyed this game, when I initially started playing it, but noticed you have to continuously purchase diamonds in order get through many of the levels. What’s more annoying is that some levels will take you several diamonds (67 at a time) just to get through, so you end up spending multiple diamonds just to pass 1 level. Before you know it, you need to purchase more diamonds. I think this is pretty greedy and deceptive on the developers part. Why not tell people from the get go that they will need to pay hundreds of dollars to get through the game or just get stuck. Many of the level are impossible to pass so you either keep forking over your money or just stay stuck on a level. I’m getting close to deleting this app once and for all.

i give it a genuine 4.8/5. ok if you’re like me, you’re looking for a game that can challenge you without making u PAY to be challenged. this is the game you’re looking for. it’s interesting, and it’s fair with the rewards and everything like that. at some point yeah it’s gonna get too difficult and you’ll have to find something new, but that’s a long ways down the road. you can play levels multiple times to get up to 3 stars, so it lengthens the amount of time you get to play the game. it’s really fun, the only issue being the persistency and redundancy of the ads. but i also just really hate ads so it’s a personal thing, tbh. other than that? *chefs kiss* (no pun intended)

It won’t let me pass the levels!. I’m at level 76 but I can’t pass any of the extra levels (to get the keys ya know) especially one where it’s like “you need to serve 56 plates in 85 seconds” but no matter how fast, No matter how many times I try, I don’t even get enough customer orders to add up to 56!!! I’m trying NOT to spend money to get the boosters but my gosh this is frustrating! I literally can’t pass these levels and it isn’t even my fault! Why do you have to be THAT guy who makes a fun, enjoyable game for only the first few dozen of levels and then make it less accessible and impossible to pass unless we give you money? Like come on! I really like this game and I don’t want to delete it but if I can’t pass these levels without pouring loads of money into boosters to pass what’s the point?

Levels should be passable without needing to use boosts!!. I absolutely adore games like this and this one hasn’t been an outlier in that! I love the restaurants. The upgrades aren’t insanely expensive. I love the leveling system. The only issue is that for some levels you HAVE to use boosts to pass. You could play the level perfectly without boosts and STILL not hit the goal. Which, quite frankly, is unacceptable in a game like this. Your players should never HAVE to use boosts to pass a level. Boosts are supposed to be there as some extra help if you’re having trouble on a level, but should never be a necessity. Once boosts become a necessity you know that your goals are set to high and you need to reevaluate. Overall a great game, but a big hang up on it being NECESSARY to use boosts sometimes to pass levels in which otherwise played perfectly without boosts aren’t passable.

Fun but impossible. Although I really enjoy this game, some levels are impossible without a booster which is 100 diamonds and takes days to save up that many diamonds. You can purchase the boosters with real money but do not get enough to make it worth the purchase. Some levels you cannot pass without an absolutely perfect game. The amount of smiles it takes to pass a level means none of your customers can be any level of annoyed so you have a small amount of time to serve all of them. The coin amounts on some levels are so high, you’d have to have constant combos to get enough coins. I’d love to keep playing this game but I cannot funnel money into it to pass level after impossible level.

I like the game, but. I don’t like the fact that there are certain levels that you have to get a booster in order to pass the level. I play these games for entertainment. Not frustration. Not everybody can afford to buy boosters. Especially not as often as is needed throughout the game. I just think it’s unfair to those that enjoy the game that they have to get boosters in order to pass certain levels. And I don’t like the piggy bank thing either because I can think of 1000 things better to spend $3 on then some diamonds in a piggy bank on your app. It’s ridiculous. At one point I got all the way through the weekly pass thing I was at the last reward and it would not let me win for nothing. I think this game is program to cheat so you have to get boosters and spend money on your App, which is not cool at all.

Really Fun, But Often A Little Too Challenging. I love playing this cooking game. It’s quite addictive and has good variety. This game does give challenges as you get into higher levels, which can be even more motivating. However, I find it really hard to pass even one level at times and find that I am using all of my resources to help me try to win the level. Then, I’m left with nothing. No more money. No more boosts. At times, I have simply been stuck, and just like it has been said before me, it becomes frustrating. I don’t mind a good challenge, but what gets me is when I can’t pass even with several tries and the help of boosts. I’ve had to find some other cooking games to satisfy my need to challenge myself and yet, still be able to win levels.
