Just another fly by night piece of junk. Bought an action camera on Amazon of which there are about a dozen using the same advertisement so you know it’s just rebranded crap, anyway they want you to use this app to transfer pictures awesome!! That was a reason to buy it except this app is a piece of junk and doesn’t work. Camera isn’t bad but wow, if you’re going to use wi-fi transfer as a selling point make sure it works

Does not work. The app will not connect to WiFi thus making the app worthless.

Works but Photos must be transferred to photos 1 at a time. It works if you fiddle with it. After downloading all photos in one step from my X25 camera, it saves them to the app, not to the photos folder, as it should. Instead there’s an additional step to transfer the photos one at a time from the app to the photos folder. And even that is not intuitive, since it does not work when the photos are in thumbnail view. You have to click into the photos and swipe between them, and for each one press the share button. Then a photo or video will appear in the photos folder. When you try to share all from the thumbnail view, it comes up with a different set of options, the normal set of sharing options, and even if you select share all (which is an option) it only selects one, because you can only share one thing at a time. All of that is unnecessary. All we really need is all the photos to be sent from the device to the photos folder with one click. I will update my review when everything can be easily downloaded with one click from the camera to the photos folder.

Fix the app please. Can you guys please fix the app and its bugs

Does not work. Cheap process

Download is not working rightly. I can control some setting but after recording, I can not see any file. there is a video clip at SD memory card but on this application there is nothing!.

Highly disappointed - please fix me. Completely disappointed in the ease of use and functionality. Would have purchased a different camera if I don’t known.

App worthless. No way I’m going to reconfigure my WiFi to get my Crosstour camera to work. Crosstour is worthless without the app. Sending camera back to Amazon.

Finally Got app working. I have to test it to see if it continues to work

Poor app. It downloaded TikTok without permission and sent a bug to my phone. I think it’s mining data causing possible electrical issues. I would research this apps origination

Doesn’t work. I’ve tried several times still won’t connect to WiFi! So bummed!

Not enough space on App. can anyone PLEASE tell me how i can make room on the app for I can upload my footage? I’ve been deleting after transferring to my phone, but the app shows that all the space is taken up. Is there another way I can free up space? i tried everything. i just want to download my footage..

Not working. Very frustrating. Bought a camera, that should connect through this app, but it is not working properly. It doesn’t see the wifi on initial set up. It doesn’t see the camera content either. Deleting the app and reinstalling is not working, as it just downloads it from the iCloud and doesn’t give any controls. I think this app is bogus and was “created” to sell the cameras, but it was not made to work with cameras or to give the customers any tools needed.

Won’t connect to Wi-Fi. absolutely won’t connect with my Wi-Fi. Extremely disappointed!

Download issues. I need to download these videos onto my phone’s iCloud or computer but instead it downloads to the phone storage and has room for about 3 gig!! That just isn’t enough so please make the videos downloadable to our computers. Thanks! Otherwise I’m happy with the device although the mountings slip when going over bumpy sections on the bike and I get nice video of the forest floor!

App auto closes. App auto closes when I’m about to transfer my downloaded videos into my iphone 11.

Works fine for me. Just bought the camera on Amazon. The app does what it’s supposed too. Cool little gadget

Total garbage. Have never been able to connect to this app and transfer. Would’ve bought a different camera if I’d known. Quite a scam!

Can only share one thing at a time. This is very annoying please and you make it so we can share a lot of things at once, and can we also see the videos and photos that we have all ready saved se it doesn’t boulder up. Other than that this is a good app

Not working ios14. The app is currently not working for iOS 14 :(

FIX IT. Very frustrating that this app is constantly glitching, closes by itself, doesn’t play any of the videos after they are downloaded, needs to be fixed or it was a complete waste of money
