Complication does not work. I setup the app as one of the face complications. The complication just says the word “Altimeter” and does not show the altitude. Also I have tried using the phone app to set the accuracy to best and very best, but the watch app never updates. It stays at +/- 60 feet regardless of the setting in the phone app. App does NOT function as advertised.

Complications do not work. Complication does not work as advertised. Please refund or fix issue. Also if it is using the barometer from the watch why does it require the phone to be present, and why do the units change to m once the phone is no longer present. Thank you,

Does not update itself on the watch. It does not update itself in complications. You have to “touch it” to obtain current reading several times because first couple of times always crashes!! Fix autoupdate and this is 5 star app!! 2/11/19 After last update this app works like it supposed. Five star app like I’ve mentioned above!!!! 10/01/20 After the most recent update widget will only show meters regardless of the setting

Best Altitude Complication. This is a simple little App, but if you enjoy having elevation on your Apple Watch, this is the best I’ve found. On Series 4 I’m unable to switch from meters to feet, but the developer seems great and I’m optimistic that this is just a new-product bug.

Not real impressed. I misunderstood a couple of the reviews I read, and thought that the complication updated automatically. I would not have paid for the app had I known I had to tap on the altitude or speed compilation to get it to update. Then it some time take a few tries to get it to update on the complication screen. I can do the same thing with my free apps and the update instantly.

Complication. It can only be set for one complication MOTION it doesn’t work with any one else

Crashes/buggy. Crashes repeatedly. Complication does not update. Very buggy.

Did not work while flying powered paraglider. I’m afraid it just didn’t work while I was flying my powered paraglider.

Wrong altitude. Well....it seems like it would be a good altimeter app if it actually gave the correct altitude. I’ve emailed the developer so hopefully there’s a fix.

Works on one watch, not on other.. App works great on my watch, but not so much on my wife’s. We are both running the most recent software updates on our phones, watches, and app. My watch has accurate elevation, my wife’s is off by about 2200 ft. Also (wife’s watch) when setting meters or feet, with feet selected it gives the interval accuracy options in meters, does not give an interval accuracy option in feet.

Don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your money the complication doesn’t work as advertised, this app is bogus! Edit: It does work, but only on certain watch faces. It requires a watch face with lots of space in the area it’s placed in, otherwise its blank...I’ll give it another star for at least functioning somewhat

Can't get to work at all as complication. It just says 3281 feet all the time (I live at 840 ft). It never moves. The app doesn't show up anywhere on my iPhone settings to allow background use, so not sure how to do that. Doesn't work any different if you open the app.

Great Update. Living the new update! Better complication, seems more stable and better “app” functionality when you open it.

Crappy app. Watch app doesn’t work. You can’t set to feet. Keep getting error message to open watch app. It is open. Didn’t test this. Terrible

Unable to switch to feet. A comment on October 26 discussed the inability to switch the altimeter on an Apple Watch 4 from meters to feet. This problem does not seem to have been corrected as of yet. My brain just can not do the conversion when I’m climbing an incline and I have to dig my phone out to get a reading in feet.

Worked fine before Update. Altimeter App for Apple Watch Series3 worked great until update for AW S4! Very disappointed that I paid $$ for this app now. Please fix!

Would love to see large size complication view. I purchased for the Apple Watch complication and love the ease of use, but I can only seem to use the small complication size and I would love to be able to use the larger center complication possibly with elevation gain and decline on the view. This would make for a 5 Star app! Thank you!

Needs work. Only gives altitude in meters. No other features seem to work. I like the concept. If they ever get it working, I might use it a lot.

Hard to change to feet but got it.. Thought this would tell direction traveling like north or south. Doesn’t.

Cannot get it to read in feet.. App seems accurate; however I cannot get the app to read in feet either on my iPhone XR or on my Apple Watch Series 4, even after opening both the phone and watch app. Waste of money.

Great Altimeter App. This Altimeter app is the only one that I have found that have the complications update automatically for the Apple Watch. The developer is constantly working to make this app better and he is quick to respond to any questions you may have. Look forward to future updates.

Altimeter complication but..... It’s awesome that there a altimeter app that has a complication, but I can’t get it to change to feet on my watch. The phone app says it has to be done on the watch, but there is no option to do it on the watch. I have an Apple Watch 4....please fix it!

Accuracy. Not very accurate. Altitude changes 300-500’ while stationary. If the accuracy would improve it would by very handy by someone living in the Rocky Mountains like myself.

My question was answered!. This app came along in response to a request I had for an altimeter complication on the Apple Watch. I was amazed how a GPS and barometer equipped, fitness oriented device such as the AW had no at-a-glance elevation functionality like a Casio Triple Sensor. This app does exactly that, is plenty accurate (I’ve checked it against known elevations on USGS maps at several locations), and does not accelerate battery drain. It even records your recent elevation gain or loss, a great feature for hikers. If you use your AW for outdoor activities, it’s a must have.

Great for tracking altitude on Apple Watch face. It’s nice to be able to add altitude complication to my Apple Watch faces. App works as advertised. Great deal for just a couple of dollars!

Does work with Apple Watch series 4. I did everything he said to and it doesn’t show anything besides dashes on the compilation. Also when opening the app it crashes a bunch. I would like a refund.
