Horrible. This app works when it wants to. Not dependable in any emergency situation. Wish I knew this before wasting my money on their DVR!

Does not work with iso 14.4. All the sudden since with the current iOS update the camera app does not work cannot see any of the cameras or click on anything once you click on the DVR please fi immediately thanks

Please fix connection issue. I’m able to connect very rarely and it’s frustrating because nothing is wrong it’s just the fact that it bugs and glitches too much not being able to connect

Just horrible. Every time I try to log in it say connection fail then the cameras app slow I see ppl in two different spots so you guys need to fix this especially connection failed can’t get on for anything in the world then i follow what it say n makes it worse

Useless. Do not buy!. Horrible app. Does not work. Do not buy their DVR. Slow even if it does connect and load. I bought two of the DVRs for two locations. Both are horrible.

Doesn’t work after March 2024 update. Just says connection failed. No ability to view remotely or while on the network

DVR app. The application never works. Always says connection failed. If I restart my dvr the application works for about an hour then goes back to saying connection failed. This application is garbage.

Horrible app. Every single time it crashes when trying to review video for a while it crashes, when just viewing the camera it crashes. I’m going to return everything just because of this going back to Night owl or Lorex at least those I have a choice to customize how many camera I view on my monitor also.

Worked alright till all the sudden. Not sure what happened but all the sudden everything is slow to connect and the second I try to click on an individual camera, the whole thing freezes. I’ve restarted the dvr and deleted and reconnected the app to it and no difference. I think it’s well overdue for an update.

Update not working. Updated app on 3-7-2024 and it no longer works. It just says Connection Failed. Still works on the iPad which was NOT updated. Sigh

Bad app. The best camera app I have used is iVMS-4500. This is not even close. Are there any compatible alternatives I can try out? Chere looked better but could not add my dvr.

iPad. IPhone app works fine. iPad keyboard blocks the fields so they can not be filled out.

Can't see a live feed. The live feed freezes and is useless when you are trying to see what's going on in real time.

Absolutely horrible. Written by the lowest bidder, this makes everything so hard to do it should be used in coding classes to teach developers all the wrong ways to create an app. The only reason they are able to sell these systems is that there is no way to know in advance how bad the software is.

Useless. The app is essentially useless… the bugs, crashes, horrid ui… avoid this camera device and app

Save your money and go with a reputable company. I bought this to replace a zmodo or zsight system, after reading some good reviews on amazon. I should have done my homework. It fails to load all the time, it doesn’t send me any alerts and it’s just frustrating. I’ll be getting a better system soon.

Works Well. Could definitely use a modern touch to it. Looks very early iOS 7 era.

Version 4.2 almost useless. Fails to load 1 of 3 times. Must restart after each camera change. Hope they fix, as the main system is one of the better low end ones available.

Pretty decent. Opens consistently on my iPhone X. I was worried about the low reviews at first but i haven’t run into any problems so far.

It works. It works, that's pretty much it. It doesn't crash when I open it which is good, it wasn't difficult to set up. I like it, needs to be updated more often and can open a lot quicker.

Audio. How do I cut audio from app so it won’t cut off my Bluetooth radio

Improvement Compared to Others. To be fair, I’ve only had this app for 48 hours. However, this is my 3rd system and so far the app has everything I hoped for compared to the first two. Believe me when I say, it already paid for itself! So far, there are only 2 downsides I noticed. 1: I have had it crash a few times. 2: There isn’t an immediate connection and it can take several seconds before the app does connect. On once, maybe two attempts, I had to restart the app to view the cameras. (The only lag I noticed was when I was away from home. Granted that could be a service issue based on my location at the time I attempted to view the cameras so I don’t hold that against the app at all, yet). What I love about the app is the set up! Laypersons like myself were definitely thought of because the step by step instructions are super clear and easy to understand. The previous two systems had generic information about set up and none of the tools for help actually provided any real helpful information. I had to YouTube and Google everything just to get things figured out! When I called customer service for help, I was treated like it was a bother to help me out! Thankfully, what I love about this app and the system highly outweighs the downsides: The playback features are super awesome! Literally on day one after installing the system and app, a hit and run happened to one of the vehicles of my household that was parked on the street. Instead of wasting time fast forwarding through like the other apps I’ve used, I was able to actually pinpoint the exact time when the incident happened. I screen recorded the event and was able to show the traffic officer what took place. With my last two systems, I would have to carefully scroll to the approximate time by about 2-3 mins ahead before I could actually review footage. The ability to actually pick the minute I want to review video footage gets a full star from me. The next thing I love about the app is the movement happening alert. The app does a decent enough job of showing me exactly which camera detected movement. In the last 24 hours, I’ve used that feature, a lot! While my previous systems had motion detection, they did not specify which camera it had been caught on. I had to look at all the cameras or select them one by one to see the little “running” man. This app however shows exactly which camera has motion detected by number. It also shows which channels are not connected with what looks like a static image. Lastly, multiple users can be logged in and review footage at the same time! This feature is extremely important to me because our neighbors are not exactly law abiding citizens. We have concerns over our safety, especially after the house was raided only 24 hours after I installed the system and this app! Two of my family members were out of town and able to download the app and see what was happening out front in real time! The previous system we used didn’t allow more than one person to view the cameras at the same time at all. As of now, I am super hopeful this will be a system and app that we’ll keep around for a long time!

App crashes, locks up and wrong resolution. This app constant crashes. It also freezes the video if you do simple things like just changing brightness. You basically have to force close the app every single time. This app is also the wrong resolution for the iPhone 8 Plus. Please fix this! To see the resolution issue, look at the time at the top of the home screen then simply open the he viewer app. The time is zoomed in. Please fix.

Won’t connect. Does not connect about 97% of the time. Does not look like the developer even cares.

Not even remotely close to competition. This is truly a let down. The tigersecu system is so expensive compared to other competitors yet the app truly leaves you in the dark with little to no functional configurations or settings. Very sad I may return my dvr because of this app

App just crashes. Just bought their system and the app crashed every time. Guess I'll be returning it.

Desperately needs an update. This app does not work very well at all... it takes a long time to connect, the UI is clunky at best, and the switching between camera channels is often buggy. The sound rarely works, and the app crashes far too often. Crashes happen 100% of the time when trying to switch between apps. There are so many superior video apps out there, one would have thought anyone could build a decent, functional app. That’s clearly not the case.

One of the best I have used. This is one of the best CCTV smartphone apps I have seen out of the dozens I have used. Using my own domain name server the app loads fast. The controls are intuitive, logical and easy to find. A nice app to go along with a nice DVR!

Poor controls and crashes. This app is largely useless. It is difficult to record segments and download them; it regularly crashes. Accessing directly from the hard drive isn’t any easier. I’m considering replacing the DVR because this app is unusable. Avoid this device.

Terrible app. Nine times out of ten it will not connect. This has been going on for a couple years now. Very seldom does it actually connect and work like it should.

Frustrating. Having difficulty time maintaining connection to the server. Even tough the DVR itself works ok, connection between app and DVR needs to be reset at least one a week. Sadly it disconnects while you are away from location and cannot be near the box to reset the connection. The service department is reachable by email. However, what good is it if you needs to be home to re establish the connection. The whole idea is to be able to view the cameras while away from the location without interruption. Constant resetting is annoying! Very frustrating! Would not recommend, there has to be a better product out there.

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE. This system is complete garbage. App never works.My cameras are brand new and the system makes them constantly switch between black/white and color. You would be better buying a blind dog if you wanted security.

Tigers ecru. Works fine on both my iPad and my android. If you’re having trouble just follow the instructions. Also called the phone number and got help. Hope they stay in busines Works fine on iPhone. Kinda sloppy on iPad. Love it.

App crashes regularly. This App crashes all of the time and needs to be reset. We put it on 3 iPhones, all with the same result. It is also very difficult (at best) to see recorded content when you get an alert. The alerts often cause the app to crash.

Sound. Very basic with no setup control of the platform through the app. Anytime the sound icon is pressed it’s an immediate crash on iPhone and iPad Pro. It does function well enough to use 75% of the time.

Bad app. Always fails! It works only if I am at home, I guess because I am connected with the same wifi, but I want to check my camaras when I am not at home. Please fix the problem

Brand New DVR - Crappy App. App connects. Then won’t. Then does once or twice - then not for hours. Then does. Then does not. Completely unreliable

App crashes and works half the time. I think this is the first review of any app I’ve ever written. This app is horrible. Crashes half the time you use it, freezes your phone completely preventing you from doing anything else or to even exit the program. Switching cameras is a gamble.

Works most of the time. While there have been some hiccups recently most of the time this app connects for me. The app itself is pretty clunky and missing key functionality but at least it usually connects.

Nice application. This app is easy to set up and setting up with the system is a breeze. Took less than 5 minutes. Overall this system is a very good value.
